In the vast deepness of space huge cruiser of immense size started to move across the stars. This cruiser has six engines and multiple vents for smoke outputs. Inside this ship is the home of one of the universe's best smelters. This smelter is an alien with four muscular arms, which allows him to finish a job in half the time. This alien's name is Char and is know throughout the galaxy as the worlds greatest forger. He can repair any object and make it better than it was before.

As we enter the ship's smelting section, we find the four armed alien working hard on a project for another client.

"This shield will be the best one I've made yet." Char stated as he continued to strike the molten metal with his two hammers while at the same time holding it with his left upper arm. "Just a few more hits here and there and it should be completed." He added as sparks continued to come our from the molten hot metal.

After a while of hammering, the shield's form was completed and ready to be cooled down. As he used his arms and special pincers to place the object inside a vat of water, intense smoke started to emerge. After a while more the object was cooled down and ready to be painted.

"Phew, that job took longer then I thought." He stated as he started to wipe his forehead with a towel he has lying around. "Let's see if there is anything else that I could do for the day." He added as he started to head towards the bridge of his massage ship.

As he approached the bridge of his giant ship, he started to notice that the communications device had started to detect a very strong comm signal coming from somewhere in deep space. As he started to turn on the receiver, he started to notice that nothing was coming through his device.

"What's this?" He started to say. "I've got some sort of signal here and yet there is nothing coming in. I hope that there is no problem with my radio. I've just had it repaired about two weeks ago."

After a moment more a voice started to emerge from the transmitter.

"This is Officer Mandora, Evil Chaser calling Char. Come in Char." The voice said.

"Officer Mandora, this must be important for her to be reaching out to me." Char stated as he started to respond. "Officer Mandora this is Char, how can I assist you today?"

"This is an urgent request. I need you to come to Third Earth right away."

"Why do you need me to come to Third Earth Mandora? If you don't mind me asking."

"I need you to come here cause the Thundercats are in need of your help."

"The Thundercats…. Well why didn't you say so before. I owe them for helping become the best business man that I am today. What is the problem that the Thundercats have?"

"Their sword is broken into several pieces and needs to be re-forged. Can you fix their sword?"

"Fixing a sword is a snap for me, but I have to ask, how bad is the damage?"

"The hilt is cracked and so is the jewel in the center and the blade as been shattered into millions of pieces."

"The hilt and jewel. Now that is a challenge."

"Can you get here right away? The Thundercats are barely alive and they need the sword fixed."

"I'm setting a course for Third Earth right now." He stated as he started to punch in the coordinates.

"How long do you think it will take for you to get here?"

"If I push the engines fast enough, I should be there by mid day tomorrow."

"Just hurry. I don't know if the Thundercats can survive much longer."

"I'm on my way. Char out." He stated as the radio went dead.

After the radio lost the signal from Mandora, the four armed alien looked at his main computer systems while having a puzzled look on his face.

"I shouldn't have told Mandora that I would be there by mid day tomorrow. I don't even know if my engines could go that fast."

After Char's Statement, his proximity sensors started to register something in the distance.

"Well well what do we have here." Char stated as he started to see an image of a derelict ship coming into range. "Hmm, if this ship has what I need then maybe I can make it to Third Earth on time." He added as he started to set a course for the ship.

As Char's massive ships started to approach the derelict, his computers in his main control room started to register the type of ship as well as something else from the inside.

"Now that is an old ship." He started to say as the image started to appear much clearer. "That looks like the ship that a certain Captain Shiner once had that was lost inside a black hole." He added as the ship started to shows signs of massive gravity impacts. "That ship also has light speed engines. Maybe I can use them to augment my own engines to get me to Third Earth."

As he continued to scan the ship, another reading started to register.

"What's this?" He stated while look at his readings. "My systems tells me that there are two people onboard that ship. I don't know how, but maybe I can help." He stated as he started to get closer to the ship.

Unaware of the situation developing on Third Earth, in his Black Pyramid, Mumm-Ra and his two newest minions continued to monitor everything that was happening at the Warrior Maiden's home.

"BLAST THOSE AMAZONS!" Mumm-Ra started to yell. "WHY DID THEY HAVE TO CONTACT HIM!?"

"I take it that you know that person dude." Pollution stated while seeing the obvious.

"That fool Char once caused my to give up the Golden Sphere of Si-ti to the Ancient Spirits of Evil."

"Sphere of what?" Zarm asked while looking confused.

"It is or should I say it was a golden power source that increased my powers ten folds."

"If it was that powerful, then where is this sphere?" Pollution asked with some wonder.

"When I was able to retrieve it, the Ancient Spirits sealed me off from the Pyramid unless I surrendered the sphere."

"I take it that you had no choice in the matter." Zarm stated with some disdain in his tone.

"There was no choice. If I am away from my sarcophagus then I will die."

"Maybe I can help you fix that decision, but for now I have a plan to capture your prey and stop them from restoring the sword."

"Oh really." Mumm-Ra stated with some curiosity in his tone." And how can this be accomplished?"

"Simple, transport myself and this dunderhead." Zarm stated while gesturing to Pollution. "To that derelict ship. If I know some pilots, they would never leave people stranded on a derelict ship. Then we can spring into action."

"Now wait just a minute dude." Pollution started to say while the brown spots over his neck started to get more intense." You are not transporting anywhere out in space. I refuse to go."

"YOU WILL BOTH GO, AND YOU WILL BOTH WORK TOGETHER, OR I WILL SEND YOU INTO THE NEAREST BLACK HOLE AND LEAVE THE BOTH OF YOU THERE FOR ALL ETERNITY!" Mumm-Ra shouted in rage. "DO I MAKE MY MYSELF CLEAR?!" He shouted again in rage as energy bolts started to emit from his monstrous hands

"Y-Y-Y-Yes sir." Pollution replied in fear."

"Well, get us over there and then I will help you with your other problem when our job is completed." Zarm stated as he and Pollution started to wait to be transported.

After Zarm's statement Mumm-Ra's expression started to shift from evil to being a bit concerned. After a moment more he started to speak.

"Very well." The mummy started to say as red energy started to emit from his hands. "Do not fail me." He added as he started to aim his beams at Pollution and Zarm. After a moment of contact the duo started to disappear. "I have a feeling that I should keep an eye on those two very carefully." The mummy started to think as he started to revert back to his mummy form, while at the same time the eyes of all of the four Statues of the Evil Ancient Spirits started to glow red, but only for a moment.

As Zarm and Pollution started to materialize inside the derelict cruiser, the duo starts to take a moment to see about their new surroundings. As they completed the materialization process they both started to notice that they were a hallway with little to no light and pieces of metal sticking up from the floors and ceilings. As they both continued to look around, Pollution started to speak to his partner for this mission.

"OK dude." Pollution started to say in his most demented tone. "Now that we are here, what do we do now?"

"We head towards the control room and then put our plan into action you fool." Zarm retorted back.

"Now just a minute there dude." Pollution started to respond. "Just to clear some things up here. First you got that mummy Mumm-Ra to transport us here and now we have to do his dirty work. And second, what are you going to do about getting the sphere thingy back for him."

"YOU FOOL!" Zarm yelled as his voice started to echo through out the hall. "Did you really think that I would actually help that mummy."

"Ah yes. He does have the power to send us home you know."

"Worthless buffoon. Once we've taken care of the Planeteer for him, I will deal with that mummy in my own special way."

"But what if he is watching us right now?"

"He isn't. Just as he started to transport us here, I started to notice that he was loosing power. That could only be explained by transporting the two of us here. Once we get back to his home, I am going to find out the secret of his power and claim it for myself."

"But what about me dude?"

"If you do your job well, then I will share the power with you as well. But only if you do your job." Zarm stated as they both reached the doors to the ship's main control center.

As the duo entered the main control center of the ship, they started to see computer consoles on both the left and ride side of the room, completely deprived of power. After a moment more they started to approach what looks like three chairs. One on top of a platform and two more on the bottom. After a moment of looking around Captain Pollution started to speak again to his so called partner Zarm.

"Alright dude, now that we are here when do we put this plan of your into effect?" Pollution asked with some concern in his tone.

