At the edge of the Digital World, the evil Cherubimon clashed with the transcendent Digimon of fire and light, EmperorGreymon and MagnaGarurumon.

The dark lord had nearly destroyed the others with his storm of judgment, but the fire warrior was able to get them to safety atop what was left of Cherubimon's fortress. Of course, the villain had tried to stop them, but his attack was blocked by the powerful armor of MagnaGarurumon.

"Lighting Spear!" Cherubimon shouted as he tossed a spear at the light Digimon.

But the jet armored Digimon zipped out of the way, faster than the lightning.

It wasn't long after EmperorGreymon had returned to fight.

"What you haven't beaten this guy yet?" He playfully said.

"Not quite," MagnaGarurumon replied.

Cherubimon just groaned, before blasting his dark breath at the transcendent warriors. But the two quickly dodged out of the way.

"And that's why," MagnaGarurumon added, before the two had to dodge again.

The two heroes then charged at the villain with full force.

Sparks flew as the three fought, the weapons of the hero slashing and exspoading on Cherubimon's large arms.

Meanwhile upwards the remaining humans and Digimon watched on as the great battle raged on.

"Don't let him scare you!" Tommy cheered.

"We're all counting on you guys," JP added, while Patamon hung onto his head.

"We know you can do it!" Zoe added.

"Come on Koji," Koichi thought, worried for his brother as the battle continued, "I should be fighting, I need to do something good, after all the evil I caused,".

Zoe noticed the boy seemed rather glum, but was unsure how to help at the time.

The digimon however, seemed to be just as displeased by what was happening.

"It no fair, me want spirits back!" Talpidmon grumbled, "Me want to help fight and save world too!".

"I couldn't agree more sugar," Lamnimon added, "I don't how much longer I can stand to be like this!".

"Lamnimon you know we had to give them are spirits to stop Cherubimon," Zoe said, "Besides I told you don't look that bad as Lamnimon,".

"Oh I know Zoe, but I still don't have too like it!" the water child huffed with crossed arms.

"You just need to remember you have inner beauty," Zoe recommended.

"Inner, beauty?" Lamnimon pondered, for this did strangly remind her of the conflicted feelings with her beast spirit.

"Hey look on the bright side, at least we's don't have to worrys about fighting Cherubimon right?" Tromon said, "Besides once der done will be back to ourselves bada bing bada boom, yah understand,".

"Tis a fair point," Reflectmon said, "Let us just hope they will be able to triumph over the dark lord,".

"They can beat him, I know they will," Koichi said, trying to be positive.

Though on the inside he was rather anxious as he looked upon his D-tector. After all he did wonder if becoming Lowemon had made his spirits weaker and thus causing him to be less useful.

"I'm glad to be free of the darkness, but can I even help now?" He thought, "Maybe if, no, I never want the power again!".

Yet the questions still plagued his mind as he stared at his spiritless D-tector. However, he then thought he heard something coming from the device. Koichi then held it to his ear to get a better listen and what he heard made him wince. It sounded like a heartbeat, as if something was still in his D-tector.

Koichi didn't know what this meant, but he figured it would be best to keep it to himself for now.

Despite the possitve talks from the others, it didn't do much to cheer up the earth child.

"Me still no like this, Talpidmon want power back to fight and save world!" he ranted.

Heh, you and me both.

"Huh, who say that?" Talpidmon asked, alerted by an unknown voice.

Yipe!

The mole looked around yet couldn't see anything that had spoken.

"You okay buddy?" JP asked.

"Huh, yeah, me fine," Talpidmon replied, having brushed off the issue, "But how come JP not mad about no spirits?".

"Well I, uhm?" JP said, unsure how to answer.

"Surely JP not happy about no able to help?" Talpidmon asked.

"Well you're right, but what am I supposed to do?" JP sighed, "But for now we just have to trust that Takuya and Koji can handle this,"

"Still why for only two get to be heroes and not all warriors?!" Talpidmon sighed.

"I agree sugar, seems a little unfair if you ask me," Lamnimon added.

"Weren't you paying attention?" Bokomon asked, "Ophanimon only had enough energy to empower Takuya and Koji,".

"Is it still unfair?" Neemon stupidly asked.

"Hmm, unfair?" Reflectmon thought, before walking away from the group "I wonder?".

This was noticed by the three child Digimon, once the humans were distracted by the battle, the three soon went after him.

Not too far away,

The steel child was in deep thought, puzzling over the current events.

"He should haf appeared?" he thought, "But then, where' arth thou?".

"Something on mind?" Talpidmon asked, catching the mirror boy's attention.

"This unfair loss of our spirits, does this not seem'ih like an action that he would seek to change?" Reflectmon asked.

"He, who's he?" Tromon asked.

"The one that altered reality so that we may live," Reflectmon explained, "The shadow that alters reality,".

"Come to think of it, this does seem like something he would change?" Lamnimon wondered.

"But then why him no show?" Talpidmon asked, as he thought more about the mysterious interloper.

"Maybe he's just running late or something, right?" Tromon suggested.

"Nay, for when I encountered him, thou was tricky and clever, perhaps as clever as I, so I doubt thou would be so sloppy," Reflectmon stated, "Though, it has me wondering, why, why has any of this happened?".

"Me understand, Talpidmon wonder why him do all this?" Talpidmon said, "If we meant to just be beaten, why him go through trouble to change everything, if we digimon just now off to side while only two legendary warriors fight?".

"Hey I's thought we sorted this out already?" Tromon pointed out.

"Yeah, we know that are friendships and we all matter and stuff," Lamnimon said, "But I still sometimes wonder why, and what he's planning with all of this?".

"When we asked him Digimon, they just say to ask himself?" Talpidmon pointed out, "So where for is him!?".

"Regrettably, tis unlikly we can seek him out in our current state," Reflectmon explained, "As if he would even dare to share thy secrets to us at all?".

The Digimon were quiet, very unsure what to do about this. However, the rumbling of the crumbling castle left them little time to dwell.

"Gah, maybe we should go back where the kiddies are?" Lamnimon suggested, trying to not lose her balance, "It's probably safer with them anyways,".

"Right," Tromon said, while Talpidmon nodded with a grunt.

The four then started heading back to the others. Through Reflectmon did take a moment to catch up, looking into the wreckage of the castle and wondering about the shadowy interloper.

"What arth though aiming to achieve?" he muttered, before following his comrades.

However, with in the rubble, parts of it glitched and flickered.

..

Meanwhile down below,

"You are more powerful than I thought but still, you will perish," Cherubimon said, before conjuring a red bolt, "Lighting Spear!" he then tossed it like a boomerang, but it was dogged by the heroes like the others before.

By this time the heroes decided to counterattack.

EmperiorGreymon then drew his sword and swung it around. The gold sides of the sword then opened up and the blade glowed, "Perishing is your job, Dragon Fire Crossbow!" he then blasted fire from his weapon.

The blast was powerful, as it knocked the dragonknight back a bit, and when it hit the villain the dark Digimon was covered in flames. Cherubimon growled in pain as he tried to shake off the flames.

Then, MagnaGarurumon let loose a barrage of missiles and shots from his chest at the villain, "Magnum missiles!".

The missiles exploded on the villain, causing him to cover himself with his arms in defense.

But the jet armored wolf wasn't done yet, "Barrel Fire!" he then shot his large square blaster, before it ran out of ammo. He then switched to the missile cannons on his other arm, "Magna Rocket!" the rockets went flying at the villain, clearing the smoke as they exploded on the rabbit Digimon.

When the barrage stopped, Cherubimon thought he was safe. But he was soon surprised when the jet wolf appeared in front of his face.

The cannons on the wolf's chest glowed, before blasting Cherubimon with a powerful light.

"AAAAAggghhh!" Cherubimon gasped as smoke surrounded him.

MagnaGarurumon backflipped out of the smoke as his armor broke off. He then floated next to his fiery comrade as they watched the villain go flying.

Cherubimon then crashed into the lower part of his castle, shaking the structure, and nearly making the children above fall.

The two ascended warriors then floated to the hole in the tower.

"Did we beat him?" EmperorGreymon asked.

"Never!" Cherubimon roared as he tried to stand, roaring in frustration at the heroes.

"Good, 'cause we're ready to fight some more," the dragon knight taunted.

Oh goodness, get on with it you attention hogs!

"You are done, Storm of Judgment!" Cherubimon roared.

Dark lighting then rained down on the fortress, beginning to destroy the castle.

"AAAAhhh!" Tommy cried as he held his hat in fear.

"Hang in der, right!" Tromon said as he held the boy, having ducked down with the rest.

"We're gonna be blasted into smithereens for sure!" JP cried.

Talpidmon just groaned in fear.

"Maybe not JP, those attacks are wild and unfocused," Bokomon pointed out, "Like Cherubimon's fighting scared?"

"Tis a stuet observation," Reflectmon added, "Tis possible that Cherubimon be'ith close to defeat and thus lashing out in fear,".

Then more lighting shocks the castle, alarming those on it.

"That may be the case, but I don't think that makes this any better sugar!" Lamnimon cried.

"Hang on!" Zoe said, as she held the water Digimon close, "I know they can win, we just have to believe!".

"Hey a house divided never stands right?" Tromon said.

"How does that help?" Tommy asked, holding onto the wooden horse.

"Not sure, but it sounded appropriate, yah understand?" Tromon explained.

Back down below,

Cherubimon then stopped shouting, beginning to breathe heavily.

"Nice shooting," EmperorGreymon taunted, "Unless of course, you were actually trying to hit us?".

"Are you ready to surrender?" MagnaGarurumon asked.

"This is incomprehensible!?" Cherubimon said, "My attack should have annihilated you!?".

