Lily didn't know what to feel after meeting the two Bloods. Infuriated. What made things more concerning was how easily they slipped by her scans. She should've known they were so close, yet they only appeared the moment they used any of the powers.

It worried her that they could've found a bypass through her systems. The day they had appeared was on the day Evol met his demise. It was no coincidence that fight was their opening to slither into the den and take his nest.

It was why she had been working on the project.

Her eyes stared at the glass casing that held a dark red metal object. She had taken blueprints from Faust when they freed the former experiments. One such meant to double the power.

A Trigger. The latest in design.

It was first meant to be something to replace the Black Hole Trigger, should Evol either be unable to unlock its power or if it somehow gets destroyed.

Tapping the keypad, the metal claw slowly held the concentrated phantom liquid. It was steadily inserted. She slowly made it twist the knob of the system. Light brightened from it before the glass shattered and was blown back. The woman slid across the white floor before hitting the wall.

"Guh…" Her eyepatch hastily repaired the distortion in her blinded eyes. Her ears were ringing.

The door opens as Pietro rushes in as fast as his mechanical chair could take him, looking shocked for a moment.

"Just what was that?" He gawked in shock, as it seemed it woke him up from a nap he was having. "My word what happened here?!"

The inherited maiden grunted, sitting up slightly and slouched forward. She brushed her white lab uniform she made and pushed herself to stand. "Was working on my project."

Pietro sighed heavily as he gently supported the girl to sit on a chair, "I thought we were meant to work on it, together? Like that other bottle you had me work on the past few weeks."

"That project is on standby because of a missing piece. This is… one I had been working on before coming here but initially paused it."

"I take it, priorities changed due to the attack last week?"

Lily nodded, "This has to be completed if we're facing against someone as powerful as Evol…"

Sauntering the item with a claw she manifested, it looked intact and released it onto her hand. "Hazard Trigger." Looking at her Driver, she slowly set it onto it, clocking it into place. Energy exhaled from the trigger and belt before dimming. "And finally successful."

"Shall I contact your brother to test it out?" Pietro asked, as he was about to press a few keys.

"No."

"N-No?"

"It was my job to kill all Blood xenological lifeforms. Mother wanted to destroy them." She clenched her hold on it. "I will ensure that goal is met."

"Yet you're protecting the son of one." Pietro noted with a chuckle, "But we both know he's more than that."

The air turned cold which stiffened the old man. He felt the glare from her blinded gaze. "He isn't a Blood like that bastard snake. He is still human because of his mother."

"M-My apologies… I was just trying to lighten the mood…" The doctor bowed, knowing he went a bit too far.

"I take my matters seriously. All Bloods and Salem's agents are to be killed." Cinder being her top to kill. She had bested her twice before. That bitch will realize how fruitless it is against her tactical ability and experience.

"Speaking of. I may have found a possible lead onto more info about his mother." Pietro recalled as he handed her some data. "It truly is strange how Evol tried to hide as much evidence as possible about her… Wonder why though?"

"Evol did mention she was an archaeologist shortly before being recruited into Faust."

"Yet, her information was practically silenced… Makes me wonder what she found and saw, that made Evol do such drastic measures to keep her secret?" Pietro pondered. "Could it be possible that she found something that we have yet to learn about?"

Now that Pietro brought it up, the mother turned a new leaf because of Cody yet took both in the second the mother fell ill. Said by Evol she had continued to unearth objects until that day she found the box. Could there have been something in that timeframe?

"By the way, Lily…. I… have a small favor I want to request…" Pietro said, earning the maiden's attention, "Should anything happen to me… please… take care of my daughter…."

"Why would you ask me? Why not the others?"

"Because, my daughter trusts your brother. Therefore, I trust you as well. And I'm sure Ruby would say yes, but I also know with you, you have more ways of protecting her." Pietro smiled softly. "I just want to secure a future for her, should anything happen to me."

He watched the girl's face scrunch a little. "I… can't make promises…" She murmured softly. "Pietro, while I am grateful for entrusting me, you must understand my viewpoint. I had seen the views of both the good of people after being free from Faust but also the evil I committed during my time in such an organization. I saved people but also killed people." She raised both hands. "These hands committed countless sins and blessings. I may be called a saint by my mother but I am still a killer by Evol, even from beyond his grave. I may save people to redeem myself but I can't save or protect them all. That village is an example of being unable to be saved and these very hands having to put them down."