"Patience my friend. You must learn patience. Our friend should be detecting us on his ship right about now." Zarm stated as both of them started to see a giant ship coming towards them in the distance.

"So his ship is coming towards us, now what?" Pollution stated with some concern.

"You fool. Don't you know anything about ships and their captains?" Zarm started to say with much determination and anger in his tone. "Every captain knows that if there is life on a ship with barley enough power that they could rescue them and bring them aboard."

"Ohh. I get it now dude." Pollution started to say. "You want that captain to bring us aboard and then take him down."

"Now your starting to get it, but we must wait for the right time to strike. For now let us wait for him to come to us." Zarm stated as Char's massive ship started to get much closed to the derelict ship.

As Char's ship started to get closer to the derelict, a strong magnetic force started to emanate causing the battered ship to move closer and closer. As the ship moved into range, it was pinned to a giant magnet that had been placed at the bottom of Char's massive ship. A moment later the magnet with their ship attached to it started to go inside the massive ship.

As the derelict started to enter Char's massive ship. Both Zarm and Pollution started to see the inside of the massive ship. As they both continued to look they started to see a gigantic cargo room with all types of broken down ships and components used for being melted down and then reforged back into new ones. A moment later the duo started to see a strange person walking towards the cargo room with four arms and wearing a blue tank top as well as cargo pants and some goggles on his head. A moment later the person started to speak.

"HELLO IN THERE!" The man started to shout. "WOULD YOU MIND COMING OUT SO THAT I CAN PROPERTY GREET THE BOTH OF YOU!"

After a moment, the Ship's rusted door started to open and Zarm and Pollution started to emerge from the ship.

"Good day sir. " Zarm started to speak as he and Pollution finally exited their ship. "Thanks for coming to help us."

"It was not a problem for me but I am a bit on a tight schedule." The four armed alien started to say. "By the way, my name is Char and who might you be."

"My name is Zarm and this is my aid, Pollution." Zarm stated as he gestured to both himself and Pollution.

"Pollution?" Char asked with some wonder.

"Yes. His parents were very weird about names." Zarm replied as Pollution started to give him a very mean look.

"Well I'd love to hear more but like I said before, I am in a bit of a hurry."

"Maybe there is something we can do to help you." Zarm started to say. "For saving our lives."

"Now that you mention it, you wouldn't happen to have something on board that can cross great distances in a flash, would you?"

""I'm not sure that it would help but we might have something on board." Zarm stated as he started to re-enter the ship. "Come with me." He started to say as he gestured to Pollution to stay put.

"You don't want your aid to join us?" Char asked with some wonder.

"My aid is not that familiar with the inner workings of the ship. I only had him onboard for a few weeks." Zarm replied as Pollution's face started to get much more angry.

"Pardon me dude." Pollution started to say. "If you don't mind I would also like to join you. I might know more than my friend here." Pollution stated while shooting an angry look back to Zarm.

"I have no objections about that. Do you?" Char stated to Zarm in his most honest tone.

"No… No objections at all.." Zarm replied while starting to think of some nasty thoughts towards Pollution.

After the response from Zarm, all three of them started to enter the ship while at the same time, Pollution and Zarm started to wonder where they were inside the giant wreck.

"Excuse me for asking, but do you know where you are going?" Zarm asked with some wonder in his tone.

"Of course. I am heading towards the engine room." Char replied.

"The engine room?" Pollution added.

"Don't you know where the engine room is?"

"Not really dude. You see my partner and I were not allowed in there for security reasons."

"Zarm, is this true?"

"I'm afraid my aid is quite correct." Zarm Started to say." The captain made us wait on the bridge and not walk around the ship. He said it was for security reasons and that there was a lot of delicate stuff all around. He didn't want us to get hurt."

"I see. And what happened to the crew then?"

"After we started the experiment, a power overload started to occur in their main engine room. The crew had to abandon ship leaving myself and Pollution here alone. We managed to find some cryo capsules and went inside them for a while. The computer was on a separate power supply for the units and woke us up when your ship came within range."

"So that explains why my long range scans didn't detect the two of you until I got closer."

As they all continued their conversation, the trio finally reached their destination as they all approached the doors to the main engine room of the ship.

"Here give me a hand with this." Char stated as he used all of his four arms on one side of the door.

"Sure thing dude." Pollution replied as he and Zarm started to pry open the other side.

As they all pulled with all of the might, the rusty doors to the engine room started to open up. As they finished prying to open the doors, they all saw what has happened inside the engine room.

As they looked inside, the trio started to see burnt out computer consoles, electrical wires exposed as well as laying all over the ground. As they continued to walk inside but being very careful as well, they saw what appears to be dead as well as burned bodies. As they continued to look around, Pollution started to make a massive discovery as both Zarm and Pollution were trying to access what was left of the computer's memory database.

"DUDES!" Pollution yelled with excitement. "LOOK HERE AT WHAT I JUST FOUND!"

A moment later, both Zarm and Char started to join their colleague.

"This had better be important." Zarm started to say. Char and I were about to try and restore power to the computer systems."

"It is dude. Check this out." Pollution stated as he also started to gesture towards the console he was standing in front of.

"What do we have here?" Char stated as he started to wipe some of the dirt and rust from the wall. "Experimental F.T.L. drive. Caution…. F.T.L.? I don't believe it."

"Excuse me my friend but what is FTL?" Zarm asked with some wonder in his tone.

"It stands for Faster Than Light speed. I heard rumors along time ago about some scientists creating something like this."

"Is that important dude?" Pollution added.

"It is. Imagine a big tear in the universe and that you can move through it and be on the other side of the universe in a blink of an eye.."

"WHOA! NOW THAT IS FAST!" Pollution yelled with some intensity in his voice.

"It is, but first I have to figure out a way to get this stuff out of here and install it on my ship." Char stated while trying to pry the unit out of the wall.

"I think that I might have a better idea for you than brute strength." Zarm stated as Char released his hands from the wall.

"If you have a better idea, then I am all ears."

"My dear four-armed friend." Zarm started to say in his own devious and manipulating tone.. "Instead of ripping out the wall, just figure out a way to power up the ship."

"Dude are you crazy?" Pollution started to say. "If he did that then the ship would vanish."

"I have to agree with your aid on that one. If I did restore power to the ship, and activated the drive then this ship would vanish and we would go nowhere." Char stated while agreeing with Pollution.

"My friends, you are missing the big picture. Char doesn't have to power the entire ship, just the FTL drive and then run the drive's energy into his own ship." Zarm replied.

"That could work. If I can draw enough power from the ships F.D.L. drive and pump it into my ship's engines then it just might work at that. But it might be too much for my engines to handle."

"We could always modify your engines to accept the energy flow with ease. My friend and I are experts at re-routing power to other locations."

"Dude what are you doing?" Pollution started to say in a most silent and irritating tone. "I have no idea how to do that and furthermore more- umph."

"Did you say something Pollution?" Char started to say as he started to turn around to the duo.

"My friend just had a sudden case of cramps. A drawback of being out of cryo-sleep. It will pass." Zarm stated as he and Pollution started to walk away for a moment. After having enough distance, Zarm started to whisper something else to Pollution. "Listen here you fool, you will do what I tell you to do and follow my instructions to the letter. If not then I will take all of Mumm-Ra's power for myself and blast you into nonexistence. Understand?"

"Dude I understand just don't push me too far or you might just regret your actions." Pollution retorted back as Char started to join the duo.

"Is everything alright?" Char asked with some concern?

"Everything is fine dude. I am starting to feel much better." Pollution replied.

"Fine then. I will get started on getting the proper cables ready to accept the F.D.L.'s energy. Why don't the two of you see about restoring power to the unit in the meantime." Char stated as he started to leave the engine room.

"Well, you heard the man, get to work." Zarm stated in his most proud tone.

"Not so fast dude." Pollution started to say. "He told us to get to work, and that is exactly what we are going to do. Since you got me into this mess you are going to help me right now."

"I do not lower myself to the rank of worker. I am more of a planner and schemer."

"Oh is that why you keep on loosing to those Eco-Geeks all of the time."

