A/N 1: This is not exactly canon to Lucifer2911's fic 'Deal with the Devil' as it only follows its first chapter before diverging at the Rating Game.
Kuoh Academy, Old School Building, Meeting Room.
A magic circle appeared in the middle of the room and then Grayfia appeared out of it. She then asked, "Are your preparations complete? The match will begin in ten minutes."
Everyone in the room nodded in agreement, prompting Grayfia to say, "When it is time, you will be transported to the arena through this magic circle. The match will take place in a separate dimension made specifically for this battle. Don't worry about causing any damage, as the battlefield will be disposed of after the match is completed."
"I see. President, I may or may not have done something very stupid while waiting for Grayfia to arrive." Issei stated.
Rias Gremory's eyes narrowed as did Akeno Himejima's eyes before they asked in unison, "What did you do?"
Issei shrugged as he answered, "I may or may not have sacrificed both of my arms and eyes to Ddraig."
"Issei... we'll be having words about this after the Rating Game." Akeno snarled.
"Do keep in mind that the Great Satan Lucifer will be observing." Grayfia spoke while keeping her calm demeanor in spite of noticing the tension in the room.
"So Buchou's brother will be watching... I should have known this would not get past him..." Akeno muttered under her breath.
Noticing the confusion on the faces of Issei and Asia, Yuuto Kiba explained, "The original Satans died during the Great War. A civil war broke out shortly afterward, with those devils who followed the descendants of the original Satans on one side and those who rallied behind a coalition led by the Bael, Gremory, Sitri, Agares, Astaroth, and Glasya-Labolas families on the other side. Buchou's brother, at the time known as Sirzechs Gremory, led the coalition to victory over the descendants of the original Satans and took the title of Lucifer when a new government was formed after the fighting stopped."
"So essentially, Sirzechs is no longer counted as part of the Gremory Family when he assumed the title of Lucifer and that's why Buchou was stuck in this engagement?" Asia asked.
"Exactly. Rias became the heir after she was born because of Sirzechs taking the Lucifer title." Koneko Toujou answered.
"It's about time. Please step into the circle, everyone." Grayfia stated.
Everyone in the room except for Grayfia stepped into it and then it changed to an unfamiliar symbol before shining a bright white light which enveloped the participants.
-Fast forwarding to when Issei confronts Riser-
"The Dragon brat? Ravel let him go, did she?" Riser spoke in irritation.
"Lord Riser, shall I eliminate them all in one fell swoop?" Riser's Queen asked.
"No, Yubelluna. I shall defeat them myself. The Dragon brat won't use his special stripping technique on a male." Riser stated.
After hearing that, Issei' then said, "I have something else to utilize, and it's high time that I use it now. Overboost!"
Issei's body shined a bright red light for a few seconds after he said that, and when it died down, Issei's body was covered in red draconic armor.
"Armor, huh? So you intend to protect yourself from my flames with armor? Let's see how it holds up." Riser stated before he threw a fireball at Issei, which he punched back towards him.
"This armor won't last forever, sadly. I can only get one minute of use as it is now. But that should be enough for me to win." Issei spoke before he dashed at Riser and then the two brawled in a fistfight. Blows were traded, dodged, and blocked at varying degrees, but Riser was being hit more than Issei. Just after using an axe kick that Riser blocked, Issei springboarded over Riser and then delivered a strong right hook to the back of his head, which sent him to the ground. Issei's armor then vanished and he fell to his knees, panting heavily in exhaustion.
Riser's body was surrounded by a blue glow before it was transported off the Rating Game field. "Riser Phenex is unable to battle and has been retired. The winner is Rias Gremory." Grayfia's voice announced.
Issei then said, "We... did... it..." before his eyes closed and he began to fall forward. Asia caught him before he hit the ground.
Issei slowly stirred as he awoke from unconsciousness. He found himself in his bedroom on his side while a nude Asia was behind him.
"Ugh, I feel like I got struck by a truck." Issei spoke.
"You're finally awake, Issei." Asia replied behind him.
"A- Asia!? What happened!?"
"We won thanks to you, although Rias was not happy about it. Neither was Akeno nor some noble from the house of Valefor. The Valefor noble demanded that I not heal you and move out of here, but I refused and have been healing you. You've been out for at least two days."
"Damn... What do we do now?" Issei asked.
"Apparently, more than just Buchou's family were watching the Rating Game. A lady from the Agares family seemed impressed with you and asked for us to meet her at the clubhouse. Incidentally, Rias, Akeno, and the Valefor noble have also demanded our presence there after school today." Asia answered.
"Why am I not surprised at this? Let's get going."
