Ch3 - Wellspring Cave
Disclaimer: I don't own Pokemon. I also don't own the DS. I only own my character
PLEASE READ BEFORE READING CHAPTER
Because I like to try to give in-depth responses to reviews, If I responded to the reviews before the chapter, It would end up giving something away. Because of that, for this chapter I have the reviews at the end, so I can respond to my heart's content without spoiling anything for anyone.
It might not be that serious to everyone, but yall hit some stuff on the mark and I would rather be able to give a proper response to everyone than "yeah that sounds great, we'll see"
Since reviews are at the end, the chapter can begin much earlier, so here we go…
About midway into the next day, Shawn and Oshawott made it to Accumula Town. Oshawott had taken to staying outside its Pokeball, and even sitting on top of Shawn's shoulders, peeking over his head. It was a small town, but it had a Pokemon Center, and different shops to check out.
First stop was the Pokemon Center, where Shawn met Nurse Joy for the first time. She has long pink in two loops, a white nurse cap, a pink top that stops at the elbow, a white apron tied all the way around her waist, and is accompanied by an Audino.
As Shawn approached the front desk, she spoke.
"Hi! Welcome to the Pokemon Center! How can I help you?" She said, wearing a kind smile. It didn't surprise Shawn that she could handle most Pokemon with how nice she seemed.
"Yes please," he said, "could you check up on my Oshawott and make sure he is fine?"
She responded in kind, "Absolutely!" She turned to Oshawott, who had jumped down on the counter, "Please come with me and Audino for a checkup."
Oshawott obliged, and sat on the pre-prepared stretcher the two nurses were walking towards.
Meanwhile, Shawn got to work doing a bit of research around the Center. He was curious as to if there were any places near the town that were considered "haunted" or such. Finding a trainer to ask was easy, as the lounge area had a handful of trainers in it. He asked the first trainer he saw, an older boy who looked more experienced.
"Excuse me," he said to the boy, who turned to face him, "are there any places around here considered haunted? Or any places where ghosts are rumored?"
The boy looked surprised at the question, but responded nonetheless.
"There's nowhere around here like that, but I did hear the Pinwheel Forest by Nacrene City has been having odd occurrences lately."
'Wow, I hit big! I thought I would have to wait until after the 4th badge, but I might be able to catch a Litwick much earlier than the Games allow if this guy is right!'
After thanking the man, he went back to the main room, where he waited for Oshawott to come out with Nurse Joy. While he waited, he explored the Arc DS a little more, first looking at the map of Unova. He tried to click on Route 1, and surprisingly, it worked, and took him to a small description of the route, as well as something even better. Beside the summary sat a list of Pokemon encounters possible on the route.
'Holy. This is absurd. There's Pokemon on here I didnt even know I could catch! It's completely different from the Games, and this means I can find exactly where I need to go to catch all the Pokemon I want!'
After searching around a bit, he found where he needed to go, and made a couple notes in the Arc DS
Wellspring Cave
Pinwheel Forest
Route 14
As he finished, looked up and saw Nurse Joy rolling Oshawott out.
"Shawn! Your Oshawott is in perfect health!"
"Wott!" Oshawott cried, as he jumped off the stretcher onto Shawns shoulder.
After thanking Nurse Joy, Shawn had a look around town, which was bigger than he first thought. Accumula town had a medium sized Poke Mart where Shawn bought a couple extra potions just in case anything happens while he's away from a Pokemon Center. As well as that, they had the full mall experience - clothing stores, a giant food court, bookstores, jewelry shops, even antique stores. It was a lot more than Shawn expected, considering how small the town was in-game - but he should've expected it to be different considering how different everything has been thus far.
After exploring the town a bit, he left, ready to get on the road to Striaton City.
A couple days later, after setting up camp and dinner, he and Oshawott both started training. While he was doing bodyweight exercises like pull ups and pushups, Oshawott was still training Razor Shell. Oshawott's Razor Shell had already gotten more powerful, and his strikes were quicker than before. He cleaved through rocks and trees with ease, so now it was time to teach him about how to battle.
"Oshawott! I've got a few things to tell you about battling, so get over here!", he called. As he finished saying it, Oshawott stopped practicing and walked over to his trainer.
Shawn started his explanation, "First of all, even though you are primarily physically oriented, we can use ranged attack as diversions. If you can use Water Gun as a distraction, it makes it easier for you to get in close with Razor Shell. Alternatively, you could use Razor Shell to cause a distraction, like using it on the ground to get dust and dirt in your opponents eyes."
