Izuku Midoriya, a normal fourteen year old Japanese boy. He had a loving mother and a supportive father who both had successful jobs, with his mother being an amazing lawyer and his father, a wealthy businessman who both spoiled him with love.

Now he never became a spoiled brat because of this life he lived, due to the fact that he was raised to be a kind, caring, and compassionate boy due to his dream to be a hero even if he was quirkless.

Yes, his dream was to be a hero even if he was quirkless. Even his step mother, the now retired hero Lady Nagant would tell him, 'Just don't be disappointed if people tell you your dream is impossible.'

Yes, Izuku had two mothers which at first was confusing but they made it work even if his real mother wasn't married to his father. With his father, the CEO of Tepes Shipping, Construction, Energy, Confections, AND as of last month, the new owner of Universal Studios in America. It would also remind him that if his dreams of being a hero didn't work out, he'd always have something prepared for him.

Izuku was surprised by that little revelation that his father bought Universal. One of the last movie companies to have survived the Quirk Wars. It was famous for their many famous monster movies including Dracula, Frankenstein, Mummy, Creature From the Black Lagoon, Wolf Man, Jaws, and strangely enough, Tremors. His father even told him about his plans to restart the classic monster movies.

But that's besides the point, Izuku was humming a little tune as he walked towards school.

Passing by some TVs he couldn't help but stop as he looked at the news that played as a young woman wearing an extravagant kimono was seen kneeling before monks. "And we now see the crowning of Princess Himiko Toga with her regent who shall help rule in her place until such time she is an adult and can take the throne.''

Honestly it was a shock to find out that the Toga who was being treated by his father was a princess. Small world. It would be revealed by Dracula that Toga was the royal descendant of Dracula's General, Cho. The Hidden Empress of Japan. Dracula almost had tears when he discovered this, as he finally had a chance to honor Cho properly.

Izuku kept walking as he heard people talking as many had newspapers which the front page story read 'European boozes the real cause of crime? TEPES TO BE BLAMED FOR UPTICK IN CRIME!' Which made Izuku shake his head as he knew his father was a good man.

He kept walking until he heard a loud rumble of concrete as a giant man with animalistic features roared. He stood on the tracks of a bullet train. Everyone crowded around and gasped. "It's a villain!" One of the civilians exclaimed.

Izuku stood by as he watched with interest, pulling out one of his many notebooks he began to take notes of what heroes would come to take on this villian. That's when Izuku saw an up and coming hero, Kamui Woods go straight for the villain.

Izuku couldn't help but smile as he recorded everything in his notebook and as the fight seemed to reach its climax and Kamui Woods was about to use his knockout move, a large woman came flying in and sent the villain flying onto the ground.

This large woman smiled as she looked down at the people, "Hey everyone! No need to be afraid because Mt. Lady is here the number one hottest hero!" Izuku knew of this new female hero and knew that she did do good with her powers to grow into a large woman, but also what her 'fanbase' was like as he already heard and saw lines of photographers who were chanting 'money shot' as they tried to get as many angles as they could on the large woman with the skin tight attire.

Which, don't get Izuku wrong. It was attractive, but he was raised by his father not to look at women as if they were prizes to be won. 'Heh I still remember the talk Father gave me when I turned 13.' Izuku thought as he went back to his original task of heading to school.

He made it to the entrance and headed inside of the school just as the bell began to ring. Izuku decided to power walk to his homeroom and right as he got in he sighed happily as his teacher wasn't there. "Midoriya!" yelled the voice of his friend and fellow person of wealth, Momo Yaoyorozu. The dark haired girl waved her hand at his seat next to her.

He smiled as he walked to his seat and smiled at her, "Hey there, Yaoyorozu! How're you?" He had a faint blush on his face as he looked at her.

Momo smiled, "I'm great but what about you? I heard there was an attack on the route you took to get to our school, are you alright?"

"Oh I'm alright. It was just another villain attack that was handled pretty quickly. First Kamui Woods was handling him until a new hero popped up out of nowhere. Mt. Lady she calls herself." Izuku explained as he sat at his seat.

Momo tilted her head a bit, "Mt. Lady? Isn't that a bit… well I wouldn't say sexist or anything but isn't that a bit on the nose?"

"Well from what I can tell, she has a gigantification quirk, but it does seem a little on the nose." He said with a nervous smile and scratched his head.

Momo giggled at how adorable Izuku looked when he was nervous and would have continued if not for the door opening and their teacher walking in. "Alright everyone settle down, let's get ready for the day, shall we?"

Everyone quickly straightened up and looked forward to the teacher. Izuku pulled out his notebook and began to do what he always does, be a proper student.

And so the school day went on as normal, with complex questions, and equations, until finally, the final lesson of the day. "Now, we'll be discussing your career options." The teacher said.

Izuku stiffened abit as he hoped things would go well. Unlike his last school, this one actually was better and even encouraged Izuku to try and follow other careers than just those of being a hero.

"Now, I understand many of you have aspirations of becoming heroes, but unlike most schools, I want you all to consider a career that best suits you. Perhaps it's following in your parent's footsteps, or branching out, or even becoming politicians. But regardless, you must consider your skills when putting down your career choice." The teacher said as he handed several sheets to the front row students to pass to the student behind them.

Izuku smiled as he began to fill out the blank spaces on the paper and once it was returned to the front the teacher smiled, "Well, well it seems more than a few want to be heroes including our top two students."

Everyone turned to look at Momo and Izuku and while everyone understood Momo, everyone had to stop themselves from laughing at Izuku. That didn't go unnoticed by Midoriya who wilted slightly.

Momo shot glares at them which caused more than a few to back off as the teacher cleared his throat, "Now aside from being a hero Mr. Midoriya-Tepes, you also want to be a… movie producer? I must say, that's a bit low considering who your father is and his very generous contributions to the school."

"Well it's because my father recently purchased Universal Studios so he had a backup plan in place in case... Being a hero doesn't work out." Izuku explained.

The teacher nodded, "Which is admirable but you could aim so much higher, Mister Midoriya-Tepes." Izuku nodded which he didn't notice at first, but as years went on, he saw how many compared him to his father. Which, don't get him wrong, he loved his father dearly but he didn't like it when people compared izuku to his father and their expectations of him.

It was a burden Momo shared with him, which was why the two of them were able to get along so well.

Izuku just nodded, "Of course, sensei."

So the bell rang and Homeroom was finished up so there was a brief period where everybody was talking about their careers. "So Yaoyorozu, did you have an idea for a hero name?" Midoriya asked as he pulled out his hero analysis notebook.

Momo couldn't help but giggle, "You still have those little notebooks of yours, Izuku?"

"Well yeah, I mean... It's where I keep my ideas and knowledge of heroes." He blushed in embarrassment slightly.

She smiled warmly at him, "Never change Izuku, I'd hate to see the day when you lose that bright spirit you have."

He smiled at her brightly before a student came up to them, "So, the quirkless son of one of the biggest distribution companies in Japan wants to be a hero."

He had blonde hair and grey eyes as he looked at him. Neito Monoma was his name.

Momo sighed in irritation, "And what of it Neito? I think it's great that Izuku wants to be a hero."

Neito nodded, "Oh I'm not denying that, I'm just saying it's a bit insulting that someone of his pedigree and status would wish to waste his time with the plebeians."

"What do you mean by that, Monoma?" Izuku asked.

"You're in a higher position than most students, hell perhaps even this entire school. Why would you waste your talent on saving these peasants?" He asked in a snobbish manner.

Izuku was silent as he looked at Monoma before he decided to quote his father, ''It is not the status one is given, or what they are born with, it's the actions we do that make us the person we are and how others view us. "Manners Maketh Man" as my father would say."

Monoma was silent before he scoffed and walked away. Momo smiled as she was proud of Izuku. "That was a good saying, Midoriya." She said.

Izuku blushed a bit as he rubbed the back of his head. "Well… I do learn a lot from my dad."

"Of course, as one should. A parent should always be responsible for making their child better. I think you're already there." Momo said with a smile as she placed her hand on his.

Izuku blushed as he looked down at Momo's hand touching his and while he was calm on the outside trying not to lose his mind, inside he was yelling at the top of his lungs because he has NO IDEA WHAT TO DO!

Izuku breathed a bit, 'Ok, ok, ok, ok, you can do this Izuku! You just need to remember what dad taught you about girls.' he thought to himself. That's when he gently held her hand while trying not to freak out or sweat profusely.

"S-so uhh... I-I was uh... Wondering... If you wanted to... Uhh..." Izuku was having trouble trying to get his words out.

Momo smiled and tilted her head, "Yes Izuku?"

Izuku's brain was screaming at him to get the words out, 'TALK STUPID! Just ask if she wants to hangout!' However what really came out was, "Hafermaker dingleberry.''

"I beg your pardon?" She asked with a blink of her onyx eyes.

Midoriya shook his head and cleared his throat, "Sorry sorry. Um, I wanted to ask i-if you wanted to walk with me to a book store my father opened up?"

Momo couldn't help but give a small smile as she looked away bashfully, "Oh my. Mister Midoriya, are you asking me on a date?"

Izuku suddenly became rigid as he shook his head and hands. "AH!! Wait! No no! It's not what you think! I deeply value our friendship and I would never do anything to jeopardize it!" He exclaimed.

Momo tried to contain her laughter but didn't as she burst out laughing, "Oh Kami Izuku, you're so adorable when you're flustered!" After calming down a bit, Momo looked at Izuku, "I know it's not a date and I would be more than happy to accompany you to your family's new book store."

Izuku took deep breaths as he put a hand to his heart. "Oh, oh thank Kami... You scared me, you know..."

Momo's laugh decreased to giggles as she said, "Sorry, Izuku. It was just too good of an opening to pass on."

Izuku smiled as he looked out at the city from the window, "Hey Momo, you think I'll be able to get into UA?"

She smiled and squeezed his hand gently, "Of course I do, Izuku. You have a big heart and a great mind that's right for a hero. Regardless of you having no quirk, you still have other advantages."

Izuku couldn't help but laugh a bit as he rubbed the back of his head, "Oh… You're just saying that."

"No I'm not. I'm being completely truthful, Izuku." She said.

Izuku looked at her with a tearful smile before rubbing his eyes. "Thank you... Momo."

The taller girl smiled as she playfully elbowed Izuku, "It's what friends are for, after all I'm not just some rich girl I also have a brain and a heart."

"That's what made us friends in the first place!" Izuku said before their math teacher arrived. And so the day went on as normal until the final bell rang and everyone began to put their stuff away and leave the school with Momo and Izuku walking away.

Both walked down the street towards what was soon being called 'Little Europe' thanks to Izuku's father whose business brought in more and caused the local economy to boom.

However, what made Izuku upset was the fact the Hero Public Safety Commission was making out his father to be some kind of villain as both he and Momo stop in front of a tv shop as the news played, "And in a string of proposals from the Hero Public Safety Commission presented to the legislative committee today was more than a few import bans on European goods which the HPSC has cited as being the cause for uptick in petty crime which they believe if removed from the streets will help lower crime rate. However, many decried this action as being prejudiced if not outright xenophobic against those of non-Japanese descent. Of course, the largest importer from Europe, Dragon Shipping, made a statement online as well as sending out a statement not just to our new station but to all new stations all over Japan."

The image cuts to Izuku's father as he sits behind a desk looking serious. What truly tipped Izuku off to his father being really upset was the flag of Romania being on full display behind him alongside the flag of Japan.

"Dragon Shipping has always been at the forefront of bringing goods from all around the world to this great country. We have always followed their laws and abided by their code of ethics. So to learn about this ban is disappointing. They blame alcohol for the rise in crime, but if I were to offer my opinion, the ban of a commodity will only cause people to become more violent. That's why I intend to fight these bans and allow the good people of this city to enjoy a good sip of alcohol after a hard day's work." Dracula said to the camera.

It returned to the newsroom as the news anchor with the horn said, "Among Dragon Shipping Co. are also many other members of the European union who condemn the Hero Public Safety Commission as well as saying that if the ban does go through then the threat of sanctions has stated to have been put on the table. However, America along with the American economic bloc states that it will continue trade with Japan to make sure that Japan's economy doesn't take a drastic hit and fall into a recession."

Izuku looked at Momo a little worried and asked, "You don't really think they would do it right? I mean, even if the ban does happen, do you really think the economy would be bad?" While he was good with numbers, Izuku knew Momo was a math genius.

"Well... Since Japan has mostly put most of its economy into hero work, it won't quite hurt, but the economy was most assuredly affected by the booms of the past, so I believe it will most certainly hurt, but they will fall back to their original economy regarding heroes and merchandise." Momo explained.

Izuku nodded, but Momo knew he would still be worried, "But your father is a great man, even if the economy does take a hit, he will be able to at least provide jobs and make sure no one goes hungry." She added as Izuku smiled.

"He's always been good about it." He said before they both walked away to go to the new book store that opened up. Upon arriving, both stood in awe as the bookstore's name was 'Alexandria's Knowledge' which Izuku and his mother joked with his father about making it look like something from the old world, but Izuku didn't expect their jokes to be taken seriously.

"Huh... He actually went through with it." Izuku said as he looked at the title. Momo nodded as they gazed at the front of the store which looked to have been taken straight out of Athens with its large stone columns, statues, and shelves upon shelves of books.

"Wow... It looks amazing!" Momo said in awe as the two of them walked inside. Izuku nodded as they looked at all the books and what blew her away was that many of them were rare works translated to Japanese "Your father is amazing, Izuku! I thought this was lost during the wars!" Momo exclaimed as she held up a copy of H.G. Wells' works.

"My father always believed in preserving everything. But I never thought it would be this much that was saved." He said, grabbing a book of To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee.

Momo agreed with him as she did a small spin, "This is simply amazing, Izuku! This has to be all of human knowledge preserved on paper! If I had known what being your friend was like Izuku, I would've happily married you." She laughed as she saw her friend's face go bright red from the blush he had.

"Ah hahahaha... Ah that was a joke, right?" Izuku asked while trying to control his blush but failing miserably.

Momo giggled as she playfully pushed Izuku, "Come on, let's go Izuku! We have books to get!" Izuku couldn't help but smile as he thought to himself, 'Maybe she will get a couple of books… Right?'

