'Ahh, I was wondering when you amphibians would reveal yourselves.' Pang Tong stated as the large frog he was engaged in battle with, swung their sword high, blocked by one of the spectral guards armed with a large claymore. Pang Tong was standing quite a bit away from the large frog, separating between him and the amphibian was his black phoenix spectral guard that were summoned from his scroll.

'It was rather difficult to not get involved I must admit but orders are orders. I'm sure you can appreciate that, being a so-called strategist!' They exclaimed the last part as they swept their blade, hovering over the ground, being blocked by a couple of the phoenix guards' weapons and shields as to not completely cleave them.

'Yes, I suppose so. Who gave you the orders to attack now anyway? I don't think I see them anywhere.' Pang Tong questioned.

'Hey, how about you don't make small talk with the enemy and kill them!' Dodomeki yelled as he leapt over a large glaive trying to cleave through his abdomen, wielded by another frog, this one held a two handed glaive with bright green symbol on the polearm and the blade. Shining its way through the bleak darkness of the night. This frog was primarily red with black lines around their body.

'You cannot rush these things my cyclopean friend' Pang Tong chuckled.

'Yeah, focus on yourself!' The frog duelling Dodomeki advised as they attacked overhead. Dodomeki sidestepped the attack before he had to dodge and leap out of the way out of the amphibian's tongue as it lashed towards Dodomeki a couple of times. Each time creating a small crater and shattering the ground with each lash. Dodomeki leapt up and gave the frog a right handed punch across its slimy face. Dodomeki leapt past him and landed behind the large amphibian who staggered back a bit before swinging his glaive towards Dodomeki.

'Not bad, but not good enough!' he declared as he spun around on the spot. Dodomeki jumped over the blade, tucking his legs to his chest as the blade hovers below him. Destroying various buildings in the process as the roofs and bricks collapsed on itself before the glaive is raised high to slam down towards Dodomeki. He sidestepped the attack and leapt up to raise another punch, this time the frog was ready as he lashed out his tongue again towards Dodomeki in the air. He was unable to do much while he was flying towards them. All Dodomeki could do was twist his body clockwise, narrowly avoiding the blood red tongue caked with saliva. As he flew past the frog it twisted its body clockwise aswell and extended his left leg, kicking Dodomeki in the back, careening him across the stone floor for several metres. Dodomeki could right himself and used his left gauntlet to grab the floor to slow his momentum slightly and allowed him to place his feet on the ground.

Dodomeki breathed heavily as he found himself kneeling while his opponent who towered over him smirked wickedly with its open mouth, readying his glaive for another attack. His fight with Luna made him more exhausted than he otherwise would, along with the fact he was fighting with one arm didn't help matters either. He glanced towards his left to see LingQi fighting against her opponent, despite his respect for her skills and strength she was still only human. If he was this exhausted he could only imagine how fatigued LingQi is. He shook his head, now wasn't the time for such thoughts he had to focus on his enemy as he looked to see him leap up in the air and motioned his glaive downwards. Dodomeki widened his eye and narrowly avoided the plunging attack. The attack shattered the ground around it in a 10 ft cube with cracks appearing all around unevenly. The frog croaked deeply as it locked eyes with Dodomeki and went on the offensive once again.

However, though LingQi was severely struggling with her opponent. The frog thrusted his trident and lashed his tongue towards her, naturally she was able to dodge and deflect the attacks however she found herself sweating profusely. Her entire body ached with soreness as she found herself outmatched, she wasn't prepared for this type of enemy that towered over her. Luna was hard enough but this, was on another level. How could she deal with an opponent with long ranged and short ranged capabilities, as tall as Gyuki while she was exhausted? She knew she had to find a way though. The large frog slammed the trident on the ground forcing LingQi to roll out of the way. She knew there was no way she was going to win a deadlock with this creature she thought to herself. With another thrust of the of the trident she was able to deflect the attack away enough so that none of the prongs were able to hit her, instead making holes in the ground as if they were recently drilled.

'Stand still human, are you a warrior or a coward!?' The frog croaked in frustration unable to land a blow on her despite her exhaustion. He prodded the trident at her several times but each time she narrowly was able to avoid the attacks. He croaked before he lashed out his slimy tongue towards LingQi, she avoided the attacks as they created craters in the ground, before he was able to recoil his tongue back, she was twisted her body to the left and attacked downwards, slicing the side of the tongue forcing him to stagger back while the tongue flew upwards. He groaned loudly as splatters of bright green blood dripped from the sky before it was fully withdrawn back in.

