Hi guys! Sorry it took maybe almost a year for me to decide to continue my TrollsTopia fanfic. I know the show has ended, but my fanfic is not over yet.
Since I'm gonna be quite busy because I have two more stories to make, and this one, my update for TrollsTopia season 3 will be really slow. I had time to make this and finally posted it
I hope you like this chapter this is the continuation of the last chapter of season 2.
Intro
Aggie: You can do it solo
The Snack Pack: But then you'd be all by yourself
King Trollex, Synth, Laguna: So it'd be more fun to share this one with someone else!
The Funky Family, Lownote Jones, Rhythm, Blues: Together we will soar across the sky and beyond!
Delta Dawn, Holly Darlin', Gust Tumbleweed, Bucakroo: So turn up your voice!
Queen Barb, Riff, Val, Demo, Melody: Stand up and sing along!
All Normal Trolls (and Aggie): All different voices, our melody's ringin'
We're living in harmony! Yeah, we're livin' in harmony!
Our song is much stronger with every Troll singin'
We're livin' in harmony!
"Things have taken an eerie turn in TrollsTopia since we arrived from Aggie's home, Harmonious Land. My friends and I were returning from our greatest adventure yet when…"
The Main Trolls stared at the sight in horror when they saw all of the Trolls were frozen
"What happened to everyone?" Guy Diamond questioned in distress
Every Troll in the area didn't move, didn't make a sound, didn't even move their eyes at all. It's like time just froze for them.
"Dad!" Poppy noticed her father as being one of the Trolls who got frozen. Poppy rushed to him, and waved her hand in front of her father's eyes, but he didn't react to that.
"What's going on?! It's like they've all been frozen solid!" Melody exclaimed in terrified as the Main Trolls just stared around to see everyone was frozen solid.
DJ Suki gasped as she moved backward before bumping into a frozen CJ Suki, "CJ!" she cried while kneeling down to her niece.
"What...? What could have caused this?" Jussy didn't expect her first step in TrollsTopia would end up like an eerie place with frozen Trolls all over.
"An illness? A magic spell? Or is it…?" Aggie wanted to guess what was it, but she was interrupted by a rustling sound from the bushes.
The Main Trolls turned to see the bush as they whimpered in fear while stepping back, afraid of whatever would be lurking from those bushes.
Turned out it was Keith as he hopped out of the bushes, and shouted, "Freeze Tag."
The Main Trolls sans Jussy sighed in relief, "Oh. Keith."
Keith then rushed to the main Trolls to freeze tag each of them, "Freeze!"
Only the Normal Trolls froze, but Aggie and Jussy thought it was a ridiculous game since they didn't play freeze tag or followed any freeze tag rules before.
"Do we have to?" Aggie grunted.
"You have to," Branch gritted through his teeth.
Aggie sighed frustratingly as she froze, but Jussy was still hesitant. Aggie nodded at her, gesturing to go with it.
Jussy hung her head in defeat as she tried to freeze like a statue while balancing herself from moving.
"Ha-ha! I tagged everyone! Keith wins!" Keith celebrated himself before unfroze each of the Main Trolls, "Unfrozen!"
They all were free to move while Aggie was still ridiculed with the freeze tag, and Jussy was confused about why they had to totally freeze themselves in the game.
Keth unfroze everyone, and was unable to move. The Trolls sighed in relief from being frozen for quite a while. After that, all of the Trolls turned to the Main Trolls and cheered that they finally returned home.
"Poppy!" King Peppy rushed forward to his daughter
"Dad!" Poppy opened her arms, and gave her father a tight hug, "Oh, I missed you so much!"
Barb turned around to see her father driving his wheelchair toward her, "Dad!"
"Barbara," King Thrash opened his arms, and Barb rushed to hug him.
The other Main Trolls encountered their other friends and family, hugging them for their return.
Melody and Val were looking for their loved ones when they encountered the one they had expected to meet again after a month.
"Mom!" Melody shouted happily.
"Aunt Mal!" Val exclaimed.
Mal gasped happily as she opened her arms, and Melody and Val rushed in to hug her, "Melody! Val! Oh, I'm so happy to see both of you."
"Us too, Mom," Melody sobbed with happy tears, missing her mother so much.
"Oh, there is someone I want you to meet. Close your eyes," When Mal broke free from the hug, Val and Melody covered their eyes excitedly as Mal walked away from them for a moment. When she returned, she was carrying something, and told the cousins, "Okay, open them," when Val and Melody put their hands down and opened their eyes, "Meet, Evie. Your new baby sister," Mal said as the cousins saw a baby female Troll in her arms.
