Dinosaurs on a Spaceship

The Doctor, Annabelle and I were in Egypt 1334 BC and as usual we were running. We reached the TARDIS. "Bye then!" said The Doctor to Queen Nefertiti who was following us.

"It was wonderful to meet you meeting you," I said.

"Sorry about the mess," said Annabelle.

The woman grabbed my uncle and pressed him against the TARDIS.

"You think I'll let you leave without me," said the woman seductively, as she rubed her hands along his chest, "after what we've just been through?" she ran her fingers through his hair.

"You've got the Egyptian people to rule, Queen Nefertiti." I said.

"Right," said the Doctor, "They'll need reassuring after that weapon-bearing giant alien locust attack we just stopped, rather brilliantly." Just then we heard the honk of an old car horn, "Sorry!" he switched places with Nefertiti, and took out his psychic paper, "Got it set to temporal newsfeed...Oh, that's interesting!"

"What is?" asked Nefertiti as she tried to looked at the psychic paper.

"Nothing!" said The Doctor then he showed Annabelle and I the paper. "Not at.. Ohh! Never been there, exciting!" Then she pressed The Doctor into the TARDIS and Annabelle and I followed.

The message from the psychic paper took us to the headquarters of the Indian Space Agency 2367 AD. On a screen, in the main control room, the officer in charge, Indria, showed us diagram of the ship. It was a ball of tubes that networked a bunch of large rectangle shaped compartments all around the ship, "Craft size approximately ten million square kilometers."

"That makes it about the size of Canada," I said, as we stared at the screen, "and it's coming at Earth very fast. Are there any signs of life?"

"We sent up a drone craft, it took these readings."

The Doctor bent over to read the screen, "Crikey Charlie, look at that! Ooh, I know someone who'd love a look."

"I bet Amy and Rory would love two get a look at this too," said Annabelle.

"Of course," said The Doctor, as he walked around the screen, "Mustn't forget the Ponds! Haven't seen them in ages." he rest his arm on Nefertiti's shoulder, "I'm riffing, people usually stop me when I'm riffing, or carry on without me."

"Can you communicate with this craft?" asked Nefertiti

"She's with us," said The Doctor, "Good question, Neffy."

"No," said Indira, "No response on any channel in any recognized language. If it comes within 10,000 kilometers of Earth, we send up missiles."

"Oh, Indira, I liked you before you said missiles," I said, "How long until the ship gets that close?"

"Six hours, nineteen minutes."

"Right, better get a shift on then!" said The Doctor, "Leave it with us. Come on then, Neffy! We're going to need help."

The Doctor grabbed Nefertiti's hand and the four of us ran for the TARDIS. Before we went to pick up Amy and Rory we made a pit stop in 1902 on the African Plains. We came up to a campsite where we saw a man sitting by a fire, "More stew?" asked The Doctor as he took a seat.

"Where have you thee been?" asked the man, "Seven months! You were popping out for some liquorices! I had two very disappointed dancers on my hands! Not that I couldn't manage."

"Riddell, listen, we've found...well, something," said The Doctor.

"No, no, no, no, no, no. I shan't fall for that again," said Riddell. He paused, "What is it?

"I've no idea," said Annabelle, "Do you want to find out?"

Riddell smiled.

Our next stop was to Amy and Rory's house. I walked up to the controls and looked at the coordinates. "Doctor, you are not going to materialize the TARDIS around them."

"We are in a hurry, Teddy," said The Doctor.

"Do I need to remind you this is a time machine… We've got all the time in the universe!"

"Well, it's more fun this way…"

I rolled my eyes, "Don't expect me to stop Amy when she starts to kick your butt for doing this."

Slowly Amy and Rory started to materialize in the space next to the door. They were holding a ladder for Rory's father, Brian, who was holding a light bulb. I recognized him from Amy and Rory's wedding.

"Hello!" said The Doctor, "You weren't busy, were you? Well, even if you were, it wasn't as interesting as this probably is. Didn't want you to miss it. Now, just a quick hop."

I walked up to Amy and Rory, "I'm sorry… I tried to stop him but you know how he gets…"

"Everybody grab a torch!" said The Doctor as he headed for the exit.