She was painfully reminded of her mother's memories she inherited. It was why she created as much as she could. The scale of power between those like Faust against the denizens of Remnant? It was a bit of a small gap due to their Semblance and Aura. The armor of Riders moves at incredible speed. The strikes weighed the equivalent of tons. And tenacity being great to survive crashing through walls and such.

Alas even with such armor, semblance, magic, and the individual beneath it all, not everyone can be saved. Heroes have to make sacrifices. To bear the sins and burdens throughout the journey they take.

"Yet you have loved ones who trust you, Lily." Pietro said, taking her hands. "You're so more than that now. Its why you have those like me, who trust you. And even with your sins, you can move forward and have a happy life. It's you who needs to understand that such sins don't need to weigh you down for chasing after happiness." He gave a wry smile. "I understand you can't promise… but at the very least, keep an eye on her in my place."

"I… will try."

"Thank you…" Pietro smiled, as he made sure such words of wisdom were brought to her attention. "Now, how about we work together and test this device?"

Cody stared at the closed off museum, reminded of what happened there and the ones who instigated it. His fist clenched tightly with his bottle in hand, angered by the Blood Tribesman that were here. It still bothered him how he swore he chased after them into an alleyway, not a cafe.

"I won't let them ruin everything we worked so hard for against Evol…" Cody growled, knowing that if he ever gets them to fight? He won't let a single strand of them leave until they are erased with his fire. He understood his sister told him to let her handle it but…

He chewed his lip. He does trust Lily. After all she was the reason Evol is gone from his life. If she can do it to him then…

"There you are Cody!"

From the corner of his eyes, the blonde noticed Ruby. "Oh hey Ruby."

"Was looking all over for you! We found a lead on that thingamajig from the summit we gave to Mr. Pietro!"

"Wait really?"

"Mhm! Plus, a lot of us feel safer with you there since… well… you know…" Ruby said, only softly glancing at the museum before she shook her head, "So come on! We gotta get going!"

With a smile, Cody nodded as he followed after Ruby, knowing this could at least give him any lead on those Blood Tribesman. This would give him some way to clear his mind from those matters.

Few minutes later…

Coming to Pietro's clinic did provide a breath of fresh air for them as Pietro was waving goodbye to another patient who left his services. Entering the building, the group greeted the scientist. "Hey Mr. Pietro." said Ruby.

"Ah, Ruby! You came just in time!"

"You said you fixed the orb. Anything about it?"

The old man coughed slightly before he cleared his throat. "Well to be more exact, at first, I discovered the orb seems to act as a container of sorts." He explained to the five. "Regarding what exactly I'm not sure. But thankfully I consulted with Lily regarding that part." He tapped the console, contacting the girl in question.

The screen was displayed but saw smoke.

"Uhh…"

"Technosis, turn on the blasted ventilation! The Phantom Liquid evaporated too much by the vaporizer!"

"My apologies my lady! I shall do so."

The smoke slowly faded to reveal Lily who massaged her blinded eyes while her creation cleaned the visor eyeband. Lily was facing the wrong direction until she was guided by her machine to face the screen. "Sorry for that. I accidentally evaporated too much phantom liquid to recreate Nebula gas for the Bottles." She apologized.

"Not to worry, Lily. I was telling them about the orb. May you do the honors of the other half of the details?"

"Right. Right. That piece of junk." The saint sighed. "It is Atlas technology but not from the current generation of Atlesian technology."

"So like… a previous product or a scrapped one?" Cody questioned as he thought for sure it was tech left over by Evol.

"And does it have the potential to capture cute little pocket monsters?" Ruby raised her hand.

"It cannot even hold flies, Ruby Rose." Technosis said, confused for a moment by Ruby's antics.

"Aww.. poo…" Ruby pouted.

"It's more akin to harboring emotions."

"Pardon? Since when is something like that capable of holding emotions?" Weiss questioned

"Schnee, you do realize you are speaking to someone who has broke the laws of physics by breaching between dimensions and created a machine infused with my magic? Something like this can be possible." The maiden looked at her hands, idly waving it in boredom. "As to who can transfer emotions into the orb you found? I do not know. Your best bet is to find out where exactly the device came from by speaking to the villagers in Essen Town."

"It is the closest village to the summit…" Yang recalled.

"Well, at least we have a lead." Cody noted before looking up to Lily, "Sis! Remember to take a break, okay? I don't want to sick Blake on you." He teased as the Faunus blushed from that.