"FIRST OF ALL I DO NOT LOOSE AND SECOND-!" Zarm started to yell as he and Pollution started to hear something coming in the distance.

"Dude, we can argue about this at another time but for now be had better start working together before that fool Char figures us out."

"On that I agree with you, now help me find the energy interface controls. They should be around here somewhere." Zarm stated as both he and Pollution started to look around.

"What does an energy interface control port look like?"

"I think it is that big circle port over there." Zarm stated as he pointed to the circle port on the left side of Pollution.

After a moment of making sure they were at the right control ports, Char started to re-enter the engine room while carrying a massively long cable.

"Did you two find what I need to get the systems back up and working." Char stated as he started to place the rest of the cord down on the floor.

"I think so dude." Pollution stated as he started to point to the circle port.

"That's it." Char replied as he started to take the end part of the cord and place it into position.

"So how is this gonna help us out?" Pollution asked while Char was securing the cord.

"Well, once I get the cord secured, I can take the other end and start supplying power from my main reactor."

"Aren't you risking an overload if you charge it up too fast?" Zarm asked with some concern.

"I have a energy dampener installed on the reactor. I used to use it to power my ship in an emergency. But it should help out with the energy transfer and also allow me to siphon the drives energy to my engines."

"You mean that your engines are powered by your reactor?" Pollution asked with some excitement in his tone.

"Yes. A prototype nuclear reactor. I always keep that reactor in perfect working order."

"How long did you perform maintenance on it?" Pollution asked again.

"About a week ago. Not scheduled for another one for at least another two months."

"Perfect." Pollution added with a smile.

"Don't even think about it rock face. If you do this everything will blow apart." Zarm thought as he gave Pollution a very mean look.

"Zarm, would you mind double checking to make sure that the cable is secured. I'll take the other end and start to hook it up to the reactor." Char stated as he started to look for the end of the cable.

"Sure thing." Zarm replied as he started to turn his look towards Pollution. "Pollution my friend can you please help me out."

"Ah…. Sure thing dude." Pollution replied as Char finally found the end of the massive cable.

"Alright you two, I'll take the cable back towards the reactor. Let me know the instant power is restored to this section." Char stated as he started to leave the engine room.

"Of course my friend." Zarm replied and waited till Char was out of sight, then started to turn his attention towards Pollution. "You miserable fool." Zarm started to say. "You almost blew it again. What is wrong with you?"

"Dude calm down." Pollution started to say.

"I will not calm down. What is wrong with you?"

"Dude, I need nuclear energy to keep my powers running at full strength. All of this blah clean air is starting to affect me."

"You can have your fill after we are done with our mission."

"Fine, fine I just hope that I don't collapse in the meantime." Pollution stated as the lights and computers started to come online in the engine room.

"It looks like our friend Char completed his task." Zarm stated while looking at the computer screen. "Now, let me see if I can pull up any information about this ship and its mission." He added as he started to type down on the panel.

After his statement, Zarm started to go through every trick he has learned about computers while inside his own ship and that of Planet Earth. After a few more minutes, the villain was finally able to find a log about the ship's name and also the mission it was on.

"It looks like there is an audio and video log on file." Zarm stated in his most honest tone.

"Then maybe you should play it dude." Pollution replied.

After Pollution's statement, Zarm started to access the video log to learn more about the drive and what it can do.

After a few more keystrokes, an image of a person who created the ship and its special drive started to appear on the screen. The image of this particular person was an African American, while at the same time wearing orange jumpsuit. This particular jumpsuit is used when working in garages for fixing cars. After a moment the image started to speak.

"Hello there." The image started to say. "My name is Henry Deacon of Global Dynamics and this ship is called the Dauntless. This is an experimental prototype ship equipped with the first ever Faster than Light drive or F.T.L for short."

"Not to be a pacifist, but can we speed this along dude?" Pollution stated as Zarm continued to press buttons on the control panel.

"Here, this might be something important. "Zarm replied as the image of Henry Deacon started to change.

As soon as Zarm finished with statement, the image of Henry Deacon started to change into the blueprints for the ship's main systems.

"As you can see, the prototype FTL drive system is completely integrated into the entire ship's main engines and backup systems." The voice of Henry continued to say. "We designed it for the purpose of no one trying to steal any of the tech that was used into making the drive. The engines are powered by a small chunk of uranium founded only in Eureka and was used as the catalyst for the engines construction."

"Can't you find anything useful about how to get this piece of junk to do what we need?" Pollution asked with determination in his tone.

"Quiet you fool." Zarm replied back. "I believe I have found something very useful about this ship." He added as some new information started to appear on the screen.

"This ship is an experimental model so we do not expect it to return within our lifetime, but for anyone you finds this recording, please follow the steps in the sub directory marked Carter and you should be able to activate the FTL." Henry stated as both himself and the image started to disappear from the screen.

"Now you did it" Pollutuion stated in his most unhappy tone. "How are we gonna get this ship to work now?"

"If you would just learn to think for a moment then you might be useful for a change." Zarm stated as he started to access the root directory on the ship's main computer. "There is the directory that this Henry person told us about. Now to see if I can open it." Zarm started to say until someone started to enter the engine room.

"Well now, I see you guys are busy." Char stated as he entered the engine room. "Anything interesting you would like to tell me about?"

"Well if you must know dude, this ship is called the Dauntless, and it is an experimental model." Pollution stated while Zarm was giving him a very mean look.

"Experimental model huh. Now that is one of my favorite kind." Char stated with a grin on his face. "What else did you find out about this ship?"

"To tell you the truth, nothing important." Zarm started to say while trying to keep some details to himself. "It appears that the FTL drive is integrated directly into the ship, so it would be impossible to scrap her and remove the components."

"I see. So did you find out anything else that we could use?"

"Not much I'm afraid. So if you still want to try and siphon off the energy to your own engines, then it would be a gamble."

"Gamble?" Char replied with some wonder in his tone.

"According to what I found out so far, using the drive could be very dangerous. It could explode if not calibrated properly."

"EXPLODE!?" Pollution started to yell. "LET ME OUTTA HERE!"

"KNOCK IT OFF YOU IDIOT!" Zarm yelled back before calming down. "I found a file directory with directions on how to get the drive to work properly. "

"Well let's see it." Char replied as Zarm started to open up the directory.

After Char's response, Zarm quickly started to open the directory where the they all saw some repair and calibration instructions. After a moment of reading all of the info on the screen, one of them started to speak again.

"Ugh." Pollution started to say. "This is giving me a headache dude. Do we really need to know all of this stuff in order to get the drive working?"

"We do if you don't want to be vaporized, you moron." Zarm stated back in his most meanest tone.

"That's enough from both of you." Char started to say. "This information is very useful. Everything has come a long way since this ship was launched and we can make these modifications in no time."

"Oh great. More work to do." Pollution stated in his most tired and disappointed tone.

"Let's get started then." Zarm replied while at the same time, giving Pollution a very mean look.

After Zarm's mean look to Pollution, all three of them started to see the directions on how to get the FDL drive working the correct way. After a few hours of re-configuring Char's own engines as well as connecting the correct cables to the drive's main engine core, the group was ready for a field test.

"I sure hope that this works dudes." Pollution started to say.

"You feeling tired?" Char asked after hearing Pollution speak.

"A little dude. I was starting to feel a little weak before we started."

"I can get you something to eat if you like. I always keep a well stocked frig on board."

"You see my friend, Pollution here has a very special metabolism." Zarm started to say. "He doesn't eat food like other people does."

"Really? Then what does he eat?" Char asked in anticipation.

"Stuff that is not healthy to others. What can I say my friend is quite unique."

"I see, well in that case once I get this job done for my employer, then you can tell me all about it." Char stated as they all started to go back to work.

"Speaking of your employer, would you mind clueing us into who it might be?"

"I'm sorry but it is personal. You understand, right.?"

"I see, client privilege."

"Exactly. So for now let's just finish with these modifications and then we can get going."

"Excuse me dude." Pollution started to see. "Would you mind telling us where we will be going?"

"Why would you want to know that?" Char asked while Zarm was starting to give Pollution a very concerned mean look.