Annabelle and I handed everyone a flashlight and we walked out of the TARIDS. Brian dropped the light bulb he was holding and followed us out.

We were in a dark corridor of the spaceship. The Doctor was examining the area close to the TARDIS when we all walked out. He was looking up at a spider in its web, "Spiders. Don't normally get spiders in space."

Brian stepped out of the TARDIS and looked around, "What the...?"

"Don't move!" said The Doctor as he marched right over to Brian,"D'you really think I'm that stupid I wouldn't notice? How did you get aboard? Transmat? Who sent you?"

I rolled my eyes as Rory came over to them, "Doctor…that's my dad."

The Doctor looked at Rory, "Well, frankly, that's outrageous."

"What?"

"You think you can bring your dad along without asking? I'm not a taxi service, you know!"

I rolled my eyes again as Rory said, "You materialized around us!"

"Oh, well, that's fine then, my mistake. Hello, Brian, how are you?" he shook Brian's hand, "Nice to see you, again. Welcome, welcome!" He spun around, "This is the gang. I've got a gang - yes! Come on then, everyone!"

The Doctor walked down the corridor and we all followed. Just then there was a loud thud and the ship shook. Amy walked up to us and asked. "All right, where are we, and what is that noise? And hello! Ten months!"

"We are on a ship on a collision course with Earth," I said, "I don't know what the noise is." I gave Amy a hug, "It's great to see you."

"Hello, Pond," said The Doctor as he gave Amy a hug, "Ten months, time flies. Never really understood that phrase." Then we continued, "This is Neffy, this is Riddell. They're with us."

"With you?" asked Amy, "They're with you, are they the new us? Is that why we haven't seen you?"

"No, they're just people," said Annabelle, "Nobody could replace you and Rory," she gave Amy a hug, "We thought we could use a few extra people on this trip."

Just then we heard the grinding gears of an elevator as it got close to our level, "It's coming down." said The Doctor.

"What is it?" asked Riddell.

"No idea."

The elevator doors opened and we were blinded by the light from inside. We heard roaring and we saw two Ankylorsaurs step out, "Not possible!" said Brian.

"Run!" said The Doctor.

We all ran I turned and saw The Doctor wasn't with us. I turned and saw The Doctor standing there. Amy saw it two and we both ran up to him, "Doctor!" said Amy.

"I know! Dinosaurs! On a spaceship!" said The Doctor and we started to run.

We ran down the corridor and Riddell covered us with his gun. "In here!" said Nefertiti, as she led us into a small opening that was too narrow for the dinosaurs. The Doctor put a finger to his lips, to keep us quiet as the dinosaurs roared and stomped down the corridor.

When they reached our hiding place, Riddell took out a large knife and whispered, "I could take one of them, short blow, up into the throat".

"Or not," I said, "We've just found dinosaurs in space. We need to preserve them."

"And who's going to preserve us?"

Amy shushed us and we all remained quiet and still as the dinosaurs continued down the corridor. We crept back out into the corridor and Rory asked, "OK, so, how? And whose ship?"

"There's so much to discover. Think how much wiser we'll be by the end of all this," said The Doctor.

"Sorry. Sorry. Are you saying dinosaurs are flying a spaceship?" asked Brian.

"Brian, please! That would be ridiculous," said The Doctor, "They're probably just passengers. Did we mention missiles?"

"Missiles?!"

Rory and The Doctor motioned for him to keep quiet, "Didn't want to worry you. Anyway, six hours is a lifetime...not literally a lifetime, that's what we're trying to avoid. And we're all really clever! Let's see what we can find out. Come on."

The Doctor lead us to a room filled with all kinds of computer equimpent overgrown with vines and covered in spider webs. The Doctor pulled some webs from in front of a screen, "Eugh!" he said as he wiped his hand on Brian's clothes.

"How many dinosaurs do you think are on here?" asked Amy.

Annabelle used her sonic on the computer and the screen came to life, "Oh, well done, whoever you are. Looking for engines." said The Doctor.

