Queen Morgana sat upon her ornate throne, her eyes gleaming with satisfaction as she listened to Diana's message once more. The flickering light of the torches around the chamber cast dancing shadows across her face, highlighting the cruel smile that had settled upon her lips.

"The wizards are weak," Diana's voice echoed through the chamber. "They're like worms writhing. And as for the moon fairy—she has consented to joining our efforts against them."

Morgana's smile widened, her fingers tapping rhythmically on the armrest of her throne. "Foolish girl," she murmured to herself, her voice dripping with dark amusement. "She will learn soon enough that there is no light in the path she has chosen, only the shadow of my will."

Rising from her seat, Morgana gestured for Nebula to approach. Her most trusted warrior stepped forward, her presence commanding yet respectful in the Queen's presence.

"Send a message to Roxy," Morgana ordered, her tone decisive and unwavering. "Let her be aware that she still has a chance to be on the right side. Tell her that her blonde friend has seen the light, and so too should she."

Nebula's expression mirrored Morgana's, a fierce smile curling her lips. "As you wish, my Queen," she replied, her voice full of conviction. With a sharp nod, she turned and exited the throne room, her steps echoing ominously as she went to carry out her Queen's orders.

Morgana watched her leave, her smile lingering as she contemplated the next move in her grand design. Soon, all would be under her control, and the world would be remade in her image.

The Winx arrived at the edge of the Amazon rainforest, their eyes widening as they took in the sight before them. The lush, vibrant expanse of greenery had been marred by destruction, with large swathes of forest reduced to nothing but stumps and smoldering debris. Flora, who had been quiet for much of the journey, now winced in pain with every step they took deeper into the deforested area. Her face twisted in anguish as she felt the harm done to the natural world she so dearly protected.

Roxy, her gaze darting around anxiously, remarked, "The animals are terrified. There's something here that's making them panic."

Their unease quickly turned into alarm when they heard the clamor of machinery. Rushing forward, they stumbled upon a scene of deforestation in full swing. Bulldozers rumbled as workers chopped down trees, their axes swinging rhythmically with no regard for the environment.

"Stop it! Stop!" Flora shouted, her voice breaking as she approached the nearest worker. "Can't you see you're hurting it?"

The men paused, momentarily bewildered by Flora's impassioned plea. One of them, clearly irritated, grumbled, "She must be one of those protestors."

The Winx, seeing the situation deteriorate, sprang into action. Musa's voice cut through the tension. "Oh no you don't!"

A worker shouted, "Not again! It's those flying people with the crazy powers!" The men began to retreat, murmuring about not being paid enough for this, leaving the construction site in disarray.

With the workers gone, Flora collapsed amidst the rubble, her body trembling with the weight of the devastation. Roxy sank to her knees beside Flora, her face buried in her hands, overwhelmed by the destruction and the suffering of the animals. Bloom moved to help but her magic was only built to heal physical wounds, unable to alleviate the emotional turmoil Flora and Roxy were experiencing.

After a few moments, the two girls managed to get back on their feet, determined to continue their mission. Roxy, still holding the monkey, asked it if it knew where the other fairies were. The monkey chattered in response, clearly eager to help. Roxy translated for the group, relaying that the monkey was willing to guide them.

With a renewed sense of direction, the Winx gathered their strength and followed the monkey, now with a clearer path to locating the other fairies and continuing their mission.

The winx trekked through the thick brush and foliage, the humid air felt suffocating after a while. The whirring of an arrow filled Layla's ears as it barely missed her.

"The temple!" Bloom pointed.

"Yes, but here come our old friends," Tecna scoffed, "how did they know we were coming!?"

One of the warrior fairies shouted " the trees for told us of your presence,"

"We were ratted out by a tree!?" Musa shouted incredulously.

She was quickly hushed by Flora , "Don't be upset with her, mother nature is on no one's side."

