Kyoko sighed to herself as she trudged down the hall toward the LoveMe Room. It had been a long day. She had shot a commercial that morning, then come back to LME to clean out the supply closet on the fifth floor. She had eaten a dodgy-looking egg salad sandwich from a vending machine, which she would not have normally done if not for being so busy and having zero time to make anything herself that day, and it had given her quite a bit of gastrointestinal discomfort. She couldn't wait to get home to the Darumaya to crash in her bed for the night.

She opened the door to the LoveMe Room and her eyes popped open wide when she stepped inside. "Tsuruga-san!"

Ren stood up from his spot on the couch. "Mogami-san," he said with a soft smile, "There you are."

Kyoko closed the door behind her. "What are you doing here?" She returned his smile, though she was tired. She hadn't seen him in a couple of days, and had missed him.

He gestured at the table in the corner where he had laid out a small fried chicken dinner. "I thought you might want to have dinner with me."

Kyoko's stomach rumbled uncomfortably. She didn't feel much like eating, but they hadn't had any alone time in a while, and he was willing to actually eat…

"I would love to! Thank you for thinking of me." She decided that she could handle just a bit more food, for his sake. They sat down to eat at the table. Between bites of chicken, mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese, they discussed their day and how everything had been going since they last saw each other. Ren had been shooting a new limited television series where he played a cop. He had hoped for something new, something stimulating, but found the writing lacking. Thankfully, the project would only last a couple more weeks, and then he would be on to the next.

Kyoko had been auditioning hard, trying to land something new, without much success. Ren interlocked his fingers under his chin. "What do you think is going wrong?"

She blushed and avoided his eyes. "Well… they're um… mostly romantic roles. And I don't really have much experience with… that."

He wished that he could help her with that, but being that they had agreed to keep their feelings to themselves for the time being, he knew that it was a bad idea. "I'm sure you'll figure it out."

She bowed her head to him. "Thank you, Tsuruga-san." Her stomach grumbled unhappily at her, signaling that she should probably start getting ready to go home. She stood up from the table to throw the trash away and clean up.

Poooot.

Kyoko's eyes widened as her body betrayed her. The act of standing had loosened her bowels and caused the tiniest poof of air to exit her nethers. She froze. Had he heard it? He must have. Even if he had missed the audible cue, there was no mistaking the smell. She turned red and tears stung her eyes; she had never been so embarrassed…

PPPBBBTTWAPWAPWAP!

She turned her head slowly to look at him in shock. He was sitting there, innocently sipping his soft drink. When he caught her looking, he raised his eyebrow at her. "Is something wrong, Mogami-san?"

She didn't know how to address what had just taken place, but felt the need to say something about it. "What was that?"

"That," he smirked, "Was the actor's rule of the fart."