'Augh, you'll pay for that!' It furiously stated as he increased his offensive as his attacks grew more wilder with each swing. Causing more collateral damage to the roads and the buildings besides them as he moved forward while LingQi moved back, desperately thinking of a way to get out of the situation. The amphibian hopped over LingQi with each and twisted its body so it would face her. LingQi immediately stopped in her tracks as the frog rotated its tower shield wielded in its left arm horizontally and came crashing down towards LingQi diagonally. LingQi rolled underneath the attack but before she stood up she looked up and saw the frogs arm, as thick as a tree trunk over here, with two straps. One over the arm and one held by the hand. As she stood up she raised her glaives high and nicked the inside of the arm, forcing the frog to raise the shield arm high and shook it, scattering various small pools of bright green blood in the near vicinity. He raised the trident high and plunged it downwards to impale LingQi. LingQi moved forward at the last second, ducking head to avoid the attack and sliced the bottom of the wrist. The frog croaked in rage as he saw LingQi seem to get some confidence and rush towards him. Who does this human think she is? Believing that she's on to some grand strategy of beating him?

'Pitiful insect, prepare to be squashed!' He declared loudly as he leapt up to avoid LingQi's glaive attacks to his legs.

With a mighty swing of the large claymore the spectral ghosts engaging the amphibian was erased, their spirits returned to the scroll from which they have been summoned. The frog looked to Pang Tong and walked up towards him, chuckling menacingly.

'Heh, your so-called guards have failed you sorcerer. You are unable to fend for yourself now even with your magic.' They boasted laughing at the situation while Pang Tong remained perfectly calm.

'Oh yes, it is true, how could I possibly best someone of your stature my lord? You're so large, strong, and capable. Please allow me to serve you my lord I promise I will make myself useful to your cause.' Pang Tong promised sarcastically as he bowed his head in reverence. The amphibian chuckled deeply, believing the ruse as he seemed to like being told his perception of the truth.

'So, you know your place then I see? Good. That's what I like to see from lowly vermin like yourself, then in that case make yourself useful, attack your allies!' They ordered and Pang Tong turned around to face Dodomeki and his opponent duking it out. He chuckled.

'As you wish.' He did a few movements slight movements with his shadow hand as he walked closer to the battle. Suddenly, to the surprise of the gigantic frog they heard something above them. They looked up and quickly hopped back avoiding a large humanoid crashing down on top of them. The humanoid after crashing to the ground stood up, it was a large humanoid crocodile that looked very bulky standing at 8 feet tall. Dark green scales covered the back while the underbelly was slightly brighter without any scales. He was equipped with a two-handed golden polearm with a Morningstar at the end. Where once there were blue markings on the polearm was replaced with black with what seemed to be vines emerging from them, wrapping around the polearm as well as the crocodiles wrists. Predatory animalistic black eyes zoned in on the frog and unleashed a powerful roar as he charged towards the amphibian. They were surprised to see him sprint so fast but they wasn't so concerned.

'Fine, I'll crush this one like the rest!' They declared as they raised their claymore high and slammed it towards the charging creatures. He simply raised the polearm high and blocked the attack, though he kept on running like it didn't matter.

'Impossible!' they thought to themselves as they breathed in before suddenly blowing wind in front of the croc. The wind was more akin to a typhoon where several buildings were damaged with roof tiles and bricks flying away. However still, the croc did not halt its advance, only slowed. The amphibian snarled in frustration against this new demon thing this sorcerer conjured up, this one wasn't like the others. His weapon, at least the polearm looked similar to mystic weapons, perhaps this was stolen and converted by the sorcerer? They didn't know and they shouldn't really care, they had to take this out and then collect the sorcerors head! As they continued to blow the mighty wind from their mouth they let go with their left hand while keeping a hold of the claymore with the right, and punched him. The crocodile pushed the blade to the side, having it land next to him with the spiked ball side raised high he slammed it against the fist, stopping it in his tracks. Despite blood escaping from the wounds on the fist it wasn't withdrawn, despite the strength they put into their fist, they weren't able to move the crocodile much if at all. The amphibian used the sword to swing again towards the croc on the other side. He sees the large blade coming towards him. He roars as he jumps up and uses his jaw to bite down onto the top of the first. The amphibian winced in pain as they let go of the claymore and tried to pull him off, however the jaws clenched tightly down. The amphibian used this fact to their advantage as it slammed it down on the ground several times. It looked up and saw several dark purple sphere projectiles coming towards them. They started to breathe in heavily, forcing the projectiles and several tiles of bricks and debris to enter its large gullet. When the projectiles ceased its swallowed hard and burped loudly as it looked towards Pang Tong and laughed.

