This is a Fanfic crossover between the Men In Black and Senran Kagura. In this universe, shinobis don't know about the existence of extraterrestrials living on Earth or the existence of the MIB. But they know, about the existence of modern shinobis.
If you're wondering how MIB knows about the Shinobi World. When you're in their line of work, you'll learn some secrets. And if you're wondering how Shinobis don't know about the MIB. One word, Neuralyzer.
Note: I don't own Men In Black or Senran Kagura. Except for the main character, the antagonist, a few agents, etc. (well explain original characters and gadgets at the end of chapters). Also Aliens from other franchises will be in this, like Star Wars, Ben 10, Marvel, any others.

Ch.1: Alien Murders In Japan
(Shibuya, Japan)
It was a late night in the Shibuya District. All the buildings litten up by neon lights and Jumbotrons. As well as a lot of people.
A Japanese man wearing an orange hoodie was seen running through the street, and nearly got run over. While he was running, he kept looking up at the rooftops.
The screen then shows a person in a silver high-tech full body ninja suit, a silver face mask with a silver visor over the eyes, and had glowing blue lines throughout the suit. He had two Katanas on his back in 'X' formation, two 'space' guns on both sides of his belt, and a dagger on the side of his right boot. He was jumping from rooftop to rooftop chasing down the orange hooded man.
The orange hooded man then ran into an alley trying to lose the ninja, but it was futile. His legs we're both cut off from below the knees, and were leaking orange blood. He turns his body to face the ninja.
"Why are you doing this to me." Asked the man, who was in pain from losing his legs.
The ninja stood over him but said nothing. He then pulled out his katanas and jabbed them into the man's arms to prevent him from moving, causing the man to scream in pain. He then placed a around navy blue device that had sharp prawns around it, on the man's chest. Once the device was on him, it activated and injected the prongs into his chest. It had a screen on the center and showed an image of a human like insect. The image was filling up like a loading bar. The man was screaming in agony, and felt all of his blood being drained.
The screen then switches to a brick wall in the alley with the silhouette of what's happening. The screams of the man, weren't heard by anyone.

(New York City, USA)
(Background Music: Men In Black The Series Opening Music)
The screen shows the usual day in New York City. People walk around, traffic everywhere, the usual stuff that goes on in New York. But what no one knows is that there are aliens living among them.
The screen shows a man in a red shirt with full green eyes in a diner. He was eating something that doesn't look like it's for a human to eat.
Screen switches to the working area in a post office. Where a tall skinny postal worker with six arms. Coming out of a post machine.
Screen then switches to a big square building that had 'BROOKLYN BATTERY TUNNEL', and had 'TRIBOROUGH BRIDGE & TUNNEL AUTHORITY' under 'Battery'.

(MIB Headquarters)
O was in her office looking over reports of alien activity on her computer. Then someone burst into the office.
"What is your reason for bursting into my office, agent?" O asked.
"You're gonna want to have a look at this ma'am." Said the male agent, who handed her a silver tablet.
She took it and tapped the screen to see what he was talking about. Once activated, it showed holographic files of five mysterious alien murders that were going on in Japan. She scrolled through all five murders and noticed that they were five different species of aliens.
"My god." Said O.
"What should we do ma'am?" Asked the man.
"I'm gonna contact Hattori to get more information on what's happening in Japan. And I'm gonna need you to bring me the best agent we got." Said O, who put the tablet down on her desk.
"But ma'am, the best agents we got are Agents K and J. And there on a mission at Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming trying to stop a criminal from causing its volcano to erupt." Said the man.
"There is another." O said, as she tapped on her keyboard to bring up files of an agent.
The files had an image of a young man with short blonde hair with blue eyes. On the files it shows that he was 17, caucasian, and was mentored by Agents K and J.
"Call in Agent Z." O said.