"Blake, you have permission to slap my brother for his joke." Lily said to her girlfriend.

"Hey!" Cody exclaimed.

"That said, I have to resume finishing my other project on Asura." She gave a courteous bow before the call ended.

"I hope she's okay…" Blake said with worry, getting some support by a pat on the shoulders from Cody and Yang, wanting to support their friend.

"Well, we got our location team. Let's get out there and hopefully find our answers." Ruby stated.

XXX

Essen Town.

That was their destination as advised by the older Rider. With no way of knowing who put the orb in the summit, talking to the locals was the best option in hopes of finding a lead. That being said, Essen Town was west of Atlas and a snowy village compared to Mantle.

"At least there's not a blizzard going on." Yang noted as the weather was very calm, making it more easier to reach the town and hopefully finish this mission.

"We're here, Lily. What are we looking for?" Cody called his sister, hoping that she has any other info about what they're looking for. Glancing on his shoulder, he saw the small black ball-shaped machine hover. It held two oval 'eyes' that glowed white the second they heard the maiden. "Since this village is close to the mountain you found the orb, talk to any of the locals who saw anyone go there."

"We'll contact you soon after our report." Blake spoke up, as she poked the machine, "And don't forget to eat, Lily."

"Again, I know. And- ASURA! I TOLD YOU TO REMAIN ON THE TABLE FOR HUMANITY SAKE! I HAVE NOT YET INSTALLED YOUR WRA-!" The call quickly cut off, no doubt she moved away to scold her recent creation.

"She needs to get out more…" Weiss sighed with a headshake. "She coops up in that technology nest of hers."

"We're trying our best…" Blake and Cody said in unison with a heavy sigh.

"Either way, we know our mission team. Let's go around and talk to the civilians!" Ruby declared. With the agreement made, they each made their respective inquiries from the locals of Essen. The townsfolk had been kind to give answers but alas their inquiries yielded no results. Not a single person has seen any individuals who had been to the mountains. With their inquiries met with failure, they regrouped to the center of the town.

"Well, what now? We still have no leads." Weiss questioned with her arms crossed. "Not a single person knows if anyone here went to the mountains."

"If we can find something, then let's look around ourselves and find anything we can!" Yang suggested with a wave of her hand. "Can't be that hard right?"

"Please don't jinx us already…." Weiss grimaced from Yang's words. "We have enough problems on our plate."

"But it is the best we can do. Hopefully we can find something?" Blake pointed out as it would save them more time to split up. Coming to an agreement, the five split in hopes of obtaining a better lead.

Cody looked at the village, finding it serene due to the snow.

"I hope this village remains peaceful…" He muttered to himself, hoping this town doesn't fall to the Blood Tribe as a frown formed on his face. He won't let anyone else fall to them, he has a duty now. His eyes peered at his companions who were occupied with their own doings.

"And I won't let them be hurt by those monsters again either…." Cody muttered once more, determined to keep his new loved ones safe.

Within the hour no such leads, Cody decided to wait for the others with their findings. Cross was with Yang at the moment so he was alone with his thoughts. Scrolling through his Scroll and a lot of searching around the Atlas newsframe. Seeing posts about people missing, some being found and many others talking about the words that made his skin crawl.

The people were slowly finding out about the Blood Tribe and it made him worry as this one was so much more different than Evol and it terrified that he couldn't do anything at this moment.

Evol had a brother and a cousin. The latter with two aides who he had encountered in the museum incident. He still was upset about whatever they did to him. He knew he followed them into a corner, yet somehow he was brandishing his weapon in front of a cafe! Which meant the cousin had a hand in the incident.

Vernage really did have a right to seal them centuries ago. Humanity's greed and ignorance can bring consequences as she painfully said to them before her departure. It was humans who freed Evol and his kin, in turn causing the events in the shadows to play.

While everything about it was rewritten upon Evol's death, the changes still had an aftermath. The Phantom Liquid. The sole purpose of the rewrite only aimed at Evol and those he touched, thus in turn, it wasn't directed to all Blood Tribesmen.

It was because of that flaw/mistake in the experiment his sister holed up in the lab to readjust her Saint Fullbottle and add that nifty yet odd attachment to her buckle.

But that also meant should any attack occur, she too would be as blind as they are when it happens. The only solace is that she still has the power to end the Blood Tribesman, should they too attack in full force. They can only hope this time it's to rid them all for good.

He doesn't know which is worse, this Salem person, Ozma and Vernage mentioned or the remaining Blood Tribe who can eat the world as a black hole.

