Chapter 2: Return to Japan

(6 YEARS LATER)

It was a bright sunny day at the Musutafu airport. People coming in and out with carrier bags with them for their trip/stay in parts of Japan. Planes were both leaving and entering the airport as those that entered parked on the places where civilians can enter a large flying vehicle.

Distance away from the airport, the black Private jet was flying straight towards the area at high speed, descending down while deploying its wheels out. Eventually, it landed and was slowing down until it comes to the stop near the entrance building. as it now halted, the door from the Private Jet opened and sends down to the grounded floor with stairs suddenly appeared.

Soon after the staired door opened, one person was the first to exit the jet and go down the stairs. Once he's fully out, he looks at the airport building with a smile on his face. Standing outside was a 5'9ft tall young boy with green emerald eyes and freckles. His soft hair is dark green but both sides of his head were shaved except the top of his head. He wears a black jacket with a dark green T-shirt, a watch on his right wrist, dark blue jeans with a black belt around his waist and black and red shoes.

"It's been a long time since the last time I was here," Izuku said almost quietly as he let off a soft smile, he never thought that it would be this soon to finally return to his home country. Not that he's complaining.

"Makes you feel like you're already home, Huh?" He turns around and saw few people around his age, ones that he considers his brothers and sisters. The one who was talking to him was Jason Todd, standing 6ft tall wearing a red zipped hoodie with a white T-shirt, Black fingerless gloves, army-like jeans with a red belt and black shoes.

Izuku chuckled as he watched him and others walking down from the staired door. "Almost, but not quite as home as Bell Rev. Missed that place already."

"I'm sure we'll return to that place once we're done what we're here for," Floyd said to him. He was standing 5'11ft wearing a red T-shirt with a crosshair on the middle, wears a dark brown jacket, dark jeans and brown shoes.

"Yeah, Izuky." Harleen agreed with Floyd as she jumped out from the jet with a gleeful smile. She stands 5'7ft wearing a combination of red and black clothing. with A long-sleeve T-shirt with black diamonds on the middle and unusual red and black jeans. She wears black and red high-heels and fingerless gloves, on the right was red while the left was black. Her blonde hair was done in a twin knotted ponytail and was dyed in two different colours on the half ends, the right was red while the left was black. "We'll be back to Belly Rev once we're finished High School in Japan."

"And shockingly it's not just any kind of high school," Waylon said coming down the stairs exiting the jet, along with the rest of the gang such as Digger, Cleo(Who's yawning and has a rat on her shoulder), David, Chato and Nanaue. Waylon is standing 6'3ft tall humanoid crocodile, wearing a leather jacket with a dragon-themed logo on the back, grey vest and dark jeans with a chained belt.

"Yeah." Izuku nodded, agreeing with his mutated friend/brother. "Who knew that we're going to the most prestigious and popular High School in the world."

(Flashback: 2 weeks ago.)

"May I have everyone's attention, please."

Inside the mansion of Bell Rev, all of the group turn their attention towards Amanda Waller who's standing at the opened double door with Rick Flag beside her. Digger, Harleen and David were sitting on the sofa watching TV. Waylon and Nanaue were just eating their meal together at the table. Floyd was busy reading the book with Cleo petting her rat while Chato was finished using his fire Quirk on the chiminea. Izuku and Jason were in the middle of playing chess and they were in a somewhat equally match.

"I'm here to announce that within two weeks from now, we will be leaving Bell Rev Island for a special project all of you are participating in," Waller announced the news towards the gifted group.

"We're leaving Bell Rev?" David asked. He's 6'1ft in height wearing a black T-shirt and dark blue jeans.

"What?! I don't want to leave Belly Rev!" Harleen whined.

"Don't worry. Once we're done, we'll come back here if that reassures you." Rick Flag assured the blonde-haired girl, who smiled.

"If you don't mind me asking." Chato started as he walked away from the chiminea. He's standing 5'6ft wearing a white vest and blue jeans. "Where exactly are we going?"

Waller smiled as she answered. "I'm glad you asked Chato. We're going to Japan."

Mentioning the certain country got Izuku to perk up, His eyes widened by what she said as he looks directly at the person who brought him into Bell Rev in the first place. "Wait. Are you serious? We're heading to Japan?"

"Indeed we are, Izuku," Amanda confirmed the green-haired teen with a smile.

"Oh yeah. I almost forgot that you're from Japan." Digger realized. He's 5'10ft wearing the same jacket that's said 'CAPTAIN' and wears dark blue jeans. "Must be quite shocking, isn't it mate?"

"Yeah, it is," Izuku muttered loudly as he looks down in thought. He knew that he'll be going back to his home country eventually, as he made a promise to his Mom and All Might, but he wouldn't think that it'll be this soon. Hearing about going back to Japan is indeed big news for him and it might be a high chance to see not just his mom, but mostly from All Might as well. After all, he is his stepdad, despite what the Symbole of Peace said to him.

Jason looks at his brother-in-arms before turning his attention towards the two adults. "So who's going to be joining us, and what sort of project are we doing in Japan?"

"To answer your first question, Todd," Rick said as he started explaining to the group. "The ones that are coming with us are only Bloodsport, Peacemaker and Doctor T.O Morrow. They said they're fine coming to Japan with us, but the rest of your trainers will not be joining due to them being busy."

"I can think of a few Ideas of why Bloodsport and Peacemaker coming with us," Cleo, the 5'6ft tall woman said with Floyd chuckled in amusement, along with others. Let's just say Bloodsport and Peacemaker have somewhat a history with a Number One Hero.

"And to answer the other question," Amanda stated. "The reason why we're going to Japan is that we're going to the most prestigious high school in not just Japan, but also the world."

There was silence in the living room for about a few seconds until they caught on to what she said. Floyd was the one to speak up as he looks on with wide eyes of surprise. "Wait. Are you telling us that we are going to..."

Waller chuckled at their reaction and decided to finish Lawton's sentence. "That's right. We're going to U.A High."

(Present Day.)

"I still can't believe that we're going to U.A High of all places," Digger said, still trying to get a hold of what they've informed. "I mean, that bloody place is a school full of blokes trying to become so-called 'heroes'. Don't you think is a little weird?"

"You may have a point there, Digger. We may be training to be on par with Pro-Heroes, but we're not technically heroes ourselves." Jason said. As he and all of the group were walking through the building, passing through people as some give strange looks towards the likes of Waylon and Nanaue, which they ignored.

"Though it's a little surprising that Robert and Christopher are coming with us on this little adventure," Nanaue said with a chuckle. The humanoid shark is the tallest of the group, with his full height is 6'9ft tall. He wears nothing but his grey vest and blue shorts with a belt on him. "Two of them did encounter All Might in the past."

"Robert did send him in the ICU with a very rare bullet," Izuku remembered as he knows the stories of All Might's past when he was younger. One of them was telling him some villains that he considered his greatest adversaries, and Robert Dubois AKA Bloodsport is one of those adversaries. From what he knows from the sources from the media and news, Bloodsport sends the Symbole of Peace to the ICU Hospital with a very rare bullet that can penetrate the thickest materials. All Might was put in that hospital for a full-on month until he was able to recover and eventually apprehended the mercenary.

"Not to mention him and Chris has different views on how peace can be achieved," David added. They know that Christopher Smith AKA Peacemaker cherished peace with all his heart, no matter how many people he needs to kill to get it. They remember Peacemaker told them the story of how he and All Might met, and all they know is that both of them have a different set of opinions and beliefs of how they achieved peace. The way he told his stories about All Might got him frustrated and said that All Might was too soft and never understood true peace, as well as too naive to see the true nature of the world he saw firsthand.

"You gotta admit about one thing," Harleen said as she let out a devious giggle. "It would be very interesting to see how Mighty and our two favourite teachers meet together with Wally as their boss."

"Oh yeah, That would be fun to see." Waylon chuckled as he and others imagined how their mentors and the Number One Hero meet, something tells them that it's gonna be hectic. Waylon then turns his head towards Izuku. "I bet you wish Deathstroke would be coming with us, don't you Izuku."

"Yeah. A shame that he's not joining us, but I understand why he can't. He is the Number One Assassin. He has a lot of jobs ahead of him." Izuku said, letting off a sigh as he thought about his personal teacher, who helped him ever since he came to Bell Rev.

Izuku was forever thankful for the World's Greatest Assassin. He helped the green-haired teen become what he is today. He learned so much from the hellish training he ever experiences from Deathstroke. He learned hand-to-hand combat and weapons that he mastered, mainly the pole and sword, learned tactical advantages combined with the analysis skills that he picked up from his own and so on through six years of harsh training. Deathstroke helped him mastered all these traits that he picked up from the top assassin, and for that, he is forever in his debt. He felt a little disappointed that Slade won't be able to join, but he's sure they'll meet again one day.

"I'm sure you get to see Slade one day, brother," Chato assured the green-haired teen, placing his hand on his shoulder with a smile. "Who knows, maybe we'll get to see him much sooner than we think."

Izuku could only chuckle at his statement and smiled back at him. "That depends if it's a waste of time for him or not, Chato."

