A/N: I may have some parts in here that are not totally accurate within the manga or anime. Such as the way magic works and their grimoires. This is also very OOC. I do have mature content at the end, so beware. I hope you all enjoy, and please, leave a review. :))

The idea of there being 'realms' in the Clover Kingdom made her scoff sometimes. There were different types of magic all around her, and one of the many things she hated was the nobles...and god, the terrible royalty. Were the common just always expected to worship them or something?

Jehona herself had very complex..and weak magic. Well when compared to what was required to become a magic knight. It never appealed to her however, although she will admit she loved watching the tournaments and felt good knowing there were literally people out there that would die for the Clover Kingdom.

She sighed softly. There was currently a tournament going on between the magic knights. She sat near the bottom of the arenas bleachers. She, along with her friends were enjoying the show and barely managed to get the tickets they did. And although she did attend almost every single year, she sometimes yearned for their camaraderie, and their squad dynamic. She felt as if though her life was so dull compared to them.

Although a commoner, she had a small reputation amongst the common because she often liked to perform and her voice was quite nice.

Sara suddenly pulled her from her thoughts and yanked excitedly on Jehona's arm. "You will not believe what just happened. I was down at the concession and some important looking guy was scrambling around looking for the woman that was supposed to sing the Kingdom's anthem."

Jehona laughed, "and why is that so unbelievable?"

"Because I mentioned you Jehona. I told him your voice was amazing, and you often perform in the common realm and are well known. If he has no other choice, or any other candidates, I vouched for you, and said you'd be honored."

Jehona was shocked, before hissing, "now why would you do that?! Look at me! I am a commoner, this..this isn't even my best dress!"

Sara just smirked. She looked like she wanted to argue before her eyes widened. "There, look!" She pointed at a rather chunky bellied man with a fancy curled mustache. He looked to be looking for someone, before his eyes landed on Sara. "Oh my God, he's coming."

And coming he was. He hurriedly made his way over, stepping over toes, apologizing, and excusing his actions. When he reached them, Jehona felt as if she was gonna faint. Her heart was beating so fast and so loud she could clearly hear it over all the noise around her, and it was loud too.

"Sara, right?" The man asked, before examining the duo and their friend group.

Sara nodded.

"I have come to ask if your offer still stands. I am unable to find a fill in right now. Is this friend of yours as good as you say she is?" He asked skeptically, but also hopefully.

When her other friends caught on to what was happening, they all began to vouch for Jehona as well.

The man, who they learned was Timothy, and the captain of the castle's band, whisked her and Sara away.

As Jehona walked, she held tightly onto Sara. She couldn't believe this was happening, she was so excited but also so very nervous. How would she do? Would she be booed for being a commoner? Would she publicly humiliate herself?

Timothy led them into an area that was reserved for staff only, and into narrow hallways that branched into different areas of the very large stadium. At intermission, the choir will perform a different variety of songs for the Kingdom, but also for entertainment.

When they arrived to a pair of double doors he hurriedly pushed them open before immediately barking orders and correcting any of the band members. One thing he also mentioned was for one of the many members to go a fetch an outfit for Jehona, and reluctantly, Sara as well.

Once she was changed, he gave her a once over and nodded with appreciation. "Jehona, I know you may have never done anything like this before, but I have a list here for the songs I want you to sing. In order, please. And if its not too much, can you sing the National anthem now? Id like to hear your voice."

Jehona did. When she was finished, Timothy looked very pleased, even offering her a wide smile.

"Sir, intermission has just begun. They have requested us," one of the members said.

Timothy gave Jehona a reassuring glance. "Alright everyone, please begin making your way to the open field. Jehona you will be last, and remember, we are representing the King and our magic knights!"

The thumping of her heart was so loud as they neared the entrance into the field. Unable to see from how bright it was, it was a moment or two before she could see people sitting, and looking. Waiting.

The next thing was the sound of the voices. It was so overwhelming, uncharacteristically churning and exciting emotions warred within her, and for a moment she almost decided to say fuck it, and dip.

When the band had entered, the other members had already begun to get into a stance while Timothy handed her a microphone, and guided her to the front. She could hear her group of friends screaming loudly, while also yelling her name. Many commoners knew her and appeared happy someone like themself had this opportunity.

When they began to play, she closed her eyes, and allowed herself a moment of clarity, before bringing the mic up, and began to sing. Truly, a once in a lifetime opportunity.

The cheering after, some with standing ovation and loud whistles still rang in her mind. Her face was warm with happiness, and she couldn't stop grinning. This was like her dreams had come true, to be recognized and perform in front of people from all realms of the kingdom.

Timothy was quite happy with her, even offering her an opportunity to try out for the band as one of the few singers they had.

When she had met her friends after, Sara had tears in her eyes, and they surrounded her with their congratulations. Jehona could not stop grinning. As they were exiting the arena along with everyone else, the group passed by a group of magic knights — the crimsom lions. Like many times before they had thought they would be ignored, but some of them had actually bowed their heads in recognition which led the group to squeal with excitement.

Over the course of the next few weeks, Jehona had been very busy. With still performing at a small dainty bar in town, and going in between practice with the castle band, she felt like she couldnt take a breath.

Although there were commoners in the band, they were far and few, and the other members were nobility and royalty, but one thing was strange and that was the fact they were considered rejects, the black sheep, and other expletives. Jehona found them kind above all else.

