Clementine paced up and down the hall with her crutches, despite the ache in her armpits. She was not able to sit still for a second.

"I need to speak with Louis. Alone." She remembers her girlfriend saying. Clementine argued with her that the matter was between them two, but Violet would not listen. Clementine promised her girlfriend she would not involve herself in the conversation, which is why she was by her room and no where near the other two Her mind raced with thoughts on what they could be talking about.

She heard the light taps of someone's shoes hitting the ground and turned to see a concerned AJ.

"Hey, Clem. Is everything ok?"

Clementine sighed, not sure what to share with the young boy. "Just some grown up stuff. Nothing to worry about."

"Is it about Louis?" He asked as Clementine followed him into the bedroom, sitting on his bed while Clementine sat on hers.

"Wh-what do you mean?" She asked hesitantly. She though about all the times Louis and her would hook up throughout the school, each new setting more daring than the last. She was suddenly worried AJ may have spotted them at some point.

"Willy told me he thinks you and Louis are flipping. I still don't know what that means, but it must be bad because Ruby smacked him real good on his head."

"Oh God." Clementine groaned, hiding her face in her hands. This was suppose to be a simple arrangement. Have sex with Louis when she felt the urge. But such arrangements weren't so simple and there was bound to be someone hurt.

"AJ, I think I messed up." The boy joined his guardian on her bed and wrapped his little arm around her. AJ never saw Clementine in such a state. He didn't understand grownup stuff. His mind was always occupied with drawing and daydreaming about becoming a superhero. A real life firefighter or something.

"It's ok, Clem. I'm sure whatever it is, it's going to be ok. It's like you told me one time. We are always going to make mistakes. Maybe once, maybe twice. It doesn't matter how many times we make them, it's how we learn from them that matters." AJ took Clementine's hand in between his, giving it a light squeeze.

"I know whatever you do now will be the right thing, because you always know the right thing to do."

Oh, AJ." Clementine wrapped her arms around her surrogate child, finding comfort in his support. "Thanks, goofball."

They held each for some time until Clementine broke the silence.

"I think I'm starting to like Louis. Like really like him. And it's scaring me." Clementine pulled away to look AJ in his eyes. "I shouldn't."

AJ thought for a moment before continuing. "Why not?"

"What?" Clementine was surprised by AJ's response.

"Why shouldn't you? I like Louis. He's pretty cool. I like Violet too but I always thought he was better for you."

"AJ..." Clementine didn't want to have to explain to AJ the intricacies of relationships. Not until he was older. Besides, she didn't really want to discuss relationships when she wasn't exactly an honest partner herself. "It's not so simple."

A knock startled Clementine and she looked up to see Violet walking in. She wasn't sure how much of the conversation was heard, but judging from her expression, she didn't hear much.

"AJ, I need to talk to Clem. Can you give us a moment?"

AJ looked between the two women, concern written on his face. Clementine nodded and gave him a reassuring smile.

Violet closed the door behind him and Clemetine watched as she walked around the room before finally situating herself on AJ's bed.

"I want you to know I'm upset with you and Louis."

"I know." Clementine responded softly.

Violet continued, "No, I don't think you do. It's not the fact you two had sex without me knowing, or the fact that you didn't use a condom, as part of the agreement." Violet paused. She looked at Clementine for the first time since entering the room. Her face softened and her voice lowered, as she continued with her next words. "I just...I thought that it could work. That I could handle you having sex with someone else. I knew for a while that you were also interested in guys. It's why I encouraged you to explore that side. I thought that as long as we were in a happy relationship that a penis on the side wouldn't hurt our relationship."

"Violet." Clementine began, but Violet stopped her.

"Please let me finish. I didn't think anything of you and Louis hooking up because I thought you two would just remain friends. I knew he had a slight crush on you. I mean, I don't blame him. But I didn't think that the crush would develop into something more."

"What are you saying, Vi? That Louis has feelings for me? That's ridiculous and you know it." Violet's eyes flashed with annoyance.

"Be serious, Clem. I see the way he looks at you when you're not looking, the way he touches you and takes any opportunity to make you smile or laugh at his lame jokes." Violet looked defeated. Like she had lost a battle.

