Dear Journal,

So, I'm still alive.

The guys I saw were called the Guardians of the Galaxy. You'd think they were a team of great heroes with that name, but they seemed to be a intergalactic freelance mercenary unit. Either way they weren't hostile and as soon as I convinced them that I wasn't either, They let me go with them. We found our way outside where Spider-man was fighting Flint Marko AKA Sandman. Luckily the talking raccoon had a scientific touch as he was able to repair The Rafts Anti-Sandman guns, which turned Marko to stone.

The Avengers arrived then finally, and managed to create an emergency force field around The Raft, which managed to trap us in with the bad guys. I was a little put off, but held my tounge. For simplicities sake, I am willing to call this joining of the Avengers with the Guardians of the Galaxy, the alliance.

Let me ask you, am I a hypocrite? After the alliance beat down Max "Electro" Dillon, the alliance ran into Eddie Brock, and that Black Goo creature stuck on him. They gave Venom a chance to be an ally, as apparently he's done some heroic things in the past. I know I should understand as they are giving me a chance, but come on. Venom is just scary! Whatever.

Also, I am now on the outs with Mom.

We reunited with my friends from FEAST, who promptly attacked the members of the alliance, thinking they were bad guys. As other members of the alliance tried to restrain them. I quickly got the attention of Ironman.

I said, "Mr. Stark, when I got here, I found my Mom helping Mysterio get his stuff. I am certain my friends are being manipulated by Mysterio. I don't suppose your helmet can see through Mysterio's illusions and find him?

Ironman replied, "I can try, kiddo."

Ironman led me though a wall that wasn't real up to an observation room where we saw Beck in that stupid space wizard outfit of his waving glowing gloves over the room with my friends in it. As I was about to blast those gloves off him, I heard what I didn't want to hear. A shrill voice calling out, "Lana Lillian BAUMGARDNER!", as one of one Mom's blasts knocked back Ironman.

Mysterio then said, "Ms. Baumgardner! Please in order to maintain my illusions, I need to concentrate!"

As Mom stood between me and Mysterio, I said, "Mom, those kids down there he is cruelly manipulating are my friends. Please don't get in the way of helping."

Mom replied, "You'll get over it. If these weirdoes people call heroes aren't stopped we're not getting out of here. We'll make new friends later Lana."

I was torn. I really didn't want to have to blast my Mom, but luckily Ironman spared me of that. He recovered and hit Mom with a tranq. As she fell over, I blasted Mysterio's gloves."

My parental problems could wait until things calmed down and I was pleased to see my FEAST friends regain their senses. Anyway after an unimpressive fight against Otto Octavius, we confronted Green Goblin, and a lot of members of the alliance gaped in shock as he had this green jewel that gave him power over time.

Osborne is a super strong psycho, but he was still vastly outnumbered by the alliance, but that time-controlling stone made him a credible threat. The good news is the alliance was able to overpower him eventually. The bad news is that while we did survive the night, I am not sure I or anyone else in the entire universe is going to survive the week. You see that stone was known as the Time Stone, one of six Infinity Stones. The Guardians of the Galaxy found them and grabbed the white stone called the space stone that transported them here, and sent the other stones who knows where. At that point Luke Cage got a call from his wife who apparently believed that another stone is in the possession of Wilson Fisk. I said that I wanted to go home. I didn't want to make an enemy of Fisk. The alliance members agreed, and are now delivering my home.

So I survived the night, but the way many members of the alliance are reacting to the idea of the Infinity Stones being in play, you would think that this would be a sign of the end of the world. I'm going to go home and get online. Hopefully I can learn more about them.
