Welcome everyone to yet another chapter, so I am gonna be honest I hate reexplaining stuff, Yes I did state in chapter 2 that I wasn't gonna use the Ōtsutsuki, but after consideration from the reviews and everything I ultimately decieded to change my mind because Naruto was too overpowered in the story, it really would not be much of a story if I have Naruto one shot every major demon he comes across. Now for the fight with Shingen, who I stated is stronger than Kaguya and to be honest Naruto got lucky in his fight with Kaguya cause he had Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashi to help he could not overpower someone who literally was the Progenitor of Chakra in his world. On top of that he Used alot of Chakra to defeat the Demon Madara and he did not mark Shinobu, the Harashin still requires the seal which he did not place on her. I am gonna be frank Naruto's skill in the Harashin is very Novice level compared to the likes of Minato or Tobirama. And Remember Shingen goal is not to resurrect Kaguya he is driven to consume the World of Demon Slayer using a god tree cause he wants to be perfect and he is using Zetsu to fulfil that goal. Well enough Ranting onto the story...

Demon Slaying Shinobi
Chapter Five: A Reason for Living
Nichika and Hinaki's voices broke through the tension. "The Master has arrived."
Kagaya stepped onto the veranda, his presence commanding immediate attention. Nichika and Hinaki led him to the edge, and the Hashira assembled below him.
"Mm… Good morning, everyone. The weather is amazingly good today. I wonder if the sky is blue," Kagaya began, his voice gentle but authoritative. "It pleases me that we've made it to our semiannual Hashira Meeting with no personnel changes."
Tanjiro, bound and on the ground, looked up at the Master. 'He's wounded… No, is he sick? So that man is the Master?'
Suddenly, Tanjiro's head was slammed into the ground by Sanemi. "Urk!"
'So quick! I couldn't even react! This…!' Tanjiro thought as he saw all the Hashira kneel.
Sanemi's voice was filled with forced respect. "I am pleased to see you in good health as well, Master. I fervently pray for your continued good fortune."
Kagaya nodded. "Thank you, Sanemi."
'I wanted to say that! Offer my greetings to the Master!' Mitsuri thought, feeling a pang of frustration.
Sanemi continued, "If I may, Master… Before we start the Hashira Meeting, would you mind enlightening us about this swordsman, Kamado Tanjiro, accompanied by a demon and who is this man that is intruding on our meeting?"
'He didn't seem to have a drop of intelligence or logic, but he's speaking so formally now!' Tanjiro thought, bewildered. 'But he does have a point, why is Naruto-san here?'
Kagaya addressed the gathered Hashira. "Right. I apologize for startling you all. As for Tanjiro and Nezuko, I've sanctioned their situation. And I'd also like you all to accept it. As for our other guest we shall go over that."
Gyomei shook his head. "Ahh… Even if it's what you desire, Master, I cannot agree to it."
"I'm flamboyantly opposed as well!" Tengen declared. "A Demon Slayer traveling with a demon is unacceptable!"
"I shall do whatever it is you wish, Master!" Mitsuri exclaimed, her loyalty unwavering.
"I'm fine either way… I'm going to forget soon, anyway," Muichiro added indifferently.
"I won't trust them. I won't trust them. In the first place, I loathe demons," Obanai stated, his voice filled with disdain.
"Although I respect you with all my heart, that's an incomprehensible notion, Master! I oppose it with everything I've got!" Rengoku declared passionately.
"The Demon Slayer Corps' mission is to annihilate demons. I request that you penalize both Kamado and Tomioka!" Sanemi Insisted.
Kagaya raised a hand. "The letter."
Hinaki stepped forward, holding a letter. "Yes, Master. This is a letter received from a former Hashira, Sakonji Urokodaki. I shall read you an abridged version."
Hinaki began reading, "'Please allow Tanjiro to be accompanied by his sister, a demon. Because of her resilient mental strength… Nezuko has not lost her human emotions. Even in a starved state, she never devoured humans, and this has held true more than two years later. Although the situation seems somewhat far-fetched, it is an indisputable fact. In the event that Nezuko does assault a human, Kamado Tanjiro , as well as Urokodaki Sakonji and Tomioka Giyuu, will atone by committing ritual suicide.'"
Tanjiro's eyes welled with tears. "Ah…"
Sanemi scoffed. "So what if they commit ritual suicide? If you want to die, then rot for all I care! It's no guarantee! Not by a long shot!"
"Sanemi Is right!" Rengoku agreed. "If she kills and devours a human, there's no coming back from that! It won't bring back the people who were killed!"
Kagaya nodded. "You do have a point."
"In that case…" Sanemibegan, but Rengoku interrupted, "Master!"
Kagaya continued, "We can't guarantee that she won't attack humans. We can't prove it. That said… we also can't prove that she will attack humans."
Sanemi growled, "Ngh…!"
"The fact is that Nezuko has refrained from devouring humans for more than two years, and also that there are three people risking their lives for her. To reject this notion, those who reject it must offer an even more convincing argument," Kagaya stated calmly.
"Do you all have the will to do so?" Kagaya asked, looking at each Hashira.
"Ngh…" Rengoku and the others murmured.
"Also, there's something I'd like to relay to you, my children. Tanjiro here has met Kibutsuji," Kagaya revealed.
The Hashira gasped in shock. "Ah…!"
"No, impossible! Even when no Hashira has ever crossed paths with him?!" Tengen exclaimed.
Misturi, overwhelmed, fell over. "Ah!"
"This kid did?!" Tengen continued. "What did he look like?! What about his powers?! Where did this take place?!"
"Did you battle him?" Muichiro asked, intrigued.
Sanemi grabbed Tanjiro by the head, shaking him. "What was Kibutsuji doing?! Did you find his stronghold?! Hey, answer me!"