After getting through the scanners and what's not, they're eventually out of the airport building. As they are now outside, they saw a bus parked in front of them. Standing at the entrance of the bus door was none other than Colonel Rick Flag with a different set of clothing. He wears a yellow T-shirt with a superhero rabbit in the middle, army trousers and brown boots.

"I'm glad to see all of you are here," Rick said with a smile while folding his arms. "So kids, are you all ready to go to your new home?"

"All of us are ready, Rick," Izuku replied with a smirk on his face as he and his friends/brother and sisters walked up to the bus and hopped in.

As the group got into their respective seats, Rick sat in the driver's seat and looks back at them. "Alright kids, strap yourselves in. The others will be waiting for you."

With that, the Colonel switched on the engine making the bus a little vibrate. Rick then pushes the accelerator pedal and the vehicle moves forward, taking them to the new location where the group are going to live.

"Whoa! This is where we're living?!" Harleen exclaimed as she and others looked at the building with wide eyes of shock.

What they saw in front of them was a very modern, large, mansion-like house. White walls with windows on them on the front and left side. The right side has unique wooden walls like it's a ceiling on sideways, and it seems to be a few floor stories tall from what they can tell through the window on the left side of the building. In front of them has a pathway leading towards the front entrance, with each side having mini small pools with a unique statue on the right side. They're currently standing in the car park with few vehicles including the minibus that Rick just parked.

Digger couldn't help but just whistle. "Now this is the place I really want to lay down in."

"Makes you feel like you're already rich just by living in there," Floyd said as Izuku, Jason, Waylon, Digger and Nanaue nodded in agreement.

Rick got out of the minibus after he parked it underneath with other cars and went towards the group. "Why don't all of you go in. Bloodsport and Peacemaker are already inside."

Soon the whole group walked towards and opened the entrance door, which they found out was a pivot door as they got in the house. Now they're surrounded by a nice and cleaned interior living room, with two directions they can go, a spiral statue in the middle and behind it was a large window revealing the backward. They're almost fascinated by the interior design, but they eventually journeyed to the left where they saw what appears to be a living room and entered. upon entering, they looked around and saw two people at a small round table playing cards with intense looks for some odd reason.

One was a dark-skinned man with dark greyish brown hair and a short beard and brown eyes. He wears a black french hat, dark blue jacket, white vest underneath, brown trousers and black shoes. The other is a white-skinned, muscular man with light brown hair and blue eyes. He wears a white T-shirt and blue jeans and brown shoes.

Two of them stare at each other with an intense look, eyeing each other before taking brief glances at the cards they're holding. After a short while, a muscle man smirked triumphantly and place his cars down on the table, with the other groaning in defeat and placing his cards as well.

"Looks like I won again, Dubois." The muscle man smirked while leaning back with his arms crossed.

"You're just being a fucking show-off, Smith." Dubois frowned at Smith. "And nobody likes a show-off."

"Unless what they're showing off is dope as Fuck." Smith countered with a smug smile which caused Dubois to growl in irritation.

"Seems like those two are still gunning at each other," Jason commented as he and the others look at the mercenary and the vigilante. They know that ever since they completed the mission assigned by Amanda Waller, They always compete against each other with every chance they get. Especially when they're in the middle of teaching.

The two adults heard him and turn towards the squad. Christopher smiled in delight. "Hey. Glad all of you show up. How's the journey treating you."

"The journey's alright, sir." Izuku nodded towards the Vigilante.

Robert sighed as he stands up from his seat and started to greet the whole group. "Glad to see all of you are here. Welcome to your new home." He said as he looks back at the other side of the room and through the large window that has a view of the backward. "It may not be like where you use to live, but it should be enough to make you all feel comfortable."

"Are you kidding, Mr B?" Harleen asked, unable to contain her excitement as she rushes forward passing Robert and Chris and looking through the large window to see the backward. She saw a large space in the middle, the near distance was an outside bar to her left, and to her front was a long swimming lake along with a large swimming pool with laid back seats near the outside bar. "This place is amazing! How come we don't have something like this back on Belly Rev?"

"This place does seem like an upgrade, I'm not gonna lie." Cleo agreeing with an energetic girl as her mouse, called Sabastion, nodded with a squeak. Back on Bell Rev Island, their home is like an old school mansion. Seeing the new home that they're living in from now on does seem like one major upgrade compared to their old home.

Chris chuckled as he stands up and faces the group. "I completely agree with you kids that this place is a big upgrade, there's a lot of stuff here that all of you are going to love. There's a theatre room, the gym, a sports court, the bowling area." He then looked at the two water-based animals in the room. "And of course a swimming pool that was all the way at the outside bar."

"Swimming pool?" Nanaue perked up and later pulls up a sharp, toothy smile when he heard the mention of the pool of water. It felt like it's been ages since he last swims in the water, and that was a few days ago. The group saw this and most of them chuckled at his antics.

"There are also bedrooms that all of you have to share with, no more than a total of two," Rick added as he walks towards Robert and Chris. "Each bedroom has your names on them, indicating where you'll sleep. Be sure that all of you go see who you'll sleep with while all of you exploring the place, understand?"

"Yes sir." The squad replied.

"Good. Now go and have fun while you can. Sooner or later It'll be very busy for the rest of you." The Colonel said as the squad moves out and explored the mansion-like house. Nanaue was rushing out to the backyard in search of the pool and they can hear a huge splash coming from the room.

Soon most of the squad left the living room except for three adults and two kids, which are Izuku and Jason. Jason looks towards Izuku who seems to be in deep thought and seems to be nearly frowning for some reason. The adults look at the green-haired teen and raise an eyebrow in confusion.

"Hey, Izuku," Jason calls out to him while nudging him slightly, bringing him out of his trance. He looks at Jason who looks at him in slight worry. "Is everything alright with you?"

"Yeah, I'm alright Jason." Izuku nodded with assurance, before turning towards the large window. "It's just... it's been a long time since I've left Japan. And coming back here brings some... painful memories."

"Oh right, I remember you told us that you've got bullied ever since you didn't develop any powers." Jason can relate, ever since he was Quiekless he was shunned and tossed aside because he has no powers. But then Waller came into his life and gave him a place he called home, as well as a family that he can depend on. "You got picked and beaten up by someone named, Bakugo, correct?"

"Yeah, HIM." He said with a taste of venom in his voice. His eyes hardened and fist-clenching by the mention of his childhood bully, who he thought was absolutely a psychopath and he was stupid to believe that Bakugo could change. Given that how everyone was treating him like he's like some sort of god he believes that he's gonna be worse than what he was when he last saw him six years ago.

The adults felt sympathy towards the boy. All of them are Quirkless themselves and they know what it's like to be cast off by the society that was long since broken, but they've managed to prove the world wrong that Quirkless can do great things, for better or for worse. Rick Flag managed to become Colonel despite other soldiers saying he can't because he has no Quirk, Christopher Smith took down Villains and Fake Heroes that have strong Quirks with nothing but his wits and small arsenal he has, and Robert Dubois manage to 'takedown' and nearly killed the Symbol of Peace with his expert marksmanship and other skills at his disposal.

"Don't think too much about the past, alright Izuku," Rick assured the boy with a kind smile as said the boy looked at him. "I have no doubt that with your training for the past years, you'll prove the world wrong like the rest of us did."

"Thank you, Rick." Izuku thanked the Colonel as walked towards the large window looking outside of the back as he saw his friends/family doing their normal things. He saw Harleen doing her own unusual like cartwheeling on the grassy floor while Floyd looks at her with a deadpan expression, Digger sitting on the laid back chair feeling relaxed with Cleo standing beside him looking unamused, that only last when Nanaue made a huge splash towards the Aussie, which soaked him as it got a good laugh from everyone else in the backyard. Izuku smiled towards the scene from the room but it once again vanishes. "It's not just the bullying that I've endured that got me thinking."

There was silence in the room for a few seconds until they put the two and two together as Jason started. "Is it about All Might and your Mom?"

Izuku nodded. "Yeah. I'm just a little worried that they might've forgotten about me because I've been gone for six years. Mom and All Might got together before I left, and there's no telling what would've happened in those six years."

"You don't have to worry about that, Izuku."

The green-haired teen turns around as he heard a familiar voice as he and the others saw none other than Amanda Waller enter the room. Walking alongside her was a man with raven hair and green eyes along with wearing doctor themed clothing.

"Amanda, Doctor Morrow. Didn't think that you'll be here already," Jason said, as he and Izuku were surprised that the only person that helped them is already here.

"Of course we're here, Jason. I brought this place after all." Waller smiled before turning his attention towards Izuku. "I can assure you Izuku, that you have nothing to worry about your mother and All Might forgetting about you."

"I certainly hope so." Izuku looks down with a nearly worried expression. He always thinks about his mom when he's at Bell Rev, and in his mind, he's afraid that the longer he stays the high chance that his mother will forget him, along with All Might. Even with the help of Deathstroke keeping his emotions in check, deep down he's still worried.

Waller looks at the green-haired teen for a moment until finally say something. "Why don't you and Jason head off with the others. Have time to get used to the place."

