Summary: People could go though periods of pain, people endured times of suffering, but after all of that came the healing. Uzumaki Naruto has suffered through pain his entire 17 years of life. Now three beauties will do their best to heal his soul, mind, and heart.

Chapter 4: Pain pt 2
Location: Konoha
Place: Hokage Tower; Tsunade's office
Time: 1300
Sakura sighed as she stood before the door to her Master's office. It had already been four days since Naruto had returned and the Village had felt that massive explosion of chakra. Sakura remembered the Hate and rage that chakra seemed to put out. Sakura was no stranger to Killing intent at this point, but to feel such malice. She was lucky that she didn't take her kunai and slit her own throat to escape the hate that was there.
She wondered if that was what her dad felt when he fought the Kyubi? The Monster that cut his Shinobi career short. His chakra network had been damaged by the corrosive chakra and now he was lucky to be able to mold enough chakra for a simple clone jutsu. For someone who was once considered for the Seat of Hokage alongside Orochimaru and Namikaze Minato that was devastating to know. Even though he made up for it with Kinjutsu and taijutsu, he would never reach the likes of those legends again.
Then just as quick as the malice came it had vanished. For 24 hours chaos ruled all of Konoha as the young, elderly, and weak of body came in hurt, and shivering, and even a few Shinobi from the Kyubi Attack came in for mental problems related to that night. Overall Konoha lost 43 people that day and 12 of them were Shinobi. Many people were still sick or overwhelmed. Even her father was back to drinking in his study because of the memories.
For the last four days, Tsunade had been busy. Too busy to oversee Sakura's training or even look over Sasuke-kun's damaged body properly. All her focus had been on Naruto, the council, and the Nobility of the Land of Fire if rumors were to be believed. Word of mouth from various council members and even her father was that Naruto, her teammate was the Fourth Hokage's son and the last known male Uzumaki! The last member of a powerful almost extinct in the entire Elemental Nations. Uzumaki Naruto; the man who had brought her beloved Sasuke-kun back. The man who even when things got dark kept a smile. And he was in the hospital just like Sasuke. Sure, Sasuke was a bit banged up but nothing she couldn't forgive Naruto for. He was just keeping his promise. She would have to reward him. Maybe another night of sex? She was sure that Sasuke-kun would forgive her for that. At least once Naruto was awake.
She winced thinking about her teammate's condition. She had been so focused on Sasuke that she had ignored him and hadn't even visited him once. Not to be mean or anything. Naruto was currently in a medical-induced coma as per Tsunade's orders to help his body and chakra network heal. He like Sasuke had a 24-hour guard detail, but there was a difference. Sasuke's guard Detail was to keep him from running away again. Naruto's was to protect him from people who wanted to 'finish the fourth's work. Sakura wanted to talk to her master and have the security focus on Sasuke lowered to Minimal risk. That Sasuke wouldn't run away again. Tsunade was just so busy that she hadn't seen him yet. Deep in her heart, Sakura did have a small bit of love for Naruto. Not much and she wouldn't call it a crush. If she didn't at least like the blond, she wouldn't have given him her virginity. It wasn't like she was Ino sleeping around behind her boyfriend's back. Or Tenten who had her own body count before she got together with Lee. Even Kurenai-sensei wasn't so pure as her prudish deminer seemed. She wasn't like those three sluts. She... she might not have been a pure maiden like Hinata, but it was better than having dozens of notches on your belt.
No Sakura only ever had sex with Naruto and on a few rare occasions, she fucked Ino. Only when she was stressed out or needed an itch scratched. Sakura wasn't into women or anything like that, but she didn't want to have any other male besides Sasuke and maybe Naruto if it took too long to get Sasuke back. Yes. Naruto was her safe option, her backup plan. Sakura knew that Naruto would always be there for her. According to Ino, Naruto and Rock Lee were both... simps for her. No matter how badly she treated them or acted around them. They would always forgive. Protect her, Protect her future.
Could she see herself really marrying the blond? Not really, but if Sasuke turned out not to be right Naruto was there. Especially if he never noticed the crush Hinata had on him. Or other girls. If the rumors were true, the chances of Sakura mothering the NEW Uzumaki clan went way up. Hell, it'd probably be easier than mothering the new Uchiha clan if she was honest with herself. Maybe she could even vet a few girls to carry some of Naruto's children. Of course, it would all be invitro fertilization just like if she ever married Sasuke. She didn't need a bunch of hussies hanging about either of her men... whichever one she ended up marrying.
