Evidence. A necessity to support one's claims and assertions. Without it, there's no way to discern the truth from fiction. The ramblings of a madman are no different than the words of an honest one.

Busho and Jinzuren knew this. They were aware that if they approached their superiors with the outlandish claims that there was a human being who possessed the power of a god, they'd be scolded. They might even be laughed out of the room. But before you think to question such a reaction when there are god-like entities within the Association already, consider the following:

The Heroes Association prided itself on being the bastion that rallied all of humanity together as one body. There was no reason for us to fight among ourselves when there were monsters, villains, and other perils in the world. So, with this mind, they believed ALL people, regardless of moral character, would seek the Association for employment. Even if they were incredibly vain, they'd still come to the Association for fame, popularity, and riches.

So, imagine it from the Association's higher-ups' perspective. If two of their employees suddenly requested an urgent meeting for the purpose of discussing a human being who made even their strongest heroes look like weak children, it'd be absurd. Ludicrous. Insane. All of the higher-ups would feel compelled to have these men evaluated if not flat-out committed.

Thus, Busho and Jinzuren needed to regroup. Calm down. Process this terrifying revelation. Once this was accomplished, they could start thinking about the future. Immediately, the men wanted to know EVERYTHING about Saitama. Before they'd try to re-approach him, they wanted to know what kind of person he was.

However, there was another reason for Busho and Jinzuren's hesitation to seek another meeting. Lady Boros. They...hadn't left on the best terms. Bluntly, they worried that if they approached her or she learned they sought Saitama so soon that she'd throttle them. Despite seeing only a glimpse of her power, the men had functioning eyes. Lady Boros' flawlessly sculpted physique was enough to keep them scared for their lives.

But, eventually, Busho and Jinzuren would need to overcome their fears and see both individuals. Their higher-ups STILL didn't know that aliens had arrived on Earth and that their leader was the ruler of all-known space. God, there was so much to do...

Yet, this is what Busho and Jinzuren signed up for. They knew at some point in their careers that they'd deal with a situation of great magnitude. The question their minds dwelled on was why it had to be so soon. Couldn't they have had a good few peaceful years first?

However, thinking about it, there was something that the duo was grateful for. There hadn't been ANY reports from ANYONE that something shocking had happened. To be precise, there weren't any incidents of biblical occurrences or unexplainable phenomena. The reason why this was a relief is because Busho and Jinzuren assumed it meant that Saitama and Lady Boros didn't fight. Or, if they did, it didn't last very long.

Regardless of the answer, the world was still blissfully unaware of these two gods. Hopefully, such ignorance would persist until Busho and Jinzuren were prepared to make their next moves. Who knows? Maybe Saitama and Lady Boros were keeping low profiles. Perhaps they were doing nothing of note?

Elsewhere, In City Z...

Saitama hadn't jogged in a long time. Honestly, he hadn't worked out at all since he obtained his immeasurable strength. He was worried his blue tracksuit might've acquired an odor or was damaged somehow while in storage. But, as it turns out, all it needed was a fresh wash, and it was ready to go. No worse for wear.

Now, you might be wondering: Why is Saitama jogging? Why did he feel the need to get his tracksuit? Is there something important he needs to get to but doesn't feel like running? Was he suddenly stricken by the urge to jog even though it wouldn't affect him?

The answer to all of these inquiries came in the form of a person. Lady Boros. After their fight, which by now was a few days ago, she had established a proper form of communication between herself and Saitama. With Geryuganshoop's aid, two communicators were made. Additionally, Saitama asked if it'd be possible to make his look like a device referred to as a cellphone. Such a request was no issue whatsoever to the highly intelligent psychic octopus.

With communication established, Saitama and Boros spent quite a number of hours talking to each other. Nothing particularly noteworthy. The duo spent the time learning more about each other. Their battles. Their life experiences. General information.

From Boros's perspective, she wanted to form an even friendlier relationship before inquiring about Saitama's training regiment. She didn't want their interactions to feel formal or carry a cold aura to them. She and her crew were going to remain on Earth for as long as it took for her to be Saitama's proper equal. Inevitably, this would require Boros to spend a lot of time with him. So, she wanted them to get along. Maybe, if things worked out, they could even be upgraded to companions.

