During the rare times when Lady Boros wasn't onboard her vessel, command, logically, fell onto her elites. However, the current circumstances were a first. The Black Matter Thieves weren't in the midst of battle. Nor were they positioned above a planet while their leader dealt with the populace below.

Yet, this didn't mean that Lady Boros's elites sat idly. They took this opportunity to start an investigation and observation into Earth. Its people, cultures, and civilizations would all be assessed. After all, none of them knew how long they'd be here. Lady Boros departed a short while ago, hoping to establish a peaceful and diplomatic relationship with Earth's champion.

But even if she was successful and a brawl didn't immediately ensue, there's no telling how the discussions would go. The fight between the Dominator of the Universe and Earth's champion could be in the coming weeks or months. Hell, it could even be postponed for years! Anything could happen, and Lady Boros's elites knew how desperate she was for this skirmish. So, she'd likely agree to any terms Earth's champion put forth.

Although, even if there were no delays or terms, this trio of Xenos would still be checking Earth out. You know, for science purposes or something.

"Their cities are remarkably far from one another," Groribas commented as he and the others looked at several screens. They had sent out multiple scouting drones to different locations.

"The result of monsters, perhaps?" Melzargard suggested.

"Doubtful. These Earthlings don't seem to be sensible when it comes to urban planning." Geryuganshoop replied as he pointed to one screen. "Look at this city. The layout is abysmal. Their vehicles are packed together because of how horribly the roads are designed." He told them.

"That could also be a population issue," Groribas argued. "Not saying your point's invalid. But we've seen PLENTY of species who never stop fornicating. Even when it contributes to their imminent extinction." He reminded.

"I think it's both." "These Earthlings don't appear bright." "They don't even know who their strongest is." "It's quite pitiful." Four of Melzargard's heads said.

Shick

The sound of the mechanical entrance to the room opening was heard. As the trio turned around, they were met by none other than their lady.

"I knew I'd find you here," Boros admitted as she approached. "Already assessing the planet and its species?" She asked.

"Yes, mam," Geryuganshoop answered with a nod. "What we've seen so far isn't all too remarkable. It's barely even worth acknowledging. I'm amazed that someone worthy of fighting you managed to form in this world." He confessed.

"Speaking of, how did it go?" Groribas inquired. "Did the champion agree to talk? Was he rude? If so, tell us, and we'll strip his flesh from his bones!" He exclaimed, accompanied by a few snaps of his hands.

"There won't be a need for such extreme measures," Boros assured. "The champion, whose name is Saitama, was beyond my expectation. He was polite, spoke well, and understood the reason for my request. He is my equal in more than just strength. Saitama has reached the apex. There's nothing left for him to achieve. An unbearable boredom plagues him just as it did me. This fight will surely help us both receive the euphoria of combat that we've been long denied." She stated.

"Oh! That's wonderful, mistress!" Groribas exclaimed again, this time with a smile. "This will be a spectacle for the ages! We should prepare some food and beverages ahead of time!" He suggested.

"Ah. There it is. Your usual fixation on eating." Geryuganshoop mentioned with an unsurprised expression.

"Hey! Don't deny fights are better when accompanied by a feast! Either during or after, nothing satiates a warrior like a hearty meal!" Groribas responded.

"What were the details?" "Did he make demands?" "Do you need us to help persuade him?" Three of Melzargard's heads asked.

"Honestly, it was the best conversation I've ever had," Boros answered. "Excluding my conversations with you three, of course." She added so they wouldn't be insulted.

"Oh? So this...Saitama, was pleasant?" Groribas inquired, intrigued by her statement.

"Very. There wasn't the usual feigned civility for the sake of saving himself. Neither was there any attempt to flex his ego to either impress or intimidate me. We walked through the streets of his city and conversed. The exchange was so...casual. I can't remember the last time, again, excluding you three, when I was able to do that." Boros described before focusing back on Melzargard. "As for details, we're going to discuss those tomorrow. I'll escort him here so we can talk in comfort." She informed them.

"Should we make preparations, then?" Geryuganshoop asked.

"Hmm...I...don't know if we can. You three haven't gathered any specifics regarding Earthlings and what they enjoy, have you?" Boros answered with another question.

"Not yet. Looking into their culinary preferences wasn't what came to mind." Geryuganshoop replied.