So after three years of pure searching, Izuku and Momo left the story with almost a hundred books in hand.

Of course, Momo made Izuku carry all of them as she smiled, walking down with a small bag that had a complimentary gift. "Oh izuku, it's so great that you offered to carry my purchases." She said with a sweet smile while Izuku's arms shook from the weight of all the hard backs she bought.

"Y-yeah... N-no problem, Momo." He grunted as he tried to carry them all.

And he walked like this all the way back to his house where Momo walked in first before Izuku followed only to fall over on the doorstep and groaned in pain, "Izuku? Izuku?" She looked down as she saw Izuku on the floor, "What on earth are you doing down there?"

"Resting my entire body..." He said, his voice muffled on the marble floor.

Momo giggled as she walked off, leaving Izuku on the floor before footsteps were heard again to which Izuku muffled out, "Hello Death, have you come to finally take me?"

"Let me guess, you made the mistake many men do and carried her bags didn't you son?" Asked the voice of his father to which Izuku slowly turns his head and looks up at his father and the almost dead look in his eyes was the all the answer he needed.

Dracula chuckled before helping him up, "Come on. Let's get this cleaned up. I see you took her to the new book store. Did you two at least have fun?" He asked as he helped Izuku pick up the books.

Izuku nodded before he asked, "Why are girls so… confusing, Dad?" As he set the books into a box a butler brought for Momo to take with her when she leaves.

Dracula explained, "You see son, it's all about their brain chemistry and how they were raised. You see, for us, we prefer the straightforward and blunt answers because it gets us right to the point. With women, they prefer to drop hints and clues as a way to test how we react or ask them."

Izuku just stared at his father which caused him to laugh a bit, "I'm serious, take it from your father who has been around more than a few of the fairer sex. Women are like proud felines of the jungle."

"I... Don't think I'm old enough to really understand this type of thing, Dad." Izuku said to which Dracula chuckled.

"That's alright, son. You'll learn about it more in High School." Dracula said with a pat of his shoulder.

Izuku nodded as he walked with his father to try and find Momo, "So how are my mom and step mom doing?"

"Ah they're doing well. Your mother just finished up her last case so she's cooking Katsudon. As for Kaina, well..." That's when Dracula cleared his throat. "We have plans to go out tonight." He said.

Izuku looked at his father in shock, "She's finally gonna leave the manor?" Ever since his father introduced his stepmother, she has been nice and kind to him and his actual mother but she never left their home which worried Izuku.

"Indeed. She's feeling confident enough to go out into the world." Dracula replied.

It wasn't the whole truth as she has been out of the manner plenty of times, only on missions for him. But this time it was not for a mission.

Izuku smiled "That's great! I was starting to think she may have had a phobia of being around crowds of people."

"Oh so like you?" Kaina's voice said from the top of the stairs in the main hall. She wore a black strapless dress with black glittery heels and gloves that stretched all the way to her bicep.

Izuku cried out as he looked at her, "M-Mother! I didn't-I mean."

She giggled slightly before waving her hand. "It's alright, Izuku. I'm kidding." That's when she turned her attention to Dracula and asked, "How do I look?"

Dracula smiled, "Ravishing."

She gave a wink before looking at Izuku, "Now inko is currently entertaining your lovely lady friend in the parlor so you better get going before she breaks out the baby pictures." And like a bird from an old American cartoon, Izuku was gone in a flash to the parlor.

Dracula watched with a chuckle before looking at Kaina, "Almost ready?"

She nodded, "Just have a few things to take care of. What about you?"

"Just have to clean up a bit." Dracula responded.

She smiled, "Well I shall see you soon then." She walked off with some maids while Dracula walked off towards his office. Upon entering he found Joshua standing alongside Stain who was sitting in a chair.

"Taking the misses out for a night on the town, boss?" Stain asked while Joshua simply adjusted his glasses.

"Of course. I think it's been a while since we've had time to connect. Do you have anything to report?" Dracula asked as he sat down in his chair.

Stain nodded, "Yeah. The pencil pushers in Tokyo are taking the idea of the import ban seriously."

Joshua added, "It appears as though the HPSC are using their connections and possible blackmail material on key members of the Diet to help push the import ban in the next general assembly. However, the only ones actively opposed to it and are in fact those who you can consider as allies in this political fight are those of the Hearts Minds Party led by a Mister Koku Hanabata who as of late has been giving passionate speeches against the import ban citing the economic data as well as the possible down turn the economy would take if the ban were to happen."

Dracula hummed as he intertwined his fingers together. "If we can acquire whatever blackmail the Commission has on the members of the Diet building, then perhaps we can report it and show that this import ban should not be considered into any further step considering the illegal process the Commission is using."

Both nodded in agreement but Stain had to be the one to ask, "And if the import ban happens anyway? What are we to do?"

"I do believe our employer has a back up plan as he is one to be prepared for such things." Joshua said as he had his glasses off and was cleaning the lenses.

"I have been building this empire since even before the beginning of the start of proper civilization. I have back up plans for back up plans. This will be taken care of shortly." Dracula answered.

Both nodded as Joshua gave his report, "As much as I would not like to add onto already bad news." Putting his glasses back on and adjusting them so they fit properly, he continued, "I'm afraid that the feds are already starting to investigate your… less than legal ventures. While not finding anything yet to cause an indictment or even a full scale investigation into your business dealings, I have been given reports of some heroes and even a few underground heroes being spotted at your night clubs and even some tailing Miss Midoriya and your son."

Dracula's fingers tightened as he growled at the thought of Inko and her being pulled into his business. "Then it seems we have some work to do, gentlemen." He responded. "But not now. I intend for tonight to be a pleasant experience for both Kaina and I."

Both nodded as Joshua walked to the door prepared to open it for Dracula, "Will you require a guard for this evening?" He asked as the ever loyal guard dog, even if he could use his fire quirk, he never did and instead falls back on the skills that Dracula and his people have taught him. Because of this, he is loyal to a fault to him and his family and would even give his life to protect them.

"I believe between the two of us, we can handle whatever threat we face. However, just to be cautious, Joshua, you'll be our driver for the evening and you will stay in the car unless something wrong happens." Dracula ordered him as he stood back up from his chair.

Joshua bowed slightly while Stain chuckled a bit, "I'll hang back here at the manor to make sure the misses and the kid are alright." Standing up as he adjusted his suit top he couldn't help but smile, "'sides, been a minute since I've seen the kid, who knows what pointers for my quirk he'll come up with when we sit down to talk."

"Indeed. My son truly knows how to bring out the best in a person." Dracula said with a smile of contempt. Proud of how far Izuku had come since meeting him at the restaurant years ago.

Dracula made his way back to the Master Bedroom and began to get changed. Pulling out his best suit, he pulled out a pair of bat shaped cufflinks and even had a blood ruby stud for his tie, "Now what to wear... What to wear?" Dracula asked himself while looking at his many colognes to use.

Dracula then decided to use a brand that did not survive but he held one of the last few bottles. Dior. He quickly gave it two sprays onto himself.

Dracula smiled as he started to think that maybe he should bring the brand back "Hmm maybe, maybe." He mumbled to himself before going to the hat rack as he looked at the many fedoras and hats he's collected over the years "Hmm red, wine, blood, ruby, why do I have a fez again? Oh that's right, that one trip to Egypt."

Dracula looked at the hat before choosing the blood wine to go along with his red and black suit.

Grabbing a dark overcoat, he walked to the door which Joshua opened for Dracula, walking down to the front door he said with a smile, "I am truly sorry for the wait, my darling." Only to have his long dead heart skip a beat at what his date for the evening had on.

The dress she had before was modified with some healthy cleavage shown, a red piece wrapped around her shoulder with fur lined over it. Her thighs were in view as she had knee high heels on. Dracula's date couldn't help but give a sly smile as she asked, "You like?"

Dracula cleared his throat and composed himself. "Why, I love it, draga mea." He said with a smile as he walked up to her and held her hand before kissing her knuckles. The two got into the limo and Joshua started driving them to their destination.

Going through the city at night showed just how much the area had changed, the streets were clean. The sight of a police man on every corner, with Dracula's company logo on their uniform, yes it was picture perfect, "To think that a man so deep in darkness, could create such a perfect place for people to live in the light." She said off handedly.

"Sometimes, it requires darkness to allow light to pass through. After all, you cannot really see fire in the daytime." Dracula said as he gently held her hand.

She chuckled as she watched the streets pass by before stopping at a four way light, "if I may be honest with you Vlad… I was scared that the Commission would come after me, yet true to your word you have kept me safe." She couldn't help but chuckle as another one of D.I.S. Police officers were seen going past them in their cars which were all black with red accents vs the regular Japanese police black and white patrol cars. "But I swear your answer to my concerns was to literally make all of the prefecture's police forces your own." Kaina commented.

"Well why pay off the police when you can own the police?" Dracula asked with a chuckle before looking at her.

She couldn't help but chuckle, "Honestly you are so full of surprises, what's next for an anniversary gift you're gonna give me an island?" She asked in a jovial tone.

"Maybe I will." He smirked at her.

This resulted in Dracula getting a playful smack on the arm, "NO! You will not until at least we're married after five years."

Dracula laughed slightly as she did as well before it ended in silence as they looked at the outside city. Soon both came to the sight of what was Dracula's favorite restaurant which was the same place he met Izuku so it was a no brainer he would bring his girlfriend to the place he met his son.

Joshua stepped out and opened the door for him and bowed as he held his hat over his heart, "We have arrived at your destination sir, madam."

"Thank you Joshua." Dracula said as he stepped out and held his hand out to Kaina who took it and stepped out of the limo. The couple walked towards the entrance of his restaurant.

Not too far away was the familiar presence of eyes watching him, but for now it didn't matter as this night was about him and Kaina. Once they were taken inside many greated Dracula as even a few of his old 'friends' called out, "Vlad! Where ya been? We started to get worried about you." Shouted a man with a gorilla mutation quirk as he came up and softly pats Dracula's arm, "and who's this? You finally going domestic on us?"

"Kenshi, meet Kaina. My lovely girlfriend." Dracula said with a smile.

Kenshi smiled as he gave her hand a soft kiss, "Beautiful, truly beautiful." He looked back at Drac as he said with a smile, "You're a lucky man, Vlad."

Soon a man with bunny ears walked up as he spoke with a clear Italian accent, "Hey Ken why dontcha move on so the boss can have a nice night, eh?"

Kenshi laughed as he nodded, "Alright Vinnie, alright."

Vinnie shook his head as he motioned, "We have your private booth all set up for ya, even got a nice bottle of vintage, 1948 from my homeland of Sicily." He made a French kiss with his fingers as he guided Dracula and his date to a back room with candle light and a basket of freshly baked bread sticks being set.

"1948, How does that even survive?" Kaina asked with a shake of her head.

"Proper facilities and pure luck." Dracula said as he opened her chair for her. To which she thanked him and sat down. Dracula moved over to sit down at his chair as well.

Vinnie chuckled as he brought out the famous green bottle that only the Italians were famous for. "Never doubt us Italians la femmina, for we are good at many things and one of those things is tradition and keeping things hidden." This caused Kaina to chuckle as two wine glasses were set down on the table and then Vinnie poured the wine.

With a bow, Vinnie left the two alone as Kaina smiled, "Fine dress, great wine, and even better company. What else do you have plan for this evening, oh great King of the Night?" She joked with his nickname and the fact that his cover story was that he is a 'descendant' of the Tepes line from his homeland in Europe but Dracula wanted to wait and see how the relationship went before he finally revealed to her his 'secret.'

"Well we'll have to wait to see what this night entails before we go any further, my dear." He said with a chuckle before grabbing his glass to which she grabbed hers.

Both clinked their glasses as they enjoyed the wine and each other's company. When the first course was brought out a waiter, also apart of the Cornelio family who were bunny folk and Italian, whispered into Dracula's ear about a 'fare la spia' (Spy) who was in the building and by the description it was none other then the sleep deprived Underground Hero with his 'date' a woman with long dark purple hair who could be none other then the lovely miss Midnight.

"Dear? Is everything alright?" Kaina asked with slight concern as she enjoyed her salad.

He looked into her eyes before doing a hand motion that translated to Spy. She understood and while it ruined her mood slightly, Dracula whispered to her, "Do not let this disturb our night. We are here to have a good time, let that be all they see."

Kaina smiled as she leaned in and gave Dracula a soft kiss on the cheek as they went back to their dinner. While off in the regular area, a man with long black hair tied up in a ponytail who was wearing a clearly cheapish suit was seated with a woman of great beauty with purple hair in a nice blue dress which seemed to sparkle slightly in the light. The man was wearing glasses which to a normal person made it seem like he needed them to see.

However, these glasses were a type of support gear that allowed them to be used like opera glasses as he zoomed in on the secluded section of the establishment where their target was located.

"See anything?" Midnight asked as she took a sip of wine.

He shook his head slightly as he whispered, "No, he's just dining with Lady Nagant. Still trying to figure out the logic behind her retiring from hero work and pursuing a relationship with a man who many in the underground consider to be the Kingpin of Europe." He took a bite of his steak trying to act 'normal'.

"Well there's only two options I can think of. They're here on an assassination mission or..." That's when she released a dreamy sigh, "They're in love and want to spend the night together."

Eraserhead sighed as he remembered the 'rumor' that was leaked on the net about Lady Nagant being the Hero Public Safety Commission's hit woman who carried out more than a few high profile hits. This did bring some heat onto not just the HPSC but also heroes as this led to a rather in depth internal investigation for not just who let out the rumor but also the heroes as a whole.

Needless to say, it was now a joke among those that Lady Nagant didn't 'retire' but is on a deep cover operation to take out the CEO of Dragon International Shipping. However, much like his 'date' believed that she's in it for honest love, while in his own personal opinion Lady Nagant was being a stereotypical gold digger.

"Let's keep it focused here, we write down any specific activity then go. Unless something happens. I want to be able to sleep." Eraserhead said with a tired sigh.

Back with Dracula and Nagant, the two were conversing while enjoying some more wine. However, Kaina's smile soon dropped as she sighed.

"What's wrong, dear?'' Asked Dracula as Kaina looked at him.

She asked, "Am I being a good stepmother to Izuku?"