Melody gasped, "Sister? I kinda thought we're having a boy."
Val chuckled, "Ha! Here in Troll Kingdom, we don't have ultrasounds like Harmonious Land had."
Mal then handed the baby to Melody, who immediately hold her in her arms. Little Evie just look up to his big sister, then snuggled her face into her shirt. Melody smiled joyfully to see her new baby sister.
Just then, Aggie popped into the moment, and noticed a baby Troll in Melody's arms, "Is that the additional member of the family?!"
"Yep, that's Evie," Mal answered.
"You wanna hold her?" Melody was about to hand Evie to Aggie.
But Aggie backed away a little in fear, and looked down at the baby worryingly, "Uh, I'll pass."
Back with Poppy, Sky Toronto approached her and Branch, "Sky Toronto."
"Welcome home, Queen Poppy," Sky Toronto bowed down before discussing the business, "All right, solid round of freeze tag, but it's put us behind. We've got parties to supply, people."
"Okay, so what's on the calendar right now," Poppy asked.
But then, the Trolls were startled when they heard a loud scream from the forest.
"Aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh!" The Troll named Baha ran into the village when everyone got her attention
"Whoa, whoa, Baha! What's wrong?" Branch asked as she tried to calm her down
Baha panted from running, and explained, "Before… before Keith freeze tag me, I encountered some sort of ugly-looking Troll in the forest!"
"What kind of ugly-looking?" Minuet asked.
"Hmm, if it's the Party Crashers, I'm sure they're good now," Poppy guessed confidently.
"No, it's not the Party Crasher. This Troll is different! It has black skin, sharp teeth, red eyes, a red Techno heart with red glitter outlining it, gold glittered arms and hands, some sort of silver tassels skirt appendage, 2 orange hooved legs, dark red dread like hair, large round ears with golden earrings, a gray nose, and... and... it looked like a complete mixed up freaky monster!"
Everyone gasped in horror, and murmured to each other if they had heard or seen this kind of Troll Baha described before.
"I've… never heard of that kind of Troll with a such appearance before," Trollzart said.
"Me neither. I wonder what it is," Prince D added.
"I think I can provide you with an answer to that," Laguna stepped in as the other Trolls moved aside to give her way, "The way Baha described, I think that Troll was… a Flexi-Troll," Laguna took out a book while opening the page and showing the content of the Flexi-Trolls.
"Not a Flexi-Troll!" Cooper exclaimed horridly before whispering to Jussy, "I don't even know what that is,"
"Flexi-Troll is a malevolent species of Troll that have been known to be obscure for a very long time. They're cunning, maniacal, and love to wreak havoc and chaos everywhere they go. They crave violence and love to get into fights. They feast on insects as a meal, but crave something much more fulling: music energy and magic energy. See, long ago, back when the strings first formed, the magic of the strings granted the Flexi-Trolls their appearance, and the ability to transform into any kind of Troll they see or think of, and can mimic their voices as well. However, this also can with the side-effect of constantly hurting them for music and magic energy. And that prompted them to attach not only the Normal Trolls, but especially the Magic Musical Trolls. This onslaught lasted for years until one Magic Musical Troll came across the only weakness of a Flexi-Troll, and with that, the Magic Musical Trolls were able to fight back, and send the Flexi-Trolls into hiding. They are very dangerous, as they are known for not only violent physical combat, but can also make-shift their own weapons if needed. They are very cunning and love to use manipulation to lure their victims into a state of inescapability. And worst of all, they are very hard to find, because they can be anywhere, any time, any place. And that must be what Baha found."
"Wait. Laguna, did you steal that book from Akclan Library?" Trollex guessed while looking down at that book.
"I did not steal it, Your Technoness… I 'secretly borrowed' it," Lagina admitted while yanking the book away from him.
"That's funny, boo, but it's still stealing," McJagger pointed, secretly chuckling.
"Relax, I'm going to return this book anyway when we get back to Harmonious Land. Besides, I still need this for my research," Lagina said as she walked off with the book.
Trollex rolled his eyes, and sighed before turning to Aggie, "Sorry about Laguna, Aggie. I know she'll be paying for the amount of time she borrowed that book."
"I'll just pay half of the prize when we get home," Aggie said, "Anyway, this Flexi-Troll might be dangerous for all Troll kind. We need to find them."
"We nee tough members out there," Delta slammed her fist on her other hand, "I'll be leading the way!"
"As unofficial King of the Pop Trolls, it's my responsibility to serve my tribe," Branch announced, making Poppy swoon over him.