"Face it Cherubimon, we're too powerful for you!" EmperorGreymon shouted.

"You're too powerful?" the villain scoffed, "I was ruling this world before any of you feeble creatures even existed!".

"That's true, but not anymore!" the dragon knight countered, "You don't even know our secret weapon yet,".

"You're powerful it's true, but you're all alone!" MagnaGarurumon explained, "You abandoned and mistreated those who loved you, while we have the strength of our friends on our side!".

"Don't be fools, the power you have comes only from the spirits and from Ophanimon's essence, nothing more!" Cherubimon shouted as he made a fist, "You're friends are useless now, not that it matters because neither you nor none of them shall save you!" he then raised his arm into the air, "Storm of-,".

"Starburst attack!" MagnaGarurumon then dashed at the speed of light at the villain, leaving stardust in his wake as he went through Cherubimon.

"Auuhhh," the rabbit moaned in pain.

EmperorGreymon then stabbed his sword into the ground. Then out of the ground came 8 lines of flame going in every direction, "Pyro Dragons!" he then pulled on the sword, raising the very land it was stuck in and causing the flames to morph into dragon serpent that then went to strike at Cherubimon.

"Aaauauahgg!" Cherubimon screamed in fear as the serpents roared at him, "No this can't, be it?" he thought, "My rule, I can't lose, not after all I've done, all I've sacrificed?!" he trembled, but then he remembered something, something he had sealed away long ago, "Wait, of course, he can deal with them for me, hehehehe,".

The explosion was huge, causing more of the tower to crumble.

"It's coming down!" JP moaned.

"We have to get out!" Tommy shouted.

"Right!" Tromon added.

More and more of the tower exploded, filling the world with smoke. Because of this the two heroes had lost where the villain was.

"Cherubimon!" EmperorGreymon shouted.

"Not now, we have to save the others!" MagnaGarurumon said.

"Right," the dragon knight agreed, before the two took off to the top of the collapsing tower.

Okay you've got you time to shine, no hurry it up so I can fix things!

In a matter of moments, the two had helped the other kids and Digimon onto EmperorGreymon large body. Though they had nearly lost Koichi as he was the last one on and couldn't make it in time before the tower collapsed. But thankfully MagnaGarurumon had mangied to save him just in time.

The dark fortress collapsed, destroying everything inside as it sank into the ground.

"Whoa, we got out of there just in the nick of time," Tommy said.

"You can say dat again right," Tromon added.

"Just don't let us go!" Lamnimon asked, rather nervous to be so high up.

The heroes then looked back at the collapsing castle, hearing the loud crashing of rocks as well as the demonic cries of the experiments that failed to use the dark spirit.

"So do you think we got him?" JP asked.

"Me no think so, there no fractal code to scan," Talpidmon pointed out.

"Talpidmon's right, it's never that easy," MagnaGarurumon added.

"That's all and good sugar, but can we please get onto the ground safely now," Lamnimon moaned,

But then the tower exploded as it crashed into the ground.

"Guys look out!" Tommy cried as the smoke covered them.

"Tread carefully thy warriors!" Reflectmon shouted.

A few moments later,

Once the castle had crumbled, the heroes were now inside the pink crater of it's remains. Having been caught in the demolition, they were now covered in the rubble.

Patamon soon poked his head, happily flapping his wings as the others soon appeared.

Takuya got up next, feeling rather worn out from the recent fight, "Oh my head, that's the only part of me that doesn't hurt," he groaned as he struggled to stand up. The boy soon noticed the others were fine, dusting themselves off.

"Everyone all right?" Zoe asked, while she shook dust out of her hat.

"Yup," Koji replied, also shaking the dust out of his hat.

"Looks like it sugar?" Lamnimon said atop some rubble, before falling off as Talpidmon dug his way out of it, "Whaaah?!".

"Speak for self!" the earth child complained.

"Heys could be worse, right?" Tromon said, after pulling his pal out of the rubble, "At Least we're all here and accounted for, no Digimon left behind, right?".

"Tis a fairly fortunate outcome it appears?" Reflectmon said, while he helped Lamnimon up.

"No one got hurt, well I guess there's a first time for everything?" Takuya said.

"What about me?" Neemon moaned, who was currently hanging from a rock via wedgie.

"I'll help!" Patamon said, while trying to lift the confused yellow Digimon.

"So what happened to Cherubimon then?" Zoe asked.

"Well I suppose you guys really did defeat him?" Bokomon answered.

"No, I know him, there's no way he could be defeated that easily," Koichi said.

"The boy speak'ith thy truth," Reflectmon added, "Thy dark lord has likely retreated and will soon return to fight once more,".

The heroes were quiet for a bit, feeling slightly uneasy at this.

"Even so we destroyed his hideout and I bet we did a lot of damage to him," JP proudly proclaimed, "Like flecty said, he's probably off somewhere lickling his wounds,"

"Thanks to Takuya and Koji," Zoe pointed out, which made Talpidmon roll his eyes.

"Not just us, it was you guys too," Koji said.

"Yeah you helped us a lot," Takuya added, "Not did you give us your spirits, you were there cheering us on,".

Oh give me a break….

Reflectmon then winced. For a moment he thought he heard something familiar.

"Yeah, yeah, we lot of help, give spirits now!" Talpidmon rudely said, eager to regain his legendary warrior form.

"You heard him sugar, you said we could have them back once you guys won, so hand em over!" Lamnimon added, "Um, pretty please?".

"Okay, okay, sure thing guys," Takuya said, slightly nervous.

Then in a few moments, all the spirits had been returned to their proper owners. Of course, in nearly less time, the four former villains had digivolved back to their legendary warrior forms.

"Oh, it feels so good to be back to my beautiful self!" Ranamon cheered with joy, as she admired herself in Mercurymon's mirror, "I just feel ripe as rain!".

"No kidding, Grumblemon so glad to be back and strong!" The earth warrior beamed as he flexed his arms.

"Hey it's like I always say, alls well that ends well, right?" Arbormon said.

"A fine statement in dead Arbormon," Mercurymon complimented, before sounding concerned, "Still, thoughts of what is to come, plague my mind I will admit,".

"Ah don't worry about," Takuya said as he slapped the back of the mirror Digimon, "I'm sure everythings fine flecty,".

"How many times must I inform thou not to call'ith my that!" Mercurymon groaned, rather annoyed.

This caused the others to chuckle a little, much to the steel warrior's dismay.

However, not too far away from the heroes, in a small hole in the ground two red eyes glowed. Then from the hole, ice began to form and slowly grew towards the heroes.

"Ah, fresh meat," a rather odd voice said.

Meanwhile, not too far away,

"Where could he be?" Scutlemon asked, while he and his brother searched the dark land, "Ben's got to be here somewhere?".

"I sure hope so bro, he seemed like he was really pushing himself lately," Treblemon added.

"Any luck sis?" Scutlemon asked, talking into a communicator device.

"Sorry Scutlemon, I haven't had any luck yet," Corlamon explained, while currently looking through data on her screens, "The final phase is coming up soon, so he's probably hanging around there, maybe?".

"That's why we got to find him soon, before he overdoes it again," Scutlemon explained.

"He has been doing that a lot lately, arf," Treblemon added.

"Let's get going, because he's about to do something big," Scutlemon said with concern.

The two Digimon nodded and ran forward, continuing their search for their partner.

Back at the destroyed castle,

"So what are we supposed to do now?" Koji asked.

"Make a new plan I guess?" Takuya suggested.

"Well stop guessing and start thinking," Bokomon said, sounding rather annoyed.

"Hey if you have time to talk you have time to think to, right?" Arbormon added, slightly annoyed at the smaller digimon's attitude.

Grumblemon meanwhile, was enjoying being himself again.

"Hahah, good to be Grumblemon again!" he cheered, before shattering a rock with his fist, "Me strong!".

"Glad your happy buddy," JP said, "Though y'know it wasn't gone that long?".

"How long no matter, just happy to be strong and can fight again!" Grumblemon replied.

"Well, can't argue with that," JP joked.

"Yeah, it's great to have all are spirits back," Tommy said, as he approached with the wood warrior, "Right Arbormon?".

"Right," Arbormon agreed, "Although,".

"Although what?" JP asked.

"I've been thinking, once Cherubimon shows up again, aren't we going have to give back our spirits to Takuya and Koji to fight em?" he explained, much to the dismay of the others.

This made the four quiet for a moment.

"Oh, I guess you're right?" Tommy said, "We have to give them up again, so they can fight at their strongest,".

"Yeah, it's not great, but Takuya and Koji are the only ones who can stop him," JP sighed, "It's how it has to be,".

"No!" Grumblemon shouted, "Me no want to lose spirits again, me can fight now!".

"Grumblemon, you know we have to give them our spirits," JP said, "Why are you so mad?".

"Why you not mad!?" Grumblemon asked.

"Huh, what do you mean?" JP asked back

"You really no mad about loosing spirits?" Grumblemon asked, "Surly you upset about being useless and no able to help friends too?".

"Well, maybe a little," JP said, before thinking about it some, "You know what, yeah it does bug me!".

"See, it no good!" Grumblemon said, "We should fight too!".

"That's all and good Grumble, but from what I understand Ophanimon only had enough energy left to upgrade Takuya and Koji's D-tector," Arbormon explained, "Right?".

"Right, I don't think we'd be strong enough to fight Cherubimon otherwise?" Tommy added.

"But we could still," Grumblemon tried to say, before remembering just how powerful Cherubimon was, "Well him was really strong,".

"Yeah, I can't tell you how much getting zapped by him hurt," JP said, moaning at the memory, "Maybe it's good that we're not fighting him?".