The two boys nodded and started heading off outside, leaving the adults alone in the room. A few moments passed until Robert turns to Waller. "You sure the kid's mother wouldn't forget about him as you said?" He would know because he has a child of his own. He may not see his daughter too often, but he would never forget his own kid.

"I'm absolutely sure, Dubois. Knowing the personality Inko Midoriya have, I have no doubt that she won't just forget him." The High-Government Official said. "And when one-day Izuku met his mother, I'm pretty sure there's a high chance that he'll be surprised of what Inko and All Might went through in the past six years."

"I still can't believe that the kid's mother dated that fucking muscle head who dare calls himself the 'Symbol of Peace.'" Chris scoffed with disdain in his voice, but then later grinned. " But I still can't wait to see the look on his face when he and other heroes find out that me and Dubois, Villains in their eyes, are working with a government official."

"Well, you're in luck Smith," Waller smirked. "Because in the coming week, we'll have a meeting in U.A with other Pro-Heroes about our newly formed Task Force X. And All Might will be there as well."

"All Might will be there. Why?" Rick asked his superior until he later put the pieces together as he and others look at her with wide eyes. "Don't tell me."

Waller chuckled at their reaction as Dr Morrow stated for her. "All Might will be a teacher and staff member of U.A Highschool."

There was silence in the room for a few moments as everyone was trying to process what they have heard. Chris blinked a few times and suddenly he felt the need to laugh as he snickered, which got Robert to look at him with a raised eyebrow.

"What the fuck are you laughing about, Smith?" Robert asked his rival.

"I just find it laughable that they have fucking All Might as a teacher," Chris said still trying to contain his laughter. "That and coming to Japan with a bunch of kids is totally worth it. Now I can spend a few years tormenting that muscle head whenever he teaches. I'm sure you're happy about that, right?"

"I'm only here just to look out for the kids. This has nothing to do with All Might." Robert clarified.

"Right. It's all just business to you, nothing else is personal." Chris said sarcastically as the Mercenary got annoyed and looks at him intensively.

Rick only sighed as he looks at the two rivals arguing with each other. He then walks over and towards Waller and Morrow. "So when's this meeting with the heroes start?"

"It would be a couple of days after the Entrance Exam for students who wanted to become future Pro-Heroes, which is only five days from now," Waller answered the Colonel with a smile. "I'm sure the Pro Heroes will be surprised when They find out I'm bringing what they saw as Villains, which I pardoned for the crimes they did."

"Just hope they don't take things too far, given that the other that they called Villains trained those kids." Rick hoped. He knows that Pro-Heroes don't take kindly on Villains, especially those that are pardoned, and he's worried for the kids that they took in will be getting the same treatment, given that some of them have dark pasts that they wish to erase.

"Don't you worry, Colonel. Nothing will bring harm to them while I'm around." Waller reassured him as she looks at the window where she finds her newly formed team going off their own business, with Izuku trying to calm down soaked Digger who was yelling at the innocent smile Nanaue while Jason was with Waylon, David and Chato at the outdoor seating area at the bar. "After all, they are the next generation of Task Force X."

(Five Days Later.)

Izuku was walking on his own through the streets of Musutafu City, small bags of stuff inside when he was shopping not too long ago. He continued along the pathway as civilians walking past him and cars driving down the road while stopping for any sign of traffic.

Izuku remembered these streets all too well when he was out with his mom when he was very young, but the more he remembered the more mental pain he felt when he's thinking back about his past. He won't forget about the things that people did to him in his time in Japan before he left. All he could remember was the amount of bullying he received from his classmates, as well as teachers who ignored him and sometimes joined in the bullying. His mother received negative comments about having a Quirkless son, but she ignored them and continued taking care of him which he's thankful. And last and not least, his idol and stepdad, the Symbol of Peace and Number One Hero, All Might, telling him that he doesn't have what it takes to be a hero.

Now don't get him wrong, he was downright mad at All might for saying those words when he's talking to his bastard of the childhood friend, Bakugo. But the more he thought about it, the more he realized that it wasn't technically his fault, for the most part, thanks to someone he met in his time out of Japan. Sure he wasn't around most of the time to see him, but he can't fully blame him because he is a Pro-Hero, and wants to keep people safe the best he can so he can't fault him for that. And he realizes that All Might doesn't really know about the horrible things Bakugo had done not just to him, but to everyone else who he thinks is weaker than him and trying to be better than him. When he finally meets All Might and his mom when the time is right, he will tell him the truth about Bakugo, and that he's unfit to be a hero or unworthy to have his Quirk if he didn't take it already.

Thinking back to the painful memories he had, he now knows that he's no longer the worthless, pathetic Deku that he once was. Now he's the newer improved Izuku Midoriya. With the training from his trainers, especially his personal mentor that he considered his hero for giving him a chance to become something better, He now ready to one day started out his mission to prove the superhuman society wrong that 20% of the population that has no Quirk can do great things, and hopefully one day that vision will become a reality.

He looks up to his right and saw a faraway view of the hills, and there he saw a glimpse of the building that is for the people that are going to become not just Pro-Heroes but becoming Support workers and businesses. That's where he'll start his mission, as he and others that he considered his family will be going to U.A High to become greater.

Izuku smiled warmly as he kept walking, looking over the hill where the most prestigious high school is placed. But as he kept walking while looking to his side, he wasn't aware that someone was walking straight towards him, and accidentally bumped into the person as they both stepped back.

"Oh! I'm so sorry." Izuku apologises to the person in front of him. "I wasn't looking where I was going."

"Oh no, I should be the one who is sorry. I wasn't paying attention."

Izuku blinked when he heard a sweat bubbly voice coming from the person who he bumped into and got a good look at who it is. standing in front of him while Dusting herself was a short girl with short light brown hair along with two longer line hair going over her shoulder and matching coloured wide eyes with Pink circle blushes on her cheeks. She wheres a dark brown thick coat, a pink scarf around her neck, a miniskirt, black tights and brown shoes. She's also holding a black backpack on her back.

All Izuku does was blinking a few times as he stares at the girl in front of him. She seems to be around his age given that she's has a school backpack on her and has that cheerful bubbly smile on her face, which he admits he finds really cute.

Realizing what he's thinking, he shook those thoughts away and turn his attention towards the girl. "I'm so sorry about bumping into you."

"No no. I suppose to be the one who is sorry. I got distracted by my thoughts and I didn't realize where I was going." The girl replied while finished dusting herself off and turn towards Izuku, though she blushes slightly from the moment she looks at him but quickly disappeared and gave out a cheerful smile.

He chuckled slightly as he uses his free hand to hub on the back of his head while looking down a little. "Well, I guess we're both at fault here, huh?"

"Yeah, I guess your right." She giggled cheerfully as Izuku smiled. She tugged her backpack and look at Izuku, she then smiled nervously while looking at him and bowed towards the green-haired teen. "Um, let me introduce myself. I'm Ochaco Uraraka."

"Izuku Midoriya." He smiled as he bowed his head towards the girl, though he could have sworn he saw the girl called Ochaco blushes once again for some unknown reason. But he decided to let that slide. Izuku then asked. "So Uraraka, are you going to school by any chance?"

"Well, you could say that." She said, smiled shyly as she answered the green-haired teen. "I'm actually going to U.A High for the Entrance Exam."

"Entrance Exam? I almost forgot that U.A is holding an Exam today." Izuku stated while facing Ochaco. "So, are you going to become a hero I'm guessing?"

"Yep. I'm super excited!" Ochaco said cheerfully while raising her fist in the air with an enthusiastic smile.

"Cute." Izuku thought unconsciously as he realized what he called her and shook his head while Ochaco lowered her arm and faces Izuku. "Are you going to U.A for the Entrance Exam, Midoriya?"

"I wish I could, but since I'm Quirkless I'm not sure I'm allowed to take part in the Exam," Izuku said, revealing what he is to the girl in front of him as Ochaco looked surprised.

"Your Quirkless?" She asked him as Izuku nodded, stating that it's true. Ochaco's face turned to absolute worry as she looks at the boy in front of her. "I'm so sorry to hear that. It must be really hard for you. Not many people seem to take kindly on those who are Quirkless."

"It's quite alright, Uraraka. I'm all over it, I'm not going to let people talking me down because of what I am. I accept that I'm Quirkless and I'm going to look proud because of it." Izuku said with a pride smile on his face. That and was happy to hear that Ochaco didn't talk shit about him being Quirkless.

"That's good to hear. I don't really understand why people hate Quirkless so much." Ochaco smiled cheerfully towards the boy, happy to hear Izuku doesn't feel ashamed about what he is. "I don't care that you are Quirkless. Because to me, people with or without Quirks doesn't really matter. I only care about who they are, and to me, you seem like a really nice guy."

Izuku was surprised by her statement and started smiling warmly at the brown-haired girl. "Thank you, Uraraka. That actually makes me feel better." Ochaco smiled back by his humbleness. He took a look at his watch and then look back at Ochaco. "I should get going, I have friends that are waiting for me."

