Cassia was enjoying her long run the next morning. It gave her a chance to think over the night before. The reactions of Clay and Jax were expected. Cassia appreciated how well Quinn appeared to have handled it. What she wasn't expecting was Gemma. Her mother had been worried about the pairing; something about not wanting Cassia to miss out on being young and wild.

When Cassia turned back onto her street, she smiled seeing the extra Harley. She had always known Quinn to be an early riser. Entering the house, she saw Clay, Gemma and Quinn at the table.

"Morning sugar" Quinn got up not hesitating at how sweaty Cassia was and pulling her in for a kiss.

"Mmmm….good morning babe," Cassia beamed at him. "Let me shower quick."

Cassia hurried through he shower and getting dressed. She didn't know if Quinn was here to just see her or he had something planned. Jeans and a long sleeve t-shirt should fit any plan her boyfriend had.

"Cass, I need you this afternoon to plan for Christmas Day," Gemma said as Cassia re-entered, making her groan internally.

Cassia quickly ate, relishing that Quinn kept his hand on her thigh the whole time. Gemma chatted about what she wanted for Christmas Day, Clay just nodding as he read the paper. When she was finished, she looked at Quinn.

"Get a jacket and your helmet," Quinn said standing up. Cassia did as requested.

Quinn took them into Lodi, surprising her by pulling into the mall. Again he helped her off the bike. A few people tossed them a look, but Cassia was well trained in ignoring it. She slipped her hand into Quinn's and let him lead her inside.

"So…Christmas shopping?" Cassia guessed.

"I wanted to get our gifts together," Quinn shrugged walking past Victoria Secret without a second glance.

"Quinn, we said we were together…does that mean…I mean…how intimate are you expecting us to be?" Cassia stammered out. That stopped her old man.

"As much as you are comfortable with sugar," Quinn soothed pulling Cassia to him.

Cassia thought about his answer. He made it about her, sidestepping what he might actually want. Why wouldn't he just say what he wanted.

"What do you want Rane? Not what you think I want- you," Cassia said, running her hand up his chest.

"Sugar- Cassia, I want it all. Every part of you I want to claim," Quinn murmured.

"How about we just let it be what it will. But if I say stop, you stop," Cassia offered.

"Sounds good to me. Now, what do you want for Christmas baby?"

Cassia lingered against him a moment longer before walking up to a kiosk. Searching the store list she found the one she wanted. Scanning the map she saw they would have to walk the length of the mall.

"Books handsome. Barnes and Noble is on the other end. Let's see how strong those arms are," Cassia teased. Quinn grinned at her before tucking her back under his arm.

Holy shit she wasn't kidding. Quinn thought as Cassia placed another book in his arms. His girl was serious about reading. But he learned from their conversation on the way to the store she only bought books she thought she would read multiple times.

"You good babe?" She asked adding what looked like three journals to the stack.

"All good, we almost done?" He was wondering where these would fit on his Harley.

"I think so," Cassia read down the stack.

"Yep, just carry them to the counter," Cassia said. It looked like she would go for her purse, but stopped. Good, she needed to learn he would take care of her in every way.

"Hi, this all?" The perky clerk asked.

Quinn noticed her eyeing him, and Cassia did too.

"Honey, is that all?" Quinn asked making sure to wrap his hand around Cassia's waist again.

"Yeah, don't you love having a boyfriend that spoils you?" Cassia's eyes narrowed at the clerk who got her point. His old lady was far too good at putting people in their place.

When the total came, Quinn didn't even shrug. It was less that he was planning on spending for Cassia, and he planned on adding a surprise.

"I would like these delivered. Here's the address," Cassia said handing over a sheet of paper. The clerk took it and adjusted the total.

"Thank you and Happy Holidays," the clerk said. They walked out hand-in-hand.

"What about you Rane?" Cassia looked at him, those eyes trying to pierce him.

"I got what I wanted already. I have you," he said kissing her forehead.

"Babe please…" Quinn shut her up with a kiss.

"As much as I love your kisses, you're getting a present," Cassia said a look of determination coming over her face. Quinn relented.

"A watch I guess, haven't had one in years." Cassia perked up at that grabbing his hand and heading to the nearest jewelry store.

Quinn watched as Cassia perused the selection. She had spent a solid twenty minutes talking to the man behind the counter. He watched her shake her head and bite her lip. She is so beautiful he thought. Finally she waved him over.

"Try this one on babe," Cassia said handing over the nicest watch Quinn had seen for someone like him.

It fit nicely, not too big or tight. He like the black coloring and that it wasn't too showy.

"It's good," he said making his old lady squeal before kissing him.

"We'll take it, can he wear it out?" Cassia asked.

The jeweler nodded. Cassia followed him to the counter. Quinn took that time to quickly look over another case. When Cassia joined him, he gave her a quick kiss. He just needed some time to come back and get that surprise.
