Adrien comes to the house to speak up against his father but first, he needs to see Nathalie since she listens more than him.
"Hey Nathalie, can I talk with you for a moment?" Adrien asked.
"Is this about the incident with her?" Nathalie guessed.
"Yes and no," Adrien said.
"Then what is it?" She asked.
"It's about Lila a.k.a Cerise. Did father have any idea she was a fraud?" Adrien asked.
"No, he didn't," Nathalie said.
"He knew she was a liar, didn't he? He would always say everyone is a bad influence except her. And yet he trusted her to model with me without knowing how I was uncomfortable around her" Adrien said, feeling angry that his father always goes against his decisions and feelings.
"I'm just as astonished as you Adrien" Nathalie said.
"So you did know and never did a thing to convince him how much damage she's causing? Nathalie, my father barely spends time with me nor understands what I like or don't like but you do" Adrien said, feeling upset she did nothing.
"I really wish I acted sooner" Nathalie replied.
"Me too. I thought Lila was looking for attention but instead, she was more than a liar. And my father, he did hire her to not only model at the brand but also to spy on me? Yeah, I know everything by what Cerise said at the police station. Not only was she targeting my girlfriend to get her akumatized but also to keep me away from my friends that my father wanted" Adrien said, aware that his father was listening outside the room.
"Your father always thinks of what's best for you but you have every right to make your own decisions, not by his pace. I'm sorry you had to see what Lila truly is. Especially that day she got me and your bodyguard in trouble for letting you in the mansion with her" Nathalie apologized.
"I forgive you, Nathalie," Adrien said.
"But you're also right, it's not up to your father to decide on your life. You have to blossom at your own pace, not by his pace" Nathalie said.
"Thank you, Nathalie" Adrien hugs her.
Outside, Gabriel can't believe his son wants to disobey his orders, "This can't be" He thought.
Adrien came out the door only to be stopped by Gabriel, until glaring at him for getting blamed for everything which isn't his blame but his father's.
"This got to stop, Father! You hired a con artist to spy on me and it got worse with her manipulating everyone, including even you and me!" Adrien said.
"I am your father and I decide what's best for you" Gabriel refused to admit he was to blame for this.
"Stop saying you're my father because you only say that to satisfy yourself. Honestly, you're a terrible father who doesn't seem to let me grow up" Adrien said before heading downstairs, ignoring the tingling in his body like it's making him be forced to obey but he fought it off.
"Stubborn as always," Adrien thought sourly, going out to clear his head.
His father ordered him to come back here but Adrien fought it off since he can't trust his father anymore. He's not the blame if his brand was ruined because of a con model he chose without second thoughts. At the same time, he just hoped that Marinette wouldn't get akumatized again.
"Kid, are you yourself? You never go against him. Who are you and what have you done to my kitten?" Plagg asked.
"Let's say I've grown up to my own man, Plagg," Adrien said.
"That's the spirit, Adrien," Plagg said.
"Thank you" Adrien replied.
He saw an Akuma heading straight towards Marinette because of Chloe constantly tormenting her.
"No! No! No!" Adrien ran as fast as he could to stop it before it touched her or Chloe. He doesn't know who but knowing Chloe, she always gets akumatized a lot for power and greed to be above everyone.
The Akuma was getting closer to Chloe instead of Marinette but Adrien pushed Chloe aside and the Akuma landed on the luck charm on his wrist.
"Adrien!" Marinette shouted.
"Agghh!" Adrien was not focused enough until he heard Monarch's voice and the telepathy butterfly mask appeared on his face.
"Dark Reaper, I am Monarch," He said.
"Get….out….of….me!" Adrien tried to fight it but it was too much, his negative beliefs made him want to take vengeance on bad people who have no soul or heart to ever care or love like real good people.
"Why? So you can let bad people like Lila and Chloe hurt your girl again? It's not too late to get the chance to protect the girl you love away from bad people who harmed her" Monarch manipulating his decision.
"Adrien! Fight him!" Marinette tried to help him.
Adrien removed his ring and threw it for Plagg to take it while no one else was watching it, "Grrrr! Marinette run!" Adrien couldn't hold back before he was engulfed.
He transformed into a biker style with a reaper's cloak and hood, his face painted like a skull while his eyes glowed blue, and his weapon was the reaper's scythe to help him track darkened souls to take and leave victims into stones.
"Ew! Hidious look! Utterly ridiculous! You can do better than that, Adri-nothing! How dare you push me down and get my clothes dirty!" Chloe getting selfish and rotten without even thanking him he saved her life.
"Hmph! Always caring about yourself instead of thanking me for saving your life! How about I claim your soul instead?! See if you like that!" He aimed his scythe at Chloe, draining her soul while she turned into a statue, "Yes! I should've done this instead of letting my stupid perfection get in the way!" He laughed evilly.