He held her hand and squeezed it gently. "Of course you are, dear. I know you may not know much about how to be a mother, but you are still bringing joy to Izuku's life."

Kaina nodded, "I know but… but sometimes I feel as though I can never hold him or even touch him with how much blood has stained my hands." She chuckled mournfully as she looked at her hands, "How could I ever be a second mother who has done so many horrid things to someone so innocent, so sweet, so pure as Izuku."

He rubbed her hand gently and said, "Because he is your second chance to become a better person. He wouldn't ever judge you if you told him about what they made you do. Let go of that self-doubt, for you are surrounded by people who love you for who you are. Including me." He gently squeezed her hand to reaffirm what he's said.

Kaina teared up a bit as she took a napkin and dabbed her eyes. "Oh… You're just saying that to make me feel better, Vlad."

"No Kaina, not to make you feel better. It's to assure you that even when you feel that self-doubt, that no one here doubts you." Dracula said gently.

Kaina smiled as she grasped his hand, gently running her thumb over his knuckles, "I guess I'm lucky that we met that fateful night." She kept it vague so not to alert those watching them.

"I believe we were both lucky, my dear." He said with a smile. That's when their food arrived and they began eating.

Kaina chuckled as she eats her spaghetti while off with the stakeout Midnight couldn't help but let out a whiny moan, "Some girls get all the luck, she gets a rich man while I'm still single and living in an apartment building."

"So what's your plan? Turn to a life of crime just to be able to pay your bills and move somewhere nicer? Ask him to give you a couple hundred thousand and pay him back with sex? Or are you gonna actually start saving up your money instead of buying it on pointless things?" Eraserhead asked as he ate some of his food while occasionally glancing at the couple.

Midnight looked at him hurt, "Pointless things? I'll have you know those things are what I use to try and attract a man's attention." She sipped some of her wine, "After all I'm still in my prime and anyone would kill to have someone like me."

"Uh huh, and those just end up being hormonal teenagers." Eraserhead said with a sigh before taking a sip. "I will say... The wine is not that bad."

Midnight nodded, "Yeah almost as if a European place, ran by Italians would have European wine." She said with a hint of sass.

"Midnight, I want to break up." Eraserhead sassed back at her.

She chuckled a bit with a small hiccup, "Oh my, that is good wine." She waved at a bunny waiter, "Excuse me can I have another glass of this please." The waiter nodded as he walked off with a small smirk as while some wine was low in proof, as a means to help their boss they decided to serve the two undercover heroes the more higher proof wine.

Back with Dracula, he was finishing his plate as he sighed in satisfaction. "That was lovely." He said with a smile as he placed his napkin on his plate.

Kaina nodded as she smiled, "I can only assume that taking me out for a lovely dinner isnt the only thing you have planned for us this evening do you?" A smile on her face.

"Very astute, darling. I have several ideas after dinner." Dracula said with a wink.

Kaina was excited and after the check was paid, both left to the car while Eraserhead had to continue the stakeout on his own due to Midnight being in a total intoxicated state which caused her to be sent home via a taxi.

Of course, what he didn't expect was his tailing to be brought to a park as the couple walk in the moonlight, "Oh this is so wonderful, Vlad, I took you for a romantic but not this much. I mean dinner and now a moonlit walk in the park?" Kaina asked with honest joy in her voice and her arm interlocked with Dracula's.

"Yes well, I intend for this to be the best night of our lives." Dracula said with a smile as he continued to walk with her. The lights in the river were turned off with just the moon as their only source of light and the cherry blossoms seemed to glow from the moonlight.

Kaina couldn't help but chuckle, "Really? Did you also plan to sing to me with a song of your homeland?"

Dracula chuckled, "Of course not, that would be to over the top even for me." Behind his back, he waved off one of his men who had a guitar. The couple continued to walk through the park with the moon shining down on the cherry blossom trees and still lake.

Kaina smiled as she laid her head on Dracula's shoulder, "Thank you." Was all she said as she watched two swans swim by, clearly mated as she couldn't help but feel honestly happy. Truly happy for once in her whole life.

He had an arm wrapped around her shoulder while the other was holding her hand. "For what?"

Kaina looked up at Dracula and with a smile and said, "For giving me honest happiness." She placed a hand on his cheek as she looked deep into those blood red eyes of his.

He leaned his head into her cheek and looked into her eyes with a smile. "You deserve happiness. you deserve it after everything you were forced to endure."

Soon both lover's faces came closer and before they knew it, both were trapped in a kiss of passion which was a wonderful moment.

Said moment was witnessed by Eraserhead who was subtley taking pictures only for a tap on his shoulder to alert him to someones presence. Slowly turning around, he came face to face with the uniform of the D.I.S. owned and funded police.

"Sir, I'm gonna have to ask that you walk with us." One of the officers said.

"Relax, I'm a hero." Eraserhead said, pulling out his hero licence.

The one officer looked at the license before looking to his partner, "What ya think? Seems like a good fake, right?"

Eraserhead's eyes started to widen slightly as the other officer nodded, "Yeah it does, our man here fits the perp people were reporting about that was skulking around the park at these hours."

"Now wait, hold on-" Eraserhead said before being interrupted.

"Sir, stalking is an offense around this section, so you can either come to the station quietly or we will take you in by force. It's your choice sir." The officer said.

Eraserhead knew he couldn't fight cops, privately owned or not, and considering these two are clearly members of the vampire mutation quirk then his quirk wouldn't work on them so with a sigh he just nodded, "Alright officers, I don't want any trouble."

They nodded and led him away from the park. They didn't put cuffs on him as he was cooperating with them.

Back with Dracula and Kaina, the two had broken the kiss and pressed their foreheads together.

Kaina couldn't help but get a little emotional as she said in a low voice, "If this is a dream or some sort of quirk that someone hit me with, I don't want to wake up. I don't ever want to…"

"Neither do I, my love." He whispered to her as he pushed several strands of her purple hair out of her face.

Kaina smiled as she and Dracula just enjoyed the night. The couple made their way back to the limo where Joshua took them back to the mansion. Once they returned inside the house, they found Izuku asleep on the couch in the living room. The couple smiled at the sight as a maid explained with a bow. "The young master insisted that he try and wait up for you and the madam, Master Tepes."

Dracula smiled gently as he looked at Kaina, "I'll be up in our bedroom. Wait for me there." He said to which Kaina nodded and kissed Izuku's forehead before Dracula picked him up and walked to his room. Once Izuku was finally put in his bed, the young man softly whispered in his sleep, ''I'll make you proud, Dad.''

Dracula smiled as he tucked him in and whispered, "You already have."

The King of Vampires made his way towards the Master Bedroom and opened the doors only for his eyes to widened. Kaina was now seen out of her dress, and now in a pure lace black and red lace nightgown which tastefully hugged her body and showed off some modest bust.

Dracula looked at her in slight surprise at how beautiful she looked in such an outfit. "Frumoasa..." He said in Romanian which translated to Beautiful.

Kaina looked over her shoulder at Dracula as she swayed her hips slightly. "You must think I'm such a bad girl, don't you?" She asked as she walked to their large kingsize bed.

Just from the way she talked, he was bricked up and ready. So he began to undress, starting with his coat before unbuttoning his dress shirt. One button at a time.

Dracula soon came up from behind and softly sniffed Kaina's scent which was a mixture of blood and beauty. Once he reached up to her neck, she tilted her head to expose more of her neck. "Just tonight, just for one night." Her voice was almost pleading and laced with arousal.

He released a lustful growl as he opened his mouth to reveal his three inch fangs. The tips touched her skin which nearly made her flinch, but she held on as she breathed heavily with anticipation. The fangs penetrated her neck which made her gasp in pain before it turned into pleasure.

A moan that was a mixture of pleasure and pain escaped her mouth as Dracula began to drink the blood of his lover. Soon it turned into a night of cranial, animalistic, pure passionate love as both killers embraced each other and it was pure bliss for both while also being a new experience for Kaina.

Kaina had more than several bites riddled all over her body. One on her inner thigh, her breast, and wrist. Along with hickies all over her collarbone and neck. Though that wasn't to say Dracula's body was clean as he had his own hickies and bite marks, as well as claw marks all along his back.

Needless to say, both had a fun night that thankfully wasn't heard thanks to the sound proof walls.

When morning came and Izuku woke up as always, he made his way to the dining room and was met at the table alone, well expect for Joshua who was there waiting for Izuku.

"Good morning young master." Said greeted Joshua as he poors Izuku a cup of coffee. "Today's blind is a nice Columbian dark roast from a farm in the Amazon."

"Ooh, thanks Joshua. Where's Dad?" Izuku asked as he took a sip of the coffee.

Joshua adjusted his glasses as he walked around the kitchen, "I'm afriad your father and your stepmother had a rather full night and are sleeping in because of it. Dont fret young master, they will awaken just not this early in the morning." He said as the smell of food filled the air as Joshua made Izuku breakfast, "And your Mother, I'm afraid, was called into the office today due to an emergancy lawsuit. So I shall be driving you to school today."

"Oh ok. Hope Mom's doing ok." Izuku said before taking another sip of his coffee.

Joshua soon came over with breakfast, "Your mother is a strong woman and a better lawyer, she will be home by the time you return from school."

Izuku smiled and nodded before digging into his breakfast. An hour later, he was being dropped off at his school. He climbed out and waved bye to Joshua who drove off.

And much like all other days, Joshua would return to the manor and help prepare everything for the day, and once the master and madam were up and about at around one o'clock he had a late lunch prepared for them. "Good afternoon sir, madam. For today's late lunch I have a simple chicken cordon bleu prepared for you with a nice simple curly temple for the miss. While for you sir, I have prepared a rather nice glass of cold coffee since I know how you enjoy having coffee when you awake in the morning."

Kaina had pale skin simply from all the bites, but she still continued to walk and function as an ordinary human being. Despite the blood loss, she was glowing and had a satisfied look on her face. She sat down and smiled as she enjoyed her late lunch while Dracula sat down and was handed a newspaper, "The morning paper sir, but I must warn you the contents might be upsetting and I don't mean in the political sense."

"Oh dear, that means it must be good." Dracula said with a hint of sarcasm before reading the paper. His eyebrows furrowed as he asked, "What the hell?"

Joshua wasn't kidding as in the publisher's infinite wisdom, the top story they published as front page news was the suicide rates among the Quirkless vs Quirked. If that wasn't in bad taste enough, it even went as far as to show the largest among those who took their own life was those from middle school to high school.

Dracula gripped the paper to which his nails tore through it before he growled, "Joshua, get me on the phone with these idiots."

Joshua bowed his head slightly and while he went to set the phone call up, Dracula could see what they were doing because behind the headline was data showing that the economic bubble around hero society was close to popping and even had economic experts speculating that the ban if it went through would cause that pop.

However, Kaina looked at the headlight and said with a bit of shock, "Oh Kami… Izuku can never see this." She meant it because even with her in Izuku's life. She, Inko, and even Vlad had found Izuku from time to time in depression or even doubting himself because of the fact he was Quirkless which all three and even the servants have done their best to try and work out of Izuku that he wasn't worthless because he didn't have a quirk.

"No. And the moment I hear someone attack my son because of it..." He left it open, but Kaina knew it meant there would be blood on the streets.

She held his hand, "No one would be dumb enough to do that, and if they did then you would make them sleep with the fishes." She said with a sinister smirk.

His anger simmered down from her touching his hand. He smiled and squeezed hers gently. "That's right."

Her smirk turned to a smile as Joshua returned with a phone in hand, "I have the publisher on the line for you, sir." He said, holding the phone out towards Dracula who nodded and took it before walking off to another room to tear into someone with not just regular threats but also legal threats as well.

"Mr. Koba, this is Mr. Tepes and I wanted to talk to you about something regarding your morning issue." Dracula said into the phone as he sat down in his office.

While, of course the editor tried to give his excuses, it was nothing more than just that. Excuses.

Stepping into his office was Joshua who stood at the door ready for any orders he may get from his master as Dracula was seen to get more and more annoyed, not upset, just annoyed.

"Listen and listen closely. If I see such a distasteful tripe on your paper again, I wonder how your wife will think when she finds out about your child business. Because believe me, I will leak it and I will ruin your life and business." He said in a growling voice.

Once the worm started to grovel, Dracula just nodded before he finally hung up and sighed while pinching the bridge of his nose, "I swear I should just bring over my news agency… No, that would raise too many questions." He answered himself as he looked up at Joshua who stood like the perfect servant.

Joshua nodded, "Indeed sir, however I am afraid I bring more troubling news."

"And what's that?" Dracula as he rubbed his eyes to prepare himself for whatever he was about to hear.

Stepping forward, he laid down colorized photos from the CCTV cameras which showed a sludge quirk user skulking around the area, "It seems we have an unwanted visitor within our territory, however such trifling matters wouldn't be brought to your attention if not for the person this small crook has attracted."

Dracula moved to a new photo that revealed a giant bodybuilder with blonde hair and sunken eyes. His eyes narrowed as he looked at the photos. "All Might." He whispered.

Joshua nodded, "Yes and while he is willing to work with our police forces, it seems that his popularity is allowing him some modicum of freedom to operate within our territory."

Dracula frowned and sighed as this was quite a predicament. All Might is the number one hero in Japan. Perhaps even in the world. Tell him to leave would do no one any good. As much as he did not like All Might, much less heroes, he had to swallow his pride and simply allow the hero to be in his territory.

"I hate to do this... But we will have to allow All Might to work within our territory as kicking him out will only have them knocking on our door." He said with a sigh before standing up. "Now... I think a walk will do me some good to clear my head. Call me if anything develops." Dracula ordered Joshua to which he bowed before the King walked out of his office.

Of course Joshua couldn't help but ask, "Are you sure you wish to walk alone, sir? I can walk with you if you wish or have some of your guards walk with you?" Dracula couldn't help but smile at how protective Joshua seemed to be over him, of course in a way he was Joshua's savior since he rebuilt the man into what he is today.

"It's alright, Joshua. If I truly need help, I will call for it." Dracula replied.