"Shut up! I asked him first! First, tell us what powers Kibutsuji has!" Tengen demanded.
Kagaya brought a finger to his lips, and the Hashira fell silent once more.
"Kibutsuji has sent pursuers after Tanjiro. Though his purpose may simply be to silence him, now that Kibutsuji's given himself away for the first time, I don't want to let go. I also believe something's happening to Nezuko that Kibutsuji never saw coming," Kagaya explained.
"Can you try to understand?" Kagaya asked, his voice softening.
"No, I can't understand, Master. If it were human, I'd be okay with letting it live, but not a demon! Not after all that we Demon Slayers have gone through in battle! Not after so many people have lost their lives! It's unacceptable!" Sanemi exclaimed, his voice trembling with anger.
"Mm…" Kagaya responded thoughtfully.
Sanemi, his frustration boiling over, drew his sword and sliced across his arm. "Ah!"
Misturi's thoughts raced. 'Huh? Huh? What are you doing? What are you doing? You're soiling the garden!'
"Master! I will prove it to you myself! The sheer ugliness of a demon!" Sanemi declared, stepping on Nezuko's box and dripping his blood onto it. "Hey, demon! It's time to eat! Sink your teeth into this!"
"Ngh!" Tanjiro struggled, his heart pounding.
"No need to force yourself to hold back. Just show us your true colors, and I'll obliterate you right here!" Sanemitaunted, his voice dripping with malice.
"Nezuko!" Tanjiro cried out, his desperation palpable.
"Sanemi, it's no good doing it in the sunlight. We have to go into the shadows, or the demon won't show its face," Obanai pointed out.
"Master, please forgive this discourtesy," Sanemi said, jumping into the shade with Nezuko's box and tossing it. He stabbed his sword into the box, eliciting a cry from Nezuko. "Ngh!"
"Stop it!" Tanjiro yelled, but Obanai elbowed him in the back, causing him to choke. "Ack!"
"Come on out, demon!" Sanemishouted, continuing to stab into Nezuko's box. "Look, it's the human blood you love so much!"
'I can't breathe! I can't move!' Tanjiro thought, feeling helpless as Sanemiopened the door to Nezuko's box.
Nezuko emerged, her eyes glowing with hunger and fury. "Ngh… Grr…"
"Nezuko…!" Tanjiro cried out.
"Ngh… Grr… Grrr…!" Nezuko growled, her fangs bared, poised between her human restraint and demonic instinct.
Suddenly Naurto appeared in front of Nezuko and Sanemi as he gave the Wind Hashira a hard look.
"You are going too far." Naruto said as Nezuko tried to control herself.
Nezuko growled, her eyes blazing with hunger and fury. "Grr… Ngh… Grr…"
Sanemi sneered, ignoring Naruto, waving his bleeding arm closer to her. "What's the matter, demon? Come on. You know you want it."
"Oi, you bastard, did you hear me." Naruto said as he got in Sanemi's face.
Nezuko's growl deepened. "Grr… Grrr…"
Tanjiro, bound and struggling against his restraints, gritted his teeth. "Ngh…"
"Obanai, you're digging into him too hard. Ease up a bit, please." Shinobu admonished.
Obanai tightened his grip. "I'm only holding him down because he's trying to move."
Tanjiro's veins bulged as he struggled. "Ngh…"
Shinobu warned, "Kamado, if you use any breathing techniques while your lungs are being squeezed, your veins will burst."
Tengen laughed flamboyantly. "His veins will burst! I like it! Sounds flamboyant! Come on! Start bursting!"
Misturi gasped softly. "Ahh…"
Gyomei murmured a prayer. "Mmm… Poor soul. Such a weak, pathetic child… Namu Amida Butsu."
Nezuko's growls grew louder. "Ngh… Ngh… Grrr…"
Sanemi laughed harshly. "Hahaha!"
Tanjiro's frustration boiled over. "Gahhh…!"
"Kamado?" Shinobu called out.
"Ahhh!" With a sudden surge of strength, Tanjiro broke free from his restraints. Giyuu swiftly intercepted Obanai's attempt to restrain him again, gripping his arm firmly.
"Ngh…" Obanai struggled, but Tomioka's grip held.
Tanjiro got up, desperation in his eyes, and ran toward Sanemi and Nezuko. "Ngh… Nezuko!"
Nezuko's memories flooded back — the moment she turned into a demon, her family, her siblings. She remembered Urokodaki's teachings: "All humans are your family. Protect humans."
Her thoughts echoed those words. "Humans are to be protected and saved. Never hurt them… I will never hurt them." Nezuko turned away from Sanemi's bleeding arm. "Ngh!"
Sanemi's eyes widened in surprise. "Ah…"
Tanjiro fell to his knees, gasping for breath. "Haa…"
Nezuko continued to struggle internally. "Ngh… Ngh… Ngh…"
Kagaya, watching intently, asked, "What just happened?"
Hinaki stepped forward. "The demon girl turned her back in disgust."
Nichika added, "Although she'd been stabbed three times by Shinazugawa, and despite his flaunting of his bloody arm in her face, she restrained herself and did not bite."
Sanemi clicked his tongue in frustration. "Tsk…"
Kagaya nodded thoughtfully. "So now, it's been proven that Nezuko won't attack humans, right?"
Tanjiro looked up, hope and relief flooding his features. "Ah…"
Obanai pulled away from Tomioka, glaring. "What do you think you're doing, Tomioka?"
Kagaya addressed Tanjiro. "Tanjiro…"
Tanjiro's voice trembled. "Ah…"
"I'm sure that even after this, there are some who can't accept Nezuko. You must prove it to them starting now… that you and Nezuko can fight as Demon Slayers, that you can be useful."
Tanjiro bowed his head. "Ah…"
Kagaya continued, "Go out and defeat a Twelve Kizuki. Do that, and you'll be accepted by all. And it will give more weight to your words."