Gust then stepped in, titling his head up, "I'm coming along, ma'am. There's no kind of Troll I'm afraid of."
"Me too," Barb said.
"I'm coming along as well," Val added.
"Y'all can't go without me," Buckaroo stated proudly.
"So am ay, ya'll," Holly smiled in confidence
"I may not be a fighter, but I want to see this Troll myself," Laguna said while carrying her book
"If she goes, I'm going too," McJagger declared.
"And I'm coming with you guys, too," Aggie volunteered.
"What? Naw, Aggie, y'all done heard what the book done said. Magik Musical Trolls ayn' Flexi-Trolls are mawtal enemies. If that there Troll sees ya, who knows what it'll do ta ya," Gust warned.
But the Master of All Music chuckled hysterically, "Ha! Gust, please, i'm the Mastuurr av All Music, ayn' ay have ayy wand staff now. I'm mawe powerful than ay done used ta be. Ay even tamed my powers, ayn' i'm nahwt afeared av facing this here Troll! so, i'm coming with y'all, whethuurr y'all like it aw nahwt!"
The other Trolls were surprised by this new confidence from Aggie as none of them hesitated to argue with her.
Trollex sighed dreamingly with his pupils becoming heart-shaped, "She's so brave."
Delta sighed in defeat as she couldn't argue with Aggie either, "Alright, but we have ta stik togithuurr. "
The other Trolls and Aggie nodded in agreement.
"Come on, ya'll," Holly said as the other Trolls followed the Country Trolls while the rest have to stay behind.
While walking into the forest, the Trolls were searching for the Flexi-Troll, even though they didn't know much about it yet.
"So, Aggie, you think your tribe faced Flexi-Trolls before?" McJagger asked.
"Not that I know of. I've never encountered a Flexi-Troll before, not even my tribe did in these current generations. Maybe it's been a while since my tribe faced this kind of Trolls," Aggie answered.
"Look, I know we shouldn't split up, but if we want to find and Flexi-Troll, and it could be anyone or anything around since they can change form, maybe we should… split up to find it," Val suggested.
The other Trolls glanced at her before glancing at each other if they all agree to do this idea.
"Fine, but make sure it doesn't catch you and turn it into… you as a disguise. So, try to cover more ground as much as we could," Branch advised as the other Trolls nodded.
"And I'll just be here to look for it too," Aggie added.
Branch nodded silently at her, letting her do what he wanted to track down the Flexi-Troll. When the Trolls split up, Aggie was alone, she admitted to herself she didn't know what she put herself into.
The brows lowered over the Magic Musical Troll's rainbow eyes, and she cautiously approached a small boulder about as tall as she was.
"Unless that rock is a Flexi-Troll," Aggie then started talking to the small boulder, "Okay, 'rock', how do I know you're really a rock?" She gave it a death stare, "Hmm. Not talking, huh? Well, you can't fool me!"
A kick Aggie gave to a rock failed to get any information out of it, but succeeded in throwing her off balance so that she tumbled backward with a yell. However, Aggie suddenly slipped down the slope as the upper portion of the rock broke loose and slid down after her. Aggie slid on her back down a steep, dirty incline as she screamed in distress. The mineral mass bounced after her as she barreled through a low-ceilinged passage and into the open toward a broad ravine. She held onto a tall rock structure at the edge and hung on for dear life, a few clumps of dislodged rocks falling over the precipice and followed by the rock. Aggie's eyes squinched shut in mortal terror until she dared to open them once she heard the stone hit the bottom.
"Phew!" She sighed in relief as she kissed the rock structure that had saved her from meeting that same fate. Then, she stood up, and decided to walk off, "Okay, maybe it's time for me to meet with the others," She then stopped, and yelled in horror as she was startled by what she just saw. There were two curvy roots creating a circular space in front of her that displays her mirror image. Aggie sighed and waved to herself, "Oh, just my reflection."
When she turned away, her duplicate didn't copy her movements; instead remaining in place. Aggie doubled back to check if that was her reflection. Now the copy began to act as a mirror image again, replicating every move she made. Aggie held out her Rock hand, then the Classical one, then zipped to one side, and return to center. She then laughed and made a goofy face.
"Hmm. Just my imagination, I guess," The Master of All Music scratched her scalp, and walked away.
The charade ended abruptly when the second Aggie slipped and fell on her back. By the time the real one could whirl back to the "mirror", the other Aggie was upright and dusting herself off. She grimaced at being caught out, transforming into a flesh-and-blood Flexi-Troll standing in front of her.
