Welcome to the next chapter of RWBY: Team DUSK, before starting the story. Let's answer some reviews:
Ryujomaru15: Thanks. I'm happy to see that you started reading this one. Yeah, I thought that it would be better, seeing as there's a lot of time that's between the different volumes, with the first one leading to the second being an entire semester. Yeah, a lot of people thought the same thing. XD It was the basis for the idea of this one and I developed things from there. I wanted to ensure that it wasn't a random character insert and have him interact more with Team RWBY, with those two in particular as they both technically met him first.
Again, thanks, I didn't want to cause another situation where I ended up having to do a redo and learn from that experience. I'll continue doing that.
Guest: I wouldn't put it passed her. More so, if we're getting toward the future chapters when she and Blake would become an item too. XD
altajir95: Thanks. I'll be sure that this arc is an interesting one and I'll continue doing that.
Guest 2: Thanks. I'm glad to hear that you like what I'm doing with RWBY: Team DUSK. I do plan on having them go through certain character developments that I hope will make sense in the future.
The Session, Pt. 4
It was the next morning on Sapang Island, after spending the first night in the hotel, where the group decided to go along with Yang's room switch. At first, it was a strange idea, but the group got into the idea at the prospect of learning more about their friends from different teams. Of course, on top of this, this was a chance for some more improvement in a particular group's 'relationship'. It was an uneventful first night, with them focusing most on just settling into the new environment. Most of all, there was something that the group was looking forward to which was happening at the perfect time.
"Yippee! Team RWBY at the beach!"
"Yahoo! Seeing this from the hotel doesn't do it just!"
Ruby and Yang announced without hesitation.
Among the group, the two were the most excited the first time they arrived there, to the point where neither could register Daniel holding onto them.
"I must admit that it does look decent."
"I'll just remain on the beach, swimming isn't my thing."
Weiss and Blake added.
Being the first to arrive there, the members of Team RWBY finished setting up their spot at the beach, having all their beach equipment with them. More than that, the four young women were dressed for the occasion: the team leader was dressed in a two-piece mixed with her typical red and black color, with frilled bottoms, complete with a short red beach hoodie to replace her red cape; her partner was dressed in a white two-piece which fit her build, with a white cover-up wrapped around her waist; her silent teammate was dressed in a black one-piece, holding a book in her hand; and her sister was dressed in a yellow and black two-piece that showed off her curves.
It was the swimsuit that each of them chose, more so with the aid of the blonde fashionista on the team, who had an important (self-imposed) role in that role. Each member of the team has applied sunscreen on them so that no one would get sunburned or odd tan lines.
"Hah, looks at all the people here!"
Yang stated, looking around to find several people there.
As she said, around them there were several people, some families, some couples, some married, and the others who were teenagers much like themselves enjoying themselves. It wasn't simply Humans alone, but also Faunus that relished in the experience.
"Yeah, this place does seem to have a good atmosphere."
Blake added, finding herself looking to find the Faunus smiling at this opportunity.
"No kidding, this is starting to seem more and more like a vacation."
A familiar voice, Daniel's voice caught their attention and they reflexively turned around to see him.
"I have barely been to a beach before. Kinda seems like a family activity you know."
Alyssa stated, showing herself to be dressed in a two-piece that seemed meant for something that was closer to sports and looking good too.
"Well, it just reminds me of Vacuo, but with water."
Sandra added, being dressed in a reddish two-piece swimsuit, similar to Weiss wearing a red cover-up right around her waist.
'Well, we're like a second family. And it'll be funner than that.'
Hunter signed behind dressed up in a white and green sleeveless skintight shirt meant for swimming and green swim shorts.
"Hah, you're right, Hunter."
"I guess."
Both Alyssa and Sandra agreed with what Hunter signed, but the two were smiling.
"Well, might as well enjoy ourselves today. It is the first time most of us have been on a tropical island. So, let's go and have a good time."
Daniel stated, looking happy.
"…."
"…."
"…."
"…."
Despite that, no one on Team RWBY said a single word and simply stared at him.
He was dressed in a pair of black and blue swim trunks, that had the family emblem on them. But, that wasn't the reason that they were staring at him like that. He was dressed in nothing aside from the swim shorts, leaving his upper body, causing everyone to see his rather developed body, something that Yang and Blake had seen almost months ago, but it was still a breathtaking moment. The four of them stared at Daniel's almost sculpted physique.
"W-Wow, so that's a guy's body?"
Ruby thought, being the first time she saw a guy's upper body, being more focused on her previous situation of not making friends during the initiation.
"S-So, that's Daniel's n-naked upper body. I-It's…wow."
Weiss thought, flustered from seeing her boyfriend's body.
"D-Daniel's body is something."
Blake thought, flustered from admitting that in her head.
"Damn, seeing Dani's body never gets old. It almost makes guys feel defeated around me."
Yang thought, being flustered herself.
"I told you that we should've made him wear a shirt."
Sandra stated amused leaning close to Alyssa.
"But, where's the fun in that?"
Alyssa replied, shrugging her shoulders.
"I'm destined to be limited to wearing a shirt it seems."
Daniel stated shrugging his shoulders.
"So, did you get that scar across your chest from fighting your brother?"
Sandra asked, pointing at one of them.
"Yeah, it happens. Both of us got real heated in that fight."
"So, what was your reaction?"
Alyssa asked.
"Uh, ouch you bitch," Daniel replied nonchalantly. "That was pretty much the first thing I said."
"Can you ever react normally to things like that?"
Sandra asked, with Daniel shrugging his shoulder.
"Hey, you guys made it before us."
Another familiar voice caught their attention.
Turning around, Daniel and they could see that it was Team JNPR, who were dressed and prepared for their day at the beach. Their leader was dressed in simple blue swim trunks; his boisterous teammate was dressed in a cute pink frilled one-piece swimsuit; his partner was dressed in a red two-piece swimsuit that matched her body type and fit her well; and his silent teammate was dressed in simple green shorts.
"Yo."
Daniel replied.
"Hey," Jaune replied before staring at Daniel's build. "Wow, you really can't lose to any other guy can you?"
"A strong body equals a strong mind too."
"Ah, so you're going for brains and brawn then."
"Yep."
Daniel replied to Ren's comment, confidently crossing his arms.
"Hm," Pyrrha titled her head in surprise as she stared at Daniel for a moment. "Daniel crossed his arms, but I saw the scars on his chest and I could see the other ones on him. I know that he is strong, but just what kind of things did he have to go through?"
"Wow, nice body, Daniel!"
Slap!
Nora announced excitedly slapping his stomach with a notable sound that reached their ears.
As Daniel gave a faint grunt, the sound alone seemed to be enough to snap Team RWBY out of their trance, with their self-proclaimed fearless leader realizing their presence. It was then that most looked flustered about how it looked for them to appear like that.
"Well, since we're all together, let's set things up and enjoy ourselves!"
Ruby announced, seeming to be the signal for them.
[Yeah!]
Everyone declared, agreeing with Ruby's comment, and then the group proceeded to set up their particular sections on the beach beside one another. After that was one, Blake, who decided not to head out into the water decided to remain on the beach and read. Despite receiving some encouragement from Ruby and Yang, Blake showed a firm stance about not getting into the water. So, choosing to let Blake do whatever she felt like, the others chose to head out into the water.
