Eugene stood in the kitchen, watching Rapunzel adding ingredients to a bowl.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you."

"Eugene, I absolutely know what I'm doing here."

Eugene shrugged. "I have absolutely no idea how this could possibly succeed, but you're probably right."

"What part are you doubting?" Rapunzel asked him.

"It's just… those fruits, with those spices?"

"How much baking have you done?"

"Admittedly, none."

"It's not about the individual ingredients, it's about how they taste when you mix them together."

Eugene smiled. "Can I taste it?"

"I haven't added the sugar yet."

"So?"

"Really?"
