"...you wish to invert the final rune?"

A huff.

"Not invert. The 7th step is about transcendance-" she locked eyes with Dumbledore, excitement pouring out of her "-so what if we transvert it? Reach for a connection not with the aether but with a person?"

"Connecting minds...you want two secret keepers?"

"Two, zero, I want the secret to literally exist between them. Like a magical bond."

"...that would give the array more energy."

"Right? And if one anchor dies the secret can stay with the other. Giving them control over the array."

Blue eyes twinkled. "It is a start."