It was when she had been in the band for a few months that she had been selected to attend a banquet along with a few members of the band. The banquet was for the magic knights, honoring their victory over the diamond kingdom.

Jehona was sort of tall, although she did meet women that were taller than herself. She was also a woman with wide hips and small waist which she was embarrassed of sometimes, but the sleek maroon dress she had on made her feel beautiful. Sara had put her hair up in an elegant updo atop of her head, before crying about how beautiful she looked.

Timothy had explained to her, that she was specifically requested, along with two other women, in which they'd share performing for the night. The wizard king had apparently wanted a sort of sutble but beautiful performance (his words) and this is what Timothy had put together.

When the group had arrived at the banquet, it was before anyone else arrived. They were given time to set up before the magic knights began to trickle in. As they mingled amongst each other, Jehona and the others sang. Jehona being first shift.

After her shift was over, she had retreated to the balcony where it was mostly empty. As shs stood there feeling somewhat content, and very happy with how everything turned out, she smiled softly as she admired the kingdom from the wonderful view she was given.

"You look happy," a deep, yet feminine voice said behind her. She whirled around and was faced with a much taller woman...with wide shoulders and broad muscles. Mereleona Vermillion...

"Y-yes, it is an honor to be here tonight, Lady Vermillion."

Mereleona laughed softly before settling very close to her. Which Jehona almost fainted at. Wouldnt royalty steer clear of any common people? And besides that, Mereleona was very intimidating. One of the few candidates for wizard king was here...talking to her.

"I remember seeing you perform at the tournament a few months ago. It is nice to see you here now, breaking many stigmas and stereotypes," Mereleona said, before smiling at her softly.

"Thank you," Jehona answered with a genuine grin.

"You look nice, and the singing you did tonight has made me feel...very content. I can't describe it...and anyway, I just wanted to congratulate you, Jehona."

The way her name slid off her tongue sounded so..seductive. She felt her cheeks warm before she bowed. "Thank you, Lady Vermillion. I have an open schedule as of right now... in case you have a gathering of your own...I would'nt mind performing for you."

'Crap. Am I being too forward? Performing for her?! I sound like..I am offering her a show! A very inappropriate one!', Jehona thought with embarrassment.

Mereleona laughed softly. "I will keep that in mind." Before she could say anything else, the wizard king had swooped in and had taken her away because he required her attention to something important. Mereleona caught Jehona's eye briefly with smirk before disappearing amongst the party with the king.

Her face burned and she felt so embarrassed before taking a deep breath to calm herself. Little did she know that was not the last time she'd have a run in with Mereleona Vermillion.

Winter had come upon them with heavy snowfall and cold wind. Jehona had settled into a chair with a sigh. One of her friends knew how to use his magic to help him and his family with farming. She had asked him a month earlier to help her with her own magic, but as time progressed, she soon discovered that he was not a very adept teacher. Her magic was something that could not be used to attack or defend really. The more she tried to get familiar with it, the more she realized her magic was like a gentle rain, something that could heal.

The more she tried to use it, however, it felt like she was not doing much. The only thing she noticed is that it would heal small things unknowningly, such as bruises, cuts and scrapes. She also noticed that it healed others in her immediate vicinity. She also received a grimoire but there was only one page filled out, and it was what she knew currently. To summarize, she felt hopeless!

She had wished him a good evening before deciding to head back to the kingdoms commoner realm. He was on the outskirts and resided with his family. She had a basket of fresh bread rolls his wife had given her.

The sky darkened early, and as she walked home, it felt like it was midnight. It was only six in the evening! She shivered from the cold before feeling as if something was amiss. There was loud crunching in the snow, before a deer emerged from the trees to her right, It huffed and puffed before eventually falling over. Jehona finally noticed that it had been wounded as a arrow was potruding from its side. She though of pulling it out, but it would hurt the beast greatly. She then thought of snapping it in half, but then she realized the other end would still be there if she healed it.

She yanked it out in one pull. It groaned before she quickly covered the wound with her hands and applied pressure. She hummed softly before conjuring her magic and began to piece together its skin. She felt sweat at her brow before she finished. It gave her a look of curiousity before it stood. They stared at each other for a second before it bounded away. Yelling in the distance got her attention. A boy popped out of the trees, his orange hair a stark contrast to the snow around them.

"Damn. This is where the blood ends." He said under his breath before noticing Jehona.

She looked down at her bloodied gloves just as he did before she hid them behind her back. "Hey, did you see a deer come through here?" He asked with lingering suspicion. She shook her head, before pulling her hands in front of her with a guilty eye. "I..I- I healed it.." Jehona answered with a wince.

"YOU WHAT?" He yelled with anger. Just then, another head popped out from the brush as well. When Jehona noticed her, she felt as if her stomach dropped and the anxiety she felt increased by 10 fold. It was Mereleona.

"Stop yelling around. You don't have to yell at the poor girl, talk to her like regular person." Mereleona said, before her eyes landed on Jehona. Recognition flashed through her eyes, and she grinned.

"Such a surprise. What are you doing out here?" Mereleona asked, trying to ease the tension. The young boy besides her looked annoyed.

"I-I was just walking home. I came across this deer and I decided to heal it. " Jehona said with embarrassment, Mereleona then began to laugh, hard.

"So please, tell me again, what happened?" She asked as she clutched her brothers arm, still laughing. Its not like any of them knew that the evening would turn out like this.