Tanjiro sat up, determination shining in his eyes. "I… Nezuko and I will defeat Kibutsuji Muzan! Nezuko and I will do it for sure! Strike with the sword that will stop the chain of grief!"
Kagaya smiled gently. "As you're ill-equipped to do so right now, Tanjiro, let's start by defeating a Twelve Kizuki, all right?"
Tanjiro nodded vigorously. "Erk! Yes, sir…"
Misturi stifled a giggle. "Pft! You mustn't laugh! You mustn't, you mustn't, you mustn't!"
Shinobu chuckled softly. "Fufu…"
Kagaya's voice was serene yet firm. "It goes without saying that the Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps have phenomenal skills. After training themselves to death, they have defied death, and they've also defeated Twelve Kizuki."
Kyojuro's voice boomed with enthusiasm. "Yes! A good attitude to have!"
Kagaya nodded. "That is why Hashira receive respect and preferential treatment. So, Tanjiro, mind your manners when you speak."
Tanjiro swallowed hard. "Y-Yes, sir."
Kagaya turned to Sanemi and Obanai. "One more thing, Sanemi, Obanai… Don't torment the younger ones too much."
Obanai lowered his head in submission. "As you wish."
Sanemi knelt and bowed his head. "As you wish."
Kagaya then addressed Tanjiro. "Tanjiro, we have concluded our business with you. You may step back."
Shinobu stepped forward, her voice calm. "In that case, allow me to take Kamado into my house."
Tanjiro looked up, surprised. "Huh?"
Shinobu clapped her hands twice. "All right, then! Take them away, please!"
A Kakushi member appeared, ready to take Nezuko away. "Mm…" Nezuko murmured softly.
"Erk!" the Kakushi member stumbled, startled.
Gotou stepped in swiftly. "Pardon me for cutting in front of you!" he exclaimed, bowing to Kagaya and the assembled Hashira before grabbing Tanjiro by the collar. "Ngh…" he grunted as he hoisted Tanjiro up.
"Ahh!" Tanjiro protested, struggling as Gotou carried him off. The other Kakushi member followed closely, carrying Nezuko's box.
Kagaya began to address the group, "Now then, let us begin the Hashira meet—"
"Hold on a second!" Tanjiro's voice rang out as he came running around the corner.
"Come back here!" the Kakushi members shouted, tackling him to the ground. "Ngh…"
"Please allow me to headbutt that man covered in scars! I gotta—"
"Shut up! Keep your mouth shut!" Gotou interrupted.
"I gotta headbutt him as many times as he stabbed Nezuko! Headbutting isn't a violation of the Corps rules, right?" Tanjiro insisted.
Muichiro, observing the commotion, picked up a rock. "Shut up! Settle down now!" a Kakushi member yelled as they struggled to contain Tanjiro.
"Let go of me!" Tanjiro demanded, but Gotou snapped back, "Cut it out!"
With a quick flick of his wrist, Muichiro hurled the rock at Tanjiro's head. "Gah… Gah… Urk!" Tanjiro fell forward, unconscious.
"You're not allowed to interrupt the Master," Muichiro stated calmly.
The Kakushi members bowed repeatedly, their voices a chorus of apologies. "We beg your pardon! We beg your pardon, Master! Master Tokito! We beg your pardon!"
"Just get out of our sight," Muichiro commanded.
"Yes, sir!" The Kakushi members hurriedly ran off, carrying Tanjiro and Nezuko once more.
Kagaya's voice reached out to Tanjiro, "Tanjiro… Give Miss Tamayo my regards."
"Ah… Hold up a second! I just heard him mention Miss Tamayo's name!" Tanjiro shouted, struggling against his captors.
The Kakushi carrying Nezuko began to punch Tanjiro in the face. "Ow!"
"Don't you say another word! We got yelled at because of you!" the Kakushi scolded.
Gotou added, "I thought I'd pee my pants!"
The Kakushi pinched Tanjiro's cheeks. "Erk…"
"You don't know how terrifying the Hashiras are!"
"Try to read the room! Read it!" Gotou snapped.
"I'll never forgive you as long as I live!" the Kakushi vowed.
"I'll never forgive you!" Gotou echoed. "Apologize!"
"Apologize! Apologize!"
Tanjiro, defeated, muttered, "I… I'm sorry…"
Back at the meeting, the Hashira turned their attention to Naruto, who was casually leaning against one of the pillars. His presence had been a silent but imposing one. Kagaya spoke up, his gentle voice commanding immediate respect. "With that first business concluded, we now come to our second piece of business. The man who came to young Tanjiro and Nezuko's defense."
Naruto straightened, his gaze meeting Kagaya's. The Hashira's except Shinobu's eyes were filled with curiosity and suspicion, wondering who this stranger was and why he had intervened.
"This is Uzumaki Naruto," Kagaya began. "While not a member of the Demon Slayer Corps, he has his own reasons to find Kibutsuji Muzan."
Rengoku, ever the first to step forward, addressed Naruto. "Uzumaki, you defended Tanjiro and Nezuko with conviction. What drives you to seek out Muzan?"
Naruto met Rengoku's fiery gaze with his own determined look. "To find a way home."
The Hashira murmured among themselves, processing this revelation. Kagaya's expression remained calm as he nodded for Naruto to continue.
Naruto took a deep breath. "I come from a different world, a different reality. I was brought here 2 years ago by a demon that uses a Biwa. I've spent the last 2 years trying to find Muzan so I can get back home.
The murmuring among the Hashira grew louder, their curiosity piqued. Sanemi scoffed, his distrust evident. "So you're using us to solve your own problems?"
