Summary: People could go through periods of pain, people endured times of suffering, but after all of that came the healing. Uzumaki Naruto has suffered though pain his entire 17 years of life. Now three beauties will do their best to heal his soul, mind, and heart.

I know that I've done a lot of heavy focusing on Shizune and to a lesser extent Gaia, but I promise that Anko and Yasaka are going to get their time to shine. Now that being said. Everyone, please listen to what I'm about to say. This chapter is going to be the DARKEST chapter of this story to date. Do not let the lighthearted tone of some of the scenes fool you. I carefully constructed this chapter to be that way.

Pain pt 3

Location: Konoha

Place: Uchiha Sasuke's Hospital Room, Security level 4

Time: 1145

Darkness was all that he knew. Not because of sleep or lack of consciousness, but because of the cloth and seals around his eyes. He tried to mold chakra, but every time he did so he felt a horrible pain shot though his body. He knew that it was a combination of seals the Dobe had used on not only his hands and ankles, but his heart as well.

He never expected Naruto to put a kill switch on his heart.

Sasuke would admit that while he learned a lot under Orochimaru including his summoning jutsu, hidden snake hand taijutsu style and jutsu exclusive to the Snake summons, seals were not something Sasuke ever really got the hang of. He learned the basics of seals. As an Uchiha seals were not something that he was good with or fond of. According to legend the Sages three children each inherited something from him.

The Uchiha received his eyes.

The Senju received his chakra

and The Uzumaki received his knowledge and love.

Or so went the legend.

"Sasuke-Kun," came a voice somewhere near Kumo

But Sasuke didn't put too much stock in legends and fairy tales. He put his belief in his power and his clan's power. That power was proven during his academy days. He was the strongest. No one could challenge him. There were some like Shino and Shikamaru whose brains proved a match for the Avenger or Kiba whose own clan taijutsu style was a match for the interceptor Fist While it was true that Sasuke had a fully matured Sharingan. And Naruto was the worst. Dead last, Untalented. A waste of space. But when they were on Team Seven, he thought that he formed powerful connections with Naruto and Sakura. However, the rose-tinted glasses blinded him to the truth. Naruto caught up to Sasuke without him ever realizing it. The Bell Test, Wave Country, The Forest of Death, The Third Exam invasion, The Land of Spring Mission. Itachi and his 'partner' attack Naruto. In each mission, each battle, and each moment, Naruto closed the gap between them while Sasuke stagnated. While Sasuke played Ninja, Naruto was grinding and getting ahead of Sasuke. Suddenly Naruto wasn't just a little punk watching his back. He had become a raging storm Sasuke needed to move to get to his big brother.

Then the battle at the Valley of the End. Sasuke had beat Naruto. He defeated the Dead Last... Only it wasn't a complete victory. Naruto had HELD BACK. He had taken pity on Sasuke and held back, deeming him not worthy of using his full power on.

No, he needed to push those thoughts down as deep as possible. He couldn't fathom that Naruto was stronger than him.

"Sasuke-kun!" came Sakura's voice

Sasuke 'looked' in the direction of caretaker. "What?,"

"Are you okay, you're grinding your teeth and you've ignored your lunch," came the voice of Sakura.

Another thing that annoyed him greatly. Sakura had come to his room every day to speak with him. She was the only one of his former friends that had come. Sure, Ino was on the guard rotation, but she was more interested in trying to get into his pants than really guarding him.

During his academy days there was a rumor that went around that he was interested in guys. That was blatantly false. Sasuke didn't have an interest in sex period. Did he want to revive his clan? Yes, but at the time he had been too scared that Itachi would return, a shadow in the dark and take his family away again. Now that he was older, he still didn't care much for sex. Oh, he had sex before. Orochimaru had insisted that he sample both sexes to see if he did enjoy it. And if not, he had ways to bring the Uchiha clan back without sex. So, he did. He had sex with men and women. but it did nothing for him.

He would revive his clan, but he would do it with females that shared his values. The value of the strong is to destroy and conquer the weak. He would not allow the Council to pick his intended. He would not allow the Uchiha to become the attack dog for the village that allowed his brother to escape!