"Don't get me wrong dude. I was just wondering, you know just in case we might have skipped that location while we were both asleep." Pollution added as Zarm started to give a short nod.

"Well if you must know, I am heading towards a galaxy with nine planets in a location called the Milky Way. I have to make a stop on the third planet to help out my employer there."

"Anything we could do to help as payment for bringing us along?" Zarm asked while giving a gesture to Pollution to back off.

"I really don't think so. I can pretty much handle anything. So thanks for the offer."

"Oh my friend." Zarm started to think. "After Pollution and I are done with you, then we shall see what you can truly handle."

After a couple of hours and non stop modifications to both Char's massive ship and to the experimental cruiser, everything was in place to make the journey. Once everything was finalized, Char and his two passengers all headed up towards the main bridge in order to move out.

"So tell me Char." Zarm started to speak. "Does this ship land all by itself or do you have to do it manually?"

"Actually the ship can land by itself as long as the auto pilot is programmed with the landing coordinates." Char replied with a smile on his face.

"I see. So what you are telling me is that if someone programmed the ship to land anywhere, then it would."

"Yes, but it would take the skills of a fine navigator and pilot like myself." He started to say as he looked over towards Pollution. "Are you ready to bring the engines online?"

"Ready on this end dude." Pollution replied as he started to give a nod towards Zarm.

"All right now to enter the coordinates for the destination." Char started to say until Zarm took his left hand and arm and grabbed one Char's right arms.

"That won't be necessary. I already know where to take this ship." Zarm stated as he started to push Char away from the controls with an energy pulse from his right hand.

"What do you think you are doing?!" Char started to yell as he started to get his bearings.

"We will be taking over control of this ship." Zarm stated as Pollution started to join him."

"Who are you guys, and why are you doing this?"

"Sorry dude." Pollution started to say while raising both of his arms while at the same time, making fists with his hands. "Thanks for the tour, but we will make sure that you never get to help your friends." Pollution finished as he fired two concentrated energy beams at Char.

As the energy beams started to approach Char, the 4 arm mechanic was able to dodge the beams from Pollution, but not the energy blast from Zarm in the back.

"That should keep him outta our hair for a while." Zarm stated as both himself and Pollution looked over the motionless body.

"Yea but what if he wakes up dude?" Pollution asked with wonder.

"I have an idea." Zarm stated as he gestured Pollution to help him with Char. "Here, help me get him into that supply room."

After Zarm's statement, both himself and Pollution started to lift up Char's body and place him inside the supply room. After a moment of making sure that he is secured, Zarm closed the door while Pollution started to wield it into place.

"Now that we've finally taken care of that buffoon, we can get started on ruining the plan that those Thundercat allies have put into operation." Zarm stated with a most evil look on his face.

"Ah dude, not to be rude or anything, but one look at us and they will know it is a trap." Pollution replied.

"Relax my friend, I have a few tricks up my sleeve." Zarm stated as his whole body started to glow with red energy.

As Pollution watched in awe, Zarm's body started a metamorphosis which started to change his form. As Polluition continued to watch, Zarm's form started to transform from his true self into a copy of the 4 armed mechanic. As the red energy finally died down, Zarm, in his new form as Char was finally standing in front of the shocked Pollution.

"Whoa dude that is some trick." Pollution started to say with shock in his tone. "But what about me? Can you do something about my form as well.?"

"Of course I can you stupid fool." Zarm spoke in his own voice while still looking like Char.

"That is good but don't you think you should do something your voice?"

"You mean this voice." Zarm stated while his voice was changing into Char's original voice.

"Now that is cool. So tell me, how long will it take us to get back to Mumm-Ra's planet?" Pollution started to say. "I don't want all of that work to be for nothing."

After Pollution's question, Zarm started to access the controls as well as enter the coordinates for the jump.

"According to the computer, it should only be a few seconds once the F.D.L. drive's power kicks in. Then the auto pilot should take us to the Tree Top Kingdom and then we can capture that whelp Wheeler for the mummy."

"Dude, I have an idea as well."

"Well what is it and please try to make it sound smart."

"DUDE!" Pollution yelled. "We both know that Char is going to re-forge the Thundercats sword, so what if instead when they give us the pieces, that we completely destroy them inside one of those giant smelters."

"After a moment, Zarm started to answer back. "You know what, that is a good idea. Once we destroy the sword, then there is no way that the Thundercats and those Planet pests can be restored. Plus we can grab Wheeler as a bonus. Now hit the command and get us back to the planet right away."

"Ah dude, what about my appearance?"

"I'll take care of that before we land. Now hit the button."

After Zarm's command, Pollution pressed the button on the console in order to activate the engines. As the engines started to come online, the cruiser inside the ship started to power up as well. After a moment the cruiser's engines started to come online and then started to cover then entire ship inside a blue aurora. After a moment more, the massive ship disappeared from deep space.

Unaware of the danger that was heading towards them, back on Third Earth, the sun has started to rise in the distance to signal the start of a new day. As the Warrior Maidens were beginning their normal routine, one person was still out on the balcony, looking towards the direction of the fallen Cat's Lair.

As he continued to look on, his thoughts started to focus on everything that has happened to his family since being sent on their sleigh ride adventure. As he continued to look on, he didn't notice the leader of the Maidens approaching him from behind.

"Wheeler?" Willa stated, hoping to get the red-haired Planeteer's attention.

After a moment, Wheeler turned his body around to see that Willa was behind him. "Oh, hi Willa."

"Wheeler, have you been out here all night long?'

"Not really. I tried to get some sleep, but something inside me just wanted to come here and look. I don't know, it's hard to explain it." He added as he started to take his hand with the Unicorn ring towards his face to look at it. "This ring was able to bring back Linka, but only for a short time. I just feel so lost without her and the others. It is almost like being back home in Brooklyn, New York."

"Do you miss your home?" Willa asked with some concern for her friend.

"Yes I do, but when I am with the other Planeteers, it isn't so bad then."

"Don't worry." Willa stated while placing her right hand over Wheeler's hand with the Unicorn ring. "Quick-Pick says that Char is the best at what he does, if anyone can repair Lion-O's Sword, he can."

"Thanks Willa."

"You're quite welcome. Anyway, I was just about to check in on the Thundercats in the medical hut. Care to come along?"

"Sure. I'm starting to feel like a potted plant standing here." Wheeler stated as both he and Willa started to giggle a little.

After his response, both the Fire Planeteer and the Maiden's leader both started to head towards the medical hut to check in on the others. A moment later, they started to enter the Hut to see Hachiman and Mandora already checking in on the fallen warriors.

"Hachiman, Mandora, I didn't know you were here?" Willa stated as she and Wheeler finally entered the hut.

"Sorry about that Willa." Hachiman started to say while Mandora continued to examine the others. "I wanted to see if there was any improvement from the medicine I brought with me."

"Any change?" Wheeler asked with some concern.

"No Wheeler-san." Hachiman started to say. "The medicine I brought is having some effect but not enough I'm afraid."

"By the way, where is Quick-Pick?"

"I told him to stay near the radio just in case of any problems." Mandora stated in her most determined tone. "Besides, I'd figure that would keep him out of trouble."

"By the way Wheeler, where were you. I didn't see you when I got up a while ago." Hachiman asked with some concern.

"I just couldn't get any rest, so I decided to hang out at the balcony and just look into the distance. I thought it might help."

"Still worried about everyone." Mandora stated.

"Guilty as charged Mandora."

"I re-assured Wheeler that once Char gets here that everything will be fine." Willa stated in her most honest tone.

"Wheeler-san, have faith. As a Samurai I have learned over many years that everything will be just fine. You just need to be patient."

"Alright." Wheeler started to say. "You all win." He added before taking a deep breath to calm down.

"All right everyone, it's time for morning meals." Willa stated as she gestured to everyone to follow her to the main meeting hut.

As all of the Warrior Maidens and their friends started to enjoy their morning meal, a vast shadow started to appear and blanket out the bright sun of the planet. As everyone was continuing to enjoy themselves, the sudden loss of sunlight started to get everyone's attention.

"Willa, what's happened to the sun?" One of the female warriors stated with much concern.

"Willa, what's going on?" Another woman asked.

