Hey, everyone. So I made a decision..I want to continue with this story a bit longer. That ending was very meh and I want to make it more satisfying. I have at least one more arc I want to finish before I wrap this story up. I want to do the Ben War arc, and I have a completely original one as well to serve as the definitive finale. So, for now, more Omni-Legacy!!!
Chapter 21: Assembling the Team Part 1 (Prime Ben)
Mount Rushmore
Ben was in his chambers. It had been a few years since Malik was finally defeated and was now the ripe age of 25. Since then, life had gotten better. He was a leader of the Plumbers, he had a wonderful family and friends. In addition, he had gotten a hold of his powers as well. He spent a long period training with Gwen and Hope, mastering his alien abilities and magic. From his efforts, he earned the title Sorcerer Supreme. Not only was he using the Infitrix, but also using sorcery.
Ben's appearance had changed as well. He had tactical pants on with black boots. He wore a shirt that looked similar to his future self and had a belt. He wore a green cloak as well and had runes on his arm like Gwen.
He was still muscular and had a beard growing now. He turned out to be a fine man.
The door opened and in walked Evie. She was now 10 years old, about the age Ben was when he got the Omnitrix. She started to look like her father.
Ben smiled. "Hey lovebug. You excited for summer break?"
Evie nodded. She had a big smile. "Mhm, especially the road trip!!"
"Yep. Me, you, your mothers and siblings exploring the galaxy for two months. I'm sure excited. It seems we never get time anymore, with everyone being so busy..." Ben felt down lately. His family was all over the galaxy since most of his lovers were royalty and ambassadors. This roadtrip was the first time in a few weeks they would all be together.
Evie smiled. "I got my bags packed and ready to go."
"Attea, Looma and Ester are on their way here. Mazuma, Helen, Shar, Hope and Julie are shopping for supplies we'll need on the trip."
Evie giggled. "Hope they-"
At that moment, time seemed to stop as a portal opened. Everything was frozen in place, including Evie.
From the portal, came Paradox. "Good morning, Tennyson."
Ben looked. "Fuck…Paradox.."
"It's time. The Omniverse is in danger and you're needed."
Ben scoffed. "It's always in danger. That's why there are literally thousands of me's who can do it. Besides…I have a road trip planned."
"You'll be back before anyone realizes where you are. Time here is stopped. But I can assure you: if you do not come, this world is gone." Paradox warned.
Ben said. "What do you mean?"
"As we speak, there is a threat that has been wiping out universes…yours is next in line if it is not stopped." Paradox explained.
Ben reflected on his thoughts and looked at Paradox. "Alright…I will go."
Paradox nodded and Ben walked through the portal.
They appeared in a pocket dimension where the Cthonaut was.
He turned to the two visitors. "Ah, Benjamin…it's good to see you. It's been a long time."
Ben nodded. "5 years. A lot has happened."
The Cthonaut (T.C.) nodded. "And now…that time I have mentioned is happening..."
Ben said. "What is happening?"
T.C began to show a vision. The night Ben got the Omnitrix. "So you are very familiar with the story of the Omnitrix. Child gets the device and becomes a hero."
The vision shows Ben approaching the pod.
"But it does not always go as planned…"
The pod opened and revealed an evil device. It jumped onto the vision Ben, embedding itself in his wrist, causing the boy to scream in pain.
Ben watched in horror.
"This is one of those universes. This version of Azmuth was insane, evil and hellbent of destruction. He created a device that brought out feral and dangerous creatures…The Carnitrix.."
The vision Ben slowly and painfully transformed into a contorted version of Heatblast. Behind the vision Ben was vision Gwen. Ben watched as the was terrified and the murderous Pyronite killed Gwen.
"This thing went on a rampage…destroying his universe with a twisted Celestialspian transformation…"
Ben continued to watch as the evil creature destroyed everything. That could have been him…
He turned to T.C "Can we still save this Ben?"
The Cthonaut nodded. "You can…it's not him that's in control. It's the device. You remove the device, he'll be free…physically he will recover but mentally...he will be affected by this so much that death will be preferred."
Ben shook his head. "If he can be saved, he will. I only kill when I must. This is an innocent kid, one who didn't choose this."
T.C replied. "So you value the life of one over trillions of innocents?"
Ben said. "I value the life of everyone…if we can save him…we have to try. Taking his life should only be a last resort…"
The Cthonaut nodded. "You truly are a hero...and fortunately, you will not be alone. Paradox will take you to assemble a team."