Joshua nodded "If that is what you wish, Master Tepes." Leaving towards the firing range which was built into the basement, Dracula left the compound, well left wouldn't be exact as he took one of his many cars. A very old car that fit the Gothic nature of him and his people. A 1968 Cadillac Miller-Meteor Hearse. Known for carrying coffins to the cemetery, it has always been a sign of death. The hearse has been appropriated as part of the Gothic aesthetic which drew in vampires for them to drive and carry their coffin in.

Dracula drove off into the city to enjoy some time to himself. Sitting back in the seat, he enjoyed the simple drive. He would catch the glimpses of the blonde hero as he jumped from rooftop to rooftop but ignored him as he headed to his new establishment that was being built which would be his crown jewel of not only the daytime but also the night.

The Singing Jack, he called it. It was a jazz club that took several years to get right, but once it was made... It was easily one of the best buildings in all of Japan.

Pulling up, he saw the contractors still hard at work putting on the finishing touches. Stepping out of his car and wearing a pair of round framed sunglasses, Dracula walked up to the building as those inside worked hard to put the finishing touches on the Singing Jack.

The inside was based off of the American jazz clubs of old with the flare and style, a huge stage set up for the house band and guest bands. The bar was made of real nice sturdy oak wood with chrome trim, but his current matter was of the two head contractors standing in the center directing the finishing efforts.

The Urarakas.

The couple were looking over the final designs and they smiled when Dracula walked over. "Ah! Mister Tepes. Good to see you again." The male Uraraka said before shaking hands with Dracula.

"Good to see you too. How are the finishing touches coming along?" He asked.

The female Uraraka smiled as she motioned to the floor plans. "Currently we're making sure the interior is done the way you want as well as giving the plumbing a once over so you don't have any busted pipes on day one."

"Excellent. I'm very excited to see how well this all turns out." Dracula said with a smile.

The two contractors nodded as the husband added, "Now we did look over the notes for your office and I wanted to make sure I read this right that you wanted the wood 'to be as red as the blood moon' not the harvest moon right?"

"That's right." Dracula nodded.

The husband nodded as he wrote down on his notes while the wife looked a little nervous, "About your office… Um I'm afraid that will take the most time because of your… well, request for many items that you wished were custom made."

Dracula hummed before waving his hand nonchalantly, "That's fine. I am patient."

Both nodded as most of the custom items were dragons made of either jade, crystal, bronze, or even custom furniture and marble walls for his office. Dracula left the building to allow the Urarakas to continue their work.

Once stepping out Dracula couldn't help but smile, his new club would be the crowning jewel of his turf, which even if the import ban does happen it would also be the biggest speakeasy in all of prefecture and HQ for all of his 'illicit activities'

However, that smile broke into a frown when he saw smoke a few miles away from his location. He levitated up onto the roofs and started flying towards the source of the smoke only to find the sludge from the CCTV photos.

But what made Dracula's blood almost run cold was when he saw his son, his QUIRKLESS SON, dive head first into the villain trying to save of all the people in the world, the explosive child with anger issues. Katsuki Bakugo.

The King of Vampires growled before he jumped down in front of Izuku and walked towards the sludge villain. "Let the boy go now." Dracula growled to the villain.

The villain's eyes, if you could call them that, widened in fear, "Woah! Woah! I didn't mean anything by it man! I'll let the kid go, just please don't hurt me!" Bakugo looked confused when the slime finally allowed him to let go.

Dracula frowned as he raised his hand which was encased in flames before shooting a ball of fire at the villain. He started screaming agony as the slime began to burn away into ashes.

Bakugo stared in shock as did Izuku, "Dad… You just… Did you just-?" Izuku asked before he was engulfed into the strong arms of his father who then began to look over his son, "I'm so happy you're alright. Are you hurt? Did that slime do anything to you?"

"Ah w-well..." Izuku said before a loud and bolstering voice shouted.

"I SAY!! THAT WAS MOST UNORTHODOX, SIR!!" That's when Dracula turned to look up at the towering and hulking figure of All Might.

Dracula adopted a neutral expression but what caught his attention was how Izuku acted around the Number One Hero. Instead of trying to get his autograph or even showing any sort of joy, Izuku showed fear and sadness.

That was something he intended on talking to Izuku about later tonight. But for now, this needed to be dealt with. Swiftly. "Mr. All Might. An honor to finally meet the Number One Hero." Dracula said in a neutral tone.

All Might nods "Yes and while you dealt with the villain, I am afraid I'm going to have to arrest you on the charge of murder."

All Dracula did was just raise an eyebrow and give off a tiny smirk, "well I wouldn't stop you but humor me for a moment because you are forgetting two things."

"One, this is my private property, and I am within the legal rights to take care of trespassers however I wish. Two, you were allowed to conduct your business because of that slime and you cooperated with the police, so you are required to abide by our rules. But now that it is finished, your stay here is at an end." Dracula said as he glared at the hero.

All Might froze slightly and his smile wavered slightly before he nodded in understanding, seeing as Dracula did have the legal right to act on property and if, huge IF he was brought in Dracula and his large team of lawyers could more or less say it was an act of self defense.

"Now would you kindly leave the area?" Dracula asked with a raise of his eyebrow.

All might nodded hesitantly, "Of course, Mister Tepes." He launched off into the sky, leaving the area. Izuku tugged on his father's shirt as he said in a low voice, "Can… Can we go home, dad?"

Dracula looked at his son with soft eyes before nodding gently. "Of course son." He picked him up and they walked back to his hearse. Izuku climbed into the passenger seat and kept his head down and his facial expression filled with sadness and no light in his eyes. Dracula began to drive off back to their home.

Once back home, Izuku was seated in the living room as Dracula, Inko, and Kaina were all seated around him. "Izuku, we're here for you. You can tell us what's wrong." Inko said with a hand on his shoulder.

After the longest moment, Izuku finally said, "I… All Might told me I couldn't be a hero because I was quirkless… He said I could be a police officer or a paramedic but… But…" Tears began to form in his eyes as already both Inko and Karina had the young man engulfed in a motherly hug sandwich.

Dracula couldn't let it show on his face, but he was pissed off. Nothing has ever made him this pissed off in a very long time. Not since Bakugo bullied the little boy for the last time.

This time, his anger would be used towards the Number One Hero. He took a deep breath before kneeling down in front of Izuku. "Son, look at me." He did, though his eyes were blurred from the tears leaking down. "They will never understand what you went through. How could they? They think someone with no power can't be a hero. I'm here to tell you right now son, you don't have to abide by what they say or think. You have the power of the mind. The mind will always trump over muscle. With your mind, you can make the impossible possible."

Izuku looked down as his mother got his attention. "Izuku, baby. You are not the son of a hero. You are the son of a great lawyer, the son of a retired hero, and the son of the most successful businessman in ALL of Europe, North America, AND Asia!"

"You can always become so much better than just a hero, Izuku. And whatever choice you make, just know we will always be behind you every step of the way." Kaina added.

Izuku looked at his father who didn't ever drop his smile as he held his son's hand, "If you wanted to start a company, I'd give you a small loan, want to be a member of my company and work under me I'll give you an opening, ANYTHING you want to do I will support you every step of the way."

Izuku nodded with a sad smile before Dracula patted his hand. "Now, I think some Katsudon will cheer you up, yes?" He asked to which his son nodded again, the light slowly starting to come back in his eyes.

"Good. Now I need to make a call." Dracula said with hidden anger as he stood up and walked towards his office. Once there, he sat down and pulled his phone out before dialing a number. After a few rings, the other end of the phone picked up.

"All Might's agency!" A female voice said in an excited tone.

"This Vlad Tepes of Dragon Shipping, I want to talk to All Might about something." Dracula said, keeping his anger low. The other line was silent for a moment before it switched to another line as a deep voice was heard, "All Might speaking."

"Mr. All Might, this is Tepes. The man you threatened to arrest earlier." Dracula said

A choking sound could be heard on the other side of the line before All Might composed himself. "Mister Tepes, it's uh… rather strange to hear from you."

"Yes, I imagine it is. Now, I am here to talk to you about something. You see, I just learned that you spoke with my son earlier today, before that villain attack. I want to ask you one simple question. How FUCKING DARE YOU!?!?" He ROARED at the hero through the phone.

All Might could be heard almost falling over his chair, "N-No… Now wait Mister Tepes, let me explain!" He tried to speak only for a sharp "SHUT UP!" to silence him.

"My son is your biggest fan. He has nearly all of your merchandise. He has watched your debut video over a billion times. Billion with a B! He loves everything about what you stand for. Even a man such as me who has zero care for heroes can respect a man like that. But just like what you said to him, that respect has been shattered. You tore his dream apart. You disrespected my son and in turn, you disrespected me. I should ruin you... I should ruin you the same way I ruined Endeavor. I should shatter the image you have built for the entire world to see..."

The silence was tense as All Might waited for him to finish his sentence. "But I'm not going to do that. I am a fair man, and I believe in second chances. So I will give you this one chance to apologize to my son and apologize to the whole world for the lie you have created. For the hypocrisy you spouted every single day on television. You will apologize and you will tell the whole world what you did. Do this... And I will forgive all offenses you have taken against me and my son. Am I understood, All Might?"

It was silent for about a minute before All Might finally spoke up, "If… If I may say something in my defense, Mister Tepes."

"And what is that? It better be a good defense." Dracula growled.

All Might took a deep breath before he finally dropped the bomb, "I want to give your son my quirk."

Dracula froze as he processed the information. "What?" He whispered.

All Might continued, "I made a mistake when I told your son he couldn't be a hero because he was quirkless and I will atone for that, but when I saw him try and save that young man with nothing more than his wits and body before you showed up well... I saw a young me in him and… Well I ask if you will allow me to pass on my quirk to your son."

Dracula was silent as he thought over this information before giving him an answer. "My house. Tomorrow. At 3:30 PM. A car will come by to pick you up at your agency."

"Thank you, Mister Tepes." Dracula didn't even say so much as a goodbye before he hung up and slowly ran a hand down his face as he processed the information presented to him.

"Passing down a quirk... How is that possible?" He asked himself before thinking about it. 'Izuku deserves to know about this... Tomorrow. He will learn this tomorrow. The question about whether or not he will accept it... No, this is his decision.'

Dracula looked down at his desk to a framed photo of young izuku, smiling with Dracula as he held up his big mouth bass he had caught that day. Reaching over slowly, he ran a thumb over the photo thinking back to a fond memory of young Izuku playing hero, both of them laughing and proclaiming he would 'be the best hero that will make anyone smile!' Dracula sighed before deciding to bring this to his mothers' attention. He pressed a button on the intercom and said, "Tell Inko and Kaina that they're needed in my office."

A butler was heard on the other side, "Yes, master." Moments later, both women were escorted in by Stain who announces, "They're here boss, Joshua is with Izuku, I'll join him if you want so the kids' not alone."

"Thank you, Stain." Dracula nodded to which he closed the door behind them.

Inko and Kaina sat down in the chairs in front of his desk and looked at Dracula before Inko asked, "What's wrong? Did something else happen to Izuku?"

"No... But I spoke with All Might and what he said has left me... Perplexed." Dracula answered.

Kaina couldn't help but raise an eyebrow, "What happened? Did he try to push the blame on Izuku?"

Inko was the first on her feet, "IF HE SAID ANYTHING WRONG ABOUT MY BABY! I WILL SUE HIM UNTIL THERE'S NOTHING LEFT!"

Dracula raised his hand gently to placate her anger. "No. He... He wants to give Izuku his quirk." He revealed.

They were both silent with shock until they finally said at once, "NANI!?" So he quickly told them what All Might told him and about the meeting. Once again he was met with silence until both said again in unison but with an added, "NANI!? THE FUCK!?"

Dracula sighed as he pinched the bridge of his nose. "That is why I want both of you there when we speak to him about this tomorrow. Make no mistake, I intend on making him apologize to us and to Izuku for what he said to him."

Inko nodded in understanding but was still in shock, "My baby's… finally getting a quirk." Kaina gently brought Inko into a comforting hug as Inko finally let loose the water works and cried tears of joy and sadness.

"That's if he even wants it." Dracula reminded her.

Inko agreed but continued to cry, "It's just… he… he always wanted to be a hero… and… and now…" She couldn't finish as she wept more years of joy. Dracula smiled gently as he stood up and hugged her along with Kaina to give her some comfort.

Soon all three were now seated at the dinner table with Izuku close to his mother and Kaina looking at Dracula who was enjoying a rather nice goose before he was softly elbowed by Kaina who softly jerked her head towards Izuku. Dracula nodded as he swallowed his piece of goose and with a dab of a napkin he said towards Izuku, "Son." Izuku looked up at his father as he continued, "I had a call with All Might and he said he is going to come to our home and give you an apology for the hurtful things he said to you."

Izuku looked up at him with widened eyes. "R-really?" He asked.

Dracula nodded. "No one gets away with saying such things to my son."

Izuku then looked a little bashful, "You… you didn't have to do that, dad."

Inko reached over and grasped her son's hand. "Your father did so because he cares for you."

"And you deserved better than to be told that you can't be a hero by him." Dracula said.

Izuku looked at his father and smiled as he slightly played with his food, "Thank… Thank you, Dad."

Dracula nodded, "Now finish your food, we have dessert coming soon." So the family continued to eat their food in a relatively peaceful quiet before finishing the night with some wonderful chocolate pecan pie and French vanilla ice cream.

When night came and Dracula and Kaina were preparing for a good night's sleep, Kaina spoke up with worry clear in her voice, "I'm so worried for Izuku, even if he does accept getting the quirk from All Might, which is a lot to unpack I'll be honest, he will still be lacking in understanding of his new quirk!" She was now brushing her hair as she looked at the mirror.

"That's why he has us and Stain and Joshua. We will train him and help him understand how to use it." Dracula replied as he read a book just for a quick read.

"Also how are we going to explain that he suddenly has a quirk now?" Kaina asked.

"Once we speak with All Might and understand the story, that's when we can make the story up." Dracula said.

Kaina sighed as she set down her brush, "Oh Kami, what if he wants to go to UA? He wouldn't fit in, he would be the odd one out and I can only hope that doesnt bring back his depression episodes. You were lucky that you and Inko found them early on but..." She said in a worried voice as her face went into her hands.