Sitting on the blanket prepared on the beach, Blake could feel the good warm temperature that was different from Vale's. But, it was something that reminded her of where she was born and raised, Menagerie. Of course, she wanted to join in, but there was an obvious reason why.
"Well, it might be fun reading and watching them."
Blake said, finding herself smiling at the situation she was in.
"Hahahaha!"
Nora was the first to laugh widely as she leaped into the water, causing a big splash in the water, while Ren looked to be standing beside her looking somewhat amused by the actions. She then returned from underneath with waves of water splashing him in the face.
"Yahoo!"
Nora declared again before turning around to find Ren's face soaked and his hair, before laughing at the incident with Ren smiling. It'd then followed with Jaune and Pyrrha coming in to join in on the fun too, with their leader too splashing water at them with his feet; as a loyal partner, the redhead joined in, leaning down to toss water right at them. It ended up turning into a water-throwing match between partners on Team JNPR, with not a single person on the team not smiling and laughing.
Hunter, who was used to swimming, found himself diving in the water and started to swim in the deeper parts of the water without a care, enjoying the coolness surrounding him.
"Come on, it won't be that bad, Sandra."
Alyssa stated, finding herself holding her hand out to her partner.
"Fine."
Sandra replied, but she was nervous on the inside.
She was born and raised in the desert and hasn't done so much as swim in something as simple as a pond that was found in particular locations. So, swimming or getting deeper into the water was new and uncharted territory for Sandra. Her legs were somewhat in the water, with the cool waters reading her waist, with Alyssa holding out her hand to take her further out.
"Come on, trust me, partner. You're lucky that it's me and not Yang, she would've pushed you into the deep end."
Alyssa replied, holding onto Sandra's hand.
"Yeah, lucky me."
Sandra sarcastically replied.
She kept up the usual confidence as Alyssa led her into the water with her feet not touching the ground beneath, then felt herself floating. It wasn't the same as being scared of tight spaces, it was simply something that she had no experience with. But, her blonde partner was making it easier for her, getting used to the experience as she took things step-by-step. As Alyssa led her around in the water, Sandra's anxiety from behind in the water with no foothold started fading.
"Alright, does it feel better, Sandra?"
Alyssa asked with a smile.
"Urgh, don't talk to me like a child. I feel embarrassed enough as is."
Sandra replied, looking flustered.
"Come on, no need to be embarrassed. It's understandable."
Alyssa reassured.
"Alright, let me go."
Sandra said, wanting to see if she could support herself.
Deciding to let go of Sandra, Alyssa kept herself afloat, then looked on to find that she was floating all on her own without assistance. It wasn't as hard as she thought, with her leaving it all to let her body float around without panicking. Sandra was glad that their other friends seemed more preoccupied with having fun instead of looking to see her struggling to swim herself.
"Hah, it seems as if I got this…oh?"
As Sandra started seeming confident about that, she found herself stumbling forward and almost fell into the water, if not for Alyssa's aid.
"Come on, no need to rush it."
Alyssa reassured as Sandra glanced to the side embarrassed.
"Sorry to take you away from you having fun."
"Come on, I can't have fun with my partner struggling, can I?"
Alyssa asked smiling at Sandra, who found herself flustered at the kindness being sent in her direction, who kept on teaching her the basics behind swimming.
"This is awesome, Yang!"
Ruby announced finding herself coming out from underneath the water smiling. Her black, mixed with red tips was wet from being underneath the water, and she then proceeded to swim backward in the water. Yang stood up, smiling as her precious younger sister enjoyed herself on the vacation. She stood there with a hand on her hip, as the teenagers there already had their eyes on Yang. It wasn't surprising as she found herself looking amazing in whatever she wore.
"Yes, it is sis! So, let's enjoy ourselves to the fullest!"
Yang declared as she dove into the water herself, having fun with her little sister under the water as the two had a smile on their faces. Both of them have had similar good times together where they grew up, with their father or alone whenever having the time. Yang made playful grabs as Ruby, who'd avoided it almost as if a monster were attempting to grab her.
Weiss who was standing in the water, with her waist submerged in the water found herself wearing a smile watching her teammates and friends enjoying themselves.
"I must admit that it was a good idea to come out and enjoy ourselves for once," Weiss said smiling as she then crossed her arms underneath her bust. "It's good seeing everyone having fun, Daniel. Daniel?"
Weiss then looked around to find that Daniel wasn't there anymore and wasn't standing beside her which caused a feeling of foreboding to overcome her.
Splash!
"Iyaaaah!"
Weiss shrieked as she was being lifted straight up into the air, she looked to find that Daniel came up underneath her, finding herself on his shoulders and supporting herself using his head. She could feel his wet hair in between her fingers, as Daniel let a breath of relief escape from his mouth.
"Woo, that was refreshing."
"Did you have to do that?!"
Weiss replied, finding herself blushing at the position she was in, with her heart beating faster.
"Hm, well it is a new experience for you, isn't it?"
"Yes, but this is embarrassing."
Weiss said flushed, finding her thighs wrapped around Daniel's neck was a kind of experience she hadn't expected in the slightest. But, it was something that gave her a good view of the surrounding location.
"Ah, Weiss is riding Dani so soon."
Yang teased, causing Weiss to blush at the suggestiveness behind that comment.
"Wow, you don't skip a beat."
Daniel replied.
"D-Don't compliment that."
Weiss stated, flushed at the idea of it, but then her mind started wandering to the act itself and her face seemed to start turning brighter than a tomato.
"Ah, no fair! I want to ride Daniel's shoulders too!"
Ruby said, finding herself jealous about the act.
"Aw, poor sister, let me fix that!"
After that Yang momentarily dove in the water, then came out as Ruby found herself on her sister's shoulders, as she could see further in the distance too.
"Wow, this is cool!"
Ruby announced, with Weiss almost wanting to come down and believing that people could see them.
"Dani, you know what this means, right?"
Yang asked as the two seemed to stand right in front of one another with a more serious look.
"I believe I know what you're thinking of."
Daniel replied, with a similar look.
"What?"
"Huh?"
Weiss and Ruby found themselves asking as their carriers seemed to have come up with something in their competitive and fun-loving minds.
[Chicken fight!]
Daniel and Yang announced happily.
"Eh, what's a chicken right?!"
Weiss asked, finding herself looking down at Daniel.
"Both teams have someone riding on their shoulders, the person on top if the attacker, the person on the bottom is the vehicle. The person on top does the attacking meant to knock down the opposing attacker, but the person on the bottom does the moving without ever attacking back."
Daniel explained as Weiss listened in.
"Alright, so let's have a chicken fight!"
Ruby announced, looking forward to this.
"Okay."
Weiss stated, not knowing what to think about it, but found herself getting into the flow of it.
It was supposed to be a fun vacation and despite having intentions of following through with the training planned in the later days, Weiss wanted to have fun too.
"Alright, Weiss, I'm going to be the one who wins!"
"We'll see about that!"
""Ah, this is going to be interesting. Weiss/Ruby aren't the unarmed combat types.""
Daniel and Yang simultaneously thought.
