Name: Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze
Background:
Naruto is the son of Minato Namikaze, a renowned shinobi and last member of the Namikaze Clan, and Kushina Uzumaki, a member of the Uzumaki Clan with strong chakra chain ability along with Wood Release inherited from her mother's side.
Due to complications with Kushina's ovulation which happened due to sealing of kyuubi by Senju Mito, Minato's second wife, Mikoto Uchiha, also played a role in his conception.
Namikaze Mikoto (Formerly Uchiha), a direct descendant of Uchiha Madara, has a Sharingan kekkei genkai and faced prejudice due to her lineage from the Uchiha Clan and marriage to an out sider.

- Naruto's abilities will be awakened at a specific time apart from swift release which enabled automatically at birth due to naruto having large chakra reserves.
- There will be bashings for certain characters.

- Wood Release will be awakened during Hinata's Kidnapping (Slightly later when she's 6 years old), along with matured sharingan.

- Indra and Ashura transmigrants became one in Naruto so no power buffs for sasuke from Sage of Six Paths.

- This story will follow a different path but somethings may seems similar to original series.
- Naruto's Mangekyo Sharingan design:
The base of the Mangekyō Sharingan has a deep crimson hue, typical of the Uchiha clan's dojutsu. At the center is a six-pointed star, with sharp, angular edges. Between each point of the star, a curved, flame-like tomoe arcs inward, creating a sense of rotation and movement.
- Naruto's Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan design:
Upon evolving into the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, the six-pointed star in the center becomes more intricate, with each point splitting into two, forming a twelve-pointed star. The flame-like tomoe merge into blades that curve outward from the center, resembling a shuriken or pinwheel.
- Naruto's appearance:
Face Shape: Naruto's face is almost identical to his father, Minato Namikaze. He has the same sharp, angular features with a strong jawline and a defined, straight nose.
Eyes: Naruto's eyes are dark black with a tint of purple. His eyes are large and expressive, giving him a fiery and determined look.
Hair: Naruto's hair is a deep, vibrant red colour with a tint of black and blonde, just like Kushina's, cascading down in wild, spiky locks. His hair is thick and unruly, often sticking up in places, reflecting his energetic and somewhat reckless nature.
Skin Tone: His skin is fair with a slight pinkish hue. This gives him a healthy, radiant appearance.
Markings: Naruto retains the three whisker-like marks on each cheek, a signature feature of he recieved while spending nine months along with kyuubi's chakra while inside Kushina, which adds a touch of wildness to his otherwise composed face.
(Chapter 1: Birth of a Legend)
(Somewhere outside Konohagakure)
Thought out the entire room and scream echoed. This scream seemed to belong to a young baby. The baby weighted three kilograms and had spiky red coloured hair with a tint of black and blonde and pair of dark black eyes with tint of purple in them. Pretty much a combination of his parents Namikaze Minato, Uzumaki Kushina and Uchiha Mikoto.
"Congratulations to you three, it's a beautiful and healthy boy" said Sarutobhi Biwako, wife of Third Hokage, Sarutobhi Hiruzen as she took baby to kushina and showed her.
"Welcome Sochi..." said kushina with a small smile
"Welcome to our family, Naru-chan" said mikoto as she looked at naruto and showed him to minato who just smiled while took his son and smiled gently on his crying form and looked at kushina and mikoto.
"Thank you, both of you" said minato to mikoto and kishina as he wiped his tears away while handed his child to Biwako.
"Take rest Kushina you'll have time, Both of you focus on the seal now" ordered Biwako as minato and mikoto started working on the seal and biwako took naruto for his first bath and early check-ups.
Everything was going good until a voice unknown to the echoed through the room.
"Step away from the jinchuuriki yondaime, black death" the masked man said as he held Naruto hostage with a kunai at his neck. Biwako and the nurse lay dead in the floor.
"Ok, just calm down" said Minato with a calm voice from outside but inside he was frightened as concern evident in his eyes and mikoto went near kushina to protect her.
"Speak for yourself yondaime. I am perfectly calm" said the masked man as he threw Naruto in the air preparing to stab with the kunai. Suddenly in a yellow flash Minato grabbed Naruto as the masked man made his way towards Kushina.
"You're not getting kushina" said mikoto and drew her blade out
"I wonder about that" said the masked man as Buzzing was heard as Minato realizes five explosive tags placed in the blanket around Minato. In a burst of speed Minato removes the blanket and teleports to his safe house and while mikoto uses kamui to get away towards minato.