He would bid his time until he could leave this place or convince the village to give him everything he wanted.

"Forgive me Sakura, just a lot on my mind," said Sasuke as Sakura brought a straw to his lips and allowed him to sip water.

The Red-Light district of Konoha was one of the newer areas of Konoha. Stationed around the Old Uchiha District, it had several houses torn down and never buildings built up. A place that was a joint venture on the insistence of the merchants and Tsunade. This was the only location in all of Konoha where gambling and prostitution were legal. Some Kunoichi had even decided to dabble in the oldest profession. Some young women took clients to bed, others allowed them to just have their way in the back allies and restrooms of establishments.

A young couple walked out of a love hotel in the Red-Light district. The man was your average Chunin of the village. Average build, brown/black hair and the usual Chunin/Jonin attire. In the end, it didn't really matter. Ino enjoyed sex. Honestly, few people excited her. Sure, Tenten and Lee had been fun, before they went exclusive. Neji just sucked at Sex. Licking her lips slightly she made her way up to the young man.

"Hey handsome," said Ino in a slutry tone.

The young man turned to her and Ino got a better view of his face and her jaw nearly dropped at who she was looking at. Sure, his hair was a different color, and his eyes were a slightly different shade of blue, more of a purplish tint, but those whisker-like marks only belonged to one person.

"Naruto!" said Ino eyeing up her former classmate, the lust in her body muted somewhat by the knowledge of who this was, but no less still present

"Ino. I didn't expect to bump into you," said Naruto.

"Same. I was under the impression that you were still in the hospital. By the way your hair is amazing. Red looks good on you," said Ino.

"I'm out, but on restriction. Also, thanks," said Naruto

Ino nodded knowing the policy well as it extended to those who were subject to deep cover missions as well. Of which Ino had only been on two since Joining the InfoSec. Honestly, this worked in her favor a bit. Sure, she didn't visit him while he was in his coma and straight up told Tsunade that she wanted to be part of the Uchiha security detail, but that was more because she just wanted a chance to see what Sasuke was packing. In truth, he wasn't small, but he wasn't big either. Higher side of average really.

But here was a chance. She knew that Naruto had been packing a tree in his pants thanks to Hinata using her Byakugan and fainting with a crazy amount of blood from her nose, but she could only imagine what he had now. While she honestly didn't care to much about his political status her mother would eat it up at the gossip circle if Ino managed to land in the bed of Naruto. Who knows she might just 'forget' to take the correct pill. She slipped next to Naruto and pulled his arm between her breasts. A classic move that could have many a man blushing.

"Say since you're out here anyway how about you treat a girl to a drink," said Ino.

Naruto chuckled. "Sorry Ino-chan. This is one time I think it's a good idea not to disobey Tsunade-baa-chan,"

Ino nodded at his words. Tsunade was the strongest Kunoichi in three Generations, she wasn't going to push her luck at the moment. This was a long game. "Okay I understand. If you change your mind, you can find me at the flower shop," said Ino as she got on her tippy toes and kissed Naruto on the cheek.

Naruto looked at Ino when she backed off and turned to run away. Then he felt a spike of Killing intent. He looked around for the source of said killing intent, but as quick as it appeared it vanished.

Sitting on a roof top on the other side of Konoha Hinata glared at the spot where Naruto and Ino were standing a minute ago. Tearing a chunk out of a cinnamon bun, Hinata thought up her plans for her and Naruto. First things first She would have to teach the slut her place.

A sigh escaped Gaia's mouth. This caught the attention of her guard and advisor. The Young woman was Gaia's older sister. Sabuku Temari. Gaia had always been told that Temari greatly resembled their mother, but as Gaia had never so much as seen a picture of their mother until she was made Kage she had a hard time believing that. Gaia would also admit that at one point she was jealous of her sister's curves. While Gaia had filled out in the last few years, she felt that she would never catch up to Temari. Of her siblings, Gaia could talk to Temari more easily than she could Kunkuro. It wasn't that she didn't love her brother. Ever since Naruto had knocked sense into her, she had bonded and become quite close to her siblings, but in doing so she learned something that she never knew she would miss. It was how EMBRESSING her siblings could make her feel. "I'd rather be in the middle of the ocean and stung to death by 1000 jellyfish than watch you procreate with the sloth again," said Gaia.