"But?" Grumblemon protested.

"Hey look at it this way pal, since those two are doing all dah fighting, den we's won't have to worry about us getting done in by Cherubimon," Arbormon explained, holding his finger up, "Not mention, the other way around happening, yah understand?".

"Me no think of that?" Grumblemon said, not feeling too confident about the idea of slaying their creator, "Grr, but me no have to like it," he grumbled.

"On the bright side, at least we all get are spirits afterwards," Tommy pointed out.

"Me guess," Grumblemon mumbled, still hating the idea.

However, while the four talked, a floating rock glitched and flicked for a bit. Not enough for any to notice but was definitely not natural.

.. Just a little more…. I promise…..

Ranamon however, was still admiring herself in Mercurymon's mirror shield.

"Oh it feels so good to be me again," she beamed.

"I must say m'lady, thou was most valiant in our prior battle with Cherubimon," Mercurymon complimented.

"Aw, thank yah sugar," Ranamon replied.

"Even as Calmaramon, thou were most effective," The steel warrior said, which made the water warrior flinch, which the mirror noticed, "Hm, I take thy haf not fully accepted thy beast spirit?".

"Well, I, um, I really don't know Mercurymon," Ranamon sighed, "When we were fighting Cherubimon, I was just so mad about what he done did to our friends, that my beast spirit just kind of took over?".

"Hmm, tis does sound'ith as if thy had begun to sync with Calmaramon?" Mercurymon said, "Perhaps thou may haf some love for thy beast spirit?".

"Yeah, maybe?" She said with uncertainty, before getting haunted by bad memories of insults, "But, I just don't know if I can handle it,".

"Handle what Ranamon?" Zoe asked, alerting the two Digimon.

"Oh, Zoe?" Ranamon said, a little startled.

"Hmm, I shall leave thy lovely ladies to banter," Mercurymon bowed, before stepping away.

"Huh, wait, Mecurymon!" Ranamon stuttered, but sighed once the steel warrior had left.

"Is something bothering you?" Zoe asked.

"Well, ugh, it's my beast spirit Zoh," Ranamon explained, "I mean, you saw what happened back at the lake when Calmaramon went crazy and all?" she sighed.

"Well, from what I saw it sure looked like you were able to control it when fighting Cherubimon?".

"I know sugar, but," Ranamon stuttered, "I just don't know if I'll be able to control Calmaramon the next time?".

"Well, Grumblemon told me to control a beast spirit, you need to trust it," Zoe explained, "So did you stop trusting it or maybe something made her stop trusting you?".

"What, no!" Ranamon protested, "How could I do such a silly thing like that?".

Zoe just glared at the water Digimon.

"Well, I guess it's possible?" Ranamon sheepishly said, "But how am I supposed to get Calmaramon to trust me again?".

"I'm not sure?" Zoe sighed, "Maybe you could start by apologizing to her?".

"Apologize?" Ranamon said, thinking about the words, "Well, I suppose that might help, though I'm not too sure how I would even do that?" she wondered

"Well, I'm sure there's a way somehow?" Zoe replied.

But then she noticed that Koichi was looking rather glum. This worried her, which the water warrior noticed.

"You okay sugar?" Ranamon asked.

"You think Koichi's okay?" Zoe asked, "Kinda seems like he's having a hard time around us?".

"Well, I'm sure me and the other Digimon had a little trouble at first too?" Ranamon pointed out, "Then again I'm not all that sure how you humans work, especially when a twin brother is involved?" she then had a nice idea, "Say why don't you go and talk to him, I bet you could cheer him up a bit sugar,".

"You really think so?" Zoe said, a little nervous.

"Of course, you were able to cheer me up back then after all," Ranamon explained, "Besides, you said you were going to more treat your friends better and you seem like you'd do great with that Koichi kid, honestly, I'm a little jealous,".

"Okay then, I'll do just that," Zoe said, before walking up to the boy.

Meanwhile, Takuya was trying to figure out where Cherubimon had gone off too.

"Where could he have gone off too?" Takuya thought, "And if we find him, we just have to beat him right?".

But then Mercurymon approached the boy,

"Has thou sermized a plan yet?" he asked.

"I don't know about sermizing or whatever, but I really don't have a plan yet either," Takuya replied, "Cherubimon's still out there, and we need to be ready when he strikes back,".

"Most true Takuya," Mercurymon agreed, "If thou may permit me, I would like to survey the area for thy Cherubimon, as well as something else that may be of thy note".

"Something else?" Takuya asked, "What do you mean?".

"I am unsure, but I believe one may be lurking in the shadows, possibly plotting to alter something?" Mercurymon explained, "Tis may be nothing, though I feel it would be hazardous to not investigate,".

"Oh good idea," Takuya said, understanding how important this was to the steel warrior, "But make sure to come back as soon something happens, okay,".

"But of course," Mercurymon bowed, "I shall be at thy beck and call," he then slipped into his mirror, which soon vanished with a snap.

Koichi meanwhile was rather lost in thought, still dwelling on his past actions, as well as how to feel around his brother. After all he had done so much evil as Duskmon yet Koji had seemed to have forgiven him. Besides that, he was also hung up on his fight with Cherubimon, about how weak Lowemon seemed to be. He then wondered if Cherubimon was right about Duskmon being stronger?

"Am I, weaker now?" he thought, "No, I shouldn't think like that, there's no way I could ever be Duskmon again, nor would I even want that,".

These thoughts left the boy confused and conflicted. He was unsure how to move forward, for he really couldn't talk to the others about these things. While he knew Arbormon had forgiven him, he wasn't sure the others had done so. Maybe Koji would know how to help, but he still felt shy around him, despite being brothers.

However, he soon felt a tap on the shoulder. Koichi then looked to see Zoe behind him.

"It looks to me like you have something on your mind Koichi, you want to share it?" She kindly asked.

Koichi just looked away with a slight moan, though that didn't stop Zoe.

"Aw come one, don't be shy," Zoe said as she walked over to the otherside of the boy, "After all we're all friends here, right?" she said with a wink.

"Right," Arbormon added from a far, almost out of instinct.

This made the boy smile for a slight moment, feeling a little bit more assured by Zoe's kindness.

"Am I weaker?" he asked.

"What do you mean?" Zoe asked.

"It's just during that last battle, I couldn't do anything," Koichi explained.

"Well it's not like your the only one," Zoe explained, "We were all struggling against Cherubimon, so don't feel bad about it,".

"I guess," Koichi sighed.

"Listen I used to think I was weak too, but you just have to have confidence Koichi," Zoe explained, trying to comert the boy.

"Confidence huh?" Koichi said, before looking over to his brother, "Like Koji?".

"Yeah, Koji is very confident," Zoe said, "You should go talk to him, he is your brother after all,".

"You really think he'll understand, me?" Koichi asked, very nervous.

"Give him a chance Koichi, I know he won't let you down," Zoe happily suggested.

Koichi smiled, have been motivated by the girl's kind words. He then nodded before walking over to his brother, "Um, Koji?" he asked, getting his brother's attention, "So uh, listen,".

"Yeah?" Koji answered.

The others watched on, nervous for the two brothers.

"Come on Koichi, you can trust us," Zoe said, though not loud enough for the brothers too hear.

"Well, you see," Koichi tried to say.

However, before he could get the words out, ice began to grow closer towards the boys.

"Does anyone feel a draft?" Ranamon asked, having felt an unpleasant chill.

"AAAAAhhhh!" Patamon suddenly screamed, while cleaning onto JP's head, "He's coming!".

"For dinner?" Neamon asked, still stuck hanging from the rock, that soon becam covered in snow.

"Cherubimon's coming?!" Koji asked

"No, this no feel like old master Cherubimon?" Grumblemon stated, "Wait, the ice!"

The brothers then looked down to see ice about to break through the ground beneath.

"Beneath us!" Koichi shouted.

Suddenly a large spike of ice erupted out of the ground, knocking the two aside. Then more ice pillars sprouted around the heroes.

"Eh, I'd take a guess dat dis ain't your doing Tommy, right?" Arbormon nervously asked.

"I don't think so, I haven't even spirit evolved!" Tommy replied.

"Just double checking, right?" the robot replied.

The ice then forced everyone to the ground, as it turned blue like snowy ice. Then as everyone slid down it a little bit, they then saw the shadow of a demon with horns and tattered wings.

Upon closer look, the demon appeared to be rather skinny yet large, its skin was pure white and wore many belts on its body, such as on it's arms and legs.

"Ahh, who's that?" Takuya asked nervously.

"IceDevimon, one of the nastiest Digimon around," Bokomon explained, while the Digivices analyzed it, "Don't expect any mercy from this cold-hearted creature,".

"Cherubimon sent you to finish us off huh?" JP said.

"Cherubimon?" IceDevimon said, rather confused, "Ha, I wouldn't compare me to that weakling if I were you," he boasted, talking in a rather, strange way.

He sounds like Christphor Walken and you know it!

"If you're not with him, what do you want with us?" Zoe asked.

"Oh, just death and destruction," Bokomon explained as he read his book, "You don't want to know what it says in here,".

"How will I know that until I know?" Neamon asked, while handing from an ice spike.

"You make my brain hurt, just trust me, he's bad business!" Bokomon ranted, "The baddest of business,".

"What!" the others asked.

"Well if you must know, he went on a rampage across the digital world, destroying Digimon and eating whatever data he could get his hands on," Bokomon explained.

"Oh my, he sounds more gluttonous than Arbormon," Ranamon gasped.

"Hey, I'm not dat hungry!" Arbormon said, rather offended, "At Least not at duh moment, right?".