'Did you think that was enough to stop me!? You're next!' It declared as it pulled the croc off its wrist as hard as he could and threw it away. The crocs jaws however were clenched so tightly that it tore away its skin as they pulled it off. It quickly landed on its feet in front of Pang Tong and charged again like a mindless beast who wants nothing more than to eat its prey. The amphibian readied themselves before they too started to rush towards him. Pang Tong meanwhile waited patiently and continued his wind magic. He had a plan to deal with this one however he wondered if LingQi and Dodomeki would be able to keep themselves alive until he was able to help them. He didn't anticipate Luna becoming the creature he saw her as, still though it was an oversight on his part. He hoped they would be able to hold on a bit longer while he and his new companion would assist as soon as possible.

Dodomeki kept hopping from one roof to another, evading every attack that came his way while throwing a punch or a kick during his leaps. All this did was piss off the amphibian he was engaged with however each building destroyed he was running out of pleases to leap to, sweat drenched down his body, seemingly trapping what little air could hit his body before he could receive it as he breathed heavily. Each time he dodged he felt himself getting slower and slower. As he leapt once more the frog lashed out its tongue and wrapped it around Dodomeki's ankle, he glanced down to the viscous tongue and before he could do anything about it, he was pulled out of the air and crashed to the ground. Dodomeki groaned in agony as he got up, all the muscles in his body burned ferociously to the point where Dodomeki was bruised, cut and battered from the sheer amount of damage he sustained. He could barely have enough strength to stand but he did, he soldiered on through the aching body that begged him to stay down, he could not. He still had a duty to Mitsuko, a duty he was proud to fulfil. His arms quivered as a gentle breeze rushed past him, he was unable to feel due to the amount of sweat he was drenched in combined with the amount of pain he was in.

The only thing he could do at this point was run, so he did. Run as fast as he could, if he could find another alleyway with buildings or get next to he wall he could at least attempt to use them to manoeuvre. He sprinted as fast as he could, he got pretty far however he found himself feeling himself getting sucked back as the wind picked up speed rapidly against him. His determination couldn't prevent him from being picked up. The large amphibian saw him being lifted up from his feet and chortled before closing his mouth, stopping the wind but not his momentum and at the right time, slashed the glaive towards Dodomeki. He used all his strength that he could muster to twist his body and use the gauntlets to block the blade to prevent himself from getting cleaved. However his body bounced across the shattered gravelled pavement. By the end of it, Dodomeki lied there, bloodied and broken. He could not muster an ounce of strength to lift himself up. He could only breathe slowly as he could feel the tremor that the frog caused with each step. The frog walked up and dropped the glaive onto the ground, opening and closing its sticky hands into fists.

'You did well lasting as long as you did, honestly I expected only a single blow to finish you off. As a reward I'm not going to eat or kill you, I'm gonna take my time pummeling you to a pulp!' The amphibian croaked echoed throughout the battlefield. Past the amphibian she was duelling he could hear that very echo. She gasped fearing for the worst for her comrades. She had to help but she thought how she could do that. She couldn't even defeat the enemy in front of her, her body begged her just to fall to the ground but she denied the request. She had to use her two glaives that were planted in the ground for support, but she could not fall, not here. There was…too much to do for her. If she lets this creature win, then it could wreak havoc across the army and could get to Mitsuko. That she could now allow. She grinded her teeth against each other as she pulled out her glaives and sprinted towards her opponent releasing one last battle cry before promptly being skewered. She saw it coming towards her, she willed her body to dodge however it disobeyed her. She could only watch as the trident careened towards her, her eyes widen with surprise before she felt a surge of immense suffering as it penetrated her stomach. The trident carved through the ground as it skewered LingQi, creating 3 clear wound lines on the paved road before finally stopping.

LingQi wanted to scream out, act out, do anything about the immense suffering she was feeling, yet she could not. She could only feel her life slowly slipping away while she looked up at the night sky, full of stars. She felt her back start to become moist with the blood escaping her body and slowly build up in the back of her throat. The only thing she could do was cough as she looked up at the sky.

