I watched your vision forming

Carried away by a moonlight shadow

These time lapes were giving her a headache. One moment she is there, then she is here but it's like no time at all has passed. It was foggy at best but she recalled just talking to Sesshomaru about talking to Kikyo but now here she was spaying on Kikyo and Inuyasha! Her vision was slightly blurry, she rubbed her eyes.

She wasn't really sure how much time had passed. She bit her lip. Was she running out of time?

"I need to warn them somehow,"

"Of what Miko,"

Kagome jumped out of her skin but covered her mouth as she did not want to blow her cover. "Dont do that!"

"You should be aware of me by now,"

She ignored him and went back to watching the two as they made plans for a life she knew they would never have. But she wanted to save Kikyo.

"You said she had to die, but the whole point is for her live," Kagome whispered.

It was like a light bulb went off in his head. He now knew why she would die. "If she lives you are not born,"

"So you keep saying,"

"Do you not understand Miko, if you fail you die because time has you, you if you succeed you die because she lives,"

Kagome blinked, and sadness rushed over her "Well, I guess I should make my death worth something,'

Oddly he found the thought cold, which was saying a lot for who he was.

"Here lies the girl who was never born," She says rolling her eyes "Put that in my headstone will ya,"

He raised an eyebrow.

"What?"

"Dark for one such as yourself,"

Kagome rolled her eyes "Im not like other Mikos,"

Clearly.

Kagome shook her head and went back to watching and then turned red, eeeps and turned her back to the sight before her.

Sesshomaru looked beyond her and then back down at her "Problem Miko?"

"I didnt know they did that!"

"They were, are lovers are they not!"

"I didnt think they went that far!"

"You believed she died a virgin?"

Kagome slapped her hands to her face. Kikyo didnt die a virgin but she was. Kagome groaned.

"Jealous?" He asked,

She glared at him and blew a piece of hair out of her face "I got time," She crossed her arms and stuck her nose up.

He leaned down "Actually you dont,"

The sounds of passion had her heart racing and she quickly took her leave, he followed.

"Did you talk to her?"

"She is aware of her death,"

Kagome bit her lip "I wonder how soon they will betray each other,"

"Foolish of them,"

She stopped and spun around "Love isn't foolish,"

"Just the cause of a great many deaths,"

"Dont blame them,"

"If they allowed something as small as the jewel come between them-"

"It wasn't the jewel, it was the trick, not the jewel," Then she stared off.

"What?"

She looked up at him "I know what I need to do,"

"Then do it,"

"I still need you,"

He raised an eyebrow,

"It entails you killing something,"

He smirked, "Very well, tell me your plan human,"

They walk West and she waits for the fade but it doesn't come. She tells him how she must save Kikyo while he destroys Naraku, only one problem of course.

"You can not reach Kikyo,"

"Damn it, you will have to do it,"

"You want me to save my brother,"

"I want you to save her,"

"And who did I get to kill, I do believe you said this plan involved this one killing something,"

She looked up at him as the wind blew, his darkened home in the background, "Me,"

He looked away for a moment. Oddly the glee he had of killing her was no longer there, but maybe he just needed to put his hand around her neck again. He looked back, but she was gone again.