"Eventually he was captured and since he was too powerful for even Cherubimon to destroy, he was sentenced to imprisonment without end," Bokomon explained, "Are you happy now, Mr and Mrs pushy pants!?".

"Hey, I didn't no even ask!" Arbormon complained.

"Yeah, and the girls no even wearing pants," Grumblemon pointed out.

"Excuse me!?" Ranamon said.

"But wait, imprisonment without end, sure looks like it ended to me," Bokomon said.

"So does the book say where he's supposed to be imprisoned?" Tommy asked.

"It doesn't, but I have a sinking suspicion that we found it," Bokomon nervously said, as he looked up at the frosty devil.

"Well let's unfind it," Neamon moaned.

The cold demon looked upon the heroes with great interest, "So tell me, most of you are humans, are you not?" IceDevimon asked, sounding amused.

"Yeah, what's it to you?" Takuya shouted.

"Hold your tongue, little creature, I simply wish to express my gratitude to those who freed me from that tiresome prison," IceDevimon explained.

"Oh, well you're welcome," Neamon said, which made the others groan at him.

"You know it's funny, I didn't know humans could evolve into Digimon?" IceDevilmon said, as his cool purple eyes stared at the heroes, "Do you have tasty data like those others, yummy,".

"Watch it bub!" JP shouted.

"Grumblemon make you taste yummy pain!" the earth warrior added.

"The data of the Digimon, Cherubimon captured was so sweet," IceDevimon said, referring to the experiments that were trapped in the tower, which concerned the heroes greatly.

"Are you telling us that you destroyed all those Digimon?!" Takuya asked with anger.

"You betcha, but I wonder if your data will be sweeter?" IceDevimon said, as he licked his lips and making a freaky face.

"Ehhhlll," Ranamon moaned, feeling very uncomfortable.

"You'll never find out so long as we have a say in it!" Takuya shouted, before he and Koji pulled out their D-tectors.

"And we do!" Koji added.

"First, I must give you all a little gift for freeing me," IceDevimon said, before pointing a finger at the two boys and shooting two ice shards out at the D-tectors.

Once they hit, the Digivices glowed white, before becoming covered in ice and shutting down.

"My D-tector!" Takuya gasped, as he tried to make it work, "This is a thank you?" he complained.

"You're powerful, so I'll save you for later," IceDevimon explained, "That way we can have a good fight after these distractions are eliminated, and let me tell you, it will be, so joyous, all the pain and the suffering, don't you agree?".

"Okay, we crossed over into weirdville!" Zoe shouted, feeling very annoyed and uncomfortable by the demon.

"And who do you think you are calling a distraction!" Ranamon yelled, rather offended, "I'll have you know I am the main attraction!".

"Oh, don't worry, I'm sure you Digimon will taste, very good and such, so I will still enjoy you, very much as well," IceDevimon said, before clutching his fist, "And to have the chance, to taste human data for the first time, this will be, the most wonderful excruciating day ever," he then looked at his prey with one eye squinting with demented excitement, "Thank you so very much for this gift!".

"Listen chump, the pain's gonna be all yours," Zoe said as she flipped her hair.

"I couldn't agree more sugar," Ranamon said, with her hands on her hips, looking sassy.

"I'll second that!" Tommy shouted bravely.

"Right!" Arbormon shouted in agreement.

"Count me in!" JP added, trying to be brave.

"Save some for Grumblemon!" The earth warrior said, as he readied his hammer.

"Me too," Koichi said, "I'm not gonna let you hurt my friends!".

The four unfrozen digi-destined then began their digivolution.

The spirit of thunder glowed green, "Execute!" JP then swiped the fractal code on his hand across the D-tector, "Spirit Evolution!". The bug armor appeared and in a matter of moments he was, "Beetlemon!"

The spirit of ice glowed as Tommy then began his transformation "Execute!" Tommy then swiped the fractal code on his hand across the D-tector, "Spirit Evolution!". The armor of the ice bear appeared around the boy and slowly pressed onto him and in a matter of moments he was, "Kumamon!".

The spirit of wind glowed as Zoe began her transformation. "Execute!" Zoe then swiped the fractal code on his hand across the D-tector, "Spirit Evolution!". The armor of the wind fairy appeared around the girl and slowly pressed onto her, until she was, "Kazemon!".

The spirit of darkness glowed as the evolution began. Koichi then swiped his fractal code covered hand across the device, "Execute, spirit evolution!". The three headed lion spirit then roared, spewing out lions made of a dark mist as the dark armor slowly pressed onto the boy.

The new warrior of darkness grabbed his spear as he landed on the pedestal, then the dark mist lion then went to his other hand and became a shield that resembled a sphinx, as he slashed his weapon while the lion head on his chest spat out a dark fireball, before proclaiming himself, "Lowemon!".

The seven legendary warriors then leaped into battle.

"Thunder Fist!" Beetlemon shouted, as he tried to smash the demon with a sparking fist.

But IceDevimon just leaped out of the way.

"Hurricane Wave!" Kazemon shouted, before attempting to hit the cold demon with her winds.

But IceDevilmon just bent backwards to dodge, like he was doing the limbo.

"Dark Vapor!" Ranamon shouted, as she tried to hit the villain.

But IceDevimon just dodged once again.

"Hold still, Seismic Sledge!" Grumblemon shouted as he tried to smash the demon's foot.

But IceDevimon simply lifted his foot out of the way, "Oh uhm, too slow hehe!" he chuckled before kicking the gnome aside.

"Gah!" Grumblemon cried as he hit the ground, before growling at the frosty demon.

"Hey, is that all you got?" IceDevimon asked.

"Roundhouse Punt!" Arbormon shouted as his foot disconnected and kicked the demon's head.

"Ouch!" IceDevimon cried, "Uh how dare you, you little shrub!".

"How you like dat, right!" Arbormon shouted, after his foot reattached and landed.

But then his lower half and arms were suddenly frozen by the demon's ice from below

"Uh, how you like that?" he taunted, "Rather cool, I believe, ah, you should really watch where you step?".

"Ah no, guess that's why you should always bring a coat, right?" the robot groaned.

"Draining Rain!" Ranamon shouted as she summoned a rain cloud above the demon.

But to her surprise, instead of water pouring out, snow fell from the cloud.

"W-what!?" Ranamon shouted, "What did you do to my rain!?".

"Oh nothing, my dear," IceDevimon said as the snow fell, "You see, when the temperature, a goes down, rain turns to snow," he explained, "And must say, thank you these toppings, for they will go great as I consume your data ah," he then caught some of the snow with his tongue.

This left Ranamon fuming, as well as damaging her confidence a little, "Oh, how am I supposed to fight now!?"

But then Kumamon leaped into the air at the villain, his body transformed into an icicle "Frozen Tundra!".

Sadly, the cold demon Digimon just grabbed him, "Oh, heha?" he laughed, as he brought him closer, before IceDevimon licked him like ice cream.

This made the Ice warrior shutter, feeling very uncomfortable.

"Tommy!" Kazemon cried, before flying at the demon, only to be grabbed by his free hand

"You're look of fear makes you so much prettier," IceDevimon said creepily, before licking Kumamon again.

"Let them go now!" Takuya shouted, angry though powerless.

"Good idea," IceDevimon said, before tossing aside the warriors of wind and ice.

After hitting the ground, Kumamon's icicle morphed back into his body, before he and Kazemon were helped up by their friends.

"You okay sugar?" Ranamon asked with concern.

"What about you Tommy?" Lowemon asked.

"That was so awful!" Kumamon cried, having been rather traumatized by the licking.

"That's a good first step," Beetlemon said to the demon, "Now get lost creep!".

"But I can't leave without having fun with you first," IceDevimon chuckled as he scratched his chin, "You're such unusual prey,".

The heroes scowled at this, growing rather annoyed by the demon's creepiness.

"Now what can I do to prolong my joy?" IceDevimon wondered, "Ah, of course, trust me you're going to love this," his tattered wings began to flap, sending cold waves at the heroes.

The heroes tried to shield themselves, but soon they began to become encased in ice. Grumblemon quickly dove into the ground before the ice could trap him, while Lowemon slipped away into the shadows. However, for the warriors of thunder, wind and water, the ice soon grew up to their waist, though Arbormon ended up completely encased.

"Ah, I can't feel my legs!" Kazemon cried.

"Yeah I can't feel anything, besides cold, right," Arbormon mumbled, while completely encased in ice.

"Oh come on, I was already struggling enough as is!" Ranamon whined as the ice went up to her shoulders.

"Isn't it wonderful?" IceDevimon asked, as he approached, "I can get you one at a time and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it, best idea I've had in years!".

However, before he could do anything, the demon soon felt something attacking his legs.

Kumamon hadn't been frozen, for he was the warrior of ice! He was then joined by Lowemon who reappeared and began striking the left leg while Kumamon blasted at the other.

"Ah, this is so tiring," IceDevimon complained before preparing to strike the two.

Suddenly Grumblemon leaped out of the ground with his hammer. "Guess who!" he taunted, before slamming the hammer into IceDevimon's back.

"Ooww!" he moaned, before turning around, "That's dirty tactic, uh nice job, here let me give you a little something!" he then whacked the earth warrior aside.

"Aggh," Grumblemon groaned, "Hmph, while you hit Grumblemon, friends hit IceDevimon more!"

"I beg your pardon?" IceDevimon asked, before feeling the pain from the dark warrior's spear, "Ow!?" IceDevimon didn't take too kindly to this and soon swatted aside the dark warrior, before turning his eyes on the bear.

"Hmm, I think I could go for seconds," IceDevimon said.

