You appear to people in a form with no identifying features. A person can look at you and never identify you even while staring at you.

"Okay with that, let's see…. I know I'll give you a new Grimm to summon. Let's spin the wheel."

With that a wheel that is black and white with red words and symbols starts to spin. Soon it lands on a pair of crossed bones with a canine head above it.
"HOW? Your luck is broken."

[Cerberus]
A three headed grimm of myth. One head spews poison, one spews fire, and the final head breaths out darkness that clouds the vision of its prey. This Grimm is one of the oldest Grimm to have lived, it is said in stories about it that it ate the sun to gain its powers.

"Huh you might come in handy later." I think excitedly.

"Ya know what no, that's getting changed."

I have exactly one second to wonder what that means before.

A new limiter has been implemented. Certain Summons are only allowed inside of the Arena Dimension,until the Arena Dimension is unlocked the summons in question will be unusable.

"There, because I don't want you becoming excessively overpowered so soon."

"Should have guessed even the seemingly omnipotent being wouldn't want me too powerful." I thought angrily.

"Now that's not it, I just want this to be interesting. Not you steam rolling everything."

"Note to self, thoughts are not private." I think sourly.

"Well yes, but I can't read all of your thoughts all of the time, it'd leave me with nothing else to do."

"A thought Occurs can I possibly get a challenge to get that arena dimension?" I think mischievously.

"Only cause I'm curious what you'll do so your next random draw will auto default to that Arena Dimension. Now then onto the list of quests you can complete and how many draws or straight powers it will net you."

Tokens are required to unlock new traps and also for unlocking new summon types and some summon packs.

Smirking at the potential rewards I briefly wonder how I'm going to accomplish some of these and decide to ignore it for now and go off to kidnap more people.

Batman's POV

It wasn't that unusual to find a dead body in Gotham.
That said, it was highly unusual to find a dead body that had been mutilated by animals in the middle of Gotham. Looking at the body you could see signs of bite wounds from a small to medium sized canine of some sort. With the blood splatter around the body indicating that whoever left it here dropped it, uncaring of if blood got on them or not.
Based on the size and shape of the splatter you could tell that the person didn't get much if any blood on themself. Furthermore, the size of the splatter indicates that the body fell from a distance of a few feet. Picking out all these facts, I turn to the Commissioner, "Do we have anything on our possible victim?" I ask in a gruff voice from years of practice.

"Not as much as we would like, as you've no doubt guessed some kind of animal did these bite marks. The ankles show signs of rope burn, and we have signs of high adrenaline levels before death. Estimated time of death was around eight to ten hours ago. I.D. is for one James Barston, a simple homeless man, no money, no family, no one to notice he's gone." Gordon says with a hint of annoyance tinging his voice.

I knew what he was feeling. An attack like this out in the open was worrisome. I'd have to warn the kids to be careful. "We do however have an eyewitness who reports seeing a flash of light before our victim fell from a couple feet up onto the ground." Gordon interrupts my thoughts to say.

Which is even more frustrating as it lends credence to a potential new killer with magic in the area. We'll have to double up for all patrols and make certain that no-one patrols alone.

Back with our Protagonist

Having finished up with my plans I went about nabbing a few people from Gotham: seventeen homeless, two prostitutes, and fifteen junkies. In doing so I found out that some people can count for more than one quest.

Throwing the junkies into the labyrinth one after another I was disappointed that hardly any of them survived for more than 5 minutes. But I now had sixteen kills.

Spinning the wheel and grabbing the arena, I had a thought.

"Hey system?"

What?

"Is it possible to get an unhackable, untraceable, impossible to take down website made to stream all this carnage on?"

Sure, why not. It will however require one hundred million people to watch it once to get the equivalent of one kill.

Internally wincing at the steep numbers I shrug and agree. And then set up the new arena dimension, with cameras, and record me throwing all the rest of my victims in all at once.

Quickly realizing that my new Cerberus Grimm would be overkill for some basic people I instead send them in groups of up to five against a single [Beowolf]. And watch them all die while recording it. Posting the kills I watch my kill count hit thirty-five.