Sakura knocked on the door to Tsunade's office.
"Enter," came Tsunade's voice.
Sakura opened the door and found her sensei and her sister Desiple looking over several medical reports, books, and scrolls, and Kami only knew what else. She had never seen her Sensei be so busy in the entire five years she had studied under her. Not even During the Mobilization on the Blood Prison, maybe after the Sound-san Invasion was she this busy, but that was stabilized within six months. For Tsunade to be this busy was a really big deal.
Sakura walked over and picked up a random file and picked it up
ANBU Uzumaki Protection Detail report Memorial Festival year 6
ANBU members Hawk, Dove, Falcon, and sparrow were guarding subject . However due to a disturbance in Financial Distract they had to leave the guard posts. From eye witness accounts suffered an attack at the hands of three Genin following the 6th Memorial Festival. When he was found was badly hurt. Sparrow the Medic on site reported the injuries that he suffered were as follows:
Right hand broken, spacifficly middle and index fingers
Left Ruptured kidney
Punctured Lung both sides

Sakura stopped reading and put the paper down. She couldn't keep reading. The injuries listed were much worse and any normal person would be dead. Sakura remembered that Festival well. She and Ino were still friends -before their fallout over Sasuke- had seen a trio of Genin rushing off following after Naruto. At the time she didn't think much of it. She just assumed that Naruto was a troublemaker. It was even echoed by her mother. A Civilian who worked in the education sector.
"Stay away from that boy Sakura-chan He's dangerous and a bad omen to the entire village. Nothing good can come from associating with him," her mother had told her.
That following Monday Naruto didn't show up for school and didn't come in for an entire week. When he did return, he was covered in bandages and laughed it off as just falling and hurting himself. Sakura had brushed it off as Naruto being an idiot and ignored him in favor of looking at Sasuke.
Tsunade looked up from the files, her eyes were bloodshot, sunken, and heavy bags were there. Same With Shizune. How long had they been here just looking at files? Since the day Naruto returned maybe? They were pushing the limits of what a Shinobi or Kunoichi was able to do without time to rest. But They should have known this as it was them who taught this to her.
"Sakura I didn't expect to see you today," said Tsunade as she rubbed her face. "Sorry I haven't been attending to your training, but as you can see this is a matter of the upmost importance at the moment,"
Sakura walked over to the coffee pot and cut it on. "It's fine Tsunade-sensei, but what are you doing?"
"We've been tracking things having to do with Naruto-kun. His life has been quite interesting up to this point. It's a wonder he's still sane with how bad these papers are making it out," said Shizune.
"I just read a single file, but it wasn't that bad," said Sakura trying to convince herself more than either of the older women.
"Sakura. All of this," started Tsunade as she waved her hand. "Belongs to Naruto, his mother, and father. Medical files, Mission reports. Finical statements. All of it. 13 years' worth of records documents, and so much worse. I had to ask the Kazekage to go through these records with her sister and Shikamaru just to avoid any tampering with the documents. It's a wonder he never abandoned the village,"
"Especially when the Administration Department was screwing him out of almost 40 percent of his earnings, mission reports were altered, and he was never given a fair shake! I'm shocked that he didn't turn into another Orochimaru or Uchiha Itachi," hissed Shizune.
Sakura slammed a hand on the desk. "Sure he had it just a bit worse than others, but Naruto would never betray the village! He loves Konoha," said Sakura.
Shizune laughed. "Love's Konaha!? please Sakura! Naruto doesn't love Konoha! He loves the idea of Konoha. Of the Family that is supposed to be the mighty Oak of Konoha. He loves what Konoha stands for! He was the child the village forgot! If not for his status as Minato-san's son... they never would have had this conversation!"
"That's bullshit Shizune-san!" growled Sakura
"Did you know that the Council wanted to imprison or exile Naruto for failing the mission to bring Sasuke back to the village," said Tsunade.
Sakura's heart skipped a beat. "I don't believe you. Shinobi haven't been punished for failing a mission since Hatake Sakumo!" yelled Sakura.