(Harlem)
In the Harlem area, men and women in black suits were cleaning up and moving a silvery-gray UFO. Their act didn't go on notice because a whole group of people gathered around. And in front of them were two men in black suits. One was Z, and on his right was an older gentleman who looked around his late 30s, Hispanic, with a mustache.
"Can I have everyone's attention please, thank you. My colleague here Agent Z, is going to demonstrate to you an electro-biomechanical, neural transmitting, zero synapse repositioner, we call it 'The Neuralyzer'. Take it away Agent Z." Said the man, stepping away.
While his colleague was talking to the civilians. Z was putting on his sunglasses, and reached into his jacket to get his neuralyzer (MIB 4's version) and was showing it to people.
"Thank you, Agent B. Ladies and gentlemen, will you please look right here." Said Z, pointing towards his neuralyzer.
Flash
Z then remove his glasses a said, "You see this people. This is what happens when you don't put your phones on airplane mode during a flight. It messes with the planes instruments causing it to mess up any satellites in orbit over head. Now you're gonna be lost looking for your destination because your GPS won't work."
After he finished his explanation he walked over to a hot dog stand were B & another agent who looks like he's in his mid to late 20s, with long shoulder length dirty blonde hair.
"One regular hot dog please." Said Z, to the hot dog stand guy.
"Can you two believe this. This is like the fifth alien ship crash landing in a populated area this week." Said the dirty blonde hair man, with a western accent. Who had a chili cheese hot dog with jalapeños.
"You telling me R. I had to come in for a late night clean up in Jersey yesterday night." Said B, while eating his hot dog with ketchup and mustard on it.
"It could be worse. There could be another alien invasion, like what nearly happened last week." Said Z, while eating his hotdog.
"Don't jinx us, son." Said R, to Z.
"Any way, how are you Z?" Asked B.
"Fine, why you ask?" Said Z.
"I believe that he's asking, how are you feeling being a MIB agent an a young age." Said R.
"The job is stressful, but it has its moments." Said Z.
"What I'm try to say is, your a young man. Surely there's a woman that has caught your eye." Said B, with a smile and R nodding his head.
"No no, I don't see any of the female agents that way. And I can't have any with any civilian women." Said Z.
"Then why not go for any of the alien females. Like a Twi'lek, Orion, or a Tamaranean. They're all fine looking lasses. I can set you up with a date with this one woman I know. Her species looks like a Lamia, half human half snake. You'll love her." Said R.
"I'm fine, really." Said Z, finishing his hot dog.
B and R were gonna try to convince him to reconsider, but were interrupted by another agent.
"Z, O is asking for you to come to her office." Said the man.
"Looks like I'm being called in. See you guys back at headquarters." Said Z, to B and R.
"We're not done with this discussion!" Shouted R.
(Background Music: Men In Black Closing Theme)
Z then walked over to a black Ford Taurus SHO and opened the door to the driver seat. He then drove away heading back to MIB headquarters.
The screen then shows him driving through New York City, then going down a tunnel. He then presses a button on the dashboard. To go through a closed off section of the tunnel.

(MIB Headquarters)
Z then parked his car in the MIB garage, and walked to the main lobby. Once he entered the lobby. He saw O in her office looking down at his direction.
(End Music)
The screen switches to the inside of O's office. She was standing in front of her desk, and Z was sitting in a chair.
"I'm sending you to investigate mysterious alien murders in Japan." Said O, who received a surprise look from Z.
"Why are you sending me? Aren't there any agents that are in Japan to deal with this?" Asked Z.
"Most of their best agents are dealing with negotiations on Okinawa. So that's why I'm sending you to help investigate. Just like your mentors, your one of the best of the best agents in the MIB." Said O.
Before Z could say anything, they heard a roughing gritty voice say, "You can count on us ma'am."
It caused them both to look down to see a familiar dog disguised Remoolian, Frank the Pug. Who was standing on all fours next to Z and the other chair.
"How long have you been there?" Asked O.
"Since the part about the murders. And by the sound of it, you can't send the kid off alone. He's gonna need a partner to watch his back in the field." Said Frank.
"Frank, I appreciate what you're doing but…" Said O, but was interrupted by Frank.
"How would you tell K and J if something happened to the kid?" Said Frank.
"Okay fine, you can be his partner." Said O, who gave in.
"Yahoo! Agent F is back in action!" Shouted Frank, who jumped onto the other seat next to Z.
"Let's get to the debriefing." Said O, who pressed a button on her desk that blacked out the windows, and shut off the lights.
"There have been strange alien murders going on in Japan since the start of last month." Said O.
The room then shows the murders of the five aliens, their species, and locations of the murders. All in light blue holographic images.
"The first victim was a Otolla/Gungan, in a abandon sushi factory in Kanagawa. The second victim was a Andorian, at an old ice skating rink in Shinzuoka. The third victim was a Merlinisapien, at an art museum in Saitama. The fourth victim was a Skrull, at a warehouse in Yamanashi. And the fifth victim was a Verpine, in an alley in Shibuya." Said O.
"They all look like they got the life suck out of them." Said Frank, looking at the images.
"That's because the murder used something to drain them of their blood. And we believe it was this device." Said O, showing images of the device that the murder used.
"It's called the M'arrillian Blood Extractor, or MBE. It's used to drain the blood out of a person's body, and neutralizes any impurities from the blood during the drain process. A M'arrillian scientist created it for blood donation, but there was a problem with it. As you can see, this was the problem." Said O, mentioning the murders.
O then pressed the button again on her desk to shut off the holograms and reopen the windows.
"Do you accept this mission Agent Z? This will be your first international mission." Said O.
"I accept ma'am." Said Z, who stood up out of his chair.
"You know I'm in. So when do we leave?" Asked Frank, who jumped off the chair.
"You'll be heading out tomorrow morning. That'll give you enough time to pack your essentials." Said O.
Then Z head to open the door so he and Frank could leave. But they and O were met with an unexpected surprise. The Worms we're listening in.
"Did you say Japan?" Said Worm 1.
"That means new coffee for us to drink!" Said Worm 2.
"Can we go to?" Said Worm 3.
"Please let us go to!" Said Worm 4.
Z and Frank looked at each other, then towards O.
"Please let us go! We promised will help out with the mission!" Said Worm 2.
"PLEASE!" Shouted all the Worms in unison.
"Very well, you can go along with them." Said O, giving in again.
"YAY!" Shouted the Worms.
"But you better help them out with the mission. If I find out that all four of you did there was just drink coffee. I'm cutting off your coffee supply privileges when you get back." Said O, with a serious tone.
"We promise!" Said the Worms, while giving her a salute.
"Good. I'll let the head of MIB's Japan branch, Hattori, know that you'll be leaving soon." Said O.
She then looked towards Z and said, "I'll also let K and J know that you'll be going to Japan for a mission."
The screen then shows O looking down at the window of her office, watching Z, Frank, and the Worms walking out of the lobby.
"Good luck out there agents. There's more dangerous things over there that are not alien related." Set O, under her breath.