Whatever the case maybe, he has to find a way to step up even more if he wants to protect everyone from his evil kin.

"Cody!" The teen perked up and noticed Ruby jogging up to him.

"What's wrong?"

"They just told us there's a large Grimm seen at the outpost! They want us to take care of it before it gets worse."

"Forgot to strike the wood after that jinx…" Cody muttered to himself with a sigh before getting up, "Alright, lead the way then Ruby."

XXX

Team RWBY and Cody made their way to the Windmill Outpost with haste after learning of the large Grimm. Arriving there, they saw the silent area that was their destination. The occupants had already evacuated safely with no casualties from the earlier sight so it meant any fight will give them the opportunity of no problems of casualties caught in the crossfire.

"I don't see anything," Cody frowned.

Blake's cat ear twitched. Her amber eyes looked up before they widened. "Not necessarily…"

The rest of her comrades looked up, only to scramble as a large Grimm landed with a mighty thud.

"Where the heck did that thing come from?" Weiss gawked as she looked around as it seemed the Grimm came out of thin air.

It was a Golaith.

"Who cares? Let's just take this thing down." Yang noted as she cocked her weapons, ready to brawl.

"Let's just do this now! Henshin!" Cody cried out as the armor of Great Cross-Z formed on him, ready to fight as well.

As the Golaith trumpeted its call, the group rushed towards the large Grimm. Weiss using her glyphs to stop any of its thunderous stomps as Yang and Cody punched its body, attempting to stagger it as Blake added onto the confusion with her slashes and shots, lining up for Ruby and her scythe slashes as the group of them made sure to work in sync against this Grimm.

The mammoth-based Grimm raised its two front legs, forcing Cross-Z to roll aside and used his blade to cut its leg. While it left a cut, its hide was thick. The Rider grunted upon the shaft of its tusk whipped him, sending him crashing into a few crates.

"Oww…" He groaned and got himself out.

"You okay?" Yang turned, worried for a moment.

"Yeah… that was just a surprise…." He groaned out with a shake of his head. "It felt like a truck hit me, twice."

Yang gave a sigh of relief, "Well if you don't get back up, you'll get it three times." The fiery blonde teased.

"Twisting my arm here, Yang." The rider smirked playfully.

"Stop flirting and just fight!" Weiss shouted as she had to dodge another swipe of the Golaith's trunk.

"R-Right." The couple rejoined in the fight as the Goliath, despite its mighty size, was being outmatched by the party. Be it from the decoys, glyphs, and strength, it started to lose its winning victory. Cross-Z and Yang took the leap, cocking their respective arms back and drove their fists straight to its face. It cracked the bone plating which made it stagger before collapsing.

"Phew! Man, that was really tough…." Yang sighed with relief from a job well done.

"I guess this one must've been young. Goliath's are usually tougher." Cross-Z noted from his own experiences. "Least it wasn't that difficult, or at least I think?"

"I hope not." Weiss stated. "It's the harsh weather. The Grimm in Solitas have had to adapt to survive the environment in this side of the globe."

Blake stretched. "At least that is taken care of."

"Still… how did it appear out of nowhere?" Ruby pondered in thought. "Grimm usually-"

A shadow loomed over them, causing the five to abruptly look back but was met with a powerful whiplash by the Goliath.

"Guh… we should have made sure it disintegrated…" Yang grunted.

"Second that." Her boyfriend agreed with a grunt.

The bellowing Grimm, poised to charge, was abruptly halted by a blaze of fire. The party of five all turned towards the source—a group of four women leaping from the top of the windmill.

The first woman had avocado-green eyes and pale skin. Her dark brown hair was cut in a straight bob with a left parting, complemented by a forest green jumpsuit held up by brown leather straps and golden buckles, exposing her collarbone and cleavage. She wore a khaki asymmetrical corset belt fastened horizontally by a dark brown studded leather belt, paired with a loose two-tone avocado green leather jacket adorned with gold spikes on a tan notch lapel. Dark brown fingerless gloves and knee-high boots completed her look. Notably, she sported a tattoo above her left breast.

She wielded a vine-like whip against the Grimm, which was unexpectedly intercepted by a green rift just before impact. Subsequently, two smaller rifts emerged, constricting the Grimm's hind legs.