Naruto shook his head. "No. Of course that is not how I do things. I don't use people to get what I want. If I can stop Muzan and his demons while finding my way home and end the cycle of hate here, then it's worth the effort. I've seen too much suffering to stand by and do nothing."
Misturi then spoke up. "But there is also a big question. Why did Muzan bring you here?"
"I Don't know." Naruto answered truthfully.
"Does it have to do with this Nine-Tails that the demon we fought together mentioned?" Shinobu asked, giving Naruto a soft but concerned look.
Naruto paused, his gaze meeting Shinobu's before he spoke. "I-I…"
Sanemi gained a dangerous grin. "What's the matter? Got something to hide, huh?"
"No I…" Naruto said as he was interrupted by Obanai.
"Enough of this," Obanai said, his voice sharp. "If you have something to hide, it's better to come clean now. We cannot afford any secrets when dealing with Muzan."
"It's not something I like to talk about…" Naruto answered, getting angry.
"Oh why not, maybe you're actually in league with Muzan." Sanemi said as Naruto looked at him and everyone became shocked, Nartuo stared at him with a feral look on his face and Red eye's as Sanemi reached for his sword.
"Calm Down, Kurama." Naruto muttered out, calming down.
The Hashira stared at Naruto, their expressions a mix of shock and caution. Kagaya's calm voice cut through the tension. "Naruto, please explain. What is this Nine-Tails Shinobu speaks of?"
Naruto took a deep breath. "In my world there are 9 powerful beasts made of Chakra, each of them capable of causing devastation. They were considered demons and their strength varied by how many tails they had. And the strongest of them was the Nine-tailed Fox."
Giyuu's eyes widened slightly, and he exchanged glances with the other Hashira, who appeared equally unsettled by the revelation.
"What does this have to do with you?" Giyuu asked, his voice low and cautious.
Naruto paused, gathering his thoughts before answering. "I am what's known as a Jinchūriki."
This caused all the Hashira to stiffen knowing what at least what a Jinchūriki stands for. 'Power of Human Sacrifice.' Shinobu thought to herself as she looked at Naruto.
Naruto took a deep breath, noticing the Hashira's tense reactions. "A Jinchūriki is a person who has a tailed beast sealed within them. In my case, I have the Nine-Tails, Kurama, sealed inside me."
Sanemi, still skeptical, narrowed his eyes. "So, you're saying you have this demon inside you, but you're not one of Muzan's creations? How do we know you're not a threat?"
"He's right, Muzan could be controlling him through the demon." Obanai said his eye's narrowing.
Naruto met Obanai's narrowed eyes with unwavering determination. "Kurama isn't controlling me. He's a part of me, and we work together. If I were under Muzan's control, do you think I'd be here fighting against him and his demons?"
Sanemi, still skeptical, crossed his arms. "Words are easy, Uzumaki. We need more than just your assurance."
"Sanemi does have a point. In a weird way." Mitsuri spoke up, catching everyone off guard. Mitsuri continued, her voice gentle yet firm. "Naruto, we want to believe you, but we've seen too many people fall victim to Muzan's influence. Can you show us anything that proves your control over this Nine-Tails and your commitment to fighting Muzan?"
"Naruto, let me speak to them." Kurama said within Naruto's mind.
'Are you sure Kurama?' Naruto thought.
"Yes, it's the only way for these pesky Hashiras to believe you." Kurama stated as Naruto took a deep breath.
The Hashira exchanged puzzled glances as Naruto closed his eyes, focusing inward. He took a deep breath, his voice calm and steady. "Instead of showing you, how about you speak with him?"
A low, rumbling voice echoed in the room, startling everyone. "Greetings, Hashiras. I am Kurama, the Nine-Tailed Fox."
The Hashira's eyes widened in shock as Sanemi, Obanai, Tengen and Rengoku pulled out their blades. Which Caused Kurama to grin.
Kurama's deep voice continued, undeterred by the drawn blades and the tension in the room. "You are right to be cautious, Hashiras. I understand your duty to protect your world from threats. But believe me, Naruto and I are here to help you, not to harm you."
Sanemi's eyes narrowed, his grip on his sword tightening. "A demon's words mean nothing to us. Prove your intentions, or we will not hesitate to act."
Kurama's grin widened slightly, showing his sharp teeth. "I expected no less from you humans. But let me assure you, if Naruto and I wanted to harm you, we would not be standing here explaining ourselves."
Kagaya's calm voice cut through the tension. "Please, everyone, lower your weapons."
"Yes please everyone, don't harm the man who saved me." A voice called out causing Naruto to regain control as everyone turned to see Kanae Kocho standing there with a small smile on her face as she walked up to the group.
"Sister," Shinobu said softly, a mix of relief and curiosity in her voice. "What brings you here?"
Kanae smiled warmly, her gaze resting on Naruto. "I came because I heard about the meeting and wanted to see for myself. This man saved me and fought bravely against the demons. His actions speak louder than any words."
Sanemi's grip on his sword loosened slightly, but his eyes remained wary. "Even so, we need more than just his actions. Words and deeds can be manipulated."
Kanae nodded understandingly. "I understand your concerns, Sanemi. But I've seen his determination and his willingness to protect. If he says he wants to stop Muzan and find a way home, I believe we should give him that chance."
Naruto gave her a small smile but glanced at her severed arm and gained a downtrodden look. 'If only I knew that your chakra could hurt demons.'
"You couldn't have known, we didn't even know if chakra could even affect a demon." Kurama said with assurance.
Kanae's warm smile didn't waver as she noticed Naruto's change in expression. "Naruto, you did your best, and it was enough to save me. Don't dwell on what you couldn't know."
Shinobu, seeing her sister's conviction, felt a sense of relief. "Since you saved my sister and helped me, I'll never forget this Naruto"
Sanemi, though still cautious, seemed to consider Kanae's words carefully. "Fine. We will give you a chance, but remember, we will be watching."