Secretly, Boros was jealous. Why? Well, unbelievably, Groribas had become quite "chummy" with Saitama. During the day that followed the fight, Groribas had spent his time playing a game with Saitama. Not only that, but they did so at Saitama's apartment! Admittedly, Boros couldn't figure out WHY this bugged her.

Nevertheless, it did. Boros now viewed a better relationship with Saitama as a competition between her and everyone else, and she had NO intent of losing. Regardless of who the "opponents" were, even if they were her elites, the Dominator of the Universe wouldn't be bested. Mark her words: Boros would have the BEST relationship with Saitama!

However, by this point, you're likely wondering something else. What does any of this have to do with Saitama jogging? How does Boros play a part in that? Both are reasonable questions. The answer to each is the same and rather simple.

After establishing a proper familiarity with Saitama, Boros began asking questions about how he became so strong. She assumed that, even with a few days of friendly chatter, Saitama would be hesitant to share too many details. To her surprise, he shared everything.

Yet, when Boros received the information, she was left speechless. According to Saitama, how he gained his strength was with the following regiment:

-100 Push-ups

-100 Sit-ups

-100 Squats

-Daily 10-kilometer run.

...

...

...

Yeah, that's it. That's all. Upon hearing this, Boros assumed Saitama was joking. He had to be, right? The idea that Saitama did this for three years and gained his power as a result was...baffling.

Saitama, detecting the silence, was the first to break it. In comparison to Boros's feats and efforts, his were...mundane. Maybe they were even lower. How could Boros obtain so much power and strength only after fighting countless battles while Saitama gained his from a fairly normal workout routine?

Unfortunately, Saitama couldn't provide clarity. Boros didn't ask for it, but he assumed she'd want it. Truly, as strange as it was, that's all Saitama did. Boros, who could easily tell when someone was lying to her, knew that he wasn't. Furthermore, even in such a short time, she trusted him. Boros didn't doubt Saitama's sincerity in the slightest.

Still, the oddness of this story couldn't be ignored. However, Boros would not talk more about the subject nor bring it up to her elites until she and Saitama knew each other better. Additionally, she would ask for his permission as this was his past and regiment. Dominator of the Universe or not, Boros had no right to share such information. At least, not yet.

Instead, Boros asked if Saitama would mind exercising with her. With the goal of matching his might, she believed that following his footsteps could prove useful. Saitama, agreeing with the logic, had no issues with the idea. Thus, the following day, the pair met each other. Saitama wore his blue tracksuit, and Boros wore her usual white baggy pants and a black tank top.

...Um...regarding the latter...Saitama discovered something during their jog. Now, for the record, he was NOT a pervert. This fact NEEDS to be emphasized. Saitama was in no way, shape, or form a lecherous individual who needed to be put on a watchlist. So, don't go spreading rumors saying otherwise.

With all of that said, Saitama, even though he wasn't trying to notice it, saw something happen with Boros. Specifically, as mentioned, it had to do with her tank top. During their jog, it was very...bouncy. But that wasn't because of the tank top. Most likely, as Saitama couldn't help but assume, it was caused by the absence of a particular undergarment. After making this discovery, Saitama quickly took to admiring the shapes of the clouds as they jogged.

Boros did notice when Saitama suddenly tilted his head backward and refused to tilt it down again. She asked what had garnered such attention from him, to which he answered that the day was simply nice, and he wanted to take it all in. Boros, now wanting to do the same, observed her surroundings more carefully as they jogged. Unlike Saitama, she didn't fix her gaze solely on the sky, not that she thought it was weird that he did.

By this point, the jog was halfway finished. Even so, Boros found a lot in the immediate environment that intrigued her. Truthfully, she never studied or examined any civilization she and her crew came into contact with. For those that they didn't destroy, their presence was always short. Meet the leaders. Receive offerings. Make small chat. Return to the cosmos and find somewhere else to destroy or subjugate, depending on the reception.

But now that Boros and her crew would be on one planet for an unknown amount of time, she wanted to submerge herself in its culture. Furthermore, she wanted to know as much as she could about everything the world had to offer. This desire was partly due to curiosity, but she also wanted to reduce the amount of questions she asked Saitama. Boros didn't want him to feel more like a tour guide than her acquaintance.

