Chapter 4

Gine's heart pounded in her chest as she watched Zamasu rise, his body healing at an alarming rate. The transformation into a Super Saiyan only added to the dread that filled her. Raditz stood protectively in front of her, his muscles tensed, ready for another confrontation.
"Raditz, we need to find a way to stop him," Gine whispered, her voice trembling despite her efforts to remain calm. "He's too powerful now."
Raditz nodded grimly. "I know, Mom. But we won't give up. We have to try something."
Zamasu smirked, his expression twisted with malicious glee. "There is nothing you can do, Gine. I am now part of this magnificent body, and together, we will eradicate all mortals from existence."
With a roar, Zamasu charged forward, his speed enhanced by his newfound power. Raditz met him head-on, their blows creating shockwaves that tore through the forest. Trees toppled, their trunks splintering under the force of the combatants' energy.
Gine watched, her mind racing for a solution. She knew they couldn't keep this up for long; Zamasu was relentless, and each strike carried more power than the last. As Raditz blocked a particularly vicious kick, Gine saw her chance.
Summoning every ounce of strength she had left, Gine leaped into the fray, aiming a blast of ki at Zamasu's back. The attack hit its mark, causing Zamasu to stumble momentarily. Raditz seized the opportunity, delivering a series of rapid punches that sent Zamasu reeling backward.
"You think that will be enough?" Zamasu taunted, regaining his footing. "I am unstoppable!"
Gine gritted her teeth, frustration mounting. She needed a plan, a way to truly incapacitate Zamasu. Her eyes fell on a nearby stream, and an idea began to form.
"Raditz, we need to trap him! Use the water!" Gine shouted, pointing at the stream.
Understanding dawned on Raditz's face. He nodded, then turned to face Zamasu once more. This time, however, he focused not on attacking but on manipulating the environment around them.
With a fierce cry, Raditz thrust his hands towards the stream, drawing upon the earth's natural elements. The water rose, forming a towering column that hovered menacingly over Zamasu.
Zamasu laughed, unconcerned. "Is that your best attempt? Water cannot harm me!"
Ignoring his taunts, Raditz directed the water towards Zamasu, enveloping him in a dense, swirling mass. Gine joined her son, adding her ki to the mix, solidifying the water into a prison of ice that encased Zamasu within.
For a moment, silence descended upon the battlefield. Gine and Raditz panted, their bodies heaving with exhaustion. They watched the frozen form of Zamasu, hoping against hope that it would hold.
But their relief was short-lived. With a resounding crack, the ice began to shatter, pieces flying off in every direction. Zamasu emerged, his eyes burning with fury.
"Fools! Did you really believe such a feeble trap could contain me?" Zamasu bellowed, launching himself at Gine and Raditz with renewed vigor.
They barely managed to dodge his attacks, the ground beneath them torn apart by the sheer force of Zamasu's rage. Gine's mind raced, desperation setting in. They were running out of options, out of time.
Just as Zamasu prepared to deliver a final, fatal blow, a shimmering portal opened behind him. Out stepped Shin, his expression grave.
"Enough, Zamasu. Your actions have gone too far," Shin declared, his voice carrying the weight of the universe.
Zamasu faltered, turning to face the god of creation of universe 7. "Shin... You dare interfere?"
"I am here to restore order, Zamasu. Surrender now, or face the consequences," Shin replied, his hand outstretched.
Gine and Raditz exchanged glances, uncertainty clouding their features. They didn't know what Shin's intervention meant, but they were grateful for any reprieve.
"I know what you did, Zamasu. Zuno told me everything. You killed Gowasu indirectly killing the god of destruction of universe 10 and stole Gine's Body. You must surrender peacefully and we can undo what you did." Shin declared.
Zamasu, however, was undeterred. "I will never surrender! I am eternal! I am a God!" With that, he powered up to full power Super Saiyan in Gine's Body.
With a snarl, Zamasu launched himself at Shin, his intent clear: to eliminate the interference once and for all.