"Aaahh!" Aggie screamed in a brain-melting terror. She encountered an actual Flexi-Troll for the first time, "A-A-A-A-A-A-A FLEXI-Troll!"
Aggie stumbled backward in fear before getting up and running for her life.
"No, wait! Come back!" the Flexi-Troll pleaded while extending an arm to her.
Aggie did nothing of the sort as she continued to scream, until she ran smack into the rock structure that kept her from falling into the ravine earlier. The impact knocked her silly, and she tottered over the brink, screaming along every inch of the free fall. She covered her eyes to prevent herself from having to see her inevitable end as she forgot she could fly, only to have her downward momentum sharply arrested. As she brought her hands down, the Flexi-Troll grabbed her, and was hovering in midair.
"This is unexpected," Aggie said as the Flexi-Troll lifted her out of the ravine, and dropped gently onto the ground
The Flexi-Troll hovered in front of her, then his voice took on a tone of chronic insecurity, "I wouldn't want you to get hurt because of me."
"You…saved me?" Aggie asked, feeling surprised.
"It's okay. I know you don't want to be friends," the Flexi-Troll started to fly away, until Aggie stopped him.
"Wait! I don't understand. Flexi-Trolls are supposed to be evil, like the book says…right?" She guessed.
The Flexi-Troll landed back on the ground, "Evil? Oh, not me. All I've ever wanted is a friend."
*Flashback*
An egg stood upright as it starts to shake from the inside. Pieces of others littered the floor in this space.
"From the moment I first split my egg in the nursery hive."
The shell's upper end cracked and flaked away so that a hatchling—the newborn Flexi-Troll—could poke his head up. He looked wonderingly around himself as he was surrounded by his fellow Flexi-Trolls in a cavernous chamber in which he and dozens of eggs were scattered about. Some are on the floor, others on the ceiling, and several have already hatched. Narrowed eyes glared and forked tongues hissed all hostility as the innocent little one hunkered back into his eggshell and whimpered softly.
"I…was… secretly there during the World Tour concert…"
The Flexi-Troll was hiding behind the walls of the Volcano Rock City arena where all of the Trolls already got their colors back while sang "Just Sing."
"And during the Battle Of The Bands"
While hiding within the trees, the Flexi-Troll witnessed the Harmony Notes singing together as Aggie earned her True Colors, and defeated the Siren Trolls with all of the Normal Trolls singing together.
"But I'd never seen different kinds of music working together, and it was like magic, I couldn't just steal their energy and drain it all. I wanted to share it."
*End of Flashback*
"After that, I knew I couldn't live with my kind anymore," the Flexi Troll finished his story as Aggie's eyes teared up at the pathos of this story, "I set off looking for music and magic energy share, but…"
"But…what?" Aggie asked.
"I'm starving! And there's so much music energy here in TrollsTopia! Just last month, I felt so much magic energy here too! I-It's what drew me here!" But it's driving me crazy!" the Flexi-Troll cringed like he was in pain or hunger
"That's because all 6 Troll tribes are together in one place. And the magic energy came from me. Last month, all of my magic powers were unlocked, and they got haywire because I haven't controlled them. But after some training back in my kingdom, I'm able to tame them. See?" Aggie demonstrated this by magically growing a flower on her Rock hand.
Without warning, the Flexi-Troll gasped as he was about to pounce, and grab the flower, but Aggie dodged aside before he could pin her down. When he came to his senses, he shook his head, and said in guilt, "Oh! Sorry. I'm just so hungry!" He explained while Aggie was shivering and recoiling before relaxing herself, "If I had a friend to share their music with me, maybe the energy we shared could sustain me, but… I don't think the Trolls here want to be friends."
Aggie thought for a tick before inspiration stroke, "What if I told you there was a Troll they respect and admire so much, she could convince them to give it a try?"
"If only that were true," The Flexi-Troll said sadly.
"It is! I mean, I am! It's me, Aggie!" Aggie said, but the Flexi-Troll made blank-eyes confusion, "Aggie, the Magic Musical Troll? Master of All Music. I'm sure you've heard of me. "
"No, but I was raised by an evil king. I'm Sid" He extended an arm to Aggie, who acceptingly shook hands with him, "I can't believe you want to help me! "
"Why? Hasn't anyone ever just been nice to you?" The Magic Musical Troll asked.
Sid hung his head down hopelessly, "No. Not even my fellow Flexi-Trolls do. Do you still want to be my friend?"
