Niori's POV:

Voices coming from behind the trees of Camp Half-Blood rang in my ears.

I looked toward the bushes suspiciously.

I was on Guarding duty right now, and I really didn't want to deal with monsters at the moment. Especially since I had just made my Armor, making it very clean, that's the way i like things.

"Em ot ti evag elkroF, em ksa t'nod!" I heard a male's voice say with innocence.

I cocked my head sideways in confusion. That language didn't sound anything like Greek, Latin, English, or any language I knew in that matter.

"Taht s'tahw, syug?" another boy asked darkly, not unlike Nico's voice.

I signed to my friends behind me to come closer to the voices by reversing my hand. They all nodded, and we all walked slowly toward the bushes to hide behind them.

Right next to Camp Half-Blood's entrance, three boys were standing, looking completely lost. Though one of them really caught my eye; his hair was a flaming strawberry-blond, and his cheeks were marked from smiling. I was sure he had dimples.

"Does anyone know what language they're speaking?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper.

Everyone shrugged, signaling they didn't know.

I sighed, keeping my voice as low as possible.

"We're going to go see who they are with as much yelling as possible, okay?" I ordered, just loud enough for everyone to hear.

Everyone made a thumbs-up.

I turned back to the scene, and displayed my hand to my team.

3.

They prepared themselves.

2.

They readied their weapons.

1.

We all charged toward the three guys.

"What are you doing here?" I shouted, trying to keep my posture as impressive as possible.

The three boys seemed to shrink back.

"Uhm, we understand not, sorry." the strawberry-blonde haired one said with a heavy accent.

As much as I wanted to believe him, I still continued waving my spiky bat around.

"I don't care if you don't understand!" I yelled. " You're coming with me to see Chiron." I added, grabbing the stawberry blond-haired boy by the sleeve. For some reason, the gesture gave me butterflies in the stomach.

When I asked for their names, they all replied weird ones like 'Ritz', 'Tam' and the blond had said he was...

Dex.

I didn't know what was happening to me, but I needed to keep those flutters down.

Though that didn't stop me from dragging them over to the Big House.

Dex's POV:

I was watching Niori as we entered the 'Camp' as they apparently liked to call it.

All I could do was study her. She had mid-long brown hair, and her eyes were a sparkling brown. She wore very modest clothes, but her posture screamed 'royalty'.

I suddenly realized I was staring, so I quickly looked around to my environment.

There were large trees, and in the distance, I could see some fields with many plants on them. Teenagers were doing lots of activities: Archery (as I had learnt from a human movie), Sword fighting, and many other things.

I observed two girls, jumping at each other with their weapons, almost killing one another. I shivered. How could they deal with that kind of thing?

"I'm taking you to Chiron, to see if he can help us." I heard Niori say as we came to a stop in front of a tall cabin-like building.

I didn't understand everything, but I had seen a lot of human movies, so I could catch a few words. But Fitz was really the one to understand. After all, he had spent a few years of his life in the Human life, trying to find Sophie.

Though I couldn't imagine how it would be like for Tam, not understanding anything.

"Thank you, Niori." I told the pretty girl, hoping my accent wasn't too horrible.

Tam's POV:

At this point, I had never wished I were a Polyglot this much.

I looked around, not understanding anything.

"Why are we stopping?" I asked Dex in a whisper.

Dex didn't even seem to be listening to me, because he was looking at the bossy girl who had yelled at us in an incomprehensive language, then had taken us into this weird place.

I mean, who did that?

"We're waiting for this Chiron person." Fitz explained, leaning toward me.

I nodded, crossing my arms over my chest.

"Well, can you tell them to hurry up? Because this is getting kind of long." I asked him, tapping my foot rapidly on the ground to make my point.

Fitz grabbed me by the arm, with his annoying eyebrows pointing so low toward his nose, I was scared they would dive to the floor. Actually, I wasn't worried about that, because I really couldn't care less about Fitz.

"Look here Bangs Boy, you better respect these people or else they're not going to tell us where we are, so shut it." he spat at me.

I just smirked.

Over the years, I found out two things;

One: Keefe actually wasn't that bad, I just had to know him a little better to see his good side. Though it was still funny to call him names and be salty to him.

Two: Fitz was the actual annoying one, with his anger issues, and it was really fun to drive him mad.

"Got it, Chandelier Head." I told him, looking him dead in the eye.

Fitz's eyes flared with annoyance as his cheeks burned up, which was a disturbing sight, but he let go of my arm, and looked at Niori.

"Neht ecalp siht si tahw? he asked in that weird language, English.

Niori turned to him, looking like she was trying to fight back the urge to roll her eyes at Fitz. I couldn't blame her, that was what I did every time I saw Ritzy.

"Camp Half-Blob." I understood.

Wait, so we had landed at the place that Sophie was talking about.? Where her friend, Annabeth went?

Why had we come here instead of the school they attended?

"Dog-imeD a era uoy naem siht seod os?" Dex asked, fiddling with his own fingers.

Niori smiled at him.

Oh my God, I wasn't going to witness another couple fluff. Sokeefe and Chandelitz was enough, now this wasn't possible.

"NohihC m'I, ereht olleh." I heard a deep voice behind me.

I turned around slowly, scared at what I would find there.

I gapped at the thing in front of me. It was a weird-looking creature, and I lived with Gnomes. The upper part of its body was normal, though it was bare, it was a man's body. He had dark hair and hazel eyes.

Though the down part of the man's body was where he had gone completely wrong. It was a white stallion, with large hooves and bulging muscles.

Niori approached the weirdly formed person, and started whispering quietly while gesturing a few times towards us.

I waited, not very patiently, I'll admit.

Suddenly, Chiron's eyes widened. Niori must have told him we were Elves.

He turned to us.

"Hello Elves, please come in." he greeted before entering the gigantic structure.

I followed him, casually putting my hands in my Human clothes' pockets. Dex had insisted on wearing these, though they were just weird to me.

Without warning, I came to a spot, feeling Dex's face bump onto my back.

Did this Horse-Dude just speak the Enlightened Language?

A/N:

And that's all! I'm happy I got to write about Niori, it was really fun!

Have a great day/night!