'So…this is how I die? On the battlefield, all alone?' LingQi thought to herself as she accepted her demise, this was something she thought was always going to happen. Maybe not on the battlefield but alone, she was always afraid of this fate but thought she steeled herself for the inevitable. Being the daughter of the strongest warrior in the land can be…a lonely life. Despite all the torment that was coursing through her veins her thoughts drifted towards Mitsuko. Mitsuko…it was a while since she first laid eyes on her. She peaked her interest from the moment she laid her eyes on her in the imperial palace. Something about her drew her attention. It was almost…tempting for her to talk to this woman whom she didn't even know the name of, yet it was not her place to do so.

When they fled the imperial capital and joined her fathers army, she remembered training on top and there she heard her voice and immediately went to threaten her. She never expected Mitsuko of all people to disturb her training, yet she was happy she did. She wanted to try and talk to her however, she felt it wasn't her place to say anything to her despite her temptation. Despite that, she still begged her father to allow her to join them after…she never had dared to be so bold to her father before, she didn't know what overcame her in that sudden moment but there she was, standing in front of her. She complimented her eyes and immediately regretted it as she saw Mitsuko turn away. She never wanted to say that of all things to her, yet she did like it was natural. She found it humerous all things considered. As she reminisced of the past it felt like the pain had gone away, either that or she's just dead and now she's nothing but a wandering soul on the battlefield. That didn't stop her from reminiscing in the slightest.

After the first battle they served together at the banquet they talked once again in a moonlit sky much like this one. She found herself smiling at the memory of Mitsuko not handling her wine. That was a good memory particularly after she found herself not having negative emotions. She was reminded of her late night conversations, from talking to her on the castle walls to the tense to her supposed final goodbye after she defied her father for the final time. Mitsuko was the bright light in her life without her realising it, around her she was…happy. She was able to feel like herself again, she didn't have to be her fathers daughter when she was around, like she didn't have to carry the weight of the world on her shoulders. She felt herself gaining confidence the more she talked and conversed with her and Pang Tong, all while admiring Mitsuko.

To her Mitsuko was a strong warrior, able to do what she wanted to do on the battlefield, she knew the background politics with Chen Gong and her father to try and undermine her. Yet she prevailed through every hurdle, gaining allies naturally by her skill. She was beautiful to her, her raven black hair flowing through the wind, her heterochromia eyes. With one colour different than the other, she never saw anything like it and was captivated by them at first glance. Her clear smooth skin, gentle to the touch. The way Mitsuko always chose to be with LingQi by choice, not to gain favour with her father but just for her. She appreciated that greatly, though she wondered why that was the case. She liked being able to find a way to get a rise out of her one way or another, like there weren't needless boundaries between them with their non-verbal agreement to allow themselves to be like this to each other. She was content and happy.

However once she defied her father for the final time was when she found herself back to where she was and felt before she met her. She found the courage to stand up to her father however…that was all for naught as she was put in her supposed place. Distantly feeling that aftermath of the slap for being insubordinate. However when Mitsuko came to see her go…she couldn't hold back her tears as she felt she failed her and herself. That she went too far, the farewell was harder than she thought as on the carriage ride she couldn't stop the tears. She put on a brave face for Mitsuko before however she allowed herself then to let her sadness out.

Her thoughts drifted to the news of her fathers passing by Mitsuko's hand, that duel in the forest. She was angry, she was infuriated and enraged by what Mitsuko done, she turned into something she didn't expect with her demon awakening. They were unlike anything LingQi ever saw, even with the likes of Gyuki and Dodomeki. She didn't have time to fear them as she wanted nothing more than to kill her. That's what she thought was best for both of them as Mitsuko wasn't acting like herself. Or maybe she was. She was acting more like her father. Her fury was well deserved and yet…when she found Mitsuko in pain…she found herself being concerned for her despite knowing she was her fathers murderer. She found herself wanting to cradle her and make sure she was ok. When she found out this happened because of how her father treated her she was shocked. Unable to process that until much later…no one really cared about her enough to stand up for her like that. No one went to such great lengths for her before. Yet…here was Mitsuko, she wasn't even supposed to be here but she was broken and lost and…she couldn't stand watching that. Her heart couldn't bear that sight. Her anger dissipated slowly after her confession. She was a bundle of emotions not sure of what to believe or feel. Duty said she was to kill her…that was all she had ever known…and she chose to defy it when Mitsuko finally opened up to her like she wanted. She knew the reason for her sorrowful eyes, she was glad that she trusted her enough for that.