"Blizzard Blaster!" Kumamon said, trying to blast the creep. But his ice attack had little effect.

But then IceDevimon grabbed the snow bear again and looked at him creepily, "Ah, y'know, leftovers are still, really good when properly refrigerated?" he said as he licked his lips, before beginning to lick Kumamon.

"No, not again!" he cried, but IceDevimon just licked away.

"Mmmh, so good," IceDevimon said, before narrowing his evil eyes, "I bet it's even better if I bite, uh don't you think?"

"Nooo!" Kumamon screamed in fear.

"Oh no Tommy!" Arbormon screamed from the ice, before his eyes got angry, "Okay dats it, execute!" the fractal code then surrounded the wooden robot, "Arbormon slide evolution!" he then morphed into, "Petaldramon!".

The wood beast then burst out of the ice, standing tall on his hind legs, and shot out his tongue, slamming it into IceDevimon's gut.

"Oof, that's smart!" he cried as he dropped the ice warrior, who was then grabbed back by the wood lizard's tongue, "Uh hey, don't be greedy, there's enough for everyone," IceDevimon snicked, "Of course, everyone, who is me,".

"Ah shad up, right!" Petaldramon shouted, before placing the ice bear down, "Yous okay little guy?".

"I think so, thanks," Kumamon said, still shuttering "That guy is so awful,".

"Right," The lizard agreed.

"Go free the others, we'll hold him back!" Lowemon said.

"I'm on it!" Kumamon said, before fractal code surrounded him, "Slide Evolution!" he then became, "Blizzardmon!".

Meanwhile with the steel warrior,

Mercurymon had just appeared on one of the floating rocks, surveying the area for the dark lord.

"Hmm, no sign of thy creator," he said to himself, "However, Cherubimon tis not all I seek'ith,".

He then thought back to right before Cherubimon had tried to destroy him and his comrades. That attack should have ended them, but it didn't, why?

"Hmm, tis a conundrum how we haf survived, tis almost as if?" Mercurymon pondered, before he remembered something, "Wait'ith, before the attack, something beckoned my non existent ears, something I believe I know,"

He thought back to when he had captured the shadowy figure in the water sphere, as well as it's reality warping powers.

"So, thy shadow must haf save'ith thy once again, but for what reason I wonder?" Mercurymon thought, "And, does thou still linger I wonder?" he then looked around, hoping to possible provoke the shadow that may be nearby.

However, before the mirror Digimon could search more, a cold wind alerted him.

"Eh, what tis this be?" Mercurymon said, before looking down where the others were to see a battle raging, "Arm Bobkins, IceDevimon?!" he said with shock at the sight of the cold demon, "I must make haste and aid thy comrades!".

He then prepared to teleport back to the crater. But before looking back one more time, unsure if the shadow had been near or not. Once he pushed these thoughts aside, the steel warrior slipped into the mirror, which then vanished.

However, he may have not been far off with his suspicions.

Come on, just a bit more….

Back with the others,

The battle raged on against the cold devil. Takuya and Koji had been trapped inside an icy prison alongside the smaller Digimons. Meanwhile Petaldramon was trying to trample IceDevimon, but was having little luck. However, the earth warrior was just about to lend a hand.

"Slide Evolution!" he then morphed into, "Gigasmon!" he then tackled the cold demon.

Back with the others, Blizzardmon had just freed Beetlemon and Kazemon.

"Thanks Tommy!" the wind warrior thanked.

"Yeah thanks man," Beetlemon added, before he and Kazemon flew off to fight IceDevimon.

"No problem," Blizzardmon said with a smile, before preparing to free Ranamon.

But before he could, IceDevimon shot icicles and the beast's back.

"Ah, hey stop that!" He groaned.

"Don't worry about me sugar," Ranamon said, "Go ahead and help your friends!".

"But Ranamon?" Blizzardmon protested.

"It's fine, it's not like I can do much against him anyways," Ranamon said, sounding a bit defeated, "I'll be fine for now,".

"If you say so," Blizzardmon said, before running off to fight, "Hang in there till I get back!".

Ranamon then let out a sigh. Maybe if she could use her beast spirit she could fight, but sadly the water warrior was still in doubt about being able to control it.

Back with the others, the fight raged on.

"Slide Evolution!" Kazemon then became the wind beast, "Zephyrmon!".

"Slide Evolution!" Beetlemon then became the thunder beast, "MetalKabuterimon!".

Zephyrmon then zipped past the cold demon, slashing at him with her talons.

"Hey, stop that now, little birdie!" he groaned.

Petaldramon then stood up and swung side to side, "Leaf Cyclone!" he then blasted the demon back with his leaf-filled tornado.

The demon struggled to stand against. Eventually IceDevimon was able dodge out of the way, only to be grabbed by Gigasmon and Blizzardmon.

"Got you now!" the earth giant said.

"Oh really, I fail to see how that is so?" IceDevimon joked.

But then the thunder beast then slammed into the ground in front of the cold demon, before reading his cannon and aiming point blank at the creep.

"Hey wait a minute!?" IceDevimon said with surprise.

"It's over for you!" MetalKabutarimon then took aim at the white devil, ready to blast him to bits.

But then IceDevimon was able to break free of the two beasts and then leaped into the sky and let out a roar, "Aaauuggh, all of you, freeze!"

Then from his wings a more powerful cold wave came forth and trapped the remaining heroes in ice. Even Blizzardmon couldn't avoid the freezing. Loweemon was able to slip in the shadows to dodge, though the same could not be said for the others.

"Oh no guys!" the dark warrior cried, after retruning from the shadows.

"Oh, it appears I missed one," IceDevimon said, "Oh well, beggars can't be choosers, but I can choose, to feast upon your data first, hehe,".

"Grrr, you're going down!" Lowemon growled, as fractal code covered him, "Slide Evolution!" he then became, "JagerLowemon!".

The black lion then leaped at the cold demon.

Ranamon meanwhile was up to her shoulders in ice and about to be fully frozen. She wished she could break out like Arbormon did with his beast spirit. But she was still scared that Calmaramon wouldn't listen to her and go out of control.

"Oh, what am I going to do?!" Ranamon cried.

But then, she thought back to what Zoe had said, about talking to her beast spirit.

"I'm not sure, but I just have to try!" She said, before digging deep into her code, into her spirits.

Suddenly Ranamon's consciousness was inside a black void, staring up at the squid part of her beast spirit. Though oddly the squid wasn't upside down like usual and seemed rather depressed while looking away from the water warrior.

"Calmaramon please, I really need your help sugar!" Ranamon pleaded.

But the squid didn't react, besides a quiet yet hurt moan.

"Look, I know you haven't let me control you lately," Ranamon said, before seeming glum, "I guess I don't blame you, I have been a bit hard on you lately,"

This made the beast look over slightly.

"I'm sorry about what happened before, I know it's awful to be called ugly by everyone, it really hurts sugar," Ranamon said, "But our friends need us!".

The squid just groaned, seeming worried about the ridiculed.

"I guess you're really scared of the name calling, I really am too," Ranamon said, getting bad memories from before, "But they're our friends now, I know they won't be mean about how you look!".

This made the squid give Ranamon a look, seeming like it doubted her greatly.

"Ugh, I know they freaked out before a bit, but I'm sure they know better now sugar," Ranamon explained, "Besides the only one's who's going to say anything is the big jerk were fighting, so we can just smash him, right?"

This made the beast spirit think a bit. Its humanoid half did have a point, yet it still felt sadness on the inside.

"Please help me Calmaramon, I need you to trust me," Ranamon begged as she dropped to her knees, "Please, sugar, it doesn't matter how we look, I can't do this without you, please, I need you sugar!".

Ranamon was just about ready to give up. It really felt like there was nothing she could do to get through. But then, a white tentacle lifted up her chin. She then saw the squid looking down at her and it seemed like it was smiling. Though you couldn't see it, Ranamon could tell the water beast was accepting her plea and was ready to help her fight.

"R-really sugar?" She asked with tears in her eyes.

The squid nodded, making a cute squishy sound.

"Oh, thank you Calmaramon!" Ranamon said with joy as she hugged the squid.

The water beast smiled with its eyes as the two Digimon glowed. While it was unclear if Ranamon had fully accepted the terrifying squid, at the very least she was able to convince it to give her enough control to take on the icy demon.

The beast spirit of water roared as the evolution began. Ranamon's skin turned white, while messy purple hair grew, before a squid emerged from below and grabbed the water warrior with all its tentacles like a mouth. The tentacles then fell down dead, revealing the squid armored sea hag.

"Calmaramon!" she screeched.

The water beast then burst out of the ice, as freakish as always.

"Oh my, Calmaramon?!" Bokomon said, "I suppose desperate times call for desperate measures,".

"I thought she was ug-?" Neamon almost said, before Bokomon covered his mouth.

"Don't you have anything that resembles a brain in that empty head of yours?!" Bokomon scolded.

"She actually beast spirit evolved!" Takuya said with shock.

"But can she control it?" Koji said with worry.

"Stay calm, please sugar," the water beast trembled a little, fearing it would soon go berserk. But as she opened her eyes, Calmaramon didn't feel furious, "Huh, I'm not going crazy?" she asked as she looked at her arms and large squid body, "I'm, in control!" she beamed.

"She's doing, hooray!" Patamon cheered.

"Alight, go get him Calmaramon!" Takuya cheered.

"Let's go sugar, it's time we take this creep we're not washed up!" The water beast cheered to her self, before charging towards IceDevimon.

The icy Digimon had just noticed the water beast. He then slapped aside the dark beast, before going to take a closer look.

"Oh, I was not expecting some uh seafood today?" IceDevilmon said, musing in confusion.

