Rapunzel and Eugene looked out over the harbor from the palace balcony. The fireworks barge was in the center of the harbor, and lots of people had set out in their own boats to get a better view.

"I wish we could be down there tonight," Eugene said.

"I know," Rapunzel sighed. "But it would be kind of a security risk, don't you think? Besides, we get to send up the signal for the barge."

They watched as the last glow on the horizon disappeared.

"Now?" the man with the small rocket asked.

Eugene looked at Rapunzel. "It's your call."
