(quirks...heroes, villain and Japan? I've never heard such name all of my existence...)

(Is this really Teyvat?... no from what i remember teyvat was full with magic .. but here it's so tiny..)

*start to walk over the street* (what are these person doing with such attire?) *look at a hero*

(i need answer...) "Excuse me? Can you tell me what are they wearing and who are they?"

*asked to a stranger*

Stranger "kid you really don't know who they are?! Where did you lived under a stone..." *looked at his clothes*

"umh... sorry kiddo i didn't meant to offend you.."

Neuvillette *nod* "no need to pity me sir, i understand what you would think seeing someone like me in this state, but can you explain it to me now?"

Stranger looked at the hero "He's one of the many hero that are patrolling the city, they fight villain and such and these are their personal uniform"

Neuvillette *nod* "thank you very much for your availability to my request."

Stranger "no need to thank me kid-... where is he?"

when he was looking for him he already vanished

-afteran hour Neuvillette is sitting in the park with a lake-

Neuvillette *sigh* (in what world did i reincarnate into? There are anyone with a vision with them but instead...)

*look at one with mutation quirk*

(they have these think they call quirks... but why was i in an alley when i arrived?)

*sigh* (there is nothing usefull why i was there just the fact i was diagnosed quirkless and after... i don't remember anything...)

(is it possible that i was left there to die after discovering such event?) *pop a vein* /angry/ (if only i could remember their face) *calm down and sigh*

(this isn't the time to worry about them.i need a plan... i have no clean water avaible and food to eat...

*arrive and saw a man being hold hostage by slimy figure* (what's that thing..?)

(this isn't a normal slime! It's a quirk! I need to do something..) *hear*

Police-1 "RELEASE THE HOSTAGE NOW! YOU DON'T HAVE ANY WAY TO ESCAPE NOW THEHERO'S ARE ALREADY HERE!"

Villain "HAHAHAH AND YOU THINK THAT WILL WORK!?LET ME ESCAPE AND Maybe I'LL RELEASE HIM!"

Police-3 (Tsk Bastard)

Police-1 "What can we do... the hostage seem on the verge of death weneed to hurry... someone can block his quirk or immobilize!?"

Police-2 "no sirwe don't have anything against a quirk like that we need to call reinforcement!"

Police-3 "But when they arrive the hostage could be already dead"

neuvillette heard what the hero and police had said

Neuvillette (and they should be the hero? With the almighty power of the quirk? All i can see are scared sheep against a sheep disguised as a wolf... ineed to intervene... but using my power could be refered as quirk in this world and using it would break the law...) *looked at the hostage*

(no... where is the justice if i am not the first one to act in name of it..)

*start to walk over the villain*

Police-1 "HEYKID GO AWAY FROM THERE! THIS ISN'T PLACE FOR JOKE!"

Police-3 "KIDGET OUT OF HERE!"

Villain "AHAHHAHAEVEN A KID HAVE A COURAGE TO MESS WITH ME HAHAHA"

"DOYOU WANT TO PLAY THE HERO WITH A REAL VILLAIN? LET'S SEE WHAT YOU GOT AHAHAHA"

Police-1 "Don't listen to him and go away right now!"

Police-1 "Bastard...!" a drop of sweat can be seen on the police-man

Police-3 "Captain! We need to do something! We have notime!"

The civilians was watching all along

"did you see that kid is still here,what was he thinking?"

"I don't know but that villain will pay forsure when the other hero come!"

"are you sure? I mean they are already here... and they are still waiting on the line"

"PLEASESOMEONE SAVE HIM! LOOK HE HAS NO BREATH!"

more people were screaming at the villain to leave the man

Villain /pissed of/ "1 MINUTE LEFT HURRY UP OOO MIGHY HERO! LET ME ESCAPE NOW!"