Both planted their feet into the ground in the water, knowing that the main fundamentals behind chicken fights in the ocean was their maintaining their footing. On top of their shoulders, Weiss and Ruby held out their hands in a prepared manner, but it seemed to be a basic maneuver. As the two underneath them knew, neither of them was at all adept in combat without their weapons.
"One…."
"…two…."
"…three…"
""…go!""
Both Daniel and Yang counted down, with them taking a step forward and getting right in front of one another, as the two riding on top of them started 'fighting'. Of course, it was similar to the fighting that they had been having done beforehand, progressing in what was pretty much a slap fight. It looked as if neither of them kept their sight on the other, being an amusing thing for some of their friends to see.
"Well, this turned into an interesting 'fight'."
Daniel said, seeming amused.
"If you could call it that. Let's spice it up then!"
Yang added, finding herself amused too, then positioned herself and aimed straight for Daniel's feet.
"Oh?"
Daniel looked 'surprised' as he moved his feet, with Yang smiling and maintaining balance so that Ruby wouldn't end up falling off her shoulders. There wasn't a rule about not using their feet, as a matter, of fact, they building up momentum for the charges. After Daniel tilted his head to the side for a moment, Yang smiled and shrugged her shoulders as much as possible. At that, the smiling blonde stepped for him in an attempt to make yet another move, with Daniel moving back and avoiding it.
That action caused the ones on top to somewhat lose their balance, but they maintained it due to their 'vehicles' keeping their movements to a bare minimum. But, it didn't stop the actual attackers from soon starting to get into the groove of the chicken fight. As the two 'vehicles' moved forward, one of the other would grab for them to pull the other off and win.
"Hahaha, keep it going!"
Nora announced, seeming to notice them playing chicken fight, with their friends appearing to get invested in the fight, she was raiding her fists in the air.
"Well, I haven't seen a chicken fight before."
Jaune stated, looking at the 'fight' between them.
"It seems a bit silly though."
Pyrrha added, finding herself smiling.
"Come on!"
Alyssa announced.
"Hm, well, seeing as one of them uses a giant scythe. I can imagine that…."
Sandra uttered as she looked forward.
After Daniel and Yang moved forward, Weiss and Ruby locked hands with one another, both of them seemed to be putting their strength into it. But, as Sandra pointed out, compared to Myrtenaster, Crescent Rose was a much heavier weapon, with a massive recoil; meaning that Ruby needs a lot more strength and balance to handle it in different situations.
"I'm going to win, Weiss!"
"No, I am!"
Ruby and Weiss stared at each other, with their hands putting more strength in them, but the fact was that the team leader was stronger.
"Hahaha, it looks as if my attacker is going to win, Dani!"
Yang stated.
"Hm?"
Daniel started to examine the situation.
"Ngh."
Weiss started finding herself struggling as Ruby was pushing back in, almost unable to hold herself even with the support of Daniel.
"Hah, we should've made a bet with…huh?"
Yang was preparing to gloat, then looked to find that Daniel was smiling suspiciously at her without hesitation, as a sense of foreboding touched her.
"Eh?"
"Eh?"
Weiss felt a sudden movement that caused her to move, with Ruby reacting to that as well had caused her to be brought forward. It was caused by Daniel leaping into the water, and then wrapping his legs around the back of Yang's leg, causing her to fall backward.
"""Aaaaah!"""
The three women shouted as the three fell into the water on top of Daniel, who was wearing a smile on his face, producing a big splash in the water.
"Well, it's a draw."
Alyssa called out amused.
"It seems so."
Sandra added smiling.
"Ah, Dani that was a dirty move!"
Yang stated coming out of the water.
"Maybe~ But, I think that a certain blonde would admit that all fair."
Daniel replied, coming out of the water and running his hand through his socked hair, something that caused Yang's heart to almost skip a beat.
"Damn, why does everything he does look so hot?!"
Yang asked in her head, trying to keep herself from looking flushed.
"Hah!"
Ruby came from under the water her hair was wet from being underwater, but it looked as if her cheeks were red for some reason.
"Haa!"
Weiss followed behind her, seeming flustered as he turned herself around so that her back was facing the three of them without turning to face them.
"Uh, what happened?"
Daniel asked, turning to Ruby.
"Um, Weiss touched my chest? And now, I think she's sad."
Ruby replied, seeming blustered from the comment.
"She's younger than me, but where they bigger than mine."
Weiss uttered, seeming depressed about that. It was low enough that barely anyone could hear what she said, something that the three beside her could hear.
"Weiss, come on, there's nothing…," Daniel said, finding himself stopping as he heard movement behind him as he had a sense of foreboding. "Yang's behind me, isn't she?"
"Yep."
Ruby replied, nodding her head.
Behind him, Yang was behind Daniel as her hands were raised and smiling, then wrapped her arms around him from behind.
"Oh god!"
Daniel playfully screamed as she pulled him back into the water, causing another big splash. It was surprising as it seemed as Yang lifted Daniel into the air before dragging him in the water. So, she pretty much suplexed him in the water, causing more amusement from their friends.
Ruby looked down to see that it looked as if Daniel and Yang were wrestling in the water, with her sister not ever letting go of him. She was aware that her sister was a good swimmer and had no doubt that her ever-so-talented friend and crush were the same. Behind her, Weiss looked to have returned from her depression, wearing a calm look on her face.
"I hope that they don't end up drowning themselves doing this."
Weiss stated, looking down at them wrestling underwater.
"I doubt it," Ruby added, brushing off her partner's concerns. "But, I would've won."
"Eh, n-no, I would've done."
"Hehehe, you don't sound so confident Weiss."
Ruby replied, smiling brightly as she lightly nudged a flushed Weiss with her elbow.
"Sh-Shut up!"
Splash!
"Hah, I win!"
Daniel announced coming out of the water and holding Yang over his shoulders almost as if he was holding a trophy.
"Uh, this kinda embarrassing."
Yang replied, finding herself surprised to find herself on someone's shoulder, but it was a new experience that felt as if it wasn't that bad.
During that, there was a big laugh shared between the group sitting around in the water, with Yang joining in on the laughter too. But, there was one person who could join in on the fun that the three teams were having, being the loner sitting on the beach.
"Hah, that was fun."
Daniel stated, returning to the beach and found himself sitting near Blake.
"It looked like it."
Blake replied, putting a bookmark in the place she left off, knowing that around Daniel it would be impossible to focus on a book. Setting down beside her, the Faunus in hiding found herself stretching her limbs, before she let out a faint groan.
"Hm, you should have fun yourself."
Daniel stated, leaning his head against his head and glancing at Blake.
"…I can't," Blake replied in an almost melancholic, doing the same thing, but found herself staring at Daniel, and then a suspicious look appeared on her face. "Don't make some dumb joke about me not being able to swim because I'm a Cat-type Faunus."
"Ah, come on. Do you think I'm that shallow and transparent," Daniel replied and asked, seeming almost hurt by that comment before smiling. "Well, I don't think that you can't swim in that sense. It's just that you're unable to swim because of a certain thing."
Hearing those words caused Blake to understand what he meant about that, her swimming in the water meant it would mean her ribbons might come off. If that happened, then people would find out that she's a Faunus when it was still something that she wanted to keep a secret.
"Sure, I can swim. I did it a lot where I lived, but…."
