Almost three days…
Almost three whole days have passed since the Oden took the deal with Whitebeard to see if he was worthy of becoming a member of the Whitebeard pirates! Oden wanted to explore the world, and he knew the only ship capable of doing that was the very ship that was stuck in Itachi port less than two days ago… the Moby Dick.
For almost three days Jaune and Izo had to watch from the sidelines as Oden held on to the chain being pulled by the Moby Dick continuously being thrown through the water while at the same time getting hit by rocks and whatever was in the ocean.
Oden barely looked like himself anymore as he was bloated thanks to all those seawater his skin was absorbing along with the injuries his whole body sustained over the last almost three days.
"Is he alive?"asked Andre with concern.
"Yeah, and he still has an hour to go."said Marco, who was watching everything going down with a telescope.
"Damn you, Whitebeard! I will make you pay for the humiliation you put our Lord through!"said Izo with anger.
"Yeah, you can see he's serious about this, so just let him on the ship already!"said Jaune, who highly doubted they could return Wano now that the ship was so far away from the country!
Whitebeard, meanwhile, was just ignoring them, which infuriated the two Samurai even more!
"Hey, what happened he suddenly let go of the chain!"said Vista, getting everyone's attention as they started heading towards the back of the ship to see that Oden had indeed let go of the chain.
"Did he give up?"
"Maybe he just couldn't take it anymore?!"
"Whitebeard, you're gonna pay!"said Izo with anger as he wished for these ropes to be undone so he could go after Whitebeard.
"Wait! He didn't give up he just headed over to that island. He is trying to help that girl!"said Jaune, as he noticed Oden was actually swimming towards a nearby island where he saw a bunch of thugs trying to take on a girl with long light green hair and a pink kimono!
Jaune would later learn that this woman would become Lady Toki.
"Umibozu!"exclaimed the thugs as they were scared away by Oden's appearance as they mistake him for some mysterious sea monster as they began running for their lives while the woman stood her ground.
Oden walked towards the shore slowly as Toki kept her sword at the ready in case he tried anything!
Oden meanwhile look like he was struggling to breathe as he was staggering a bit before coughing out some sea water, causing Toki to let out a scream of surprise.
"Are you all right."said Oden, who just forfeited his challenge with Whitebeard with other moments of hesitation to save this woman he had never met before until today.
"What? Oh yes, I am."said Toki as she quickly picked up on something."Wait? Don't tell em… you came to save me?"
"Yeah, that's right… I'm glad that you're okay."said Oden as he collapsed onto the beach as he was completely exhausted from spending three days in the ocean.
"Are you all right?"asked Toki as she went over to see if Oden was okay.
Meanwhile, back on the Moby Dick everyone was reacting differently to Oden's disappearance. Jaune continued to tell everyone where he saw Oden, but no one was listening to him as they were either giving him the cold shoulder or they were trying to keep Izo from attacking their captain!
'Dammit, no one is listening to me! Oden didn't give up the challenge. He just went over to save that girl! Don't worry, Lord Oden. I will definitely get these people to come back for you!' thought Jaune as there was no way he was going to abandon the man who had given him a home!

That night, Oden slept like a baby next to a fire as Toki treated his injuries, and he devoted, making him look like his original self. Oden was sound asleep, snoring like a baby until morning when he let out a mighty yell at the rise of the sun!
He then proceeded, laughing."Man, I couldn't get on Whitebeard's ship! I thought if I could board it I could go to various countries… but that's okay!"said Oden, who was ever the optimist as he jumped down to the lower level of the island.
"I set foot on a for an island for the first time instead!"said Oden as he jumped out of the bush she fell into with joy as he was glad that he was finally out of Wano and has now set foot in the outside world, probably being the first one to do so from Wano in a very long time!
"I did it!"said Oden with joy
"Look at him… he looks so happy!"said Toki, as she liked that he was much better than yesterday.
"I finally got out of the land of Wano! My adventure has begun! All right!"said Oden as he was running through the shore of the beach with much joy as he jumped towards Toki.