Neuvillette /angry/"SILENCE!"

people were stunned

Neuvillette *pulls his arm outof the officer*

Police-1 /stunned/ "hey kid look at y-"

Neuvillette /angry/"ORDER!" *glared at him and used his skill to fly some meter up*

Police-3 "HEYKID USING A QUIRK IS ILLEGAL YOU KNOW THAT RIGHT?!"

Villain "OY BRAT DO YOU THINK YOU COULD SCARE ME?! GET DOWN!" *start to release some tentacles*

Neuvillette *Ignoring and murmuring* "I Iudex Neuvillette hereby declare.. oh nameless villain...Guilty"

Villain "ABRAT PLAYING THE HERO NOW?! LET'S SEE IF YOU WANNA CONTINUE TO PLAY!" *start to attack and launched an attack slime with a bomb inside thathe prepared before*

Police-2 "NO!"

Police-1 "LOOKOUT!"

Heroes *try to use some gadget but failed*

Civilians (ABOMB!) (LET'S RUN!) (COVER YOURSELF!) (HERO DO SOMETHING! THE KID ISGOING TO DIE!)

*the bomb exploded before everyone eye at the contact of Neuvillette*

everyone "NOO!""OH GOD!" (...the kid is..)

but then a hole in the smoke appeared and a ray of water pierced the part of slime saving the hostage

Hero "HURRYAN OPENING!"

villain "WHAT!?AAGHH!"

Heroes *saved the hostage wounded* "here it go 1stone saved but where is the kid now!?" "BRING THE DOCTOR!"

Neuvillette *was standing before a puddle of slime and collected it in a bottle*

everyone stunned that a kid could easily save someone and it happened so quickly.

The officer knew that it was with his help that the hostage was safe butstill he used his quirk without a license and risked worsening the situation with more victim.

Neuvillette *goes to a Hero* "Here is the villain captured inside it" *sigh* (so i'll be the one to be judge this time... since they think i am just aboy..)

Hero "WAITYOUNG MAN! DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID!? YOU COULD HAVE BEEN ONE OF THEHOSTAGE! I don't know how did you defeated him and i still thank you for your work but you need to know that your action have an huge impact!" "What would have happened if the bomb hurted you? And stillhow di you blocked it?"

Police-1 "indeed and we need to ask some question to you in the central meanwhile one of my guy escort the villain into prison"

Neuvillette "Very well then i shall accompany you in the central" -nod-

The police man escorted him in the central

Neuvillette was silent and calm all this time

Police-4 "we are just going to ask some question to you and need to tell only the truth, are you ready?"

Neuvilette *nod*

Police-4 "first question your name, last name and age?"

Neuvillette "My name is Neuvillette and i'm 16 years old, i don't have any last name"

Police-3 (at that age he used his quirk...) "name of your parent?"

Neuvillette "I don't have any..."

Police-4 "mh...so you are an orphan how about the name of your guardian?"

Neuvillette "siri don't have anyone.. even a home...and memory.."

Police-3 "You lost your memory?"

Neuvillette stayed silent

Police-3 *sigh* "can you atleast explain how did you defeated the villain? And how does your quirk work?"

Neuvillette *nod* "My quirk is water related, so i can bend morph any body of water i can locate. For the villain is quite simple i just shot a ray of water to stun him so i could fill him in the bottle"

Police-3 *ok...thank you for the cooperation, we'll leave you with just a warning tonot use your quirk and don't try that stunt again boy, you were very lucky, did i made my self clear?*

Neuvillette "yes sir.." -heading outside the central-

Police-4 "WAITA MOMENT!"

Neuvillette /confused/

Police-4 "Boy what will you do, if you don't have a home we can send you to an orphanage or-"

++++ "this isn't needed i'll take him under my wing" *smiled*

Police-4 "what a pleasure to see you, principal Nezu"

Nezu "The pleasure is all mine, but returning about this young man i'll take him"

Neuvillette *eyes glared at him* (this man... who is he? It seem he want something from me)

"Excuse me but... who are you exactly and what's your objective?"