Oshawott nodded, understanding what his trainer was saying.
Shawn continued, "Even though we haven't been in a real battle yet, I would still like you to know—
A voice interrupted him, "There you are!"
Shawn looked towards the voice, annoyed, but once he saw who it was, he realized what was happening.
The girl running towards him at top speed had blonde hair under a green beret, an orange tank top over a white shirt, along with a tight skirt that reached down to her shin, and a green fringed bag that slung around her left shoulder and sat at her right hip.
As she ran towards him, she screamed, "Out of the way, out a the way outathewayoutatheway!"
Before she impacted against him, Shawn sidestepped left, and grabbed her right arm to prevent her from tripping and falling.
The girl didn't even seem to notice before she started questioning him, while strangely looking at his chest, "You're Shawn right? Please tell me you're Shawn! Why are you shirtless? What were you doing out here?"
He responded quickly before she could ask more questions, "In order, yes, I'm Shawn, I'm shirtless because I was training, and that's what me and my Oshawott were doing out here. Now what's going on? Why are you looking for me?"
She stopped looking at his chest and replied, "I'm Professor Juniper's assistant, she said she forgot to give you your badge case at the Lab. Let me get it for you!"
As she started to rummage through her bag, Shawn asked, "My name is Shawn, as you know, but what's yours?"
Obviously Shawn knew what her name was, but to keep himself seemingly normal, he would have to play dummy.
She responded excitedly while looking through her bag, "I'm Bianca! That's me!"
'Wow, the Anime does not downplay how energetic she is,' he thought, as she continued searching her bag for the case.
'I knew she would come looking for me eventually, since Ash and the gang met her in the same way. If I would've reminded Professor Juniper back at the lab I could've avoided this, but honestly it's not too big a deal, and it gives me the option to battle her and her Pignite. Or maybe still Tepig at this point? Ash had a badge and was close to Nacrene when he encountered her, so it might still be a Tepig.'
As Shawn thought, Bianca continued trying to find the badge case she knew was in her bag, but to no avail. How her bag was so disorganized, he had no clue. It wasn't even that big of a bag, but somehow the girl had a mountain of things inside of it.
Shawn also noticed how the Anime did downplay something, but it was much more reasonable, as Pokemon was a kids show. Bianca had the widest hips he had ever seen on a girl that skinny. No joke, he had only ever seen hips like that on big girls who couldn't do anything with 'em.
Her hips weren't the only thing though, her ass was going everywhere as she kept on fiddling around with the bag, and he was not complaining. Being a teenager in the middle of puberty would help him in some ways, and hurt him in other ways.
Finally, her and her ass stopped, she pulled out a dirty badge case and exclaimed, "I found it! Here's your badge case! Do you have any badges yet? I bet not since you haven't made it to Striaton City yet!"
He took the case she handed him, and responded slowly, "You're right, I don't have any badges yet, but I will get my first soon enough. What about you?"
She nodded in response and pulled out her own badge case, and handed it to him.
"See for yourself! Me and my Tepig dominated the Striaton Gym like it was child's play!" She waved her arms around as she said it, as if she were trying to emphasize her point.
If Shawn could've sweatdropped, he would've. This girl had way too much energy, and if he remembered right her Pokemon matched it.
He opened her badge case and saw the Trio Badge, sitting nice and pretty in its designated spot. 'Soon enough', he thought excitedly, 'I'll have my own Trio Badge!'
Shawn handed over the badge case back to Bianca and asked, "Well, since you have a badge, mind having a battle with me to see where I stand?"
Bianca somehow got even more visibly excited as she responded, "Absolutely! I'll show you the power of a Pokemon trainer with their very own Gym Badge!"
The two made their way to a nearby clearing, Oshawott sitting on his trainer's still bare shoulders for the walk.
As they took their spots, Shawn called a warning to Bianca.
"Just so you know, this is our first ever battle!"
She looked a bit surprised, and made another energetic comment.
"Well that means your first battle will be against an amazing trainer such as myself! Go, Tepig!" As she said this, she threw out her Pokeball, releasing, thankfully for Shawn, a Tepig.
Shawn looked to the otter on his right shoulder and said, "You're up buddy. Remember, use Razor Shell as a fighting style; your weapon should always be drawn in close-quarters. I'll tell you to dodge as well, but you should be dodging on your own."