"You would think that, but in truth the practice of punishing shinobi and kunoichi for failure still exists, it's just not made public. Depending on the severity of the failure. As Sasuke was labeled as a kidnapped VIP it could be considered an A-ranked mission. If it had remained just a kidnapping every member of that retrieval team would have been punished, but Naruto more so just because of the politics. However, since Sasuke chose to keep leaving with the Sound Shinobi that changed things up enough to where no one was punished. It even delayed me in promoting Naruto as that one A-ranked failure hurt almost as bad as his three A-ranked successes," said Tsunade.
"This is such bullshit! This is Naruto we're talking about! He's a Loyal Konoha Shinobi. The council wouldn't get rid of him!" yelled Sakura
"Open your eyes, you stupid little girl! The Council has been against Naruto since they found out he had the Kyubi sealed in him and leaked it to the village! Civilians, Shinobi! Naruto had it worse than the Uchiha ever did! He's lucky that he made it to academy age with how the Council wanted to kill him!" yelled Shizune
"Sasuke came from a Royal clan! The village needs him," argued the pinkette.
"Senju, Uchiha, Uzumaki. Those are the founding clans of Konoha! The Uzumaki had a branch family here as they are a brother clan to the Senju and a cousin clan to the Uchiha! They were wiped out during the Kyubi incident! If anything, Naruto is more important than Sasuke could ever be. The defense barriers and walls were created by the Uzumaki Clan. Moreover, Naruto-kun is related to a kage and an S-ranked Kunoichi! Where is Sasuke's claim to fame aside from a traitor of a brother and a clan that was wiped out in one night!? No, we can't even give him that credit as Sauske is a traitor to our village as well!" yelled Shizune.
Sakura narrowed her eyes and pushed the older kunoichi. Shizune not one to back down pushed Sakura back. They shoved each other back and forth before Shizune grabbed Sakura's hair and yanked, hard. Sakura yelped but returned the favor and resorted to biting Shizune. It was only a few moments, but these two women forgot that they were Kunoichi trained in the art of killing. Instead, they were brawling like civilian girls.
Tsunade quickly got between them. "ENOUGH! Enough!" said Tsunade.
"Why did you attack me, you stupid bitch!" yelled Sakura.
"You abandoned him... You abandoned my Naruto-kun," whispered Shizune with her bangs covering her eyes, but the rage and anger clear in her voice.
"YOU'RE BOTH OUT OF ORDER!" yelled Tsunade getting between the sister disciples, pushing Sakura to one wall and Shizune to the other
Sakura spat blood on the ground at Shizune's feet. A clear sign of her anger and disrespect for senior. "I did nothing wrong Koto-san,"
"You ran off... leaving Naruto-kun alone to the mercy or lack thereof of the people of Konoha! The Mob mentality was real that day Sakura! People who have tried to kill Naruto-kun hundreds OF TIMES OVER! ALL FOR THE SAKE OF THAT FUCKING TRAITOR UCHIHA!" yelled Shizune, swiping several papers off of Tsunade's desk.
"Naruto was fine. A little banged up, but fine! He did what he said he was going to do and brought Sasuke-kun back! Sasuke-kun needed me! He needed someone to take care of him. Just because you take up for him doesn't mean that he'll take you to bed, you fucking spinster virgin!" said Sakura
Shizune looked at Sakura and even Tsunade felt a shiver run down her spine. Even though Tsunade was the superior medic, Shizune excelled at one thing Tsunade didn't Shizune was a poison expert. Many of the Jutsu she knew revolved around poison. As Shizune wasn't a straight-up fighter she was a trap fighter. She planned the fight out in advance and went from there. Even when Tsunade had tried to train Shizune in Taijutsu she quickly learned that she didn't have the attitude for Taijutsu, but Ninjutsu was a different matter altogether. A passive Jutsu that Shizune had created had no need to hand signs. It was in her blood and on her breath. It was a defense that she created if she was ever... captured and suffered the fate all Kunoichi feared.
Shizune breathed out slightly, making a purple mist visible A clear sign she had been preparing one of her numerous poison breaths. She straightened out her hair and fixed her clothes.
She bowed to Tsunade. "Tsunade-sama, I'm going home to rest. I need to check up on Naruto-kun soon and it wouldn't do if I was unsightly to those on protection detail," said Shizune.
"Permission granted," said Tsunade.