Aggie stood up, and smiled nervously, "Of course! And I am one hundred percent sure I can get the whole TrollsTopia to be your friend too. But…, maybe I should just, uh…talk to them first."
Sid nodded in agreement.
Back in TrollsTopia, Aggie told the Trolls about her discovery of the Flexi-Troll as the other TrollsTopia residents were confused.
"What do you mean?"
"Did you see the Flexi-Troll?
"Did you defeat the evil creature?"
Aggie smiled proudly, "Defeating a Flexi-Troll would be brave, but do you know what would be a good idea?
"Defeating two Flexi-Trolls?" A male Country Troll guessed.
"Defeating all the Flexi-Trolls?" A female Techno Troll added.
"Not having to fight the Flexi-Troll at all—because I made friends with him," Aggie responded
Aggie thought she would get a good response from the other Trollex, but, instead, a gale of laughter came out from them.
"Oh, wow! For a second I thought you were serious, Master Aggie," a male Rock Troll cackled.
"Could you imagine? Friends with a Flexi-Troll?" A male Funk Troll.
"I am serious! He wants to be friends," Aggie explained.
Another round of laughter soured her even more on the prospect of working with this lot.
"I'm not joking! The Flexi-Troll is nice!" The Magic Musical Troll explained even further.
The other Trolls continued to laugh.
But then, Trollzart, Dante, Lownote, Rhythm, and Blues approached the other Trolls and Aggie to interrupt the laughter.
"I'm sorry, I don't think it's funny," Lownote announced, making the other Trolls move away, leaving Aggie some space.
"Flexi-Trolls are dangerous creatures, just like how we found out in the book," Rhythm said.
"Like you said, Aggie, your printed History books never told a lie. They drained all of music and magic energy from both Normal and Magic Musical Trolls alike," Blue added.
"Which means here's no such thing as a nice Flexi-Troll, Aggie," Trollzart clarified.
Aggie sighed in defeat, "You're right, Papa Trollzart. Sorry. That was a…bad joke."
Back to the forest, Sid paced around patiently to the edge of the ravine, but flew back to rendezvous with the arriving Aggie.
"So? So? Uh, what did they say? How many new friends do I have?" Sid asked excitingly.
"Well, it…didn't go exactly the way I thought. I'm sorry, Sid." Aggie's head drooped down, and her half-shrug told the rest of the story and brought Sid's head down as well.
"I understand," Sid sighed heavily, and turned away, "Well, thanks for trying. I…I guess it's not surprising. How can you expect Trolls who look like this…" He transformed into a Pop Troll with orange skin, white freckles, his dark red hair in the Pop style, red eyes, blue nose, and he wore a light green shirt that said, "Party On," with a red-and-white polka-dotted birthday hat design on it, and light blue short-sleeve jeans, but his voice remains unchanged, "…to trust something that looks like this?" He transformed back to his true form.
Now Aggie had a fresh brainstorm, "I think I might know!"
Sid tilted his head in puzzlement.
Back in the village, Aggie poked her head from the large leaf to look around before gesturing behind her, which was the cue for him to step apprehensively in after her.
"Aggie!" A familiar female voice was heard as Aggie and Sid were startled. Queen Poppy approached them, "If you're done searching for the Flexi-Troll, the tribal leaders could use your help. We need a protection shield around TrollsTopia, and nobody can do magical forcefield like you,"
Aggie and Sid traded uneasy looks for a moment before Aggie came up with any words, "Uh, actually, Poppy…, I, uh, wanted to introduce you to my friend…uh… Sid! My good friend Sid," she pushed Sid forward to Poppy.
Sid nervously raised a hand to the Pop Queen, "Nice to meet you."
Poppy smiled, and shook hands with Sid, "Oh! Well, it's nice to meet you too. How do you know Aggie?"
"Oh, uh, Aggie and I go way back..." Sid tried to think of a story, but Aggie zipped in front of him.
"To the Battle of the Bands!" She shouted hastily, "Uh, that's when we met. We've been pen pals ever since."
Poppy leaned to Aggie happily, "Pen pals? Aggie, you could've been using my pen-pal scrapbook set! Why didn't you tell me?"
"Well, I…I pretty much only write to him when you and the other leaders were busy without my presence in your meetings," Aggie said.
"I like to brag to all my friends about my letters from Aggie the Master of All Music," Sid smiled.
"Yeah!" Aggie was forced to laugh, followed by Sid, who were both sweating nervously, hoping the Queen of Pop bought the act.
"Well, I'm sure the tribal leaders can manage to protect TrollsTopia on our own, if you want to spend time with your friend," Poppy said.
