Later, Poppy packed a basket full of snacks, and sent the bat thing, covered in glitter out. "What are you doing?" Branch asked. Poppy screamed and turned so quickly, she almost fell. "What, I'm uh-nothing!" Sora raised his eyebrow at her.

"You can tell us!" Goofy said.

"I'm going to talk to Barb!" Poppy replied confidently.

"Barb?" Sora asked.

"Don't you know what your dad said?" Branch asked.

"Yes, but...I'm sure I can talk her out of it!" Poppy said.

"Negotiations don't always work, Poppy," Branch said.

"I don't care, I'm still going out!" Poppy said. She hopped onto the hot air balloon, covered in flowers and has a face. "So, you can come with me or not, I'm going!" Sora ran onto the balloon before Poppy lifted it off the ground. "Oh, thank goodness!" she sighed. "I didn't want to go alone!"

"Are you really doing this, Sora?" Donald asked.

"You know it!" Sora replied, cheerfully.

Poppy leaned on the side, resting her head on her arms. "Guess we're leaving then!" she said. Branch stared at her, turned away, then decided to come, and hopped onto the balloon. "Thank goodness!" Poppy sighed again. "You know these aren't any fun without you."

"Yeah, I know," Branch said, shrugging.

In the morning, Branch shuffled through an instruction manual. Poppy flung it off. "Wait, no! Poppy!" Branch cried, reaching for the manual. "Why'd you do that?"

"Who needs an over complex balloon manual when you can just wing it! Get it?" Poppy asked.

Branch, Sora, Donald and Goofy slowly raised their hands. Poppy closed her eyes, a pained expression on her face. "Put your hands down." Their hands went down. "Okay, first stop on the tour is the Classical Trolls!" Poppy said.

There came a short moaning from the other side of the balloon. Biggie popped up and they all screamed. Biggie screamed too. "Biggie?" Poppy asked. "What are you doing here?"

"Sorry, Poppy," Biggie said. "You know how I get around cotton candy." In fact, there is cotton candy on his face, and chest, keeping Mr. Dinkles glued to it. Biggie ripped Mr. Dinkles off, and plucked off the extra cotton candy. "That's great!" Poppy cheered. "The more the merrier!"

"Poppy, what is all that stuff anyway?" Sora asked, opening a basket of peppermints and candy canes.

"That," Poppy said, "is how we'll befriend Barb!"

"Really?" Branch asked.

"Poppy, as great as this idea sounds, sometimes, you just can't talk your way out of everything," Sora said.

"Yeah, what he said!" Branch replied.

Poppy narrowed her eyes for a moment. "Branchifer?" she asked.

"Y-yes...P-Poppifer?" Branch asked, hesitating at the new nickname. Sora glanced at the two of them, confused. "Guess they have nicknames now," Goofy said.

"What's that?" Poppy asked, walking closer to Branch, whose arm is on the basket. He fixed the bow on it. "What's what?" he asked.

"That," she replied, pointing at the basket.

"Uh..." Branch said, scurrying on top of the basket. "Man stuff." Sora tilted his head.

"Let me see!" Poppy said, pushing Branch off the basket. Branch landed on the floor, quickly stood and charged for the basket, but he wasn't fast enough, as Poppy had already torn the lid off the basket and looking around in his stuff. "What is all this stuff anyway?" Poppy asked. "Like-like this!" She pulled out a set of brass knuckles and held them up on her hand. "Ooh, but I like this one."

She looked back inside the basket to see sharpened sticks. "Branch!" Poppy cried. "I told you! No weapons!"

"But we have to be prepared in case if something bad happens!" Branch replied.

"Not with these!" Poppy cried, tossing a stick behind her. Sora screamed, and ducked, holding Donald. The stick flew into Mr. Dinkles' mouth. Biggie screamed and pushed the stick out. It flew at Branch and he caught it without looking. "Poppy, you have to listen to me," Branch said.

Poppy stared at him, smiling for a moment, before she kicked the basket off over the side. "Poppy!" Sora cried. Branch cried out and reached for those as well, only before giving up when they went too far. "Aw man," he sighed. He turned around, a look of hurt on his face. "I'll have you know, I whittled those for hours."

"That's the way the cookie crumbles!" Poppy said, shrugging.

"Hey, is that the Classical Troll home?" Goofy asked. The group gathered to where Goofy is at and looked over the side. "Seems so!" Poppy cheered. "We made it!"

"Doesn't it seem a little quiet to you?" Sora asked.

"It does seem rather quiet," Donald said.

"Too quiet," Biggie said.

"I'm sure it's fine!" Poppy said, hopefully. "Maybe they're just throwing a surprise party for Barb!"

"Poppy? Really?" Branch asked.

The balloon landed on the ground with a soft thud, leaving large amounts of dust in the air. "It feels...empty," Sora noted.

"Poppy, I think your dad was right," Donald said.

"N-no, no, it can't be!" Poppy tried. "I mean, how could things be that bad?"

They followed her into town. All the buildings are broken, cotton spilling out of the sides and ceilings of each. The ground is uneven in many places and broken. The buildings also host graffiti, explaining how the 'Hard Rock Trolls rule.'

"Poppy, I don't think this was a party," Sora said uncertainly.