Dracula frowned slightly before going to her and gently wrapping his arms around her waist and kissed her shoulder. Though she never saw it coming from his lack of reflection in the mirror. "Shh... It's alright, my dear. We've raised him for years, we have instilled lessons into him to help him face any sort of problem. I know you're scared for him, but he is growing up into a fine young man. He still has much to learn, but he's ready to show the world what he can do."

She nodded, "I know Izuku is a fine boy, but he has such a fragile heart, I mean. You saw how he acted when his hero told him he couldn't be a hero. I'm just worried that his emotional state might get worse and he..." She didnt finish her thought as she was afraid Izuku would be another number in quirkless who left this earthly plane by their own hand.

He gently squeezed his arms around her as he kissed her head. "Erase such thoughts from your mind, dear. That fragile heart will harden with the training and preparation needed to become a hero."

Kaina gave Dracula's hand a squeeze as she said in a low voice, "But not too hard, I wish not for that sweet child to be like me."

"He won't. I will make sure of it. If the Commission even hears his name, we will ruin them." Dracula promised her.

Kaina nodded as Dracula finally took her to their bed and both tried to go into a comforting sleep. For Dracula, his dreams were of the past, the chaos, the wars, the rise and fall of civilizations. But most of all, it was of two humans, two who had quirks that were so similar yet not, like Yin and Yang.

That next morning, Dracula mulled over the dream, wondering why he was dreaming about those two. Especially when one of them was a person he had not seen in a very, very long time. It was a Saturday so Izuku didn't have school but still seemed to be in his funk over the events of yesterday. Even with the loving support and help of everyone in the manor trying to cheer him up, he seemed to only give them a soft small smile. It was clear there was only one way to fix it, All Might. He had to fix his mistake and rebuild the boy's dream back up. Which was why Dracula, Inko, and Kaina were waiting in the office for him.

Inko sighed as she rubbed her temples, "I'm so worried for Izuku, he just doesn't seem to have the light he once had. Honestly if we can't cheer him up this might cause me to become an emotional eater."

"Easy, Inko. It's gonna be ok." Kaina said, rubbing her shoulder. That's when the door opened and Joshua sooke up, "All Might is here as per your request, sir."

The famed hero stepped on through and looked at them with his giant grin. "Indeed I am here!"

Dracula had to resist rolling his eyes at his dramatic talk. "Thank you for arriving, All Might. Now, let's get straight to the point. Explain to us how you can transfer your quirk."

Joshua had 'left' in the sense that the door was closed but he was in the shadows watching and waiting. All Might suddenly went from the form of a buffed man to that of a skeleton man who looked as if he was the poster child for some starving third world country that was always in the midst of a civil war.

"What the fuck?" Kaina asked while Inko was shocked and nearly screamed at how starved he looked.

Dracula was surprised, but kept his face expressionless.

"Yeah, a little shocking the first time around..." He pulled his shirt to reveal the nasty warped wound on his stomach. "I got this from a villain 5 years ago. I had asked for the fight to not go public so no one would know what had happened."

"So what exactly is your quirk?" Dracula asked.

Before All Might could say anything he began to puke blood which caused Inko to scream while Kaina was surprised. Inko shouted, "QUICK! GET A DOCTOR, JOSHUA!"

Joshua bursted through the door to see what was happening. Small Might held his hand up, "No no! It's alright! It's just discharge from using my quirk for too long. I'm fine. I've had enough doctors working on my stomach for a while." Joshua looked up at the two mistresses and master of the manor to see if this is what they wanted.

"It's alright, Joshua." Dracula said gently to which he nodded and closed the door. Dracula turned his attention back to the hero. "If you're done bleeding all over my Persian carpet, I want you to explain everything."

Small Might nodded and explained, "Well my quirk is known as One For All and I am its current holder and the reason I want to pass it onto your son is because I honestly saw in him the heart and passion of a true hero." He was silent for a moment before adding, "Which is why if he will allow me, I wish for him to also be my apprentice and teach him how to handle this quirk so that he can become a great hero."

Dracula thought it over before asking him, "What are the cons of him accepting this quirk? What exactly will he gain from this?"

Inko added in, "And what will happen to my son? What will happen if his body doesn't accept it?" She demanded.

Small Might looked at everyone and responded, "To my knowledge there has never been a rejection of the quirk, but as for what it can do. Well think of it like a power bank, it stores power and allows the user to release it. At least that's how it manifested in me." Looking at Dracula, he continued, "And as to the cons, he can never say where he got his quirk from because the idea of a quirk that is able to be transferred freely to anyone is too great of a risk to be known to the public."

Dracula nodded gently, "Then we will say that the quirk manifested late due to his body not being strong enough to handle it. That will be our cover story."

Kaina nodded in agreement while Inko still looked unsure. "Now, what should we be made aware of if he takes this quirk?" Dracula asked as he stared at him.

"He will have to build up his physical body and then has to ingest a strand of my hair to get the quirk." The hero informed them.

The three had a brief look of disgust before Dracula hummed. "He'd have 8 months to get in enough shape for the UA exam if he chooses to do it."

Kaina did not like that as she shook her head and explained, "That's not enough time! He would need at least a year to even be able to get a fraction of the muscle build needed for such a quirk. He's a fourteen year old boy!"

"I actually made a diet plan to try and help him out." The hero said with his finger raised before pulling out a stack of paper. Inko took it and passed it around to all present as they began to read through it and honestly, it was a bit outlandish.

Dracula read it before placing it down on his desk. "Is there anything we need to discuss?"

Small Might shook his head. "No there's nothing else, Mister Tepes."

The King acknowledged before saying, "Then let's bring this up with Izuku and you better make a good apology to him. Because of this, I'm willing to lower your apology down to just us, and not to the public. But I expect you to better yourself from this."

Small Might nodded, "Believe me, I was out of line that day and I want to make it right."

"Good." Dracula said before looking to the door, "Joshua, bring Izuku to the office."

There was no reply, except for the fading sound of footsteps leaving the office. Moments later, knocking on the door could be heard and Joshua's voice muffled on the other side. "I have the young master as requested."

Izuku stepped in, "Hey Dad, what's wro-AHHH A-ALL MIGHT!? In your other form!?"

"Hey kid... First... I want to apologize. For what I said to you. I was wrong... I was the biggest hypocrite in the history of hypocrites. I destroyed your dream... And yet you still tried to save that boy. You know... Every great hero always started their story with a phrase... That in the presence of someone needing help, their bodies moved before they could think. You experienced it as well, didn't you? Young man... I was wrong. You CAN be a hero. That is why I want you to inherit my quirk." All Might said with a smile to the young kid.

Izuku stared at Small Might in honest shock. After having his dream shattered by the hero, here he came back, humbled and apologizing to him, before offering him the means to repair that dream. He looked at his mother, step mother, and his father for any sort of advice or acknowledgement.

"This is your choice, son. We will not make it for you." Dracula said.

Inko smiled, "No matter what you say, you will still be my baby boy."

Kaina added, "And we will always be in your corner."

Everyone waited in anticipation for his answer. Izuku, after taking a breath, just nodded with tears in his eyes, "Alright, I'll do it." He let his signature smile out as he looked at the hero, "And I forgive you, All Might."

All Might smiled before suddenly buffing up into his larger form. "MOST EXCELLENT!! NOW STARTING TOMORROW, WE WILL BEGIN YOUR TRAINING!!"

Dracula cleared his throat. "Before we get ahead of ourselves. "We need to discuss your training regiment. Trying to cram all of this into 8 months is not going to work. Our son is smart, but he also tends to go overboard with what he is given. If you give him this training regiment, he will go past it and end up hurting himself and overexerting his body to go beyond what he can do."

"I won't let you down, Dad!" Izuku said with a smile.

"I know you won't, but I want you to pace yourself. Do not overexert yourself or we will find a different regiment." Dracula said to him with a slightly stern tone.

Izuku nodded, "Yes sir! But I mean it. I want to make all of you proud! So I'll go all the way and be the best hero you have ever seen!"

"We know you will, baby." Inko said before walking over and hugging him gently.

Kaina soon joined in and said, "Don't push yourself, I don't want to see you hurt."

Izuku hugged them both as he said, "I won't. I promise."

Dracula then looked at All Might, "I will need your number and we will keep this training to afternoon and evening times."

All Might nodded as he gave his personal number to Dracula who placed it in his little black book.

And so the 8 months of rigorous training began. While Izuku jumped headlong into the training and did everything he could to make his family proud, on the political stage the worst came to pass during his 4th month of training.

The news of the import ban came to pass and while many companies fought hard to keep the ban from happening it still happened, and while everything was normal by month six many an economist's worst nightmare came true. The economic bubble that had grown again around Japan's economy had burst.

The reason was because the overall GDP on liquor alone was a 1.8 trillion yen income for Japan's economy and coupled with the loss of not only that but also the sanctions placed against them by many European nation and even those of the South China Sea with only those of the United States, Canada, Mexico, and all of South America being Japan's only trading partners caused a crash not seen since the pre-quirk days of the Obama administration in the United States.

At first people were calm about the situation until whole factories began to see layoffs, domestic importers even had to shut their doors and lay off their entire work forces, and what finally caused the camel's back to break was the sheer fact the government had no way to stop it due to the fact they placed so much of their economy on heroes that their own economy couldn't adapt to such a massive economic downturn.

Which is what lead to what many have to call the 'Job Protest' which was regular people protesting in mass against the government wanting jobs, others protesting the heroes themselves for the cause of the economic bubble to pop, and others who were the quirkless minority now had joined the protest simply because they were angry and needed an outlet to shout.

Which was why on the 8th month, a massive protest had gathered just outside of Dracula's prefecture to protest in mass and at night you could see the flames of hate burn bright as riot police and heroes alike had gathered to try and contain the massive number of angry citizens.

What seemed like hundreds of thousands gathered waving flags, throwing Molotov cocktails, throwing rocks at the gathered police as many shouted "GET LOST YOU DIRTY PIGS!" "GIVE US BACK OUR JOBS!" "IT'S YOUR HEROS FAULTS I LOST MY JOB!" Were the many shouts that could be heard as the police would repeat the order, "This is the police! Disperse at once!"

Of course, not too far away was the ever watchful eyes of the DSI Metro Police in full combat gear. Which, unlike the regular riot police, was full military grade equipment, armored personnel carriers, and command trucks. All dawned in black and red with their glowing red goggles which had a combination of night vision, motion tracking, and thermal scopes with assault rifles and machine guns ready to be used if the rioters ever decided to head towards DSI controlled Shizuoka.

However, back with the riot police, a massive fireball erupted among the line that caused some disruption and sadly a police officer was caught on fire as the calls for medics came after a hero with a water quirk put the burning officer out. "Get those water cannons up here!" An officer shouted.

Another officer soon called out, "Commander! I just got word another two thousand rioters are heading up from Miyajima!"

The police commander looked up in slight horror as he said, "We can't let them link up. Tell unit two to head towards the Yorimichi and set up blocks to stop them! We can't let them link up with the rioters here!" With a nod, the orders were given and off with the DSI police, the commander watched as part of the riot police and heroes turned and marched away from the current riot line.

"Idiots, it's clearly a distraction." Commented the Commander in a black trench coat with his rank and DSI police insignia on display. His skin was brown with long raven black hair.

"What? Commander Olrox, what do you mean by that?" The police commander asked.

Olrox, who was still looking through his binoculars as he explained, "It's simple. Without that back up battalion the police and heros will have no choice but to retreat the moment the protestors break through the forward line."

His second in command looked at Olrox and asked with a worry of fear. "And what if the other two thousand protestors link up with them here?"

This caused Olrox to smirk as he answered, "Like oil and fire." He nodded his head a bit towards the ongoing battle between the riot police and heros against the protestors. "Look. Watch how it's burning. That's no ordinary Molotov. There's magnesium or napalm jelly in those bottles."

The normal police looked at the scene with pale faces before asking, "Then... What do we do?"

Olrox leaned forward as he said to his second in command, "They're nothing more than a mob, if we fire they'll scatter with the first assault. It would be to our advantage if we could nab a few of these guys in the drag net, but if we take our time we will lose the effect of that first assault." Now leaning forward on the rails of his command saur 2 APC which was an upgraded BTR, Olrox continued his thoughts, "Even with the co-policing agreement with the local cops, we are not the authority here." Olrox couldn't help but smirk a little as he and his people watched the fires burn not two hundred feet away from DSI controlled territory. "Let's wait and see for now." Was all he said as he and the others watched and waited.

However, what came next, no one expected as a quirkless man ran up and began spinning a bag before it landed roughly five feet away from the riot police. A moment later, a massive explosion was seen which shattered some of the first line and sent more than a few of the riot officers flying and sadly some did land lifeless while others cried out in pain.

The police Commander's second looked on in shock as he slowly raised his face shield up and said with pure shock, "That… That was a bomb!"

"Well this just got a whole lot more interesting..." Olrox commented. "Commander, I think these people have outstayed their welcome."

The regular police commander growled as he brought down his face shield and commanded on the radio, "ROUND THEM ALL UP! CHARGE!" On cue, another row of officers in gasmask came out and soon began launching tear gas canisters into the protesters who began to run away as the wall of police charged forward and started to beat anyone within club range or broke into a full on brawl while heroes did their best to combat those with quirks.

All to the enjoyment of Olrox who couldn't help but chuckle as he watched from the safety of his line only two hundred feet away. "Ah I love the modern era..." He said with a smirk and his emerald eyes began to glow.

Unfortunately, this would not be the first of many riots, nor would it be the last one to be televised which would cause more outrage and anger towards the government, but for those watching at the Tepes Manor, Izuku couldn't help but be worried and asked his dad, "We'll be safe right? That won't happen here right, Dad? Right?"

"If they do come here, you'll be safe. I promise you, son. Nothing will harm you." Dracula said, placing a hand on his shoulder. Izuku nodded as he and everyone watched as the nation had its first taste of what America had back over three hundred years ago during the birth of organized crime.

The riots began to quiet down by the start of U.A's next semester. However, this marked a special occasion for the government to regret passing the import ban. But much like stubborn governments, they would not lift the import ban or else they would appear weak which was all Dracula needed as well as small-time criminal elements to grow as bootlegging became an all new pastime because while yes drugs and drug dealing did make a profit.