"I should get going too," Ochaco said before walking past him but not until she turns around and waved at him. "Oh! See you, Midoriya! It's been nice talking to you."

"It's nice talking to you too." Izuku waves back. "Good luck on the Entrance Exam. I have no doubt that you'll pass. Take my advice. If you going to take out the pointer robots that I heard about, don't forget that being a hero means saving people as well, even if they're competitors. Who knows, maybe you'll get extra points if you do."

"Thank you for the advice. Bye!" Ochaco later ran off, leaving Izuku on his own.

Izuku was standing there for a minute and later let out a warm smile that spreads on his face. He was happy that someone in this country didn't really care that he was Quirkless and that someone wanted to become a hero, which he had no doubt that she'll become a great one. He turns around and started walking off the opposite way, still bearing the accepting smile on his face.

He looks back over his shoulder where the girl was taking off. She said that she's taking an Entrance Exam in hopes of becoming a hero. He wondered that will they be able to see each other again if she manage to pass the Exam. Izuku looks forward and started to head off.

"I hope you'll pass, Uraraka. I have no doubt that you'll become a great hero."

Izuku eventually arrived at a cafe as he opened the double door and headed inside. He looks around only to see lots of people sitting on their respective seats at the tables they're in and eating their food. He was about to step forward in hopes to search for his friends until he heard someone call out to him.

"Hey, Izuky! We're over here."

Izuku looked on and saw Harleen waving at him with a big smile on her face at the round table, with Floyd, Jason and David sitting with her as they look at him with a smile. Izuku smiled back as he walks over to them and sits next to Jason, joining them at the table.

"Sorry if I was a little late guys." Izuku apologises as he places his bags on the floor close beside his ankle.

"You don't have to be sorry, we only just got here about a few minutes ago," Jason said.

"But in all honestly, we thought we would be late if it wasn't for someone going through all the clothing stores," Floyd said looking at Harleen with a narrowed stare who's giggled without care.

Soon a waiter came over and placed a tray with five drinks on their table. The group then took their respective drinks and took a sip on them. The group were talking to one another about random things, except Izuku who has a smile on his face as he looks at his drink.

David was the first to notice his expression and wanted to know why he's smiling. "You look a little happy than usual today." Izuku snapped out of it as he looks at David. "Did something happen while you were out?"

"You... could say that," Izuku answered as he looks back at his drink and took a sip on it, still bearing a smile on his face. "I... met someone when I was about to meet you all here. She said something that makes me feel happy."

"'She' you say?" Harleen asked with a teasing smile as she leans forward towards the green-haired teen. "Not even a week and you already got yourself a girl."

"Don't you dare start, Harleen." Izuku told her as he pointed at her with a slight blush on his face, which Harleen laughs.

Floyd chuckled as he took a sip of his drink and asked Izuku. "So this girl you mentioned. What was it she said that makes you look all dreamy?"

"Very funny, Floyd." He said in a sarcastic voice which got the group to chuckle. Izuku sighed as he continued. "Well, I told her that I'm Quirkless and she doesn't seem to be making fun of me or insult me. Instead, she doesn't really care that I was Quirkless and that she only cared about who I am and not what I am. So yeah, she doesn't hate Quirkless people as most people do."

The group look on with a surprised expression on their face. It's not every day that you hear it from somebody and it's very rare that people don't give a shit about whether you have a Quirk or not. So hearing about someone that Izuku met didn't care if someone has no powers is quite surprising, to say the least. They can see why Izuku was always smiling at the table.

Harleen smiled and was about to ask Izuku some more. "So what's her name? Did she tell you where she's going? Because I really wanted to meet her. She sounds like someone I really wanted to make friends with."

"Her name is Ochaco Uraraka." Izuku chuckled at her questions. "And where she's going is to U.A High. She's taking an Entrance Exam today."

"Oh Yeah. The Entrance Exam starts today for people who wanted to become heroes or support workers." David remembered as they realized that today was the U.A Entrance Exam. "So which course is this Ochaco person taking part in?"

"She said that she wanted to become a hero. So I'm guessing she's taking the Hero Course Exam." Izuku replied as he looks down at his drink, looking at the reflection from the juice. "I gave her tips and advice on what being a hero is all about. I hope she passes though, I have no doubt that she'll become a great hero someday if she passes the Exam."

"I hope so too," Harleen said smiling and she looks at Izuku teasingly. "I wanted to meet the only girl who's stolen our Izuky's heart."

"I'm not in love with her, so stop that." Izuku scolded her as she laughed out loud at the blushing face he's making, making the others chuckle at the response.

Jason chuckled at Izuku being making fun of by Harleen for meeting a girl who didn't care that he, or anyone else who is Quirkless. It makes him happy for Izuku for meeting such a person because it's not every day that people don't care if they are Quirkless. Everyone who finds out about someone having no powers walks off without saying anything or belittled them and is cast aside like they are some sort of disease. So hearing Izuku saying he met someone who isn't prejudiced towards Quirkless makes him feel a little happy for Izuku.

He was about to take another sip from his drink until he caught something from the corner of his eyes. He turns his head and looks over to the other side of the cafe, only to see someone sitting at the table on his own with a frown look on his face. Sitting at the table across the cafe was what appeared to be a tall muscular young man with buzzed, dark brown hair and black eyes. He wears a large grey T-shirt with a wind-like vortex in the middle, brown trousers and wooded flippers he wears on his feet.

Jason looks on with a narrowed look, having a feeling that something is wrong with him that got him to sit down on his own. He knew it's not his business to butt into somebody else's problems, but something tells him that he needs to talk to him to see if there's something he could do to help. He's normally not the people person in some cases, but he'll make it an exception.

He stands up from his seat, gaining the attention of everyone else around the table. "Don't worry guys. I'll be back soon." He soon left with his drink as everyone at the table started looking confused.

"Wonder where he's going." Floyd wondered, looking at where Jason is going.

"No Idea." Harleen shrugged as she started talking to the group, letting Jason be to whatever it is he's doing.

Jason was walking across the cafe hall and eventually got near the table where the young man was sitting. "Hey, man. Mind if I sit here?"

The young man blinked a few times and looks up to see Jason standing there with his drink in his hands. He seems to be hesitant at first, but he accepted his offer for a few moments. "Um, sure, go right ahead."

Jason let out a small smile and sit across the opposite side at the table. He placed his drink on the table and was looking straight at him. "I notice that you looked depressed sitting on your own. Is there something the matter?"

The young man looked surprised by his question, but eventually shook it off and looks down almost frowning. "I'm quite alright. There's nothing wrong with me."

"Well, your face telling me otherwise," Jason said as he takes a sip from his drink before sighing. "Look. Sitting here on your own looking depressed isn't gonna help anyone. If you tell me what is wrong, I might be able to help out however I can."

Once again, the young man looks at him surprised by what he said. The boy was willing to listen to what is wrong with him and wanted to help out however he can, that's something a passionate person would do. After a few moments, he looks down a little and nodded his head. "Okay, I'll tell you. Have you ever heard of the Recommendation Exam?"

"I've heard of it." Jason nodded. "People with powerful Quirks and those that pass certain tests get to go to the Recommendation Exam. Why? Did you fail at it?"

"No, I didn't fail the Exam. In fact, I pass the course." The young man answered while shaking his head.

"Then why do you look so upset if you pass the Exam?" Jason asked while tilting his head in confusion.

The young man's expression turns into slight anger, which Jason immediately saw, and turns to face him. "Have you heard of the Number Two Hero, Endeavor?"

"I've heard of him," Jason replied with a narrowed look, hearing the name of the Flame Hero. "Not exactly the kind of hero you really want to meet. What does he have to do with all of this?"

"When I was a little boy, Endeavor took out a Villian and everyone else was crowded on him and saying how amazing he was." The young man explained. "I was asking if he could sign my autograph, but instead of signing it, he wracked it away from my hands and said to me with that cold eyes of his 'You're in the way.'"

"That's harsh," Jason commented. He wasn't a fan of Endeavor, but hearing about it from him makes him really don't like the Number Two Hero.

"And then, at the Entrance Exam, I met someone who has the same cold eyes as Endeavor. It was his son, Shoto Todoroki." The young man continued as his face slowly shifted into anger. "I tried to befriend him, but every time I do, he always gave that same cold stare his father has, always telling me 'Your in the way.' I can't stand those people. Those who have cold eyes don't understand the true meaning of passion. I was planning to go to U.A High for the Hero course, but with Todoroki joining the course, I'm not sure if would want to go to U.A. I'm considering going to a different high school that has a Hero Course, but I love U.A and I wanted nothing more than to go in. I just don't know what to think."

"So that's what this is all about." Jason thought, finally understand why he looks so upset. He's upset because someone who is the son of Endeavor going to the most prestigious in Japan, and that someone has the cold eyes that this person hates. He has to admit, it is rather ridiculous to have that kind of reason, but he can understand his beliefs of passion that he once said. Drinking what's left from his cup, he turns to face him. "What's your name, if you don't mind me asking?"

The young man was silent for a few seconds until he answered. "Inasa Yoarashi."