"And what's worse...I think you are falling for him too."

Clementine was in disbelief. How could Violet accuse her of such a thing. After all they went through as a couple. From the Deltas to Clementine almost losing her life from a bite, not knowing if she would ever see her girlfriend again. The more she thought about it in that moment, the more it did not make sense. Sure, Louis would be more physically expressive when they were just casually hanging out. Louis would tuck her hair behind her ear or cup her cheek with his warm hand. Other times, he would whisper innappropiate jokes, earning him a smack on the shoulder. Other times, his words were more affectionate. He would tell her how beautiful she looked when she smiled, how much of a caring person she was...

As she remembered, Clementine felt the fluttering effect in her stomach.

Absolutely not, she thought. Louis liked her as a friend. She liked him as a friend. She loved Violet. Violet made her happy.

"I'm not in love with Louis. I love you Violet. It's only been you." Clementine struggled to get up and over to her girlfriend with her crutches, her armpits killing her. She didn't care.

Leaving the crutches to the side and kneeling as best as she could, Clementine took a hold of Violet's hands and pleaded with her. "Please. Trust me when I tell you. It's only you. It will always be you."

Violet's eyes watered and Clementine could see the heartbreak in her eyes. She hated herself so much in that moment. For hurting the person she loved and cared about more than anyone in the world.

"I love you too." Pulling her hands away and getting up, Violet turned to Clementine and addressed her before leaving. "This is for your own good, Clem."

Nothing was the same after that. That night, Violet slept in her old room as Clementine laid alone in her bed, eyes puffy and nose pink from the hours of crying. She avoided talking to AJ about what happened and she was glad that he did not press her for information. Feeling as if something was crawling in her legs and not being able to lay still, Clementine abandoned the bed and walking to the first floor. She needed to be away from everyone else in the moment. She thought about going outside for some fresh air, but her mind changed when she heard the piano keys cutting through the silence of the school.

Entering into the music room, Clementine was greeted by the site of the teen moving his fingers fluently across the keys. Louis would stop here and there to scribble down something on paper.

"Hey." Clementine greeted, slowly walking to the young man. Always the gentleman, Louis helped her move to sit on the piano bench and placing the crutches at arm's reach. He took what Clementine assumed was the music sheet he was working on and stuff it in his back pocket before sitting next to her.

"Can't sleep?" Louis inquired.

"No. You?" Clementine wondered if his inability to sleep had anything to do with her. The boy responded with a head shake before touching the piano keys lightly.

"I'm sorry about everything." Clementine spoke up.

"You have nothing to be sorry about. I shouldn't have suggesting us hooking up. I shouldn't have interfered in your relationship. I wasn't trying to break you two up." Louis defended. "I-I don't know. I just wanted to be closer to you. It was selfish of me."

Clementine placed her hand on top of his arm. She gave it a light squeezed.

"Do you have feelings for me?" She asked.

Louis' head turned fast and he looked at the young women, concern in his eyes.

"I uh..." Louis took a deep breathe before continuing. "I do. I didn't mean for it to happen but the more I spent time with you, the more I realized I was falling hard for you. At first I thought it was just the sex that was clouding my judgement. But the more time I spent thinking about you when you were not around, the more I realized I want everything with you. I want to hold you and kiss you. I want to call you mine and for you to claim me as yours. I felt like a shitty person because you were already with someone and I shouldn't have been feeling this way about you."

Louis turned his body towards Clementine's and held her cheek with the palm of his hand. His eyes showed a mixture of love and sadness.

"I love you Clementine, but i won't let my feelings get in the way of your happiness. If you say you love Violet I will respect that. I just need to know something."

Clementine placed her hand on top of his, ignoring the knots in her stomach.

"What is it?" She asked.

"Do you love me?" A gasp escaped her lips. Here she was, yet again, confronted again about her feelings. Clementine was about to answer him, when a thought interrupted her.

Do you love him?