"Even so, this Saitama should still enjoy our offerings! We have something from everywhere in the universe; it'd be impossible not to find a single dish he'd like! Plus, anything he doesn't want, I can have." Groribas reasoned.

"What of the other two Earthlings?" "We didn't establish a means of contacting them." "Would they not need to be informed of the meeting and subsequent fight?" "They said their organization is of importance." Four of Melzargard's heads mentioned to her.

"At the risk of sounding rude, I don't think they matter." Boros began as she folded her arms. "Speaking to Saitama proved beyond all doubt that he IS their strongest warrior. Yet, miraculously, the entirety of his species is unaware of his existence. What point would there be to involving them more? Should those men come around again, we'll welcome them with open arms. But unless they do, we won't burden ourselves with maintaining contact. We're here for me to fight Saitama, that is all." She told them.

"Understood, m'lady." All three of her elites responded while bowing to show their respect.

With that settled, Boros intended to leave the room and head to her chambers. But right as she reached the entrance, she remembered something.

"Oh. Right. Geryuganshoop." Boros spoke again, turning to face him. "I need you to perform some tests on me." She requested.

"Wanting to ensure you're in peak physical condition before the fight?" Geryuganshoop asked. ''If so, I can safely say, even with your inactivity, that you haven't dipped a bit, mistress." He added.

"My, how flattering," Boros commented, genuinely appreciative of his kind words. "No, it's not that. During my conversation with Saitama, I experienced two flashes of heat. Nothing serious. At least, I don't think. There wasn't an apparent cause behind them. It was just two random unexplainable sensations of warmth." She answered.

"Hmm...it...could be something intrinsic to Earth..." Geryuganshoop hummed, immediately considering the possible explanations.

"My thoughts as well. Along with a few others," Boros said before turning back around. "Come. We need to ensure there are NO hindrances." She ordered while resuming her departure.

There was no need for a reply. Instead, Geryuganshoop quickly joined his lady's side, leaving Groribas and Melzargard to continue tending to their study of Earth. Perhaps they'd learn something during Boros's exam that would explain the unexpected heat.

Meanwhile, At Hero Association HQ...

"...So...what do we do?..." Busho asked after sighing. His head was thrown back as he leaned into his chair.

Busho and Jinzuren hadn't informed their superiors yet of Lady Boros. However, it was for good reasons. To her claim, there was someone out there stronger than Blast. If the heads of the Association found out, they'd scour every city looking for this person.

Although, there was another outcome. Busho and Jinzuren were WELL aware of their superiors' "unique" intelligence. They could insist that another hero was responsible for the monster's defeat. Coincidentally, the S-Class hero King had been nearby when the monster was killed. Most likely, he had already been credited with the victory.

This led to the aforementioned second outcome. If Busho and Jinzuren's superiors adamantly refuted Lady Boros's claim that they were mistaken, they could potentially anger her. If that happened, ugh, neither man wanted to estimate the damages.

"I think our only option is to obtain proof," Jinzuren answered, wiping his glasses. "If we can present undeniable evidence that this mystery man is as strong as Lady Boros says he is, then we'll be fine. I mean, things will still get hectic, of course. But we won't be accused by the higher-ups of indulging in baseless rumors." He continued as he adorned his spectacles. "Furthermore, they'll be skeptical of Lady Boros. She is an alien, and from how she was introduced, she sounds like the ruler of space. Our superiors might assume she's saying this as some unorthodox strategy to conquer us without getting violent. Casting doubts on Blast's ability that he'd be able to handle her and things like that." He concluded.

"Does that mean we're letting the fight go through?" Busho inquired while turning his head to look at his partner.

"Well, maybe we can have the mystery man demonstrate his capabilities first. Lower chances of massive collateral." Jinzuren suggested.

"...Alright." Busho agreed before rising from his seat. "I'll ensure no one else gets notified about Lady Boros and her crew. Can you talk to those who do know and convince them that it's something we can handle?" He decided, followed by a request.

"Sure. It shouldn't be too hard. I'll say that we're forming a team of specially-selected individuals whose expertise can help with the unknown object and that it'll take some time. But there's no cause for alarm now as the object is entirely inanimate." Jinzuren stated.

"Perfect," Busho responded before both men headed out to accomplish their tasks.