(With Mikoto and Minato)
A explosion occurred as Minato is blasted away with his son in his arms and appeared outside the safe house and mikoto appeared the very same moment.
"Miko-chan!? are you alright!?" asked minato
"Yes I am but he took Kushi-chan using Kamui" said mikoto
"Please take little naru to the compound, I'll be right back" said minato
"Please take care minato-kun" said mikoto as he took naruto from minato
Minato took last look at naruto and with a sad smile said "Don't give your mother too much trouble, I'll be right back sochi" said minato and disappeared in a yellow flash.
"Come naru, let's go home mommy is here" said mikoto and used kamui to travel to Namikaze-Uzumaki Compound and placed naruto on a bed while stood protectively over her son.
(Unknown Location Outside Konohagakure)
The masked man approached a chained Kushina and warped away to outside the house. Placing his head on her stomach he begins extracting the Kyuubi. In a couple a minutes a figure is seen erupting from her stomach and materializing in the air. There stood the Nine Tailed Demon Fox in all its glory with nine tails swinging. With a glimpse the masked man traps the Kyuubi under its control. The once red slitted eyes of the Kyuubi are now red with 3 black tomoes, the sharingan glowing in all its power.
"Wait" said a weak kushina realising what was about to happen.
"Incredible. The Uzumaki Clan is simply incredible. Not even extracting a tailed beast from you is enough to kill you" said the masked man.
"It's only fitting that the Kyuubi kills its container" he said as he commanded the Kyuubi to kill his former jinchuuriki.
As the Kyuubi is about to crush Kushina a yellow flash is seen. Standing in a tree not far away we see Minato with Kushina in his arms bridal style.
"He really lives up to his name Minato Namikaze Konoha's Yellow Flash" he says warping to the edge of the village along with kyuubi.
Minato flashed to the Namikaze Compound laying Kushina near her son as she embraces him.
"Kushi-chan take care of little naru, Me and Mikoto will be right back" said minato
"Please take care you two, he's caught us off-guard" said kushina in her weakened state.
"We will Kushi-chan, rest now we will be right back" said mikoto as she disappeared along with minato while kushina embraced her son
"Don't worry sochi, everything will be fine" said kushina as baby naruto snuggled into her mother's warmth.
(Northern Entrance - Konohagakure)
It was a warm, calm summer night in the hidden village of the leaf. Lights were seen all around the village as the people followed their lives unaware of what was about to happen.
"Summoning Jutsu" said the masked man, slapping his palm on the ground and his burst of smoke there it stood the Kyuubi ready to unleash its fury upon the unsuspecting village. Suddenly a roar is heard as the Kyuubi starts its destruction. Swinging its tails and using its paws nothing stood in his away.
"Sandaime, the Kyuubi has appeared in the North part of the village" said an Anbu has he bowed to the Sandaime Hokage.
"Yes I heard it. Summon the forces and evacuate the civilians. He must push the Kyuubi out of the village and wait for the fourth" said the Sandaime as he thought afterwards 'What happened minato?'
Minato Namikaze is seen standing in the top of the hokage monument ready to go face the Kyuubi when he senses a presence behind him. Quickly ducking and turning around he swings a kunai only to phase through the head of his enemy. Suddenly everything begins to become distorted as the masked man starts to absorb in a ripple like pattern Minato, before its finished Minato disappears. He flashed away to his safe house.
(Minato's Safe House)
"That technique" said Minato as he pondered on what he just experienced. "It's a space-time technique, just like miko-chan. I have to careful. I don't know who he is but his chakra signature seems familiar".
"Minato are you ok?" asked mikoto as she appeared using her kamui
"Miko-chan, go and help Sandaime, I'll be right back" said minato as masked man appeared in front of the duo
"But minato-kun" insisted mikoto but minato cut her off
"Go miko-chan" said minato and mikoto gave minato a angry glare
"Don't die on me Kushi-chan and our son" said mikoto as she disappeared away using kamui
"It was a foolish move to send her away" said the masked man as he watched the exchange with amusement.
"You don't have to worry about that. Who are you?" asked minato
"Who am I? I am nobody. My is long forgotten and despised in the history of this village. I was once known as Uchiha Madara but you can call me Tobi" said the masked man
"You're not Uchiha Madara I am sure of that but your chakra signature is familiar from where I can't place my fingure on" said minato as he took his tri-pronged kunai and get ready to attack the masked man.
'Something here isn't right, how can he know I am not Madara?!' thought the masked uchiha
Both warriors dashed at each other in a battle for speed. The fastest would win. Minato simply throws his hirashin kunai at Tobi as its phase through his head. Getting closer to each other, preparing for the face off, Minato charges a rasengan in his right hand preparing to slam it into Tobi.
