Klaus had ignored the first twenty phone calls. Finally getting tired of the phone ringing, he answered "What is so important that you can't get the hint I don't want to talk to any of you!" When silence greeted him, he pulled the phone away from his ear and checked it.
"You're an asshole" Lyra greeted, "How can you ignore so many calls! It's a fucking emergency!"
Klaus was a little worried now, "What's happened" he asked.
Sighing, Lyra replies "Jenna's missing. She was with Jeremy touring Tulane. He called me frantic because she's missing, and he doesn't know what to do"
Klaus felt panic crawl up his throat. He had thought they had followed him. Shit. "He doesn't have any idea of who could have taken her" he asks.
"No. Her purse and phone were left in the room. Klaus, she was taken from a hotel room and no one seen a thing. I know you think we're all lying but I swear to you we're not. The baby she's carrying is yours" Lyra tells him. When he's still silent, she says "We're all in New Orleans and we could really use your help".
"Where are you staying" Klaus asks quietly. Lyra sends the address, "I'll be there shortly" hanging up he thinks over everything he had said to Jenna. Lyra was right, he was an asshole.

Elijah answered the door to the house they had commandeered. Lyra, Luna and Rebekah were getting the children settled. None wanted to leave them behind when they weren't sure how long they would be away. Also it was safer for them all to be together.
"Brother" Elijah greeted, Klaus tried to enter but was stopped by an invisible wall. "Lyra must have finished the wards. I'll grab her".
Elijah returned with Lyra, "Sorry, come in Klaus. I just set the last ward when you showed. I wasn't expecting you so soon". They led him into the living room where everyone was gathered. Bipsy was watching the children so the adults could plan.
Jeremy glared as Klaus sat next to Lyra, he didn't blame him. Looking to Lyra, he asked "Have you found any trace of Jenna".
Jeremy scoffed, "Like you care, dick" Luna hushed him. They needed to work together to make sure she made it back safe.
"We've been searching since we got here. Jeremy has been searching since he realized she was gone. There has been no sign and all Luna, and I can pick up is a small signal around the cemetery south of here" Lyra explained.
Kol looked to Klaus, "Have you pissed off anyone since you've arrived in the city".
Instead of being defensive, Klaus actually thought about it. He hadn't pissed anyone off but, shit. "The witches, they tried to get me to help them" he looked to Elijah, receiving a nod that he remembered. "Marcel has them on a magic block and is killing off any who are caught using it".
Kol and Luna looked surprised, Lyra wanted more information "This Marcel, why does he think he has the right to control a witch and when they can use their magic".
The siblings give them a cliff notes version of their history and how Marcel came about, how they had to flee the city from Mikael. Klaus then tells them how Marcel now runs the city and everything he had found out.
"Kol, would you know where to look for the witches? What if they took Jenna for blackmail against you" Elijah started, looking to Klaus. His eyes widen when he remembers, "Jeremy said you two got into an argument in Rousseau's. Do you remember anyone watching you".
Jeremy shot up, "The waitress, she was the only one close enough to hear anything".
Deciding to split, Elijah, Lyra, Klaus and Jeremy headed to Rousseau's and Kol took Luna, Stefan and Rebekah to the cemetery. Finn and Sage told them they would guard the children.

Walking into the bar, Jeremy pointed to the waitress. Lyra seen her look at Klaus and take off out the back. The brothers flashed after her. Lyra and Jeremy quickly followed.
Rounding the building, Lyra seen they had caught her. Jeremy ran over and began to question her. "What did you do with my aunt! I know it was you, you couldn't stop staring when I was arguing with him" he says, pointing to Klaus.
The waitress looked between the four. Her eyes caught Lyras and widened "You're a witch! Why are you helping these people" she asked.
Lyra stepped closer, "You need to answer the question, not ask. Where is Jenna" she asked, pulling her magic around her.
Seeing the power coming off Lyra, the waitress quickly said "Stop! You can't do magic in the quarter, Marcel will have you killed!" Lyra stared back, unconcerned.
"What have you done with Jenna. Answer and I might spare your life" Klaus threatens.
Looking between the four, the waitress sighs "We took her so we could get your help. When it failed the first time we knew this one was real" she says, looking to Klaus.
Elijah moves quickly to stop Lyra from attacking, "I'm going to murder your whole coven if she's been harmed!" Lyra seethes.
Looking back to the waitress, Elijah says "You will take us to her, now. If you don't I will rip your heart out".
The waitress nods and leads them to where they're keeping Jenna. Just as they approach, they see two figures walking towards them.

"She's in there but we couldn't get in" Kol tells them, noticing they had someone with them. Jeremy explains who she is and they follow her to the gates.
The waitress turns to them, "I'll bring her out" but she's cut off by Lyra pushing past her with Luna.
The vampires couldn't enter but they could and neither were going to rely on this bitch. Lyra runs down the steps and see's Jenna surrounded by witches. Pissed off, Lyra pulls her magic and suspends them all in the air. Luna quickly runs to Jennas side.
"Jenna, are you okay, the baby" Luna asks quietly.
Nodding, Jenna lets Luna help her up. "They were chanting over me, I think they were trying to do something" she tells them.
"Get her out. I'll deal with them" Lyra says, watching Luna lead Jenna out and to the others. As soon as they're gone, Lyra turns to look at the remaining faces. Eyes glowing and her shadow growing, Lyra says "You're going to tell me exactly what you did to her. If you lie, I will know and I will kill you"
Not getting a response, Lyra gives them a squeeze with her magic. When the first scream rings out, she smiled, "Anyone feel like talking now" when still no answer comes, she begins to suffocate them. Just as the first passes out, she asks again.
"We took her because we need Klaus Mikaelson to take out Marcel. He's killing witches who use magic in the city. He has a weapon that can find us" Lyra stares at them with a blank expression. Waiting for an answer to her question. Finally, one speaks, "Your friend carries the Hybrids child, she and the infant are now linked to us. If he doesn't help we will kill them both".
The witches screamed as the temperature dropped and Death appeared next to Lyra, "Mistress" he calls out cooly, "Let me have their souls". The witches pale, this couldn't be real, it was only a legend.
Lyra calms herself slightly, "Not yet. Jenna is linked and until I find out which one she's linked to, they must stay alive" turning, Lyra smiles up to Death, "You can have them after". Lyra leaves Death to watch them while she heads up to speak to Jenna.

Elijah quickly checked Lyra over when she exited the gate. "Are you okay" he asked her.
Lyra nodded, kissing him, she went to check on Jenna. Telling the others what she had found out, Klaus threatened their hostage to find out who Jenna was linked to.
"I'm linked. My sister gave her life to do the spell to find her so I made sure she was linked to me" The waitress screamed when Death appeared and glared at her, "No, it's only a myth" she whispers.
Lyra looked to Death, "You can kill them others, this one is the only one I need". Death nodded and went back to the tomb.
"How could you!" the waitress screamed at Lyra, "You're one of us! Vampires and werewolves are our enemies yet you side with them!"
Lyra smiled at her, "You're not my family. They are" the waitress passes out.
