Right as the kyubi's soul and chakra are being separated the third hokaga and his ANBU squad arrive at the scene. As Minato looks down at his children he can't help but smile and start crying. He then looks over to his loving wife kushina, he just keeps staring at her with nothing but love in his eyes. As they stare into each other's eyes they both for what seems like hours relive all of their memories together. They see when it was Kushina's first day at the academy after leaving her home the land of whirlpools.

"I'm going to be Hokage you know".

Hahahaha all of the boys and girls started laughing.

"A foreigner can never be a Hokage".

They even start to make fun of her red hair.

Minato sees the day of graduation when Kushina is being bullied for her red hair again. He remembers that Kushina was always a strong and beautiful girl who just wanted love and was alone like him. Kushina sees when Kumo tries to kidnap her for her special chakra. As they walk along the road they don't notice that she is leaving a trail of her red hair on the road to track them. And as luck would have it someone would find the trail. A blonde-haired boy was stocking his prey like a seasoned Hunter. In a flash, the kumo ninjas were dealt with. As Kushina looks up and sees who helped her she is shocked and as he carries her away she asks

"How did you find me"?

"I found your beautiful red hair and followed it," he said with a beaming smile.

And with one last look into each other's eyes, they both see the week that Kushina told Minato that she was pregnant.

"What did you say Kushina I think that I heard you".

"I said that I'm pregnant," she said with a wide smile. In an instant, he grabbed her by her hips and swung her around in the air. He kept on smiling and yelling that

"I am going to be a DAD".

And That this is one of the best days of his life. after about a minute of that, he couldn't stop himself from running around the entire village yelling

"I'm going to be a father".

Three days later him kushina and his sensei Jiraiya the legendary sannin sat down around the dining room table and told him about the news.

"Sensei Me and kushina want to ask you if we can name our son Naruto after the character in your first book".

Kushina then adds that

"We also want you to be his godfather".

Jiraiya didn't know what to say he was completely shell-shocked, here he was a self-proclaimed super pervert and they wanted him?

"I don't know what to say I'm honored for the opportunity and thank you for this".

He says with a small tear running down his face.

As Hiruzen Sarutobi approaches the two they are both pulled back into reality and they start to sob and weep both knowing that time is running out. As Minato tears his eyes from everyone he looks up and notices the death god looking at his children. When he turns his head back and forth between the god and his children. Realizing that he is not looking at his children, but at his son, he hears the god mumbling,

"Interesting that boy is".

When he looks upon his son he sees that his cheeks are starting to have whisker-like birthmarks that of a fox. Minato's eyes then widened in shock and horror. The dead god then began to chuckle then said,

"I will not take your soul for right now".

"But why"

Minato yelled in shock.

"I thought that the price was my soul".

"And I will get it all souls are mine eventually" he said with a sinister smile.

"Now go to your family Minato Namikaza"

he said with one last chuckle before leaving.

With the help of Hiruzen he and Minato can get to the kids. The ANBU squad on the other hand attempt to take Kushina to the hospital so that her injuries can be treated. That however is not going as well as they would like, you can hear her screaming and hollering.

"Let me see my babies".

"KUSHINA"

yelled out Minato.

"I will take care of them you go and get treatment please I beg you".

Hearing that she stops fighting the ANBU and then her body flickers away.

"Minato what is the matter my boy"?

"Lord third I think that I messed up the seal".

"I think that the kyubi's soul has taken over my son's body".

As he said that he started to cry.

"Come Minato it will be alright but we have a duty to uphold, we must inform the ninja council".

"Alright lord third let's get this over with I just need my family so let's go".

"Oh and lord third I would like Tsunade to come back to the village to help treat the wounded and my wife as well".

"I will try Minato but you know how she is".

Arriving at the council room doors we can hear that all of the shinobi have arrived and are waiting for them. As the doors swing open everyone stops talking and waits for them to begin. Shikaku Nara the head of the Nara clan and the jonin commander starts to speak.

" Lord Fourth and lord third what can you tell us about the kyubi and what happened tonight".

" There are three things that we have to discuss about that".

" First is that when my wife was giving birth to are children a masked man with an orange spiral mask attached us".

"He was able to separate me from my wife and was able to release the Kyubi".

Donzo Shimura the former Commander of the dispensed root black ops voiced his opinion.

" So you let a masked person take our village weapon away and did nothing". Donzo sneered as he looked along the room.

" I didn't let him he used my children as hostages".

"The second thing I want to ask is Fugaku Uchiha I have heard that Madura Uchiha was able to put the Kyubi under genjutsu".

" Is that true or is that just a rumor".

" Yes my lord it is true but why are you asking".

"Ha because the man had a sharingon in his left eye".

After hearing this the room became deadly quiet. Not a sound could be heard.

"Fugaku is there anyone in your clan that is strong enough to do this"?

" Lord Fourth the only one strong enough to do something like that is myself".

"But it will most likely take me more than three attempts to get it right and by then you could have easily killed me".

"The only one that has the potential to do that would be a young prodigy named Shisui Uchiha".

Hearing all of that Minato and the rest of the council are relieved to hear that. Now is the thing that Minato feared most about this meeting. The third and final thing they have to discuss. The fate of this son.

"Now on to the last thing" Minato says with a tear rolling down his face.

" The Kyubis power is sealed into a seal on my daughter". When he said that everyone smiles and laughs. But one man did not, Donzo said

"You mentioned the power and not the soul"?

" I can assume that the soul is in your other childs body".

Before you can speak about turning him into a weapon I will stop you right there".

"I must tell you all that I messed up the seal and that I don't know how to fix it".

The room remains quiet seeing that Minato has started full on crying at this point in time. All that can be heard from the room is Minato saying that,

"I'm sorry Naruto I'm so so sorry please forgive me".

Everyone just sits there and watch there leader break down.

Even Donzo Shimura was silent and a little bit mournful, but no one will know that.