"Everyone calm down." Mandora stated as she started to get up from her chair at the table. "Everything will be just fine."

"Are you sure?" Another woman asked.

"Listen everyone." Wheeler started to say as both himself Hachiman and Willa all started to get up as well. "I think that Willa knows what is going on here." He added as he turned to Willa. "Right?"

"Yes Wheeler." Willa started to say while gesturing to everyone to calm down. "It must be Char's spaceship. He is a bit earlier then he told us last night."

"Maybe he found a faster way to get back here to us." Hachiman started to say.

"Well whatever the situation, we should get to Quick-Pick and contact him at once." Mandora stated as she started to head back towards the comm unit in the main hut.

"I'm going to contact Char, the rest of you please continue to enjoy your meal." Willa stated as she started to follow Mandora.

"Not without us you won't." Wheeler replied as both he and Hachiman started to follow Willa.

After a few moments from leaving the hut where the warriors were having their meals, the small group started to arrive at the main hut where Quick-Pick was waiting for them with the comm unit. As they entered the hut, they saw an expression of surprise on the mechanical green alien.

"Well, it's about time you got here." Quick-Pick started to say. "I thought that I was gonna have to start without you."

"Don't be so impatient Quick-Pick." Mandora replied in her most determined tone.

"Who? Me? Come now Mandora, you should know me better than that."

"That is what I am worried about."

"I'm sorry for interrupting the two of you but can we please try an contact Char?" Wheeler stated while trying not to be rude.

"Is there a reason you stopped us from continuing, not that I wouldn't mind going another minute or two." Quick-Pick responded.

"I'm sorry to say this, but you both sound like you're a married couple."

"WHAT?!" Quick-Pick yelled as Mandora had a look of shock appear under her helmet.

"Are you insane?" Why would you think that?" Mandora asked while trying not to yell.

"Just the way the two of you communicate. It is nothing to be ashamed of. Linka and I started out like that as well." Wheeler replied in his most honest tone.

"Now just a moment there." Quick-Pick started to say as he started to get off his chair and headed towards Wheeler. "I don't know where you come from, but here people like Mandora and myself can't be married or even think of getting married. That is otter nonsense."

"And why is that otter nonsense?" Mandora asked hoping to hear the answer.

"Well…I… That is.. Well you see.. Oh boy. I think that i should quit while I'm ahead." Quick-Pick stated as everyone started to laugh a little. "Very funny, very funny." He added as he turned around and headed back towards the transmitter.

"Alright, now that we have all gotten a good laugh ,can we get back to the task at hand?" Hachiman stated as Willa and Mandora approached the transmitter with Quick-Pick.

"I'll contact him right now." Mandora stated as she started to grab to mic from the transmitter.

As Mandora was about to use the comm unit, she started to give Quick-Pick a stern look. The look that she was giving the green robotic alien was meant to intimidate him in order to stop most of his trouble making skills. After making sure that the transmitter was still working properly, she started to radio her colleague.

"This is Officer Mandora calling Char. Come in Char." Mandora spoke into the transmitter.

After a brief moment, a voice started to come in through the transmitter.

"This is Char Officer Mandora. I hope that I didn't cause you too much of a problem." Char replied.

"It would help if you would have told us you were going to eclipse the sun for a moment."

"Sorry about that. I was testing out a new propulsion device. You did tell me that the Thundercats needed my help."

"Indeed they do. How long before you can land that ship of yours?"

"I'm inputting landing coordinates for the edge of the forest. Meet me there."

"I'll be there with some friends."

"Can't wait to meet them. Char out." Char stated as the radio went dead.

"We better get going so that we can meet up with him." Mandora stated as Wheeler started to have a concerned look on his face.

"Something on your mind Wheeler-san? Hachiman asked with some concern in his tone.

"I don't know. I feel like something is off." Wheeler replied while still feeling concerned.

"How so?" Willa asked.

"Mandora, you said that Char would be here by midday today. And now he got here by mid morning, plus he wanted to land his ship somewhere else."

"Maybe he didn't want to destroy our homes." Willa stated.

"Maybe but then why did he say by the edge of the forest rather then the Cat's Lair. I mean there is plenty of space over there for a landing."

"You do have a point there Wheeler, but we should let this play out for now and see what happens." Mandora replied while starting to feel the same as Wheeler.

"You can go on ahead without me. I'll stay here with these beautiful ladies." Quick-Pick stated while his mechanical eyes started to roll around.

"Oh no you don't." Mandora stated as she started to grab Quick-Pick by his right metal arm. "You are coming with us as well. I want to make sure that you are telling me the truth about Char."

"Mandora, please, stop pulling me or my arm will come off."

"Then you better follow us right away." Mandora stated as she started to release the alien's green metal arm.

"All right, all right I'll go. Shish, try to go straight and run a successful business and this is what I get for my troubles. I'll be glad when this is over."

"Same here." Mandora added as she and Quick-Pick started to exit the main hut.

"Willa, are you sure you want to come along with us?" Wheeler asked with some concern.

"Wheeler, I am the leader of my people, plus my daughter and sister were turned to stone. I am coming along no matter what happens." Willa replied as she started to grab her bow and a quiver of arrows.

"Then let's go but we should stay on guard just in case." Hachiman added.

"On that I agree. If all of the times I been on missions with the Planeteers taught me anything is to always keep an eye out for trouble." Wheeler stated with pride in his tone.

"That is very honest advise. You are most wise for a man in your years my friend."

"Actually, to tell the truth, I'm always the one getting into trouble from time to time and I usually jump in without thinking. But this time I don't want to make any mistakes. Everyone is counting on us."

"Lion-O sometimes does the same thing when we first met." Hachiman stated.

"Same here. But that was when we first met the Thundercats as well."

"Well I'm glad to be in good company then." Wheeler replied with honesty and pride in his tone.

"I think that we should get going." Willa stated as the trio started to leave the hut and join Mandora and Quick-Pick at the base of the main tree.

As the group reached the base of the main tree, they saw Mandora and Quick-Pick getting the Unicorn, Hachiman's Steed and Mandora's Electro-Cycle ready to move out. As they were finishing up their preparations, The trio started to approach them.

"Is everything ready to move out Mandora?" Hachiman stated in his most determined tone.

"Everything is ready here. We can leave anytime your ready." Mandora replied back.

"Then lets get going." Hachiman replied back as himself, Mandora and Quick-Pick started to board their respected steeds for the trip.

"Um, Willa." Wheeler started to say. "Would you care to join me on our friend here." He added as the Unicorn started to approach the duo.

"I'd be delighted to." Willa replied as the Unicorn started to move it's head up and down on Willa's face causing her to laugh for a moment. "Now, now, that's enough of that." She added as she saw Wheeler start to climb on the back of the mighty animal.

"Here you go Willa." Wheeler stated as he finished getting on the Unicorn's back while extending his right arm and hand towards Willa.

"Thanks Wheeler." Willa replied as she took his right hand and started to climb herself on top of the Unicorn's back, right behind Wheeler.

"All right girl, are you ready to go?" Wheeler asked while Quick-Pick, Mandora and Hachiman were finally ready to move out as well.

After Wheeler's question, the head of the noble creature started to nod it's head up and down.

As soon as everyone saw that the Unicorn was ready to go, they all started to head out towards their rendezvous with Char and his massive spaceship. As they continued to head out towards the edge of the forest, Hachiman the Samurai, was still on edge after what he Willa and the Fire Planeteer discussed from earlier. Little do the group of friends know that their biggest challenge is about to begin.

As the group continued to head out of the forest, the massive ship being controlled by Zarm and Pollution had already reached the landing coordinates and started final preparations to land. Meanwhile inside the ship Pollution was starting to get very angry at Zarm for not changing his appearance.

"Alright dude." Pollution started to say. "You have to change my form now before those stupid friends of the Thundercats arrive."

"My friend, no one knows you here so why should I?" Zarm replied in his most sarcastic tone.

"Dude! Have you forgotten that the Fire Punk is with them." Pollution started to say while trying to control his tone. "If he spots and recognizes me then the whole plan will be at risk."