"Great! I promised Sid to take him around TrollsTopia today," Aggie stated.
Poppy nodded responsively as she went her way, and they went theirs. Sid let out a giddy yelp once the Pop Queen was out of earshot.
"That was amazing!"
"I told you it would work," Aggie winked as Sid walked with her in excitement.
Aggie first showed Sid Rock Hollow, where the Rock Trolls were all having a guitar-smashing contest. Val saw the new "Troll" and offered him a guitar to smash. Sid looked at the guitar nervously, almost feeling his hunger kick in, but, he kept it in and smashed the guitar with all his might. All the Rock Trolls seemed really impressed, especially Val, who gently punched him on the shoulder as a sign of respect.
The next stop was Country Corral, where Aggie and Sid saw the Country Trolls in the midst of a square dance session, with Gust on his fiddle, calling out the moves. Aggie showed Sid how to square dance, as he followed the steps and easily got it down pat, joining the Country Trolls in their dance, with the Country Trolls cheering him on. Sid watched happily, seeing every smiling Country Troll watching him dance.
Next up was Classical Crest, where Aggie was showing Sid the orchestra stage, where a bunch of Classical Trolls were in the middle of rehearsals. Sid saw a lonely cello lying around and picked it up, with Aggie showing him how to play. Sid gave it a go as the Classical Trolls saw how well Sid was playing the cello. While playing though, Sid once again felt his hunger close to kicking in, and wanted to drain the musical energy from the Classical Trolls around him. But he pushed it down as hard as he could, keeping his cool, and made Aggie sigh in relief.
The next location Aggie took Sid was Vibe Town, where the Funk Trolls were showing Sid the lab. Sid felt a bit nervous being around so much machinery, but Aggie showed him a device he could try out: a light show ray. With the device in hand, Sid pressed a button on it as it made a colorful light show on the ceiling. The Funk Trolls were having fun watching it, making Sid smile happily.
The last stop on the tour was Techno Lagoon where Aggie was showing Sid the Techno dancefloor. Sid saw how the floor lit up in many colors and thought it looked like fun, hopping on each colorful square he saw. What he didn't know was that while he did that, the Techno Trolls that were currently raving saw Sid doing this and thought it was some new cool game, and ended up following the disguised Flexi-Troll's new "dance." Sid was having so much fun; he was finally getting to share the love with all the other Trolls around him, and it felt amazing!
After the day they had, Aggie led Sid to Pop Village, where the other Trolls gossiped about the new Troll.
"Sid is nearly as entertaining as Aggie herself," The Classical Troll whispered
The other Classical Troll nodded in agreement.
After hearing that from the other Trolls, Sid sighed blissfully, "This place is everything I've ever dreamed of!" Then, he addressed his concerns to Aggie quietly, "But I can't keep pretending to be a Normal Pop Troll forever…can I?"
"Relax. You're winning them over," Aggie answered before whispering, "Pretty soon, no Troll will care that you're a Flexi-Troll."
"Aggie!" Another voice was heard from afar.
Both cringed at that single word, and moved toward its source.
At the center of TrollsTopia, the crowd of Trolls stood under the giant mushroom where the Troll leaders and councils stood on top of it. The crowd moved aside to give way for Aggie and her new friend.
Essence then descended from the mushroom, and told Aggie, "Poppy told me you were off with a friend."
The Magic Musical Trolls could only get out a half-strangled burst of laughter as Sid bit his lower lip.
"And any friend of Aggie the Master of All Music is a friend of ours," The Funk Queen declared.
Every Troll around them gathered together around Sid to greet him with smiley welcome.
"Oh, wow, I… I don't know what to say," Sid was speechless, until he felt something inside of him that he couldn't control, "So much music energy… so much magic… I…" Too much sight of different Trolls together made Sid lose his ability to stay as a Normal Pop Troll, and reverted back to his normal appearance as a Flexi-Troll
At the first sight of the Flexi-Troll in person, the Trolls gasped in horror as they quickly backed away. Branch, Barb, Delta, Val, Holly, Gust, and Buckaroo took a step toward him, ready to attack once the Flexi-Troll would attack first.
"Aggie! Get away from the Flexi-Troll!" Trollex warned her as he extended his hair to reach for his girlfriend.
Aggie planted herself squarely in front of the interloper as she tried to explain, "Wait! No! You don't understand!"
Trollex's hair wrapped around Aggie, and pulled her away from Sid, and maneuvered her over between Quincy and Essence.
"This Flexi-Troll replaced your friend to get close to us!" Quincy exclaimed, "What other explanation could there be?"