"And who are you calling seafood!" Calmaramon yelled, rather offended.

"Uh that would be you," IceDevimon explained, "Because, I see you, and, you will soon be my food, uh get it, Sea-Food?".

Calamarmon just blinked in utter confusion at the cold demon's logic.

"Oh never mind, your data, will still taste, a nice and delicious," IceDevilmon said, before licking his lips, "Uh, nice and salty, mh, I presume eh,".

But before he could act, Calmaramon slapped his face with her tentacle. The squid then continued to assault IceDevimon with her massive tentacles.

"Sea this!" Calmaramon cackled, "How yah like me now sugar!?"

But then the demon grabbed the squid's tentacles, "I'm not sure, let me get a closer look?" he said as he licked his lips.

"Oh no you don't, Acid Ink!" Calmaramon said, before spitting up ink on the demon's face.

"Ack, hey careful!" He moaned as it burned and blurred his vision, "You're gonna make me look like that other guy!".

He then flapped his wings, forcing the water beast back. Calmaramon grabbed the land with her large tentacles, stopping her from falling.

"I'm back and better than ever sugar!" She cheered with confidence.

"Mm, feisty one ain't yah," IceDevimon said, as he shook off the ink, "Hows about, you chill out a little!", he then conjured up an icicle and throwing it at the squid's humanoid part.

Calmaramon didn't have time to dodge as it came speeding at her. But then, Mercurymon appeared in front of her with his mirror shield raised.

"Dark Reflection!" he shouted as he absorbed the icicle into his mirror, before shooting it out of the other back at the demon,

"Gah!?" IceDevimon said as he dodged his own attack, "Oh goodie, more data to feast upon, ah,".

"Tis it possible for I to leave thy for more than a moment?" the steel warrior said with playful sarcasm.

"Mercurymon, oh thank yah sugar," Calmaramon said, glad to her friend, "And look, I'm controlling my beast spirit again!".

"Tis appears to be'ith true, well done m'lady," Mercurymon complimented.

"Ah yes well done, is what your data, will soon be," IceDevimon said as he licked his lips.

"Ebony Blast!" JagerLowemon shouted before leaping at the demon.

The dark beast tried to scratch the cold creep but was quickly swatted aside.

"We have to beat this guy now!" JagerLowemon growled, landing next to two unfrozen warriors.

"Love to honey, but that jerk just keeps moving out of the way," Calmaramon complained, before having a mischievous face "But I'm sure we can fix that,"

"Tis a crafty blaggard indeed," Mercurymon added, "But tis not invincible, so we must fight'ith on!".

The dark beast looked around hoping to come up with a strategy. But he soon noticed how the frozen warriors seemed to surround the cold demon.

"If only everyone else wasn't frozen, we could surround him?" JagerLowemon thought, before remembering something, "Wait a minute, Mercurymon, is it possible for your beast spirit to reflect entire Digimon?".

"I beg thy pardon, what does thou even?" the steel warrior asked, before quickly figuring out the dark beast's idea, "Oh, I see, may just be'ith clever enough to work!".

"What y'all talking about?" Calmaramon asked, before the steel warrior was soon covered in fractal code.

"Slide Evolution!" Mercurymon then became, "Sephirothmon!".

The steel beast then spread out around the cold devil, surrounding him.

"Oh, what do we have here?" IceDevimon asked as he looked around at the steel beast, "I'm not much a fan of peas, but I suppose any data will do,".

"Quickly my comrades, use my domains to strike!" Sephirothmon said.

"What are you talking about sugar?" Calamaramon asked.

"Like this, Dark Master!" JagerLoweemon shouted, before being covered in a dark aura and charging into the eye of one of the steel beast's orbs. He then disappeared into the orb.

"Huh, where did you go, little kitty?" IceDevimon asked

"Here!" the dark beast shouted, before charging out of the orb behind the demon and hitting him.

"Augh, hey!" IceDevimon cried, as the dark beast jumped into another orb.

"Oh I see, say some for me!" Calmaramon said, before her humanoid half sank into the squid section. The squid then leaped into the air and spread its tentacles while it's head curled up, "Titanic Twist!" the water beast began to spin around rapidly and went flying towards IceDevimon.

The demon quickly dodged the squid by flying up. However, he did not see her enter the orb behind him.

Calmaramon then shot out of another orb near IceDevimon and went flying right through his wing.

"Aaaaaugghhh, hey I like, really needed that!" he cried as he struggled to fly.

Before he could counterattack, the dark beast struck him once again. Then the water beast hit him, then the dark beast again.

"Aughh, hey, stop it!" IceDevimon cried in pain, "Right, now, it's so very, confusing and crazy, auggh!".

JagerLoweemon then sliced off his other wing as he dashed through and landed on the ground.

"Why you little!" IceDevimon screamed, "You will pay, very very much, you understand!"

But then, Calmaramon emerged from the orb in front of the demon and struck him in the chest.

"AAAAAAAhhhhh, hold on, wait a minute, no!" IceDevimon stuttered with pain as the squid drilled into him, "This, can not be, don't I atleast get, a take out bag AAAAAAAAHHHHHH?!".

The water beast then went right through him, finally defeating the cold creepy demon. IceDevimon then faded to black as his fractal code appeared.

"Slide Evolution!" JagerLoweemon then switched back to his humanoid spirit and whipped out his D-tector, "IceDevimon, your evil data has long been in need of this purification" he the swiped the device across the code, "Fractal code digitize!"

He then scanned the code, finally ending IceDevimon, leaving only a digi egg that soon flew away.

Lowemon then flouted down to the ground, exhausted from the fight as he turned back to Koichi.

With the cold creep finally defeated, the ice that incased the heroes began to melt. Soon freeing them all from their icy prisons.

"We're free!" Blizzardmon cheered.

"Thank goodness!" MetalKabutarimon said, before shaking off the slush from the ice, "That was way too cold for comfort,".

"You said it," Gigasmon agreed, before turning back to Grumblemon.

"Eh what's done is done, right?" Petaldramon said, before turning back to Arbormon, "Forgetaboutit,".

"Hey look everyone, I can finally control my beast spirit again!" Calmaramon said, while Sephirothmon turned back to Mercurymon.

"That's awesome!" Zephyrmon said as she flew next to the squid, "I'm so happy for you,".

The water beast just let out a cute giggle, before high fiving the wind beast.

As Koichi panted heavily, he was soon offered a hand by his brother. He looked up in surprise, to see Koji smiling at him. Koichi smiled back as he took the hand and Koji helped him up.

"Great job everyone," Takuya said, "Sorry we weren't able to do much,".

"Now know how Grumblemon feel," the earth warrior teased, while the others tunred back to their human forms.

Then Takuya and Koji soon noticed their frozen D-tectors glowing. The ice soon melted, allowing the digivice to function once more.

"Alright, it thawed out!" Takuya happily said, while the warriors turned back to either human or humanoid form, "Hey thanks again for beating that creep, you were all awesome!".

"Ah thank you sugar," Calmaramon said, before turning back to Ranamon and walking next to the boy, "You know that was sure nice of you to cheer for little ol' me,".

"Hey no problem," Takuya said.

"Y'know I never noticed, you're kind of cute, for a human," Ranamon said teasingly.

This however, ticked off Zoe a bit.

"Okay, that's enough!" She said as she pulled Ranamon back by the ear.

"Huh, hey, what I do!?".

Meanwhile with the brothers light and dark.

"Great job out there Koichi," Koji thanked, "You were really strong and clever,".

"Thanks Koji, that really means a lot," Koichi gratefully said, some of his worries leaving as his trust for his brother grew and his confidence restored .

"See, we all strong legendary warriors!" Grumblemon cheered, "With spirits and friendship, non can stop us!".

"You said it pal!" JP agreed.

"Right!" Arbormon added.

"Al right!" Tommy added like his friend.

"Well it looks like everything worked out," Bokomon said.

"Didn't we forgot something?" Neemon asked.

However, this celebration did last long, for an ominous wind began to blow.

Everyone then looked to see that the top of Cherubimon's castle was still intact, floating in the air as many strands of fractal code came from it. The remains of the castle then shattered, revealing a strange chamber.

"What is that?" Takuya asked.

"Tis' Cheurbimon!" Mercurymon stated, "And that be where the fiend be gathering all the fractal code!".

"It's not over guys!" Takuya said.

"Wait, does that mean?" Grumblemon asked with worry.

"Sadly, we must once again lend our spirits to thy warriors of fire and light," Mercurymon started with a heavy heart.

"But I just got my beast spirit to work again!" Ranamon complained, "I don't want to lose my spirits again,".

"But Ranamon, Takuya and Koji are the only ones strong enough to fight," Zoe explained.

"I know, but?" Ranamon protested.

"Sorry, but you know it's the only way," Arbormon sighed, as he placed a hand on Ranamon's shoulder, "I's don't like it either, but you understand, right?".

The water warrior just sighed in defeat.

"No, can't we just all fight at once!" Grumblemon protested, "Team beat IceDevimon so for maybe?".

The others looked at him with sad faces, because even if Grumblemon was right about the teamwork, that didn't mean they'd be able to beat Cherubimon.

The earth warrior soon looked down in defeat, knowing there was no winning this argument.

"Please Grumblemon," Takuya asked, though sad for the Digimon's frustration.

Grumblemon just let out a sigh and nodded, "Fine,".

Meanwhile, up above,

Cherubimon loomed over the pedestal that held the fractal code, laughing evilly.

"Soon, all be mine," he chuckled, "But will this be enough to defeat those fools?".

"I can make sure you have enough power," the prideful voice said, "Just give into your pride, and you will be unstoppable!".

