Beetle's tired brain couldn't even believe if she could properly process what had just been said.

"Wow," Beetle said. Python lifted his head.

"I know," Python whispered, tensing up.

"Why didn't you tell me?" Beetle asked, taking a step back, confused, "We have known each other for like 5 years. You could have just told me." Python looked down, a guilty expression on his face.

"I-I just-" Python stammered.

"Let's talk when I'm not so tired," Beetle suggested.

"Okay," Python said softly, walking into his tent. Beetle fell onto her pillows. She fell asleep immediately

"Beetle," A voice called quietly. Beetle sat up. It was still dark, a little past midnight.

"Who's there?" She hissed, quiet enough to not wake Sunny.

"Shh," Another voice whispered, "Beetle, come out." Beetle squinted into the darkness, wondering whether to attack or call for help.

"It's the dragonets of destiny. Beetle, we aren't gonna kill you," A voice said elegantly. It was loud enough for Beetle to register who they were.

"Glory," Beetle realised, carefully getting off the pillows and tiptoeing out her tent. Beetle spotted Glory gesturing for her to come just outside the entrance, for the first time smiling.

"Hi," Beetle said, "What is it?"

"Me and Starflight wanna have a chat," Glory said loudly, "Come on out, scared lizard." Starflight walked from out the shadows and smiled anxiously at Beetle.

"Hey Starflight," Beetle welcomed him, "What did you guys wanna talk about?"

"Well, it's kinda obvious you're a dragonet of destiny. So we wondered, do you wanna join us?" Glory asked.

"Just wondering," Starflight repeated. Glory raised her eyebrows at him.

"Oh Starflight. Braven up," She sighed and shook her head at Beetle.

"I don't think he has to," Beetle spoke up. Glory eyed her. Starflight looked shocked.

"Because of your sarcastic comments, Tsunami's sass and disrespect, and Clay's constantly tired, Starflight has became scared," Beetle explained.

"True, that's probably why," Glory glanced at him, "Us pushing him probably aren't helping either."

"Are you a skilled therapist?" Starflight asked.

"No, definitely not!" Beetle laughed.

"Maybe if you had been with us, we'd be different," Glory said, "I'd not hate them so much, Starflight would be less scared, Tsunami would actually care for us and Clay would be happier."

"I don't know about that," Beetle shrugged, feeling flustered.

"Save the world with us!" Starflight cried.

"I- hmm," Beetle muttered.

"Please?" Starflight wheedled.

"Okay, but I need to say goodbye," Beetle said. Saying goodbye was too hard, so Beetle wrote notes for them, trying not to cry.

"Okay, let's go get the other!" Beetle cried, trying to smile with watery eyes.

"Let's do this!" Glory joked. Starflight spread his wings and smiled.

"Let's save the world!"
