Rupertini flew towards London. She decided to meet Regalus/Staerling near Whitehall. They would visit interesting sites as they ironed out their nuptial plans.

Rupertini landed near Regalus/Staerling, near Whitehall. They were going to where MaryI was the heir presumptive for 16 years. Mary was a witch, many of Castile were because there was so many of them.

500 plus years ago the past wizards argued about whether to be isolated, thus putting any muggleborns in dangers from their religiously zeolot muggle counterparts and allowing spilling of magical blood, or finding their way into muggle society. The latter allowed them to become monarchs, and establish support in their country from other wizards(and wizards from other nations, nations that may suppor their claim to the throne). Which allowed wizard or witch monarchs to have a base, sometimes surpassing Catholic or PRotestant factions; because monarchs were usually seen as chosen by God. So they used religion to normalize wizard monarchs. Many muggleborns were born to Hapsburgs, who were all related, and had squibs down the line; as well as a huge family tree that spanned across Catholic Europe. The Holy Roman Emperor was vast after all. So those muggleborns appealed to the pope, or were family members of the Pope, and thus normalized/accepted(not excommunicated) by a Pope(or the Holy Roman Emperor Charles who controlled the Pope) within reason.

As a result most magical monarchs leaned towards Catholicism, as the Pope tended to normalize their kind. When a muggleborn monarch was in a Protestant country, they would make secret deals with the HRE. When MaryI was a muggleborn in England, she already had the support of Hapsburgs cousins, where many were like her. The Pope approved of her imperious to keep her brother Edward in line, or Dudley in line. Or to get rid of her father's mistress. No one knows she spared her father's 1st mistress. Howeer she wasn't allowed to imperious Philip, and succomed to muggle cancer as well as a blood curse. However she laid the foundation for her sister's reign.

When ElizaebthI, became queen, she was attacked because she refused all things Catholic. Despite being a witch(with very informal magical training, mostly from her sister Mary) her life was constantly in danger. She had to make marriage alliances and keep them waiting, to make alliances for England, and stay alive. She also had to stay youthful looking to promote the image of a virgin queen, which also helped her stay alive. She couldn't announce a heir to her throne among her cousins' grandchildren, or her life would still not be safe(magic or not). But she magically communicated with her cousin's grandson, JamesVI.

The last English muggleborn wizard, Edward was imperioused by his council member Dudley, a nasty sorceror. Edward imperioused him back. Edward was openly protestant, and the pope frowned on him. But the Pope wouldn't attack a legitmate male heir of the last king. Edward had some support from wizards who were from the other faction, and from his country for bringing stability. As long as Edward didn't marry a witch or encourage support for pro-protestant wizard monarchs, the Pope left him Pope sent some magical assaisins until he let Mary practice her faith in private. Poor Edward succomed to poor health, and magic couldn't save him in time. He had a blood curse as well.

Rupertini was one of the first magical creatures, full breed, in power. If Lady by Proxy counted as power. There was never one in a monarch position as far as Rupe knew. But her new reputation as the Black Widow counted as power. Ever since Rupe had a few old "husbands" that passed away, especially after her old bethrothal in 4th year, Regalus, passed away to the world, Rupe was dubbed the Black Widow. The Blacks(on the other side of the war or Black branches like Crabbes) dubbed her that because they also blamed her for Regalus passing away. And also because her gradmother was a Black.

Naturally they didn't know Rupe's last 3 ex husbands were all Regalus, under different disguises. He did that as a way to stay with her, and not be in public eye as being married to the Lady Proxy. Unfortunately he attracted attention to those personas, but he had immense resources to keep those personas' private information hidden or nonexistent. All his personas were orphans(for an easy cover story), which gave Rupe a bad name. And didn't help her claims of innocence, regarding the accusations on Sirius.