"Yes, I am the ruler, I will triumph," Cherubimon grinned, as an even greater darkness surrounded him, "None will stop me!".

"Yes, no one, heheh," the voice said with a hint of arrogent sarcasm, though Cherubimon hardly noticed as power flowwed into him.

Back bellow,

The humans had given all their spirits to Takuya and Koji, while the 4 former evil warriors had given up their spirits and reverted to their child forms.

Takuya and Koji then prepared to begin their evolution with all the spirits. While the humans watched with supportive looks ready to cheer their friends, the Digimon still felt rather saddened. After all they could do was just sit by and watch as Takuya and Koji saved the day.

"Me still wish could help and fight," Talpidmon sighed.

"Don't remind me sugar," Lamnimon sighed.

"Yeah, but what can we even do now?" Tromon sighed.

However, while they dwelled in the misery, part of the land nearby seemed to glitch a bit. As if something was moving through it.

...

"This feel'ith wrong," Reflectmon said with uncertainty.

"I know what you mean sugar," Lamnimon sighed, "But I guess this is all we can do,".

"Nay, tis not what I refer'ith to m'lady," Reflectmon said.

...***...*.*..*..*...

"Well, what is it den?" Tromon asked.

"Tis something familiar, yet out of place, tis if it doesn't belong in thy digital world?" Reflectmon pondered. However, as the glitching grew closer, the steel child then gasped as he quickly realized, "He's here!"

Meanwhile, Takuya and Koji had begun to digivolve, "Spirit-!"

Not, this, TIME!

Suddenly the digivolution froze and inverted, before warping and shattering. This caused the two boys to fall to the ground, alongside the many spirits.

"Ahh, what the heck?" Takuya asked, after hitting the ground.

"Our evolution stopped!?" Koji added.

Before anyone else could react, the spirits began to float, before zipping away to a specific location.

"The spirits?" Zoe said with shock.

They continued to move out of the heroes' reach, though Talpidmon did try to grab his spirits, but to no luck.

"What gives, come back spirits," he shouted.

"Where are the spirits going!?" JP said.

"Over there? Neamon stupidly said.

The spirits then began orbiting in the air, before beginning to align with each other.

"Bokomon what's going on?" Takuya asked frantically.

"Um I, I don't know?" Bokomon replied in a panic.

"I may have'ith a hunch," Reflectmon growled.

The dimensions then began to warp and flicker, more strongly than before. Then in the center of the floating spirits, a shadowy creature began to form, like it was entering the world from another dimension.

Its form was made of a shadowy silhouette constantly shifting. What could be made out resembled a humanoid lizard with sharp hands and feet, four tattered dragonfly like dragon wings, it's two eyes glowed cyan, and in it's chest was a crystal that had two prisms coming out the lower middle and two coming of the top of the rim, as well as a crystal cross inside.

"W-what is that?" Takuya asked with shock.

"I believe, it be'tith the one who has altered our destinies," Reflectmon pointed out, "Thy master of thy trio of Digimon children from before,".

"You mean, that's him, the one that's been changing the world?" Takuya gasped, "That's Ben?!"

Hmhmhm, now, it is time for me to fix this the final flaw of this story.

The shadow then began to bring his limbs and wings close together as the spirits stopped circling. As he did this, strange technologic symbols with shifting colors began to appear where his wings were.

Hear me now Legendary Warriors! You shall be useless, NO LONGER!

The shadow then flung his wings and limbs opened, sending out shockwaves that made the very dimension shutter and warp with his power.

Reality Rewrite!

The dimensions warped and flicked once more. Then the spirits began to split, creating a duplicate of each and everyone.

The shadow then made a forward pressing motion with his hands, causing the original spirits to return to their proper owners.

"W-what?" Koichi said with confusion.

"Are spirits?" Tommy said.

"They've duplicated?" Koji said

"Wait, dat means" Tromon started.

"We can fight again!" Talpidmon happily finished.

"Oh my goodness yes!" Lamnimon cheered.

"Wait'ith, thy shadow has not ceased his ritual!" Reflectmon pointed out.

Then the shadow began to slowly close his hand, causing the duplicate spirits to merge into new spirits that resembled EmperorGreymon and MagnaGarururmon. Once the new spirits were formed, the shadow then sent them into Takuya's and Koji's D-tector.

"Huh?" Takuya said, very confused.

"He took duplicates and fused the spirits into new ones?" Koji said, just as confused.

At long last, the final phase of my plan is completed. Hehehahaha Hahahaahahahahaa, GAAAAHHHHH!

Suddenly the shadow warped and contorted, while dimension altering sounds sputtered.

OO]oooohhh,. Nnnnahhhhh …..**.*.*.!?1..df,g;…! Throooooaaaaaaahhhhhh!

The shadow then was forced backwards like a meteor, hitting the ground miles awhile.

"What happened to him!?" Lamnimon asked.

"Let's find out, right!" Tromon said, as he grabbed her and threw her on his back with Talpidmon.

Reflectmon then slipped into a mirror card, heading to where his friends were going. Hoping to finally get some answers.

Meanwhile up head,

The Shadow groaned as his body flicked on the ground.

Gaaaoocchhhh, Ohhhh, that t really took it out of me. But at least it's finally done.

But then a mirror appeared and Reflectmon stepped out, alerting the shadow.

*Ghasps*

The shadow tried to escape, but then Tromon leaped in front of him, followed by Talpidmon and Lamnimon jumping off and surrounding the shadow.

Ugh, drat… heh, looks like you caught me again flecty…

"Enough trickery!" Relfectmon scolded.

"Start talking, right," Tromon added.

"What you do to spirits!?" Talpidmon asked.

Oh, that? I simply duplicated the spirits *glitch*, and returned the originals to their rightful owners. So now *sputter*, you don't have to tossed aside, not again.

"So, that was thou's plan?" Reflectmon asked, "That is what thou strived for?".

"Well why no do earlier!?" Talpidmon asked, a little annoyed.

Gehk, sorry about that. I meant for it to happen sooner really, but I've really exhausted my energy lately….

"Your energy?" Lamnimon asked.

Yeah, *glitch*, Altering dimensions is very tasking. Just saving you from Cherubimon's lighting really took it out of me. Well, that and the fusions.

"Wait, that was you?" Tromon asked, as the Digimon thought back to their near demise.

"Hm, yes, I believe just before Cherubimon struck, I could'th hear thou?" Reflectmon said, as he remembered the incident.

"Yeah, I think you were screaming 'noooooo', right?" Lamnimon asked.

That was me… I just couldn't let you four be destroyed…. Not, *glitch* again.

"Again, you mean?" Lamnimon asked, as the four thought back to when the digi-destined first beat them.

"Hey dats right, like we's saw in dat there Corlamon's memory, right?" Tromon pointed out.

Oh, I guess my children filled you in on…. *glitch*.. parts of my plan….

"But why you do this?" Talpidmon asked.

What… do you mean?

"Why change things so that we four live?!" Talpidmon explained, "Weren't we supposed to just be destroyed and not meant for more?".

"Yeah sugar, if we were' just meant to be destroyed before, why would you even bother trying to save us in the first place?!" Lamnimon asked, desperate for answers.

Ughhh, I suppose… you deserve to know *glitch* *sputter*….. Give me a sec...

The shadow then moved his weakened body a bit, as if trying to lean back against some rubble.

When I was young, long before I even knew what a Digimon was, I gazed into many different worlds. Some with humans, some with robots, even some with amazing monsters, some even made of food.

The shadow then appeared form his arm and held it up slightly.

Then, one day, I gazed into this one and I saw, you…..

He said as he pointed towards Talpidmon and Tromon.

"Us?" Talpidmon asked.

Well, you when you had your spirits, you know I mean?

The shadow then glitched and sputtered again.

And I thought that you, and this world, were so cool and amazing!

"You, think me, cool?" Talpidmon said, rather surprised and flattered by the shadow's words.

"Well how about dat, right," Tromon added, feeling just as humble.

Eventually, I found out more, about you two…..

He then pointed to the other Digimon, Lamnimon and Reflectmon.

Ranamon, I think you are so wonderful and cute in all your forms, even the squid.

"R-really?" the water child said, blushing a little.

And you Mercurymon, you've honestly been growing on me…

"Hmm," Reflectmon hummed, feeling oddly complimented.

As I grew older, I learned more about Digimon and the many worlds they inhabit, I even created my own, as you saw. My children and partners, Scutlemon, Treblemon, and Corlamon.

To help my Digimon grow into good creatures, we watched the past adventures of many digital worlds, finding many amazing things. Though not quite as exciting as when I first gazed into this one. Eventually, we came to view this world again and I was excited and hopeful that things would be just as amazing.

But then, when I returned to gaze upon this world once again. I found out the terrible truth, that you we're all beaten and tossed aside without a second thought.

The Digimon felt a pain in their hearts as they thought back to the moments of their deaths. They then wondered how it must have looked to this creature that thought so highly of then

I just couldn't take it, I couldn't accept that such wondrous potential was squandered and some of my favorite Digimon were just killed off without a second thought, never to be seen again in a meaningful way or giving a chance at redemption! So with the help of the spirit my digital children created, I altered the dimension. Changing things so that they would be better and that you four could become the heroes I always wanted you to be.

"You do that, all for, us?" Talpidmon asked, feeling something in his heart.

"You, saved us?" Lamnimon said, trembling a bit, "Because, you liked us?".

"Hm, I, didst' not expect this turn of events?" Reflectmon said, unsure how to process this revelation.

"But den, why's yous go and give deh other humans fusions?" Tromon asked, "Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't your Digimon pals say they weren't supposed to get em, right?".

