Peg's brand new resort, which was called Mouseton Outdoor Adventures, was finished and opened in the Spring next year and it immediately became a huge success. And one person that she was very grateful that came to work for her was Max Goof. It happened during Christmas last year when she invited him, Goofy, Sylvia and Hannah to her Christmas party. A lot of people were invited to the party except her ex-husband Pete and his new family. Max told Peg that since he learned that Mouseton Outdoor Adventures was opening very soon and she sent out job vacancies, he quickly applied for a job in the activities department. He resigned from McDuck Cruises (yet his contract said that he still needed to continue to work for them until March, which was when Peg's new outdoor resort would be finished and opened to the public), but due to his outstanding work there, he could always return to McDuck Cruises if this new job didn't work out. Peg was very delighted that Max applied to work at her new business. She really missed him since she last saw him, which was more than half a year ago. In fact, she missed so much that once the guests were occupied and chattering to other guests, they went to her room and celebrated Christmas by having real raw sex for two hours, which they missed and they still enjoyed doing. PJ, Lucy, Patrick and Penelope came to Mouseton Outdoor Adventures often mainly to see Peg, but they enjoyed spending time with Max too and they were glad they could see more of him now than they could when he worked on McDuck Cruises. Max missed them and enjoyed seeing more of them as well. And PJ and his family enjoyed the resort's activities and especially the ones Max spent time with them, with the ATV, the mountain biking and kayaking among them.
Max remembered one very happy time when his friends Bobby, Stacey and Lauren, who was Stacey's partner, and their kids Sabrina and Regina, whom Bobby was their biological father and whom Max was their godfather, arrived. Like PJ and his family, they missed Max so much and were very happy they could see more of him now. He missed them and was very happy to see more of them as well. They all had a good time with Max at the resort, especially doing the hiking, the mountain biking and the ATV.
There was a great time when Lisa, Max's second girlfriend from Spoonerville High School, and her twin children Bennie and Alicia, who were also more of Max's godchildren, came. Lisa and her kids missed Max and he missed them as well and they were glad to see more of each other. They had fun doing the activities with him, especially the water skiing, the wakeboarding, the mountain climbing and the kayaking.
There was the time when Max's first college girlfriend, Lola, the beautiful African-American lady. She was doing very well with her marine biology career and she came with her boyfriend and she and Max were happy to catch up with each other since she had to leave Spoonerville College and she and her boyfriend enjoyed the resort's activities.
There was the time when Max's second college girlfriend, Sasha, who was a blonde lady, arrived at the resort and she came with her boyfriend. She was delighted to see Max again and catch up with him as they did the activities. She and her boyfriend owed a gym in Virginia.
There was the time when Max's third college girlfriend, Charlotte, who had short red hair, arrived. She was doing very well with her cooking career, who was now a head chef at a five star restaurant in New York and she had a supporting husband and was the father of two lovely girls. She was very pleased to see Max again and catch up with him as she and her family enjoyed the activities on the resort.
There was the time when Max's very first girlfriend ever, Roxanne, arrived. He hadn't seen her since she and her dad moved to Hawaii during the Eleventh Grade. He saw that she was married and had two kids of her own. Roxanne was delighted to see Max again and he was delighted to see her again as well, but when they caught up with each other, she told him that she wasn't happy with her life. Her husband was a complete jerk, her two sons were very spoiled and bratty and she was just a housewife and she couldn't please her husband or discipline her kids, no matter what she did. Max felt very sorry for her and wished he could do something to help her, but it was out of his power and control.
There was also the unpleasant time where Max bumped into his last girlfriend and the one he wished he never had a relationship at all – Mona. When she spoke to him for the first time since their very painful breakup, Max learned that Mona was doing very well since she took over her father's business and even made it better than it ever was. He also learned that she still was't remorseful for how much she hurt Max by cheating on him. And now she had two boyfriends and they were both former enemies of Max – Chad from Spoonerville High School and Bradley Uppercrust III from Spoonerville College.
Even with the tough times he had to face, Max was still happy in his life. The job he had was his most favorite one he ever had and he was finally closer to the lady of his dreams than he had ever been in his whole life.