"You know that we came here to have fun and travel to a tropical island?"
"Yes, I know that, but I can't just change this particular thing."
Blake stated, finding herself being adamant about this, though she did want to have fun with her teammates and friends. But, losing her ribbon would lead to a lot of questions, more so as their Headmaster was well aware and seemed suspicious about it.
"Hm, so if I can make it so that you'll be able to swim without your ribbon coming off, then would you go out and have fun?"
Daniel suggested, catching Blake's attention.
Blake was aware that Daniel wasn't the kind of person who couldn't keep the promises and upload the things he suggested. But, it caused her to wonder what he was referring to in that instance and how she could go out to swim without the slightest issue of being found out as a Faunus.
"How so?"
Blake curiously asked.
"It's possible, but if you don't react to what I'll be doing."
Daniel replied, holding up a finger as if to state that it was one simple task.
"Alright."
Blake agreed, knowing and finding herself trusting Daniel even when he was being as obscure as this about what he was referring to.
Seeing that Blake was comfortable with him doing whatever he planned on doing, Daniel reached his hand out to touch the top of her head. It was a sensation that caused her to flinch a bit, not comfortable with someone else touching, aside from her parents. But, Blake kept taming her reflexes to react, though the feeling of Daniel's hand and fingers touching her ears made her heart almost skip a beat. It also caused her face to turn redder from what she was feeling in that instance, almost hoping that whatever he was doing would be over quicker.
"And done."
Daniel replied, thankfully removing his hand as Blake could almost feel herself calming down.
"W-What did you do?"
Blake asked, finding herself calming down, recalling the sensation of Daniel's hand and finger on her ears.
"Try taking off your ribbon."
Daniel suggested, making a motion to pull something off one's head.
At that, Blake tried to hesitantly take off her ribbon in the same manner that Daniel showed, and then…it didn't at all budge an inch on her head.
"…," Blake was visibly surprised about this, as no matter the attempt, the ribbon didn't come off. "How?"
"A particular rune that binds things together, not like glue, but more like magnetic being attracted together. I used it before when Yang and I were chasing those guys who posted those things about Weiss. I enchanted it on your ribbon, but it's not a permanent one and might wear off later in the night. But, if you undo the ribbon instead of pulling it off, then it might come off."
Daniel explained wearing a smile.
"You're semblance is interesting."
"Not yet, I'm a couple of runes short of a complete set. But, if you want to have some fun, now's the chance."
Daniel stated, pointing at the water.
"…."
Blake couldn't stop herself from smiling, and couldn't stop herself from leaning forward to give Daniel a hug for all of his consideration of her. He smiled at the hug, then noticed Blake standing up and started heading towards the water with more happiness.
"Blake?"
Yang looked surprised to find her partner going to the water, believing that she wasn't intending to do so, but she and the others kept looking on. After getting close enough to the water, everyone looked surprised as Blake leaped into the water rather adeptly. Her teammates and friends looked to find the stoic black-haired young woman swimming almost as if she'd been doing it her entire life.
"Wow, that's awesome!"
Nora explained, noticing that Blake wasn't a terrible swimmer, but better than anyone there.
"I wasn't expecting that."
Pyrrha noted.
"Well, you learn something new every day."
Sandra added.
"Who would've guessed that Blake was quite the swimmer?"
Yang asked, as no one on their team could guess that.
"Well, that settles that."
Daniel replied, picking up some sunglasses before leaning down on the mat placed out.
He felt himself feeling more content about the peace that he was experiencing in that instance. As he lay down, the temperature could be felt on his skin as a sense of relaxation. It was impossible for him to not think about the things that occurred in the semester that was almost over.
"I met Weiss again. I met Ruby, Blake, and Yang. I met Pyrrha, the champ, Jaune, Ren, and Nora. I met Hunter, Sandra, and Alyssa, and ended up becoming the team leader. I did so many things here that I wasn't ending in, but I got caught up in the flow of things," Daniel thought, finding himself smiling at the things that were happening due to his trip to Vale. "Well, the White Fang and Roman Torchwick. I have no idea what Adam is thinking, but I'll take it slow in considering what might be happening and get clues as things happen. Can't see the full picture without all the pieces."
As Daniel was thinking about the incidents that happened and what was the cause behind it all, he simply wanted to wait and see if more pieces came in. He didn't know the reason two people with particular and different ideals would ever work together. But, if someone was pulling the strings, then it had to be someone that Adam had no other option but to follow.
"My older brother isn't the kind of person who would ever bend the knee no matter what the assurance. So, then it might be something that 'really' must benefit the Faunus and White Fang in the long run. Of course, that can't be anything that Roman could provide. So, who could make them bend the…."
As Daniel thought that, there was a sudden memory that came to mind:
"Hahahahaha! Well, Daniel Norden, I was correct, you're truly the crème de la crème among your cousins. Well, it's about what I expected having watched you thus far. Ah, the Norden Family truly is the most interesting. Our future confrontations are going to be the greatest highlights in my life, truly a spectacle like none other. I know you won't disappoint. So, hunt me if you want my head."
"!"
Daniel sat up from his mat, as his face scrunched up from emotions.
In that instance, Daniel felt immediate pain from the scars on his body, not being the first time that something like this happened. It wasn't actual pain, but the memory from 'that' incident wasn't something that remained inside of his mind no matter how happy he was. Underneath his sunglasses, Daniel's eyes seemed to gleam with intense emotions behind them.
"Um, excuse me?"
"…?"
In that instance, Daniel heard an unfamiliar voice behind him, belonging to a female. Almost in that instance, he'd managed to settle his emotional state and return to his natural one. After that, from the position that Daniel was in he brought himself in a standing position.
"Yes," Daniel replied, taking off his sunglasses, but then his face turned into one of surprise. "…."
In front of him there was a collection of three women, one Human and two Faunus standing behind him, dressed in bikinis, showing off their body types. He could guess the reason that they approached him, but he
"So, how can I help you?"
Daniel asked, looking at them with a casual look.
"Um, we were just wondering if that girl from before was your girlfriend."
"Not really, she's just a friend, but…."
Daniel tried informing them that he had a girlfriend, but the young woman in front of him was too excitable about that confirmation and continued.
"If that's the case, then would you be interested in hanging out with us?"
"It's so boring without much to do."
"You seem to be an interesting guy too."
"And you have a good body too."
Daniel began receiving different comments, compliments, and requests from the Human woman and the Faunus women; the latter of whom had animal parts that ranged from either ears or tails that twitched excitedly.
"Um, I appreciate the offer, but I do have a girlfriend," at that, Daniel noticed that their expressions started turning more into fright and found himself realizing the reason behind it. "And based on your expressions, she is standing behind me looking as if her eyes could…."
"Daniel."
Weiss stopped him from finishing that response, while placing a hand on her hip, knowing that he was responding with: her eyes could freeze you solid.
"I'll stop."
Daniel raised his arms as if he was surrendering.
"I'm sorry for the confusion, but I'm his girlfriend."
Weiss stated, surprisingly wrapping her arm around his with a good show of boldness.
"Oh, we're so sorry, we didn't know that he was seeing someone."
The left Faunus with canine traits replied, waving her hands back and forth.