Oh that? *glitch*. Well, I knew it was unfair for them to be left out and tossed aside too, so I gave them the fusions they should have gotten. Even if it was for some lousy humans….

"Hey who you are calling lousy?" Koji asked, as he and the others approached the shadow.

Gahk, oh great, more people I have to give exposition to….

"Nah, we heard most of what you said," Takuya joked, "But why don't you like us?".

.. Eh, honestly. I was just miffed at how mercilly you killed these four in the original timeline…

This made the kids feel a little guilt as they thought back to those time.

But that's been fixed, so…. sorry for the hostility hehe, gahkk.

He then glitched and sputtered a bit more.

"Are you okay sugar!?" Lamnimon asked, concerned about the shadow, as was the other Digimon, "What's happening to you!?".

I'll, be fine….. Just got to rest a little bit….. don't worry about me…... I'm not that important to this world…..

The kids watched the shadow and his shifting body, unsure what to make of him.

"So, he's really the one that's been changing the world?" Zoe asked, as she gazed at the sickly looking shadow, a bit concerned.

"I believe so my dear," Bokomon said, "Though I can't really say what he is?".

"Is he okay?" Tommy asked.

"I don't know, maybe, I guess?" JP said.

Koichi said nothing. Even though he recognized the shadow from when he became DarkestDestroyahmon, he figured that in the shadow's current state, it would be best not to bring it up.

"Did your spirit do this to you?" Takuya asked, rather concerned.

Not sure… really anyform of creating can be rather draining….. *glitch*.. Why else do think it took me this long? Thanks for the concern, you always were one the best Digi-destined leaders…

"Really, I'm one of the best?" Takuya said, oddly flattered by the shadow, "Alright,".

"Wait, does that mean there are other Digi-destined?" Koji asked.

But then the world began to shake, trembling from the enormous power gathering around Cherubimon.

"Um, I don't think now's the time for questioning the other dimension being?" Bokomon nervously said, as he held Patamon close.

The book boy's right, It won't be long until bunny boy comes to fight.

"Then, we need to fight," Takuya said.

"Yeah, and this time, we can all do it!" JP cheerfully said.

"Yeah!" Tommy and Zoe said.

However, the Digimon felt unsure.

Hmm? What's the matter?

"Even with spirits, we no beat Cherubimon," Talpidmon sighed.

"Yeah, even when we's all worked together, we couldn't scratch him," Tromon said, with a sad look.

"I hate to admit it, but I'm not sure we can do it," Lamnimon explained to the shadow.

"Tis unfortunate truth, the power of Cherubimon is unmatched," Reflectmon added.

"You guys," Zoe sighed, as she and the other kids felt bad for their four Digimon pals.

Come on…. Weren't you paying attention when you were fighting that frosty walkner?

"I beg thou pardon?" Reflectmon said.

"You mean IceDevimon, right?" Lamnimon asked.

Yes him, whatever. You all worked together and were able to beat him, and that something that surly haddn't been done in this world, right?

"Eh I guess so?" Tromon wondered.

"Well yes, but that was him," Lamnimon said, "I don't know if we could beat are old master sugar,".

Listen, you four are amazing Digimon and Legendary warriors. Your bonds with each other and your human friends have allowed you conquer many powerful foes and dangerous threats.

"Him right, It just like me been saying," Talpidmon agreed, "Friends Digimon and human for make it this far after all,".

In fact, in the original timeline, there was one moment when all ten warriors fought toughter and nearly defeated two of the most powerful Digimon in any digital world.

"Really, we can be that powerful sugar?" Lamnimon asked, confidence filling her code.

"By all accounts, our combined strengths were able to fell many fowl blaggards that stood in thou way," Reflectmon mused.

Exactly, you are all amazing Digimon, and I know you can win!

"Him right!" Talpidmon cheered, catching the others attention, "It may be really really hard to beat Cherubimon, but we for are the 10 legendary warriors, and we no let any evil stop us and human friends not now, no ever!".

"Your right little buddy!" Tromon agreed, "We's have's dah power, yah understand!".

"Even though are destinies were once tragic, we haf earned a place alongside our human comrades!" Reflectmon stated dramatically, "We must not falter now, for we are legendary warriors!".

"That's right hun, we can do this, I know we can!" Lamnimon cheered.

The four Digimon all cheered with confidence, as the shadow smiled.

"Oh, but what about you sugar?" Lamnimon asked.

Oh, don't worry, *glitch*, like I said, I just need to rest *sputter* for a bit. I'll be fine after the battle, I promise.

The shadow then pointed at the four Digimon once again.

Now go, be the heroes I always knew you could be!

As confidence flowed through their code, the four Digimon began their evolutions.

The spirit of earth glowed as Talpidmon then appeared in the same Digi-evolution state the humans used. His body became shadowed except for his eyes that glowed white. Then the parts of his armor appeared around him in their proper place, followed by his orange hat that had a spike ball on the end. The armor then slowly pressed onto the Digimon, before the fractal code dispersed. Revealing the warrior of Earth. He then landed onto the stand and pulled his hammer out of the ground and swung it around a few times before slamming it on the ground. "Grumblemon!"

The spirit of wood then glowed bright as the egg appeared in the digivolution zone. As the fractal code surrounded, the centaur became black and began to change form. Then the armor of the wooden robot began to appear around the shadow, before pressing onto the soon to be formed Digimon. Then rebirth was complete, as the wood warrior landed on the tile and did a quick Russian dance before standing up and proclaiming, "Arbormon!".

The spirit of water then glowed as Lamnimon appeared in the digivolution zone. Her body became shadowed as her eyes glowed white. Then the parts of the raindrop swimsuit armor appeared around her in their proper places. The armor then slowly pressed onto the Digimon, before the fractal code dispersed, revealing the warrior of Water, who then winked. She leaped out of water with a gracious flip and landed on the pedestal as rain fell, before striking a cute pose. "Ranamon!"

The spirit of steel glowed as Reflectmon appeared in the digivolution zone. His body became shadowed as his eyes glowed white. Then the parts of the star-shaped mirror knight appeared around in their proper places. The armor then slowly pressed onto the Digimon, before the fractal code dispersed, revealing the warrior of steel. Rather than landing on the pedestal, a mirror shield appeared. Then with the snap of his finger, he appeared out of it and spread out his arms and bowed as his mirrors shined, before proclaiming himself, "Mercurymon!".

With their confidence restored the four Digimon stood by their human pals as they looked up at the fortress, ready to digivolve and fight their final battle!

Narrator Rika: Wow, I didn't know that guy cared so much?

Really, I thought I was pretty obvious about it? Though I bet you're glad the beat the frosty Walkner, right Rika?

Narrator Rika: Anyways, you don't want to miss every face Cherubimon, tune into the next Digimon Frontier!

Purification Redemption!

Yesssssssss! Atlast the chapter is finally done!

Oh goodness, I am soooooooooo sorry this took so long to finish! Life wasn't too kind to me near the end of last year. First my computer screen broke and I had to get a new computer which took bloody forever! Then once I get over the computer depression, I get the most annoying sickness ever and couldn't muster up any energy! It wasn't the big bad sickness, just I minor cold that really drained my energy.

But don't worry, I'm feeling better now and can hopefully get more creating done.

Thank you everyone for your patience. I did not think this would take so long so I'm really sorry about the cliffhanger last chapter. Especially to that one guest I made mad. Sorry again, I just ran out of energy before I could fix things. But don't worry it's all good now.

Speaking of which, special thanks to: Jake H Voronkov, D.J. Scales, Digihero2001, pokemonking0924, Lei Lei, NightShark774, horrior777, Sakura Kudo, ZFlame1, RobSmoker, DragonBladeB5, and many guest for all your reviews!

I hope y'all are still readying, thanks again for waiting so long.

Also extra special thanks to horrior777 who left a review on every chapter! That made me so excited to thank you sooooooo much for all the reviews! I loved every one of them! :D

Alright now for some questions. NightShark774 had a good few so let's start there.

1:Well I do have plans to do the rest of the show, it might take awhile since I got a lot going on.

2: Oh dear that be bad if more royal knights showed up, two were bad enough. Though it would be cool to see Examon or UlfroceVeemon?

3: Ehhh, well see. They don't have official fusions, sooooo... give me some time...

4:Probably not, I don't have the energy to pull that off.

5: Maybe someday? Me and my Digimon would love to do stuff in the other Digimon worlds. especially Xros wars.

6:Well, at least two of the demon lords have appeared, haven't they?.

Hope that answers your questions. Also don't be afraid too ask to many, I enjoy the engagement :)

Also thanks for stopping by Sakura Kudo. I had a lot of fun talking to you on Devaint Art, so thanks for the reviews. I'll to get Takuya to talk with you once I get my energy back

Okay that should do it. I'll try to get to work on the next chapter soon, hopefully it won't take as long as this one. I'd really love to get back to writing more.

Neamon: Oh what are you writing?

Gack?! How did you get here?!

Bokomon: Well someone has too keep an eye on you after all.

Uuuuggghhh. Y'know I'd normally be annoyed, but honestly it's just nice too see you alive.

Bokomon: What's that supposed to mean!?

Oh don't worry about. Just, stay away from any Digimon with knives, k?

Bokomon: Um, okay?

Anycase, thank you all again for sticking with this story. It really means a lot to me and I will try my best to finish it someday! Hope you'll be here next time for the first final battle!

Bokomon: Wait, what do you mean first?!

Oh you'll see, hehehe.

Remeber everyone, reviews lead to sooner chapters and better quality stories! (At least they do when life isn't being a jerk to me).

Patamon: Bye everyone, see you all next time! Yay!

Chao! ;)