Paradox interjected. "Our first stop will be in the Prime Timeline. The Ben that every world spawned from, including yours."
Ben nodded. "Then let's get started."
Paradox opened the portal but not before The Cthonaut handed Ben something: a pod.
"When you acquire the Carnitrix, put it in here...it will destroy the device."
Ben nodded. "Okay. It'll be done."
Ben and Paradox entered the portal.
When they came out the other side, they appeared in a movie theater parking lot at night.
Ben looked around. "I recognize this place…it's the theater from when I was a teenager…"
Paradox nodded. "Of course. Your universe was a near identical version of this one. Only difference was the existence of Malik."
Ben shuddered as he heard that name. "Please don't remind me."
In the distance, he heard voices. He used his cybernetic eye to zoom in. He couldn't believe what he saw. It was younger versions of Looma, Attea, Ester, Rook and Rayona.
"Holy hell…they look so young.." Ben uttered.
Paradox said. "Unfortunately…you must help them retrieve your variant. He is currently under mind control of one Nancy Chan. This is where we separate for now as I have to go retrieve a version of yours."
Ben nodded. "Meet back up later?"
"Of course. Contact me when you save yourself." Paradox said as he disappeared into a portal.
Ben levitated over to the group, his cloak wrapped around him and his hood up.
Looma and Attea were,of course, arguing as Rook freed himself, Ester and Rayona.
"I, Princess Looma, claim Ben Tennyson in the name of the Royal House of the Red Wind." Looma said as she had her hands on her hips.
Attea replied. "Well, you're too late. I already claimed him in the name of the Royal Me!!"
Ester got up. "You already had your chance and you blew it."
Before Looma could reply, Ben spoke up. "Well I wouldn't say that. Looma definitely got her second chance, as well as you and Attea..."
Everyone looked over at the hovering hooded hero.
Rook stepped forward. "Who are you?"
"Well, you would know..." He removed his hood. "Partner…"
The girls were shocked and stepped back.
Ester got the words out. "Ben…is that you?"
Attea asked. "Jeez...what the hell happened to you?"
Looma said. "You look like you got dragged through the Pits of Khoros…"
Ben chuckled. "You could say I have…but that's not why I'm here…I'm here for…well, myself."
Rayona replied. "You have just missed him. He was taken away in his Appoplexian form."
Ben sighed. "Of course I am…well, do any of you have a piece of my clothing? Damn, that's weird to say…"
Ester nodded as she held up Prime Ben's jacket. Ben began to cast out runes as his eyes started to glow green. "Hmm...I see…yes…" His eyes stopped glowing. "I'm currently in Undertown by the wharf. Let's go."
Rook nodded. "It would help to have another warrior on the team."
Ben said. "Plus I can keep these two…lovely ladies distracted." He chuckled.
The two princesses blushed as Ester rolled her eyes.
The group began to make their way to Undertown. Of course, the others had questions and Ben began to answer them.
Attea asked. "Who are you exactly? What happened to you?"
Looma added. "Are you a clone or Ben's twin?"
Ben explained. "I'm an alternate Ben Tennyson. I am from a dimension close to yours. I went through the same things yours went through. Except, things changed after the Incurseans. Earth was attacked by a genetic warlord…he…tore me apart…" Ben held up his cybernetic arm. He explained everything that happened and the arrangement with the girls. He pulled out a holo disk with a picture of him, his wives and the kids.
Attea and Looma were shocked. They actually ended up with Ben and had children with him. As well as Ester.
The girls awed as their kids looked adorable.
Rook looked closer. "Wait...you also married my sister?!"
Ben smiled. "Still remember it like it was yesterday...Young One is going to lose her tail soon enough…"
He put the holodisk away. "Now...we must-". There was an explosion below.
They ran to it. Rath was on top of a large ball of yarn with Nancy on his shoulders, rolling it.
Ben was in awe. "How the-" He jumped out of the way as the ball came by. He removed his cloak, putting it aside.
He flexed his cybernetic arm, turning the dial. "Who shall I be?"
Rook, Rayona and Ester tried to stop the ball, but no luck. There was then a rumble that stopped the yarn ball, sending Rath and Nancy flying.
Attea noticed it and got an evil smirk. She went to pick it up but a large foot crushed it.