Alcohol was universal and for a nation like Japan who has a drinking culture, well it was a no brainer that many turned to smuggling in illegal European spirits and some even opening up speakeasies to serve said illegal spirits.

And that's where Dracula's true operations began. The smuggling of alcohol with one of his more successful operations in the Singing Jack. And it was all done under the government's very nose. While there was suspicion of Dracula and his company, for the most part, to the whole world, he was simply trying to get back the business that was shut down because of the government.

Which caused his popularity to grow as many a DIS sponsored soup kitchen and homeless shelter was built which created jobs for those looking for work, even going as far as to create infrastructure projects which again created more jobs.

Of course, it didn't stop the government from attempting to raid many of these shelters under the assumption that they were dens of illegal activity and while yes there were some drug dealers who tried to peddle their wares to the homeless and jobless masses. Many were just people who only became more angry at the government, the police, and the heroes who were destroying the only roof over their heads.

Suffice to say, a depression was on the rise that would rival America in the 1930's.

This did also bring power back to the old guard but not much as the current crime scene was a young man's game, or one for those who knew how to play the game.

For one Izuku, he was always trying to be a hero, even if he didn't have his license yet. He would be seen on the frontlines of his father's efforts to help the homeless either by working at soup kitchens, volunteering for the shelters, even doing his best to try and raise money so families could have food to feed their children or clothes to have on their backs.

If Dracula was a more cynical man, he would say it was great PR for his company. But that did not matter at the moment. All that did matter was that his son was doing what he did best. Put a smile on people's faces.

It was the day of Initiation and Izuku stared in awe at the sight of U.A. A grand academy filled with kids that had interesting, and odd quirks, or powerful quirks. Joshua, who was his driver, said to the young man, "Young master. It is not shameful if you wish to wait another year."

Izuku looked at Joshua and smiled, "Thanks, Joshua but... I'm ready. Like Father said, training will carry you far, but experience will help you climb the highest peak."

Joshua smiled as he gave Izuku a once over and even helped adjust his tie, "Remember. You are the heir to the DSI empire, you represent your father, and finally." He smiled as he fixed a loose strand of hair. "You are going to pass."

The young man smiled before hugging him gently. Joshua patted his back before Izuku began to walk away towards the entrance. Joshua watched Izuku with a soft smile before he got into his car and drove off, however unknown to Izuku he was being watched by the only creature that could rival dracula.

Was he a bear? A dog? A mouse? No! He was Principal Nezu of U.A. who was sipping tea with a smile as he had at least ten different monitors tracking Izuku.

"Hmm, how interesting. The famed Dracula's son coming to U.A. this may be the most interesting year we've had yet." Nezu said with a smile that hid a hint of insanity. He couldn't help but chuckle a little, "Oh I hope you are as good as your father." Soon he began to cackle as his tea shook violently.

The faculty heard the cackle and paled as they knew something was wrong.

Of course, all of this was oblivious to the sweet boy as he continued to walk towards his future. While his butler/honorable uncle/bodyguard Joshua drove down the road passing by long lines of people. Quirk and quirkless, the poor and meek waiting in line for soup and bread.

Joshua parked nearby and got out to walk into the building before saying a quick hello to several chefs. Reaching the back, he stopped by a payphone, which was rare but still seen all around Japan and thankfully because of its older tech, they weren't easy to bug or track.

Picking up the phone, Joshua put in the right amount of change and began to dial the number. That's when a female voice spoke up, "Dragon Shipping International, front desk."

"Omega Alpha 2-3-5-7." Joshua said before the line went dead for a bit before a new voice spoke, "Report?"

Joshua said in a voice devoid of emotion, "The hatchling has been delivered and awaiting new orders to be enacted."

The line was silent for a minute before the voice commanded, "You are to head to the 'Den' and pick up the 'Witch Doctor' and the 'Brother', Nemesis."

"Understood." Joshua said before the line went dead and he placed the phone back on its holder.

Leaving the soup kitchen and getting back into his car, he drove off to the 'Den' which was in fact a new hotel that his employer had built based off of a high class hotel located in New York City. As for the 'Witch Doctor' and 'Brother', they were both members of Miss Morana's family who were in fact siblings raised in the swamps of Louisiana.

For whatever reason, his employer wished to partner him up with those of their background he did not know. But what he did know was that if his employer believed they were good assets then he would do as his employer commanded.

He parked at the front of the entrance to the Den where an employee took the car and parked it. He entered the Den and looked around for the assets.

The lobby was beautiful, elegant, and screamed that those of the wealthy came here to book a room in such an establishment.

Walking up the front desk, he spotted a worker in a bellhop uniform typing away at his computer who looked up to see Nemesis "Oh! Good day sir, and welcome to the Dragon's Den. How can I help you today?"

Nemesis nodded as he said, "Yes I am here to see two Americans who may have checked in recently under the name Savoy."

The receptionist typed away and with a slight frown he shook his head, "No sir, we don't appear to have any Savoy's registered at this time."

Nemesis then suggested, "Try spelling it S-A-V-O-I-E."

Only to get another shake of the head, "Uh… I'm sorry sir." Replied the receptionist.

Joshua took a deep breath, "Do you have anyone going by the name Witch Doctor or Brother?"

The worker looked worried as he said, "Uh… sir?"

Joshua sighed as he adjusted his glasses, "Perhaps you'd know whom I was referring to if I described them as a pair of supposed siblings speaking a sort of cajun-creole patois rife with francophone interjections and enough interdental fricative stops to stagger a New Yorker?"

"O-oh! Yes! Now I know. Yes their room number is 145. Fifth Floor." The worker said, pointing to the left hall.

Joshua nodded as he turned and began walking. He made his way into an elevator and reached the fifth floor until he found the room which was a suite. However, on the other side were the sounds of drum beats, laughing, the smell of tobacco, country music, and most concerning, the sounds of chickens.

Joshua knocked on the door before waiting patiently. The door opened and standing was a rather large dark skinned man with bobcat ears and a tail, but it was clear this man had a strength quirk and was a boxer judging by the tape around his fist. However, his carefree personality shined as he said with a smile, "PEEKON! You foun' us!"

He nodded, "Qui that I am." Bringing Joshua in, he slammed the door behind him as he called out, "Look who showed up for de ball Serafine - our petite hache."

That's when a woman with the same bobcat features was seen. She was in a red dress with a bone necklace around her neck. "Ah, this must be the one who we are meant to work with. I'm Serafina."

"I'm Joshua. Now, I was sent to pick you both up." Joshua said.

Soon a hiss was heard close to Joshua's head as the sight of a boa was seen just hanging off of a tree which caused him to move away, "Time is a factor here as our employer does prefer punctual performance from those he hires."

"Oh don't worry darling, when it comes to his Majesty, we take things very seriously." Serafina said as she held her hand up to the boa which slithered down her arm and wrapped around.

Joshua simply nodded before he pulled out a pocket watch, "Well then we better make haste, for our employer wishes for us to either facilitate alliances or at the very at least remind the many rabble of the close prefectures why they should show a modicum of respect towards Mister Tepes and our organization in these turbulent and uncertain times."

This caused the large brother to laugh as he asked, "Sister of mine, do you hear the two dollar words coming out of this man's mouth?"

The sister couldn't help but smile as she nodded, "Wi cheri (yes dear) Nico, yon nonm edike (an educated man) right here as our partner."

"Let's go." Joshua said before leading the two out of the hotel. However, Joshua was forced to wait in the lobby. For a man who was raised on the ideals of being on time, it didn't sit well with him as he stood in the lobby tapping his foot while glancing at his pocket watch every five minutes.

That was until the sound of footsteps was heard coming towards him, "Sorry for making you wait, cher."

Joshua turned and gave a leveled glare towards the siblings as he adjusted his glasses. "Next time, I expect better management of time. Mr. Tepes does not tolerate tardiness." Joshua said before leading them back to the car.

Joshua had to admit the brother was dressed like some ruffian underground boxer while his sister was dressed in a suit with her hair done up in a bun, but what caught his eye was the large case she was carrying.

Getting in the backseat of the car while the other two got in the front seat. "Where to, cher?" Asked Nico.

"Our employer wants us to talk to a group of Yakuza who have been selling Quirk erasing bullets in bulk. See if a deal can be made out of it." Joshua said.

Both nodded as Nico asked, "And then what? Gonna need muscle for some protection? Maybe remind the cops who's in charge"

This caused his sister to laugh, "Oh cher! You got me worked up now for some fun, brother dear."

"Please keep this civilized and professional, you two." Joshua lightly chastised them as they drove off. He quickly gave them the address and before they knew it, they were at the location. The location in question was out at the docks near a warehouse which caused Joshua to be disappointed in the choice of location for the meeting.

Nico and his sister both were on their fifth or sixth cigarettes as they waited what felt like an hour.

"They're late. Already, I am not liking this deal." Joshua said in disappointment.

Serafina blew out some smoke as she played with a switchblade, "Now now cher, they probably got held up in traffic."

"I doubt it. Mister Tepes gave them an express time for the deal. They're thirty minutes behind schedule." Joshua replied.

Before either could make a comment or come back, a black Nissan pulled up and stopped roughly twenty feet away from them, the doors opened as four to five men stepped out of the car in black suits with one carrying a briefcase and stood ten feet away from the car.

Joshua and the siblings couldn't help but help but raise their eyebrows at the masks they chose to wear. Plague doctor masks.

Joshua stepped out of the car and straightened his suit before walking towards the man holding the briefcase. "You're thirty minutes late." Joshua said.

The siblings were on either side of Joshua as the man holding the briefcase replied, "Had to make sure the cops and Heroes didn't follow us, so sorry about that." He lifted up the briefcase a bit, "But I think your gaijin boss will forgive the lateness with what we have for him."

"I will excuse it this one time, but the last time someone called him a gaijin, his body was fed to a school of Tiger Sharks. So I suggest you watch what you say about him." Joshua said with a light glare as he pressed his glasses up.

The man nodded as he opened the case, showing the red colored 44. magnum shell casings which numbered twelve in total. "Boss sent these samples for ya to use and if he likes the results then we are open for more business."

He took one of the casings out and inspected it. "What are the casings made out of?"

The suit shook his head, "Sorry but that's a trade secret, even from us grunts. So I'm as in the dark as you."

Joshua hummed, as he continued to inspect them. That's when he looked at the grunt, "You'll expect our results in a week's time."

The grunt nodded and so the exchange was made before both made their way back to their respective cars. Joshua sighed as he rubbed his eyes, "It's tiring having to deal with every single person that calls my employer a gaijin." He commented as he held the briefcase in one hand.

That got the siblings to laugh, "it's true though cher, he is a foreigner in a foreign land."

"Doesn't mean he doesn't deserve respect." Joshua said. He then closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He had to calm down. It was simply aggravating whenever people disrespected the man that gave him a second chance at life.

Serafina nodded, "Oh I ain't saying that cher, the King does deserve respect. Just pointing out an observation, that's all."

Before Joshua could say anything, he glanced at the rear view mirror and saw a plain police car following them. It was clear the officers were trying not to be seen but it's clear they had a tail.

"Lady, gentleman, we have a tail." Joshua announced as he pulled out his Jericho.

Now Joshua was a man raised on logic and a man of being effective and efficient. Yet what came next caused the normally stoic man to raise an eyebrow.

Because the Cajun siblings grinned as Serafina opened her large case and pulled out a clearly custom Ohio ordinance H-CAR with an alligator carved into the handguard as she leaned out the window and laughed, "BONJOUR!" Before the deafening roar of the 30-06 chambered rifle opened up as the car was now being hit and it was clear she had armor piercing ammunition loaded into the thirty round magazine as the windshield and even engine block was being destroyed.

Joshua stared at the sister with a raised eyebrow. "That's how you deal with tails back at your home?" He asked.

Nico laughed as the cop car exploded and the sister yelled with joy, "Qui cher and it's fun!" He exclaimed as they picked up speed and drove away from the flaming wreck of the former police tail. Joshua sighed as he was beginning to regret picking them up.

But he remembered his employer had them come over here so there must have been a reason, but that would be for another time. He glanced down at his pocket watch and his breath hitched a bit as it was close to time to pick up the young master from UA and he wouldn't have enough time to get rid of these two Americans.

"Take us back to the Den. I have some business to take care of by myself." Joshua ordered the two.

Both looked to each other before Nico shrugged his broad shoulders and after a single trip with Joshua changing the plates on the car, he was now parked in front of UA with five minutes to spare which he would remark was his new personal best.

Of course what wasn't a highlight of his day was seeing the young master walking down the steps with some bandages and even his arm in a cast and sling.

Izuku gave Joshua a weak smile, "Hey Joshua. I uh… I can explain."

Joshua looked at the young master with a raised eyebrow, "Why don't you explain this to your parents as well?" He opened the car door for him to which he climbed inside.

Joshua rarely showed emotion but Izuku knew he cared like a big brother or even an uncle.

But what came next when he got home was his whole family sitting down as Izuku explained the exam and while they were calm and proud his training paired off. What truly got emotions going was when he told he fought a massive robot in order to save Uraraka's daughter from being crushed which resulted in both his legs and arm being damaged and would have been crippled if not for the medical Heroine: Recovery Girl.

The reactions were what he expected from his two mothers, father, and honorary uncles.

Dracula attempted to stay calm as he rubbed his face. "And this was the first time you used this power, Izuku?"

His son nodded to which Dracula nodded back in understanding. "These fools. Children could have gotten killed because of this damn exam." Dracula said with a sneer. Inko wrapped her arms around her son in worry.

Kaine soon followed in hugging her step son only for Joshua to shake his head, "Young Master, I know you did what you did to save a fellow student and friend of the family but your actions were reckless."

"I-" Izuku said before Dracula interrupted him. "We need to start training your quirk now, son. To find a way to stop you from breaking your own body."

Izuku went to say, "bu-" only to be stopped by his other uncle. "You have the true heart of a hero kid, but I agree with your dad. Ya gotta be trained or else you'll be in the hospital everytime ya try to use it and none of us wanna see that." Stain interjected as he stood by the door frame.

Izuku lowered his head and nodded, "Yes sir."

"We'll start tomorrow. And continue until the results of your test come back." Kaina said as she gently ruffled his hair. Izuku smiled and soon he left with his mothers while Stain and Joshua stood inside Dracula's office.