"Well, he is seeing someone and we're with our friends. So, you can leave now."
Weiss replied, not letting go of Daniel.
"Come on, there's no need to sound so hard about it. It was an honest mistake, we saw him with another girl and thought that she was his girlfriend. But, we weren't sure," the Human woman apologized while smiling. "I mean, there are other guys around, but none of them looked as fine as him. But, we're kinda surprised, because we had come here thinking that a single girl couldn't handle him."
"Well, that's quite something to openly admit to."
Daniel stated, wearing a wry smile, not knowing what to think about that, whether or not to feel good about that compliment.
"I assure you that Daniel doesn't…."
"What's going, Daniel, Weiss?"
Ruby asked, leaving behind a mass of rose petals in her wake, appearing behind Daniel, surprisingly grabbing on his other arm and Weiss was surprised about it.
"Oh, I see."
"See what?"
Weiss asked, before noticing that the three looked to be almost wearing a look of realization.
"I see that he's too much for one girl to handle."
"Well, we'll be going to do something else."
"I'm surprised that you're so bold."
Each of the young women seemed to have come up with their conclusions, something that caused Weiss to realize what she was referring to.
"W-Wait, n-nothing like 'that' is going on."
Weiss tried convincing them, but it seemed as if her words and complaints didn't reach them, something that she as the heiress of an important company has experienced a lot since leaving Atlas.
"So, what happened?"
"Oh, um," Daniel wondered how he should explain this to Ruby, but decided that he should just be straight. "Well, those girls thought that I was dating Blake, and asked me to hang out with them after learning that I wasn't. And then you and Weiss showed up and thought I was dating both of you."
"Oh," Ruby replied, understanding what Daniel said as Weiss sulked at the thought of being ignored again. "Well, I have no issue with that."
"Really, huh?"
Daniel asked, tilting his head at Ruby, who looked flushed about that question.
"Ugh, forget it."
Weiss stated, getting over it before returning to Daniel and Ruby.
"So, any particular reason that you came over?"
Daniel curiously asked, with Weiss' thoughts returning to that.
"Yeah," Weiss replied, then turned to Daniel worried and asked a question. "Are you okay?"
"Hm, well, it wouldn't be the first time that I have been hit on before."
"*sigh* Not that."
Weiss replied much to his confusion.
"Weiss and I were playing in the water, then we saw you get up and it looked as if you were hurt."
Ruby added, looking worried like Weiss.
"Oh, that, well it was," Daniel started, but then looked at Ruby's and Weiss' expressions, knowing that they looked genuinely worried. And there he was going to nonchalantly brush it off, a habit that he developed. "It's nothing. It happens from time to time, I start thinking about how I end up in situations, and then I remember how it got these scars. They don't even hurt anymore, it's just that thinking about them makes me remember them vividly."
The two listened to Daniel, knowing what he went through years ago, and felt nothing short of compassion about it. After that, he looked to find that both of them grabbed onto his arm with a shared smile on their faces, almost causing his heart to skip a beat.
"You're the person who talked about having fun and forgetting about the stressful things, but here you are doing something similar."
Weiss started.
"It's not fair that you're always telling us that something is wrong, but then you're doing it."
Ruby added.
""So, take your advice and have fun.""
Both of them seemed to finish, almost being in sync in that regard.
"…," Daniel couldn't stop himself from smiling, at the combined generosity from them. "Well, it looks as if I'm the one who's being cheered up for once. Alright, then let's go!"
At that, the three started heading out to rejoin their friends in having fun again at the beach without a care in their small world, which meant the world to them. From there, the group enjoyed their time together, on top of eating the food that was brought to the beach. A collection of food was purchased on the island which was varied at a nearby restaurant on the beach.
It was surprising for a lot of people to see how much food some of the young women in the team could each while maintaining their bodies. There were, of course, women almost jealous that such a thing was possible, with most believing them to be Beacon Academy students. It also didn't deter them from going about with their usual business and enjoying themselves. Overall, to them, this was an amazing first day on Sapang Island, viewing that as an awesome choice to go there.
"Hah, that was awesome for a first day!"
Ruby announced yet again landing on her soft bed in the hotel room.
She was dressed in casual attire, having finished taking a shower, with Weiss fixing her hair, having just finished with taking a relaxing bath in what she would describe as casual attire. After them, Daniel entered the shower as per being a gentleman, on top of them running in before that suggestion.
"I must admit that it was fun."
Weiss admitted, thinking back to wanting to focus on training instead of enjoying herself on the beach.
"Heh, it seems like someone had a change of heart."
Ruby stated, wearing a cheerful and teasing smile that caused Weiss to become almost flushed.
"S-Shut up," Weiss looked on flustered by the expression from her partner. "Having fun is around the reason to be here, but our training should be important too. The Vytal Festival is coming up and we'll be going up against the students from Atlas, Haven, and Shade Academy. There's no telling how strong or skilled the students will be. I'm aware that students at Atlas Academy are granted high-end training rooms and receive even stricter training. So, we can already assume that there'll be some skilled students there. Penny is one of them and based on what you said she isn't weak. I wouldn't be surprised if she's their trump card."
"Hm, you're right, Penny fought off the entire White Fang there alone. She even split some of their ships in half without hurting anyone and even dragged it around," Ruby stated, recalling the things that Penny pulled off. "It's weird that I haven't heard much from Penny either."
"Her strength must be higher than Yang's and Nora's to pull an entire ship using her weapon. If we haven't seen her around, then it's likely that she is Atlas Academy's trump card and there are her teammates too. It's something that would be the case, as it's more connected with the military."
"I guess, but still she was so excited to make friends and looked as if she'd jump high in the air after meeting everyone," Ruby stated, sitting with legs crossed on the bed. "But, we haven't run into her at all when we went around Vale."
"If you ever get too worried about her, you could always ask Daniel. He knows her dad personally."
"You're right, Daniel often knows things that we don't."
Ruby recalled the different things that Daniel would often know things when all of them were left in the dark.
"Speaking of, there's also Daniel and Pyrrha that we'll need to be worried about too. There's no question that one is an all-time champion and someone whose Polarity can counter our weapons while being powerful and skilled herself. Daniel is the same, his Runes might be incomplete, but he has more experience than any of us and their effects vary."
Weiss stated something that Ruby never doubted based on the things she learned and heard about from talking to Daniel. More so, acting as the Second Wolf and being in somewhere like Lower Mistral, meant that there was no question his combat experience was above a normal student.
"But, we also have Blake on our side too."
Ruby replied with confident and sparkling eyes.
"Yes, we have Blake on our team too," Weiss agreed, knowing that Blake was too experienced in things that no other student was. Although, their stoic teammate might not feel so proud about where that experience had come from. "But, my point is that I don't want Team RWBY to fall behind the other students. I want us to succeed."
That, aside from the usual thing with Weiss being a perfectionist who wanted the best grades and results, Ruby could see that beyond that she genuinely wanted the team to succeed together. As the team leader, it was something that Ruby wanted too and it was a feeling that the partners shared.
"Weiss, I want the same thing. I want Team RWBY to be the best team to graduate from Beacon, and I want it to be due to us being together."
