I awoke Mr. Freeman to deliver my prolusion so I could reintroduce him to the material world. I would be placing him on the 11:45 train arriving at City 17, conveniently timed so Mr. Calhoun will have the opportunity to take note of the return of a familiar face. I am unsure of the procedure held out in the event of an anticitizen, but I will do everything in my power to assure all goes as planned. I feel no need to explain the assignment to Freeman, as it will become apparent without any further explanation from me.
"Rise and shine, Mr. Freeman. Rise and shine. Not to imply that you've been sleeping on the job. No one is more deserving of a rest, and all of the effort in the world would have gone to waste. Until, well… let's just say your hour has come again. The right man in the wrong place can make all the difference in the world. So wake up, Mr. Freeman, wake up and smell the ashes."
A bewildered man stared back at me in startled awe. he did not seem pleased with my words either, which is quite unfortunate however I do not need to be acquainted to my hire for the job to be completed.
I left him to his own path, sending him in the direction of the resistance. Scanners quickly noticed him. to my dismay he was flagged almost immediately by the overwatch. Calls to assess the 'anticitizen one' rung out.
Mr. Freeman wandered up to transit to Nova Prospekt, as I predicted, and was stopped by civil protection officers. Calhoun had been notified of his arrival almost instantly due to the scanner's operation, so he asked to question Freeman.
I wish I could do more than observe, but that would be going against conditions I've made with my employers. What a pity.