The screen changed, "Thank you, computer," said Annabelle, "Look at that, different sections have different engines, but these look like the primary clusters. Where are we now, computer? We need to get down to these engines…"

The Doctor touched the screen and he, Annabelle, Rory and Brian were teleported away.

"What happened?" asked Nefertiti.

"Oh, great!" said Amy.

I walked up to the screen. I pressed a couple of buttons, "They were taken to the engine room. But, the teleports are offline right now. We'll have to go on foot… Come on…"

I led Amy, Nefertiti and Riddell out of the room and down the corridor, "There are clearly more than just two of those creatures." said Riddell as he took a drink from his flask.

"Put that away," I said as I hit his should, "I need you sober."

"It's medicinal, Teddy. And I don't take orders from females."

"Then learn," said Nefertiti, "Any man who speaks to me that way, I execute."

"You're very welcome to try," said Riddell.

"Sorry, what was your name again?" Asked Amy.

"I'm sorry," I said, "In all the excitement we forgot to introduce everyone. This is Queen Nefertiti of Egypt."

"I'll be damned…" said Riddell.

"Oh, my God!" said Amy, "Queen Nefertiti! I learned all about you at school. You're awesome! Big fan, high-five!" Nefertiti just stared at her, "Yeah, bit behind on that. You're really famous."

"Ssh! Listen." said Riddell.

We heard loud, rumbling snort. Riddell lowered he flashlight and the beam landed on a small sleeping T-Rex, "It looks like a baby," I said, "and I'm guessing mommy isn't too far behind."

"I propose a retreat," said Riddell, as we headed back the way we came then we heard more dinosaurs, "Or perhaps forwards."

"Agreed," said Amy, "Just don't wake the baby." We slowly moved forward and Riddell stpped over the sleeping T-Rex's neck. He stepped on a piece of paper that rustled. The T-Rex snorted but it didn't wake up. Riddell sighed before he pulled his other leg over and he nearly lost his balance. When he finally got his other leg over he looked at us and grinned. Nefertiti shook her head and we continued, "Who are you, anyway?" asked Amy.

"John Riddell," he said, "Big game hunter on the African plains. I'm sure you've heard of me, too."

"No."

"You clearly have some alarming gaps in your education."

"Or men who hunt defenseless creatures just don't impact on history. Face it, she's way cooler than you."

"And you, Amy? Are you also a queen?"

"Yes. Yes, I am," said Amy confidently.

I smiled as we walked into a laboratory overgrown with plants and vines, "Bit of weed killer wouldn't go amiss in here." said Amy.

"Whoever was running this vessel left in a hurry," said Riddell.

"Maybe a plague came and took them," said Nefertiti

"No, there'd be corpses and bones."

"Unless the animals ate them."

"Whoa, Chuckle Brothers, lighten up, would ya?" said Amy.

"But Riddell is right," I said, "If something did kill the crew there would be bodies."

Amy walked over to a computer and pressed a few buttons, the machine came to life and the lights came on, "How did you know how to do that?" asked Nefertiti.

"I've spent enough time with Teddy and her family to know whenever you enter somewhere new, press buttons."

I smiled, then Nefertiti asked, "What else have you learned from them?"

Amy saw a stack of white discs on top of the computer, "Don't stop at button-pressing." picked one up, put it on a tray and inserted it into the computer. Audio started to play but no videio, "One hundred and seventeen years…" said the voice.

"Data records," said Amy, with a smile.

"Ship's owners?" asked Riddle.

"Could be," I said.

"Come on, help us out…" said Amy as she pressed some more buttons, "How about a picture? Come on, for me?" Then she slapped the side of the computer and a picture slowly came into focus.

VOICE:

'..far beyond our mapping...'

"Look! It's beautiful," said Nefertiti, as she pointed at the screen.

The person speaking was a male Silurian Elder, "I can't tell how far we have come," He said, "Far enough to avoid the destructive impact forecast for our planet. Far enough for me to feel a profound sense of loss."

"What is that?" asked Riddell.

"Silurian," I said.