After classes were over for the day, Issei and Asia went to the clubhouse meeting room. Once there, they saw a man with dark colored hair and a beautiful young woman in her late teens with long, pale greenish blonde hair, long slit pink eyes, and glasses that give off an impression of being cold rather than cool standing there. The young woman wore an outfit that practically screamed 'female noble' but instead of a dress the outfit consisted of a tight blouse, a miniskirt, and thigh-high boots.
"So the newly-reincarnated Filth arrives along with the female Filth that refused my demands to not heal him and leave his home... I am Lord Ignatius Valefor, the current Head of the Valefor family." the man with dark colored hair stated.
"Way to get off on the wrong foot with them, Ignatius. Anyways, I am Seekvaira Agares, the heiress of the Agares family. Who are you two?" the woman spoke.
"I'm Issei Hyoudou, the only pawn of Rias Gremory. You're definitely a beautiful woman in more ways than one, Seekvaira-san." Issei replied to Seekvaira.
"And I am Asia Argento, the second Bishop of Rias Gremory. It's nice to meet you, Lady Agares." Asia answered as she and Issei got seated on a couch.
Rias, Koneko, and Akeno arrived through another doorway and then a magic circle appeared in the room. A man with red hair emerged from it along with Grayfia. "Normally we would celebrate Rias's first victory in a Rating Game, but some plans that I had made with Lord Ignatius were ruined because of Issei defeating Riser." Akeno spoke.
Rias's eyes narrowed before she asked, "Akeno... what did you do?"
"I became Lord Ignatius's concubine so that he would end the engagement, something that became irrelevant when Issei defeated Riser in the Rating Game. I had promised him that if he broke off the engagement, he could use all of us girls in Rias Gremory's peerage to slake his lust."
Issei began to breathe heavily and then muttered under his breath while positioning himself so that his hair covered his eyes, "...like Raynare..." but there was more that could not be understood clearly by everyone else in the room.
The red-haired man then asked, "Umm, did you just say something, Issei? In any case, I am Sirzechs Lucifer."
"I said that Akeno is just like Raynare and didn't think highly of me." Issei answered.
"I am nothing like that sadistic crow!" Akeno shouted.
"Yes you are! You plotted for this Ignatius to take Asia from me!"
"Reincarnated Filth like you should never dream of having a harem! That this Asia healed you and refused to leave your home means that she is Filth just like you!" Ignatius shouted.
"Issei-san is not filth, and neither am I! There is also no way that I would ever become this Lord Valefor's plaything!" Asia shouted back.
"Rias never really trained, and I was certain that Issei would lose to Riser, so it was completely out of my thoughts that he would sacrifice his arms and eyes to Ddraig just to get an incomplete Balance Breaker! You should have been honored that Lord Ignatius would make you his plaything, Asia!" Akeno snarled in anger.
"ENOUGH!" Rias shouted, making the members of her peerage stop arguing.
"It's increasingly clear that with this sort of discord and conflict raging between peerage members, I am inadequate as a King. It's true that I have not done any sort of serious training before that ten-day period before the Rating Game, but that is something that I intend to correct. I will not however become another male Devil's plaything just to achieve my goals. Issei, Asia, I do apologize for this, but I will have to trade you two. It's not something that I do lightly as the Gremory Family treat their servants as family, but I don't think that being in the same peerage as Akeno will be healthy for either of you."
"Trade the female Filth to me, Rias." Ignatius demanded as Kiba entered the room.
"No. Asia would be miserable under you, Ignatius. She and Issei will be going to Seekvaira along with Kiba and Koneko. You will only be getting Akeno." Rias stated.
"This trade will not be happening until Lord Ignatius leaves the room." Sirzechs spoke.
"You DARE to allow these Filth to dream above their station, Lord Lucifer!?" Ignatius shouted before he along with everyone else in the room felt the air get really cold.
"Do not insult Lord Sirzechs, Ignatius Valefor. Leave now, or I shall make you leave. Choose now." Grayfia stated.
"Why does a mere maid think th-" Ignatius began to snarl before Grayfia fired an icicle into his crotch, making him howl in pain. She then grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and left the room with him in tow, closing the door behind them.
"It seems that Ignatius chose poorly. Now we can do this trade in peace." Seekvaira deadpanned.
Rias and Seekvaira then began to draw a magic circle in the room while Sirzechs set up a barrier to prevent unwanted visitors from entering.
A/N 2: A number of people think that Issei is a sexual offender who shouldn't get any women at all, but that is largely untrue and simply bashing him. He is a perverted young man, but can be surprisingly resourceful and grows to become more than just that. Furthermore, anyone who wants Riser to actually get Rias and the girls in her peerage (Akeno, Asia, and Koneko) are complete idiots that need a couple of blessed bullets in their skulls.