"Ruby," hearing her partner's comment Weiss recalled that, of course, the leader would want that for the team. It was something that she almost forgot about herself, being more focused on the results. "Of course. I guess that's something that I almost forgot. Alright, let's make Team RWBY the best-graduating team."
"Yeah!"
Ruby agreed holding out her hand as she appeared in front of Weiss, who smiled as the two high-fived. It was a happy moment between the partners who wanted their team to be the best there ever was, on top of being two who shared their comments likes of 'combat skirts'. It almost reminded them of the first time the two met, with the two being at each other's throats, being paired up together, and then learning more about each other.
As Ruby sat back down legs crossed on her hotel bed, there was a silence in the room as the shower could still be heard running. Weiss found herself thinking about her budding friendship and partnership with Ruby, who is the second real friend that she's made since Daniel. It was obvious that Ruby's feelings for Daniel were growing as time passed, which made Weiss think that things might end up turning awkward if they continued without confronting it instead of ignoring it.
""Um, Ruby/Weiss.""
Weiss and Ruby found themselves calling for each other at the same time, almost causing them to laugh a bit.
"You go first."
Weiss suggested, wondering what Ruby was going to ask.
"Um, it's about Daniel," Ruby replied, looking nervously, catching Weiss' attention. "I know he had something like scars, but it's the first time seeing them. So, I was wondering what it was like for Daniel at that time. I'd ask him, but I can guess that he'll talk about if as if it was no problem."
"You're probably right about that, Daniel does that often," Weiss agreed with Ruby's point. "Honestly, I think that his dad leaving hurt him more than anything that happened that night. The wounds that Daniel suffered were bad enough that the doctors were surprised he survived after that. Daniel needed to go through two years of physical rehabilitation, or at least that's what the doctors thought."
"Uh, so how long did it take?"
"A year. In just a year, Daniel was better than ever. Each time I visited the Norden Manor, I'd see Daniel training and doing his rehabilitation, getting better and better as time passed. He wasn't alone, the people working for the family, his aunt, and cousins supported him through it. I could see it, despite sweating and the wounds hurting, it didn't stop Daniel from getting better and stronger."
"Yeah, that does sound like what Daniel does."
Ruby replied, smiling and finding herself impressed by Daniel.
"I'd like to think that it's one of the reasons that I strive so much to be perfect. Daniel was training so much just to overcome his situation. And I wanted to be perfect so that I could overcome mine."
"Ah, right, I remember you mentioning that when we were in the Emerald Forest."
"Please don't remind me of that. Seeing how things are and thinking about how they were almost makes me feel embarrassed."
Weiss stated, recalling the things she said to Ruby at that time.
"Well, we're friends now, so there's no need to feel embarrassed about it," Ruby replied smiling as she remained in the same position with her legs crossed. "But, you were still a little bit mean."
"…!"
Weiss became flustered by Ruby's teasing comment and giggled as her body swayed left and right.
"Ugh, you've spent too much time around Daniel."
Weiss said, waiting until Ruby stopped giggling to herself.
"Oh, what did you want to ask me?"
"Right. Um, so, I wanted to know something."
Weiss replied, causing Ruby to look surprised.
"Oh, my bestie wants to know something from me. Oh, what is it? What is it?"
Ruby looked excited from the fact that Weiss wanted to know something from her, which was rare.
"Oh, well, um, I wanted to know why you liked Daniel too much."
Weiss replied, seeming flustered about asking such a thing, on top of fiddling around with her fingers as she kept her eyes from her partner.
"Oh, oh, OH!"
Ruby repeated as she started coming up with different thoughts in her mind.
"Don't put much thought into it! Just answer the question without bouncing around the room."
Weiss stated, becoming more and more flustered as it seemed as if Ruby would jump straight to the ceiling.
Hearing that, it looked as if Ruby calmed down and thought back to the first time that she asked Weiss if she had asked her if she could go out on a date with Daniel.
"Well, um, it's a bit embarrassing to think about now," Ruby stated, calming down and thinking about the question asked, then poked her fingers together. "Daniel's the first friend that I made at Beacon except for Jaune. I first thought, whoa there's someone with the same eyes as me and my mom, and wow, this guy is so cool. After getting into Beacon, I talked with Daniel and got to know him, then I seemed to relate with him. I get to talk about weapons with someone without thinking I sound weird and he always seems to make me laugh."
At that, she thought back to the time that she talked about her mother to Daniel, something that she didn't do with her friends and would often do so around her family. Weiss listened as Ruby continued speaking her feelings.
"It started feeling like I could tell him things I normally couldn't talk about with aside from Yang, my dad, and uncle. I don't know, it felt like I was talking to a friend or Yang. But, when I talk to Daniel, I feel nervous, I wonder if I sound weird, and my heart feels odd. And other times, I feel so happy that I could hug him without thinking," Ruby wore a smile on her face as she talked about her feelings. "I like Daniel and I can't help it."
"I can see that."
Weiss replied, listening to everything Ruby said.
"Do you hate me now? I know that you always have trouble when I talk about us dating Daniel and…."
"Ruby, I don't hate you. I sometimes think that I can't hate you," Weiss replied, standing up and then sitting right beside Ruby. "I often thought I couldn't have friends because I was a Schnee. All the people I met were adults who just wanted to be close to me for business, and talking about marriage proposals. I became numb to it until, and then I met Daniel. I met someone was wanted to know me for me, not Weiss Schnee, but Weiss. I started liking Daniel for a long, but I never got the chance to tell him after he left."
Both of them talked about their different feelings for Daniel, something that would normally result in them arguing about it. It was just them having an actual conversation about their feelings without even arguing about it.
"We both like Daniel, and we're partners. So, what does that mean?"
"Um, I don't know. Let's talk about it later."
Weiss stated, not knowing what to think about this odd situation, but treasured her relationship with Daniel and her friendship with Ruby. Neither was something that the heiress would sacrifice for the other one, both having great importance in her life.
"Well, that was a good shower," Daniel said, finding himself exiting the bathroom and fixing up his dry hair. "After that, he looked into the room and found the two partners sitting side-by-side. "Oh, you guys were talking?"
"Yes."
"Yep."
"About?"
At Daniel's question, both partners glanced at one another and then nodded.
""Girl talk.""
"Alright then, forget I asked."
Daniel replied, knowing that 'girl talk' was so sacred and secret that he wouldn't interrupt or question it, no matter how interested he would be in a conversation.
"Ah, right. There's that!"
Ruby stated, reaching for the remote to the television positioned on the wall, then turned it on.
"What?"
Daniel asked.
"There's a movie that I wanted to watch and found it on here," Ruby replied, then went straight to the movie: The Phenomenals. "I haven't seen it in a long time. So, I wanted to watch it together."
Based on the synopsis alone, it looked as if it was a family movie about a family of five, three retired super-powered parents trying to live normally with their three kids, and one child, two of them have their powers. It was then that their father returned to his old job and ended up fighting against killer robots.
"I haven't watched this one before. Sure thing, I'm game."
Daniel agreed.
"Hm, fine. It doesn't sound that bad."
Weiss agreed to.
"Alright, then let's watch it. Oh, we'll need some popcorn and sodas," Ruby said, moving to the hotel room phone, and then connected to the room service through the app on her Scroll. "Oh, there's a lot that I could order here, there are different flavored popcorn, sodas, oh, and there are some delicious looking candies here."