Glistening beams of light and heat world past each other as the winx and warrior fairies battled. Bloom attempt to use her dragon fire, but very quickly redacted it realizing that the forest and her flames were not a good combination. Musa felt a heat and her chest as she was shot to the ground. The few specialist who had accompanied the winx to the Amazon aided the girls best they could from the ground. Bloom gathered together Tecna and Roxy, the other girls nodded, creating a distraction with the specialist. They waited for the right moment to slip away.

As they entered the temple Tecna immediately took note of four heat signatures that appeared to be in the lowest level floor.

" But how do we get there? There's no telling if this place has traps,"

"Leave that to me, Bloom," Roxy was talking to a small rodent, " come on follow me she knows the safest way!"

Stella stood in Diana's opulent chambers, the room adorned with lush, verdant decor that contrasted sharply with the oppressive darkness she felt inside. Diana, seated gracefully on a lavish throne, spoke with fervor, her voice echoing off the stone walls.

"The wizards have brought nothing but chaos and destruction," Diana declared passionately. "Their very existence threatens the balance of our world. They must be eradicated, and humanity with them, for they have corrupted nature's purity. By joining us, you will not only gain immense power but also protect yourself from the wrath of Queen Morgana."

Stella nodded at the right moments, but her mind was elsewhere. She nodded absently, her gaze distant as she pretended to listen. The weight of her predicament pressed heavily on her—her thoughts spinning with plans of her own.

In the back of her mind, she prepared for a move she had hoped never to use: Crescent Sword, a spell that she had always considered too severe, too dark. The crescent-shaped blade was something she had kept as a last resort, a secret weapon she had never thought she'd wield.

Diana's voice continued to drone on about the significance of Stella's role in the plan, about how her loyalty would be rewarded, and how the other fairies would be forced to follow suit. But Stella's focus was fractured. She was lost in a tumultuous sea of regret and determination, her heart pounding with the weight of the decision she was about to make.

Finally, Diana finished her lengthy monologue, her eyes gleaming with the satisfaction of having delivered her message. "And now," Diana said with a smile, "it is time to prove your loyalty, fairy. It seems the Winx have come to visit."

Stella's heart lurched. The Winx were here. The realization sharpened her focus. She needed to act swiftly.

Her face was an impassive mask, but the turmoil in her eyes betrayed her. She knew she was about to do something she had never done before. Her hands trembled slightly as she prepared herself. Diana, sensing something, turned around to see what was happening.

Diana extended a bow and arrow toward Stella, a gesture meant to test her allegiance. "Take this. It will aid you in proving your worth."

Stella shook her head firmly. "I have my own weapon." Her voice was steady despite the storm inside her. She drew upon her magic and called out, "Crescent Sword!"

A glimmering blade formed in her hands, a crescent moon shape glowing with an eerie light. Diana's eyes widened with interest, her curiosity piqued. "Very well," she said, extending her hand as if to examine the weapon. "Let me see it."

As Diana reached out, Stella stepped forward, her breath shallow and uneven. Her hands shook as she raised the weapon, slowly, evenly, unthreateningly.

"AAAGG—!"

In a swift, fluid motion, she drove the blade toward Diana's heart.

Diana's eyes widened in shock and pain as the blade pierced through her chest. A piercing scream erupted from her lips, echoing through the chamber. Stella retracted the weapon only to thrust it in again, then again, her actions mechanical and driven by the desperate need to end the threat. Each stab was a mix of fear and resolve.

As Diana collapsed to the ground, Stella stood over her, the weapon slick with blood. She stumbled back, the enormity of her actions crashing over her like a tidal wave. She had never killed anyone before. Her hands, now stained with Diana's blood, shook uncontrollably.

Stella fell to her knees, tears streaming down her face. Her heart raced with horror and sorrow. She sobbed uncontrollably, her hands shaking as she repeated the mantra over and over, "I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry." Her voice was broken, her breaths coming in ragged gasps.

The decision had been agonizing, and the consequences of her actions weighed heavily upon her. She had fought herself the entire time, and now, as she stared at the lifeless form of Diana, she was consumed by an overwhelming sense of regret and fear.