Oshawott nodded, then jumped off his trainer's shoulders and took his place on the battlefield.
Bianca started, "Let the battle begin! Tepig, show them your Ember!"
Tepig followed suit, shooting a stream of embers from its snout at Oshawott.
Shawn was already excited, but this made him giddy. He commanded, "Oshawott, jump over it and land on Tepig with Razor Shell!"
Oshawott did exactly as said, and cleared the Ember, before pulling his scalchop off midair, and using Razor Shell to create a blade.
Bianca responded quickly, "Tepig, stop your Ember and dodge!"
Tepig followed orders, and before Oshawott could land, it had moved right and out of the way of Oshawotts landing space.
Shawn grinned, but did not let up. "Use Water Gun to get in close!"
"Tepig, dodge!" Bianca commanded.
Oshawott landed and put his scalchop away before turning to Tepig, and shooting Water Gun. As Tepic dodged to the side, Oshawott was able to get closer, and then shot a horizontal sweeping Water Gun, and in order to dodge, Tepig had to jump into the air.
Shawn couldn't stop his laugh if he tried. Tepig was helpless in the air, meaning this battle should be over with one hit.
"Oshawott, get close and wait for it to close in on the ground before ending this with one Razor Shell!"
Bianca, horrified, realized what was happening, and shouted, "Tepig, please dodge as soon as you hit the ground!"
It was a bit too late though. Tepig had sealed its own fate by jumping in the air. When Tepig was in arms reach to the ground, Oshawott jumped into the air and hit slashed Tepig once, straight across its front and side. The super effective attack proved too much for Tepig, and it collapsed as soon as it hit the ground.
'Holy', Shawn thought, 'that was exhilarating. Even though I was confident in Oshawott and knew we would win once Tepig jumped, it was still amazing to actually participate in a Pokemon Battle for the first time.'
"Well," Shawn said, grinning, "it seems Tepig is unable to battle, which means me and Oshawott win!"
Bianca looked shocked, and her words matched her face. "How in the world did I lose?!" She stomped her foot on the ground with every word, making a humorous sight for Shawn.
He responded to her inquiry, "Well, not only do we have a type advantage, but we train every day, so it doesn't surprise me that we were able to pull out a victory."
Bianca responded, still confused, "But it was still your first battle right? No way you should've won against a trainer like me!"
Shawn responded as Oshawott jumped back on his head, "Well, like I said, we train every day, and in the battle we forced you into a bad position. Once Tepig jumped it was over."
Bianca frowned, but pulled out a Pokeball, and returned her Tepig.
"Return Tepig, you did great." She sounded dejected, a stark contrast from her earlier excitement.
Before Shawn could speak though, something started ringing, and before he could figure out what it was, Bianca did.
"I have a call from Professor Juniper! It's probably about you! Let me take this!"
As Bianca accepted the call, Shawn started thinking.
'Thats an Xtranciever, right? You had one in the games, and they were mentioned in the Anime, Trip had one actually. Even though its not a necessity, I'll see about getting one just in case I ever need it.'
Bianca interrupted his thoughts, mentioning his name.
"Yes Professor!", she started, "I got the case to Shawn a-okay!"
He then heard the Professor speak, "Could you have him come here please?
Before Bianca could ask him, he was already walking over, and when he looked down at the device on Bianca's wrist, he saw the Professor, presumably back at the lab.
Shawn spoke first, "Hello Professor, how are you?"
She responded through the Xtransciever, "I'm doing just fine young man, thank you! I was just wondering how your journey has been going thus far?"
He thought for a moment, before responding with a grin, "Well, I did just win my first battle, so I would say it's going pretty well."
The Professor's face twisted before both of her eyebrow raised.
"You beat Bianca in your first battle?" She asked, with a face he couldn't read.
Bianca responded before he could, "Yes Professor! His Oshawott took out Tepig with one hit! I'm gonna have to train hard so it doesn't happen next time!"
"In one hit?", she asked, seemingly impressed.
Shawn nodded, "One Razor Shell. We've been training hard."
The Professor hummed in thought, before responding.
"Interesting, I'll have to see you battle soon enough. Regardless, thank you Bianca for delivering the case, but I have to get back to my research. Have fun on your journeys!"
Bianca and Shawn responded in tandem before the call cut, "Thanks Professor!"