Obanai, still wary, nodded. "Your ability to communicate with this Nine-Tails and maintain control over its power is impressive. We'll give you the benefit of the doubt, but don't betray our trust."
Rengoku, with his fiery enthusiasm, clapped his hands together. "Very well! Naruto, you have shown great courage and determination. Let's move forward together to defeat Muzan."
Mitsuri smiled warmly, her voice gentle. "Yes, let's see what you can do, Naruto. If you can help us defeat Muzan, it's worth the risk."
Kagaya's gentle voice cut through the tension. "Then it is settled. Naruto if you could stay for a bit longer after the meeting is concluded."
"Sure," Naruto said simply as he went to a spot nearby to meditate as the meeting continued.
Muzan sat in his chair in the Infinity Castle, his eyes cold and menacing as he glared at nothing in particular. The air around him was tense, thick with his malevolent presence. Suddenly, a familiar portal appeared, and from it stepped Tomoe, her demeanor calm and composed as always.
Muzan's eyes flicked towards her, a hint of curiosity hidden beneath his icy exterior. "Tomoe," he said, his voice low and commanding. "Here for another group of Demons?"
Tomoe met his gaze without flinching. "Yes, Shingen-sama requires more demons to maintain the tree."
Muzan's eyes narrowed slightly, his mind already calculating. "And how many demons does he require this time?"
"At least a dozen," Tomoe replied. "The more powerful, the better."
Muzan leaned back, considering the request. "It does depend on the amount of blood I give them. I do remember one demon though, Kazuma, I believe his name, had a rare demon blood art involving memory." Muzan looked at Tomoe with a piercing gaze. "What ever happened to him?"
Tomoe's expression remained neutral. "He was used to draw out that source of power we have been detecting for some time now."
Muzan's eyes darkened with interest. "So, Kazuma's sacrifice was to identify this source of power. And what did you find?"
Tomoe's voice remained steady. "Yes, a Human from another world. I believe you ran into him in Tokyo, did you not?"
Muzan's gaze intensified. "That blond man with the abilities similar to you and Shingen."
Tomoe nodded. "Exactly. Uzumaki Naruto. A Shinobi if our information is correct."
Muzan's eyes narrowed further, his mind calculating the implications. "He may be a problem," Muzan said, rising from his chair with a smooth, predatory grace. "Do you have more of those pills that enhance demons' abilities?"
Tomoe bowed her head slightly. "Yes, once you have the demons. I will bring another batch."
"And what of the shinobi?" Muzan's voice was sharp.
"If Uzumaki Naruto becomes an issue, Shingen-sama will handle it," Tomoe replied confidently.
Muzan's glare intensified. "You have too much faith in Shingen."
Tomoe just smiled, unfazed by his sharp gaze. "No mere human has the power to stop us Ōtsutsuki. Believe in that if you will, Muzan."
With those parting words, Tomoe summoned a new portal and disappeared, leaving Muzan to contemplate what he had been told. The room fell into a heavy silence as Muzan's mind worked through the new information.
"Nakime," Muzan started, looking toward the Biwa Demon.
"Yes, Muzan-sama," Nakime responded simply.
"I will be going to the human world for a bit. Rui has been killed, and the Lower Moons have failed me for the last time. Once I am prepared with Shingen's next shipment, I want you to summon them," Muzan stated with a glare.
"Yes, Muzan-sama," Nakime replied. Then, with a strum of the Biwa, Muzan disappeared, leaving Nakime alone in the ominous silence of the Infinity Castle.
Naruto continued to meditate, drowning out the noise of the meeting behind him until he felt a gentle hand on his shoulder. Startled, he opened his eyes and turned to see Kanae standing there, her presence calm and reassuring.
"Hey?" Naruto said in a confused tone, not expecting to see her.
Kanae smiled warmly, her eyes filled with kindness. "Naruto, I wanted to speak with you for a moment. May we talk?"
Naruto nodded, standing up and following Kanae. "Sure, what's up?"
"I just wanted to say thank you," Kanae said with a small smile. "For saving me from that demon two years ago. I don't think I ever got to thank you properly."
Naruto scratched the back of his head, feeling a bit embarrassed. "Oh, that? It was nothing, really. I'm just glad you're okay."
Kanae's smile widened, her gratitude evident. "It wasn't nothing to me. You arrived just in time, and because of you, I'm still here. I've been wanting to express my gratitude for a long time."
Naruto looked at where her left arm used to be. "Still there should of been more that I could of done to stop that demon."
Kanae's expression softened, her eyes reflecting a deep understanding. "Naruto, you did more than enough. You gave me the chance to live and continue protecting those I care about. Not everyone can say they've done that."
Naruto sighed, his gaze dropping to the ground. "I just wish I could have done more. I hate feeling powerless, especially when people I care about are in danger."
Kanae gently placed her hand under Naruto's chin, lifting his gaze to meet hers. "You have a good heart, Naruto. And that's what makes you strong. It's not just about the battles you win, but the people you save and the lives you touch. You've already done so much for us."
Naruto felt a warmth spread through him at her words. He smiled, feeling a bit lighter. "Thanks, Kanae. That means a lot coming from you."
Kanae's smile returned, brighter than before. "Anytime, Naruto. And remember, you're not alone."
Naruto watched Kanae's retreating figure, feeling a renewed sense of resolve. Just then, he noticed Shinobu approaching him, her usual composed demeanor accompanied by a hint of curiosity.
"Hey, Shinobu," Naruto greeted, still processing his conversation with Kanae.
"Hello, Naruto," Shinobu replied with a slight smile. "I saw you speaking with my sister. I hope she wasn't bothering you."
Naruto shook his head, smiling warmly. "Not at all. She was just thanking me for something that happened a while ago. She's really kind."