The second woman, a redhead with a slight tan, styled her straight orange-red hair with a parted fringe and a loose top bun, accentuated by platinum streaks. She wore gunmetal gray goggles with an orange visor, along with a charcoal cropped T-shirt under a lime green turtleneck sweater. Her black and desert white pants were overlaid with dark green belts adorned with gold spikes, complemented by bronze studs. Similar to her teammates, she featured golden and bronze spikes in her design, visible on her goggles and belt.

She dived into the earth with remarkable agility, swiftly resurfacing to deliver an uppercut using her weapon on the Grimm.

With the Grimm weakened, the young woman chuckled and submerged herself into the ground once more.

The third woman, with dark skin, red hair, and crimson eyes, had her straightened crimson bangs evenly parted, leading into twin dreadlocked pigtails fastened by gold spiked ring headbands. She wore a white strapless leotard with a red triangle, exposing her arms, cleavage, and hips beneath black shorts adorned with gold spikes. Her ensemble was complemented by a black spiked collar, matching underarm pauldrons, and long gloves with large gold cylindrical cuffs. Dark trapezoidal sunglasses and dark rouge lipstick completed her look, along with a tattoo on her upper left leg. Like her team, she integrated golden spikes into her attire.

Her hair flared red as she unleashed a fiery blast from her weapon onto the Grimm, causing it to bellow in pain.

Seizing the opportunity, the fourth woman sprang into action. With fair skin, short platinum blonde hair styled in a boyish spike, and green eyes, she wore a sleeveless white and grey tank top paired with brown studded leather pauldrons and pants. Brass o-ring pieces connected her pauldrons, adorned with brass studded tassels and a white cape. Like her teammates, she sported golden spikes in her design, notably on her legs and pauldrons.

She skillfully wielded her segmented swords, reflecting images of her companions in their blades. Mimicking her teammate's move, she dove into the earth, then ripped the Grimm in half with her swords.

"That was…" Yang gawked.

"Amazing!" Ruby's eyes twinkled with stars.

Acknowledging their voices, the unfamiliar Huntresses glanced at them. The dark-skinned woman lowered her shades. "Looks like Bianca was right about these new Huntsmen."

"Ugh… what are they even doing here?" the driller groaned.

Weiss felt offended. "Who are you?"

The pale-skinned woman chuckled and glanced at her team. "Oh look, they speak."

'Yeesh, what barked up their side of the tree?' Cross-Z frowned.

"We had that under control." Yang crossed her arms, frowning from the attitude of the four ladies.

"Hmph, sure kid… And we're men in disguise…." The driller rolled her eyes.

"Hey! I told you not to come back here!" Team RWBY plus one turned to see a man marching towards them. His outfit resembled that of the Ace Operatives, but instead of white, it was primarily red. He had a formal appearance, wearing a red jacket adorned with golden accents and brooches on his shoulders. One brooch held a golden chain connected to the lapel of his jacket. Beneath the jacket, he wore a black vest with gold accents tucked into beige slacks. A white dress shirt and a darker red tie completed his ensemble. "Go on! Leave us alone! You've terrorized us enough!"

The blonde-haired girl stared before closing her eyes and turning to her companions. "Come on, girls. We're done here."

The team of women complied before they left, allowing the man to elicit an exasperated sigh. The man approached, rubbing his brows as if easing a headache. "I apologize for my outburst earlier. Your generosity in assisting Essen's indisposed guardian today is greatly appreciated. Taking on a Grimm like that took courage. Although apologies are due to you for having that dishonorable run-in."

"And you are…?" Weiss questioned.

"I'm Bram Thornmane, a watcher of Essen. Those girls you met are Rogue Huntresses. They call themselves Team BRIR."

"Team BRIR?" Ruby repeated, intrigued.

"They offer 'protection' to isolated settlements like Essen… for a price," Bram huffed. "But there's no need for their services. Essen already has me and my guardians in place."

Now more curious, Ruby asked Bram a question. "You're a Huntsman yourself, aren't you?"

The man chuckled dryly. "Nearly but those days are long over for me." His eyes noticed the object Ruby carried. "What's that?" He asked, pointing to the orb dangling on her belt.

"Oh! Uh… we don't know. We just found it at the peak of the summit north of Mantle, and it started spawning Grimm. We did destroy it, but we recently had it repaired to find out more about it. We think it could be some kind of energy container?" Ruby informed the older Huntsmen.

"That's right," Yang confirmed. "Dr. Polendina mentioned it to us. Do you know anything about it? We tried to ask around here, but with that Grimm, we never had the chance to fully inquire."