"Well Inasa, If I have to say in any of this, I think you should go to U.A High," Jason told him which Inasa looked at him in shock. Jason Continued. "Even if you go to another high school that has a Hero Course, you'll always gonna have those that have cold eyes. If you love U.A High that much then go for it. And if you see that Shoto guy, try to ignore him and make friends that have the same passion as you from what you said. There's always a phase if you are on the same course together. The enemy of my enemy is my friend. You don't have to make friends with him, but sometimes being a hero means you'll have to team up with someone you don't like. That's just how it is."

Inasa was sitting there with a shocked expression on his face, listening to the statement what Jason had said. It took him a moment to snap out of it and look down at the table a little. "I-I see."

Jason smiled and stand up from his seat. "I'll let you be to decide what you want to do. I'm not forcing you to do anything, just think about what I said, okay?"

Jason left the table and was walking towards the round table where his friends were. Inasa was at the thought for a second until he stands up and faces Jason.

"Hey." He spoke out gaining Jason to stop and turning around to face Inasa. "I never got your name."

"It's Jason, Jason Todd." He answered him, wondering why he wanted to know his name.

Inasa pulls his upper body backwards while taking a deep breath, and to Jason's surprise as well as others around them, he bends forward to almost 180, slamming his head on the wooded floor as he wears an enthusiastic expression on his face.

"Thank you so much for your advice, Jason Todd!" Inasa yelled out. "I will forever remember your words! So again! Thank you!"

"Uh, It's, um, no problem man," Jason said, still trying to comprehend what he was seeing. "Well, I'll be seeing you. Good luck."

Jason soon left as Inasa raised his head high as blood dripped down from his forehead. Wiping it off from his head, he looks at where Jason was heading and wears an enthusiastic smile. He watches as he saw Jason taking his seat with the people that are probably his friends, and sooner or later he walked out of the cafe, still bearing the same smile on his face.

"Todd, thank you for opening my eyes. I will never forget this." Inasa thought as he walked down the streets. The words from Jason are still plaguing his mind. Jason Todd was right, no matter which school you go to, you will always have people with cold stares like Endeavor and those who don't have a passionate spirit. He will go to U.A High he loved, and he will not let anyone like the son of Endeavor stand in his way.

(Two Day Later. U.A High School.)

"Everyone is already here. I'm glad. Please, take your seats."

Ten Pro-Heroes are now seated at the U shaped table in the meeting room of U.A High. On the left side is Snipe, Power Loader, Cementoss, and Ectoplasm. On the right side is Eraser Head, Midnight, Present Mic, and Thirteen. And on the middle was the Principle of U.A High Nezu and the Symbol of Peace himself, All Might. But All Might isn't muscular but rather boned skinny due to his injuries almost six years ago. There are two more soft chairs that are with Nezu and All Might, as well as folders for each Pro-Heroes.

"So Principle, sir." Snipe started off. "What are we here for, if you don't mind me asking?"

"I'm glad you asked, Snipe," Nezu said with a smile. "I'm calling this meeting because we have a special guest joining us for a special project that I and her are putting together for quite a while. You see the folders that were placed in front of you?" They all nodded as they looked at the folders. "Those are the files that Amanda Waller has for a special group of people with gifted traits and unique abilities."

"Amanda Waller? The high government official?" All Might asked sounded surprised as well as everyone else who's heard of the name.

"That's correct, All Might. She will be joining us to discuss the project." Nezu answered.

"And what project are you and Waller are putting together?" Eraser Head asked, staring at the Principle with a tired, yet suspicious look.

"As I said before, in front of us are the files of the group of people with gifted traits," Nezu said. "Even I don't know what's in those folders. I figured that we should look through the files together when she arrived."

As if on cue, the knock from the door was heard as everyone turns their attention. Nezu smiled and calls out whoever was behind the door. "Come In!"

The door opened and someone entered the with. Entering the room was none other than Amanda Waller looking professional as she walks in.

Nezu smiled towards the Government Official and raise his paw up. "Amanda Waller. I'm so glad that you finally arrived."

"It's a pleasure to be here, Principle Nezu." Waller smiled as she walked to the side letting someone walked in. Entering the meeting room was Colonel Rick Flag, wearing his military uniform.

"Afternoon, ladies and gentlemen." Rick greeted the Pro-Heroes with a nod as everyone looked at him, though a certain 'R' Rated Hero stared at him with a seductive look, which Rick either ignored her or didn't even notice.

"Everyone, This is Colonel Rick Flag. He is my assistant and part of the Military Force, he will be joining us in this meeting." Waller said as the Colonel walked beside her. "There's a couple of people that will be joining us as well, and I'm pretty sure that you will be surprised, All Might."

All Might blinked a little while pointed at himself. "Me?"

"So, this is the Pro-Hero meeting of U.A?"

The filtered male voice was heard as All Might's eyes shot wide, blood in his vain has dropped and gasp out in shock as he looked at the familiar face coming through the door. Looking over the entrance door of the meeting room was a man in a dark blue and golden orange suit of armour, wearing a domed helmet that is covering his entire head. Dark blackish-blue with no visor on top and a golden orange jaw skull on the bottom.

All Might was shocked when he sees the man and jumped from his seat. "Bloodsport?!"

Bloodsport turns to face him after he stopped looking around the meeting room and recognizes the skinny man. "Oh, it's you All Might. Long time no see."

All Might was even more shocked than before. Not only that the person that he hasn't seen for a while and was thought to be in prison after he apprehended him for putting him in the hospital, but knows his name as he was in his true form and not in his muscle form. He asked the Mercenary fearfully, worried that his secrets will be out because of the Villain that knows it. "How do you know I am All Might?"

"Waller here shared it with us." Bloodsport answered truthfully as All Might and everyone except Nezu stared at Waller in disbelief, who only just shrugged. Bloodsport then pointed his thumb behind him. "That, and Mr Show Off over here wouldn't even stop laughing for the past week when he heard what's happened to you."

"And seeing you in person just makes it all the more fucking hilarious." Someone comes in and stood beside the Mercenary, which All Might quickly recognise. Standing beside him was none other than Peacemaker, Wearing a red and blue T-shirt with a yellow logo on his chest, blue gloves, blue belt with a long standard pistol and ammo casing, white trousers of special materials and dark blue boots. He wheres a silver helmet above his head

"Peacemaker." All Might narrowed his eyes at the Vigilante.

"Hey there, Muscle Head. Or should I say 'Skinny Head.'" Peacemaker said as he snickered at the name he gave him.

"What is the meaning of this?" Cementoss questioned as he saw the Villains with a suspicious stare. "What are Villains doing here at our school?"

"Actually, we no longer criminals, Cube-Head." Peacemaker corrected him while at the same time insulting him. "Waller dropped all our charges. So basically, we're not Villains."

"You dropped all the crimes that they committed?" Ectoplasm questioned Waller who has a smirk on her face.

"They completed the mission that I assigned them a long time ago, and they're now working for me," Waller said, leaving the Pro-Heroes in disbelief, wondering why the Government Official wanted to hire a couple of Villains into her course.

The cough was heard as they turn their attention to Nezu. The Principle took a moment of silence until he faces the former Villains. "Bloodsport, Peacemaker. I'm sure it is nice to have you welcome to this meeting."

"The pleasure's ours." Bloodsport said though the tone of his voice was changed as he looks at the Quirk Wielding Animal.

Peacemaker notices his tone of voice and couldn't help but chuckle. "You still afraid of rats? I thought Cleo helped you face that fear?"

"Not the one that can actually talk and acted like a fucking human being." Bloodsport muttered, clearly annoyed as Peacemaker made a short laugh.

Nezu chuckles and smiled amusingly. "I can assure you Bloodsport, I mean you no harm. And I'm pretty sure I'm not a rat. I could either be a dog or a bear for all we know."

"That's not reassuring, and I'm pretty sure you're a rat." Bloodsport mumbled under his breath through his helmet.

"Now. I believe that there are more matters to attend to?" Waller started as she looks at the Principle.

"Ah yes there is," Nezu said after remembering what they're here for. "Come, let's begin the meeting."

Soon after things have settled, Amanda Waller and Rick Flag sat on their seats beside Nezu and All Might while Bloodsport and Peacemaker were standing beside them close to their superiors, except Bloodsport whose seems to keep his distance(Possibly from Nezu). The rest of the Pro-Heroes were sitting there tensely as there are former Villains are in the room with them. Some of them, mainly the likes of Eraser Head, Snipe and Cementoss, stared at the former Villains with suspicious looks, but Bloodsport and Peacemaker don't seem to care as the meeting was about to start.

"Now, as Principle Nezu already told you about this. This meeting is about a special project me and Principle Nezu were working on." Waller explained to the group of Pro-Heroes. "This project is about a group of children who are once lost and forgotten by society, who I found and took them in, joining the Hero-Course program of U.A High. These children possess their own unique set of abilities, and we as well as others under my supervision training them to become the most effective squad that we like to call..." She gestured to the title of the folders that were in front of them. "Task Force X."

"Task Force X," Eraser Head says the name as he looked at the folder that said the name. He then looked at Waller. "And you said you and others are training these children?"

