Chapter 3-Night Incursion
Vale, Sanus. Nov.4, Yr80 AGW.
After a couple of days preparing and travelling by foot, Mello and Jay had finally arrive to Sanus and settled on the town of Whispering stones and bought
a room for the two for them to rest. Mello eventually goes out to go get food dor the two of them but got distracted when four armed individual's arrived at the hotel and asked if there is a spare room for them to settle on. The four eventually go up and took the key to the room with one going out to buy some newspaper's for them to read, the two got eye-to-eye when the person felt uncomfortable having a feeling that she is being watched. The two eventually depart for their own objectives to satisfy what they needed.

When Amata broke the news to the three and brought the newspaper as evidence, they aren't surprised about the news since some of the headlines seem making their own stories and make propaganda's about them, but what caught their eyes is the article that reported a large Grimm incursion around Vale particullarly Sanus, making the settlement's weaken and becoming vulnerable to bandit attack's.
When the team noticed it, they wanted to volunteer to protect the town did got attacked by Grimm, but so far, there are no report's of attack now so they lay low until it is the right time to suppirt the town.

Amas was just chilling on the wall, talking to the rest of the militia, when he heard a distant howl from a pack of Beowulves It should be easy for the militia to kill them due to the pack's lack of number's and their ages to be young. However, more Grimm appeard, pack's of Creep's and Ursas with their Elder's of the back line of the Horde. And last came the Beringel's, this cause the Militia on their feet and alarm the settler's and villager's outside the Town. Panic soon erupted as the Horde began closing its distance to the Town and soon enough, gunshot's erupted as the militian began opening fire to try at least slowing it until the bullhead arrives. Some of the Settler's desided to join the militia as some of them were huntsmen and huntresses, bet when the Beringel's vot to the gate, they tried to stop them but can't as the gate knocking out Militias and settler's and the Grimm's began tearing said Militia and settler's. One of them is Amas, laying on the floor, aura broken, ear's ringing and cuncussed.
When he got back to his senses, he saw a Beowolf, standing in front of him, trying to swing it's claw's to him. He screamed and cover his face with his arm's and his eyes closed, he didn't feel the swing, instead
a gunshot was heard and when he opened his eyes, he saw a man in front if him, covered in light blue armor, he saw the beowolf that tried attacking him dead, its head's exoskeleton broken and it's body slowly disappear.
He looked back to the man that saved him and said-
"On your feet soldier! Retreat to the Town Hall and defend the civillian's until help arrives! Now move it soldier! Go Go GO!"
Amas obeyed the man's order as more gunfire erupted from the man's squad and the huntsmen as they sacrificed themselves to buy them more time until help arrives.
"Lt.! We have ordered backup as you say! Eta: 3 minutes!" Adrian say's as he fire his VCR-9 at a Alpha Beowolf killing it with ten shot's
"Great job Cpl.! The only thing we need to do is hold this position from the Grimm and we are good to go!"Lt. Neuman say's before throwing a cluster grenade at a Elder Beringel, destroying it's exoskeleton and killing it with the 'Galitsadi' 'Plasma Lance
On the other hand, Pvt. Almodovar and Dr. Goodall are seen helping the injured Militia and Huntsmen by putting them with bandages and medkit's or helping at arriving at the Town hall.
Pvt. Almodovar put down a huntress on a table at the Town Hall to help stopping it's wound's to heal.
"Thank you." said the huntress. "Just doing my duty ma'am" Amata replied.
As for Goodall, she help resquing trapped civilian's, some are either dead, on the verge of being dead, and mildly untoched.
One such thing is when she saw a little girl crying on the corner as her house is being burned and trapped there siffocating to death. Goodall heard about the girl when her parent's cried for help as their child were left behind on their house and the fire dust tank they were using to cook exploded and burned the surrounding area. She decided to help rescue the child arming herself with an UAC Firaxe and equipped with a SCBR mask and her armor being fireproof, she rushed to the house and uses the Axe to put any obstacles in half for her to reach the child.
When she got to the child's bedroom, she heard crying and coughing trying to get the attention of someone to save her. Goodall broke open the door as it is unusable and broken. And rushed to the girl and carry her in her back as she rushed outside as the burning house tremble on her back. They got out unscathe, only a few mild burn's here and there but she eventually arrived at the town hall and brought the girl to her parent's they hugged each other and thanked goodall for retrieving her unscathed.
A minute has passed and help arrived via airstrike by Sparrow's and Halberd's. Then came the infantry to clear the remaining Grimm and help Amata to aid the injured.
AFTERMATH
After the fight, the Marines help rebuild the broken wall's, homes, and Gate of the town. The Mayor thank them and said that The Marauder's came here and help his town and asked what would it be their price for helping his town. The Captain of the 1st Division, Flynn Taggart, refuse the offer and said 'It is good enough for the town to be fixed and upgraded it with much stonger material's' and bid farewell to the Mayor and the villagers with Raptor following the Division .
News spread like wildfire as The Marauder's arrive at Whispering Stones and is helping the villager's from the Grimm, and said help rebuild the city by said Group. A individual recorded the event, from the defence from the Grimm, to the rebuild of the town. And when the VNN Reporter, Lisa Lavender and her crew go to the town, she gladly accepted to be interviewed as well as the other's like Amas and the Mayor the event's, the look's of the Group and their behavior's. She was actually Mello who, alongside her Vacoan colleague, share the videos to VNN to be shown in the public.
After the reveal, the public's reaction's were shocked at how brutally fast and efficient The Marauder's really are and are happy that how friendly they are to the civillian's and no sign's of discrimination's to the faunus.
The Council meanwhile? Say that they should fully reveal themselves to the public and disband the said Group and doubt that The Marauder's will be able to stand their ground and said how slow and ineffiicient they are compared to Atlas' Military and to the huntsmen.
After hearing what the Council say, the outer settlement's were angry by how they doubt the Group due to it only the only ones to help the said settlement's.
The Eye of Damocles actually heard it due to raptor buying Scroll's and modifying it to increase the range and change it from Dust Battery to Lithium-Mercury Battery. They eventually sent an email to VNN and said that they are The Marauder's and be available to Sanus to be fully revealed to Remnant what they thrully are.
When VNN saw the email, they agreed to meet to said place and send Lisa Lavender and her crew and say that it should be live on all to be seen all of Remnant.