So Jehona had told her, Mereleona, a face that she recognizes, everything that had transpired. When she finished, Mereleona was chuckling heartily and began to tease her brother. "First deer of the season and it got healed and ran away," she wheezed as she slapped him on the back. The younger boy looked annoyed before he crossed his arms and looked away.

Mereleona then turned to her, a small smirk still on her face. "So what are you doing out here all alone? Nothing bad, I hope."

"No, I had just come from a friends. I've been trying to work on my magic," Jehona admited shyly. Mereleona gave her a surprised look. "Wonderful. Maybe I can help you with that if you let me," the taller woman replied.

The trio then began to walk the path that led back into town. "Me and my brother here have just been in the area to hunt. Leopold, I will be telling everyone about this," the older woman said before patting him on his shoulder with a snicker. The younger boy pouted before walking in front of the two women to avoid further embarrassment.

"I see. I thought you would have chosen to hunt closer to the noble realm." Jehona replied, her tone curious.

"Yeah, usually. But right now its flooded with all of the other royals that have decided to go trophy hunting. I don't really like how crowded it gets, and besides most royals wouldn't even think of coming out this far from the royal palace," Mereleona replied, before adding, "so it's perfect out here."

Jehona was then genuinely surprised. She didn't really expect any of the royal knights to come out this far, but then again, she had a very distinct feeling that Mereleona was dfferent. The small town _ , came into view ahead. She looked down at her basket before she decided to send them off with it. She was unsure if they were staying at the inn or if they were camping. She guessed the latter.

"Um. I hope you don't mind, but I received these biscuits from my friends wife. I'd like yall to have it for the inconvenience I have caused," Jehona said a little nervously. She didn't want to offend the royals, but she also did feel bad about everything that has happpened. Mereleona took the basket from her hand, their fingers touching briefly before giving her a toothy grin. Jehona's stomach fluttered. Gods, this woman had no idea how nervous she made her.

"Thank you, Jehona. Me and Leopold are actually camping out not far from here, and this will help since our dinner has ran off," the woman said with a teasing tone.

Jehona laughed with nervousness and embarrassment. "Well I'm staying here at the inn for tonight, I was going to go home but it's too dark now. I hope you all have a good night."

Mereleona stopped her with a slight touch to her shoulder. "Why don't I come and see you tomorrow, and you can show me how far you've progressed with your magic?"

"I'd like that Mereleona. Goodnight."

The group then dispersed.

Leopold looked at his sister strangely as they walked back to their camping site. Usually she was loud and obnoxious. Why was she being so gentle with that woman? It seemed almost troublesome. He was lost in his inquiry that he didn't see Mereleona stuff one of the biscuits into his mouth forcefully before he coughed at the dryness. Mereleonna snickered. Strange, indeed.

The next morning was bitterly cold. The clouds began to lessen before the sun peaked through casting it's warmth across the land. Jehona was already dressed for the day and was sitting in the inn's dining area enjoying a small breakfast as she went over her schedule for the next few weeks. She had a few more off days before she had a few shows coming up that next week.

She was humming softly to herself and was startled when Mereleona settled into the seat across from her, rather loudly and with a sigh. "It smells so good in here, and I was desperately craving warm food."

Jehona smiled warmly at her. "Good moning Mereleona. How did you sleep?"

"Alright, I'd say. My little brother kept griping about how I made the tent too hot and melted the snow around our tent and now our supplies are wet..but what can I say? My body temperature is just high, besides, he has to learn to adapt to situations like this."

Jehona giggled softly and hid her smile with her hand. Mereleona noticed before giving her a cheeky grin.

"By the way, I noticed your magic. Is very slight but it was trying to heal me moments ago. What's up with that?" Mereleona asked as she stuffed some egg into her mouth.

Jehona flushed, before sheepishly adding, "I'm not sure. That's as much as I can do with my magic. It works better when I sing or focus, but I could heal minor things like cuts, scrapes and bruises...sort of like an area of effect type of thing."

Mereleona looked deep in thought as she considered her words whilst still chewing some of her breakfast. "May I see your grimmoire?"

Jehona nodded, not fully understanding that many people didn't really read anyone else's grimmoire for the sake of keeping an edge on one another. But she was not magic knight and didn't have any attack or defensive magic so it hadn't really botherd her much.

She took a sip of her coffee before going over her schedule again as Mereleona looked over her grimmoire.

"I see. So it seems like your magic is more docile, and used for healing. That's interesting because usually one's grimmoire has some attack or defensive magic, but in your case it seems like its something that could be used to help people," Mereleona said with some interest, before locking eyes with Jehona.

"I-Is that a bad thing?" Jehona asked nervously, feeling like she had done something wrong.

The other woman laughed loudly, "Of course not! I just have never met anyone with magic like this, it's interesting to say the least."

Jehona looked embarrassed before nodding. Mereleona had finished her breakfast and Jehona her coffee.

The orange haired woman stood before sighing in content. "How about I show you a few magic exercises, and you can use them to steadily increase your magic power, and we could go from there."

Jehona beamed before she stood and followed the older woman out of the inn.

Over the next few weeks Jehona had been doing the magic excercises Mereleona showed her. She did feel like her magic power had increased. That was all she had time for because her schedule had been ridiculously full. She still had practice with the castle band at least twice a week, and she performed at The Steel Lass almost every other night. Although she was tired, she did not take any days off. Her busy schedule was a blessing the more she thought of it.

