First year students were deemed the highest priority; knowing of the magical world, but not knowing of its dangers.

At first they each tried to catch these families in public areas to warn them and pitch their plan. It was quickly determined, however, that neither Cedric nor Theo had any experience in the Muggle world.

So Sirius grabbed Cedric and she grabbed Theo.

"Remember, no magic. If you need us-"

"-use the portable phone." Sirius drawled, arm slung across a frowning Cedric.

"Good. So, Heathrow in two days?"

Cedric shrugged off the arm, "yes, at the portsky."

"Airport."

"R-right."