His last disguise was constant public disguise he used during Slughorn's Christmas Ball, Staerling Zambini. He used the Staerling disguise while he used his other disguises. He could use Staerling now the war was over, and Sanguini would back his cover story up. No one would look into it besides try to prosecute Rupe, or see what affiliations the exes had, to deliver a public verdict on Rupe's involvment in what ended the 1st war. Regalus might have Staerling escape. He thought a non Death eater affiliated, almost bitten by a vampire, wizard might help Rupe's image. He could put a twist on the rumors, spin it so it looked like cat fishers targetted Rupe.

Either way the war was over and Rupe didn't give two figs about the public opinion. Regalus' plan worked, she wasn't painted as a murderer, no more than usual after October. Regalus also left clues with his last disguises that pointed to Rupe's innocence more than her guilt. And also pointed to her being affiliated with anti death eaters or the light side.

Rupe had bigger fish to fry. It turns out her complaint to the NLBR meant navigating a complicated wizarding floo network. It seem Voldemort was not totally against unions, he had fake being union leaders at his speeches, to get the support of all the beings. And he was still all for death eaters not being denied the ability to unionize or engange in concerted activities against their employers, if they felt their workplace had bad conditions(too muggle or too creature-y). Yes work still existed under Voldemort's reign.

Shops and workplaces were still around, they were just many more death eater/pro-death eater employers. Rupe wasn't sure if her old boss and Felshitty were pro death eater but he might as well have been. The criminals that were her coworkers, and the criminal that Felshitty favored, were worse than death eaters. Rupe saw Felshitty was replaced, and hoped her favorite criminal was banned after she left. But if not she was sure that employee was threatening legal action on her or hopefully her old coworkers, to copy her. The derranged fool like to play mindgames like that.

Rupe was currently sending an owl with therightmagicalNLBR address, as she was having trouble accessing the floo network channel assigned to her, forher complaint. She had to submit documents through her floo network channel. She submitted them through a floo network as a guest, but it automatically assigned a floo network to her. She already had one but the location keyword, similar to a muggle password, to her wasn't working. She tried the keyword many times with the floo network, but her head appeared in an empty room in the magical central NLRB area, where no one was.

She even owled the NLBR with a request for her keyword, because she "forgot" it. She got owled with it 3 times. But whenever she tried it by a floo network, it didn't she owled the magical NLBR address for help, and later on she would floo call the NLBR network, listed on the form, for help. She wasn't sure if the evidence she had was the documents she was needed to submit via floo, but she needed to know how her case was progressing.

Minister Bagnold was the most pro union minister they ever had. Voldemort was the enemy of regular unions, and unions for house elves were non existant during his reign. Werewolves like Frenrir were only in it for themselves so they didn't care. The death eaters who enjoyed true unions soaked in their union benefits before supporting voldemort, while voting to have it removed from others. The "fck you I got mine" cancer, as always. They were the same free Death eaters supporting Corneleus. Corneleus' NLRB board and their rulings versus Bagnold's would be virtually night and day.

Rupe was taking advantage that the Board seems to be one of the more pro-labor boards in the last decades. Fudge won't pass a specific act, and Unions would experience a dark age, and make Europeon country like Britian jealous of the Americans.

Rupe was afraid Fudge could be voted in for prime minister. Bagnold lost a lot of popular support after the last war. Rupe hoped whatever charge she filed went through before Fudge had the chance to get in power. Now was a really good time.

"When are you going to floo call them?" Regalus asked, Rupe, seeing the concern on her face.

"Before evening, I also have to do my work. I filed a charge at the right time, and I'm delayed because of this. If I'm delayed I could lose the charge... I don't let bullies who lie, interfere in my life like take my floo network code, or try to manipulate me get away with it. Especially if my right to concerted activity was violated."

"If the NLBR finds merit, you know your old coworkers will be compensated too, right?" Regalus looked at her as they roamed around Hatfield.