(Background Music: Men In Black 4 - L Train)
The next morning, Z was caring a black backpack and had a black rolling suitcase. With a another smaller black backpack on top of it. Right next to him was Frank. Who was wearing a black suit for dogs, and had a small black dog size backpack on his back. Behind them were the Worms. All four of them were carrying small black suitcases. They were walking through MIB headquarters, to get to its underground train station.
"Thanks for caring my other bag Z." Said Frank.
"No problem Frank." Said Z.
"We can't wait to have actual Japanese coffee, in Japan." Said one of the Worms, with the others nodding in agreement.
Once they arrived at the train station, they saw their train arrived. The station looked like any other stations you'll find in New York. But the train looked like an alien spacecraft hovering above the ground.
"The express train to Tokyo, Japan has arrived." Said a female voice on the intercom.
Once the doors opened, a variety of alien species and MIB agents stepped out. Z, Frank, the Worms, and any others waiting to board the train stepped in. The inside of the train looked all white, gray-metallic, and had see-through glass. The chairs were all white with light blue neon.
Z place their luggage on specialized racks on the train, then took the seat next to the door. Frank took the seat next to him on the other side of the train. And the Worms took the chairs in front of them. Two of the Worms took the seat in front of Z, and the other two took the one in front of Frank. Once they took their respective seats. Black seatbelts began to strap on them, fitting their species.
After Z took his seat, he brought out his new standard issue MIB communicator. It resembled a Samsung Zeal, in a silvery metallic color. He flipped the screen and put the device in horizontal mode. Then he saw he had received a text message from one of his mentors, Agent J.
The text message says, "[Hey kid]. [O filled us in that you're going on your first international mission to Japan]. [Wish we could be there to see you off, but we're still busy dealing with this alien nutcase in Washington]. [Be careful over there all right]. [Also, K says hi]".
Z couldn't help but smile at the message that he received.
The doors began to close, and the train rocketed out of the station. The screen then switches to outside of the train rocketing through an underground tunnel.
Screen switches to an outside view of Earth, with a light-blue light rocketing through the Pacific Ocean heading to Japan.

(Asakusa, Japan)
It was around 8 in the afternoon, in Japan. The screen shows the front of a sushi restaurant, with a young couple, exiting the building. Then an older gentleman with gray hair with a ponytail, mustache, and beard. Followed them out and stand in front of the open door. He wore a white sushi chef coat, a white apron around his waist, gray pants, a white hat, a pair of white tabi socks, and Japanese wooden sandals.
He waved them off and said, "Thank you, come again."
He then faced the door and flip the sign to 'Close'. But after that, he had an uneasy feeling. Like something dangerous is going to happen.
"Hm!" Said the old man, who looked out at the night sky, with a strict face.
"Is there something wrong dad?" Said a woman next to the door inside the restaurant, with a worried look.
She has light brown eyes, and long brown hair tied in a ponytail by a white ribbon. She wore a very light-green button up shirt with green stitches, a red apron, a long green flannel pattern skirt, and had a pair of brown slip on shoes.
"It's nothing my daughter. Just my imagination." Said the old man to his daughter.
'I just hope that it was my imagination. Better worn Kiriya so he can let Asuka and her friends know to stay on guard.' Thought the old man, heading back inside.
The screen then shows the alien murder ninja, deactivating his cloaking tech on his suit. He looked down at the restaurant and saw the legendary shinobi, Hanzō. He didn't say anything, and just walked away.
Authors Note
Z and his group are now on their way to the main MIB headquarters in Tokyo. Hanzō is having a bad feeling of what's to come. So you know what that means, new gadgets, new vehicles, and meeting high school ninja girls.
Hope you all like that I brought back Frank and the Worms. Because they were my favorite characters besides J and K. I believe the Worms do have names, but since they look alike, I just called them Worms.
There will be more information about the mysterious ninja in the next chapter. But what I can say is that his suit contains a lot of hidden ninja weapons, and gadgets, just like the Ninja Suit from Randy Cunningham 9th Grade Ninja. But more hi-tech alien technology, instead of mystical powers. Also, if you were wondering if Hanzō could sense the ninjas presence. No he couldn't, because the ninja suit the guy was wearing made his presence entirely nonexistent. Will get more into detail in the next chapter.
In the next chapter, i'll be adding in three idiotic characters to the story. Can you guess who they're based off of?