"I…" Aggie looked forlornly to Poppy, Branch, Barb, Delta, Val, Holly, Gust, and Buckaroo, all ready to throw down, then to Sid now standing very alone and afraid with a crowd of Trolls staring at him in horror. She tried to come up with a better explanation, but she didn't want the other Trolls to lose their trust in her that she was the one who brought the Flexi-Troll closer to the other Trolls here in TrollsTopia, so she lied in defeat, "I don't know."
The Flexi-Troll's eyes popped wide open, and teared up at this act of betrayal as Sid uttered a soft whimper, and flew away
"Aftuurr it! Don't let thay ...uhh Flexi-Troll escape!" Holly yelled as she, Gust, Buckaroo, and the other Country Trolls chased after Sid.
"I hope your friend is okay, Master Aggie," Minuet said worryingly, not realizing Aggie's new friend was that Flexi-Troll.
Aggie took a few steps out and stopped, letting tears brim in her eyes, feeling guilty that she betrayed a new friend, "Yeah. Me too."
Some of the Trolls were searching for the Flexi-Troll while some were hiding inside their homes for safety. A deflated Aggie out walking in guilt for betraying her new friend.
"Aggie," Melody called her friend behind, and told her worryingly, "You should go find Sid while we hunt down the Flexi-Troll."
"I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to see me," Aggie said sadly.
"Spread out!" Branch declared as some of the volunteered Trolls gathered around him, "The Flexi-Troll is probably still nearby!"
The other Trolls nodded, leaving Aggie by herself
"Actually, I'm pretty sure he ran as far away from here as possible," Aggie guessed, then an idea hit her as she remembered where the Flexi-Troll would be hiding, "But I bet I know where!"
Aggie returned to the part of the forest where she met Sid as she called him while trying to find him in the area.
"Sid! Hello? I just want to apologize! I should've stood up for you!" She then tipped up a rock for a fruitless look underneath, "Aw, come on, Sid!" She put the rock down, and kept looking, "I know you're in here!"
The rock that Aggie just held on transformed into one good-and-angry Flexi-Troll who leaned forward at the Magic Musical Troll.
"Leave me alone!"
This made Aggie startle and reel backward with a cry. She stopped at the very edge of the ravine, a patch that crumbled away beneath her. Only a last-second grab at the edge kept her from going down for the count.
"Uh…um…little help?" Aggie requested.
"Why do you think I would help you? I'm an evil Flexi-Troll!" Sid pointed out how Aggie let the other Trolls believe what they thought
Having the product of her own actions thrown back in her face chastised the Magic Musical Troll, "Because you're my friend. I just wish I had been one to you."
Her hands gave way on the fragile soil, and she plunged out of sight with a scream. But then, despite Aggie's actions, Sid still had that instinct to save Aggie as he airlifted her back to the surface, and dropped her down on the ground.
All rancor was now gone from the Flexi-Troll, replaced by an air of utter defeat, "It's okay. I know it's hard. Everyone in all Troll Kingdom loves you. I couldn't ask you to give that up for me."
Aggie still felt guilty, not only for having herself betray Sid, but also because the other Trolls refused to accept him as a good Flexi-Troll, and she, a Magic Musical Troll, was easily accepted by the Normal Trolls. She knew what she had to do to fix this.
"You don't have to ask," Aggie started to head in the direction of the village.
"What are you gonna do?" Sid asked worryingly
Aggie looked back at him, and said proudly, "What I should've done in the first place."
A lot of Trolls in TrollsTopia scattered around to look for the Flexi-Troll. They searched high, they searched low, they searched near, and they searched far.
After looking around that the Trolls were looking for the Flexi Troll, Trollzart turned to his fellow leaders, the ambassadors, and the main delegates, and asked, "I know it's bad that there's a Flexi-Troll around, but is all this really necessary?"
"If there's one Flexi-Troll, there may whel be ayy whowwl army on the way," Delta said
"True, but Trollzart has a point. This is getting a little out of hand," Dante groaned stressfully.
Trollex sighed, "We understand, but I don't know what else we can do."
"I do!" Aggie called out. All eyes turned to where Aggie was standing where they saw her, and a contrite Sid standing side by side with Aggie holding his hand.
There was a round of shocked gasps and yelps. Branch moved closer as several Trolls took up defensive positions.
"Aggie! What are you doing? Get away from that thing!" The Pop King commanded.
But Aggie released Sid's hand, and jumped in front of him to protect him, "No. He's not a thing. His name is Sid, and he's my friend."