"Don't move around too much yet… You're not fully recovered yet."said Toki, as Oden was indeed struggling to stay up thanks to the injuries he has sustained over the last three days.
"Miss! Looks like you took care of me!"said Oden has he turned his attention towards Toki.
"Oh yes, I did!"said Toki a second later.
"Thank you."said Oden, who was truly grateful.
Toki was caught off guard by this before saying that it was only natural as he saved her first from those thugs and thanked him very much for saving her!
"Oh, I see! I'm glad that you're okay!"
"Anyway, did you say you came from the land of Wano?"asked Toki, making sure she heard Oden correctly.
"Yeah, that's right."answered Oden even though he didn't understand why she wanted to know that.
"By the way, Miss, I came all to a foreign land, but look at your outfit. I wish you were something a bit more!"said Oden with disappointment as Toki was shocked by his statement.
"The truth is I have always wanted to go to the land of Wano since I was little! Will you take me to the land of Wano?!"asked Toki before she noticed that Oden was annoyed even though he tried his best to hide it… which was not very good…
Soon, their conversation was interrupted by the thugs returning with their Captain, who was a man who had a pink octopus on his head for some reason along with the fact that he had six arms
"Were counting on you, Captain Karma!"said one of the thugs to the man wearing the octopus on his head as he was holding six sabers in his arms like he was ready for a fight.
Oden and Toki noticed this but Oden was interested in something else.
"Six arms? How interesting! I've never seen such a person in the land of Wano!"said Oden with excitement as he finally saw something exotic.
"Huh? Hey, where is the monster that you guys encountered?!"asked Karma, who was expecting to fight some kind of monster!
"What? It's got to be… did it vanish? Where did the Sea Spirit go?!"said one of the thugs not recognizing Oden as the Sea Spirit they encountered yesterday, or more specifically, the person they miss took for a sea spirit thanks to the fact he deflated.
"Hey guys! You came back!"said Oden.
"Who the hell are you?!"said one of the thugs still not recognizing Oden as the Sea Spirit from yesterday.
"Why do you know about us?!"
"Huh?… What are you guys talking about?"asked Oden, who didn't understand that the thugs didn't recognize them, as he looks much different from yesterday!
"I see… You hired a bodyguard! Classy women fetch high prices! We'll sell both of you!"said Karma as he intended to sell Oden and Toki to the highest bider!
Oden was infuriated by this, but Toki suggested that they began running as they were outnumbered, but Oden, being who he is, didn't listen.
"This is my first fight overseas… All right! I'm getting excited!"said Oden as he pulled out Ame no Habakiri and Enma as he cracked his neck for battle.
"Go to hell!"said Karma as both swordsmen charge towards one another and created a clash of energy from their exchange of blades.
Oden was managing to hold his own even though he was injured and not at full strength, but Karma still managed to push him back as Toki asked him if he was okay.
"Impressive!"said Oden, as Karma's crew began to mock him even though he honestly wasn't listening.
Soon, a loud footstep could be heard, and as soon as the thug saw who it was, they quickly began running for the hills.
"It's time that I send you the hell!"said Karma, who failed to notice the monster that was approaching him before it was too late as Murakomogiri hit him on the head but not with its sharp side.
Oden and Toki quickly saw who it was and only Oden recognized him as Whitebeard as the one who saved them.
Meanwhile, Karma's crew were running for the hills, leaving their Captain behind as he was completely out cold upon noticing that the Whitebeard pirates had arrived for some reason!
"Come aboard, Oden!"said Whitebeard, who decided to accept Oden as a member of his crew.
"Eh… but I let go of the chain."said Oden as Whitebeard turned his attention towards Toki.
"A woman scream made you give up your ambition!"
"Lord Oden, I was telling them yesterday all about how you gave up your ambition for that woman over there, but they didn't listen to me until a few hours ago."said Jaune, as he appeared behind Whitebeard, no longer tied up.
"Jaune you…"said Oden, who was caught off guard by his subordinate's loyalty.