We stood there and watched as the Silurian continued his log entry, "Of the 50 species loaded, only one has had any difficulty in surviving," he said, "All the others are thriving and we expect them to be able to repopulate."

"I don't believe it," I said, "This is a Silurian ark."

"Lizard people herding dinosaurs on to a space ark?!" said Riddell, "Absolute tommy-rot."

"Only an idiot denies the evidence of their own eyes," said Nefertiti.

"Egyptian queen or not, I shall put you across my knee and spank you."

"Oh, Lord," said Amy.

"Try and I'll snap your neck in a heartbeat," said Nefertiti.

"Mm. Well, they certainly bred firecrackers in your time," said Riddell.

"Aw, no, no, no. Please, don't start flirting. I will not have flirting companions!" said Amy.

"Why not?" I said, "I travel with you and Rory…" I smiled. Amy looked at me with a furrowed brow and squinted eyes.

"If the Doctor trusts Amy and Teddy, so do I. Stop doubting them."

"If this ship was built by…" Riddell.

"Silurians, yeah." said Amy.

"Where are they?"

"Surprisingly good question."

I turned to the computer, "Display life signs for homo reptilia." 'No Life Signs Detected,' appeared on the screen.

"But where have they gone?" asked Amy.

"Perhaps they found another world, left the ship," said Nefertiti.

"No…" I said, "The whole point of this ship was to find a new world for the dinosaurs. They wouldn't leave them on board."

"And why is the ship coming back to Earth? It doesn't make sense," said Amy, "What's changed between then and now? Wait," Amy looked at the computer, "Computer, show me the ship at launch with all life signals." The image on the screen showed the ship with thousands of tiny dots. "Now show me the ship today with all life signals." in the new image a lot of the dots disappeared, "Thousands less. But why?"

"Computer," I said, "Show us both images, then and now, side by side."

"What are you looking for?" asked Riddell.

"OK, two images, spot the difference," I said, "What changed between then and now besides the missing Silurians?"

Nefertiti spoke up and pointed at the now image, "The center."

"Computer, zoom in on the center." The Computer zoomed in and it showed a spacecraft in the center, "Oh, no."

"What is it?" asked Riddell.

"Another spacecraft," said Amy, "This ship's been boarded before,"

"Amy, call Rory…" I said.

Amy dialed Rory's number and put it on speaker. "Hello, Mrs." said Rory.

"Where are you?" asked Rory.

"Still on board. Met some pterodactyls and some rusty robots, that I'm going to MELT DOWN."

"Rory, this is a Silurian ship," I said, "We need to talk to The Doctor.

We heard Rory say, "Doctor? Amy & Teddy."

Then we heard The Doctor say to some one, "I need to take this. Amy. Teddy."

"Doctor," I said, "this is an ark, built by the Silurians. They were looking for another planet."

"Where are they now?" asked The Doctor.

"None on board," said Amy, "I mean, thousands of stasis pods - all empty."

"I'll see you soon." Then, The Doctor hung up.

Riddell opened up a cabinet and found some rifles, "Now these are what we need - dinosaur protection."

"No weapons!" said Amy grabbed a rifle from him. Then he handed her a magazine, "Anaesthetic. These are stun guns. You're almost clever."

"Enough to make a dinosaur take a nap. Even the Doctor couldn't object to that."

"I know I don't," I said as I took a rifle.

Nefertiti walked up to Amy and asked, "You and the Doctor... Are you his queen?"

"No, no, I'm Rory's queen. Wife. I'm his wife. Please don't tell him I said I was his queen - I'll never hear the end of it."

"Your secret's safe with me," I said.

"And the Doctor, does he have a queen?" asked Nefertiti.

"I thought you had a husband," asked Amy.

"A male equivalent of a sleeping potion."

"You clearly need a man of action and excitement. One with a very large weapon," said Riddell, as he cocked his rife and headed for the door.

"So, human sleeping potion or walking innuendo," I said, "Take your pick."

The three of us shared a smile. Then an alarm came on and a screen turned on and we saw The Doctor, Annabelle, Rory and Brian in a corridor.

"That's very bad indeed," said The Doctor, "Completely unhelpful."

