The rangers have won many battles lately, but Severin has proven to be a dangerous opponent. Not to mention that's quite cunning and tactful. It seems like he's always a step ahead. Lance sees that himself as he's trying to figure something out.

"Lance? Are you okay?" Timmy asked as he snapped him out of his thoughts. Lance looked to see his friends were concerned.

"You've been staring off to space for a long time. What's on your mind?" Hannah asked.

"It's something Severin said the last time we faced him." Lance said. "He said that there was something coming and we know nothing about. Knowing how powerful and dangerous he is, I'm a little concerned about what that means."

"Maybe he was just trying to scare you." Timmy said.

"I doubt that. Severin might be a lot of things, but he's never once bluffed. That much I could tell." Pro said. The others were starting to get concerned themselves. What could Severin be planning?

"Hang on. Let's check something." Austin said as he thought creatively. He managed to get a map of the city and tried to see the problem with a marker. "Here's where we first fought Severin. Here's also where we faced all the ghouls since he showed up." He claimed as he marked the spots with an X. As he did that, he soon saw something. "Wait a minute. Look here." He showed what he found as all the locations were gathered in a shape. One that was too perfect to be done accidentally.

"It's in the shape of a circle." Hannah said.

"This can't be a coincidence. Severin has to be up to something." Austin said. They're all concerned now, but what can they do? How can they stop him when they don't know what his plan is?

The Underworld

"It's almost time. Just one more piece to go and it will all be set." Severin said as he could see all of his plans were about to come to fruition.

"Severin!" Prince Ghoular called with him sounding rather annoyed. Severin answered the call as he entered the throne room.

"Is there a problem, Prince Ghoular?" Severin questioned.

"I've had enough. I've given you plenty of chances, but your plans have all ended in failure." Prince Ghoular said. "Whatever it is your planning better work." Severin was actually surprised to hear him say that with Gar and Creepna blocking his way of escape. "Gar has told me you've been planning something. He claims it was for my benefit, but I'm done waiting. I want to know what it is your planning."

"Forgive me, Prince Ghoular. I couldn't tell you that just yet, but my plans are about to come true." Severin said. "I only need just one more piece to be in place, and everything is set."

"What piece? What plan?" Prince Ghoular questioned. "I do not like being deceived."

"I'm not doing any of the such. Come with me to the human world and see what I have done." Severin claimed. "Not even the rangers can stop us now."

"Careful, Severin. You wouldn't want to underestimate them. They've proven to be a greater challenge more than once." Gar said.

"Just look at Wolfsin. He tried to defeat them, and look what happened to him." Creepna said.

"I have, but you clearly haven't." Severin said with them wondering what he meant by that. "Come with me, Prince Ghoular. Everything will chance soon enough." Prince Ghoular wants to know what Severin is planning as well, but Severin claims it's all beneficial. We'll see what the truth is soon enough.

Chalice

The rangers were soon alerted of what was happening in the city. They took a look in the mystic waters and could see a couple Machetters causing terror and wrecking everything.

"It looks like Severin's work." Lance said.

"Hang on." Austin said as he took a look at the map and marked the location. "It fits in with the pattern."

"That's it. Whatever Severin is planning, we have to put a stop to it now." Lance said because they all know that it won't be good for any of them. All six of them hurried out to battle and tried to put a stop to Severin's plans before it's too late.

Steel Grounds

As Severin's two contraptions were causing terror through the city, Severin and Prince Ghoular were in the middle of something else.

"It shouldn't be too much further." Severin said. "Once the last piece is in place, all of it will come together."

"What piece? What have you been doing?" Prince Ghoular said. "I'm getting most tired of your little games. What exactly are you trying to do?"

"And spoiled the surprise?" Severin teased. "You don't have to worry. My Machetters will keep the rangers busy while we put it all into place." He said as he pulled out some sort of stone. "In fact, here they come now!" Both of them looked and saw the Noble Megazord arriving and trying to stop the Machetters. It swung its sword against one and then attacked the other.

"We've got to stop these things!" Lance said. "Let's take them down and we can go after Severin next."

"I just hope we can make it before it's too late." Hannah said. The five of them fought off the Machetters and tried to prevent the city from being destroyed.

"Right on time. Now we can move on ahead while they are distracted." Severin said.

"I don't think so!" Pro called as he was able to catch up to them. "Whatever it is you're planning Severin ends now!"

"You might want to think again." Severin said. Pro powered his sword and unleashed a power slash, but Prince Ghoular stepped in the way and blocked the attack.

"I don't know what it is your planning myself, but if it will really help..." Prince Ghoular said as he was putting his faith in Severin.

"You won't be disappointed." Severin said and took off.

"Wait!" Pro called as he attempted to go after him, but Prince Ghoular fired an electrical blast that kept him back. "You're trying to stop me? You said so yourself that you don't know what he's planning. What makes you think he won't betray you?"

"I don't, but I do know that it will be bad for you and your friends." Prince Ghoular said as he held up his sword and attacked. The two of them fought each other while the other rangers tried to finish off the Machetters. They must defeat their opponents quickly if they intend to stop whatever Severin is planning.

Gar and Creepna

Rather than aiding Prince Ghoular and Severin with the fight, Gar and Creepna were checking something else out. They went to the last place Wolfsin was left standing. Something Severin said was bothering them.

"This is Wolfsin fell at the hands of the rangers." Gar said. "What do you think Severin meant before? Wolfsin was destroyed."

"I'm not sure, but there must be something here that we missed." Creepna claimed. She looked around until she noticed something. "What?! Footprints, and they appear to be fresh!"