Her last meeting with Mereleona had been over three weeks ago. She had wondered perhaps if she may have been able to leave a message for her but was quickly denied because she was a commoner. Jehona was then reminded of how vast their social standings were from each other.

Today, practice had been cancelled and she had a majority of the day to herself. Jehona had decided to spend the rest of the day at the Steel Lass. The owner David was extremely proud of her and although his pay wasn't much for her performances, she continued to perform because many members of the community would come and watch her perform. Often, they had a full house.

The Steel Lass was in the center of her hometown. When she entered, there were already quite a few people milling around and visiting with one another. Milliana, the bartender was wiping down the counter before she spotted Jehona and gave her a large grin while waving her over.

"Why good afternoon superstar. I'd of thought you'd of been at your band practice. They seem quite strict with that." Milli said with teasing smirk.

"Surprisingly, practice had been canceled. I thought I'd stay here for the rest of the day because I feel like when I sing, my magic works best."

Milli grinned. "Actually, many have said that when you sing you heal. And I have to agree. I don't exactly know much about magic but I do know that whatever you're doing is healing everyone that can hear you sing. My knees haven't felt this good in years!"

Jehona blushed. Was she really capable of healing that much? Especially a large group at that. She hadn't mentioned to anyone but her friends about her theory of her own magic and the way it worked, and others seeing her magic and feeling her magic made her feel so damn good. She definitely wanted to get stronger. She could help so many people.

The common realm didn't neccessarily have many skilled healers with magic. There were few and they often didn't know how to heal many things. And one thing for certain is that commoners usually made their living by using their bodies to care for their crops and farms. Many older men and women would often become crippled or get an ailment that was not easy to heal for the common medic. The nobles and royalty never had to worry about anything like that as their healers were very skilled.

She could become someone that healed, and took care of people in her community. She did have a humanitarian consciousness after all.

That evening, there was many people that had filed in. Many rambunctious men and women were already drinking ale and the bartenders were working double time. Jehona watched with awe as the bar began to fill to capacity. Before she even began to work on her magic it would never quite get as full as it was right now. She was sipping on ale herself. Many regulars came and struck up conversation before eventually wandering off leaving her alone to watch those around her. Was she perhaps to cause of all this? No way, she felt like her pride had inflated since joining the official castle band.

"Here, grandma. This is the one. I promise her song will heal you," a young man said. Jehona saw him around a few times but never got his name. He looked to be in his early 20's and he was helping an elderly woman who looked winded from just walking.

She realized that he was referring to her when the two looked at her with a form of deep respect and awe. Her face heated before she bowed to the elder. "How may I help you?"

"My grandma is suffering from a hip injury and has been getting sick more and more often. Can you help?" The young man asked before bowing deeply. "Please. My grandma means everything to me. I can make payments monthly, I'll do whatever it takes."

Jehona quickly put up her hand to stop him from rambling any more. "There is no need. I would help anyone if I am able to. Let me take a look at her."

Just the other day Jehona had visited the only medical clinic in town, and the only one that was around for miles. It was often booked. An appointment would be months into the future.

She went after hours which was well into the evening in hopes to talk with one of the healers. She did. Dr. Green was the last one there and gladly showed her how to use her magic to scan the body for any injuries and sickness. Another page to her grimmoire had been filled and she now had more than one magic spell, and was glad she was learning more and more.

As she scanned the womans body, she could see that her hip was in working capacity but there was a small crack in the bone, and she was guessing this is what is giving the elderly woman constant infections and pain. An easy fix. She fixed it quickly. The older stood before walking in circles, noticing the instantaneous results. Her grandson whooped with joy.

The older woman pulled her into a tearful hug. Jehona grew emotional herself before bowing lowly. "I hope you both decide to stay for my performace, and I should be able to handle your cold and any other minor issues you are having. Please, enjoy yourselves."

She then left the two as she made her way to the back. She had a performace to get ready for.

Leopold of the crimson lions had a more or less one sided rivalry with Asta of the black bulls. He wasnt needed for any responsibilites right now, so he found himself in the company of the black bulls at some commoner town. They explained rumors of a healer and wanted to check it out. As he looked around though it seemed as if though they only accepted the mission because they could get drunk at the bar.

Although he has been to many events, and very few bars, this one felt like a huge occasion. Most of the seats at the bar counter were filled, and so were the tables in the dining area. He also noticed many older people and some that looked tired from everyday life. Everyone was enjoying each others company, there was beer, food and laughter. It was overall a very happy atmosphere.

He heard many mention a Johanna or a Jehona. Some even called her the God's and Goddesses' gift to the common realm. He didn't quite understand but he would soon find out it seemed.

Eventually, after bantering with Asta and a small drinking competition later, the light had dimmed and everyone quieted before looking at the stage. Red velvet curtains hid whoever from view before slowly opening to reveal a woman in a pine green floor length gown. Her hair was flowing down her shoulders before she turned her head and looked at the crowd. His heart stilled for only a moment. He recognized her! This was the woman his sister was being so uncharacteristically kind to a few weeks ago. The same woman who had healed the deer he was hunting and made him miss out on a prize buck.

With belly warm from alcohol, and a sense of strong curiosity he sat back and watched the show unravel. Her voice was soft at first before it picked up and soon you could hear it through the entirety of the bar. He looked at the elders sat at a table nearby and watched in awe as they closed their eyes and swayed. He could admit her voice was nice but what was the big deal? But then he felt it, and understood.