It had been an accident while they were on a joint village endeavor. The Chunin exams that Temari and Shikamaru were hosting. Gaia had been foolish enough to come home early and get some sleep, only to walk in on Temari bouncing her ass on the sloth's crouch. Needless to say, that night a Nara had never run so fast in their life.

"Ouch. While Shika is a bit lazy, he's quite a talented lover Gaia-chan. Especially his tongue," said Temari.

"I will never understand your taste in men sister. Unlike the sloth Uzumaki Naruto has excellent skills and would make a fine mate... er Husband," said Gaia.

Gaia debated telling her sister and realized that she could drag it out of her if she tried. "We have been gone for over almost two weeks Gaia. We will have to return at some point," said Temari.

Gaia frowned. "I don't want to. Uzumaki Naruto requires someone to help him," said Gaia.

Temari looked at her sister. The young woman who she ws once terrified of. The young woman pretended to be a boy just to shield herself from the same fate as their mother. Gaia, Who Temari had come to mother, just because she was four years older than her baby sister. She had learned that her baby sister loved trying different types of coffee. Her favorite is Dark roost with hazelnut cream and two sugars. She loved to read historical novels with some Romantic novels in her collection. She disliked anyone who called her and by extension her family monsters. Gaia also liked to pull pranks on men who hit on her. Although she wasn't the type to burst out laughing, she could have a rie smile on her face. How she was a tsun-tsun in complete denial.

Temari placed her war fan against the wall before she walked over to Gaia and placed an arm around her.

"Hey Love, it's alright. If you want to chase that knucklehead then your big sis is here for you. Besides, if he can't see what a badass bitch you are then he's an idiot," said Temari as she kissed Gaia's tattoo.

Gaia smiled and hugged her sister. "Thanks, sis,"

A sigh escaped the Hokage's mouth as she looked at the picture of her little brother in the parlor of the Senju manor. Several people would SWEAR that it was Naruto with a brown dye job in his hair. Honestly, she tried to avoid any reminders of her brother and of Dan. She didn't even talk to Shizune about Dan. And yet when the red formerly blond-haired young man came into her life. The dam burst. Several days after arriving in Konoha Shizune and Tsunade sat down and talked. And drank. And screamed. And fought. It was several years of pent-up frustrations and aggression on both parts. At lease Tsunade could fuck her frustrations out with her husband, but Shizune. Shizune never had much of a social life. Hell, it was all dedicated to Tsunade.

The last three days had been such a pain. Ever since they had returned from the Uzumaki Lands The council had been up her ass with so much red tape and paperwork that she could feel a tree ready to burst and spring forth. Talks were intensifying about the CRA around not only the Uzumaki and Uchiha clan, but Koharu was asking for Naruto to restart the Senju clan as well. Koharu was the only person who knew of Naruto's full heritage. Honestly it was so much that was happening so fast that old wounds. Wounds she thought had healed. But the creaks were starting to appear.

The door to the parlor opened and Naruto walked in.

Tsunade smiled at Naruto. "Looking good brat. So why the get-up?" asked Tsunade.

"You can thank Shizune for dressing me up. She practically dragged me to a store and hair salon to get it fixed. Honestly, I never even knew that the Uzumaki's hair was so smooth," said Naruto.

The duo sat in silence for a while drinking the tea that Tsunade had prepared. As they did drink Tsunade looked at Naruto and her conversation with Jiraiya came back to her. They had both failed Naruto. He had spent the first 13 years of his life alone. And That didn't sit right with Tsunade. Naruto was 17. Perhaps... Perhaps he could handle the truth.

Tsunade sighed as she placed her teacup down. "Naruto... there's something I have to tell you. Something I... I didn't want to. Something that was eating at my heart for a while now" said Tsunade.