Shinobu nodded, her eyes softening. "Kanae has always been like that. She sees the good in people and always finds a way to lift their spirits. I'm glad she could talk to you."
Naruto rubbed the back of his head, feeling a bit awkward. "Yeah, she's great. By the way, Shinobu, how are you holding up? After the whole Madara thing?"
"As well as one can be…" Shinobu said before gaining a look at Naruto. "Were you the one who saved my sister 2 years ago?"
Naruto looked surprised at the question, then nodded slowly. "Yeah, it was me. I was looking for a member of the Demon Slayer when I came up on their battle. I'm just glad I made it in time."
Shinobu's expression softened, a mix of gratitude and curiosity in her eyes. "How come it's only now we are hearing about you?"
Naruto thought about it for a second as he thought back when he first met Kagaya.
Two years ago...
Naruto jumped through the trees, following Shinobu and the Kakushi who carried a heavily injured Kanae. The urgency in the air was palpable as they raced against time.
"We are almost there, just hang on," Shinobu said to Kanae, her worry evident as they approached the Butterfly Mansion.
Naruto stopped just before the tree line, choosing to stay out of sight. He watched as they hurried into the mansion, noting the concern etched on Shinobu's face.
"Is this where the Demon Slayer's Headquarters are located?" Naruto wondered aloud, his curiosity piqued.
"Doesn't seem so. This looks more like a medical facility," Kurama stated from within Naruto's mind, his deep voice resonating with certainty.
Naruto nodded in agreement, taking in the serene surroundings of the Butterfly Mansion. Then he made the sign for shadow clones as four appeared behind him.
"Spread out and survey the area," he commanded.
The clones nodded and quickly dispersed in different directions, blending into the shadows. Naruto remained hidden, his senses sharp and alert. Naruto then proceed to sit down as he meditated as the day went by when he suddenly received memories of another Mansion to the West.
He jumped toward the Mansion noting that it was more traditional than he thought as he landed in the courtyard silently. Until he heard a voice call out. "Amane, who just landed in our courtyard?"
"It appears to be a young man, who looks about 17 with blond hair and blue eyes, with three whisker marks on his face," the woman, Amane, replied, her tone composed.
Naruto spun around, pulling out a kunai instinctively. His eyes widened in surprise as he took in the sight of the two people standing before him.
The woman, Amane, possessed large, plum-purple eyes and short eyebrows. Her white hair was styled with a blend of elegance and simplicity, with two strands loose at the side of her head. She wore a salmon-colored kimono with an ombre effect leading to orange at the top, adorned with flower patterns. Over this, she had on a dark-indigo haori with numerous blue butterfly patterns. Her beauty was striking, almost ethereal.
The man, however, drew Naruto's attention even more. He had light skin and shoulder-length black hair. What caught Naruto off guard was the curse mark that marred the man's face, slowly killing him and giving his skin a rotted appearance. The lavender-colored curse mark spread down his face, covering his eyes and rendering him blind. Despite this, the man held himself with a calm and dignified air. He wore a plain black kimono, secured with a tan-colored braided obi over a white juban, and a white, calf-length haori with a unique design of gradient flames in shades of purple and salmon pink rising from the hem.
Naruto's grip on his kunai tightened as he faced the two figures, his mind racing with questions. The woman's composed demeanor sharply contrasted with the man's haunting appearance.
The man spoke again, his voice calm and soothing, "You must be Uzumaki Naruto. Please, put away your weapon. We mean you no harm."
"How do you know my name?" Naruto asked, narrowing his eyes in suspicion.
"From a letter from Tamayo-san," the man replied, causing Naruto's eyes to widen in shock.
'He knows about Tamayo?' Naruto thought, his mind reeling from the revelation.
Kurama, ever watchful, chuckled darkly. "Heh, crafty bastard, isn't he?" the fox demon mused, intrigued by the situation.
Naruto slowly lowered his kunai but kept it in hand, his eyes never leaving the mysterious man. "Who are you?" he asked cautiously.
The man offered a gentle smile, his presence exuding calmness despite the unsettling curse that marred his face. "I am Ubuyashiki Kagaya," he introduced himself, his voice soft yet commanding.
Kagaya continued, his tone sincere. "Tamayo-san spoke highly of you in her letter. We've been expecting you."
Naruto blinked, still trying to piece everything together. "Expecting me? Why?"
Kagaya's expression softened, as if understanding Naruto's confusion. "Because we may have more in common than you realize," he said, his voice holding a depth that suggested a greater understanding of the situation. "But for now, please, come inside. We have much to discuss."
Naruto hesitated, still unsure of what to make of the situation. However, the sincerity in Kagaya's voice, coupled with the calm presence of Amane, eased his apprehension, if only slightly.
"Alright," Naruto finally agreed, sheathing his kunai but remaining vigilant. "Let's talk."
"Naruto, is everything okay?" Shinobu's gentle voice pulled Naruto out of his thoughts. He blinked, realizing that he had been lost in his memories.
"Yeah, everything is fine," Naruto replied, his voice steady as he offered her a reassuring smile.
Shinobu studied him for a moment, her sharp eyes searching for any sign of distress. Satisfied with his response, she gave a slight nod. "That's good to hear. Well, I'll be heading back to the Butterfly Mansion to check up on the Kamado boy."
As she stood up to leave, she added, "Make sure you come back so we can check your injuries."
Naruto gave her a thumbs-up, his trademark grin back in place. "Yeah, you got it."
Shinobu smiled softly in return before turning to leave, her haori fluttering lightly behind her. As she walked away, Naruto watched her for a moment, feeling a sense of calm settle over him.
Naruto got up and made his way to where the meeting had been held, his steps light but purposeful. As he entered the area, he noticed that the other Hashira had already dispersed, leaving only Kagaya sitting quietly with his two daughters by his side.