Earlier, he and Asta had sparred and Asta had nicked his calf. It burned but he quickly hid it and acted as if it were nothing. That was his rival after all! Now, however...he could feel it heal. It was like a gentle breeze and he sighed in content.

Many others around also were enjoying her healing. Some were whistling and others whooped, but it never quite overshadowed her singing. He looked over at the black bulls and they seemed to enjoy it but also looked on with interest. Perhaps if she was willing, they could recruit her.

This was very interesting indeed. and he was certain Mereleona would be very curious about this.

The hangover Leopold had the next day was something he could do without. Light peeked in through his bedroom curtains before it was thrown open by his personal maid.

"Goodmorning, young master. I have come to fetch you for breakfast and your upcoming meeting with the Crimson Lions which is very soon. I know you had a fun night last night, but you still have duties." Edna said with a stern but kind tone. Leopold groaned before eventually rolling out of bed. He quickly dressed before going down to the dining room.

Mereleona was already seated there munching on a bagel while looking at a book in front of her. He noticed the marks on her neck and inwardly groaned. It was no secret between the siblings that his sister was seeing some woman and their relationship was so toxic that the two brothers have grown to resent the woman that had her claws wrapped tightly around Mereleona. Her attitude was nice enough for now, but he was certain that in a few days she would drag them out and work them to the bone so that they could "improve" their magic and get stronger.

When she looked up at him she grinned. "Fun night, last night?" He scowled and she only laughed at him.

He then remembered the woman he saw last night. "I saw your lady friend last night," he said with a small grin before feining boredom.

"Lady friend. What are you talking about?" Mereleona asked with confusion.

"You know. The one."

Mereleona gave him a blank expression before returning to her book. He realized then that she decided not to humor him. He frowned.

"The one. She healed my prize buck? Do you remember now?" Leopold asked with exasperation. But in her defense he didn't really make sense to begin with. She looked up at him again before closing her book and putting all her attention on him.

"Yes, I remember. What about her?"

"Well I'm sure you've heard rumors of a skilled healer in the commoner realm? The woman that has a voice that heals?" He considered for a moment repeating what he heard many people called her but refrained. She nodded, and gestured for him to continue.

"Well I accompanied the Black Bulls yesterday down to the commoner realm and we went to the bar that she usually performs at. That place was packed and there were many elderly people there. It was almost like they...see her as a gift from the Gods. The Black Bulls are considering asking her to join their squad."

She mulled over his words for a moment.

"What town?"

The following days have been full of many nights performing at The Steel Lass. She had been requested daily. The feeling of people wanting her to perform felt damn good and knowing that her voice was healing so many people. Not only that, but she knew that there were some magic knights stopping by almost every night. As she looked at her schedule she briefly thought of quitting the castle band because none of the concerts were maiing her feel as good as the ones at the bar. Perhaps it was pride or she was just being entirely vain. Whatever it was sure felt like stardom and success.

It felt like so many restless nights finally paying off. Was she making the right choice? Over the last few weeks she had been recieving so many offerings and money. Many had come to her and kissed the ground she walked on, many idolized her and it felt so unreal. Is this how royals felt all the time? Was all of this temporary before they decide she isn't worth their effort anymore?

David had been trying to find a place for her to perform to a bigger crowd. There was the old theater house but it hadn't been used since the first attack from the Diamond Kingdom. That was where they were at the moment. The seats all faced the stage and it was immense compared to The Steel Lass.

Instead of just her performace there were a few others there that would switch out with her before she would perform again. The show was set to last at least fours hours. David has also went out of his way to hire some women that would do her hair and get her ready for each performance.

Minutes before her small debut, Jehona looked at her reflection in the mirror. Her hair had been styled lavishly. Her skin shined with the barest of glitter and the makeup around here eyes accentuated them. Her lips shined like a cherry. She looked fierce and seductive, nothing like the Godmotherly aura she apparently had. When she walked the dress brushed against her legs and made her feel so much more.

The curtain was open and David just introduced her. As she stepped out, the lights were so bright and covered many of the crowd from her eyes. The cheers gave her confidence. She wasn't much of a dancer but she had been trying. Her arms flew outward before going back to her body as she twirled. The first song slipped out easily, and so did her second and third. By the time she was heading backstage there were already people waiting to greet her. She felt like she was on cloud nine.

So many flowers had been pushed into her arms and she noticed that David was collecting money amongst many other things as he tried to lead her back to her own personal room.

He stuffed the money and everything else into her arms before closing the door behind her to allow her some privacy. She had no doubt in her mind that he would be back soon because he was unofficially her manager. Her reflection was someone she didn't wholly recognize at first. The woman that stared back at her was fierce and gorgeous, which was something she never really felt before. It was all new still.

Jehona was adding finishing touches to her makeup when the door opened. She looked up and was pleasantly surprised to see Mereleona Vermillion. Jehona smiled broadly.

"Hi Mereleona. What can I do for you?" Truth be told Jehona was happy to see her. Mereleona must be aware of why she was there and why there were so many people there to see her.

The money and flowers amongst many other things were resting on one of the chairs not far, and Jehona followed the other woman's gaze and was going to explain but was abruptly cut off.

"Is this what you are doing with your magic? Parading around like some saint, taking advantage of these people and what little they have?" Mereleona asked with venom and anger.