"What is it Tsunade-baa-chan?" asked Naruto.

"In truth, Ksuhina and I were never close. Hell in a way I resented her greatly because of how close she was to my grandmother. We could be cordial to each other, but that was it. Honestly, you would think with us being distant cousins we would get along great, but that wasn't the case," said Tsunade.

"Okay. So, you and my Kaa-chan who now I know was named Kushina didn't get along, it's not like I can do anything about that," said Naruto.

No anger or resentment in his voice. Just matter-of-factness. Tsunade wanted to chuckle at his naivete

"It's not that simple. You see around... 22 years ago Kushina and Minato were pretty serious but were barely 22 at the time. We were in the middle of a war, and no one was sure who would make it to see the next day. Sure, things were cooling down, but it anything could spark a major flare up. You may not know this, but having a Buuji sealed inside of you produces opposite effects in males and females when it comes to having children. For some odd reason males have a higher chance to have children... about 6 in 10 chance to sire. And women have a 1 in 50 chance to conceive," said Tsunade

Naruto's jaw dropped upon hearing this.

"Yasaka!?" asked Naruto.

"Calm your ass down Naruto. While what she says is true, I've reduced the chance greatly unless your focused on having children. Hell thanks to the super genes of the Uzuamki I've had to basically kill your sperm cells every time you turned that princess into a cumdump," said Yasaka as she thought about the hundreds of times Naruto and the little Snow woman had relations

Naruto's eye twitched. "Leave Yukie-chan out of this," growled Naruto.

"Ow scary," said Yasaka fake crying. "Please The only thing the two of you did was talk and fuck. You didn't even care for her like a real partner. It helps increase the chance of fertilization by 79 percent and makes the child born both a Senju and Uzumaki," said Tsunade.

Naruto didn't like where this was going.

"What are you saying baa-chan?" asked Naruto already having an inkling where this was headed.

"Kushina and Minato were ready to have kids and they were having trouble. As I told you before Kushina and I were not close. She begged me to give her some of my eggs so she could have a kid. I'm not proud of what I did.

"Baa-chan... it can't be that bad," said Naruto worried in his voice.

"I made her beg me and lick my heels. All because of my jealousy of how close she was to Mito-Baa-chan, because she had the love of a man when I lost mine! How she had a little brother in Kakashi when I lost Nawaki! I was SO FUCKING ANGRY AT KUSHINA FOR HAVING EVERYTHING I WANTED! EVERYTHING I WAS DENIED!" yelled Tsunade punching the glass and cutting her hand in several places

"Tsunade!" yelled Naruto.

Tsunade kept going too far gone in her misry and self-loathing as the things she did flashed in her mind and out her mouth. "That one moment, when I had her before me, head on the ground practically begging ME for something I had the power over. I took full advantage of it. For weeks I embarrassed Kushina. I made her and Minato do the most humiliating things all so she could have a shot at me giving her my eggs. I even Fucked her like a two ryo whore from the capital in front of a bound and gagged Minato just to prove that there wasn't a damn thing they could do to stop me! Naruto knew that she wasn't there with him at the moment. She was somewhere else. Somewhere in the past. But he wasn't seeing the woman he had come to know as his surrogate mother. He was seeing a monster of a broken woman. A woman who tried to break the person who gave birth to him. No, she wasn't just a surrogate. In a way this woman... this twisted demon before him was his mother.

"It took a while, but eventually she got pregnant. She was so happy. She told all her friends, Hyuga Hitomi, Uchiha Mikoto, Inuzuka Tsume, and a few others I can't think of. I was there are the baby shower and... she thanked me. She walked up and hugged me. She told me that despite everything that happened between us she still loved me as a sister. As her sister. Naruto reach out with his hand but stopped. He turned his back on her and left the room.

As he did so Tsunade felt her heart shatter in a million pieces for the third time in her life. A million hopes. A million dreams. A million possible futures gone with that one simple action. First, she lost her brother to war, then she lost her first love to injuries, and now, now she has lost her son, because of her actions.