Shawn spoke first after the call cut, "Im headed back to my camp, it's getting late and dinner should be about ready by now. You're welcome to stay if you don't feel comfortable going around at night."
Bianca looked at him in gratitude, "Yes please, that would be awesome! I need Tepig on whatever that Oshawott is eating!"
She followed him back through the woods to camp, and thankfully, no Pokemon had stolen his stew.
She took a seat on a nearby log Oshawott had cut down earlier, and Shawn started preparing everyone's dinner.
Shawn turned around from the table and set two bowls on the ground, then took two and carried them over to Bianca.
While he did so, he noticed Bianca was staring at his chest again, which caught him off guard as he gave her a bowl.
"Are you going to let Tepig out? Oshawott is already eating."
She snapped out of her trance as he spoke and she pulled out a Pokeball.
"Tepig! Time to eat!"
The fire pig Pokemon quickly got to work on its stew, surprising Shawn with how much gusto it had.
"Well", he said, "I'm glad Tepig likes it that much."
As they all ate, Shawn was deep in thought.
'Damn! I forgot Bianca has a whole muscle fetish. In the first Battle Club tournament she goes around trying to feel everyone's muscles. Even though I'm not very well defined, apparently it's enough for her. I didn't know she had it this bad though, she barely noticed me walking towards her. Besides that though, I also didn't know Oshawott was quite that strong. He still isn't the absolute quickest, but considering we were able to get in on Tepig without any real trouble, we should be fine with the Striaton Gym.'
Shawn then got up, taking everyones empty bowls, and told Bianca, "If you would like, you can go ahead to bed, just take my sleeping bag. I can clean everything up just fine."
Bianca nodded in agreement and returned Tepig, but then realized, "Where are you gonna sleep?"
Shawn just waved her off, "I can find a way to make something out here, I'll be fine."
Bianca looked worried, but did not voice her concerns as she took off her shoes, hat and purse, then got in the bag.
Shawn took the dishes in a bucket over to small creek he knew was nearby, since he had gotten water from it when he made camp, got some water in the bucket, and washed everything he used for cooking, and all of the dishes and utensils everyone used.
After that, he found a nice spot to lay down in the middle of a pile of leaves, and went straight to sleep, Oshawott right by him.
Shawn woke up the next morning, still shirtless, and the sun was already up. Checking the Arc DS, it read '7:43'.
'Well', he thought, 'At least I woke up before 8. I wonder if Bianca is up.'
After shaking Oshawott awake, he walked over to his sleeping bag to find Bianca, snoozing the morning away, with a peaceful look on her face.
Leaning down, he shook her shoulder, and she jolted up immediately, startling Shawn quite a bit.
"Damn! You got me good!"
She just giggled and then yawned, "Sorry! I'm a really light sleeper so any touching or sudden movements and I immediately wake up."
As Shawn started to reheat the leftovers from the night before and get some regular Pokemon food for Oshawott, Bianca got herself ready, and after eating, the two got on the road, with Shawn finally putting on a shirt.
Bianca spoke first as they walked.
"Would you mind if I traveled with you for a little while? Usually if I can't make it to a Pokemon Center I just sleep in the woods, but If I go with you I'll get a decent meal too!"
Shawn didn't think too much about it. He really didn't mind, especially since she was forward about it, and he wouldn't want to let her starve herself just cause she couldn't make it to a Pokemon Center. He would make fun of her a bit though.
He replied grinning, "I don't mind, but you sure it's just the food? I think there's something else you like."
As he said this, he brought his arms in front of him and stretched a bit, flexing his undefined, but decent sized muscles. Living in the Pokemon world kinda gives you some automatically, Shawn figured out, since the previous Shawn didn't do much activity, yet was not that skinny, just on the skinnier side compared to an average person.
Bianca turned red as she kept looking between his arms and face.
"Sorry, I just really like muscles," she said, not even trying to hide it.
'This girl has no shame at all', he thought. 'But two can play at that game.'
His grin widened as he spoke, "Well, I guess we both have things we like about each other."
She looked at him confused, and in response Shawn slapped the side of his hips, while looking at Bianca's own.
The energetic blonde gained a full blush, an upgrade from the previous pink dusting on her cheeks.
"How dare you say something like that about a lady?! Did your parents ever teach you your manners?! I bet they didn't!"
Shawn just grinned and asked, "What did I say Bianca? I would never say anything rude about a lady!"
Bianca just looked away, face still red, and muttered, "Pervert!"