Shizune walked to the door and past Sakura. "Don't think this is over Haruno. You may think that you have an in with Naruto-kun just because your teammates, but I will drop dead before I allow such a fickle little girl anywhere near him," said Shizune.
Shizune closed the door on Sakura who looked at the older woman with a hint of fear and anger in her eyes.

Time: 2300
Anko sat at the bar of a ninja-exclusive club. Normally she wouldn't be here as too many people tried to hit on her. Her reputation as the 'snake whore' of Konoha made many thinks that she was pretty easy. As big a game as she talked Anko had never slept with anyone in her life. Had she been approached and even propositioned before? Sure. Had she ever accepted? No. Part of that was because Old Man Sarutobi protected her. As the student of his student, he saw Anko as his own grandchild. So, once she came back to the village 10 years ago with a good part of her memories missing, she worked her ass off to be seen as a trustworthy Kunoichi.
Special Jonin, Member of the T&I division, Former ANBU, Member of the Hunter Brigade. She tried everything in her power to make herself valuable to Konoha and by extension to her fellow jonin. Currently, all of that meant nothing as one of the most important people in her life was currently in a coma. She wanted to be next to Naruto, but she couldn't. Tonight was a bit different as she was invited here.
"Sorry I'm late, but a little old lady lost her cat and needed help finding it," came the smooth voice of Kakashi.
"I hope it was Tora," said Anko without missing a beat.
"Don't even joke about that hell spawn. I swear that thing is a demon," said Kakashi taking a seat.
"So why did you invite me here? We could have talked about anything at the usual bar," said Anko.
Many people would be hard-pressed to believe that Anko and Kakashi were anything but lovers even though Kakashi had no interest in a relationship with Anko. If anything, when it came to their group of friends, It was often hard to figure out how any of them were friends in the first place. Especially Kurenai and Anko. Those two women were like oil and water, yet still considered each other best friends.
"I needed this to be a bit more secretive than normal," said Kakashi.
"Why is that?" asked Anko.
"The Foundation is on the move according to Yamato. They plan to rebirth the Uzumaki and Uchiha clans and have them be solely devoted to Konoha.," said Kakashi.
Anyone else wouldn't have noticed Anko's hand flinch, but Kakashi was arguably the strongest Shinobi in the village currently with Only Guy, Asuma, and Jiraiya-sama being on or surpassing his level of power.
"Why would the Elders-," started Anko.
"It's not the Elders. They've been left out of the loop on this one and even if Homura-sama, Koharu-sama, and Danzo-sama know or are informed they are letting them set their plans in motion. The return and manipulation of two founding clans how those leeches salivating" said Kakashi.
Anko glared at the table. "Tsunade-sama won't let those bastards mess with Naruto," said Anko.
"You're right, but Tsunade can't protect Naruto forever. From what I've seen several councils are using their connections to the Land of Fire Nobility to push this to the highest levels," said Kakashi.
"What are they saying?" asked Anko.
Kakashi pulled out a piece of paper and slid it over to Anko who daftly took it with no problems. She quickly read over it and snorted before she moved it over to a small candle and lit the paper on fire.
"Clan restoration Act considered for Uzumaki and Uchiha Clans with the finances to be put under the direct control of the Civilian Council until such a time as a competent clan head and heir have been established... In other words, The Foundation is running shadow games," said Anko draining her glass
"Anko think before you do whatever it is that's inside of your head. You survived imprisonment and execution once because Sarutobi-sama protected you and even gave up a lot of power for you and Naruto. Do you really think they will let Orochimaru's apprentice off a second time?" said the silver-haired Jonin.
Anko rose from the bar and took out a few bills and threw them on the table. "How could I ever forget that the old monkey risked his reputation and power for me Hatake? It's only because of him and Naruto that I didn't off myself a long time ago. Although I doubt Naruto remembers what he did for me," said Anko with a pained smile on her face.
Anko turned and left the bar.
"No one ever said Politics wasn't a bitch. Then again so is love," thought Kakashi as his mind wandered to a brown-haired young woman

And Cut. So Pt 2 is... 70-80 percent complete. It really didn't take me long to complete pt 2, it's just that Healing Pt 2 is taking longer than I anticipated Since I completed Suffering pt 2 already I will upload it... in 24 hours give or take. Personally, I think people are going to be a bit shocked at what suffering pt 2 entails.