Marinette got terrified at this; her sweet prince just attacked Chloe by turning her into stone.
"Don't fear me, my love. I would never take away your pure soul. It's too angelic and innocent. From now on, I will protect you from those who have harmed you badly like dark souls with no innocence in their hearts. Starting with Lila and my father" Dark Reaper said.
"Adrien, you have to come to your senses. This is not what you wanted. This is also not what I wanted" Marinette trying to reason with him.
"I'm not Adrien, I'm Dark Reaper. I claim the dark souls of those who do bad things to the extreme. Like Chloe for example, her soul is filled with greed, power, selfishness, and cruelty. There's no room for love or kindness in her cold heart. I'm not gonna let history repeat itself again whenever dark souls come after your innocent and pure soul of yours, my Mari" Dark Reaper carried her to her balcony to keep her there, "Don't leave this place, my love. I will never let anyone have you emotionally damaged again" He kissed her cheek.
Speechless Marinette watches him heading in the direction of the prison, "Goddamn it, Adrien!" Marinette was glad she had her earrings back.
"Tikki! Spots on!" She transformed into Ladybug.
She called Cat Noir but it wouldn't go through since he's not transformed, "Damn it, kitty! Where are you? I need your help now!"
"I'm afraid my kitten won't have time since he told me to find you, Ladybug" Plagg carrying the ring.
"Oh, dear" Ladybug took the ring.
"It looks like we have to unify or get someone to assist us," Plagg said.
"I think I know who but I hope she's not too hard on herself," Ladybug said, going to Alya's place.

Dark Reaper has already made it to the police station, turning criminals in their cells, into statues, whether they have done something to the extreme in their souls or not, he didn't care. Monarch was getting on his nerves already since Dark Reaper had no care in claiming the miraculous but he does want to hunt down Monarch too since he has akumatized his innocent princess. It was another big mistake from Monarch to akumatize his son since he never thought of this straight that Dark Reaper's only objective is hunting victims with dark misdeeds, which also means Monarch's too.
"Shut up! I should thank you for this! You think I would trust you when my real main objective is dark souls?" Dark Reaper cackled like a maniac to think he would help Monarch get what he wanted, "You akumatized my girl! Terrorized so many innocent victims! Ruining the lives by your hands! This time, you're on my list!" He broke the connection with him and focused on finding Cerise.
"Tremble little Cerise, your angel of death has arrived!" He calls out creepily.
"Stop! Stop right there!" The prison guard ordered him.
"Get out of my way or get your soul damned in hell!" Dark Reaper warned him, "I don't claim the dead! I claim dark souls of evil!"
"Not another step!" The guard drew his gun out.
"You call that protection?! Such a useless weapon against me! Give me Cerise and I'll spare you! Protecting that monster will be your punishment!" Dark Reaper warned him if he doesn't move aside, he'll get turned into a statue.
"Your choice!" Dark Reaper claimed his soul and turned him into a statue, "Too slow when death comes" He said darkly before arriving at the maximum cell; and sliced apart the door to get to her.
She was startled by a reaper boy who looked very familiar until it took her 5 seconds that it was Adrien, "It's a little early for Halloween, Adrien" She glared.
"Where you're going, every day is Halloween. This time, every day will be Hell for you when your evil soul is mine" Dark Reaper said.
"You still hold a grudge that I hurt Dupain Cheng? You need to let it go, psycho" Cerise taunted but she got gripped hard on the throat.
"You're one to talk, liar! You never let go of your grudge on and yet you still held a grudge on Marinette for months and she hasn't done a thing to you but you did first! You tried to make her life miserable by teaming up with Chloe! Your soul craves attention by taking away her friends, as well as her life to take her place! You never learn to let go of a grudge but Marinette would never do something selfish to hurt anyone by lying!" Dark Reaper explained her actions and why it wasn't Marinette's fault but hers to get in the consequences of her actions.
"Dark Reaper, stop!" Ladybug snatched his scythe away from his hand, "I get that she hurt your girlfriend but she wouldn't want this!"
"Well, I want this!" He shoved Cerise hard against the wall to immobilize her from ever escaping, "I let my stupid perfection give this bitch more chances to take advantage of everyone! I unintentionally let this happen! If only I hadn't told Marinette to take the high road, none of this would have happened!"
The new black cat holder was known as Feline Noir, "Behold, Feline Noir!" She posed.
"Lame!" Dark Reaper held his hand and the scythe moved on its own back to him, "I don't care about the miraculous, I care about protecting my innocent girl! Superheroes like you, Ladybug, you did nothing to expose that liar!"
"I should have, she prevented my partner from helping me!" Ladybug said.