Shawn spoke again, "Pervert? But aren't you the one who stared at my chest and talked about how much you love muscles? I think you're the pervert here Bianca!"
The girl in question looked back at him, but didn't say anything in response, still trying to stop looking at Shawns arms.
Shawn cackled and thought, 'I wouldn't mind this kind of bantering every day! I kind of forgot how it is to travel, or really do anything with another person. In college I was one of the few people who managed to not have a roommate, and before that, I had to move in the middle of my junior year of highschool. Its been a long time since I talked with someone on a daily basis like that.'
Shawn and Bianca continued their way to Striaton City, laughing and talking the whole way.
As the two arrived at Striaton, Shawn had to take a second look, surprised at the size of the city. He was again surprised at the size of the city, but once more, reminded himself that this is a real world, not a 2D game.
After he and Bianca got their Oshawott and Tepig, respectively, checked out and cleared to go, Shawn informed Bianca that he wasn't going to immediately challenge the Gym.
She was astounded, "Whaaaaat?! But your Oshawott is super strong! You could take down that Gym and its little monkeys in no time at all!"
Shawn shook his head.
"While I might be able to take them down, I want to catch a Pokemon first. My first catch is in Wellspring Cave, just outside of the city. It's only a quick hike, and If I can find it today, I'll challenge the Gym tomorrow."
Bianca just sighed, "Whatever! But I'm staying here, I've had enough walking for today. You can go get yourself tired while I sit back and relax!"
Shawn nodded in amusement, and called back as he walked out the doors of the Poke Center, "If you say so!"
The trek to Wellspring Cave was a relatively short one. Almost a straight shot from Striaton, only a few curves in the path would make it hard to remember.
As he approached the giant cave, which surprisingly retained its above-ground shape from the games, he let out Oshawott.
He spoke to the otter Pokemon, "Stay quiet, and don't stray far, stay within eyesight If you really want to explore. I'm going to find a decent spot to sit and wait for dust clouds or any rustling, since us entering the cave will likely disturb the Pokemon."
Oshawott nodded, and took his spot on Shawn's traps, peeking over the boy's head.
As he walked in, he noticed the cave retained some light from the outside. Dark mounds of rocks sat around the corners of the large room he was in, and he could see different paths leading to darker, likely more dangerous rooms. Stalagmites formed on the ceiling, and every so often, dropped from into a small pool of water that sat on the right side of the cave, being the only source of noise when Shawn first walked in.
The teen found a spot in between a couple rock piles to sit down, criss-cross applesauce, and began his wait. After only a few minutes of silence between himself, Oshawott, and the cave, a rustling sound emerged in front of Shawn.
As he squinted to make sure the Pokemon was his target, he grinned.
Just what he wanted.
He whispered to Oshawott, "Use Water Gun on that Drilbur. Make it just powerful enough to stun, we don't want to knock it out."
He felt Oshawott nod on his head, then saw the Pokemon land beside him, taking aim at the small, brown Pokemon in front of the two.
Finally, after a few seconds of aiming, Oshawott fired.
He hit the Drilbur spot on, and it stood dazed as Shawn hurried from his spot, a bit closer to the Pokemon, and pulled out his Pokeball.
Shawn quickly threw the Pokeball at the wild Drilbur, and waited for the three shakes.
One.
Two.
Three.
Ding!
Shawn sighed in relief as he ran over and picked up the Pokeball.
"Excadrill will be an amazing Pokemon once I'm done with Drilbur. It will destroy Iris's Excadrill, no contest needed."
Oshawott looked confused, but said nothing. After the results from his own training, he decided his trainer knew best, and he wouldn't question him.
Shawn sighed, looking outside of the cave and seeing the sun was going down on the Unova region.
"Welp," he said, "Time to get back to the Pokemon Center." He stopped, and then grinned.
"And tomorrow, we destroy the Striaton Gym!"
End!
So concerning the second steel type pokemon, I'm at an impasse
My original plan was Excadrill and Lucario, since Lucario is in both the Unova games, but the more I thought, the more I realized how cliche it would be to give Shawn a Lucario
I feel like every fic that does something different with Ash, he always has a Lucario, and half the SIs out there have Lucarios
So instead of making the decision myself, you, the people, get to decide, Lucario or Bisharp
I'll keep a tally for 5 chapters, starting next chapter (using the reviews from this chapter)
Whoever wins gets on the team, and whoever loses is a loser who will get shamed later on in the fic
Also, I have finally realized how stupid it would be for Shawn to only have 6 Pokemon
It would not only be stupid in the Pokemon World, to be limited to 6 Pokemon, but it limits the things I can do and write, AND the amount of Pokemon the people can vote in. It also lets me surprise y'all without worrying about limited team slots
Shawn will at LEAST catch an extra 6 Pokemon to work as backups or to create better team comps for specific reasons, but he will still have one main team
He will catch some of these Pokemon early, so not every catch will be on the main squad
Reviews!
