Captain Samilin calmly made his way over to where the Tactical Officer was standing, but a moment later, Captain Samilin screamed as his severed tail dropped to the deck.

"Don't move," Slade snapped, appearing from nowhere, standing with that strange weapon of his still pointed firmly at Captain Samilin.

Captain Samilin tried to attack with the Shredder he was holding, but his right arm was cleaved off just as swiftly as his tail had been, and Shara appeared standing in front of him. "My brother warned you not to move," she said.

(You were stalking us?) he demanded, feeling off-balance, considering the fact that Slade and Shara had saved him, but they had also essentially lied to him and every Andalite on the battle-bridge.

"We can deal with that later," Shara said, eyes narrowing as she turned her attention to Captain Samilin. (Now, are you going to unlock the controls, or am I going to unlock them for you?)

Shuddering as he felt the conviction in Shara's mental tone – the knowledge that she would tear into Samilin's mind, if he didn't give her the information she was looking for – Aximili turned his right stalk-eye as the Tactical Officer made his way over to where Slade and Shara had trapped Captain Samilin between them.

(I commend the swift action on both of your parts,) Tactical Officer Hareli said tightly. (However, I will take things from here.)

(If you're sure you can handle it,) Shara said, taking a step backwards, even as she and Slade kept those strange weapons of theirs out and aimed toward Captain Samilin.