"Heheheh."said Jaune, who was glad Oden was okay.
"Your kind of naive."said Whitebeard, causing Oden to blush.
"All right, let's go."said Oden with joy
"Come on, Lord Oden! He will make your dream come true!"said Jaune as he followed Whitebeard before the man in question turned around to face Oden.
"We'll set out on a great adventure beyond your wildest imagination!"said Whitebeard, as he decided to take on Oden as his little brother.
Oden, meanwhile, couldn't believe that his dream was actually coming true as he went towards the ocean to face the sky and exclaimed that they should go immediately!
"What a troublesome Lord I serve…"said Jaune as he knew that as long as he was following Oden that things would never be boring.
Soon, Jaune and the others were on the Moby Dick as Oden was greeted with open arms by the Whitebeard pirates! Many were making jokes on him about how their Captain actually wanted him to join, but he was just being stubborn, which infuriated their captain in question!
Izo ran over with joy as he saw that his Lord and savior was okay.
"Lord Oden, I'm so glad to see you're okay."said Izo, who, unlike Jaune, was still tied up as he has been hostile towards Whitebeard the last three days.
"Yeah, as you can see, I'm fine!"said Oden before he noticed two other familiar faces on board the Moby Dick.
"Lord Oden!"said Cat Viper and Dogstorm as Jaune wasn't so surprised to see them as they made themselves known not too long ago.
"Dogstorm! Cat Viper!"said Oden with shock as he didn't expect more of his subordinates to have joined him on his journey.
"Why are you two here?"asked Oden.
"We were sure that you board the ship somehow, so we were hiding in it!"exclaimed Cat Viper as the two hidden some barrels that the Whitebeard pirates put on the ship without them ever noticing as they knew that Oden would get on the ship somehow so they decided to join him.
"We'll follow you wherever you go!"said Dogstorm as Vista noticed that they were stowaways on the ship.
The Whitebeard pirates after Captain what they should do with their stowaways before the captain in question pointed his weapon at Izo!
"You said you wouldn't forgive me, and that's why you're still tied up, unlike your companion."said Whitebeard as Izo turned towards him.
"So are you going to throw us into the sea?!"asked Izo before Whitebeard cut him loose from his ropes.
Whitebeard just began laughing before he responded."I will do so when I feel like it!"
Whitebeard then turned his attention towards Toki as she was currently staring off to the Sea." Miss! What's your name?"
"Oh yes! My name is Toki! Um… I want to go to the land of Wano!"said Toki before noticing like Oden, Whitebeard had an equally annoyed expression on his face.
"I.. I wouldn't do anything! So please let me stay on board this ship!"pleaded Toki, who figured she was safer off with these pirates as being alone has proven difficult for her as she's been continuously hounded by thugs in the past.
"Do as you like."said Whitebeard, who saw no problem with another stowaway on his as the crew began tossing Oden up in the air to celebrate their new crew member!
A few hours later, the people from Wano were on the bow of the ship looking at the sunset as they wondered what new country they would see tomorrow.
"A great adventure be on my wildest imagination, huh? It will finally start!"said Oden with joy as his Samurai looked at him with respect as they knew they would be with their Lord along his journey.
Jaune meanwhile noticed that Toki was looking at Oden and smiled as he had a feeling this woman was the kind of person Oden needed in his life that when he was tired of adventuring he would settle down and do his job as Daimyo and eventually Shogun without any worry.
"All right, let's go! I'm going to see the world!"said Oden as he yelled into the sky at the top of his lungs!
Jaune just smiled as he, too, wondered what this world had to offer!
And certainly, the adventures with his Lord and Whitebeard were far from boring!
First, Oden sank a ship that the crew was intending to plunder after they defeated the crew! He was called it for his behavior, to which he apologized!