As Mitsuko calmed down and drifted to sleep in her arms, LingQi made a silent vow that day after thinking about it a lot. She would fight alongside her, fight for her dreams of a new world. To not let her feel lonely in her hour of need and to always be there for her. She was reminded of a question she asked Mitsuko. "why do you fight?" well it seems like she found hers. To have Mitsuko smile and build this new world she wants, it was a noble goal as any. If anyone were to succeed even if the odds were against them, it would be Mitsuko. She pictured her kind, supportive smile as she herself smiled while blood trickled down the side of her mouth she didn't feel was filled with her own blood. She extended her hand out to the night sky as she felt her eyelids get heavy.

'Goodbye Mitsuko…I'm sorry.' The only thing she could feel was the tears that she allowed to stream down the sides of her face as her strength rapidly drained from her and her eyelids closed for just a second…before her mind battled with itself and a new vision emerged with new emotions. That night of the assassination attempt on Pang Tongs life, LingQi remembered vividly of Hao Meng's treachery. She was mad when she found out about the ploy, though when she heard about the potential attack Mitsuko's life she found herself feeling enraged. A small ember of life remained within her, more fuel was being added as it slowly grew into a fire. She envisioned killing Hao Meng again, his blood on her blade and scattered across the paved road. She was guilty she remembered however when Mitsuko was in her field of view that feeling of guilt washed away until after she left. Eventually that guilt was vaporised completely. She remembered hearing about Gao Shun and Chen Gong conspire against Mitsuko, her rage grew. She envisioned slaying them with her glaives.

She was reminded of her father choking the life out of Mitsuko on top of Xia Pi castle. Her fury grew and grew until she punched her father Lu Bu. Knocking him onto the ground. She envisioned getting on top of him and punching him in his face over and over. Eventually blood escaping from his mouth with bruises appearing on his face but she did not care. Her rage grew and grew with each punch as life was breathed into her once again. She unleashed her fury upon her father, the one who treated her like a burden. The father that abandoned her when she needed help. The father that controlled her every move. The father that she desperately tried to impress for so long. The father that made her feel like a disappointment. The father…that dared to hurt her Mitsuko. Every punch thrown felt like her climbing up a rope from a dark cavern to the exit. She was always one for efficiency in the heat of battle. She was…neutral when it comes to fighting, she was only doing so to please her father. Now though, she found her purpose to fight and embraced something she didn't know she was holding in. Bloodlust. Savagery. Brutality. These feelings engulfed her as she wanted to keep Mitsuko safe and in order to do that…her enemies must be vanquished!

The amphibian hopped next to her and laughed.

'You fought for a human, but even so. You are still just a human…an insect compared to us.' He reached towards the trident however he immediately took a step back as LingQi cocked her head up straight away. He wondered what was going on before he witnessed her jump to her feet like nothing had happened. She tilted her head down towards the ground as she used her hands to removed the trident and threw it horizontally at the frog who caught it but the strength was so immense he was sliding across the ground. What was this? Was this a human trick or something? Second wind? He saw the hole in her stomach was which large, blood kept dripping…yet here she was still standing. He didn't know what was happening. Before suddenly she looked up towards him. He noticed her eyes were jet black. Her body started to twitch violently starting from her head down. He couldn't hear it but every twitch a faint sound could be heard, like a bone being snapped or broken in someway.

She hunched forward and gurgled blood as it drooled out of her agape jaw. This blood instead of being the usual scarlet that it quickly turned abyss black before it slowly started to spiral around her, being enlarged and rapidly elevated itself like a swirling vortex surrounded her. This vortex didn't damage or clear any debris surrounding it but it was visible to everyone on the battlefield that everyone momentarily stopped to witness the event. The spiral seemed to reach about 10 feet above the walls. It was a ferocious looking vortex however that didn't stop the amphibian closest to charge towards the vortex. He prodded the trident in however he was immediately forced back with such strength he didn't expect. It was like hitting a barrier, much like the one he and his siblings were behind all this time.

LingQi's skin began to bubble and boil she could only shriek in torment as something began to grow underneath the skin only for it to be pushed out. Her torso enlarged so much that her armour completely broke as it clattered onto the ground. Her back grew before her outermost layer of skin began to harden immediately however instead of it being skin, it looked like a black chitinous hide that had white smoke surrounding it like it was immediately being cooled by the air. Her lower back followed the same process however it protruded outwards and elongated. When it finished it was rectangular at first before smoke once again enveloped that area however the corners started to drip down to the ground like it was melting. In the middle of the abdominal cube two cylinder like objects burst from it before the majority snapped downwards hovering above the air before a similar looking one burst from underneath it however this one would be thinner before a thin stick burst from underneath that one. This stick before it hit the ground bent horizontally to fit on the ground, though only the tips of them would actually touch the carved-up road while they were covered with thick hairs that slowly emerge from it in various places.