"Calm down you fool." Zarm started to say as he started to extend both of his arms and opened hands. "I still have a few tricks up my sleeve." He added as energy beams started to emit from his hands and strike Pollution.

As the energy beams from Zarm started to impact Pollution, his body was starting to be covered by a bright orange light. As the orange light continued to cover his entire body, Pollution's form was starting to transform into a brand new body that would hide his true identity from everyone coming from the Warrior Maiden's home. After a moment, the light started to disappear and Pollution's new form was revealed.

As the energy beams started to wear off, Pollution started to look at his new hands and was almost in a state of shock when he saw them.

"DUDE!" He Pollution started to yell. "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME!?" Pollution added as he started to see his new grayish and partly webbed hands.

"That's nothing." Zarm started to say in his most pleasing tone. "Take a look at your face." Zarm added as Pollution started to walk over to a reflective console to see his face.

After Zarm's remark, Pollution started to see his reflection from one of the consoles. As he started to look, the villain was in shock. His face was a grayish head with small black eyes and had something that looked liked webbed ears on either side of his head. He was also wearing some kind of body suit that was supplying water to all portions of his body via hydro tubes from the suit.

"Dude, what have you turned me into?" Pollution asked once again after the shock started to go down.

"Relax my foolish friend." Zarm replied in his most honest and sinful tone.

"RELAX!? YOU EXPECT ME TO RELAX WHILE LOOKING LIKE A FREAK OF NATURE!"

"THAT IS ENOUGH OF THAT!" Zarm yelled back before calming down. "This is only a disguise to fool those friends of the Thundercats and that oaf Planet geek. Once we are done, I will change you back to normal. That is whatever is normal is for you."

"Now listen here dude." Pollution started to say as the proximity sensors started to go off. "Now what."

"It would appear that our victims have finally arrived." Zarm stated as he started to see a small group of people coming towards the ship. "Let us go and greet them."

"Are you forgetting about something dude?"

"Like what?"

"What if this Char persons works alone, how are you gonna explain me to them?"

"Don't worry I have already planned for this problem, and if I didn't, then I would let you tell them something."

"You are not giving me the feel of confidence dude."

"We'll be fine as long as you stop saying stupid things like dude and other words you tend to say. Just try to me more not like yourself."

"DUDE!" Pollution yelled.

"All right, that is enough of that. We have friends to meet and to betray. Just let me handle everything." Zarm stated while still looking like Char.

"I have a bad feeling about this" Pollution started to think.

After Zarm's statement, both himself and Pollution in their disguises started to enter the main chamber of their ship heading towards the main access stairs to the ground. As the duo approached a metal door, Zarm pushed a button on the left side control panel, activating both the door and the stairs. After a moment more the duo exited the ship to see their friends waiting patiently for them to arrive. As the duo started to step onto the planet's surface Mandora and the others started to approach in order to try and repair the Thundercat's sword.

"Char, you're early. I thought that you said by mid day today not early morning." Mandora stated with a little wonder in her tone.

"Yes well, after you contacted me, I found derelict ship with some interesting population technology. It was able to get me here much faster than I thought.." Char stated with a bit of cynicism in his tone.

"And your friend here?" Wheeler asked with some concern and wonder.

"Oh him." Char started to say. "He is my new assistant."

"I thought that you always worked alone. At least that is what I have heard." Quick-Pick stated while feeling a little surprised.

"Yes well with all of the hours that I have to put in, and too many clients to worry about, I needed someone to help."

"Does your friend have a name?" Hachiman asked with a little skepticism.

"Why yes his name is-" Char started to say until he got cut off.

"I meant from your friend there." Hachiman stated.

"Sorry about that." Pollution started to say in disguise." My name is Pollen. I know it is a bit unusual but my parents are proud of that name."

"Pleased to meet you Pollen." Mandora stated.

"The pleasure is all mine my dear Mandora." Pollen stated as Wheeler and Hachiman started to feel a bit off about something.

"Excuse me Pollen." Wheeler started to say. How long have you been working with Char?"

"I've been working with Char here for about two years mister."

"My name isn't important right now. I was just curious." Wheeler replied as he started to gesture to Mandora, Quick-Pick and Hachiman to follow him for a moment.

"Char, I will be right back. In the meantime how long will it take to fix the sword." Mandora stated.

"It shouldn't take long, depending on the damage and other problems that might develop. But I will go and turn on the furnace right away." Char stated as he started to head back into the ship. "I think that the planet pest is on to us. We had better move up our timetable." Char whispered to Pollen as he entered the ship.

As Char started to re-enter the ship, both Hachiman, Quick-Pick and Mandora were only a few feet away with Wheeler discussing their next moves.

"Mandora, I don't know but something is not right here." Wheeler stated.

"I am starting to feel the same way." Hachiman added.

"I am starting to agree with the both of you. Char would never let anyone help him with his work. He is a professional and doesn't like to show off his secrets. I know cause I read some reports about him a while back." Quick-Pick added.

"If that is true, then where is the real Char and who are these two?" Wheeler asked with some concern.

"I don't know Wheeler-san but I do know that I am sensing great evil from both of them." Hachiman added with honesty in his tone.

"Something weird is going on here. I can't quite put my finger on it, but there is something familiar about those two."

"How do you know this?" Hachiman asked with some concern.

"It is like I've met them both before. I'm sorry, I guess after everything that has happened to my friends I guess that I'm starting to get a bit paranoid."

"Sometimes a little paranoia can go along way." Quick-Pick stated.

"Is that how you managed to evade capture all of those years earlier before I caught you." Mandora asked with some wonder.

"That is a story for another time Mandora." Quick-Pick stated as his robotic eyes started to twirl around.

"We had better get back before they get suspicious." Hachiman stated as they all started to nod their heads in agreement.

After Hachiman's statement, the small group started to make their way back towards the huge spaceship, as they also started to see Willa waiting patiently for their return.

"Is everything alright?" Willa asked with some concern.

"Everything is fine." Mandora started to reply. "Where is Char?"

"My boss Char went inside the ship to get everything ready." Pollen started to say. "Willa and I were just shooting the breeze for a while."

"Shooting the breeze? What is that?" Quick-Pick started to say. "And how much is it?"

"Calm down Quick-Pick." Wheeler started to respond. "That is just an old expression from where I come from. It means just having a casual conversation. Tell me, where did you hear that?"

"Just something I heard from a job or two back in the day, fire boy." Pollen replied hoping that the Fire Planeteer wouldn't suspect.

"I think that we should go and join up with Char." Mandora asked in her most eager tone.

"Right this way my friends." Pollen gestured as they all started to enter the ship.

After his statement, the entire group started to enter the massive spaceship. As the group entered, they were all in awe in seeing the massive furnaces as well as the derelict spaceship that was recently appropriated by Char. As they continued to look around, the four-armed alien was standing in front of one of the smaller smelters, with the proper tools in three of his hands.

"Well I see that you're ready to get started." Wheeler stated as the group approached Char near on of the smaller smelters.

"Indeed I am my friends." Char started to say with a certain eagerness in his tone. "All I need is the sword and shards and I can get started."

"I do believe that I have them right here inside my coat." Quick-Pick stated as he started to take out both the shards and the broken sword from inside his coat.

"Excellent, now if you wouldn't mind handing them over to me I can get started." Char stated as Quick-Pick was starting to hand over the shards and the sword.

As Quick-Pick was about to hand over the items, a strange noise started to heard by everyone inside the ship.

"What is that noise?" Willa asked with some wonder.

"Oh that? It is just the pipes that I use for the furnace. They tends to make some noise from time to time." Char replied.

"I don't know, it sounds more like some kind of pounding. As if something is hitting a wall or something else." Wheeler replied as the noise started to get louder.

"I can assure you that everything is fine. Now please hand over the sword and shards." Char stated in a more determined tone.

"Just a moment there." Hachimam started to say. "I agree with my friend here." He started to add as he gestured to Wheeler. "We should check this out."

"I assure you that everything is fine." Char stated again. "No need to look for anything." He added as Hachiman and Wheeler started to look around fro the source of the noise.