"So what did you want to talk about?" Naruto asked as he came up to the sickly man.
"I am told you engaged Kibutsuji as well when young Tanjiro encountered him, tell me what is your impression of him now that you've met the Demon King?" Kagaya asked as Naruto leaned on the pillar.
Naruto's expression turned serious as he reflected on his encounter with Muzan. "It was strange," he began, his voice steady but tinged with a hint of frustration. "I know I could easily destroy him then and there, but there was something about him that struck me as odd."
Kagaya listened intently, his calm demeanor unchanged, though his eyes held a spark of curiosity.
Naruto continued, leaning back slightly against the pillar. "After two years, I've learned that Kurama's chakra can slow a demon's healing or even destroy them outright. But when I hit Muzan with some of Kurama's chakra, he seemed completely unphased. It was like it didn't affect him at all. That's never happened before, not with any other demon I've faced."
"I see, and this being that attacked you Shinobu when you were hunting down that demon called 'Madara'. Is he another demon created by him? It's hard to think that he is able to create such a Demon that could overpower you?"
Naruto paused, gathering his thoughts as he continued explaining to Kagaya about the Ōtsutsuki clan. "That guy, Shingen, he wasn't a demon. He's from the Ōtsutsuki clan—a powerful, ancient race that originated from another world. In my world, there was a figure known as the Sage of Six Paths, a legendary figure who sought to bring peace. But his mother, Ōtsutsuki Kaguya, was something else entirely."
Kagaya listened with rapt attention, his expression serious as he absorbed the information.
Naruto continued, "Kaguya wasn't just powerful; she was practically a goddess. She consumed a divine fruit from the God Tree and became the progenitor of chakra, the energy source that my world's ninjas use. But her actions caused a lot of chaos, and eventually, she was sealed away by her own sons, the Sage of Six Paths and his brother."
Kagaya nodded, his gaze unwavering. "And this Shingen, you believe he is somehow connected to Muzan in some way?"
"It's possible, but I don't know what his plan is." Naruto said honestly. "He could be trying to bring back his sister. There was a creature called Black Zetsu there and He was sealed away along with Kaguya when myself and my team sealed her again after she became free."
"Do you think you would be able to stop them?"
Naruto thought for a moment and sighed. "I honestly don't know if Sasuke was here then maybe, But I will do everything I can to stop them."
Kagaya smiled at that. "Then I will leave this threat in your capable hands."
Naruto nodded, feeling the weight of Kagaya's trust settle on his shoulders. "I'll do everything I can to protect this world," he promised, his voice steady with determination. "I've faced tough situations before, and I'm not about to back down now."
"That's good to hear, and to help you, I've asked the swordsmiths to make something for you," Kagaya said.
Naruto raised an eyebrow, curious. "A Nichirin blade? I thought only Demon Slayers could have those. And I remember us having this conversation two years ago—I'm not looking to join the Corps, just to find a way home."
Kagaya's smile widened. "I know, but since you've been assisting us, especially with young Tanjiro, in a more official capacity, I figured it would be wise to arm you for the fight ahead."
Naruto chuckled, shaking his head. "Alright, I guess I won't turn down a gift." He sighed, glancing back toward the Butterfly Mansion. "I'd better head back before Shinobu bites my head off about that check-up. You take care of yourself, Kagaya."
"You too, Naruto. And thank you," Kagaya replied, his tone filled with warmth and gratitude.
As Naruto walked up to the Butterfly Mansion, the peaceful atmosphere was suddenly shattered by a loud scream. His instincts kicked in, and he sprinted toward the source of the noise. Bursting into a room, he found Tanjiro lying in bed with two others—one, a blond-haired boy who looked like he was on the verge of a heart attack, and the other, lying still with a boar mask covering his head.
"Oi! What's with all the yelling, dattebayo?" Naruto exclaimed, his eyes darting between the three boys.
The blond-haired boy, clearly frazzled, whipped his head around to face Naruto. "Who are you? And why are you yelling? We're already dealing with enough here!" His voice was shrill, and he seemed on the brink of hysteria.
Tanjiro, despite being bedridden, managed a weak smile when he saw Naruto. "Naruto-san, it's good to see you," he said, his voice strained but warm. "I'm sorry about the noise. This is Zenitsu," he gestured to the blond boy, "and that's Inosuke," he added, nodding toward the boy with the boar mask.
Zenitsu, still looking panicked, glanced at Naruto nervously. "Are you here to save us from the demon nurses? They're going to make us do all sorts of nasty medicines! I'm too young to die like this!"
Naruto blinked in confusion, trying to piece together what was happening. "Demon nurses? What are you talking about?"
Inosuke, despite his stillness, suddenly stirred, mumbling something incomprehensible from under his mask.
Tanjiro chuckled softly, though it was clear he was exhausted. "We're all here to recover, but Zenitsu's a bit... dramatic. The nurses are just trying to help us get back on our feet."
Naruto raised an eyebrow, the situation finally making a bit more sense. "So, no demons, just some tough love from the nurses, huh?" He grinned, his usual cheerful demeanor returning. "Well, just bear with it ok?"
Zenitsu groaned dramatically. "Easy for you to say! You're not the one being tortured!"
Naruto's grin widened as he heard the new voice, turning to see the young woman who had just entered the room. She had deep blue eyes that faded to a lighter shade at the bottom, with white rectangular pupils that gave her an otherworldly appearance. Her straight black hair was styled into twin-tails, held in place by two blue butterfly clips.
"What are you talking about? You need to take your medicine so your limbs regrow," the young woman said with a gentle yet firm tone, directing her gaze at Zenitsu.
Zenitsu immediately recoiled, his face turning pale. "See? I told you! They're going to torture me with more medicine!" He pointed an accusing finger at the woman, his entire body shaking.