"That's right. Not just me and Colonel," Waller gestured her arm towards Bloodsport and Peacemaker. "But Bloodsport, Peacemaker, as well as others trained them of what we know."

"You let those Villains train those Kids!?" Present Mi shouted in disbelief, as he and other Pro-Heroes not believe the words of what the Gov official said. Who in their right mind let the group of dangerous Villains training those kids. For all they know, they could be corrupting those innocent children as they know it.

"Again, we're no longer criminals." Peacemaker muttered with an annoyed sigh, he was starting to get tired of being called Villains. Bloodsport was the same as him as he two sighs under his helmet.

"Despite what you think, they've already trained under the best professionals that I know. And this project is to help them become one of the best, if not greater than themselves." Waller said as the Pro-Heroes were unsure about this project, they were worried about these children likely being brainwashed by the Villain's views. Waller then grasp the edge of the folder page. "Now, Let's begin."

She opened her folder as everyone at the table followed suit. The first file they saw is the face of a young man with raven hair and green eyes, along with a full name, age, height, etc.

"Jason Todd." Waller started off as everyone was looking at the file. "Orphaned at a young age when his mother died from an overdose of drugs, while his father left them to continue his criminal activities. He spends his life scavaging in the streets of Gotham City, until we found him and bring him in, offered him a home when no one didn't."

"Poor kid." Snipe said in sympathy, as he and everyone felt sorry for the boy that has gone through a hard life. He then notices something in the file and addresses it. "Hang on, I notice in the Quirk box it said 'none'. Does he have an unknown Quirk?"

"No, in fact, he doesn't have any powers. He's Quirkless." She stated as everyone at the table except Rick and possibly Nezu stared at her in shock. "Some of them in the files doesn't even have any Quirks."

"Quirkless Kids?" Eraser Head questioned as he looks at Waller with a narrowed and disapproved look. "That's reckless and irrational to bring Quirkless kids to train to fight someone with a dangerous Quirks. They could be easily killed in an instance."

"Don't judge the book by its cover, Shota Aizawa," Waller said giving him an even look. "They've been trained to know how to adapt to someone who has a powerful Quirks. And Besides, Bloodsport put All Might in the ICU with a rare bullet and Peacemaker killed people that have dangerous Quirks, and they're both Quirkless."

The Pro Heroes were shocked by the information and turned their attention towards the former Villains, which Peacemaker have a smug look on his face while Bloodsport folded his arms and let out a huff. All Might remember the first time he met Bloodsport and in their first encounter, the Mercenary shot him with a bullet that's made out of special rare material that can penetrate almost anything. He was in the hospital for a full month until he was able to recover and managed to apprehend him to the police. There was a reason why Bloodsport is considered to be one of his most adversaries, so hearing that Bloodsport is Quirkless is indeed shocking, but at the same time guilty about the reminder of what happened six years ago, and hopefully one day he will one day see his stepson again and apologies of what he did.

"Now, let's continue." Waller flipped the file over to the next one, revealing a light tan skin young man with brown hair and blue eyes. "Floyd Lawton. He was born in a Lawton family that is rich. When he is diagnosed as Quirkless, his life was turned upside down. His parents started neglecting him and abusing him because he was Quirkless, except his older brother who treated him like he was a family, Which Floyd sees him as his hero."

"Felt bad for the kid," Cementoss said he and other Pro-Heroes felt sorry for Lawton while feeling angry with his parent for treating him badly. "An I'm guessing something happened that makes you brought him with you."

"His father was an alcoholic and his mother and his older brother were planning to kill him. Floyd tries to stop them, but he got sent to the basement and locked in there so he doesn't interfere." Waller explained Lawton's childhood as the Pro-Heroes listened. "Floyd escaped from the basement picked up a rifle and positioned himself on the branches of the tree. Floyd was attempted to shoot the pistol out of his brother's hands in an attempt to save him from doing the unthinkable, but the branch of the tree snapped and got him to accidentally shoot his brother in the head, inadvertently killed the brother he loved to save the father he hated."

The Pro-Heroes were shocked to hear the story of Lawton's childhood. Hearing the boy being abused was one thing, but hearing Lawton accidentally murder his brother was saddening to hear. They now already see Lawton as a murderer and that one act alone makes him a criminal.

"After that, Floyd ran away from home, forever regretting killing his brother to this very day. We found him trying to commit suicide after what he's done, and managed to save him from doing the unthinkable and brought him into Bell Rev. His goal was to never miss a shot, and he planned on not making the same mistake again after what he did to his brother."

"I trained that kid myself," Bloodsport added in gaining the few Heroes' attention. "boy's got raw talent, never missed a shot, not once. By the time he got older, he could one day become my successor."

"Successor." All Might Thought as he looked at the files of young Lawton. The mention of the word Successor reminds him of why he was in his true form in the first place. After the few months after young Midoriya left, he was in a heated battle with his Arch Nemesis, All For One. After that battle and believing that he's dead, All Might was left in a crippled state and can stay in his muscle form for a limited amount of time. That's why he needs a successor quick, and that successor was young Bakugo. He was going to give his Quirk to young Midoriya after he returned back home, but after he got injured and there's no telling when his stepson will be returning, he'll need to give it to young Bakugo because he has what it takes to be a hero from what he heard from everyone else from his previous school. Hearing Bloodsport having a potential successor reminds him why he needs a successor.

Waller then turns the next file revealing a young girl with pure white skin, blonde hair and blue eyes with a mad smile on her face. "Harleen Quinzel. She's what we like to call 'The Wildcard'. Her mother was a psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum in Gotham City while her father worked in Ace Chemicals. They were happy together from the moment she was born. However, by the time she was diagnosed as Quirkless, they couldn't handle the stress and comments from others and they did the most unthinkable action to the poor girl." waller was silent for a few moments as she looked sad. "Her parents took her to where her father worked and toss her down to the tank filled with acid chemicals, attempted to kill the child that they deemed a burden."

The Pro Heroes were once again shocked by the harsh childhood the poor girl had gone through. Hearing about the young girl's parents attempting to murder their child was unacceptable, most of them were angered by the information that they've learned.

"And what happened after that," Nezu asked her, hearing the story of the young girl's childhood was depressing to hear.

"Harleen survived from the exposure of the chemicals, however her mind and body were altered forever." Waller continued with a sad look. "After she got out of the facility, Harleen wandered around Gotham in a crazed state, no one was there to help her. We found her in an alleyway laughing hysterically and was covered in blood, cuts and bruises. We took her in and offer her place a home and a family that she can depend on. Her broken mind was healed, but her personality was forever tainted due to the chemicals."

"And what of her parent?" Ectoplasm asked, wanting to know about her parents that wanted to kill her and got her the way she is now.

"They've been charged with attempted child murder and were sentenced to life in prison," Waller answered. Wasted no time and onto the point, she flipped to the next file. The next file reveals a young man with light brown hair and blue eyes. "Next we have the Aussie. George 'Digger' Harkness. Though everyone calls him Digger. He was raised in the slums in Central City with his parent, barely able to get by with very little money they have left. Eventually, his parents died of starvation, leaving the boy alone in the harsh environments as an orphan, until we found him and took him in so he can have a chance for a new life he thought he never had."

"Poor kid." Thirteen stated, feeling sorry for the Aussie as she looked at the Quirk box that's labelled the name of his Quirk. "And It appears this one has a Quirk."

"Indeed he has. His Quirk is called Speed-Catcher. When he throws the object from his hand and when it reaches down to his level, he can go super fast towards the object that he threw, and the effect ends when he catches them." Waller explained Digger's Quirk to the Heroes.

Waller turned the file over as everyone followed suit. By the time they were there, they saw the picture that got them blinked in surprise. Present Mic was the first to speak. "Whoa. This one is a ray of sunshine."

"His name's Waylon Jones. Evolution takes a step backwards on this one." Waller said as they look at the picture of a humanoid crocodile with a scar down on his left eye. "He was born with a rare skin disease that gave him the near appearance of a crocodile. He was left under the guardianship of his abusive aunt."

"Abusive aunt? What happened to his parents?" Midnight asks, having a bad feeling where this was heading.

"His mother died while given birth to him and his father abandoned him, leaving him all alone with his aunt who's abusing him for being a freak of nature." Rick finally spoke up taking over waller temporarily. "By the time his Quirk manifested that gave him a tail, claws and sharp teethes, his aunty tried to murder him in cold blood. But Waylon beat her to it and not only did he kill her, but he also... ate her."

The Pro-Heroes were surprised by this information. They knew from what they heard he's going to be a murderer, but they never thought that he's gonna be a cannibal either.

"After Waylon killed her aunt in self-defence, he spends some of his life in the sewers underneath Gotham City in search of sanctuary," Waller said, once again taking over. "We found him there and gave him a place he called home, as well as a new family that he will cherish forever."

Waller and the others turned over to another file, this one is a young man with no hair and brown eyes. his face has what appeared to have a skull-like marking as if he had been tattooed. "Chato Santana. His Quirk is extraordinary. We called it 'Devil Fire', he has the ability to produce and manipulate fire, much like the Number Two Hero, Endeavor."

