With this series, there's going to be a severe amount of backlash brought on by the traumas of Hathor and Machello. But the connector here is going to be Need and Shyla's kingdom, so for Sam and Jack. The events of Hathor and Shyla have stuck, leaving them facing a backlash that has Daniel. And Teal'C, on one of the line, them on the other, in basing this solely on the book series on the movie, directly after it.
The events are altered to it being civilian ran with military help and the SGA is just that, as Jack and Makepeace get the entirety of the consequences. That resulted in Daniel becoming a pariah now in that book series, only now it's reversed here. So everything negative on Daniel is Jack now, in the SGA and everything Jack is Daniel. In the SGC ops, but it's because of the permanent effects of Hathor's pheromones.
This story and it's followers are going to match the dialog, in the flashback memories, of chapter 4, of the past meets the present series. As it also follows the complete mental breakdowns, of the human half of the team. And Robert Makepeace and Adam Johnson, so the story is going to follow the dialog to the letter exactly. Along with some new dialog that was not in the fast forwarded portion in the flashbacks.
Basing this in real time, rather then the show, of 25 years ago, Antarctica was a neutral zone for research so military research was not allowed out there. And with it, as the chair is considered military technology, it was meant to be last resort. In case of another orbital attack, so the outpost is now trade and exploration. So with this chapter, is the colony/crew is now getting used to being a slightly underwater crew.
As he's getting to work in trading to bring in more improvement for the planet at large now, so a military attack. Just to bring him back to the states, is attempted, is an international. In incidents and enough to get them convicted for kidnapping now, with his clearance. So from here, is he's dropping in on Ry'ac and Drey'auc and before the press conference. And just before his first stop in planets is to Gaea, home of the Nox.

So the SGA is really the United Federation Of Planets, while the SGC is just the ground troops. Yeah alright this explains you bashing him in The Broca Divide." she said and felt a hand.
On her shoulder, she turned and saw Landry dressed in civilian clothes. "Are you the General involved with him?" she asked and he nodded. "My name is Major General Hank Landry, honey, Daniel is serving under me, after the trio turned traitor. What you're about to read is enough to cast these guys in a bad light now. "Before I answer that, you better sign this." she said and put the paper on the table and they and Mac's team signed it and she nodded. "SGA disclosure, we're level chocolate brown, bordering, black, Daniel's the next one up. He's working for Civil Services, run by, in command Generals Hank Landry and Jean Picard. The medical department is by Lando's older double, as a general." she said and he chuckled at that as she went on.
"I just came from the book store, and found a couple military officers there, and get this, but they're all friends of Daniel's from the program." she said and they stood up then. "He's working for the civil services department right now, and looks like he's gone Indiana Jones on us, in alien form. In bridging the gap between completely true and slightly fiction, there was a line going out the door." she said and he chuckled then.

He's in Colorado Springs, at the military complex, Anna's with him." she said and they nodded in delight at the news. "That must have serious enough, he's working clearance levels serious enough to call treason on these idiots, if he just spoke out finally against the military intelligence."

Major General George Hammond, and he said the man nearly adopted him." Bishop said and she nodded. "Hey Dr. Jordan, good news, we just got the latest on Daniel's doctorates finally. That he just printed up a new one." she said to him and he set aside what he was working on then.

"Well it's about time son, we were waiting for you to come back out into the open, where are you, kiddo." he said smiling as she passed them around and the duo and took their's then, as they sat down and put the first book on top of it. "Must be one heck of a mission backlog, if this book is this size, it's the size of the Merck Manual. Alright buddy what happened exactly?" Raynor said and she nodded in agreement to that