Next, they arrived at an island with jiggly trees that appeared to be in… bubbles? Oden jumped towards one of these trees despite the warning from the rest of the crew and ended up flying into the air because of his recklessness! Jaune and the others had to spend half a day trying to find Oden…
Next, they arrived on an island that looked like it was completely made out of ice, and Oden ended up getting frozen! Jaune had to be the one to chisel him out, which certainly wasn't easy, especially with the fact that the ice was extremely thick along with the delicate work that was necessary to get Oden out…
Next, they arrived at a hostile land that looked like it had been destroyed by wildfire, as the land looked like it was extremely hot and there was fire everywhere with no signs of life whatsoever! Oden being himself was the first to jump off the ship without so much as observing his environment and ended up catching fire!
Luckily for Oden, Andre quickly pulled out a hose and put him out.
The next island was even more adventurous as there was not only a giant volcano that looked like it was going to erupt at any moment but also carnivorous plants that tried to eat Oden and everyone else!
On another island, Oden ended up climbing a tree to try to touch some colorful koalas that were extremely big, and for some reason, the color blue while the other one was pink? On said island, there was a hostile giant that luckily was quickly defeated by Whitebeard.
'Just how crazy is this sea!" said Jaune as he never thought he would meet an actual Giant in his life!
On some nights, the crew would enjoy a meal together on the deck and have a cup of shake with one another! Jaune and the others from Wano particularly enjoyed this time as it was one of the fun-filled moments where it wasn't trying to kill you!
During that time Jaune was improving himself by training with different members of Whitebeard pirates every single day along with the strain ones body goes through by exploring a new land that they have no idea how to survive!
Jaune was getting stronger from training with Vista and Andre, along with other members of the crew, and he knew that the longer he stayed with the crew, the more powerful his Ryou and swordsmanship would become. He also learned that outside of Wano, it was known as Haki and that there were three types!
Observation Haki allowed one to perceive an opponent's attack along with detecting anyone from a certain distance. Armament Haki allowed someone to harden their body and weapons. Jaune knew there was a more advanced form, but he was barely getting into it, so he knew it would take time before he could fully Master it!
Finally, there was a third form that was completely different and much rarer than the others known as Conquerors Haki. Only one in several million has this Haki as many call it the will of the conqueror! Jaune wondered if Oden had said Haki as if someone had the will of the conqueror it was him!
Jaune also began noticing through their journeys. Oden and Toki were becoming closer, and he was secretly supporting their relationship as Toki was the perfect woman for his Lord!
"How old am I? I am twenty-six years old."said Toki one day when she was asked by several members of the crew how old she was.
"Twenty-six years old! That is the perfect age to get married!"said Marco, who was part of the Oden x Toki club.
"But I was born about eight hundred years ago."added Toki
"It's been eight hundred years since you were born?! You are seriously old!"said Andre as everyone began laughing as they thought she was kidding.
That night, Oden seemed to be the only one who believed her as he wrote it down in his journal, which he has been writing an entry down every single day ever since he began his adventure!
On another day, Oden and Toki were seemingly alone as they began chatting amongst one another like they were extremely close and have known each other for a long time!
"Toki, how's the voyage?"asked Oden.
"I'm having a good time. I want to see more of the world!"said Toki as the world she was seeing was interesting, and she wanted to see more of it even though she still intended to go to Wano.
"I see it's good to hear that."said Oden as he pulled out his homemade map.
"Is that a map?"asked Toki as she wanted to get a look.
Yeah."said Oden as he showed her said map.
"The world is fast. The land of Wano is tiny. Where were you born, Toki?"asked Oden as Toki never really told him where she was born.
"I don't know…" All I know is that my parents were from the land of Wano."said Toki as that is all she really knew about her past.
"That is why the land of Wano if you only place I want to go…"said Toki, who wanted to see her homeland where her parents were born.
"But this ship probably won't go there for a while… I'm sorry,"said Oden as he stared out into the sea.
"That is fine. It is so fun to be with you!"said Toki, who really enjoyed being with Oden.
"When I am with you, I feel like I'm right where I want to be!"said Toki as Oden asked why it's what she didn't have an answer.
Unknown to them the Oden x Toki club were watching them from a safe distance hoping that that they would grow closer, as it was clear that they were in love with each other and still didn't realize it yet.