Rupe made a face. "I know, but atleast my former boss willwonderwhyI did this for them. HeknowsI despise them. And heknowsme. Maybe he will figure out I'm using them to get revenge, it's kind of obvious after the Shamanistic Inspector was called 3 times, OSHA was called almost twice, and the magical Fire Brigade made an appearance. Not to mention all the complaints I constantly sent about my teammembers. Everyone was saying don't complain, but OSHA and the auror division told me I lost my rights by not complaining on time. If I didn't complain, I wouldn't be able to prove my rights were violated today."

"Yeah some of them were workers or scammers," Regalus agreed. "I'm glad you didn't exactly listen to them. You filed a charge on your employer."

"Me too, and while the investigation goes on my boss knows if they find merit he's gonna up sh*t's creek without a paddle, over his favorite employees too!" Rupe's eyes gleamed, the magenta specks in her eyes telling of her subdued genie, leprechuan, and fairy features.

"You see if the NLRB determines that my or eventheirrights have been violated by an employer or a union," Rupe explained, "Imay be awarded appropriate remedial relief. For example, if an employer has unlawfully fired an employee aka me(which they did), the NLRB may order the employer to rehire the me and to pay me lost wages and benefits. In all cases, the NLRB seeks to undo as much as possible the effects of whatever unlawful conduct has occurred, including by ordering the employer or union to stop violating the law and to post a remedial notice informing employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act."

Rupe couldn't help but cackle in a high pitch, and Regalus smiled at her, amused at her mirth. "That's not good for them is it?"

"Yeah not at all, I don't know how my boss would post a remeidial notice for imforming employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act, but it would be funny. Well not funny because those cows would be pampered but my boss would really hate it," Rupe smirked, "he'd know it was so expensive hiring them when he tried to cut costs by firing me over their lies. I heard there was something about a notice at the location too regarding employees' rights under the National Labor Relations Act."

Birds tweeted as Rupe imagined a sweet scene. "I mean this charge alone will make him grumpy to the cows. All the leniency they enjoyed will be gone because he knows he will have to compensate them financially, well beyond what he even wanted to pay for other positions like Leads. He didn't even want to send regular supplies, now he'll leave them in the dust in rage. And he will crack down! Him knowing I filed a report is all I really need. The possibility of the consquences he can face will make him lash out at the cows for sure."

"I hope it happens, or my boss hasheard I filed a charge by now. And he'smadat my old coworker. And I hope it was a collusion between my old coworker and the outside agency, they were employed under. So everyone is mad at those cows and they get screwed over if they signed anything at all."

"Fingers crossed," Regalus smiled at her. "I guess you don't want to miss floo calling the NLBR before evening."

"I don't. And well here is the bright side, if it all goes south-"

"don't jinx it," Regalus put a hand on Rupe's arm.

Rupe smiled at him. "Of course, if you-know-whathappens, well we can call OSHA. I think if there is a reason for you-know-what, it's because of a you-know-when, if you-know-what-I-mean. And I'm sure my boss be notified, so he won't be able to scramble to get those useless coworkers to follow all the rules until they're unreportable. Even if he was notified, I'm sure hestillwon'tbe able to scramble to get those useless coworkers to follow al lthe rules until they're unreportable. So I will have someone became a public who witness their unsafe practicies, and call OSHA on them!"

"You've got all of this planned out, fingers crossed it works," Regalus said. "I will use my power to help you. As they do not care about saftey, workers' rights, coworkers who need their job, or anyone's lives but their own."

Rupertini flew up and hugged him, then she fell off a bridge onto the Thames River. But as part LEPRECHAUN, she was able to walk on water. Regalus floated down to her, and Rupertini clutched him so he could walk on water with her. Or hang onto her.

"I'm gonna call you Run from now on," Regalus laughed.

"Because I can walk on water or because of my young ginger cousin?" Run grinned.

"Both," Regalus smiled.