"Goodness, I'm afraid I do not," Bram replied.

The five deflated at his answer. "Well, we might as well ask the general about it." Ruby mumbled.

Immediately, Bram responded to the scythe wielder's suggestion. "I… can't recommend you do that. The device could be dangerous."

"Dangerous? Lily said it wasn't given that her technomancy semblance detected nothing bad aside from it being an empty container." Cody blinked in confusion.

"Lily?" Bram questioned.

"My sworn sister, she's the most brilliant person when it comes to technology in all of Remnant." Cody added, his chest puffed with a hint of pride. He may be a bit of a musclehead, his sister had become the brains amongst the group. Her days around the snake and her adoptive mother had made her that way. From the so-called astronomy, physics, biochemistry, evolution, all those foreign topics. In short it was basically Vernage-teachings given that she and her old kingdom stopped believing in the Brothers and relied on their own personal beliefs of the world's functions. Lily became smart from it. Smarter than Pietro who admitted was impressed by the girl's ability.

"Well, even with someone as smart as her, there could be things she missed. Please, let me take it off your hands." Bram offered to the group.

"Er…" Cody understood his sister missed the fact of the aim towards all Bloods, but she had been with a sharp eye after the attack. She would never miss it again. "… okay… Ruby?" The leader of Team RWBY nodded and handed Bram the orb.

With the device in his hand, Bram gave a brief bow. "I'm afraid I must be on my way. The Briar Bunch could be out making a mess of things as we speak. However, if you're looking for clues about other unusual technology like that, there's someone I would suggest you speak to."

"Who?"

"Lieutenant Colonel Olive Harper. She, too, reports to Atlas Academy. You can trust her."

Yang shrugged. "Well, I guess we're off to Atlas Academy then. We can talk to Lily afterwards about it too."

"Thank you, Mr. Thornmane!" Ruby said gratefully as the man walked away.

Blake on the other hand watched Bram with skepticism. Something about all of that felt… too perfectly fixed.

"Something on your mind?" Yang slightly bumped her partner.

"I know Lily did miss what happened when she rewrote the dimension but to miss something like that? She couldn't have. Even Dr. Pietro assisted remember?"

"It did seem too easily coincidental…" Weiss nodded in agreement.

"But we still don't know anything else about it. It could still be junk in the end." Ruby shrugged. "Besides, we found nothing that could give us any hints or proof."

"Ahh! Too much thinking!" Cody said loudly to the others before smiling, "Let's just call this closed for now and head back to relax. Nothing good will come from letting our brains cook like this."

"Fine. Fine. Gives us an excuse to rest from fighting that Goliath."

XXX

As the night fell over the town, Bram growled as he seemed to be talking to someone through his Scroll. His cohort being Olivia Harper.

"You didn't tell me such brats found out about our remnants. You should've kept a closer eye on it!" Bram scolded Harper for the blunder.

"I'm sorry sir. It seemed one piece slipped by me…." Harper apologized.

"What would happen, if they found out? Our entire plan we've been building up on for years, would flop. Do not let it happen again…" Bram warned. "Who is this Lily girl they mentioned?"

"A Mistralian who had been making quite an amount of technology. The scientists have been making alot of noise regarding her." She too had met the girl in person once. Idly occupied tending to her precious 'knights' like a mother raising her children. All to improve them to survive in battle. Some would say she is focused on creating the ultimate machine aside from that android who has the form straight from myth that almost akin to the Brothers in regards to the topic of dragons.

"Do what you can to wipe all evidence of what she found… We cannot let this opportunity pass up." Bram ordered Harper.

"Yes sir…"

With that, Bram ended the call as he ran his hand through his hair, annoyed and anxious over his plan that took so long to get done. And right when things were picking up, a new trouble emerged.

"Now… how to deal with those brats before they too find things out?" Bram pondered in thought.

"Perhaps… someone not even they know about?" A chilling voice called out next to the man, causing him to flinch and turn, only to see two piercing red eyes in the shadows.

"Wh-Who… are you?" He asked, slowly reaching for his weapon.

"We are… just a messenger… We can help you with being rid of those… 'pests'... Though… one of them we desire more…" The voice said to the Atlasian.

"If you can help out? Then do as you please with them… I just want them gone." He answered.

"Gone they shall be…" The voice said as the eyes vanished along with the presence it brought with it.

Bram only huffed, knowing that if this went well, his plans can continue forward. He will make Ironwoods pay, one way or another.
