WS: The Lord of the Stoney Shore and Sea Dragon Point.
I have to write to keep my mind occupied because I ended up losing my job and getting hit by a car a week before that. My luck is terrible and I just need to get my mind occupied with something to distract it.
As for this story, it is another one-shot that has no value. You do not have to review.

[Day 34]
"Rawr!"
An ape from Sothoryos had never been so frightening. A giant among giants towered over a normal man and made giants seem more like men in size. A thick shaggy coat of black fur ran down from its body, its bellow distant and grey skinned. Its face was broad with a wide forehead, terrible glowing eyes and a grinning maw of crooked teeth - it gave a fiendish smile. It was a tall and burly. It's limbs long.
And it was angry. It roared angrilly and thrashed its long lanky limbs in a flail that beat and drummed against the ground. The ground shook under its weight and trees - fully grown trees snapped like twigs under its strength. It had a club made from an old tree trunk that it used as a weapon.
The tales spoke true. Giant apes that towered over giants and could kill an elephant with a single strike had proven to be true.
He saw his men run. He heard them scream. Some were caught in the beast's might swings that sent them flying like ragdolls. Armor crumpled like wet paper and bodies mushed into sick wet paste.
Naruto stood atop the wooden crates, hands gripping the hilt of his longsword.
"Rraa!" Naruto roared himself, kneading his power into his voice and projecting it loudly for the great ape to hear. It did. And it did not like the apparent challenge Naruto made. It moved, one knuckle burrying itself into the dirt as its two legs galloped - dragging the club with it.
Naruto channeled his power into the sword, causing the whole black blade to suddenly be engulfed in fire. The heat was felt around, flames licking and igniting the dark jungle in its glow.
Naruto jumped, an overhead strike with his battlecry heard for everyone to hear and see the battle that would unfold between man and monster.
It grabbed it in mid-air, it would have bit off his head, but Naruto unleashed a great wave of fire that burned at the ape's arm.
Yelping, the aped let the blonde go.
"Fuck!" Naruto cursed, dropping his sword and quickly rolled back to prevent himself from getting stomped on by the great ape.
Thum!
Thum!
The ground quaked, the ape trying desperately to crush him before Naruto pulled out a dagger and flicked it, catching the ape at its chest. It made a hum sound, grabbing the dagger and giving out a sound as though it was confused by the small object.
'Kōmori Seichū'
Puckering his lips Naruto gave a long and loud whistle, one that was incapable of being heard by humans.
There was a chill in the air.
The men heard something that made them nearly wet their trousers as the sound of wings were heard through the thick jungle.
The stories told had come to life for every last man alive to witness and hear the sound of screeches heard through the darkness, a ghostly white breaking through it and flying all around. A thousand little nightmares came to dine. Men took cover, taking to the ground and screaming.
Undisturbed for what he did, Naruto extended his arms like a conductor and let the ones land onto his arms, his body and shoulders before opening his eyes seeing the imfamous white vampire bats. Black beady eyes stared at him, screeches in the hundreds as they called to him - asking who he was and why he had summoned the colony. Naruto looked at the giant ape who kept swatting at the bats. Naruto made another sound, alerting them before pointing his hands towards the ape.
Food. That was what he said, attack the ape and eat.
And they did. They obeyed and flew like a storm that began to tackle at the giant ape biting onto its hairy body and drinking to their hearts content.
The white vampire bat were stuff of legend and nightmare. It was said they could drain a full grown man of blood in minutes.
The giant ape may not have been smart, but it knew enough that it would not risk being killed by the bats. It rolled onto the ground, grabbing and digging its nails into its flesh. It roared and took a handful of bats before eating them in wet crunches.
Serving as a distraction Naruto ran towards his fallen sword.
He couldn't waste time trying to hack and burn the creature. He had to act smart.
With the bats abandoning the ape and flying back to the jungle, some of Naruto's men took the chance to shoot arrows at it. The wooden shafts were half burried, not piercing completely. Sections of the trees were on fire but they would not spread as much. The trees were covered in thick vines with water running through them.
Ignoring the blood running down his eye Naruto needed to get the killing blow quickly or more of his men would die.
The great ape had made another swing, slamming the whole club into the ground and missing as Naruto rolled. Getting up quickly, letting the black sword he held burn even hotter that may as well even rival a dragon's breath. Naruto gave a giant cleave, slashing the ape's leg, getting the tendon and forcing it to kneel.