Run smiled as the wind blew her wavy hair as she walked on the Thames River, she was enjoying the day. Muggles weren't around. She was in the area MaryI once was, wishing to smack Anne very hard.

Likewise Rupe wanted to smack down slandering, super trashy witches since higher in the chain yet still did all the work. But NLBR was a big, hard smack to all of their bigoted faces.

"So my former boss was notified when I filed a charge on him via the NLRB," Rupe grinned. "If I could contact Nina Patil, I would file a charge on her behalf with the NLBR over the creepy employee that her boss favored. I would need to talk to her to pinpoint instances of concered activity and her rights were violated."

"You should," Regalus told her, making Rupertini lie on the Thames due by pulling her down with his weight. She couldn't hold onto her. And Regalus was half out of water as he held onto her. "That's very noble of you to think of them, after all the others besides her harassed you and even the assault.

"Thanks, but her old coworker, Ruberto is the only contact I have left after I was banned, " Rupertini replied. "And my sole ally, Patrick left that place a bit after me, so he's out of the time limit if the report was around him. I don't have his contact info too or I would've directly contacted him, even to contact Nina. Nina is still there, and she hated him. She wanted to smack the owner too or throw the weirdo's gross belongs at the owner, yeah that's what was going on when they hired that weirdo."

Rupertini ran a hand through the end of her hair, as she crawled to a half standing position on the Thames River. "Yeah so it's rough, I don't know if Jen would be willing to do it or let me do it for her. Even if she's protected from retaliation for filing a charge through the NLBR. She might still be a afraid, after all she works for a trashy company. Felshit might be gone but maybe they can somehow get away with making it hard for her. No type of retaliation is allowed, but who knows what trashy scumbags can do with lawyers and business lawltics. Same deal for Chris, another target of the weirdo."

"It's not easy," Regalus agreed. "That other person Patrick could help if it happened within a certain time frame?"

"He can," Rupertini said. "He wouldn't have anything to lose not to try, even though he never actively complained to trashy witches harassing him or age shaming to the manager. I did that for him when we were working together. He may not be quick to act here either."

Birds flew by them, and both of them were on the look out for muggles at the area of the Thames they were on. "But Nina Patil and other current employees like Chris have a better chance. I wish I could contact Nina, if she does it nothing bad should happen because any whiff of retaliation is illegal. She has very little to lose besides a crappy job, if her employer or the trashy h*** who liked the scumbag make her job more intolerable. But if the NLBR finds merit in her case, the weirdo will definitely go, and that main source of her job inconvenience will go. He watched where she went after she left her job at 10pm, and that area is sh**."

Until then Regalus held onto Rup so he could glide along the Thames River, half under it. He let go from her and levitated himself to the bank of the Thames.

Rupe shook her head, "Everyone else she works with likes her, unless the trashy *** joined Nina's company after she sold herself for food stamps, and left my old company," Rup explained. "The trashy ***'s drugged up friend can't do much to Nina even on an employer's orders, and again it will probably count as retaliation. The trashy *** and the druggy together might cause trouble but I doubt they will target Nina even over workplace politics. Nina has strong allies there, and isn't around the other people a lot or have a lot of perks to lose. Maybe it's all worth it to her to get rid of creepy."

"You should ask Nina," Regalus said. "Patil right? Maybe I can find her. There is nothing to lose if you ask her. Maybe she will have nothing to lose, trying it. You said she was also close to smacking the trashy manager so she's not afraid of anyone. Neither was the creepy guy's other target, Pat."

Rupe would love to smack trashy witch who thought they were above others protected rights under the NLRB, especially full breeds like Rupe whose rights were still protected under the NLRB as long as her secret was. This trash society didn't realize magical creatures and society would be stronger with a golden age of unions. Or being treated as equal beings, not like animals who were being smacked down by their masters. Only voldemort and his death eaters, like sweet sumer child Bellatrix, realized that despit their misguided intentions. Yet the backwater that calls itself the magical world still hasn't learned.