Rory was looking at a computer screen as The Doctor and Annabelle paced the floor, "Doesn't this ship have any defense systems installed?" said Rory.

"Good thinking, Rory!" said The Doctor as he and Annabelle dashed up to him.

The Doctor kissed Rory on the mouth and Annabelle said, "Computer, show us weapons and defense systems. " the computer screen showed them 'No Systems Available'

"Well, that was a waste of time, wasn't it?" said The Doctor as he lightly slapped Rory's cheeks, "Getting my hopes up like that."

"What ship doesn't have weapons?" asked Rory.

"An ancient species that was still full of hope, Rory," said Annabelle.

"What about the control deck?" asked Brian, "You said we should go to the control deck next."

"It's too late, it won't make any difference," said Annabelle.

"We could at least try." said Rory.

"It won't work, Rory," said The Doctor, "The missiles are locked on."

"So, what? We're just giving up?"

"I don't know. I don't know."

Just then there was a flash of light and a man teleported in with two robots. Later, The Doctor told me the man was a space pirate named Solomon. Solomon tricked the Silurians into bringing his ship on board. Then, he found the dinosaurs and when the Silurians wouldn't give them to him he woke them up in batched and threw them out of the airlocks. "You and your niece were telling the truth, Doctor. Earth has launched missiles. This vessel is too clumsy to outrun them, but I have my own ship."

"You won't get your precious cargo on board, though," said Annabelle, "It'll just be you and your metal tantrum machines."

'We do not have tantrums!" said one of the Robots.

"Shut up!" said Solomon as he used canes to walk up to The Doctor and Annabelle. "You're right. I can't keep the dinosaurs and live myself. But I had the IV system scan the entire ship and it found something even more valuable. Utterly unique. I don't know where you found it or how you got it here, but I want it."

My mind worked over time trying to figure out what he could be talking about. Then, The Doctor said, "I don't know what you're talking about."

"Earth Queen Nefertiti of Egypt." I looked over at Nefertiti, and he said, "A face stamped across history. Give her to me and I'll let the rest of you live."

"No." said The Doctor.

"You think I won't punish those who get in my way? Whatever their worth?" Solomon gave a nod and one of the robot shot a triceratops that was nearby. Annabelle told me later that Tricey was kind enough to provide a means of escape when they had to get away from Solomon and the robot the first time they met.

Riddell took off his hat we watched The Doctor and Annabelle walk slowly toward the dying creature. They knelt beside it and stroked it at is passed away. The Doctor and Annabelle then stood and gave Solomon the slow clap as they walked back to Rory and Brian, "You must be very proud," said Annabelle, disgustedly.

"Bring her to me," said Annabelle, "Or the robots will make their way through your corpses. Bring her now."

"No."

"Get me there," said Nefertiti.

"I don't think that's such a good idea," I said

"Get me there, now!" she said.

I pressed a button and the four of us were teleported to where the rest of the group was. The Doctor and Annabelle walked up to us. The Doctor whispered to Nefertiti, "What are you doing?"

Nefertiti stepped forward, "I demanded to be brought here."

The Doctor grabbed her arm, "No, no, no, no - no way."

"It isn't your choice, Doctor. It's mine."

"Listen to me, if you go with him, we can't guarantee your safety," said Annabelle.

"You and your family saved my people. I am in your debt," said Nefertiti.

"No, you don't owe us anything"

"Then I do it of my own will."

"Neffy, Neffy, Neffy…" said The Doctor.

Nefertiti then walked toward Solomon, "No!" shouted Riddell as he cocked his rifle and aimed at Solomon, "Take her, I shoot you."

Nefertiti held her arm out to kep him back ,"Put your weapon down. Let me make my choice."

"Do it, boy." said Solomon. One of the robots stepped forward and Riddell lowered his rifle, "My bounty increases. And what an extraordinary bounty you are." he reached out to touch her.

Nefertiti shoved his hand away, "Never touch me."