Taken aback, Jehona felt confusion before hurt. Althought they weren't very close she didn't think Mereleona could think so poorly of her.

"You used what I taught you for your own personal gain. You told me you were going to help people. You're dressed up up in all this...foolery, and you are robbing these innocent commoners while wearing a pretty dress and that clown makeup. Are you not ashamed?"

Jehona could not control the tears that sprang forth. Mereleona didn't even bother asking, she just assumed. The orange haired woman's face softened slightly when she noticed her tears and for a moment she felt regret. She was so angry, and Jehona didn't do anything. If anything it was that stupid fight with Heather earlier that put her in a foul mood. Jehona actually looked very stunning and she said things that she should not have.

Mereleona tried to take it all back, reached a hand out in hopes to quell the fire, in order to ask for forgiveness but Jehona had already steeled her resolve and would not accept another word.

"You know nothing, Mereleona. I helped many of my people. You come and try to say I'm taking advantage of them, that I did this for my own personal gain and maybe in some areas it is, but you are far from the truth. I do not appreciate you being so mean when you haven't talked to me for weeks." Jehona said calmy, before adding, "I am so much more. I know who I am and what I want. Please leave. I am due to perform in 10 minutes."

Mereleona wanted to say something, anything, but her tongue failed her that moment and she could see how much she hurt the other woman before she lowered her head in shame and left.

As soon as the door closed Jehona broke down, but only for a moment before she readied herself for the next segment of her performance.

Weeks later, with many performances and a growing reputation, Jehona no longer performed with the castle band. Many of the members stopped by to see her performance and often congratulated her. She had moved into a bigger house and was given so many gifts almost every day.

Many commoners had stopped going to the clinic all together and instead opted for her shows. Some traveling from afar. David now charged a small fee, but none seemed to mind. They weren't overly charged like they were by the clinic, and a few nights at her show gave them much improvement in terms of their health.

Jehona herself felt amazing. This was what she had wanted. To help those that are less fortunate. She told David she would perform four nights out of the week completely free of charge and there was no arguing about it. He already made a pretty penny being her manager anyway. The new house she moved into and the her new clothes were proof of the gifts and money she had been receiving.

She herself had extravagant clothing. She had healed many traveling merchants and they would pay her with silk, jewelry and occasionally even gold. She had been saving much of it to build a wellness center in town. She planned to implement things that will help so many of the common folk. Jehona also noticed many of the magic knights from various squads that were also coming to her shows. Perhaps to see if she was the deal or maybe to be healed.

One person that had crossed her mind unwarranted was Mereleona. After that distasteful night with her, Jehona's thoughts of the Vermillion had changed drastically. In a way, Jehona had put her on a pedestal, and when the other woman snarled at her with venom she realized she was not all good and nice like she had thought for a very long time.

She noticed her little brother at her show sometimes along with a few other magic knights. Jehona had a small inkling of hope that Mereleona would show up and apologize for how she acted or even offer her an explanation because after that night she had been nothing but confused and hurt. Although her and Mereleona didn't really know each other on a personal level, she thought that they had a good little friendship going.

Jehona realized and understood at the same time that if Mereleona wanted to, she would. There was no point in mulling over the past and wishing for things to be different especially with all of things that are now going on in her life. Jehona couldn't deny her feelings any longer, and it was a long time coming, but she finally accepted that she yearned for the other woman's advice and company. Mereleona was a lioness in every sense of the word but was startlingly intense, gentle and kind. She had only caught a glimpse but that was all she needed. The attraction she felt was deep and penetrated her thoughts almost daily.

Jehona sighed. She had a show to prepare for and people to help, she could not allow Mereleona to invade her thoughts any longer.

"Do you think you're better than me just because you were a candidate for the Wizard King?" Heather spat with hate. It was the same thing over and over again. Mereleona sighed. She only mentioned going to the commoner realm to see Jehona and apologize for her actions amd words but also wanting to see Jehona's magic at play and her improvement. Heather had exploded with anger and jealousy before the conversation went back to the Wizard King candidacy. To put simply, Mereleona was fed up.

She had forgiven Heather numerous times because the other woman would promise to change and Mereleona quite frankly loved her and would forgive her every single time.. But after the same thing happening over and over again, she had reached a breaking point. She also couldn't get Jehona off her mind and wanted to see her.

Jehona didn't accuse her of outlandish things, and she didn't make taxing demands. She was sweet, kind, and listened to what she had to say. She was a breath of fresh air, and in that moment, Mereleona realized all this time that she had been drowning, and only had limited access to fresh, clean air. Heather was suffocating her, and she allowed it for so long.

She wanted Jehona. Her friendship, her gentless, but maybe even more...

"Look at me!" Heather screeched for the one hundreth time, but it was also going to be the last time. Mereleona had found her clarity.

"Leave," Mereleona growled, before standing to her full height and towered above the other woman. She wouldn't resort to violence but she wasn't going to allow her self to be defenseless like the other times Heather had put her hands on her.

"I have had enough of you. If you do not leave now I will call the guards."

Heather's face softened, her anger dissipating quickly before immediately trying to quell the fire that was currently Mereleona. "Oh, come on baby. I didn't mean it like that. I was just a little mad and jealous. I don't want to lose you!"

"Right." Mereleona scoffed. "I realized that we don't really love each other. I kept going back to you because I wanted you to change. But you won't. Please leave. I do not want to ask you again."