She thought about his smile, his charm. The way his eyes lit up when she entered the room. She thinks about how he is smarter than people give him credit for, often coming up with genius plans. She thinks about his fingers; How the same fingers that effortlessly create tunes on the piano also helps her find her pleasure in ways she he has no business knowing how to do as an inexperienced partner. She thinks about how he makes her smile and makes her laugh at his stupid, corny jokes. She thinks about how much she is looking forward to hearing more of his silly jokes. She thinks she may be falling a little bit for him and the thought scares her a little.

Before she would have said "no" and leave it at that. Now? Now she doesn't know.

"I don't know." Clementine felt like it was a coward response, but in truth, she didn't know yet how she really felt. She had a crush on a boy once, but he didn't have the same affect on her as Louis does. In truth, not even Violet made her feel some of the things she felt when she was with Louis.

"I don't know." She repeated herself.

A few days had passed and everyone was walking around on eggshells, making sure not to mention the breakup. Ruby had consoled Clementine and gave her a heart to heart talk.

"You just know when you do, Clem. It's like the whole world is grayer when they are not around."

Ruby didn't try and convince Clementine to work it out with Violet. It was as if Ruby knew the whole time about Clementine's true feelings.

Clementine was still in denial for the most part. Denial turned to anger.

As Clementine laid on her bed alone again, she thought about giving Louis a piece of her mind.

Entering into his bedroom without knocking, Clementine nudged him with her crutch. Startled by the black figured in front of him, Louis shot out of bed and was about to reach for something hard and sharp when he heard her voice.

"Relax, it's just me." Clementine said, annoyed at the young man. She flopped down on his bed, more annoyed at the fact that she couldn't stand for long periods of time with these damn crutches digging into her skin.

"God, Clem. Don't sneak up on me like that." Louis' heart slowed and he sat next to the other teen, in his boxers. He thought about putting more clothes on but didn't feel like searching in the room in the darkly lit room for clothes.

Clementine took noticed and couldn't help but take a peak at his belly. Images of her with her hands on his belly as she kept herself upright while riding him flashed before her eyes.

"I don't know anymore why I came here." Clementine admitted. "I want to be so mad at you. I want to hate you even, just so I dont have to admit..."

"Admit what?" Clementine looked deep into his eyes and she saw nothing but love and concern.

Before she had time to think about what she was doing, Clementine's lips crashed into Louis', causing him to fall back on the bed with a "humpf".

Their kiss turned passionate, their tongues meeting in each other and fingers clawing at each other's clothes.

Clothes were off and body parts were connected. Clementine pulled Louis on top and encouraged him with her heel on his back, nudging him to move faster.

Harder.

And rougher.

With glossy eyes, Clementine knew at that very moment she wanted this. Always. Forever.

Moving her kisses to his ear, Clementine whispered the words she knew Louis was waiting to hear.

"I love you. I love you so fucking much."

"Shit." Louis increased his speed, causing Clementine to whine in pleasure.

"I love you to. So much."

Feeling bold, Clementine nipped his ear. "I want to feel your cum on me. Give it to me. Please."

Louis felt his balls tighten and his dick grow bigger. "Where do you want it, baby?"

Clementine was almost at her peak. Pleasure rising the more filth was spoken to each other.

"I wish you could cum inside me. I want to feel you explode in me." Clementine moved her head back to look at his eyes. Her eyes were heavy with lust. Their movements never stopped. "But for now, I want to feel your cum dripping on my tits and stomach."

"Fuck." Louis grunted and kissed Clementine. Their bodies were heating up as Louis continued to pound his cock into Clementine's warmth.

Once both reached their peaks, with Louis's semen drizzled all over Clementine's torso, the pair rested on the bed. Louis used a discarded shirt he found on the floor to clean the mess he left on Clementine. His cock twitched when he saw her take some of the remaining cum with her finger and lick it off.

"Are you trying to kill me?" Louis joked and Clementine giggled. When both were freshened up, they snuggled together on the bed, their eyes heavy with sleep.

"What now?" Louis spoke first. He started running his fingers up and down Clementine's spine, leaving tingles on her skin.

"I don't know." Clementine snuggled her head further into the crook of Louis's neck. "All I know is I love you and want to be with you. We can figure it out tomorrow."

Louis was content and left the conversation at that. Neither one knew what the next day would bring, but they were happy at the moment to lay in each other's arms.
