Dimension: Warhammer 40K Alternate Universe
"Oh, great Terra, what just happened", that would be none other Chapter Master Sarpedon of the Soul Drinkers chapter who just woke up and takes off his Helmet after waking up with it on.
"Luko? Graevus?" Well Luko and Graevus woke next to and they too where wearing helmets, plus their all notice their Armor looks like the MK-VII Aquila Power Armor.
"Wait how are we alive, because there is just no way we could have a survived going into the warp portal?" Sarpedon wonders has he picks up the Soulspear that was laying next to him.
"But how I'm back to my Human self?" Sarpedon ask because and 2 of his fellow Battle Brothers notice that Sarpedon doesn't have his Spider Legs any more, he just have his original legs.
"More to that we are in the Golden Throne of Terra", Luko comment after they recognize what looks to be the Golden of Throne of Terra that belongs to the Emperor himself.
"I believe I can answer that question." Some Woman in a speaker said to them which quickly jolts the trio.
"Who's there!?" Sarpedon said as they put their Helmets back on and points their Bolter Godwyn Ultima where that the voice came from.
A large double door opens and the woman approaches the trio. After getting closer they get examine the woman, she's has Black Long Hair, pale white skin, black colored eyes, her Armor she wears is the same gold color scheme as the Emperor of Mankind. The differences is the design of the armor resembles the Power Armor used by the Sisters of Battle.

"Who are you?" Sarpedon ask which gave the woman a smug look on her face, but of course she can understand that they have no idea that they are in Alternate Universe after all.
"How typical, of course you don't recognize me and I'm the Empress of Mankind", she introduce herself by the trio look at each other in confusion.

"This isn't any Chaos Trickery is it?" Sarpedon ask but isn't anything like that actually.
"No it isn't Chapter Master Sarpedon, you and your fellow Soul Drinkers Space Marines that are loyal to you have been reborn in a whole Alternate Universe that's far different from the one you originally know of. Here the Imperium of Man is run by the Empress which is me", well what she says in enough to convince Sarpedon, Luko and Graevus to lower their Weapons viewing her not as a threat.
"Alternate Universe okay, so does that mean any of the Battles we are familiar with never actually happened in this Universe?" Sarpedon ask as the Empress sits at her throne.
"Yeah, but will get to that later on. This version of the Imperium of Man's Military has only the Space Marines and the Sisters of Battle to defend it from it's enemies. This means the Soul Drinkers are the only Space Marines Chapter and largest to exist in this Alternate Universe along with the Order of our Martyred Lady", the Empress explains more about the Military of the the Alternate Imperium of Man.
"What about the Imperial Navy?" Sarpedon then ask about the Imperial Navy next.
"Oh there is really an Imperial Navy, but the ones who operate the Starships are all Soul Drinker Space Marines and Order of our Martyred Lady Battle Sisters. Also the Titans and Imperial Knights are owned by the Space Marines which is all of you."
"Us own the Titans and Imperial Knights because the Adeptus Mechanicus doesn't exist in this Alternate Universe whatsoever", Sarpedon commented after hearing about that.
"Correct."

"What about Planetary Defense Force since the Imperial Guard doesn't exist in Alternate Universe?"
"Same thing Chapter Master, Soul Drinkers Space Marines and Order of our Martyred Lady Battle Sisters", the Empress answer him.
"So that also mean since there no Adeptus Custodians either, you choose the best of us Soul Drinkers and those in the Order of our Martyred Lady to guard you in the Imperial Palace."
"Yes Chapter Master, plus since I never ended up like the Emperor after the Horus Heresy just like in the Universe you know about, I would usually tag along with any adventures and missions too."
"Your serious?" Sarpedon ask because the Emperor never participated on Imperial Missions and Adventures in the never ending War against the Xenos and Chaos after the Horus Heresy met it's conclusion.
"I'm very serious, well let's take a ride on a Thunderhawk Gunship so I can explain some more", the Empress said after leaving her throne.

Coming up next, the Empress gives out more details about this Alternate Universe and who is the Enemy of the Imperium of Man.
Notes: Yes this Imperium of Man of this Alternate Universe has a Empress and she looks like Mikoto from Fire Emblem Fates, plus I can't describe the skin color but I think is pale white, even the color of her eyes too.
Oh my reason for the Space Marines Soul Drinkers and the Sisters of Battle Order of our Martyred Lady being the only defenders of this version of the Imperium of Man. Because there are too many Military Branches of the Imperium so I choose only those 2 to defend it so I can avoid getting lost.