"The deal went good until one of my 'associates' decided to shoot an undercover patrol car that was tailing us. Thankfully, it did not alert any nearby Heroes." Reported Joshua as he set the briefcase on Dracula's desk. "However the man conducting the deal was a low level grunt who didn't know the bullet's contents. Not to mention they were wearing plague doctor masks." He finished adjusting his glasses.

Dracula opened the case before taking a look at the bullet casings. "Then it must be of great importance if it is kept secret from its members." He commented.

Stain, who was sitting in a chair, looked at the bullets with unease, "I know it's not my place, but I got some bad vibes from those things, Boss. Don't know why but they just don't sit right with me."

Dracula looked at Stain before sniffing them, to see if he could detect anything from it. That's when the scent hit him. "Blood..." Dracula said.

That got both of their attention as Joshua asked in an unsure manner, "Mister Tepes?"

"I smell blood within the casings. Could it be... Whoever is making these bullets, they're using a person's DNA to make these bullets." Dracula hypothesized.

He didn't even need to give the order as Joshua said, "I'll talk with my associates and begin digging into this yakuza group."

Stain added, "I'll put my ear to the ground and see what my people will dig up."

"Good. Until then, we will play the quiet game for a week. Just to see how it turns out." Dracula said before placing the casing back inside of the briefcase.

Both nodded as Joshua brought up another issue, "Speaking of laying low. I do not say this to question you, but I must bring up the concerns of having those… Americans from New Orleans operating under your employ."

"Ah but you see, they're not officially under my employ. To the rest of the world, they're visitors. So if they get in trouble, the government will see that they are here to cause problems between Japan and the U.S. It will take the rest of the heat off of us to continue our business uninterrupted." Dracula explained.

Joshua nodded, "I understand sir, but I still have my concerns. That is all I'm expressing."

"And I appreciate your concerns. If it will ease you, I will speak to them." He replied.

Joshua nodded as Stain looked back at his boss, "While we're addressing the elephant in the room. What are we gonna do about the kid? We can't always be there to train him all the time so I ask this as an actual concern and not insult the bossman but… What are we gonna do?"

"As much as I don't like it, we'd have to rely on the teachers to actually do their job and train him properly. But as soon as he gets home from his first day at school, I want him to tell me who his teachers are." Dracula answered. "However, on the weekends, Kaina and I will still train him to see if we can get his quirk under control."

The two agreed before Stain asked, "What about your oldest? The politician?"

Dracula had a melancholic smile on his face. "Adrian... I haven't spoken to him in years but... Perhaps I can ask him."

Joshua again nodded in agreement, "If it isn't too personal, Mister Tepes. What of you other… 'partners'?"

Stain spoke up, "Yeah like that Russian chick you talk about all the tim-"

Both of Dracula's hands landed on his desk as he said in a deathly serious voice, "I will not invite HER into this country unless we are truly at war with the Japanese. Besides, she would make Izuku worse than what his quirk has done to him." Dracula said.

Joshua adjusted his glasses, "What of her wife, Senora Morana?"

"While she would be more reasonable in her training, I won't ask them to take time out of their already busy schedule just to handle this. No, this is our responsibility." Dracula replied.

Both nodded as Joshua looked at his watch, "Yes sir, until then I shall go prepare evening tea while also contacting my people."

Stain got up from his seat and added, "I'll work my contacts as well."

Dracula nodded. The two walked out of his office, leaving the King alone with his thoughts. He leaned back in his seat and looked at the shell casing with a frown plastered on his face. He thought of many possibilities, human experimentation, artificial quirk, or perhaps a chemical agent that attacks the anomaly in a person's blood.

All which was unsettling for him considering he has seen first hand what such things have led to from the Heroes of chemical warfare to the use of nuclear weapons it was unsettling for him. He wanted to hope it wasn't created through extreme measures, but he had seen too much to hope for the better.

Which then brought on a small fear for his son Izuku. What if he was hit with this bullet? What if they didn't stop at just removing his quirk? What if they kept going to finish the job? It was this line of thought that caused the undead underworld kingpin to reach into his desk and pull out a small watch case which was a gift to him from his oldest Adrian out of fear for his safety.

Dracula looked at the watch before his thumb pressed on the screw that held the hands together. The watch began to flash showing it was ready to be programmed, with a nod Dracula connected the watch to his computer and began the process of making Izuku's gift that would hopefully give the man peace of mind.

After the program was made, Dracula began to make several modifications to it, such as alerts, notes, and a schedule for what was due. Once done he smiled as he placed the new watch into a box and began to wrap it up for Izuku's birthday.

Which would be soon considering how close the beginning of U.A's semester was approaching. Dracula couldn't help but chuckle as Izuku would be turning fifteen soon, it honestly brought a smile to his face.

Looking up at the painting of his first son, he couldn't help but think that he should do something special for Izuku's birthday. Stroking his chin slightly, he smiled to himself. "It has been a while since I've hosted a ball."

And a ball he hosted. Many friends of Dracula and Izuku's showed up. Along with a couple of Inko's work friends.

Of course it wasn't small by any stretch as more than a few of the press both local and international showed up as they snapped pictures of all who showed up. Among those attending were diplomats, politicians, police officials, military, business but the headlines would shine on how the Tepes Family came together to celebrate their youngest's birthday.

Izuku was nervous as he constantly fiddled with his tie all while muttering, "Gotta be perfect, gotta be perfect, gottabeperfect gottabeperfectgottabeperfect." he started to mumble to himself.

Dracula chuckled as he placed a hand on his shoulder. "It's alright, son. Just don't fidget with it. You'll be fine."

Inko nodded as she fixed her son's hair again, "He's right. Tonight is about you turning fifteen… Oh my baby boy is getting so big." She couldn't help but sniff as a new voice was heard. "She's right, turning fifteen is a big milestone and you should be proud of how far you have come."

Izuku turned to see a tall man with pale skin, shoulder length black hair and eyes as gray as a cloudy day. Izuku was silent for a moment as he asked the stranger, "Excuse me but who are you?"

This caused the man to chuckle, "well I'm Arikado, your big brother. Of course, you may also know me from my works in the political circles fighting for equal rights for those with mutant quirks and quirkless." Both Izuku and his mother stared at the man with wide eyes.

"You're Genya Arikado! And... You're my brother!?" Izuku exclaimed.

Genya smiled as he nodded, "Well I should think so, considering my father is your father."

"R-right! Though... Why haven't we met any earlier?" Izuku asked.

The older brother sighed, "Sadly little brother of mine, politics is what has kept me from finding time to visit. Even when father told me about you I couldn't get away from my work because I was in America at the time."

Izuku nodded gently in understanding before hugging his waist. "It's great to see you though." He said.

Genya nodded in agreement, "The same to you, little brother." Inko even joined in with the hug with small tears of joy in her eyes.

Dracula watched with a small smile. That's when Genya looked up to his father and smiled. "Father..."

Dracula replied, "Son..."

Izuku and Inko let go of him before Genya stepped up to his father. The two embraced each other tightly. With a small pat on each of their backs, Dracula looked at his son with a smile, "Look at you. My oldest son leading the charge in the field of politics. I had honestly thought you would have opened a winery in Italy or maybe a ranch in the Americas."

Genya chuckled, "A winery perhaps, but a ranch? Too small for Tepes' standards."

Dracula chuckled back with him, "The world could always use more wine."

His son nodded in agreement, "Yes, even more so here in the land of the rising sun." Clearly there was venom but he quickly changed to a more cheery tone of voice, "But enough of that! Today is my little brother's birthday! It's his time to shine!"

"Indeed it is. Now let us celebrate it." Dracula said before placing a hand on Izuku's shoulder. The young boy nodded as all five lined up at the door waiting to be announced.

Genya was first to act as an ice breaker. He told a few jokes, even gave his political views on Japan, "But I know why we're all here. So let me introduce the man who gave me a little brother to celebrate with, my father. Vladimir Dracula Tepes!" This resulted in claps from those attending as the doors open for Dracula and his plus one to step out into the lights of the ballroom.

Dracula with Kaina by his side stood at the top of the stairs as Dracula smiled and waved to the people present, "Thank you for coming." Dracula said after the room had silence. ''Today, fifteen years ago I found a little boy, a boy many of you know today as my son. A little boy who today still holds the same qualities many should strive to be in this day and age. For my youngest son is determined, kind hearted, selfless, and most of all has the spirit and drive to try and help others before him." This got some nods from those attending, "Which is why I am so proud of the young man he has become today."

With a large smile, Dracula said to everyone present, "Which is also why it's my pleasure to announce the star of the hour on this special day. Izuku Midoriya-Tepes!" The double doors opened and the young man in question was escorted out by his mother right to Dracula's right all to the fanfare of those present in the ballroom.

Everyone clapped while Izuku stood there a bit rigid as he was not used to this much attention. But having his mother with him helped him ease his shoulders.

"That's why I want to be the first to give him his first birthday gift of today." He announced, before pulling out the watch box and handing it to him. "Happy Birthday, Izuku." He said with a smile.

Izuku opened up the box and his eyes widened. He couldn't help but admire the watch, it was clearly of European craftsmanship, maybe german? Izuku didn't know but he loved it all the same as he looked up to his father with a wide smile, "Thank you, this is… it's amazing."

He crouched down slightly and whispered into his ear, "I'll tell you some of its features later." He stood back up straight and addressed the crowd. "Now, let us enjoy the party, for the cake will arrive in one hour."

And so that's how it was, with Izuku being given birthday wishes and even gifts from many of the guests who he honestly didn't know or had an idea of. Outside of Momo, he really didn't have that many friends.

Well that was until a short woman with long fiery hair came forward and spoke with a clearly English accent, or possibly Scottish, "I do hope you're enjoying your party, young man."

Izuku turned around to look at the woman, "Oh thank you! Um, apologies but what's your name?" Izuku asked with confused eyes.

The woman smiled brightly, "And you have manners to boot!" She laughed a little before she added, "Hello, I'm Lenore Findlay. A pleasure to finally meet you."

Lenore chuckled ladylike as she shook his hand, "Oh please, call me Lenore or if you wish Aunt lenore. OH! Or Auntie Lenore."

"Aunt Lenore? Are you related to my father?" Izuku asked with a tilt of his head.

Lenore shook her head, "Not by blood no, but I was married to someone who was very close to him." Lenore's smile dipped a bit before coming back to full swing, "But none of that now, today's your day! It's about you turning fifteen!"

"Yeah. It's a bit exciting." Izuku said with a scratch on the back of his head.

Soon, a new voice was heard, but unlike Lenore's English accent. This one sounded of the sea, or from some of the people Izuku would hear when his father took him and his two step mothers out to Vinnie's to Eat if they didnt feel like eating at home. "Se soru(Yes sister) the figghiu(Son) should enjoy his day of birth, no?"

Turning around, Izuku's eyes almost popped out of his head when he gazed upon the tanned skin of an older woman who looked to be at least in her 30s or even early 40s dressed in a clearly Armani suit with leather shoes.

"It is a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Midoriya-Tepes." She said with a bow of her head.

"I uh... I-I..." Izuku said with widened eyes.

Lenore smiled, "Morana! So good to see you!" Izuku looked at her as he tried to process what was happening, "A… Auntie?"

Lenore couldn't hide her smile as she motioned to the woman, "Izuku, meet your other aunty, Morana too many names and an even longer last name which I wont say because we would be here an hour. She is my sister and the most successful business woman in all of the Mediterranean Sea."

"Si. I am Morana, and I, like Lenore, work with your father to the point that we are considered part of the family." Morana said with a smile.

Izuku just nodded as he shook her hand, "It's nice to meet you."

Lenore then tilted her head, "Though that does raise a question, is your wife, the Field Marshal going to be here? Or is she the Defense Minister now?"

"She could not make it, unfortunately. But yes, she is now the Defense Minister. However, she and I brought a gift that we believe would be a wonderful outfit for when it gets cold." Morana said before pulling out a beautifully made poncho.

Izuku smiled as he examined it, "This is… amazing! Thank you!" Before Morana or Lenore could say anything, the double doors almost busted open which seemed to bring a hush to the party goers as the sound of boots seemed to click against the floor.

Izuku saw his father seem to move to intercept and from the smile on his face, this person he seemed to know. But that's when those clicking of boots against their marble floor began to get closer until he saw a huge mountain of a woman, with black raven hair, scars, and most of all, a military uniform with rows upon rows of medals and a coat draped over her shoulders.

"Defense Minister Striga. I was told you weren't able to make it here today. Is this meant to be a surprise?" Dracula said, trying to hold back a sigh.

The now named Striga just smiled as her military aid was seen walking behind her, "DA! I wanted to surprise my new nephew! Speaking of which, what does a war hero have to do to see the little thing?" Izuku watched as with one swift motion she sent her large coat flying off her shoulders before adjusting her uniform top which caused her medals to jingle.

"Uhhh... Hi?" Izuku asked in a meek tone at the size of the woman.

Strigas gaze locked onto him as she smiled brightly, "LOOK AT YOU! You're tiny! Like bear cub!" She crouched down to Izuku's level as she started to pet his head, "And you have hair like timber wolf! Fluffy and good for harsh winter weather! Yet! Still so small. Are you eating enough?" She asked, patting his stomach which, in Striga's mind, was soft yet for Izuku, it was anything but soft.

"Ah, w-well... I'm eating a healthy diet. And been trying to bulk up in order to become a hero." Izuku explained.

This caused Striga to laugh, a hearty laugh "A hero you will be! But not with wimpy *civilian* heroes. Nyet, nyet, you should join the army! They will make you great hero." She placed a large hand on her 'modest' chest full of medals "Look at your mighty aunt! I am a war hero of many conflicts and savior of many lives!"

Morana sighed at her wifes boasting, "I'm sorry for my wife, she's a very proud woman." She said with sympathetic eyes.

"My son is not joining the army. It's always been his dream to become a hero, Striga. Respect his choice." Dracula said in a slight admonishing tone.

Striga just laughed as she pats Izuku's back, "I'm just giving him a hard time! I respect heroes just as much as I respect the soldiers I command!" Izuku was soon saved by Morana who stopped Striga from trying to break the poor boy's back, "But another reason I am here! I've brought gift! Great gift for one such as he!"

