Thanks to a series of extraordinary transformations granted by the Omnitrix, he had defended the galaxy against terrifying threats. His latest major battle had been against Malturant, a formidable opponent he had defeated with his unique transformation, Feedback.

After this epic battle, Ben decided to take a step back and embark on a space journey with Gwen and his other close friends. This year-long adventure was both a voyage and a period of reflection for Ben. When he finally returned to Earth, he was profoundly changed. Not only had he matured, but he had also rediscovered part of his old self and unlocked over 150 new transformations through the Omnitrix.

Back in Bellwood, Ben chose to live peacefully and avoid major conflicts. He led a relatively quiet life until he turned 18, when his family decided to throw him a surprise birthday party.