LingQi's thighs followed the same process as it enlarged itself before the outer layer quickly hardened in the same cylindrical shape as the other two emerged from the cube became following the same process. The skin and bones morphing and bubbling to make this transformation possible. LingQi's torso went through this radical metamporphosis, the back however formed more of the hide that was covering LingQi's body and replaced the top layer of her skin. Hardening it, strengthening it. The shrieking did not stop as her body hardened, the back of her began to develop even more, growing outwards. Several parts of the back such as the back of her shoulders protruded outwards in similar cylindrical shapes. However these were quickly boiled and spurted out emerald green liquid from it, hollowing out these cylinders on the back. 4 more appeared as the back of LingQi developed additional layers working their way from the neck down, organising themselves in several plates.

As the torso was quickly enveloped in this black hide the sides of their arms protruded two more-cylinder objects. Before they snapped upwards, the bones breaking and reforming inside the body. Two more emerged from the top before breaking out of them were five claws attached to a stub at the end that were drenched in some sort of liquid. Her arms were also being enveloped by this hide however they did not metamorphosise like the rest of her body. LingQi's head was engulfed by this new hide, the top of her head had a point of protrusion where it went diagonally upwards. Forming a sharp spike in front. Her eyes quickly hardened into what seemed to be crystals in three segments with one in the centre slightly her than the others. They were clear white at first before quickly filled with scarlet red like an injection was being made. Her teeth became longer and serrated as the flesh on her cheeks began to stretch behind the hide that was forming everywhere else, stopping once the chin and nose were completely enveloped.

The swirling vortex suddenly collapsed on top of LingQi unleashing a dust wave enveloping the vicinity of the battlefield, engulfing Dodomeki and Pang Tong in their duels. As the dust cloud cleared the amphibian was surprised by what he saw. LingQi has completely transformed. She had 4 arms, 4 legs, her lower back transformed into a beetle's abdomen with her legs being the same. Two of her arms are insect like while her top two arms are still human. Covered in a chitinous hide. LingQi's back hide and abdomen were an emerald green colour with a strange purple pattern on the back of the abdomen, in the form of some kind of creature but he was unable to see what it was. LingQi's general body that was visible from the front was a raven black colour that looked almost crystallised. Her eyes were a hexagonal gem shaped with scarlet red, a black slit shaped pupil in the middle of them. She had two 7 inch dark purple pincers emerged from her cheeks that stretched in front of her face. Every few seconds they twitched open and closed. LingQi's human torso was still visible and attached to the beetle like abdomen, like a fusion of some kind. What flesh that was visible behind the chitinous hide was a yellow green with patches of them being seen in the insect-like limbs and around her teeth and jaw.

Her weapons were also transformed. Her polearms were now emerald green and wrapped around them was a double headed grape purple serpent with one head slithering around the polearm and reaching the neck of the blades on each side. Instead of looking like steel grey they were now bright red, with black spikes on the outside, similar to the pincers of an elephant stag beetle. In between the hide plates grew long antenna at the top of the head for LingQi, as large as even Lu Bu's were. Though these were thin with what looked to be a small golden serpent wrapped around both. One slithering downwards and one slithering up. They stretched down, hovering an inch above the ground. The amphibian didn't know what he was looking at before he got up, he didn't realise he didn't blink or was shocked until he thought about it. He looked upon LingQi who looked examined her hands, holding her glaives in them. He croaked at her while laughing after he hopped in front of her.

'Haha! You really are an insect! And you know what happens to insects right? They get squashed! Say your last words!' He stated as he stabbed her with the trident. However though, LingQi caught the large three pronged weapon with her left insect arm. She still kept looking down as if nothing happened. He tried to push the trident towards her but it didn't work. Then he tried pulling it back but it didn't work. What's going on!? She was unable to stand not too long ago. LingQi snapped her head towards him and stared into his eyes, piercing his soul with a death glare that held wrath and fury like no other.

'Die!'She stated as she used one of her glaives to cleave her way through his arm holding the trident which was as thick as a tree trunk. Blood spurted, his eyes widened in shock, he couldn't scream in time before his missing wrist became a fountain of bright green blood spurting everywhere as he falls down behind him in surprise.