Daniel and Weiss looked on to find Ruby ordering the things meant for the movie amused, noticing how excited she was about watching the movie with them. It didn't that long for their orders to arrive through the drone who's working there, being an automated hotel. After getting their orders, the younger team leader placed everything in the appropriate spots, with the three gathering on one bed to watch the movie together. Ruby looked giddier as she held the remote in her hands, and then played the movie.
The three watched the movie together, Daniel and Ruby looked at the movie with interest with Weiss joining in to do the same. She looked interested in seeing what would happen in the film, but as time passed her interest in it increased, no different from theirs. It was almost funny seeing Weiss' reactions to certain scenes in the movie, on top of invested in the action and emotional scenes. And disliking the main antagonist, Prodrome, whose goal was to exterminate those with powers out of spite for what he perceived as injustices for himself.
"…."
After the movie ended, Ruby fell asleep near the edge of Daniel's bed with popcorn around her.
"Well, it's rare seeing her all tuckered out."
Daniel stated amused, finding himself getting out of bed, and then pulling back the covers of her bed.
"What did you expect, Ruby ran around the beach most of the time. And she ate most of the candy that she got from room service."
Weiss stated brushing the popcorn into a trashcan.
As that happened, Daniel picked up the sleeping rose without waking her up, but causing her to almost groan, as a result of the new sensation. She was unaware he was holding her like a princess, but his comforting presence caused a calm smile to form on Ruby's face. Placing her in the bed, Daniel put the covers over her as her head rested on the pillows and found himself softly rubbing the top of her head.
"Well, that was an eventful first day."
Daniel sat on the bed wearing a smile.
"Yes. I already talked to Ruby about this, but it was a fun day."
Weiss agreed, wearing a similar smile.
"Oh, I thought that the 'girl talk' was a kept secret," Daniel stated, wearing a teasing smirk. "Well, I wouldn't want to ruin the confidence between partners."
"Oh, how courteous of you," Weiss replied rolling her eyes amused. "But, there is something I would like to talk to you about before our vacation ends. I'll do you the favor and let you know when."
"Well, I'll be looking forward to that talk."
"So, instead let's talk about how a certain someone said that they're used to being hit on."
Weiss suggested, turning her attention to Daniel.
"Oh," Daniel looked nervous as he glanced to the side with a wryly look. "Er, well…."
"Heh, you're so easy sometimes."
Weiss gave a rare smile as she looked forward.
"Eh, is that so? I do remember a certain group believing that I'm too much for someone to handle alone."
Daniel countered.
"Well, you haven't shown me anything that proves them right."
Weiss stated wearing a confident smile.
"Then should I?"
Daniel asked, wearing a sly smile.
"Sure, you could tr…."
Before Weiss finished, Daniel leaned forward and pressed his lips against hers in a surprise kiss. It wouldn't be the first time so it wasn't that much of a surprise, as she melted into the kiss without resistance. Their lips started to mesh together in rhythm without one being out of place, a comfortable pace that the heiress had gotten used to thus far. Daniel read the motion and rhythm, then he made a move that Weiss wasn't expecting.
"…mph!"
Weiss was surprised to find that Daniel's tongue invaded her mouth as her cheeks reddened, she flinched as she clenched her hands from the surprise. She didn't move or stop kissing Daniel as the experience was something that made her feel a sense of exhilaration.
"Hah, hah."
They separated for a breath before coming back together, but this time Weiss found his tongue pressing and also poking against hers. It made her replicate what she was feeling in that instance, with both their tongues beginning to almost wrestle against one another. Of course, Daniel who initiated it in the first place had the advantage, of being on the losing ground. After a minute or three, but it felt longer, the two separated again with there being a sliver of saliva that broke apart from them moving apart.
"W-Well, that was something I wasn't expecting."
Weiss tried sounding rational, but her voice and heartbeat were failing in that regard.
"It was a first for me too. But, I hear about a lot of stuff around Lower Mistral."
Daniel replied, flustered about what he did with Weiss while maintaining his confident air.
"I-It looks like it," Weiss stated, finding herself having her fingers pressed together nervously. "So, do you want to do something more?"
"A-Are you talking about…?"
Daniel asked, noticing that Weiss was looking flustered about whatever was in her head.
"N-No, not t-that, not…s…e…x," Weiss replied, finding herself flustered about that though Daniel found himself with an almost relieved look. And then glanced at Ruby, who was still sleeping. "Besides, Ruby is sleeping there and it wouldn't feel right to do that here."
"Yeah, you're right about that. So, what did you plan on?"
Daniel asked, with Weiss seeming flushed and thought back to what Yang said to her a long time ago.
'If you want to make it up to Dani, then don't be so stiff and suppressed. I know that you've liked Dani for a long time, so don't hold back, be bold and do something that'll surprise him.'
Weiss recalled Yang's advice from the time she was worried that she hadn't done enough for Daniel and wanted to improve their relationship.
After that, Weiss let a breath escape from her mouth, then stood up from the bed with a determined look, which surprised Daniel. She then grabbed him by the hand, leading him to the walk-in bathroom which was big enough for multiple people to be in with the shower and bath being on opposite sides, then slid the door closed. All this was caused by not wanting to disturb Ruby and wanting to be more 'bold'.
"Um, Weiss?"
Daniel called out.
"You can…," Weiss started, then reached for the clothing, the faint blue nightgown she was wearing, and took it off, placing it on the bathroom floor. Daniel's cheeks were bright red as he stared right at his girlfriend dressed in nothing aside from her blue bra and panties. "…do whatever you like. Just be gentle."
"…!"
Daniel felt his heart almost skip a beat from what he heard from Weiss, who despite being embarrassed looked as if she was prepared for whatever. But, it made him realize how serious she was about this despite that and it showed how much she loved him. Daniel didn't want to take those feelings for granted or reject them, seeing the lengths she was going through. He approached her with a calmer look, then placed a comforting hand on Weiss' cheek, causing them to stare at each other.
"Are you sure?"
Daniel asked for final confirmation.
"Yes."
Weiss replied, with a smile.
Lime Start!
After that, Daniel leaned forward with his lips pressing against hers in another kiss, putting his hands on her waist and leaving the sensation of her skin. Weiss had flinched as she felt the sensation of his hands tenderly touching and caressing her body, causing her to shutter a bit. His hand extended up to her stomach, belly bottom, then led up to her chest, with Weiss placing a hand on her cheek.
"They're not big enough to be focused on."
Weiss stated, thinking about the others on her team, in particular, Ruby, who's two years younger, and Yang, who several people would agree is a complex package.
"Is that so?"
Daniel replied, finding himself taking off her bra nonetheless, causing her to become flustered as she stood there with her upper half. Her hands unconsciously went to cover herself using them, giving Daniel the time to remove his shirt, and showing off his naked upper body.
He approached Weiss gently pushing her hands aside, showing off the heiress' small cleavage, and pink nipples as her cheeks remained flushed. His hands went to her breasts, with his fingers pressing up against the noticeable mound of flesh caused her to flinch.
"Nnn."