Tobi is about to touch Minato preparing to absorb him "Victory is mine" said tobi and suddenly Minato disappears from his sight only to appear behind is back using the kunai he previously threw. Minato twists his body slamming the rasengan into Tobi vaporizing the area and marking Tobi with Hirashin's Seal.
"I underestimated him" said tobi when suddenly Minato appears in front of him stabbing him with a kunai and applying a contract remove seal to free the kyuubi. Tobi seeing that he lost this battle says "I will be back and I will get kyuubi and will rule the world as there are lot ways to go about it" as he warps away using his kamui.
"Something tells me he wasn't joking and he's a Uchiha with a similar chakra signature. I wonder who he is." thought Minato as he gets up getting ready to stop the Kyuubi flashing to the battlefield.
(Northern Part of Konoha)
In the battlefield stood the Sandaime and Mikoto leading the forces trying his best to push the Kyuubi away from the village when suddenly he hears.
"Summoning Jutsu" said minato as he drops on top with Kyuubi with his summon Gamabunta de toad boss pinning the Kyuubi into the ground.
"Try and hold him down as long as you can. Teleporting something this big requires preparation" said minato to the toad boss as Minato prepares to teleport the Kyuubi away from the village and looked at mikoto with a nod who also nodded and wrapped away using kamui.
"Are you crazy? I am not a miracle worker. Hurry!" said Gamabunta. Suddenly both Minato and Kyuubi disappear.
(Minato's Safe House)
Arriving near the safe house with the Kyuubi on its toll Minato is panting from the massive chakra usage he just pulled to teleport the Kyuubi while mikoto appeared with kushina and had naruto in her arms.
"Kushina can you create a barrier around kyuubi?" asked minato and kushina created a barrier using her Adamantine Chains bound kyuubi
"Do it quickly Yondaime, That bastard uchiha is still pushing me. Seal me quickly" yelled kyuubi
"Miko-chan please bring naruto here" said minato and mikoto placed naruto on a ritual altar.
"Miko-chan, Kushi-chan, stand in front of me we are going to use that justu together" said minato and three stood in a line and started going through a series of handsigns and called out in unison.
"Uzumaki Hidden Justu : Reaper Death Seal"
As they called out the seal, a visage of shinigami appeared in front of them and looked at the trio with interest.
"What do you want mortals?" asked shinigami
"Sorry for our rudeness shinigami-sama but we would like you to seal kyuubi into our son" said minato
"And what will I get in return, you remember the contract as you're not an Uzumaki except one with red hair." said shinigami
"Hai Shinigami-sama, we request you to seal kyuubi as well as our yang half while we offer our yin half or darker part of our soul as payment" said mikoto as kushina coughed up some blood and her grip on kyuubi got loose.
"No! No! No! Damn You Uchiha, for forcing me to kill a innocent child" yelled kyuubi as he brought his claw down to strike young naruto but minato, Kushina and Mikoto jumped in front of the attack and got impaled by the claw.
"I'm sorry for destroying your family Kushina, Minato, Mikoto. Please Forgive me" said kyuubi and slumped into unconciousness.
"Are you ready mortals?" asked shinigam and trio nodded and shinigami's hand phased through the trio and grabbed kyuubi and dragged it inside of naruto bounding him to the said beast for the lifetime along side sealing yang part of Minato, Kushina and Mikoto while started taking yin half of the trio.
"It will be some years before we'll see our son again, please give your last message to him" said minato
"Yes kushi-chan, Do it" said mikoto weakly as coughed up some blood.
"Naruto" kushina started "I want you to grow into a nice young man and a strong shinobi. Remember to bathe everyday and go to bed early you need your sleep. Also I want you to make friends, you don't need that many only a few as long as they are true friends. Also no drinking until you are twenty and stay away from Jiraya. I am sorry Minato I took your time" said kushina snd and broke down crying.
"Naruto, listen to what your mother said and grow up to be a strong and brave shinobi" and with the last of his strength he whispers "Eight Trigram Seal" and a seal appeared on Naruto's belly and trio fell to ground and in there last moments embraced naruto to say their final goodbye's as naruto was crying realising that he lost his parents just now.
As the barrier went down, sandaime appeared and picked up little naruto while created three clones to seal dead bodies of Fourth Hokage and his wives.
"Poor naruto-kun, to loose his father and both of his mother's within hours of being born" said third hokage as he disappeared in a lead sunshin to prepare for what is about to come in coming days.