As Wheeler and Hachiman continued to look around fro the source of the noise, they both started to approach the metal door that has been welded shut from the outside. As they continued to look at the door, the pounding sound was becoming much louder than ever.

"I'm positive that the noise is coming from behind this door." Wheeler stated as the sound started to stop.

"What happened to the noise?" Hachiman started to say. "Maybe Char was right and it was just from the pipes."

As soon as Hachioman finished his statement, they both started to hear some sort of muffled voice coming from behind the door.

"Char, there is someone behind this door and it is welded shut." Wheeler stated in his most determined tone.

"Oh that, it is just a stowaway I found a while ago. I thought that I should keep him out of trouble until I was able to contact the authorities." Char replied in his most calmest tone.

"Well the authorities are right here." Mandora started to say. "NOW OPEN THAT DOOR!" She yelled a bit louder.

"Alas the system is welded shut and we can't open it." Pollen replied in his most taunting tone.

"I can open it." Wheeler stated as he started to aim him ring at the metal hinges of the door.

"You open that door, don't make me laugh." Char started to say as he started to see the Planeteer position his ring. "And how will you open that door with that ring on your finger?"

"Yea fire bug how will open that door?" Pollen stated as Wheeler started to pause for a moment.

"Wheeler-san, are you alright?" Hachiman asked with concern after seeing the hesitation in the Planeteer's face.

"I'm fine. Everyone please get clear" Wheeler replied as he prepared to shout his next word "FIRE!" He added as a red beam came out of his ring and struck the metal door.

As the red beam started to hit the metal door, sparks of red and white lights started to emit as the beam started to cut right through. As he continued his work, everyone else was in a state of amazement except for both Char and Pollen. As he continued to burn through the door, Willa and Mandora started to approach him.

"Wheeler, is there anything we can do to help?" Willa asked with some concern.

"Just stand clear and get ready to help whoever is inside that room." Wheeler replied as the metal was almost burned through.

After a moment, the metal was completely burned through and they can look into the room. As the heat started to die down an image of a four armed person started to approach the group.

"Thanks pal. I thought that you'd never hear me pound on that door." The alien stated until he stepped into the light. "Now can some…one …tell me what is going on here?" He added as he started to see everyone in front of him.

"WHO ARE YOU?! IDENTIFY YOURSELF!" Mandora yelled as she started to grab her laser pistol and pointed it at the alien.

"I'm Char, and this is my ship." The alien stated as everyone was in a state of shock.

"How can you be Char when we are standing next to Char right here." Willa stated as she gestured to the Char next to her.

"What's going on here and who are you imposter?" Char stated while looking at the other Char and Pollen.

"You are the imposter. I am the real Char you shape shiftier." The other Char stated.

"Yea dude, you are the bad guy here." Pollen added.

"THAT'S ENOUGH OF THAT!" Wheeler shouted in order to get everyone's attention.

"What do you think you are doing my friend?" Hachiman asked while trying to figure out the Planeteer's next move.

"Why don't you just burn this guy out of existence fire punk." Pollen stated in determination in his tone.

"You know something, that is a good idea." Wheeler stated as he started to turn his ring over to the Char by Willa. "Willa, get away from him. He is the imposter."

"My young friend, have you lost your-" The second Char was about to say until he got cut off.

"That is enough of your tricks. I know who you both are. That's Zarm and I'll bet that Pollen here is Captain Pollution. It took me a while but thanks to Pollution's fire bug remarks I figured it out."

"But it would appear you acted a little to late." Char stated as he started to turn back into Zarm and grabbed Willa. "Now Eco-Geek, surrender the sword, the shards and yourself to us at once." He added as Pollution changed back from his disguise into his original form.

"Do what he says dude or your friend there will be incinerated into dust." Pollution added with a happy smirk on the orange face.

"How dare you come onto my ship and trick me like that." Char stated in anger as he was about to grab some of his tools to fight with.

"Not so fast there Char." Zarm stated as he right hand started to glow only a few inches from Will's chest." Try anything foolish and she is a goner."

"Zarm, you are gonna pay for this big time when I get my hands on you." Wheeler stated as he started to approach Zarm and Willa.

"Now that is far enough Planet Pest." Zarm stated as Wheeler stopped in his tracks about half way between Zarm and Pollution. "Now take off your ring and give it to me at once or she is finished."

"WHEELER, PLEASE DON'T DO IT!" Willa started to yell. "MY LIFE IS NOT IMPORTANT, YOU HAVE TO SAVE MY DAUGHTER AND THE OTHERS! DON'T DO ANYTHING TO-"

"QUIET YOU FOOL!" Zarm yelled as he started in intense his power in his right hand. "One move left Wheeler, surrender or watch her die."

"All right you win." Wheeler stated as he was trying to get his ring off. "My arm is a little stiff, mind if I stretch it out a little?" Wheeler asked hoping to hear the correct answer.

"I suppose so, don't want anyone to think that I am heartless." Zarm replied as Wheeler aimed his ring towards the top of the ship.

"On second thought, I'd rather do this. FIRE!" Wheeler shouted as a red beam started to fire from his ring towards the top of Char's ship.

As the beam of red energy started to appear from his ring, the look on Zarm's face was one of complete confusion. He started to wonder why would Wheeler aim and fire his ring at the roof of the ship, knowing full well that nothing would happen from that position. After a moment more he started to realize that the Planeteer had a plan to try and save Willa and the others as well as the Thundercat's sword. Zarm finally realized that there might be a fire suppression system somewhere inside the room and that the Planeteer was trying to activate it. A moment later strange pieces of foam started to fall down from the roof covering everyone.

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!" Zarm yelled as the foam continued to rain down.

"What I hoped would happen." Wheeler started to say in his most determined tone. "Let's see how Pollution can function when his powers are being drained by fire retardant. Something I'm sure is partly clean water."

"NO!" Zarm yelled as he started to see Pollution fall to the ground while getting weaker all of the time. "YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS YOU-!" Zarm continued to yell until he was cut off.

As Zarm was about to react, Willa was able to slip away while he was being distracted. As Willa was getting away, Zarm started to emit more energy from his hand and was ready to fire, when Wheeler lunged at Zarm, causing him to fall to the ground. As Zarm started to recover, the Planeteer started to make sure that Willa was fine.

"Willa, are you Ok?" Wheeler asked while trying to get his bearings.

"Yes Wheeler, I'm fine." Willa started to say until she saw what was about to happen next. "WHEELER , WATCH OUT BEHIND YOU!" Willa yelled.

As Willa's warning was received by the Planeteer, he was already struck by a beam of energy from behind, causing him to collapse to the floor.

"WHEELER-SAN!" Hachiman yelled as everyone turned their attention to Zarm and the fallen Pollution.

As they all looked on, Zarm had grabbed and dragged the fallen Planeteer to Pollution, who was still getting weaker every minute.

"We've got what we came for." Zarm started to say as he started to look to the roof. "MUMM-RA, GET US OUT OF HERE!" He yelled.

After the statement made by Zarm, both himself, Pollution and Wheeler were bathed in a red light and then disappeared.

"WHEELER! NO!" Mandora shouted as Hachiman and Char started to turn off the fire suppression system.

"WHEELER!" Willa yelled in her most upset tone before falling to her knees.

After making sure that the fire suppression system was finally turned off, both Hachiman and Char returned to find Willa on the ground and Mandora with Quick-Pick.

"Mandora, what has happened?" Hachiman asked with much concern.

"They took Wheeler to Mumm-Ra." Mandora replied in her most saddened tone.

"We have to get him back." Willa added in her most angry tone while she was still on her knees.

"We will, but we need the Thundercat's help and for that we need to repair their sword." Hachiman replied as he started to help Willa back to her feet. "Will you be alright?" He added.

"I think so." Willa replied as she started to turn her attention to Char. "Char, Quick-Pick says that you can fix anything. Can you fix the Thundercat's sword?" She asked with much concern.

"I can fix anything my dear uh." Char started to say.

"Willa, my name is Willa. Leader of the Warrior Maidens." Willa replied.

"Of course I can fix the sword, but first I would need to see the damage." Char stated as Quick-Pick started to approach the four-armed alien.