"Now that's an interesting Quirk." Power Loader said as he looks at the file through his helmet.

"However, something happened when he gained that Quirk," Waller said giving the Heroes some sad news. "By the time his Quirk Manifested, he couldn't control it and set the whole house on fire, killing his whole family in the process." Everyone looks down in sadness at what they heard. "After that incident and took him in when he has nowhere to go, he convinced himself that he has a devil's gift and that he will never use it on anyone else ever again. Until someone from this file comes to his aid and gave him a purpose to prove that his Quirk is not a curse, but we'll get him when we reach the last file."

This got the Pro-Heroes interested when she said that someone from this file helped Satana from his fall of grace as Waller turns the next file once again. The next file was a girl with dark brown hair and green eyes, with the rat on her shoulder. "Cleo Flannegan. Her Quirk is called Rat-Control. By its namesake, she has the ability to control rats."

"How very interesting," Nezu commented but couldn't help but shivered slightly as he felt unnerved at the power that this young girl possessed. He wasn't sure what kind of animal he was when he was experimented on by humans, but deep inside and couldn't help but admit, he wishes that he's not a mouse/rat and fears that in a fortunate accident he might be in her control, which he hoped that's never come true.

"Her father, Otis Flannegan, was a lowlife thief who goes by the name 'Ratcatcher'. He raised her and cared for her while teaching her how to control rats through her Quirk that she inherited from him." The Gov official explained as the teachers frowned when they learned that the young girl was being raised by the Villain who's her father. "But over time, Her father passed away and she was left all alone. We found her attempted to steal some jewellery and took her in where she found another family where no one will abandon her."

"And don't forget she helped you get over your fear of rats, for the most part." Peacemaker said looking over to Bloodsport with a devious smile. "Right, Dubois?"

"Shut up." Bloodsport scolded him as the Vigilante let out of amusing chuckle.

Wasting no time, she turns over to another file and was revealed a dark-skinned young man with buzzed-cut brown hair and brown eyes. "David Kane. He was raised by his father who is a pirate who raided any shipment whenever he set his eyes on. Of course, his father never wanted him to join in on his raids because it is too dangerous for the small boy who's diagnosed with Autism."

The Pro-Heroes were once again frowned upon by the information about another child being raised by the Villain, but at least they are grateful to the pirate for never letting his son be involved in his life of villainy.

"Then one fateful day, David's father was murdered in cold blood by a Pro-Hero who interfered in his raids. David was once an orphan as he was travelling across the sea in his father's advanced submarine. He then one day travelled to Bell Rev Island and we took him in, giving him a place to stay." Waller finished David's story. "He was trained by Dr T.O Morrow for his unique craftsmanship and engineering."

"Dr Morrow? The disgraced scientist." Power Loader asks. The mentioned Villainous scientist has got his attention. "You know him?"

"We do. In fact, He's already here in Japan," Rick stated leaving the Pros surprised. "He's currently looking after the kids."

"You sure it's wise to have a Villain watching over them?" Eraser Head asked with a suspicious stare as he looks at Waller, the Colonel as well the two ex Villians, which the latter behind her sighed in annoyance to be called villains yet again.

"They are in good hands, you do not need to worry," Waller assured him as she turns over to the next file, which has a humanoid shark bearing a toothy smile towards the camera. "Next we have Nanaue, one of the rarest animals who ever gained a Quirk. We found him on his own on a small deserted island. We took him into Bell Rev and gave him a place he called home."

"Interesting, I never believe I found another fellow animal who gains a Quirk like me," Nezu said smiled pleasantly as he was looking at the picture of the humanoid shark with great interest. It's absolutely rare that animals can have a quirk, so seeing a fellow Animal-Quirk User such as himself is very pleasant to see, which got him to chuckle. He also notices there's little there is to know about him and cannot help but ask. "Hmm... I notice there's not much to know about this Nanaue fellow. Any particular reason why?"

"His origin has been declared classified after he told us about his past after we took him in. And he did not wish for anyone to pry it out of him unless it was those he could trust." Waller responded as she was about to flip the next and final page, but paused. "And last and not least..." She took a small glance at All Might before smiling as she turned to the next file and said the name from the last file. "Izuku Midoriya."

By the moment the name was heard around the room, All Might's eyes shot open and gasp out in shock. He quickly turns over the page, wanting to know if Waller was telling the truth. When the last folder was revealed, All Might stared at the file in disbelief as he looked at the picture of his long lost stepson. The picture reveals none other than Izuku Midoriya, with Dark green hair on the top while the sides of his head were shaved off, green eyes and freckles on his cheeks.

"Young Izuku." All Might thought as he let out tears from his eyes, not believing what he's seeing, but it's there, right in front of his very eyes.

"He ran away from his home after he was abused relentlessly at school by both the students as well as teachers." Waller telling the tale of Izuku's childhood. "His Parents never supported his dreams of becoming a hero despite being Quirkless. His father left his son and his ex-wife because he has to go off seas for his job, and a few years after that his mother got together with a Pro-Hero who said that he doesn't have what it takes to be a hero. And that Pro-Hero, is none other than All Might himself."

Everyone looks at All Might as they saw him looking down at the file with tears in his eyes, looking incredibly guilty and ashamed of what he's done six years ago. All Might felt like his mistake was coming back to him, as he felt a sharp pain in his heart. Ever since Izuku left, he felt ashamed of what he said to the poor boy, as well as not being there for him when he needed most. He was so focused on being the Symbole of Peace trying to save everyone, but the one thing he didn't save, is a young boy who he considered his son, being bullied and abused both mentally and physically. Ever since then, he felt like he failed not as a Hero, but also as a father figure what young Midoriya needed the most.

"You know, for someone who's been called the Symbol of Peace and is the top-ranked Hero," Rick started as he looks at All Might with a disappointing look. "You're really terrible at being a father. I mean, who says to the kid that you don't have what it takes to be a hero?"

"I have to agree. That was a pretty fucked up move you just did." Bloodsport said, judging by the voice behind his helmet, he was pissed. "I have a kid of my own and I always have time to see her, even if I don't deserve it. I may be an Assassin, but I don't go around telling my daughter horrible shit."

Peacemaker scoffed at this and glared at All Might. "Some 'Symbol of Peace' you are."

All Might looks down as he closes his eyes in shame. The mistakes from his past are hitting him full force. "I realized what I did by the moment he went missing, and I regret what I said to him to this very day for the rest of my life. I was relieved that he was with someone and wasn't in any harm." He then looks at Waller with small tears in his eyes. "But I never suspected that he was with you this whole time."

"I found Izuku sitting on the chair crying because he couldn't handle the pain he receives from others, and what you said to him shattered his dreams and he was nearly mentally broken. If I didn't come to see him, There's a high chance that Izuku would commit suicide or worse, turned him into the life of villainy." Waller told him, which All Might flinched by her statement putting more salt to his wound as well as his guilt. "I took him to bell Rev Island and gave him not just a new home, but also a family that everyone will not belittle him because of his condition. Me, Colonel, Bloodsport, Peacemaker, children from the files, WE are his family."

Everyone was taking all of this in as they heard the sad childhood of the young boy. All Might is taking it hard as he let out a few tears from his eyes in grief, anger at himself and wishing he could go back and fixed everything, and also relief, relief that Young Izuku found the people that he can get along with, as well as knowing that his stepson is no longer in pain. He knows that Young Midoriya is here in Japan, and when he finds him, he will apologise for everything he's done and what he said to him and hopefully one day, he could be a father figure Izuku would never have. It may be too late and he might never accept his forgiveness, but he will do whatever it takes to make amends between them and bring him back home to his mother.

"When Izuku first arrived in Bell Rev Island, I already arranged the perfect mentor to help train Izuku and put him through harsh training he ever experiences." Waller continued as Pro-Heroes looked up when she said the young boy has a mentor, no doubt from the Villain of course. "He was being trained by the World's Greatest Assassin."

It didn't take much for the Pro-Heroes to put two and two together as they look at Waller with a shocking look, especially All Might who's been shaking from his seat as he looks on with a small sense of fear. "Y-you telling us that he been trained by... by Deathstroke himself?!"

"The Number One Assassin?! And you let him train that boy?!" Snipe gawked at her as Waller only smirked.

"Indeed I did. And because of that, Izuku Midoriya has become the most skilled and effective member of Task Force X," Waller stated, all with a smirk on her face as she watched the Pro-Heroes stared at her with disbelief, except Principle Nezy who's looked all the more intrigued.

All Might was more shocked out of all the Pro-Teachers in the room and was shaking fearfully in his seat. Not only did he know that Young Midoriya was taking in by Amanda Waller, but also been trained by the World's Greatest Assassin himself. He wouldn't dare to admit this, but out of all the rivalries he has with the Number Two Hero and his Arch Nemesis, Deathstroke was considered to be his true rival. He wasn't called the Number One Assassin for a reason, and they both are evenly matched in terms of abilities, All Might has the strength while Deathstroke had the intellect. Mind vs Muscles, Brain vs Brawn. No matter how many times All Might encountered him, they were always ended in a draw. Hearing that Young Midoriya was trained by Deathstroke himself was frightening to hear, it was almost terrifying as he could see Izuku fighting like Deathstroke through his mental image, which got him shaking in fear.