Naruto chuckled, finally understanding the situation. "So, you must be one of the 'demon nurses' Zenitsu here is so afraid of, huh?"
The woman gave a small, knowing smile. "My name is Kanzaki Aoi, and I'm one of the attendants here at the Butterfly Mansion. We're just trying to help Zenitsu recover from his injuries." Her voice was calm, but there was a stern look in her eyes as she looked at the panicked blond.
"Aoi-chan, have mercy! Please, no more bitter medicine! I'm begging you!" Zenitsu wailed, throwing himself dramatically onto the bed.
"Zenitsu, please calm down." Tanjiro said with a sweat drop. "There are other people here that are trying to recover."
Zenitsu shot a desperate look at Tanjiro. "But Tanjiro! You don't understand! That medicine is pure torture! I'd rather fight a hundred demons than take another dose of that stuff!"
Naruto, with a calm expression, watched as Zenitsu continued to panic and plead for mercy from Aoi. The blond's antics were both amusing and exasperating, but Naruto had a quick solution in mind.
As Zenitsu wailed about the supposed torture, Naruto quietly walked up to him, his movements swift and precise. Before Zenitsu could react, Naruto delivered a gentle but firm karate chop to the back of his neck. Zenitsu's eyes widened in surprise for a brief second before he slumped forward, unconscious.
Tanjiro's eyes widened in shock. "Eh, Naruto-san! What are you doing?" he exclaimed, clearly taken aback by Naruto's sudden action.
Naruto shrugged, offering a nonchalant grin. "He was making too much of a fuss. Now he won't have to worry about the medicine, and Aoi-chan can do her job in peace."
Aoi blinked, momentarily surprised by Naruto's intervention, but she quickly regained her composure. "Well, that certainly makes things easier," she said with a small smile, glancing at the now-quiet Zenitsu.
Tanjiro sighed, though a small smile tugged at the corners of his mouth. "I guess that's one way to handle it," he admitted, though he still seemed a bit concerned.
Naruto gave Tanjiro a reassuring pat on the shoulder. "Don't worry, he'll wake up soon enough. And who knows, maybe he'll be a little less dramatic when he does."
Naruto began to walk to his room suddenly. "Naruto-san?"
Naruto then turned back to Tanjiro. "What's up kid?"
"Thank you for trying to protect Nezuko." Tanjiro said with a bow that caused Naruto to smile.
"Anytime." Naruto simply said as he walked out but suddenly felt lightheaded causing him to start falling. 'Crap guess I am not back to 100% yet'
Just as he was about to hit the floor, he felt a pair of hands catch him, steadying him before he could collapse. Blinking to clear his vision, Naruto looked up to see Shinobu standing there, her expression a mix of concern and exasperation.
"Shinobu..." Naruto murmured, his eyes widening in surprise.
Shinobu's usual calm smile was still in place, but there was a hint of sternness in her voice as she spoke. "You really should take your own advice about resting, Naruto-kun."
Naruto chuckled weakly, rubbing the back of his head. "Yeah, guess I got a little carried away."
"You need to take better care of yourself," Shinobu said, her tone softening as she helped him stand upright. "You've been through a lot, and your body needs time to heal properly."
Naruto nodded, his usual energy dampened by the realization that he wasn't as invincible as he liked to think. "I know, but the sooner I am up the sooner I can go find Muzan"
Shinobu's expression softened further as she guided him back toward his room. "I understand, but even the strongest need time to recover. Pushing yourself too hard will only make things worse."
As they reached Naruto's room, she gently helped him sit down on the bed. "Promise me you'll rest for a while, okay?"
Naruto smiled, feeling genuinely touched by her concern. "Alright, I promise."
Shinobu nodded, her smile returning. "Good now, get some rest."
Naruto chuckled, lying back on the bed as his eyelids grew heavy. "Thanks, Shinobu…"
As he drifted off to sleep, Shinobu watched over him for a moment longer, her smile soft and reassuring.
In the middle of the forest, a swirling portal opened, crackling with energy as two figures stepped out onto the battlefield where Naruto and the Madara demon had fought. The air was heavy with the remnants of the battle, the ground scorched and torn as if a great force had been unleashed.
"I sense Naruto's chakra here," one of the figures said, scanning the area for any signs of the blond ninja. His sharp eyes swept over the scene, taking in the devastation left behind.
The second figure, a young woman with pink hair, looked around with a mixture of concern and familiarity. "Yeah, this looks like the kind of mess Naruto would make, Sasuke-kun," she said, her voice carrying a hint of fondness as she observed the wreckage.
Sasuke glanced at Sakura, his expression remaining serious but softening slightly at her words. "He's definitely been here," he confirmed, his gaze returning to the scene of destruction. "But there's something off. This chakra… it's different. There's a trace of something darker."
Sakura frowned, kneeling down to examine the scorched earth. "Do you think it's whatever that brought Naruto here in the first place?"
Sasuke narrowed his eyes, activating his Sharingan as he scanned the area for any lingering energy. "Possibly. But whatever it was, it's gone now. We need to find Naruto before anything else happens."
Sakura stood up, determination in her eyes. "Then let's hurry. If Naruto's here, he's probably already in the middle of whatever's going on."
And End... Yes I brought Sasuke and Sakura why... do you honestly think any of the Hashira, Tanjiro or any of the other members of the Demon Slayer cast would even stand a chance against Shingen, I don't think so. Both will honestly will just be running around looking for Naruto cause while they found the world Naruto is in they have no idea where to look. And what do you think these pills Shingen are giving to Muzan and the other Demons, honestly give me your best guess. We will be getting glimsp into what Shingen is doing Next chapter and yes Naruto will be getting a demon slayer sword I kinda want to make it a Harashin Kunai and maybe a tanto or kinda like that blade he used in Movie 4 Don't yet we'll see until next time.