"Here is the sword and the shards." Quick-Pick started to say as he passed Chard the broken hilt and the bag full of shards. "I do believe that I have gotten every last one except for one inside a statue's hair."

"Statue's hair?" Char asked with wonder.

"Nevermind about that." Hachiman started to say. "Can you please try to repair Lion-O-san's sword. The Thundercats that survived an attack are in Willa's home and are very weak and getting weaker everyday. Hopefully repairing the sword will help."

"Let me see here." Char started to say as he took the broken hilt and shards from Quick-Pick. "The shards are no problem to reforge into a new blade but the base and this crack in the jewel is another problem. I would have to completely melt it down and reforge it by hand. Luckily I have a mold from the first time I worked on the sword, it should do the trick."

"Is there a way you can prevent this kind of damage from happening again?" Hachiman asked with concern.

"Let me run a few quick tests on the hilt, I might be able to find out what happened and fix it." Char stated as he took the sword, minus the shards into another room to run some tests. "I should be back shortly, in the meantime, can you please clean up the mess on the floor?"

"Why should we, it was Wheeler who made the mess, plus the actions of those two bullies." Quick-Pick stated as Mandora was handing him a broom and dustpan.

"Wheeler saved Willa's life and we owe Char for what he is doing. Now lend a hand and no back talking." Mandora stated as Quick-Pick took the tools from Mandora with his metal claws.

"If this is the price I have to pay for going straight, then maybe I should go back to pick pocketing. It is a lot safer and less work."

"Come on Quick-Pick let's get to work." Willa responded as they all started to clean up the foam from the ground as Char was running his tests on the sword.

As Mandora, Willa and Quick-Pick were busy cleaning up the mess inside the main smelter room, Char was busy analyzing the damage done to the Thundercats sword in hopes of repairing it.

"Let's see what this scan can tell me." Char started to say as he placed the damage sword on a platform table and started to use four computer terminals at once. "Who knew that those old computer and chemical classes would come in handy now." He added as he continued to work.

After a brief moment of running every test he could think of, Char started to run a radiation test that started to reveal some interesting results.

"What's this?" Char started to say while looking at the computer's report on screen. "It looks like this sword was bombarded with two types of radiation. Both of which I've never seen before. Maybe Willa and the others could explain what I am seeing here." He added as he started to print out the test results. After a moment more he started to leave the room to rejoin the others.

As Char entered the main smelting room, he was surprised by what he saw. He was only gone for about an hour or so but the whole room was cleaned up and started to sparkle.

"Man if you all want a job as cleaners, then you are all hired." Char stated with a surprising tone in his voice.

"Thanks for the complement Char, but what about the sword?" Mandora stated with a little sarcasm.

"I've ran every test that I have but I am puzzled by this last one." Char stated as he started to show them the print out. "Can any of you tell me what this radiation signature means?" He added.

After a moment of looking over the printout, Quick-Pick started to speak.

"It seems to be the signature of something the Thundercats call Thundrainium. I think that Third Earth has something like that don't you?" Quick-Pick stated while looking at Willa.

"Yes. It is called Fire Rock. We have a volcano that still erupts that stuff from time to time. The Thundercats once told me that they are weakened by it." Willa stated in her most honest tone.

"Well according to this printout, there is something with the Thundrainium that has altered the atomic structure of their sword. It started to make it brittle so it would be easier to break."

"Is there anything that you can do?" Mandora asked with concern and hope in her tone.

"I might have something that could do the trick, but it is risky."

"Risky? How?" Quick-Pick asked.

"I have been working on a formula that can prevent any piece of metal from rusting or breaking, but I don't know if it will work for the sword. I have never perfected the formula yet."

"Then I suggest that you get cracking right away." Mandora started to say while her visor started to light up. "We need to get the Thundercats back on their feet and try to rescue Wheeler."

"I'm all for that but unless you have someone who is an expect in updated chemical formulas, then this will take some time."

"I might be able to help with that." Quick-Pick stated as all eyes started to focus on him.

"Another hidden talent Quick-Pick." Mandora stated with a sarcastic tone.

"Just one of many my dear." Quick-Pick replied as he started to roll his mechanical eyes around.

"We are going to have a serious discussion once this mission is taken care of Quick-Pick."

"I can't wait."

"Quick-Pick, come and help make a solution that can counter what happened to the Thundecat's sword. Mandora, Willa can you please wait here for a while. I know it is an inconvenience but it will only be for a moment." Char stated as he and Quick-Pick entered the other room.

Once the duo entered the room, the door closed shut, leaving the two women together in the main smelting room.

"Mandora, may I ask you a question?" Willa asked in her most graceful tone.

"Of course Willa." Mandora replied.

"I was wondering, do you ever take off your helmet. I mean it must be very uncomfortable for you at times."

"It is, but I always have to be ready to hunt down any criminal."

"Don't you ever take it off?"

"I did once. On Hachiman's planet. I had to blend in to find him and this elderly woman helped me out with some native clothing. I almost felt naked without my helmet on."

"I think that you should take it off for now. Besides, we can't do anything until Char gets back with a way to fix the sword. Then we have to make sure that everyone else will be fine at the Lair."

"Alright, but don't tell anyone that I did this." Mandora stated as she started to tap the release button for her helmet.

As Mandora's helmet started to retract, the beautiful face of the officer started to emerge again. As Willa started to loon on, she started to notice a section of her hair colored red and her eyes were of the same color as the Wind Planeteer's.

"Mandora, you look beautiful." Willa stated while still is awe of Mandora's face.

"Thank you." Mandora replied while trying not to blush.

"You should try and keep your helmet off almost all of the time. It is a good look for you."

"Maybe, but I don't think that the criminals would care for it."

"You're probably right about that. Don't you ever get a night off to just be a woman instead of an officer of the law."

"Nope."

"Why is that?" Willa asked with some concern.

"Cause in this universe we live in, criminals are always planning and plotting. So I have to be ready all of the time."

"Don't you ever get a break?"

"I don't think that this counts."

"I think you're right about that." Willa replied as both the females started to laugh for a moment.

"I had better put my helmet back on before they come back." Willa stated as she started to push a button to expand her helmet again.

"Mandora, may I ask you something?"

"Go ahead Willa."

"Listen, after everything is done here and the Thundercats and Planeteers are all back to normal, would you consider becoming an honorary member of my tribe."

"I would be honored."

"We would be the ones who would be honored. But there is just one request."

"And that is?"

"No helmets allowed."

After a moment of pause, Mandora started to reply. "I think that I can live with that request." Mandora replied before taking her right hand and shaking Willa's right hand in friendship.

As Mandora and Willa were finishing their conversation, the door to the other room started to burst open with Char and Quick-Pick coming out. As they both exited, Char was holding a vile of some sort in his upper right hand with the green mechanical alien right behind him.

"WE GOT IT! WE GOT IT!" Char started to yell. "WE HAVE A WAY TO RESTORE AND PROTECT THE THUNDERCAT'S SWORD FROM ANY MORE DAMAGE!"

"You do? How?" Willa asked with concern.

"Quick-Pick and I were able to pool our knowledge together and make this special alloy coating for the sword. It just might be strong enough to resist any more damage done by what ever was mixed in with that Thundrainum beam. But, I haven't had time to test it."

"You know that the Thundercats would always like to take precautions before trying anything new, but in this case we should forget about doing that." Willa stated while starting to look at Mandora. "Mandora, your thoughts on this?"

"I agree with Willa. We should move ahead, but we should also trend carefully. No telling what might happen after the sword is fixed." Mandora replied as she turned her attention to Char. "Do it Char."

"It is going to take some time." Char started to say. "I have to completely melt down the sword and then re-forge it. It could take all day to complete, even with some help."

"Just tell us what we have to do and we might get done faster." Mandora stated in her most determined tone.

"Alright then, but everyone must follow my instructions to the letter." Char replied as everyone nodded their heads.

As Char and the others started to work on the Thundercat's sword, the fate of the Fire Planeteer was still in everyone's mind. But soon enough they will discover Mumm-Ra's master plan in action. This is going to be the most fiercest battle that the Thundercats and the Planeteers have ever faced, and in this battle, they might loose one of their own forever.