Waller closes her folder as Rick, Nezu and some others followed suit. "And those are the members of the newly formed Task Force X, each with their own unique set of abilities and special traits beyond anything a normal human can have. This special project is to help them become more than what they once were, and this is a great opportunity for them to become greater."

Everyone was silent for a minute, trying to digest the information about the project as well as the children from the files. Present Mic was the first to speak as he wanted to say his concerns. "I'm sorry to say this, yo. But based on what you said about these kids, we can't have them coming here to U.A. This project has to be cancelled for their own good."

"I have to agree with Mic here. Having them coming to this school is the most irrational and most unwise." Eraser Head stated as he and others in the table agreed with his fellow Pro-Hero as he looked coldly at Waller. "With their personal records they have with them, we can't let them attend U.A High. They have criminal pasts, they're Villains. They don't have what it takes to be Pro-Heroes."

All Might flinched from the statement from Aizawa, already being reminded of the words he said to the boy in the folder. Peacemaker was growling in irritation and he was about to walk forward to teach that bastard a lesson, but Bloodsport stops him and shook his head to him, not wanting him or himself to get in trouble with the Pro-Heroes.

"Have any of you believe in second chances?" Waller asked them as everyone went silent for a moment. She then continued. "Of course not, most of you don't really care what they went through and already declared them Villain, such short-sighted." She sighed as she shook her head in disappointment and she glared around everyone at the table. "That said, I never said that they are going to become Pro-Heroes. I said that this project was to help them become better than what they once were, help them overcome their struggles and let go of their past that they want to erase. Think of this as the form of a rehabilitation program, which you so arrogantly ignored."

Almost all of the Pro-Heroes looked at the Principle with a near pleading look, wanted to know what he thinks and hopefully, he will agree with them and stop Waller's project. Thirteen was the first to speak. "Principle Nezu, are you seriously going to agree with this project?"

"I understand your concerns, but I completely agree with Amanda Waller," Nezu said leaving the Pro-Heroes surprised while the guests of honour smiling. Nezu crossed his arms and closed his eyes as he continued. "Their pasts are sad and depressing, and no doubt they can be seen as the sign of Villainy, but this project is the best course of action. Our Jobs as Pro-Heroes may be to stop Villains, but it's also our job to stop them from becoming one. We must pull them out from the darkness and bring them back to the light side of good. Being a hero means not only defeating villains but also saving them from the path of evil." Nezu opened his eyes and looked up to the group. "The project must go on. This is our chance to redeem them for the crimes they've committed."

The Pro-Heroes were looking at the folders they just read. Most of them believe that this is a terrible idea, that there is no hope of redeeming these children or that they can't join the Hero Course of their school, only because they have criminal pasts and murders in their records. Some of them, especially All Might, agreed with the Principle and wanted to have them redeemed for the crimes they committed. All Might though agreed to this project not only to help them become the best heroes they can be but also wanted to see young Midoriya again. It's been too long since the last time he saw the kid, and this could be his chance to redeem himself and apologies to him and bring him home. He must tell Inko about this, she has to know.

Waller, Rick, Bloodsport and Peacemaker gave out a pleasing smile when Nezu agreed to go along with this project. Despite what Principle Nezu just said which is absolutely delusional to hear because the kids they raised and trained were not falling into darkness and they are not Villains. It's true of what the Principle has said, some of them wanted to let go of their pasts and wanted to move forward. Like Floyd wanted to move on from the death of his brother, Chato wanted to prove his Quirk is not a Devil's gift, and Izuku wanted to prove to the whole world that Quirkless are not useless. Some of them accepted what they are but they also wanted to become better, so the statement from the Principle was not completely wrong, but it's still delusional to think that they're already Villains even though they're not.

"Now, I believe that this meeting is over," Nezu said as he clapped his paws together with a smile. "Task Force X will be assigned to Class 1-A with Eraser Head as a homeroom teacher, with Colonel Rick Flag, Bloodsport, Peacemaker and Dr T.O Morrow as the teacher assistants. That won't be a problem right?" he asked the Pro-Heroes who're grumbled in their seats, not looking forward to having Villains as their teaching assistants, as said villains smirked by this, looking forward to working with the Pro-Heroes that they clearly don't like. Nezu smiled more as he then turns towards Waller with a grateful smile. "Thank you for the meeting, Amanda Waller. I'll be sure to send out their uniforms over to your current home address."

"Thank you very much, Principle Nezu." Waller nodded gracefully before standing up from her seat and soon left the U-shaped table. Rick later sat up from the comfy chair and leaves the table with his superior. Bloodsport and Peacemaker soon left their position and followed them out of the room.

As they are now out of the room, they are now currently walking through the school's hallway and showing themselves a way out. As they kept walking, they stopped by someone calling out to them, most specifically, Waller.

"Waller." They turned around and saw All Might rushing over to them, and stopped a few feet away from them.

"What do you want with us, Muscle Head?" Peacemaker demanded the Symbol of Peace of why he wanted to see them.

All Might was silent for a moment as he looked down, not able to look at them as he asked them his question. "Young Izuku. I just wanted to ask, is he doing okay?"

"Oh! Now you worried about the kid. Too bad you didn't show all that when you were so busy pretending to be the beacon of Peace, which I find insulting." Peacemaker berated the current state of All Might when suddenly he was being elbowed by Bloodsport, telling him to shut up. All Might didn't say anything as he looks down in shame, knowing that he's right.

Rick sighed as he addresses the situation about the boy. "Izuku is doing quite well, All Might. You don't have to worry about him getting into any sort of trouble."

"I'm glad to hear it." All Might was relieved that the boy he considered his son is alright, but there is one question that he wanted to ask them. "Is there's a possible chance I get to see him?"

"Not right now I'm afraid," Waller answered him. "He not quite ready to see you or Inko just yet, but when they first entered U.A, you'll have your chance to see him again. He needs time until he thinks he's ready."

"I see." All Might lower his head down, sad to know that he's not allowed to see him right now, but he understands how long it's been since they last saw each other.

"Now, I believe we should be going," Waller said as she and others around her were about to walk away until she stops and looks at All Might. "Before I forget, Izuku didn't fully blame you for what you said to him." All Might perk up when she said that, but before he says anything she continued. "It's your choice that's got him furious."

All Might was left confused when he saw Amanda taking her leave and out of sight, wondering what could she mean that she said young Midoriya was mad because of his choice. He shook his head and decided to leave that till later and focus on another goal in mind. He needs to let Inko know, Izuku is here in Japan, and that he's coming to U.A. He has no time to waste.

"Inko! I'm home!"

All Might left U.A after he and other Pro-Heroes finishes off with the meeting that was been placed by the Principle and the Gov Official. He then returned home to the apartment and he entered inside and headed to the lounge, and found Inko looking something at the kitchen area. Inko turns around and saw All Might and smiled sweetly at him.

"Hello Honey." She greeted him as she turns back towards the food she's cooking. "How did it go with the meeting at U.A?"

"Everything went alright, Inko, except for a few arguments and surprises that we didn't expect." All Might replied as the encounter of his most adversaries was still fresh in his mind. He shook his head and turns to face Inko, focusing on what's important. "But other than that, There's something that you need to know."

"Really?" Inko asked as she reaches out her hand and uses her Quirk to pull some kitchen cutlery towards her, she grabs it and starts going back to her cooking. "Then please tell me."

All Might was silent for a moment as he took a deep breath, unable to contain his excitement of telling her the news. "Izuku Midoriya. He's here in Japan."

From the moment he said that name, Inko stops stirring and was stood there in shock, unable to comprehend what she's hearing. She turns around to face him and she bears a disbelief look as tears started to form in her eyes.

"I-Izuku's here?" Inko said quivering as tears falling down her cheeks." M-my baby boy is here?!"

"He's here, Inko. He'll be starting at U.A High for a project that the meeting was for. Amanda Waller took care of him and now he's here, in Japan." All Might told her the honest truth as he came over to her in the kitchen area and place his hands on the emotional mother. "We'll get to see him again, Inko. We can bring him home together."

Inko was quivering too much until she breaks down and hugs All Might's skinny chest, crying loudly in massive joy and happiness that her baby boy is coming back. She's been waiting so long for this, all she ever wanted was to see her son again. She waited six years to have her son return to her again, and now she knows that Izuku is here and is going to U.A, which is not far from where she and All Might lived, she will do everything in her power to make things right with her baby boy. She failed him as a mother once, she will not make that same mistake again, she's determined to make amends.

She let go of All Might and rub her eyes using her left arm. When she moved it away, she took a look at her hand, most specifically, her ring finger. It has a silver ring with an emerald diamond on it. her face was soon turned into worry. It's been six years since Izuku left and she and All Might have been through a lot together. She just hopes that her little baby boy will accept the changes.