It roared again, Naruto this time giving an an overhead slash that cut off the ape's whole hand holding the club.
It did not understand pain. It was forced to tumble on its back - the beast not seeming to understand the pain and the terrible smell of its fur being burnt.
Naruto climbed on top, jumping mid-air and driving his flaming sword into the beast's chest.
The ape made a sound, a dazed sound esaping its lips before lying flatly.
Naruto panted, cutting off his power through the sword and letting the flames die. Though the black blade had burned so hot it left only the molten orange glow behind.
Naruto sucked the air through his teeth, wincing slightly from the sweat stinging the wound on his head before rolling off the great beast. It stunk badly.
[Day 45]
A keep and land to maintain took a lot of time and effort, a lot of money that would undoubtably put him in debt to Lannisters. Naruto was no fool. He knew enough thanks to his previous life that something like money was every bit as powerful here in this world as it was back in his world. So, he needed gold and lots of it.
The men he came with originally was over two-hundred strong, but in two months since coming to Sothoryos he lost two-thirds of them. There were things here, wyverns and gaint apes, tattooed lizards and basilisks that flourished in the jungles. If it hadn't been for his strength, he may have lost all of them. Of course, Naruto had been weaker sixteen years ago. Now he was thirty-three and he was stronger than he was before.
A lot had changed for the blonde and he knew there were things he needed to get done if he were to know some semblance of peace. That was why he was here in Sothoryos. Sothoryos was rich in gold, gems and even dragon bones.
Already he found the mountain side where a river forked not far from where they were. Naruto and what remained of his men carved and hacked away. Naruto knew where he could find the gold and precious stones.
Area Scanning Technique was a simple technique where Naruto's power, chakra, would be sent into an object and through sensory which allowed the blonde to 'sense' what was within the rock and detect the gold that was hidden. And for Naruto's men that survived, they were set for life.
Gold in chunks, the size of boulders would be drawn out and gemstones like emeralds and rubies would be unearthed as well. The metalsmiths needed to refine it were fortunate to still be alive, and their rewards would be great.
Over fifty wooden crates full of gold bars were refined - it still took a long time but once everything was set, Naruto and what remained of his forces were set to leave the Green Hell. Carrying back the gold and gemstones was the easy part, it was leaving that was the hard part.
[One Year Later.]
It would be a stuff of legends to tell about how three-hundred men walked into the Green Hell and only one-hundred and ffity would return. The old tales would always describe such great horrors that no one would come back alive. And the tales from the men who did survive would tell that it had been the Lord of the Stoney Shore and Sea Dragon Point who saved them with his magic. That it was the Lord of the Stoney Shore and Sea Dragon Point who fought with a sword of fire that cut down the great apes and wyverns alike.
It could not be denied when one-hundred and fifty men spoke of the same tale and the trophies won in those battles like the giant ape skull and wyvern skull. The gold and gems would cement that legend further.
[Casterly Rock]
"The rumors are true, you survived the jungles of Sothoryos."
Tywin Lannister had not expected something like this. A calm, cold and calculating man who knew many things but this had been the most shocking thing the old Lion experienced. The upstart Lord who claimed the Stoney Shore and Sea Dragon Point had come to Casterly Rock and presented him crates of gold - gold that would payback the debt that Robert had spent in building the man his Keep.
"That's right. And to pay off what King Robert did, I've paid back in full the amount of gold that was needed in building my Keep." Naruto said, grabbing a beautiful golden bar and presenting it to Tywin's servants who took the gold to present it to the Warden of the West. It was heavier than it looked. A beautiful golden sheen so clean Twyin could see his own reflection.
Tywin hummed to himself.
Placing it onto his chair, the old lion stared back with sharp green eyes. Cold blue met the old lion's look evenly, unbothered.
"When word spread about your expedition to Sothoryos, many called you mad. There were some who thought you were dead along with the three hundred you took with you. Some still call you madfor the amount of lives lost in your journey."
"And the ones that lived will forever live in luxury for seven or maybe ten generations." Naruto retorted. The blonde understood the price for what he did and while it did not bother him as much, he still pitied the ones he couldn't save. Though for the families that lost a husband or brother, they would live well thanks to their share being evenly distributed.
Tywin did not laugh, even though he would have. Gold had its sway to anyone.
There wasn't much left, Naruto had left an impression on the old lion.
Paying back his debt was one thing, now the blonde had a few more things to do before he would reach his home back at Stoney Shore.
Winterfell was next.