"Not even your new pet kitty will be able to stop me!" Dark Reaper claims Cerise's soul and turns her into a statue, "So much evil in her soul! No matter, maybe then she can lie her way out of trouble with Satan which won't be possible!" He breaks through the walls to go for his next victim.
"Please be something useful! Lucky charm!" Ladybug summons her charm which is a school photo of her classmates months ago.
"A school photo? Of course! Adrien wants our friends that mean well to Marinette! To convince him that they support her more as well as supporting him. Get our friends on Luka's boat, Feline Noir. I know what to do but I hope he won't be too mad at me interfering with him" Ladybug said.
"I'll do my best, Ladybug" Feline Noir ran out.
"Please don't regret something you won't remember, Adrien" Ladybug saw the statue of Cerise, although she hated for what she'd done but killing was not the solution.

Dark Reaper ignored Monarch's protest to stop, almost as if he sounded worried for Gabriel but knowing this terrorist villain, he never cared about anyone other than himself.
"Don't make me laugh. It sounds like you are close friends with my father. Let's find out if you are!" Dark Reaper smashed through the office to find him, "Haha! I always hated this office! Wherever you are, father! It's time you learn to respect my life!" He smashed everything in the office.
"Come out wherever you are, Father!" He shouted.
He destroyed the computer screen, and the portraits of himself, including his mother's portrait his father always stares at like he has never moved on his grief yet.
"Coward! Fine! If you don't come out, I'll just look at your big computer screen and find you instead!" Dark Reaper slams on the standing screen which requires a password but that was too easy since it's always Emilie's name.
It didn't last long until he heard his father come in, "Adrien, stop! I forbid you!"
"Forbid me? How many strict orders are you gonna give me until one day I decide to hate you? Better yet, you always were a terrible father to me ever since mom disappeared or presumed dead, you never once asked me how school was, how my day was, or even gave me approval of anything!" Dark Reaper said before corning him against the wall, "Better yet, do you have connections with Monarch? You sound a lot like you wanted Marinette to get akumatized along with the help from your spy Lila!"
"I never planned that!" Gabriel denied.
"Don't lie to me!" Dark Reaper yelled at him, "You knew she was a liar! You said it yourself you don't want me around people with bad influence! She's a bad influence to use me to get close to you to who knows what she wanted to do! You never once saw how uncomfortable I was to be forced to model with her!"
He held the scythe closer, "And look what you've made, you let Monarch turn me into your reckoning!"
"Adrien, I order you to stop this!" Gabriel tried to gain control of him but he didn't obey.
"I'm not Adrien anymore, I'm Dark Reaper. Lila told me why you hired her to spy on me! To keep me away from my friends so that she can have me all to herself!" Dark Reaper explained why his father trusted her instead of trusting his son.
"I am your…." He was cut off by a punch.
"Stop saying that! You are not and you still always say that!" Dark Reaper was this close to stealing his soul, "I'm sick of it! Marinette's father is the best father and he calls me son, something you don't give me! Unlike you, he supports me better when I'm with Marinette, you don't!" He then raised his weapon to finish him off.
"I did this because I wanted to protect you and make you happy!" Gabriel quickly said to beg for mercy.
"Protect me? Bullshit! I never asked for protection! You don't know what I do outside the house! And make me happy?!" Dark Reaper shoved him aside, "Another bullshit! More like you want happiness for yourself and not my own! Especially how I never wanted to go to London but you go against my will! You're so delusional!" Dark Reaper decided to claim his soul slowly so he could watch his father beg for mercy just like he likes to make Adrien suffer more isolation than he already did.
Gabriel groaned in pain as he felt his life force drain, to his horror his gloved hands started turning to stone.
"Too late for apologies as you never apologized to me, my friends, or my real girlfriend Marinette. This time, it's your turn to suffer as I have suffered from you ruining my life!" Dark Reaper said.
"Adrien! Stop! This isn't you!" Ladybug saw the horror on Gabriel slowly turning to stone.
"This is me!" Dark Reaper roared, "Stop trying to stop me! I'm doing this for Marinette! Every time I try to have my love life with her, he gets in my way!" He points at his father.
"She wouldn't love you as a soul collector," Ladybug said and took out the picture, "And your friends too wouldn't like it"
"You lecture me? Do you have any idea how much they put their trust in a complete liar who was a fraud and a deceiver?! And him?!" He points at his father who is slowly turning to stone towards his arms, "I tried so hard to gain approval but all I get is suffering, neglect, and pain! Like I mean nothing to him anymore! He never tells me anything! Especially sending me to London after the end of the school year where I won't see my girl anymore! He's trying to separate me from her!"
"But your girlfriend has suffered enough too thanks to Chloe," Ladybug said.