Weiss moaned from the contact, it wasn't something that she felt before. The times she washed her body herself, her breasts weren't the area of focus. She felt Daniel's hands and fingers motioning and caressing the things she wasn't that proud of, almost as if they meant something to him.
"Do you think that I care?"
Daniel tenderly asked, his fingers pressed against her nipples that had become hardened from the contact.
"Nnn, n-no."
Weiss replied, receiving her response from his actions alone as her breath hitched.
After that, Daniel leaned further as his mouth surrounded her nipples, causing a surprised look to appear on her face, and gasped. She then felt his tongue bushing against her nipple and circling her areola, instinctively wrapping her arms around Daniel's neck, pulling him closer. Weiss' eyes seemed dazed as she was experiencing things she hadn't before with her mind almost unable to comprehend it all.
"Haaah~"
Weiss moaned, feeling her lower body twisting around and rubbing her knees together. She felt a wet sensation in her lower regions as her body started heating up.
After Daniel stepped back from Weiss, he could see that she was entirely aroused from the things that he'd been doing thus far. As she looked dazed, he stepped forward, then placed a hand right at the wet spot of her panties, bringing her back to reality.
"See, this is what happens when they're aroused?"
"…I didn't need to see that."
Weiss replied, flustered from the abruptness of that.
"Alright, I'm sorry."
Daniel apologized, hugging Weiss from behind in a comforting manner.
"…."
But, during that Weiss felt something hard pressing against her from behind, causing her to move her hand to the source.
"Yeah, that's what happens with guys."
Daniel replied, seeming flushed from the contact.
Weiss turned around and noticed the tent pitched in Daniel's pants, thinking back to the fact that he removed her bra, she undid his belt. It granted caused his erection to become more pronounced from being held back by his boxers. She swallowed her saliva, then pulled down his bowers, causing his hardened erection to spring out from his pants almost hitting her from the closeness.
"…ahhh!"
Weiss was almost speechless from what she was seeing. Of course, it was the first time that she had seen such a thing. She was well aware of what sex meant and the thought of such a hard thing entering her was an odd and inexplicable thing for her.
"T-This is supposed to enter me?"
Weiss questioned flustered, reflexively placing a hand on her lower stomach.
"Well, we're not having sex this time. So, not now."
Daniel stated in a comforting tone.
"Um, can we finish? I don't know when Ruby is going to wake up," Weiss stated, finding herself knowing there was a chance that Ruby would wake up. "So, could we finish up?"
"Alright. Just take off your underwear and turn around."
Daniel agreed, making that request with a confident tone.
"Alright."
Weiss complied, removing her underwear that had become wet at the base, then turned around flustered, while showing off her uncovered rear end. She didn't know what Daniel would do, causing her heart to beat faster than could practically feel him walking behind her. He positioned his hand at her waist, and then Weiss felt something hard coming in between her thighs. She looked down to notice that his hardened member was poking out in between her thighs and was rubbing against her snatch.
"Hah?"
Weiss became flushed from what was happening, which increased from Daniel motioning his hips back and forth while leaning forward and wrapping his arms around her. Caused of how wet she became, it became easier to move and top of feeling the texture of his hardened member rubbing against her sensitive part. His motions soon became quicker, with Weiss feeling his body heat on her body as his hand still caressed her body.
"D-Daniel, this f-feels…."
"A little weird."
"Y-Yes, but it feels nice too."
Weiss replied, not expecting something such as this to happen, but being in the arms of someone she cared for a lot made it all the more. She looked down to see his member poking through her thigh which was being used to stimulate it, while her snatch was being equally stimulated. Her right hand moved curiously toward the tip which was poking out, then proceeded to rub it using her hand and noticed the hardness. After that, Daniel also moved his free hand to her clit and started rubbing it.
"Aaah," Weiss moaned but covered her mouth as much as possible to wake up her partner. As Daniel leaned forward, their closeness made it possible for their lips to make contact. "Mph, ahh."
Due to quickening the pace, on top of everything else, the two felt their breaking point coming closer and closer until—
"Ah!"
"Kuh."
At Weiss' gasp, she climaxed soaking Daniel's member on top of his climax, releasing his white essence on her hand that was close to it. After that, the two separated with her legs almost feeling weak, but Daniel held her up and kept Weiss from falling.
"Hah, hah, that felt…good."
Weiss breathed, almost unable to comprehend what happened.
"Yeah, same here."
Daniel stated, wearing a smile at what the two did together.
"…hm?"
Weiss looked at her hand questioningly, noticing the white substance that stained her hand which originated from her boyfriend's member. Her hand felt sticky from the substance as she stared at and moved her limb, while she wondered about it. She was well educated in sexual intercourse and was aware that it was something that could impregnate her if done properly.
"Well, let's clean up before Rubes wakes up."
"Right," Weiss agreed, taking her attention from her stained hand, but then noticed her legs were a little weak, as an embarrassed look appeared on her face. "Can we wait for a bit?"
"Heh, can get to embrace my girlfriend a little longer? Why not?"
Daniel asked, with Weiss smiling at how he phrased it.
After a while, the two cleaned up the mess in the bathroom, with Daniel surprisingly using another runic set just to clean up the mess of their clothes. He asserted that it was useful in cleaning up 'certain messes', then entered the main room to find that Ruby was still sleeping peacefully in bed.
"Well, there's a second day. So, let's get some sleep."
Daniel suggested, getting into bed, then noticed that Weiss didn't head to hers.
"Um, Daniel can I…?"
Weiss started, but Daniel didn't need anything else and moved aside so that she could have some more room in the bed. Smiling, she didn't hesitate to get into bed with Daniel, moving closer to him so that she could snuggle with him without trouble, wrapping her arms around him. He smiled as he placed a hand on her head, then stared to find Ruby sleeping.
"Goodnight girls."
Daniel said before deciding to fall asleep himself.
A/N: Well, this is the end of the next chapter of RWBY – Team DUSK, well, this was the official start of their vacation with the three teams heading to the beach and having a good time. The members of Team RWBY in their swimsuits got to see Daniel's upper body, reminding Blake and Yang of their previous encounter. Not much happened in this chapter, it was them having a good time at the beach together as friends before another incident occurred. But, with Daniel, thinking about the inconsistencies if Adam and Roman working together, then thinking back to "that" person who attacked him before finding himself being approached by some women before being aided by Weiss and Ruby, who helped him return to having fun.
In The Session, it looked as if their teams spoke up for a time to do their different activities, having fun or training for the tournament, which was trained to them planning on doing both without doing that. Weiss wanting Team RWBY to succeed in the tournament also mixed with the fact that Ruby wants the same thing in canon, for Team RWBY to be the best team, which is something that the partners can agree with. Said parents also talked to one another about their feelings for Daniel, not arguing and instead having a genuine conversation. It looks as if Weiss is thinking of something aside from the Vytal Festival, with them watching a movie together, the Phenomenals, pretty much referencing The Incredibles, and yeah the reason is kinda spot on.
In the end, there was a surprise Lime, not Lemon this chapter, which I was thinking about when to put one and thought this vacation and them sharing a room would be a good place for it. There will be some more in the future, but it'll be at points where it'll be understandable.
Well, there's going to be more coming in this mini-arc, the Silver Bullet Arc on this island, more so seeing as Neo, who people have long since paired with Hunter is in the same location.