Random Badass
All solid Pokemon, and as you know now, Excadrill will be a part of the main team. I just had too much fun with him during my playthroughs of Black. Earthquake, Metal Claw, Swords Dance and Rock Slide tore through ANYTHING slower than her. Braviary and Ferroseed are solid, Ferroseed I know was insane in Comp. Gen 5, so definite possibility as backups. Thank you for the continued reviews!
Litini
Gothitelle is a pretty good Pokemon, I will admit, so we'll see about having one in reserve, because I already had a Unovan psychic type in mind. Having two is also a possibility though, two psychics would be a bit crazy considering how strongly psychics are portrayed in the Anime. Thanks for the review!
Runeion
Game mechanics would definitely make everything easier, but where's the fun in that? You can do anything in the Anime, but no one takes advantage of it. This is what will give Shawn the edge over EVERYONE, as seen in this chapter against Bianca. Also, we will see about Hisui Samurott. Thanks for the review!
pratikchakraborty911
Oh yes, definitely. Shawn will be teaching moves to Oshawott that would normally be acquired through means other than leveling up. One specific move has already been decided, though we will wait until Oshawott evolves. His other Pokemon will also be taught moves they would normally only get from things like move tutors or breeding. Thank you for the continued reviews!

This is one of the reasons I moved the reviews down here, because what the hell man. You got the Pokemon Shawn actually caught in this chapter, AND you guessed the two Pokemon who are the choices for the second steel type. I love Excadrill, as mentioned earlier, but I also love Bisharp. Brick Break, Iron Head, Shadow Claw and Night Slash tore through a lot of the E4 if I remember right, so much so that I'm not allowing myself to use Bisharp in my current playthrough. Thank you for the continued reviews, and make sure you vote on which Pokemon you want!
Keldeox
Thanks, I'm glad the chapter was enjoyable. As for team comps, that's one of the reasons I decided Shawn will have backups. The main team is powerful Pokemon, divided by special attackers and physical attackers, with lots of coverage. However, there isn't really a DEDICATED wall (though there are some tanky pokemon), or a utility Pokemon, or anything like that. Thats what Im hoping having backups will accomplish, to have dedicated members to switch in for utility and make the team stronger overall. As for traveling buddies, well, you read the chapter (I hope). I will say though, Bianca isn't permanent, and after she leaves and Shawn travels alone for a little while again, we will get a different travel partner. Thank you for the review!
Achutanand (Ch1)
Nice indeed. Thanks for the review!
guyofthecastle
Deino for the win indeed, and yeah I thought about Cameron and the Unova League while debating about Lucario, though If Shawn does end up getting a Riolu it WILL evolve into Lucario, for a reason i'm sure you can figure out. Beside that though, I don't trust myself to make the decision, so it's up to you. Make sure you vote, and thanks for the review!
Firem78910
Nah, I'm trying to keep the Pokemon usage within Unova, though if it appeared in BW2 its fair game, which is why Lucario or Bisharp is even a question. Thanks for the review!
Wolf32166
Yeah, Zoroak has the potential to be an awesome Pokemon, and fun to write, especially if I did Hisui Zoroark and Zorua. Not sure how I would do that though, since the whole line is Hisuian, its not just an evolution
Flame punch
Volcarona is a prime choice for a backup at the moment, so we will see if it happens. I did think about Emolga, but I already have another electric type in mind. As for Ferrothorn, we will see. I've thought about it a lot, but I am still not sure If I should do it or not. It may come down to another vote of the people if I cant make up my mind
Next update will definitely be later in this week, as this chapter was the longest for me, and combined with reviews it did take some work.
That's the complete end to this chapter! How was Shawns interactions with Bianca? Did I do well with the first battle? Thoughts on Drilbur? How will Shawn handle the Striaton Gym? When will he meet the main cast? (It will be soon, I can tell you that) Thank you for reading, please review, and have a good rest of your day!