Solomon pushed her against the way and pressed the sharp edge of his cane against her throat, "I like my possessions to have spirit. It means I can have fun breaking them," Nefertiti pushed the can away. Then, Solomon continued, "And I will break you in, with immense pleasure. Thank you, Doctor. Computer? Take us back to my ship." With a flash, Solomon, Nefertiti and the robots teleported away.

At that moments, alarm began to sound, "Hostile targeting in progress. Hostile targeting in progress. Hostile targeting in progress. Hostile targeting in progress. Hostile targeting in progress."

"Bingo," said The Doctor.

"What is it?" asked Rory, "Doctor?"

Soon we teleported onto the control deck. There were two pilot chair covered in cobwebs with a small post between, "OK, Control deck," said The Doctor, as he removed the cap on the post and looked inside. Riddell and Annabelle took positions at the door.

"So, what's the plan?" asked Rory.

"Come on. The missiles are locked on to us, we can't outrun them, we have to save the dinosaurs and get Nefertiti back from Solomon. Isn't it obvious?!"

"It's sort of the opposite of obvious."

I looked Rory as the Doctor worked on the post, "We have 17 minutes before the missiles hit, we need to turn this ship around."

"The Doctor said it was too late, there wasn't any time."

"Ah, yes, but I didn't have this plan then, did I? Riddell? Annabelle? Keep an eye out for dinosaurs."

"I was rather hoping you'd say that," said Riddell as he handed a gun to my daughter.

"No killing any," said The Doctor.

"Don't worry," I said, "They are tranquilizer guns."

"Rory, Brian, get rid of the cobwebs." said The Doctor as Riddell and Annabelle walked out of the room.

The Doctor and I went over to the computer and we scanned it with our sonics. The Doctor stood up and slammed his hand on the computer, "No - don't be like that! Really unhelpful."

"What's the matter?" asked Amy

I sighed, "This ship uses parallel pilot compartments," I said, "they're bio-configured. That means we need two operators of the same gene chain and gender. That's why Solomon couldn't change the ship's course and neither can we." Just then Brian raised his hand, "Yes, Brian?"

"We can. Me and Rory. We must be the same gene thingy you just said."

I smiled and walked over to Brian, "Yes, you are Brian Pond."

"I'm not a Pond."

"Today you're an honorary Pond," I said.

"Sit down, both of you," said The Doctor, "Ship does all the engineering, the controls are straightforward, even a monkey could use them, "Rory and Brian sat down, "- oh, look, they're going to." I laughed but Amy, Rory and Brian just looked at The Doctor, "Guys, come on, comedy gold. Where's a Silurian audience when you need one?"

"Anyway," I said, "You each have two eye-line screens, ones for velocity and the other's trajectory. Steer away from Earth, try not to bump into the moon otherwise the races who live there will be mad."

"What?" asked Brian.

"Primary controls in the arms of the chairs," said The Doctor, "principle's the same as any vehicle. Eight minutes, 45 seconds." he sonic the chair to activate them, "Get us as far away as you can." Then he looked into the post again, "Right, phase two sorted. Now for phase one."

Amy walked over ,"Phase two comes after phase one.

"Humans, you're so linear," I said.

"Shine a torch in here," said The Doctor.

Amy knelt down, "What're you doing?" and shined her flashlight in the post.

"Mixing my messages," he said as he pulled wires out.

"How's the job?" I asked.

Amy looked up at me, "We're about to be hit by missiles and you're asking me that?"

The Doctor pulled more wires out and I said, "We aren't doing anything. How's the job?"

"I gave it up."

"You gave the last one up," said The Doctor.

"Yeah, well I can't settle," said Amy, "Every minute, I'm listening out for that stupid TARDIS sound."

"So it's our fault that you can't keep a job?" I asked.

"I can't not wait for you three. Even now. And they're getting longer, the gaps between your visits."

"Are they?" asked The Doctor as he reached inside the post.

"I think you're weaning us off you," said Amy.

"We're not, I promise." he looked at Amy, "Really promise. The others, they're not you. But you and Rory, you have lives. Each other. I thought that's what we agreed."

"I know. I just worry there'll come a time when you three never turn up, that something will have happened to you all and I'll still be waiting, never knowing.