Another round of gasps, louder than the first, all over the area. Sid shot a very worried glance to Aggie, who returned a supremely confident one before stepping forward to face the gathering.
Aggie: Would you say I'm a master
Trustworthy and smart
If I told you something you wouldn't believe?
That sometimes I'm afriad
And I can make mistakes
And I'm not so perfect, it seems
But if day can turn to night
And the darkness turn to light
Then why can't we imagine a Flexi-Troll can change?
No two Trolls are exactly the same
No two snowflakes ever match their design
And I thought I was strong
But I was nothing but wrong
When I forgot to be sweet, generous and kind
But if day can turn to night
And the darkness turn to light
Then why can't we imagine a Flexi-Troll can change?
Would you say I'm a master
Trustworthy and smart
If I told you something you wouldn't believe?
This Flexi-Troll, it seems
Knows the real me
And would stay by my side 'til the end
So if day can turn to night
And the darkness turn to light
Then why can't we imagine
Just why can't we imagine
Then why can't we imagine a Flexi-Troll can change?
There was dead silence at the center of TrollsTopia once she finished her song. Aggie stood despondently, seeing hostility on some faces and indecision on others
Presently, Poppy shouldered her way through to face her and Sid, "Aggie, I'm so proud of you."
"You are?" Aggie asked surprisingly.
"Of course!" Poppy rushed to hug Aggie, "Everybody loves you and you're famous in all of Troll Kingdom, and you just risked all of it for a friend. I can't imagine any Troll could do something like that," Poppy then turned to address the rest of the Trolls around them, "Since I decided to create TrollsTopia, I try to set this place as an example where all Troll tribes would live in harmony together for all of Troll Kingdom. But today, it was Aggie who taught me that a new friend can come from anywhere and any tribe. I guess everyone still has things to learn about friendships between different Trolls, even me. And if Aggie says Sid is her friend, then he's my friend too," The Pop Queen then extended her hand in front of Sid, prompting a surprised smile and step forward from him.
Sid gratefully took it in one of his own with tears gathering in his eyes, "Thank you!" He wiped them away;
Then, the distrustful glares from the other Trolls had been replaced by welcoming smiles.
Quincy and Essence stepped forward with the Funk King declared, "On behalf of the Funk Tribe, my queen and I would like to extend our hands in friendship, and we're sure all of my subjects are eager to do the same."
Trollex then floated forward, supporting his girlfriend, and the other three leaders, "I do, too."
Then, Queen Barb, "Me too."
Trollzart flew forward, "Definitely."
Delta Dawn, stepped in as well, "So do ay."
Cheers and whoops erupted from all the Trolls of TrollsTopia as they came forward to Sid with welcoming words, and tears about to spill the banks of Sid's eyes again. Mal also showed him her baby daughter, who cooed and blushed at him.
"Welcome to TrollsTopia, Sid," Branch bowed down, "I'm sorry we didn't take the time to get to know you. Maybe we can change that now by letting you stay here for a while."
"That'd be so amazing! I want to know all about friendship, and maybe one day I can take that knowledge back to the Flexi-Troll Kingdom. If my kind learned how to be friends with other Trolls, maybe they wouldn't have to take all of your music energy anymore"
"To Master Aggie and her new friend!" One of the Trolls cheered.
All of the Trolls cheered once again as they gathered in closer, hoisting both new friends overhead. Aggie flipped a thumbs-up to Sid.
As they all watched Aggie proudly, Jussy stepped in alongside the leaders and the ambassadors, "Looks like you guys were right after all."
"Right about what?" Poppy asked.
"That we could learn friendship between different Trolls here in TrollsTopia," Jussy said.
Yes! I finally finished it.
Okay, so I know what you're all thinking. Since MasterClass60 and I were sharing universes, and I allowed her to borrow my OCs and ideas, she allowed me to borrow her OC, Sid the Flexi-Troll, and also Evie, Melody's little sister. I like to thank her too for helping me make this chapter. Jussy doesn't belong to me as I borrowed the character from Jade-Green-Butterfly from Tumblr.
Most parts of the chapter were based on My Little Pony: The Time They Are A Changeling. The song was a parody in Aggie's perspective, so there were lyric changes.
The first scene was based on the beginning of Trolls: The Beat Goes On, Blank Day, where Keith unfroze everyone in Freeze Tag. Whoever guessed this since the end of season 2, you were right!
So, for now, I decided to pause writing more chapters for season 3 in the meantime. Chapter 1 is already available, so the rest of the chapters might take a while to make. I hope you like this chapter! Please review!