Heather looked shocked before her face relaxed into that emotionless mask Mereleona has gotten accustomed to.

"You'll find me when you're lonely. You always do." And with another glare toward Mereleona, Heather began to stalk towards the doors.

"Oh, and by the way, I was a candidate because Im a damn good wizard. You are not even capable of the magic I have, so I never understood why you'd always bring that up. Take care, Heather." Mereleona said as the door closed.

In the beginning, there relationship used to sizzle with electricity and love. Now the air around them was stale and barren. Mereleona missed the old Heather and although it was a long time coming, their relationship was not progressing and it was toxic all around. She knew that relationships were hard to get over, but as she stepped outside and took a deep breath of the air around them, everything felt good, and for the first time in a long time, things felt right...Mereleona felt free, and the sun setting was the cherry on top.

Conflicts in the mind are something that everyone will go through. For weeks since that night she had acted so horrible toward someone that actually treated her as a person she had been constantly at war with herself. How could she say such things that are untrue? Why had she even acted in such a distasteful manner? But more importantly, will Jehona forgive her and give Mereleona the privilege of being in her presence once again?

There was only one way to find out. She knew that Jehona would be performing tonight. She oughta stop by, and see everything new for herself.

Fame. Was that what this was? What was this feeling? It was delicious. She got drunk off the feeling it gave her. It made her feel so damn good she couldn't even begin to describe it, but one thing was for sure, she was feeling it.

Many people had requested being able to see Jehona at the end of the night even if it was only for a second. And so, a few minutes after her last performance she would walk back through the auditorium to her room. Many people would shove things into her arms., try to hang necklaces around her neck, some even trying to get her signature. The craziest being a chicken.

The amount of love and adoration she was receiving was so overwhelming.

The broad smile on her face would not go away and many called her name while throwing flowers and an abundance of other things into the middle. They were picked up by David and a few other of her close friends. Unexpectedly however, she was yanked harshly to the side and she felt something peck her cheek. When she looked at her assailant it was a very beautiful woman who was looking at her as if she was a Goddess. Her face warmed with embarrassment before David pulled her away and decided that was enough.

Upon entering her dressing room, she immediately went to her vanity and began to inspect the deep red on her cheek. Although it was unexpected, the action was not completely unwanted. She felt loved and adored. Was it wrong to feel this way? She touched the kiss on her cheek very lightly, grateful for it in a weird way that she couldnt fathom.

"I knew you had many admirers, but I was surprised that they'd resort to doing what they did just to kiss you," a deep velvety voice said, a little bit of laughter in their voice. Jehona recognized it immediately. She felt her stomach full of butterflies and in her chest.

"Mereleona. What are you doing here?" Jehona asked, forcing her butterflies to the side, while also quickly grabbing makeup remover and wiping the forced kiss mark away. This visit was most unexpected, but not entirely unwelcome. Although Mereleona had been very ugly their last visit, Jehona had already forgiven her. There was no point in being upset especially when she knew what her heart desired.

The other woman slowly began to make her way towards Jehona. The lights from the vanity shined faintly, but it was enough. Mereleona looked pained, full of trouble, as she stepped more into the light. Many thoughts went through her head as Mereleona stepped closer, practically in her personal space at this point. Did something happen? Will she apologize? Perhaps the King has heard of her and has demanded her presence?

"I'm sorry. I said many things that were untrue and said out of anger, and im sorry. I didn't mean any of it. I was being arrogant and foolish. I allowed some other things to get into the way and I took it out on you. It was wrong. Forgive me, Jehona." As she said this, her hand dropped to Jehona's shoulder before eventually cupping underneath her chin, forcing eye contact because Jehona couldn't bring herself to look at her.

Her cheeks warmed considerably. This, this feeling was something that had been simmering over the surface for quite some time, now, now it may bubble over completely.

"Of course Mereleona. I had already forgiven you."

The shock in the orange haired woman's eyes were apparent but only for a second before she was on her knees in front of Jehona. Her eyes were looking, searching hers, before eventually falling to her lips. "You've already forgiven me before I asked?" Mereleona asked softly, before practically invading the other woman's space. At this point she couldn't help herself. Jehona had been haunting her, tormenting her soul. Her only relief was the other woman herself, her very presence.

"Yes. You're human. We make mistakes. And besides, I don't like to keep any negative feelings in my heart," Jehona whispered softly. Her face was full blown hot as she noticed the other woman eyeing her with such longing. She had never felt like this before, it made her so warm and fuzzy. She had only been with men before but with Mereleona it was different. So different, but she wanted to embrace it. To embrace her. Have her. Have this.

It seemed like Mereleona wanted the same thing. As before she could confess and spill all of her feelings out, the orange haired woman beat her with a simple, yet gentle kiss. Mereleona pulled away before eyeing Jehona, asking with her eyes if it was okay. Jehona kissed her this time.

Her cheeks hurt from how much she was smiling. She smiled the entire evening and even late into the night. The two had decided to walk around the village, which wasn't very far from the noble realm. They enjoyed the evening with many villagers. There was a small local band playing an open concert. They stopped at the many vendors and tried some of theirs foods. When some of the villagers noticed Jehona, they had asked her to sing a song or two.

At that point, the women had a drink or two and Jehona was feeling good. The glowing grins on the band's face made her warm, but most of all, she was nervous. Certainly Mereleona heard her singing earlier? For some reason this felt more intimate and the butterflies in her stomach did nothing to ease the nervousness she felt.