"Oh uh thank you, uhh... Aunt Striga." Izuku tried to regain his composure and make sure his spine wasn't crooked or gained Scoliosis.

Striga stopped as she looked at Izuku and even was at eye level with him with both hands on his shoulders, "What… Did you call me?"

Izuku, scared, said honestly, "A-Aunt… Striga?" Unsure if he said something wrong only to feel his whole body being crushed and lifted into the air, "OH MY DARLING NEPHEW!" Striga squealed with glee.

Izuku wheezed out, "Can't... Breathe!"

"Alright, Striga. That's enough. Let the young man go." Lenore said, patting her arm.

Striga dropped Izuku as she laughed, "I'm sorry small nephew! Your mighty aunt forgets how strong she is at times!" She laughed before snapping her fingers as her military aid brought a large animal carrier. "For now I bring you a gift that I am sure you shall like."

Izuku looked at the animal carrier with curiosity. While Dracula looked at it before looking at Striga with a raised eyebrow. Soon as the carrier was set down, Striga RIPPED the lock off and as the gate opened, a large paw stepped out only to be followed by a large fluff ball on legs as Lenore exclaimed, "You're giving the boy a bear cub!? Could you not be such a Russian stereotype right now, sister!?"

Striga only laughed as she said, "Nyet, is not bear! Is Caucasian Mountain Shepherd! Dog bred to HUNT BEARS! HAHAHA!"

Izuku's eyes widened before sparkling with excitement. "WOW! HE'S SO CUTE!!" Izuku then hugged the giant ball of fur before scratching his ears. "What's his name?" Izuku asked, looking up at Striga.

Striga smiled, "Is up to you, he is your friend, and if you wish, your future battle brother."

Izuku looked at the giant dog who looked at him with a tilt of his head. "Artaois. Named after the Bear God associated with King Arthur." Izuku proclaimed.

The puppy barked before trying to jump on Izuku with his fluffy tail wagging happily.

Everyone watched with an amused smile while Izuku looked at both Morana and Striga with a smile. "Thank you both so much, Aunties."

Striga puffed her chest out in pride as Inko giggled from the puppy licking her hand, "we better make sure he has a collar."

Kaina looked at the pup as she asked, "Would a collar even fit him?"

"I doubt it, but I can try and make a few calls. Just need a few measurements." Dracula replied as he had a smile on his face from watching Izuku play with the pup.

Morana couldn't help but smile at her wife, "You honestly surprised me. I thought you'd try to give him a weapon."

Striga chuckled at her wife's statement, "Nyet my love, a dog is better for a boy such as him."

Morana agreed as they watched him. That's when the doors opened to reveal a butler announcing, "The Yaoyorozu Family."

That's when a man and a woman stepped through, as did Momo. Izuku couldn't help but smile as he and Momo now stood side by side while she cooed over the large puppy.

While the rest of the partygoer, away from younger ears, did what anyone did, talk politics. "It's simply dreadful how much the country has changed for the worse. If I didn't agree to signing on with your company, I dare say I would probably be among those protesting and rioting against the government." Said a local business woman who worked mostly in the country's factories.

"That's why I am here in an attempt to fight the government for allowing this to happen." Genya Arikado said as he held a glass of wine in hand.

Another business owner nodded as he motioned to the dark skinned man in a clearly militaristic police uniform, "Yes but let's not forget the hard work put in by our very own Police Commander who has kept those riots Clorox couldnt help but grin a little "well I have some good things about you, especially what your 'linguistic' skills behind closed doors."well outside our homes and businesses."

Olrox chuckled, "Oh trust me, sir. I've seen worse than this. Los Angeles had to have been the one I had the most trouble with."

This got good hearted chuckles from the party goers as another said, "Still, the fact that the government is doubling down will only make the situation worse. I pray that the next government we vote in is more economically minded."

"That will be my priority." The Prince promised them.

This got some nice hearty cheers and once Genya broke away from the crowds, Olrox's voice was heard. "Well if I had known His Highness had a son as handsome as you, I would have come to his side much faster." Olrox's hair was done in a pony tail as he walked up to Genya holding two wine glasses' with one clearly for the Prince.

"Ah, Commander Olrox. Your reputation precedes you." Genya said with a small smile before taking the glass that was handed to him. "I've heard much about you."

Olrox couldn't help but smirk a bit, "Nothing but good I hope."

"My father's impressed by your skills, which in turn left me impressed." Genya, adding his own little smirk.

Olrox's smirk turned to a grin as he suggested, "Well I have heard some good things about you, especially your 'linguistic' skills behind closed doors."

"Oh I see. Then why don't you lead the way, Commander?" Genya asked rhetorically as he took a sip of his wine.

He suddenly yelped a bit in his drink when he felt Olrox's hand on his ass, "You read my mind, maybe after the party." Genya couldn't help but stare wide-eyed at how brazen this man was.

Genya tried to compose himself and clear his throat. "Yes, of course." Olrox grinned as it was clear he loved to tease and push people's buttons.

Back at the party with Genya's little brother Izuk, his friend did what all girls do when faced with something cute, be a total girl. "O!M!K! HE'S SO FLUFFY!" Exclaimed Momo as she was hugging the puppy who yipped happy.

Izuku smiled and pet Artaois on the head while looking at her. "His name is Artaois."

Momo rubbed her nose against the large dog's nose, "And he's a cutie, yes you are! Oh yes you are!" Artaois barked and licked her face.

Momo and Izuku both laughed as Kaina was seen with Dracula alongside Inko. "Look at Izuku, smiling, being truly happy. Oh I wish this for him everyday." Inko said with a tearful smile.

Dracula and Kaina smiled as they watched the young boy with Momo. "Think they'll get together?" Kaina asked.

"Oh most assuredly." Dracula said with a chuckle before taking a sip of his drink. He suddenly went slightly stiff. Not stiff in the sense that Kaina was teasing him or he felt someone walking on someone else's grave. No. He went stiff for he felt a presence that rivaled his own in terms of intellect, cunning, and skill.

Kaina noticed his slight stiffness and asked, "Vlad? What's wrong?"

Dracula replied in a low tone. "He's here…"

Inko looked at Dracula weirdly, "Who?" Soon, the doors opened as a butler announced, "Nezu of UA and guest!" Everyone gasped in surprise while Dracula narrowed his eyes at the door.

Soon what looked to be a sleep deprived homeless man was seen walking in with what appeared to be a pokemon in a baby suit sitting on top of his head, "Greetings everyone!"

Izuku and Momo looked from the dog to the man with the most infamous principal in the entire world. Their eyes widened, "Principal Nezu!?" Momo exclaimed.

"Ah, Miss Yaoyorozu, a pleasure to see you again." Nezu said with a smile as he waved to the party goers. He also waved to Dracula whom, in his eyes, Nezu was his equal, his rival, the one person for whom has actually brought him to a draw in chess. Dracula stepped up to meet Aizawa and the Chimera. "Principal Nezu and the Underground Hero Eraserhead. This is certainly quite the surprise. What brings you here?"

Aizawa just glared at Dracula while Nezu smiled, "Why I'm here to give a present to my new student and wish them a happy birthday is all."

Dracula narrowed his eyes more and completely ignored Aizawa's glare.

"Wait... New student? Does that mean..." Izuku asked, his eyes widened.

"Why yes, Izuku Midoriya. You are now officially enrolled at U.A. You gained some points for destroying several robots, but where you truly shined was in saving Young Uraraka's life from the Zero Pointer. Your total score is 147! You are officially a part of the Hero Course!" Nezu revealed with a smile that to the normal people, showed happiness at revealing such a revelation to a student. But to the few, they could see something buried under that smile.

Dracula, being one of them as Nezu smirked a little towards the man as if to say, 'I hope your boy is a challenge like you.'

However, Aizawa just glared at Izuku but almost jumped at the small bear cub that barked at him which almost caused Nezu to fall, if not doing a flip and now stood on the man's head with just his one hand. "TA-DA!" Which resulted in claps. Izuku was also clapping while looking at Momo, as if he had questions. She was just as confused as he was.

Nezu smiled at Izuku, "I bet you didn't know, my dear boy, that I'm not just a Principal of a hero academy. For at one time in my life I was also IN THE CIRCUS!" With a back spin, the small creature jumped into the air before breaking into a full on routine which captivated everyone including the birthday boy in question.

However, Dracula was just staring intently at the creature, for he knew its game, and he wouldn't let it bring harm to his boy. But what could he do? Today was his son's birthday and it would be bad for him to cause such a ruckus on such a day. So he had no choice but to endure and watch this little furball put on a performance.

Which he would give the small creature this, he was talented for now he had somehow gotten a large ball and was using it to move around while juggling fruits, before stopping and somehow balancing the three fruits on his nose. Izuku watched in amazement as Nezu jumped down off of the ball with all three still balanced on his nose.

Nezu smiled as he bobbed his head, sending all three oranges into the air before, with a quick flash of his hands which made it seem like he missed them. All three landed onto a plate and with a snap of his paws, the oranges fell apart into slices, "TA-DA!" He exclaimed.

Everyone clapped, including Dracula though he kept his eyes steeled on him.

"That was amazing!" Izuku exclaimed.

Aizawa sighed as he had to subject himself to this humiliation of being next to a performing rat. It only got worse as Nezu landed back on Aizawa's head and bowed. "Thank you! Thank you!"

"That was a wonderful performance for my son. Thank you very much for the surprise, Principal Nezu." Dracula said with a false smile.

Nezu smiled back as his beady black eyes locked with Dracula's blood red eyes, "You're very much welcome. After all, your son is no ordinary child considering who his father is and what he represents."

"Indeed." Dracula had a small frown and his eyes began to glow, pursuing his words as a threat. "Why don't you give him his present before we can speak more in my office about my son's education?" He suggested.

Nezu nodded before he reached down and seemed to be messing with Aizawa's hair as if looking for something before out came a box, "Ah! Here it is! Happy Birthday." He said, holding it out towards Izuku who took the box.

Opening it his eyes go wide as he pulls out a literal golden ticket with a small disk like object, looking up at Nezu he couldn't help but smile, "Once again, young man, welcome to U.A.! This is your academia!"

"T-thank you, Mister Nezu!" Izuku said, tears threatening to leak out of his eyes to which little Artaios started licking his cheek.

Momo and Inko as well as Kaina hugged the boy while Dracula, alongside Joshua and Nezu with his mount, Aizawa, made their way to the private office. Which was where the four found each other with Joshua standing at the door but his body posture showed he was ready to jump into action at any sight of trouble.

"Now, let us get to the true intentions of this meeting. What brings the infamous principal to my son's birthday party? I know I did not make a request for a hero to show up. Much less a hero who prefers the shadows over the spotlight." Dracula said as he intertwined his fingers together while one of his legs was over the other.

Nezu smiled, "Well it would be rude to try and lie to you, worthy rival, so I'll come out and say it. I simply wish to see if your son is as much as an equal as you. To see if his mind is as sharp as the father's." Nezu now had a cup of tea for which he sipped with a smile, but behind those eyes was that of a creature for whom has had a great battle between Dracula and Nezu that could be considered the stuff of legends.

"The boy has some of the best analytical skills you have ever seen. You could be training your quirk for years, and he would still find a way to make you seem foolish for not testing out a technique. I would say he is close to me." Dracula replied.

Nezu's smile seemed to grow as he said, "Well well well, it seems he is your son to have such a great skill. Then again, one wonders if he truly knows his father." Joshua's hand seemed to slowly reach for his coat. While Aizawa's hands seemed to twitch as he tried to ready himself for a fight.

Dracula frowned, "There will come a time when he finds out. I'm sure I will be hated and despised for what I do. But as long as until that comes to pass, I will continue to give him the skills to become a great hero. Though, that does bring up something I want to make clear."

He stared at the two with his sclera turning red like blood as he said, "If any of you tell my son what I do, or tell the others... There will be no country, no barren island, no crevice, where I will not find you. Are we understood?"

Nezu nodded, "Oh I believe such secrets should be kept between families. However, if you do come after me, I can assure you that I will not make it easy." He laughed a little sinisterly.

"I had hoped you wouldn't." Dracula said before looking at Aizawa, "If you are my boy's teacher, I expect you to treat him like you do any other student. If you attack him because of who I am..." That's when Dracula threatened him with the worst thing to possibly happen to Eraserhead. "I will see to it that your cats are taken away from you and your quirk exposed to the underground. Just to make it harder for you to face criminals."

Aizawa tensed up before giving a single nod which resulted in Josuha removing his hand from his suit top as Nezu clapped his paws, "Well I must say this meeting was very productive. OH! Is our charity chess match still on? I hear the turnout will be even larger than our last turn out."

"Indeed, it is still on. I look forward to the match." Dracula said with a small smile on his face.

Without another word, Nezu was back on his mount, Aizawa, as he said towards Dracula, "Well I shall be off then! Must prepare for the coming semester and all, hahaha!"

"Indeed. Good night, Principal Nezu. Eraserhead." Dracula said with a nod.

Soon both of them left as Joshua stayed behind, "A creature as smart as Nezu is a dangerous foe to have."

The King nodded as he said, "He most certainly is. But I am the only thing that can give him a challenge. So I will continue to keep him at arm's reach."

Joshua nodded as he pulled out his pocket watch, "I believe it's time for the cake sir. We wouldn't want to disappoint the young master by being late."

"Of course." Dracula stood up from his chair and the two made their way back to the ballroom. Both arrived just in time as the sight of a large cake was seen being brought in which made Izuku's eyes go wide with awe as he looked at the design which wasn't so much based on a hero, but more of a castle theme with his age at the top.

After lighting up the candles, everyone began to sing Happy Birthday to Izuku who just smiled with tears in his eyes. It was the perfect day for him. He met his big brother, got a new watch, a big puppy, and met his aunts, as well as spent time with Momo, and finally, got accepted into U.A. and was one step closer to becoming a hero.

Inko smiled at her son as the song ended and said, "Make a wish." With a nod, Izuku sucked in a large intake of breath before blowing out the candles which resulted in a room full of clapping as Izuku was now not only one step closer to being a man, but being a hero that his family would be proud of.