"No! Come on, Pond," he kissed her on the top of her head, "You'll be there till the end of me."

"Or vice versa."

The Doctor looked at Amy and Amy looked at him. Then, his screwdriver beeped, "Done." Then he stood and pulled out the 'innards' of the post, rested it on the rim.

Just then Annabelle walked in the room, "Amy? We could use an extra hand out here…"

Amy picked up a rifle and followed Annabelle back out of the room.

The Doctor then breathed on his hands and rubbed them together, "Ready for Phase 1?" he said with a smile.

"Ready as I'll ever be," I said. Then, he snatched the large crystal out of the device he took out of the post.

"A-ha!" he said as he threw the crystal in the air and caught it.

Amy walked in and asked, "Doctor, what're you going to...?"

Then The Doctor and I teleported out of the control room and onto Solomon's ship. The Doctor had disabled the undocking system, so Solomon was rushing about trying to find away to release his ship, "Having trouble leaving?" I asked.

The Doctor then pressed two live wires to the robots and they started to sing, "Daisy, Daisy, give me your answer…"

Solomon turned and faced us, "Ship's still magnetized, couldn't bear to lose you," said my uncle.

"Release my ship, Doctor," said Solomon as he pointed a weapon at Nefertiti's neck, "or I kill this precious little object."

Nefertiti kicked Solomon's cane out from under him and he fells to the floor. She grabs it and held the point to his neck, "I am not your possession now, nor will I ever be. Now stay there."

I walked over and bent down, "Don't mess with Egyptian queens, Solomon. I hope you've learnt that by now. I stood up and the Doctor and I walked over to the controls and The Doctor and I started to press buttons.

"What're you doing?!" asked Solomon.

"We're disabling this ship's signal and replacing it with the one from the Silurian ship," I said, "We send this craft off emitting the signal they're looking for, the missiles will follow."

The Doctor turned around, "Hopefully Silurian ship safe, dinosaurs safe, everybody safe," he checked his watch, "Bit tight for time though, shouldn't really be chatting. Neffy, Teddy, let's go." he clapped his hand and we started to walk off. But, he stopped a second, "How remiss of me, almost forgot - the thing about missiles, very literal, this is what they latch on to." he set down the crystal and The Doctor and I both took out our sonics, " Now, one press on this and the ship's demagnetized."

"Doctor, whatever you want, I can get it for you, whatever object you desire," pleaded Solomon.

"Did the Silurian beg you to stop?" I asked. I looked at the computer screens, "Look, Solomon. The missiles. See them shine. See how valuable they are. And they're all yours."

The Doctor and I followed Nefertiti off Solomon's ship, "You wouldn't leave me, Doctor…" said Solomon.

The Doctor hit the button to close the gate that led from Solomon's ship to the Silurian ark. Then, The Doctor and I pressed our sonics, "Enjoy your bounty." said The Doctor and we left.

Solomon's ship took off and headed away from ark and Earth. The missiles changed course and followed the ship then Solomon's ship exploded.

We met back up with the others and took them back to the TARDIS, "So, dinosaur drop-off time." said The Doctor as he opened the door to the TARDIS.

"Actually, we think home for us," said Rory.

The Doctor stopped in the doorway, "Oh. Fine. Of course."

"Not forever," said Amy, "Just a couple of months."

"Right, yes, we're pretty busy anyway. I mean, We've got to drop everyone back."

Just then Brian stepped out from behind Amy and Rory, "About that. Can I ask a favor? There's something I want to see."

"Oh…" I said.

We parked the TARDIS so it was just hovering above Earth. Brian sat in the doorway with his feet dangling over the edge, eating a sandwich and drinking tea from a thermos.

Amy and Rory walked over and stood behind him and looked out over their home.

Annabelle, The Doctor and I walked up behind them and looked at the Ponds. I looked over at my uncle and saw the sad look on his face. We all knew that the time would come when Amy and Rory would decide they would want their normal life on Earth. Little did we know how much time we had left together…

A/N: I can't believe I got this done so fast. I can't help but keep thinking about what has happened to LizzeXX she was the inspiration for me to start this crazy thing and she's vanished.