"Why should I trust you? Every time you and that cat save the day, Monarch will always go from next to the next! It never stops at all!" Dark Reaper said, watching his father suffer, "I can sense your soul is very stone-cold dead, father. No happiness, no care, not even a single kindness in it"
"What would your mother think of this?! A son who murders his father in cold blood?" Gabriel tries to guilt trip him.
"How dare you bring up about my mother like that! You selfish man!" Dark Reaper was about to decapitate him but Ladybug lassoed him away from Gabriel.
"He shouldn't have guilt-tripped you like that but killing him will only bring more pain!" Ladybug said and moved aside from his scythe.
"You want a death wish, Ladybug?! Fine by me!" Dark Reaper grinned like a maniac to fight.
"The Grim Reaper only guides the dead to their resting place, not kill!" Ladybug lured him away from the mansion in hoping her plan worked.
"If you're not with me, then you are against me!" Dark Reaper almost slashed her but missed.
"I'm not against you, Adrien! I'm trying to save you!" Ladybug said, jumping on the roof while being chased.
"I spent my entire life being perfect for my parents!" He slashed the chimney, "My mother raised me with kindness! My father pressured me so much and forgot what I was to him! I was building my own happiness without my mother! And yet he can't even support me like my Marinette supported me just like my mother!"
"Stop this madness! You're gonna regret it if you kill me!" Ladybug narrowly dodged the blade.
"What I regret is being stupidly perfect!" Dark Reaper chased her.
Ladybug looks ahead, seeing Feline Noir giving her signal. Ladybug smirked and got close to the Seine River where the Liberty boat had the projector with all the videos of Marinette and Adrien becoming a couple for the past few months during the whole Monarch mess happening around.
"NOW!" Ladybug shouted.
It was similar to Pigella's power Gift ability but only now it's just a projector slide show with a huge screen for Dark Reaper to see and listen to. The slideshow begins with their romantic dance song he and Marinette danced together.
Dark Reaper stopped as he watched the slideshow, recalling the memories. There are times Marinette was too clumsy around him but he didn't judge her or make fun of her. He thought it was just her charm until realizing she was in love with him and he did nothing to see that. There also was of when he offered his umbrella to her.
Dark Reaper was feeling mixed up with his dark intentions of claiming souls to wanting to be remembered by the girl he loves. He also saw videos of his friends like Nino always being the best supportive friend he ever had.
"Please Adrien, we're by your side" Nino pleaded.
So many memories of his friends always being there for him, even if his first birthday party was hosted by Bubbler, it was only out of fear instead of fun. He couldn't blame Nino for how much he wanted to make Adrien happy.
"You're my best friend Adrien and my bro" Nino continued.
He also remembers the failed attempts of bonding with Marinette with the help of his friends but knowing Marinette's heartbreak trauma, he ended his friendship with Chloe for the sake of Marinette's mental safety from Chloe who caused more than enough damage.
"You're stronger than the Akuma, Adrien" Juleka said.
"We always support you as well as the cute couple Adrinette!" Rose said.
"Fight the Akuma!" The rest chanted.
Dark Reaper wanted this, fighting off the Akuma's influence.
"For Marinette!" Ladybug urged.
It was a lot tougher to fight it within since his friends are supporting him, even if they don't hate his actions which is not his fault but Monarch taking advantage of him.
"Come on Dude!" Nino urged.
"ARRRRGGGGHHHH!" He broke free from the Akuma before turning back to normal, letting the Akuma out of his bracelet.
"Time to de-evilize!" Ladybug purified it, "Bye bye little butterfly"
Adrien panted hard but still remembered a bit as Dark Reaper since his akumatized object wasn't broken but he rejected the Akuma.
"Dude, are you alright?" Nino helps him up.
"No….I got akumatized" Adrien was having a panic attack.
"Unfortunately, you were," Nino said.
"MIRACULOUS LADYBUG!" Ladybug tossed the lucky charm to revive all victims.
"Where's Marinette?! Marinette!" Adrien freaked out if something happened to her.
"I must go now, see ya" Ladybug swung away to detransform.
"Easy, bro! Calm down! Breathe!" Nino said, knowing how Adrien was freaked out about this.
A few minutes later, Marinette arrived to comfort him. He tackled her with a hug, relieved she was here since that was all he needed from her.
"Oh, Adrien! You're back!" Marinette hugged him.
"Don't scare me like that again" Adrien said, hugging her too tight, refusing to let go.
"I'm here, Adrien. I'm here" Marinette said softly.
"I was scared, again, to lose you like last time," Adrien said.
"And I thought I lost you to the Akuma," Marinette said.
"I nearly lost myself. I just didn't want to be separated again. Like the day my mother disappeared, I felt so alone. I cannot let history repeat itself again" Adrien said, sobbing a little.
"It won't. And I guess we have to live through we both have been akumatized" Marinette cried on his chest.