Eventually, the pair ended their jog inside a local park. With a satisfied exhale, they sat down on one of the many vacant benches.

"That was nice," Saitama spoke, starting a conversation. "I've never jogged with anyone before." He confessed.

"Likewise," Boros replied. "Ignoring the differences in our strength, I never sought to spar with my elites. Each of them is better suited for specific tasks. Melzargard would be the best partner, but I'm still not comfortable with the idea of trading blows with him, even if they are harmless." She said.

"That makes sense. You care about them." Saitama responded. "I feel the same way. If I had any friends, regardless of differences in strength, I wouldn't feel comfortable fighting them." He admitted.

"...Do...you not have friends, Saitama?" Boros asked, hoping she wasn't overstepping.

"Nope. My social life is dead." Saitama answered, followed by a sigh. "It's hard to meet people when you live somewhere that's abandoned all except for yourself." He told her.

"About that," Boros began, now looking around the park. "Why do you live here? And why is no one else around?" She inquired.

"Monster attacks. City Z has always had it the worst out of them all. In particular, this district is like ground zero. I don't blame everyone for leaving; I probably would too if I wasn't a hero." Saitama explained.

"Why haven't you?" Boros questioned.

"The rent is INSANELY cheap." Saitama said with a smile.

"Rent?..." Boros muttered, confused by what that meant. "...OH! Wait! Is that one of those concepts where you live somewhere someone else owns and pay them for your residency?" She asked, feeling like she'd heard of the idea before.

"Yeah. Exactly." Saitama answered. "Never rented anything, huh?" He inquired.

"Nope. Being the Dominator of the Universe does come with myriad perks." Boros playfully replied.

"I bet," Saitama said before looking at the sky again. He did so to check the sun's position. "It's getting close to noon. Do you want to get some lunch?" He asked while returning his gaze to Boros.

"You wouldn't mind being seen with me?" Boros questioned.

"No. Why would I?" Saitama responded.

"I'm not human. Based on what I've learned from you, those men from before, and my elites' research efforts, humans don't care for those who are drastically different than them." Boros explained, followed by her raising a hand to prevent him from speaking. "However, I am aware that the majority of non-human entities in this world are innately hostile toward humanity. I don't blame your species for being hesitant. Yet, with that established, I should still have the expectation that no one will be receptive to me." She stated. She did so to avoid any awkwardness or confusion.

"Yeah, you're right," Saitama replied. "But, so long as you're not bothered by any weird looks or comments, neither am I. I don't care what anyone thinks about you or how they feel seeing us hang out. If people want to be stupid and judge someone without knowing anything about them, that's their problem." He told her. "Plus, if anyone tried getting in your face or harassing you, you'd break them in half." He joked.

"Ha-ha, very true," Boros responded with a smile and laugh. "Well then, I happily accept your invitation to spend the remainder of the day with you." She said.

"Thank you, your highness." Saitama replied, again making a joke. One of the many results of their multiple conversations over the past few days was Saitama teasing Boros about her speech. He wasn't mean or cruel, mind you. He just found it amusing and adorable how polite she always acted and how refined her vocabulary was.

"Oh, no. Don't start that crap." Boros sternly told him. "Do you have ANY idea how MANY people across the ENTIRE universe see me as a goddess, queen, empress, etc? I've had my fill and then some of being treated like a matriarch. I will not stand for you doing the same." She asserted.

"Understood, your majesty." Saitama said while standing. As he did, he turned his back to Boros. Doing so prevented him from seeing her immediate reaction. However, he didn't need to. Saitama could feel her glare, which made him smile.

"Saitama. I mean it." Boros warned, also standing.

"Okay, okay." Saitama replied, now walking away. "I didn't realize royalty could be so sensitive." He commented with a shrug.

"SAITAMA." Boros raised her voice as she followed. That would bring an end to the teasing for now. But only because Saitama had started laughing.

As the duo ventured out to find a place for lunch, they didn't notice something approaching from the horizon. The sky, which had been clear so far, was quickly darkening as a giant black mass advanced toward the city. Yet, the movements showed that it wasn't a simple cloud. Additionally, there seemed to be a buzzing sound that grew in volume as it drew near.