When she felt the mic in her hand and looked toward the crowd and scanned various faces, Mereleona stood out the most. She gave her a thumbs up before Jehona then began to sing.

After a few songs, she decided to step away and once more many villagers had come to speak with her and offer her gifts. An older gentleman had loudly declared his kness weren't aching as much. She was glad.

After having to reject a older womans money, Mereleona had made her way into her vision. The crowd slowly backed off after noticing the lioness and the two began wandering around once more. Mereleona had bought her a drink. She claimed it was a strawberry shot of some short, with fine whiskey.

Her throat burned, and she gagged but finished the drink to not appear rude. The orange haired woman laughed at her face and sputtering.

The moon was shining brightly and Jehona was pretty buzzed. Mereleona was leading the way and for a moment Jehona didn't recognize her surroundings or where they were at before it clicked.

"Mereleona. I can't be here. I am not royalty." Jehona said with nervousness.

"Who said you can't be here? No one. Come, Jehona. It'll be alright." Mereleona replied, before reaching for the other's hand.

The smile she gave her was reassuring and she followed the lioness into a rather large and nice looking home.

"What is this place?" Jehona asked with awe as she looked around. Upon entering the home there were servants already coming but Mereleona had waved them off. On top of that, there was a big chandelier on top and it glittered prettily. Mereleona took her hand and began leading her down a long hallway almost the size of her room back home. The hallway seemed endless before the came upon two large doors.

Mereleona pushed them open and pulled her inside.

Jehona looked around and was pleasantly surprised at the colors Mereleona had chosen. Red. Maroon.

When she turned around to face the woman in question, Mereleona was right in her personal bubble. When their eyes met, the taller woman looked at her with so much desire it nearly burned Jehona. Not in a bad way, it was the type that shocked you. However, Mereleona shocked her even more when she crashed their lips together.

She felt like she was drowing, oh, so pleasantly. They would stop for a breath before devouring each other once more. Mereleona had picked her up and carried her to the bed before tossing her onto it and crawling above her. Jehona felt along her back, her arms, her legs, and even her butt.

Mereleona had lifted her leg before rubbing her hips with her own. The friction she created had Jehona mewling with pleasure. In a moment, Mereleona put her forhead against hers.

"Are you sure about going farther? I don't want you to regret this. I don't want this to go too fast for you. I want you to be comfortable. I want this Jehona but I don't want to lose you."

Jehona answered by wrapping her arms around Mereleona's neck and pulling her down into another deep kiss.

The first thing to go was her shirt, and then her pants which left her in her underwear. When Mereleona herself had shed her clothes, Jehona admired her physique. Strong arms, a coiled abdomen, and strong beautiful legs that trapped her underneath the other woman. She noticed wraps that binded her chest, and she wore boxers, she also noticed a bulge, but it mattered not.

Jehona had never slept with a woman before. She never really slept around at all. It was a one and done type of thing. But now, now, it was different. The orange haired woman kissed her neck with such care, suckling softly, and even blowing air that had Jehona murmuring with pleasure. With a little help, her bra came off.

Mereleona had taken her breasts into her mouth, sucking one nipple while massaging the other. The pool of arousal was hot and had her panting. The lioness placed a few hot kisses to her neck before traveling further, past her navel and tugging her underwear along with it.

Jehona had never done something like this. She was about to stop her before she felt her tongue, which moved up languidly up her slick folds. The pleasure she felt bloomed like molten lava across her entire body.

It felt so damn good. Having never experienced something like this, her back arched and her legs tightened around the other womans head. With a swift movement, Merleona locked them in place and continued her blissful assault on her soakened core.

Jehona felt something building, growing, and tightening in her core. She gasped as she felt something enter her, and realized it was Mereleona's fingers.

"Ahh, so tight," Mereleona breathed, before continuing, this time pumping her digits in and out at a steady pace.

Gasping, panting and seeing white, she realized she had just climaxed. It was like floating, before decending rapidly. She laid there, panting before looking over at Mereleona and feeling nothing but bliss.

The other woman stood up, and slipped off her boxers. Jehona gasped as she looked and seen..Mereleona with a male appendage, it was rather large and seemed to pulsate as she rubbed it.

The lioness quickly climbed back over Jehona and kissed her deeply before nibbling on her ear.

"I'm not a beast, I promise. I was born this way. Please do not run from me," Mereleona whispered before looking into the other womans eyes.

"I-I won't. So as long as you do not run from me," Jehona replied.

That was all the reasurance the orange haired woman needed. Slowly, she filled Jehona.

They moaned simultaneously. Mereleona began to move her hips, moving slowly, before picking up pace and moving more steadily.

"Fuck, Jehona. You're so fucking tight, im gonna cum." And she wasn't lying. She pumped a few more times as Jehona took her, swallowing all of her within her folds. She came, her fluid filling the other woman's womb. She fell forward and leaned heavily upon Jehona.

That was amazing, Jehona thought. The oranged haired woman now flaccid, pulled out and collapsed next to her. She pulled Jehona close before kissing her deeply.

"I thoroughly enjoyed that. I can't let you go, now. Especially after I've had you." Mereleona said with a hint of possessiveness.

Jehona chuckled softly. "I can say the same. You are mine, just I am yours."

The two women looked at each other, before kissing with passion. Perhaps there relationship was different from the norm, but love was there. Love and passion.

May they have both, always.