Cat Viper almost ruined the mood between them, but Jaune and the others managed to stop him before he did anything stupid.
'I wonder how Pyrrha and Ruby are doing back in Remnant… all I can do is hope that they managed to save Vale as I'm sure if anyone is capable of doing that, it's those two. I miss them every day, but I know that my sacrifice wasn't in vain and that they will have a chance to fight again and achieve victory for everyone they hold dear.' thought Jaune as he hoped Toki and Oden would be happy with one another.
Not long after the Navy started attacking the ship but instead of fighting them Whitebeard order the Moby Dick to retreat and when Oden ask them why he told him that the Navy was a huge organization and that even if they defeated those ships they would send more and more and eventually it would become troublesome!
Time passed, and soon, two years have passed since Oden and the others left Wano… not long after Toki gave birth to a baby boy.
The Whitebeard pirates were bickering among one another what the boy's name should be Oden shut them up saying that the child was his and Toki's so they would give him a name that stands for peerless.
"Your name is Kozuki Momonosuke!"said Oden as he held his firstborn child high up in the air.
Later, Izo showed Oden his wanted poster and suggested that they all return to the land of Wano, but Oden and Toki quickly shut down that idea.
"Wano doesn't acknowledge the laws of the world government, Izo, so I'm sure it's fine."said Jaune as now he had a bit of peach fuzz on his face, and his hair became scruffier.
"This thing called a newspaper will never reach Wano like Zou."said Cat Viper with Dogstorm, agreeing with him.
"I wander how Kin'emon and the others are doing?"asked Dogstorm as everyone looked to the sky that led back to Wano wondering how the others were doing.
"I'm sure they're fine a little something tells me… eh they're strong. I'm sure they're fine as long as they have Denjiro and Kin'emon they will be all fine."said Jaune as he began stroking his growing beard.
A short while later on an island covered in giant mushrooms and snow, Whitebeard decided to divide the crew into five divisions since they were getting more and more members!
"Eh, you want to assign division commanders."said Oden as he wasn't expecting that.
"Sounds like a plan!"said Marco.
"Pops, make me a commander!"said Vista.
"Me too!"said Andre.
"Oden, I want you to lead the second division."said Whitebeard before he noticed that Oden got a really annoyed expression on his face before he ordered Oden to become the second division!
…
A while later, as more and more people were joining the crew, a young boy basically begged Whitebeard to join the crew while
"We are not fishermen, kid. We are pirates!"said Rakuyo, a member of the crew that used a ball and chain as his weapon of choice!
"Please, I got nowhere else to go!"said the young man as Jozu, another member of the crew, tried to pull him off his captain.
"What is your name boy?"asked Whitebeard.
"Teech."responded the boy.
"Arlight come aboard."said Whitebeard as he couldn't turn away someone who had nowhere else to go.
'There is something not right about that guy…' thought Jaune, who was suspicious of the new member of the crew.
Meanwhile on another ship that was red that said gold Roger along with the Jolly Roger of a skull and crossbones with a mustache on the skull was a young boy with red hair wearing a strong hat reading a newspaper.
"The Whitebeard pirates are doing a lot of trouble again, huh?"said the young man is another boy about his age with a red clown noise tried to read the newspaper as well.
"What?! How can that be if we're doing trouble as well!"said the clown noise kid as the kid with red hair was complaining that he was still reading.
"That Samurai on their crew is still causing trouble no matter where he goes."said the young man before an older man took away the newspaper.
"Captain."said both boys at the same time as a man wearing a red Captain's coat draped over his shoulders like a cape, a pink unbuttoned shirt, a white jabbot tie, orange pants with a sash around it to his cutlass, and black boots with the pants tucked into them began reading the paper.
"A Samurai from that closed county… I would really like to meet him one day."said the man as he made a huge grin with his curly mustache.
These men would later be known to Jaune as the red-haired boy was named Shanks, the one with the clown nose as Buggy.
And finally, the man that would soon be known as the king of the pirates Gold Roger!