"Are you serious?!" Gar said. He took a look himself and they appeared to be real. This sounds like something they have to see. The two of them followed the footprints in hopes of seeing where they might lead. After walking for a while, it was standing right before them. They couldn't believe what was right in front of them. "Wolfsin! You're alive!" It was true. Wolfsin was alive and standing before them.

"I can't believe it!" Creepna said. "You managed to survive against the rangers?!"

"Barely." Wolfsin claimed. His last battle with the rangers ended with what appeared to be his devastation. They unleashed their most powerful attack and they thought that was the end of him. In reality, he was able to crawl out of the rubble, but his body was greatly weakened and injured. "I barely managed to survive against the rangers, but I was badly injured. I've been in hiding all this time to recover my strength so that I could have revenge on the rangers. My strength has almost fully returned, and then those rangers shall meet their end."

"So this is what Severin meant!" Gar said.

"Severin? Are you saying he's returned to offer his assistance?" Wolfsin said.

"He has, and he's apparently got something big planned." Gar said. With Wolfsin returning and Severin's great plan about to happen, the rangers could be in serious danger.

Steel Grounds

The rangers continued to fight against their enemies, but they have to end this quickly. Severin is just mere moments away from initiating the final part of his plan.

"We need to hurry and get these guys out of the way!" Johnny said.

"You're right. Bring those two together and end it one strike." Lance said. The five of them fought hard with their megazord. When one Machetter had its blades blocked, it kicked them back. The other tried attacking, but they were able to grab a hold of it and threw it against the other.

"Sacred Slash!" They attacked the two Machetters at once with one powerful slash. They were able to attack both of them in one shot and was able to destroy them. At least that got rid of them. As for Pro, he kept on fighting against Prince Ghoular, but he was having a difficult time. Prince Ghoular unleashed a powerful slash. Pro tried to endure it, but he kept sliding back.

"Not bad." Prince Ghoular said.

"Wish I could say the same. I was expecting more from the prince of the ghouls." Pro said.

"Is that so? How is this?!" Prince Ghoular said. He smashed his blade against the ground and caused power to surge right under the ground in a linear attack. It blasted against Pro and did some real damage against him. Meanwhile, Severin was nearing where he should be.

"Here!" Severin said. It sounds like he found the spot he was looking for. "With this final stone in place, it all begins now!" He summoned a large stone and it was placed right in the ground. When it was in place, it caused some sort of reaction as a purple light shined against the ground. It wasn't just there either. There were mysterious stones placed in several areas and was forming a gigantic circle. "Yes! Yes! It's all beginning!" The power surged through the whole area. It started from the stones, traveled through the ground, and was converging in the center. As it flowed through the place, Pro noticed what was happening.

"What is this?" Pro questioned as it looked quite ominous and all kinds of bad.

"Pro!" Lance called as he and the other rangers gathered together. "What's going on?"

"I'm not sure." Pro said.

"I have a bad feeling about this." Hannah said. "I'm a little worried that something really big is coming, and we're not going to like any of it."

"Severin, what exactly have you done?" Prince Ghoular said as he isn't sure what to think of this himself.

"Something bad is coming. We need to stop Severin now." Pro said.

"Did someone say my name?" Severin said as he returned. "I'm afraid you're too late. What is about to come is something you can't stop."

"What have you done?!" Lance said.

"You see, everything has gone just as I intended to." Severin said. "Everything up until now has all be for this moment."

"Enough, Severin. I want to know what you have done." Prince Ghoular ordered. "Tell me what all of this is or I will destroy you myself."

"You really don't know? It's a revival." Severin said.

"Revival?" Prince Ghoular questioned.

"From the moment I showed up to right now, I have placed several magical stones in a pattern." Severin claimed. "The ghouls and the trouble that came with all of it was nothing more than a distraction. The true goal was to find the locations necessary for the proper alignment. While you rangers were distracted, those ghouls or I place the stones where they needed to be for this revival spell. My apologies, Prince Ghoular, but I couldn't tell you until now because I didn't want anyone to get in the way and ruin it."

"But who are you trying to revive that you would go through all of this trouble?" Pro questioned.

"Who? The one true king of our kind: King Baharu!" Severin claimed.

"My father?!" Prince Ghoular said. He and the rangers couldn't believe it.

"Exactly." Severin said. "Your father shall be revived. King Baharu shall return to the realm of the living. Once he does, this world shall be ours for the taking. All humans will bow to our mercy, assuming we even have any."

"Not if we have anything to say about it!" Lance said.

"We can't let that king come back!" Austin said. All of the rangers were in agreement to that and had to stop this. "Maybe if we take Severin down, this revival won't happen."

"He's going down regardless!" Johnny said. All six of the rangers charged and tried to stop this.

"I don't think so!" Severin called as he had lightning strike all six of them. "Our great king will return once again, and you shall not get in the way of that. This is what I meant, Prince Ghoular. I told you that it would be something you would love. Your father will soon be back to you."

"Father..." Prince Ghoular mumbled as he almost couldn't believe it.

"Of course, it will take some time given his immense power, but he shall return." Severin claimed. "The spell is already taking affect. King Baharu shall return, and there isn't a thing anyone can do about it. Long live the king!" Severin's loyalty certainly seems to know no bounds to Prince Ghoular's family. He did all of this so he could bring the fallen king back to the realm of the living. If the rangers can't figure out a way to stop this, King Baharu will come back to life, and the rangers will be in greater danger than ever before.