Police-4 "Boy! Look at your word!"

Nezu "No need too worry! It seem this young man doesn't know" *smile at him* "i shall introduce my self, I am The principal of The UA the most prestigious hero school of japan"

"i was quite fashinated by the display of power that you showed us mr Neuvillette"

Neuvillette *eyebrow raised* " how do you know my name?" /Defensive/

Nezu "hahaha no need to be so defensive, i just viewed the report of the incident and i discovered your name that's all"

Nezu "so is he the kid who fought the villain?" talking to the police who asked the question to neuvillette

Police-3 "ye sit was him... it's really a mistery how could he be so young and yet able to defeat the villain..."

Nezu "mr police did you checked the data base of name registered in it? Did you found something strange?"

Police "i was going to do it right now, i had my doubt how would a child at that age roaming off the street in that state and before i controlled if someone had reported a child missing but nothing..." *sigh*

The police started to search the name of Neuvilette meanwhile nezu was searching to for some information about him and they found nothing about him

Police "How could it be possible there is nothing about him"

Nezu "it's really strange... but a talent like him could go to waste if didn't nurtured well..." "very well, i am going to meet him" *laughed a bit*

Neuvillette "...but still what's your business with this one?"

Nezu "can we talk privetly mr officer?"

Police-4 "oh yes of course, i'll finish my report now, it was nice to see you principal Nezu" *gone*

Nezu "now that we are alone" *look at Neuvillette* "i want you to enter in the program of our school to become one of the hero thats it!" *smile*

Neuvillette (a hero mh..., if i became an hero i could use my power more freely, i can save more life that way, but still even if i capture the villain they can escape if the judgement of the judge is impartial... or worse... corrupted..)

Nezu "SO! Mr Neuvillette do you accept the offer?"

Neuvillette *nod*

Nezu "Perfect so le-"

Neuvillette "only if you accept 3 my request"

Nezu "mh? and what are these request?"

Neuvillette "the first one i request that i can study law to become a judge in acourt"

Nezu "Mr Neuvillette why would you need to become a judge? From what i can see from the report you could be one of the top hero of japan."

Neuvillette "Fora simple reason" /determined/ "Justice! Every crime will inevitably face the court in the future with them in the middle of this and the sentence of the judge could be the last word they can hear for therest of their life."

Nezu "mh...i undertood i'll try to keep this in our pact" *nod* "and the second?"

Neuvillette "that my quirk remain a secret and this event remain anonymous, i don't want the people knew about the limit of my power"

Nezu "sure, that's understandable! And for the third?"

Neuvillette "I want to create my own court where I can be the judge so I would like the support of the UA"

Nezu "Interesting I like game you know? How about if you graduate from UA with all the maxinum mark I could help you build one near UA"

Neuvillette "Are you sure? You can do all of that just because of me?"

Nezu "Mhmh indeed! With your power on our side we can improve our current society"

Neuvillette *nod* "sobe it..." "I Nevillette humbly accept your offer-bow a little- I will be in your care from now on"

Nezu "The Honor is all mine"

Neuvillette "but before we proceed, could I ask you what's your quirk?"

Nezu *nod* "as you can see my quirk changed me into a mouse and enhance my IQ, quirk: High Specs to be precise"

Neuvillette was surprised hearing it then the two of them continue on their way.

Neuvillette managed to get his own apartment with the scholarship offered byNezu.

Neuvillette *lay down on the bed* (...)

Neuvillette looked around and thought that he could do something to change the style but for the moment better not doing it "i'm really thankfull president nezu"

Nezu "ah!And a few week the first day of the ua is going to start! So tommorrow i'll send you some book to review because it seem that you have a bit of amnesia"

Neuvillette "I understood, could you send a law book too?"

Nezu *laughed a bit* "Of course, of course! Now I need to go it's too late now, you need to sleep too! Night!)"