She looked up. It was Armodrillo. He looked different. Instead of just yellow armor, he had white accents and his head was more akin to an actual armadillo.
"Naughty, naughty Attea." The armored alien said as he charged.
Rath groaned as he got up and shook his head. "What the…."
Nancy got up. "Mr. Fluffykins, they're trying to attack us!!! Get them!!"
Rath growled. "Let me tell you something, Armodrillo knock off!!! Mr. Fluffykins will destroy you!!"
Ben pressed the dial on his chest and transformed into his version of Rath. His version had orange hair but a bit more gray. He wore a white and black unitard with that white Omnitrix dial. His eyes were yellow instead of green. He let out a macho roar, making Prime Rath step back.
"Let me tell you something, Prime Timeline Rath who I need to recruit to save the multiverse or else a more feral version of us will destroy, Rath will kick your face in and knock that mind control out of you!!" He lunged and tackled Prime Rath, the two scuffling.
Rook went to handcuff Nancy but she slipped through his fingers.
Attea and Looma were watching as the two Appoplexians beat each other. Ben had an advantage as he had been using his Rath longer than Prime Ben. But the other Rath had pure rage and managed to outdo his opponent.
Rath groaned. "Looks like it's time to go…ULTIMATE!!!"
He slammed the dial as his body changed. His muscles grew. His orange and black turned tan and brown with a fur collar around his neck. He grew fangs like a sabertooth tiger. His uniform ripped and blended into his fur. Spikes grew from his elbow and back. Another claw on his hand grew. He let out a monstrous roar. "Ultimate Raaaaaaaath!!!!!"
Prime Rath gulped. Ultimate Rath then put a beat down on the other. It looked like it hurt. Rook and the others winced.
Ester had taken down Nancy and watched the display.
Prime Rath groaned as he was enveloped in a green light, turning him back to Prime Ben. He opened his eyes and saw the Ultimate standing over him.
He yelped and got up. "Who are you?!"
Ben pressed the dial on his chest and turned human. "I'm you, from a different future."
Prime Ben looked at the man in front of him. "Why...how?"
"I'll explain everything when we get this all cleaned up."
Prime Ben nodded.
Once they got up top, Prime Ben bid Ester goodbye, as well as Rook and Rayona. Attea and Looma left.
Ben and Prime Ben went to Mr. Smoothies.
Ben explained the situation and what his part was. Prime Ben was in disbelief. "So what you're saying is there's an evil Omnitrix bent on destroying the multiverse?"
Ben nodded. "That's about the gist of it." He sipped his smoothie.
Prime Ben said. "I'm in."
Ben raised an eyebrow. "Really? Just like that?"
Prime Ben nodded. "The multiverse needs saving, so why not have the best?" He kicked his feet up.
Ben replied. "It's not just me and you. There will be others."
"I'm more than enough to handle an obsolete version of myself." He smirked.
Ben groaned. He had forgotten how arrogant he was when he was younger. That's how he lost his arm.

Prime Ben said. "So…we going?"
Ben nodded and contacted Paradox.
A portal opened and two figures came from it.
It was Professor Paradox and a version of Ben. He wore a white shirt with a green stripe going down the middle. He wore a belt that had 10K on it and had two gauntlets on his wrist.
Ben said. "Huh…haven't seen this guy in a while?"
Ben 10K replied. "I could say the same about you."
Paradox said. "I take it that you explained the situation to our guest?"
Ben nodded. "He's on board. A little arrogant but…definitely useful."
"Hey!!" Prime Ben replied.
Paradox nodded. "Then let us be off. We must collect our next teammate in Dimension 23."
Prime Ben groaned. "Him? Really?"
Paradox nodded. "Come on, Benjamin. Let's get the team ready."
The team went through the portal.
Meanwhile…
A man wearing purple and black armor was in a laboratory. It was Eon, the Chronosapian.
He was rubbing the chin of his helmet.
"Hm…this is most peculiar. The creature has no control over itself...but is fully sentient...it will be my ultimate weapon." He smirked.
He was watching footage of the Carnitrix turning the young Ben into a feral FourArms.
Things were about to heat up……

And we are so back!!! The final chapters of Omni-Legacy. I figured the Ben War was a great finale section. And I am writing other stories. In correlation with this chapter, I have written the first chapter of my Cyberpunk fic, so please go check it out. As always, have a great day/night!!
